Transiting Venus to Uranus

Truth In Aspect Astrology/ Jewel44:00

Transcription

So we're looking at what is unfolding throughout a particular complete Venus cycle from conjunction to conjunction regarding flexibility in relationships, openness in relationships, all the clicking. It's a lot of clicking. That's, um, that's it's five Pomeranians.

So we're looking at what kind of space can we create within our life to allow attraction to proliferate, to have something new come into our life. Sometimes we're looking at how we might be distracted by something new with the square, the opposition, and how that's putting pressure on our current relationships. So what, anything that begins under a Venus Uranus transit, relationship-wise, is not going to be normal, stable, or predictable. Usually, it's not going to be something as long-term because the mood that we're in when we're starting something is a mood where we're looking for something different, that's out of the ordinary. So when things do become ordinary for us again, what we've chosen in terms of what's novel may not fit into the ordinariness of life. So these can be disruptive transits, and they only last a few days. We have that peak day, but it's about a week, and we are, um, just not satisfied with what daily life is like. So we're interjecting either a bit of drama, sometimes unconsciously, uh, sometimes we're consciously asking for something new or out of the ordinary, a little bit radical. So it's, it's, it's a time. It doesn't matter what the, the transit is, or we're looking to be fascinated by something. Add what is extraordinary tends to draw our focus. There's nothing there. All right, hold on. We are going to have to close the shades. Delivery people are the enemy to the home office.

So what is not, no, what is fascinating, um, it catches our eye, and sometimes we can put it down just as fast as we pick it up. So, oh, Avery, who have you got there? Oh, what, turn, turn on your microphone. What, what kind of child is that? I can't hear you. Hold on. Oh my gosh, we can't hear you. Yes, I want to know what, what is your child's lineage? Oh, Pomeranian. Yes, they are precious. They think that they're big dogs. Oh, I have, well, I have two, and then this is my granddaughter, and then Teddy. Where's Teddy? Teddy, should we see? Let's introduce Teddy. This guy is so crazy cute. Look at this little narcissist. This guy is so nasty before 10 a.m. Say hello. He bit my daughter right through the face the other day. Yeah, yeah, usually he's good, but he's very unpredictable. Oh my God, he must have a Uranus aspect to his Mars because he does what he wants. He's demanding. Uh, I say his his self-esteem a sky high along with his lack of self-awareness. Now, different dogs, uh, yeah, they have a different, uh, different sense ofs.

So let's look at the conjunction between Venus and what? Oh, on, yeah. Cats. That's, yeah. Ducks are like that too. Runner ducks can be intensely entertaining. It's like the more they, uh, they are themselves, the more endearing they are. This figures into our lesson. The more we are ourselves during the easy transits, the more endearing we are because Uranus represents breaking the rules. So we become runner ducks that get away with anything when we have the easy aspects here. When we have the conjunction between Venus and Uranus, we can have some very unexpected, surprising, and sometimes upsetting, meaning it upsets the rule, upsetting things occur within that week of time. We are not happy with what is normal. We, we can feel very constricted. And so especially if we have a good amount of Uranus in our chart, or if Uranus is itself, uh, or, yeah, aspecting what's going on here, uh, well, it would be a conjunction. So Venus was aspecting what was going on here to the conjunction. It can make us even more itchy. I think that's the energy we're dealing with. We just feel itchy for something, you know, different, something that doesn't.

Um, it's just, it's just more, it's more than what we usually experience. So we, we really want to color outside of the lines. For some of us, are more naturally conservative, that may not be making huge broad strokes outside of the lines. But for some of us who are more naturally liberal or have more Uranian impulses within us, uh, who are more geared towards things that are different or fresh or, um, you know, value, I, I want to say progress rather than tradition. Some people are pretty balanced. So, you know, some people swing one way or the other. You know, if we are comfortable with what's new, these are actually not terribly, if at all, upsetting transits because we're already geared towards embracing that impulse to do something a bit crazy. Uranus gives us issues. Use if we are resisting the impulse to act in a personally natural way, to break rules and do what we want, if it's in service to what's really true about what might be going on with us. So to the degree that you need a change or that you're resisting change, uh, that's the degree that you will feel like your apple cart is upset, and you will want to upset your apple cart more. So if it's been too rooted to the ground.

