Scary reason to avoid single mothers! Cautionary tale Private Eye Russ Rant!

PRIVATE EYE RUSS22:02

Transcription

What is up guys? Private eye Russ here. Thank you for tuning in to the Private Eye Russ podcast. And today we've got a, um, this is advice, advice to single men. Um, when it comes to single moms, th this is really important because I've seen this happen multiple times and I've just helped somebody, well, still in the process of helping someone deal with the same situation, uh, that I've seen. Um, this is the third time I've seen this and it may not, may not represent a large, um, segment of the fe, the the single mom population, but it is significant, especially if it happens to you.

So anyway, I am Private Eye Russ. I do own and operate a fully licensed private investigation and security consulting company. We provide investigative services and consulting services. So the consulting services are security consulting, uh, as well as expert witness. I have a specialty in false grape allegations. So, we also cover criminal defense investigations, excuse me, criminal defense investigations, civil, civil litigation investigations, corporate investigations from corporate theft, uh, to embezzlement, as well as, um, corporate, uh, intellectual property theft. Um, we also do things such as, um, mate check or infidelity cases, as well as, uh, provide services from, uh, due diligence, corporate due diligence reports for mergers and acquisitions, as well as due diligence reports for personnel, as well as companies. And we also perform a background investigation that is tailored specifically for men who want to know more about the, you know, the the past of their loved ones. And so, you know, consider it like a, uh, a pre-purchase inspection for a, um, a spouse or a long-term relationship. I don't recommend marriage, but some of you are going to do it. So, this, this way you get the information you want about her past that you may not know about, that she may have hidden from you. That way you can make an informed decision, which is all any of us should ever ask for.

All right. So, and so if you do need a licensed private investigator, whether you're in the state of Florida or not, I'm licensed in the state of Florida. I can operate in many other states. I'm adding another license right now, which will put me, um, enable me to, you know, operate in most states in the country. International investigations, no problem. Even if I don't have the lensure for it, I have investigators in different states and so we can cover you within that network. Um, so reach me at Russprivate.com. That's P-R-I-V-A-T-E-R-U-S-S dot com. Russ private.com. Alternatively, you can reach me on privateinvestigator.russ@gmail.com. That's privateinvestigator.russ@gmail.com.

All right, so let's go ahead and get into the meat and potatoes of this investigation. This is a scary, scary situation, guys. So, I got a call recently from a, um, a long-term client. I've known this guy for a lot of years, and you know, if we go back in time, uh, go back in time, uh, which, you know, that's what investigations are. We go back in time, right? So, I use my investigator time machine. I advised him against a particular course of action. So, he wanted me to perform a pre-purchase inspection or a background investigation on a young woman that he was considering letting moving in. The, the information I gave him, and this will come into play in a little bit, I said in no uncertain terms that this is ill-advised. You should not do that. And yes, that is my one of my videos in the background. That is the bowler of justice. I probably should have it on now, but I'm not really wearing a business suit. I'm wearing a sport coat, jeans, and a t-shirt. So, it's more casual today. But, so he, he decided to ignore my, my advice, which that's, you know, they're, they're the client. They can do what they want. I give the best information I can. Then, you know, at the end of the day, we're all grown men. We get to make our decisions and live with the consequences.

So, here's what he did. He let this woman move in. She had two children in tow, two daughters. So, most people will think, well, private eye, why would you be against that? The guy's letting this woman move in. Okay, there's a long list of reasons not to let a, um, not to, you know, befriend or, um, start a romance with a single mom. So many different things. We're not going to go over all those because those have been well documented. Uh, this one in particular is actually dangerous. All right. So, um, part of the reason I objected to or told him that I thought it was ill-advised to allow this woman and her children to move into his place of residence was because the one of the young ladies, the older one, um, she made an allegation against the, the previous person that this single mom was living with. She, she also shacked up with another guy and then nothing, nothing wasn't the father of the children that was her ex-husband. So, and, and a pattern emerged about this young lady, um, accusing men of the unthinkable. And, you know, exactly what I'm talking about. Um, inappropriate touching of a, you know, or whatever, um, type of activity of a child, right? So now, you know, in, in most cases, those, that information is difficult to, to get a hold of. I was able to get a hold of that information not through official term, you know, through official channels, obviously, but I was able to get it because that's my job to get it right. So, I relay this information to him and I was like, "Look, you've, you got to stay away from this."

