Hey everybody, let me show you inside a hotel I built for 2 years, and now it's ready. It's this: a jungle in the middle of Dubai. Come with me.
So we have this—it's Nas house. Uh, we have a few friends here over there, but they are contemplating. So, hello, hello, hello. Uh, welcome to Nas house. Uh, this is my favorite place in the world. This is the center of Nas house; it is a tree. It is an olive tree. It is supposed to be all about peace, serenity, and just being around nature in the middle of the city of Dubai. This is very central.
This is the garden area. The garden area is where people gather, like the people you see right behind you. They're right there; they're all gathering and meeting each other. They're all entrepreneurs. We don't want to disturb them. Um, this is the fire pit. This is where people gather around fire, because the whole point of Nas house is to bring people together, and it's one of the most calming places you'll ever see in Dubai.
Nas house is a hotel and a membership club. The hotel is six villas. Right, look: this is 1, 2, 3, and then behind you is 4, 5, 6. Every villa is named after a continent. For example, this is the Europe Villa. There's five rooms that people are staying over there. Every villa has its own pool and has its own five private rooms. That is the Asia Villa over there; there's people over there. Nas house is full today, so you will see a lot of different people. This villa, however, is in the middle of everything, and it is the community villa. It's called S; S means community in Buddhism, and that's why we named it S.
Inside is a members' club where people come and work. Think of it like a better version of a WeWork, a better version of a cafe, and definitely better than an office. We come in here; people are working, so we don't want to show. But in the middle of the S there is a piano. If you ever want to play music, people play music here all the time. People can work all the way from here with some music, and then they can get their own coffee and tea. My friends at Philly, say hi.
Hi. How are you, bro? Can I get a matcha? Ma, you want the hot one or the ice? Actually, let's do hot herbal tea. Thank you, man. Thank you. This is a real order. Now let me take you to the second floor—the second, second floor, sorry. You had to follow.
This is my favorite room in all of the hotel. It's cat's real. Come in, come in, come in. Real cats; eight of them. They're incredible cats. They're all street cats that we adopted and made available for anybody. Sorry, sorry. That comes to Nas house. Oh, these are my two cats, Chimney and Chairman, and they all now have friends. They have unlimited food, unlimited friendships, unlimited water, and people that come to the hotel; they just play with the cats. They work around them. It's very, very calming. And look at these cats; they have the best life in the world. Look at that view. I mean, what else do you want? So, uh, one of my favorite rooms. Nothing like this exists in Dubai. I don't think any hotel in the world has a cat room. Let me show you the other rooms. Let's close it. Okay. This is: we have a place for members to work, and then here we have a studio, and the code is 1121, 11 one 2 1. I don't come here very often, but this is a studio room. If you want to shoot podcasts, if you want to create content—today everybody has a podcast because everybody wants to talk—so we made it available for anybody, for free, only for Nas house members. The next room is my favorite room; it's probably where I spent the most time: the gym. The gym is uh, where people build muscles and live longer, and funny enough, this used to be someone's bedroom. We converted a bedroom into a gym and made it a community villa. And just from here you can see like people can work there; they can swim. This is really the community space uh, for anybody that wants to work in Dubai. Now come with me as I take you all the way to the actual hotel where people sleep, and you know, when they come to visit Dubai. This is a full mirror; it is the best mirror. Can you see it? This is one of the longest mirrors we have in the in the in the whole place, and it's really good if you are after the gym. Ah, thank you, my friend. Thank you, thank you so much. Thank you so much. See you later. Take it. All right, so we got the tea. Now let me show you inside one of the rooms. So you exit the villa, and these are the hotels. So that's the community; these are the hotels. Come with me; we're going to go to my favorite, my favorite room, which is Blue Zone.
The Blue Zone Villa is probably one of our best villas, and the reason for that is because of this. Go inside; it looks beautiful. It is nice; it looks like Bali in the middle of Dubai. Everything is supposed to be green; we should have a lot of greenery. Greenery; it should feel soft. Like this is really soft furniture. Um, I mean, imagine sitting here, dipping in the pool over here, and the best part is the ice bath. We got one of the best ice bath companies in all of Dubai to come and give you an ice bath, so you can dip in the ice bath, then dip in the pool, and then go sleep in the hotel. And the hotel room looks like this: ta-da. This is my room, so it's not the cleanest, but it's very spacious. It's very nice; beautiful view, and the mattresses are so good. I spent like $5,000 on on each mattress, because sleep is important. You'll never find these mattresses even at a five-star hotel. I literally love this mattress. It's a Temper mattress with a Temper uh, pillow. Nothing like this exists; is so good. Um, this is why it's called the Blue Zone: if you sleep enough, you live long enough. And we have 25 of these rooms; 25 of these rooms. Come with me.
Nas house is less than one year old, less than one year old, and it has already welcomed thousands of people to come here and gather and make friends. The whole point of Nas house is to show you a beautiful gathering of people. Come, make friends. It's not a boring hotel; it's not just a lobby with nobody around.