So if we do have a relation, and it's not that unusual for a relationship to develop under this particular conjunction. Doesn't mean that it will happen every year. But relationships that are going to bring something different, that are going to open up something in our personality that we were not in contact with before. What things that are repressed within us? Relationships that offer us a window into a sign of ourself that we may not have ever seen except in the presence or under the influence of that person. These are what tend to develop. And they aren't by nature stable relationships. Usually relationships, unless it's under the sextile, are not going to have a long shelf life with Venus transits to Uranus because of the nature of Uranus is that there is an open-endedness to it. Especially if we're having a, Meredith, can you mute? Oh, if we're having a Uranus transit to an inner planet, or particularly, um, to Venus itself, itself, then we have a Venus transiting conun Uranus. If they happen to be connected too, oh my God. Uh, this is when we can reach out and develop or.

Okay, I, I. So we can reach out and look for something or attract something in our life. Usually attract something into our life that we don't realize is, is, um, that we're putting feelers out for. You something that can be revolutionizing. It can revolutionize our life. If we're having other supported transits with the conjunction, it can be something that, you know, has a certain amount of life to it, but it's not meant to last forever. Relationships, it begin just under sh. Girls, sh, they're playing over there. Relationships that begin just under the conjunction itself with no supporting outer transits or Uranian influences, they can be very flash in the pan. Uh, you know, something where we, you get to know each other for, you know, two, three weeks, determine it's not going to work for us. It was nice while it lasted. So we go through the stages of an affair rather quickly. Uh, particularly with the trine, but what's going to happen with the conjunction as well? We can have some opportunities regarding finances. We have to be careful though about what it is that we choose to invest in or choose to, you know, to put ourselves into because if it's something that we were too impulsive in jumping into, this is where we can get into problems. But if we do look it over, and we don't have to look it over a long time, it's just something where we, we have to spend enough time because it does imply some an opportunity that we have to grab onto quickly. We have to spend enough time gaining that shity and that security before we invest in it. Um, and then it actually has a reasonably good chance of working out. So we are, um, just looking for what is novel, stimulating, out of the ordinary, and that is what we are attracting to us. And also people that are different to us are very attracted to us because we ourselves are very open to a variety of experiences or potential opportunities. Oh, are you serious? She's eating my glasses again. How many pairs of glasses do I have to go through? I'm going to have to set up the pen while I'm working. Three is okay, but four pushes it to the limit. We usually don't have Teddy, but my daughter's visiting today because she brought him down to bring my devices to. So we just have to be careful about how we're experimenting and.

Um, make sure to wrap it, meaning use protection if you are getting into an impulsive relationship because we're talking about Uranus here. Anything could happen and, and we can experience unexpected consequences regarding our impulsive relationship choices during all of the difficult, all of the transits, actually, the good ones or the bad ones because we're not thinking things through. And often when we're in that state of, you know, just of chemistry, um, you know, context is everything. And, uh, if we already have impulsive, especially like Mars Uranus aspects or Venus Uranus aspects, impulsive aspects, sexual or social aspects in our chart, then we, it, it's unusual, but it can happen. We can, we get the clap or something. So you just got to be careful.

All right, so let's look at the sextile between Venus and Uranus. So we're not okay with what is usual. We find that boring. We are looking for something that can add a little bit of spice. We're not as disruptive or as, um, bored as we are with the conjunction, but there is still a need for something unusual. So we're attracted to new opportunities within the community. So we may go like to a restaurant opening or something that's kind of out of our character. Or if you're like me and you never participate in community events, you might notice by chance that say, the community park is doing something that is interesting. It is not a wildly notable transit, but we are looking for something unusual or stimulating or novel within our immediate environment. And that could even be in the context of getting with a friend, or even a neighbor, or doing something with a sibling or with a family member that is a little bit different. Um, so we are very agreeable under the sextile. We could get along with a variety of people. We can get along with, uh, a variety of ideas. We are flexible. We are open. The flexibility that Uranus is looking for is more easily accessed under the sextile. We aren't as, uh, resistant as we might be under the difficult transit. So we don't tend to make trouble for ourselves or others at all. Uh, combining ideas, it can be much more possible. People like us under this particular, uh, transit. We are social. If we want to have a get-together, it's usually very successful. It's a very relaxed attitude that allows people to feel comfortable with us because we're feeling comfortable, we're feeling comfortable with ourselves. I think overall, we're feeling just more, you know, a sense of tolerating ourselves. It's just a few days where we have less pressure regarding what, uh, we should be doing. If we do have a relationship that begins this sex, most favorable to begin under it's very possible that like the other Uranian Venus Uranus transits, it may not survive. It may not be long-term. So we have to keep that in mind. If it does stand the test of a bit of time, and I would say six months with a Uranian relationship is a good test of time. It is something that can broaden our life. It will require a lot of freedom and the ability to let each other be as you are. It may be a high chemistry relationship. And typically those are, those are so interesting because they are so high chemistry, and we have a lot of Uranus in a composite chart or in a relationship or in the, the mood of when we're beginning a relationship. There's a, there's a lot of attraction, but you can't apply any pressure or any expectations on a Uranian relationship. And that's where the, the paradox is, is that we're so attracted to each other, but if we put any pressure on each other or want anything from each other, that's when things fly apart. So you can manage a high chemistry, high attraction Uranian relationship, which is very different than a plutonic high attraction, high chemistry relationship because those are by nature sticky. Uranian relationships are slippery. You can manage it by being extremely sensitive to the balance between space and closeness. Um, and we can't have a closed-ended idea of what it's going to be. That's very difficult for most people to manage because that's a, that's a relationship that by nature, you don't know where it's going to go. So those types of relationships can fit certain times of your life or what you might be looking for, but typically they are not what we're looking for. They're not going to serve our idea of a long-term stable connection, but they're so attractive because it's the maximum amount of attraction chemistry that you can have. So if you lean way back from it and you don't want it, you don't put any pressure on it, just let it be what it is. It, you know, might remain in place forever, but that's a tall order in a long-term relationship. Usually most of us are going to want some amount of closeness. We're going to want some security. We're going to want some continuity. If we are okay under this sextile with not having those traditional sources of grounding for security, then a relationship might last if it develops under this particular sextile.