Now, he, he did what he was supposed to do, you know, and so when we do these background investigations for guys, I always tell them, "Look, don't tell the woman that you've conducted a background investigation with her. Uh, it's going to change things in your, your, your relationship. Just, you, you have the information. That information is for you. It's not for you to confront, um, the woman with, ah, see, you did this in your past. You never told me." So, no, don't do that, man. You, you guys, you know, you got to hold your water. Holding your water means controlling your emotions. Well, his emotions got the better of him and he let this woman move in. And after about, um, a little bit over a year of them living together in, in his house, and he's got a huge house, really beautiful house. Um, one of those McMansions, like, like seven bedrooms, four-car garage. So, the guy's liquid. He's doing incredibly well. I won't go into his, you know, his profession. He did say I can post about this. Um, he is actually one of my followers on X, and so shout out to you. Uh, thank you for giving me permission and, you know, obviously I'm not going to put your name out there.

So, lo and behold, um, someone from the school and from DCF contacts the mom saying, "We need you. We, we need to talk to you." And that's when the allegations came up. Now, before the allegations, he had, he had been clashing with this young woman, young lady on several occasions just because of her behavior around the house. It is his house, after all, and you should have a right to say, "Hey, look, you can't do that. This is my house." You know, when, when it's someone else's child, though, um, you know, there's so many ways that can go wrong. And in this case, this is how things went wrong. And so she said, "Oh, he's always looking at me a certain way. He walked into my bedroom when I was changing and, you know, I caught him spying on me and he kind of hugged me too long and, you know, you know, just, just really, really awful things." And so when, when everything comes to light with him, uh, he had to move out of his own house for a while, man. Um, he's still out of his house now. And so the problem he's, he's run into is, it is his house. He let her live there for a while. They are going to eventually move out, but he left on, on advice of his, his attorney. His attorney said, "Get the hell away from there. Stay away from them. Break off all contact. Don't have anything to do with them. Let us handle things." And so, you know, he called me and he was like, you know, can you help me? And I was like, well, okay. Um, and so, you know, we have the information from before. The, the one I, I found out about initially wasn't the only instance of, of this happening with this young lady. She also made an accusation against the teacher. And so, there is a pattern. And so, they, they do have a, um, um, you know, a way forward so that they can get this guy out of trouble, keep him out of trouble. But imagine, man, imagine you're accused of the unthinkable and you're innocent. You're innocent of the unthinkable. Now, if you're a guilty person, then different story. I don't have any sympathy for you. But this guy didn't do anything. And, you know, we, we sat down and, um, and talked briefly at, at his hotel. His hotel room. His hotel room was nicer than my house. Anyway, so, but that's one of the benefits of being wealthy, right? And so, you know, the, the, the whole thing of the conversation was, you know, he's sitting there, you know, um, you know, looking distraught and he's like, "I should have listened to you." Now, I didn't say, "I told you so." Uh, because that's not the right time. Once this is done with, I will tell him that I told you so. And so, I've been scrambling to get more information. That's when I found out this is not the first time, uh, this young lady has done this. And so when she doesn't get her way, it seems that, um, you know, she throws that accusation and that is a powerful, you know, weapon. That's like dropping a J dam on somebody. Um, you know, and, and so, you know, you have to be really, really careful.

So, when else has this happened? Okay, this happened to a gentleman I know. I didn't know him really well. I was, I was better friends with another friend of his, but I met him through that other friend. And, you know, everybody just gets to know each other and people find out you're a private investigator. Oh my god, that's really cool. You know, I, I don't look at this as a really cool job. I enjoy it, but, you know, um, I'm always shocked that people actually want to hear private investigator stories because I, I do these things every day. So, uh, the novelty has worn off on me. So, um, you know, so this guy and his wife, uh, took in three foster kids. They couldn't have kids. They took in three foster kids. The parents were, you know, they had severe drug issues. Uh, both were in prison and so they needed a place to stay and they didn't want to break up the family. He had a big house. They let them in. Uh, this guy had a similar thing. Young lady, um, early teens, likes to get away and she didn't get away. She said, "Okay, he touched me." And, you know, that, you know, I, I didn't wind up investigating on that. I wound up consulting on that. Uh, that, that attorney already had an investigator, so I kind of gave him some clues of what to look for and how to go, how to go about it. So, um, you know, when, when you look at, um, you know, things of this nature and, and this has also happened before, uh, with another guy I know in, um, in a different part of Florida, but these two, these last two happened here in Central Florida. Um, and so, you know, but, but the guy with the foster kids, uh, he actually wound up getting arrested, man, and so he got arrested, um, wound up getting per, walked out of his job. He lost his job, obviously. He wound up getting bonded out. He couldn't go back home to his own house. Uh, those kids wound up staying in his house with his, with his wife, and he had to go, he had to go live with somebody else. Now, it, it did wind up getting cleared up. He was cleared of all those charges, but during that time, here's what happened to him. Everybody who heard those charges, and so this is why people can't just rush to judgment just because someone said something or you heard something or you saw something on, on the internet. It's an allegation until it's proven false. And, you know, so all these people, um, parted from him like, like the Red Seas did from Moses. And it's, it's, um, you know, it's an incredibly difficult situation to deal with. I can imagine. I've never had to deal with that. Thank God. But, you know, so him and his wife were being kind. They were helping people. And that kindness was rewarded with cruelty and false accusations.

So, my point is this, when it comes to single moms and their children, you don't know what, what the mind space of these children might be, you know, and, and I say children because if you're under 18 years of age, you're a child. And, you know, to a child, they're just getting a little bit of revenge, but to you, this could be a life-changing accusation that could ruin the rest of your life. So, as cruel as it sounds, my initial recommendation to this person based on the information I had was actually spot on. And, you know, again, we found out that that it's kind of a pattern of hers. And so, I told him, look, under no certain, you know, no, no uncertain circumstances do you let her move in. But she was giving them the, the whole, "Oh, you know, I can't afford my place. We're going to be homeless." This, that, and the other thing. She's got family in the area that would have taken her in. You know, she could have moved in with them. Now, here's what influenced his, his decision. What influenced his decision is the same thing that influences a lot of guys' decisions, and you guys need to learn how to control this stuff better. She is a very, the, the single mom is a very attractive young woman. Very attractive young woman. Um, you know, however, she has no control of her children. And so guys will overlook things that they shouldn't overlook because of a woman's attractiveness. On the scale of attractiveness, I'd say she's a solid eight with makeup. So, maybe a seven without makeup. I've never seen it without makeup. And so, you know, but at the end of the day, you know, just an accusation like this can ruin your life. It can ruin your reputation. I said, I spoke about in one video that I made before about how a false accusation cost a man his life. Uh, young lady made a false accusation about some dude on the bus. Her brother rolled up on the dude and beat him to death. Old man beat him, put him in a coma, then he wound up passing away. All because of this false accusation because some silly girl, um, she should have gone to jail. She was underage at the time. She won't be charged for anything. This young lady who made this accusation against this guy will never face any sort of justice for anything. And, um, you know, as things go forward, we'll see how things progress. You know, right now, he's, he's not looking in too bad a shape, but you never know with these things. But I've seen these things happen before. The guy with the foster care thing, he, that was an ordeal that lasted more than a year. I think it was more like, you know, close to two years, maybe a year and a half, two years that he had to deal with the, the stigma of this on his reput, the stain of this on his reputation, plus the, the stigma of that accusation hanging over his head. Everyone that he knew, most of the people he knew, except for a few people, literally just walked away from him and his wife, you know, just on the accusation and the accusation wound up being false. Do I believe this accusation is false in this most recent one? Yes, I do. Um, and, and the reason I do is because, you know, we talked about different protocols, and again, protocols are so important. I talk about protocols all the time when it comes to dating, dealing with women, whatever the case might be. Guys think that I'm that I'm being, you know, they think I'm being, I'm going too far and I'm being too, too meticulous when it comes to these things. But you have to be so careful because so many things can go wrong in, in the environment we live in today. All someone has to do is say that you did something. They don't have to offer any proof for people like the online mob to try to, you know, go after you or even try to harm you or try to cancel you and all the rest of these things just based on an accusation. So, an accusation, allegation. That's why I say alleged a lot of times. Uh, why? Because, you know, I worked in this world where, you know, I understand the legal ramifications or the civil ramifications. If I accuse someone of something or say someone's guilty of something, they wind up not being guilty. Um, that could be liable or slander. Sorry, not, not liable, slander. And so be careful. Um, you know, there's a lot of reasons to avoid single moms. This is one of the, this is a danger zone, man. And, okay, in this case, it was, was a young lady. It could easily be a, a young boy, um, doing the same thing. And again, um, my, my thought process is that this young lady is incredibly toxic. Um, I shudder to think what she's going to be like when she grows older. Don't know when this sort of behavior started. Um, I have no idea. You know, I don't know enough about the family. I do know the, the client, the person who's accused. And, you know, the, the sad part about some of this stuff is when it came to the, the, the, the family who took in the foster care and the, the dad, the, the man, not the dad, but the foster dad, I guess you could say. You know, me and, um, the, the mutual friend of ours and him were sitting down one day and we were having a beer and he was discussing his case and he was asking me what I thought and I said, "Look, man." I said, "Here's, here's the truth. Once you have that sort of accusation on top of you, the best thing you can do is lawyer up and if your lawyer needs an investigator, tell them to get the best investor they can, they can find." That's, that's me in case you guys were wondering.

Anyway, so, um, you, I've worked on almost 20 false accusation cases. Uh, so again, it's one of my specialties. And so, but for the most part, you are a passenger. You are no longer in charge of your life. You're no longer in charge of whether you're not whether or not you remain free. You're a passenger from that point, point going forward. Um, people asked, ask me, you know, like, I've, I've actually had people in the past ask, ask me if I could like, um, like mentor their kids. Women have asked me that and I was like, absolutely not. I don't want anything to do with anybody's children. Not because I don't care what happens to kids, you know, I do. Um, do I particularly like children? You know, like, I, I love my son because he's my son. Outside of that, I, I don't want to hang out with other people's kids. But I, I've also seen cases where people have been accused of the unthinkable on multiple occasions. And I understand how bad that can go for you. One false accusation can literally ruin your life or cost your life or your freedom. So, walk away from them. Um, especially when it comes to this. You don't know what type of head space those children are in. Has nothing to do with, um, the, the baby daddy. In this case, the baby dad is not even in the, in the picture. Not really. The mother kind of bounced from state to state to state. You'll see that happen a lot. Uh, women will, will, you know, if they get custody of the kids, they'll move to this state and then dad, you know, in an effort to try to stay close to his kids, he'll follow and then so on and then it'll just keep moving more and more and more and more until, you know, guys just get exhausted trying to move, find new jobs because they've got a woman that's purposefully trying to play keep away with their children. So, this guy is in a completely different state, but this woman has an incredibly toxic daughter. I did not speak with the mom, so I don't know what her, her head space is with this whole thing right now. And again, you know, I just, you know, I'm still in the middle of this. I've been working overtime trying to help, uh, his attorney. And, uh, man, it, it is a bad, bad situation to be in, man. Like, this guy was almost in tears, uh, based on the accusation because he's like, "Look, I would never do anything like this, man." You know, like, I've, I've actually made their life better. And that's the thanks you're going to get. You're not going to get any thanks, man. You know, um, so stop being, stop being Mr. Nice Guy, guys. You guys got to stop being Mr. Nice Guy. Being Mr. Nice Guy does not pay. There is no reward for being nice. There is no reward for taking up, um, someone else's responsibility. This woman ran from her, from her ex-husband, uh, to, you know, in an effort to keep the children away from them. And you guys got to look at this stuff, man. If, if a woman is using her children against her ex and she comes to you and gives you the sob story about her ex, was this a horrible person? You've got to think critically about this. Okay. Is the ex actually a horrible person or is she just really a horrible woman and using you and trying to tug on your heartstrings, uh, to, you know, to get you to have sympathy? Don't know, man.

But this is a, um, this is, this is an ugly situation to be in, man. And, um, you know, I, I know you know, I've seen this happen on more than one occasion. And, you know, the one guy barely escaped with his freedom, but it took him years and who knows how many tens of thousands of dollars in, in attorney fees just to keep himself out of prison for something he didn't actually do.