All right, so let's look at the square. So we are extremely restless under the square. We want something very different. We want something novel, and we ourselves are usually disruptive. We ourselves are usually making some kind of wave in order to get a rise out of those around us or to get some kind of stimulation. So we can be argumentative, and we can experience the others around us as argumentative. It's usually because we are so have been in the mood for disruption, and it can cause.

Some amount of rupture and repair. We can experience a tear that that can relieve some pressure. That's the reason for the disruption. So something that's been contained can be let loose, and then we can have a better experience of communion. So if things have been a brew, then this is a day and a week where we can have some very necessary but freeing confrontations. So the more that you resist confrontation, the worse it will be, and the more that you invite something new, the better off you're going to be. The easier the rupture and the ensuing repair will be. Very often, the way that we find something new, or we get a breath of fresh air, or sometimes we throw some disruption into our relationship, is through a flirtation. Or sometimes it could be as simple as, you know, being at the coffee shop that morning during our normal routine, and we happen to have a itty-bitty flirtation, or some, we notice somebody in a way that maybe we don't normally do. That, it, it can be something that is more harmless if we're in a relationship where there isn't a lot of tensions that need to be released, or if there isn't a lot of repressed desires within us that have been building up. Uh, but if there is, if, if we do need to have more of a significant disruption or rupture, if something bigger needs to be allowed to come out and be expressed, then it may be a sign of open flirtation, or somebody may, you know, notice that, uh, you know, that kind of thing. Um, it, it doesn't imply a massive breakup. That can be the case if we have supporting outer transits. If we have a pile of things, we can get there. This could be the straw that breaks the camel's back. It's usually not going to be its normal expression. Um, and we don't want to make more of or become liant or around whatever kinds of flirtations or attractions we may experience when we have that square. Uh, they can be much less serious than what, uh, uh, what what we want it to be or what we think it's going to be. So you have to look at it in terms of the potential for that need for something new or different being more of a flash in the pan. And if we put too much, if we give that too much gravity, if we give it too much meaning, especially because things with Uranus can happen very suddenly and out of the blue, if we give that too much meaning, then we can, um, you know, get stuck on the idea of a relationship that never made it, that never really became something viable, but it did offer this window into something completely new or unknown about ourself. So there could be a lot of repressed things or, um, unembodied aspects of ourself that we can be struggling to incorporate or absorb after this transit. So don't take it too seriously in terms of who you're going to get involved with. It's usually very quick. Um, even, you know, a six-month period of time, six, six, six month, nine month, one year maximum period of time, if it's something that goes anywhere for a lot of people, it doesn't. It's just more of a simple.

So let's look at the trine where we are again bored, and we're looking for something that offers us a bigger perspective. Many times that is going to be through examining different sources of culture or entertainment. I should say consuming different types of culture or entertainment. So we may go to a concert that is unusual for our choosing. Um, we can choose a restaurant that is outside of what is normal to us. The novel choices that we make with the trine are usually pretty successful. The types of, um, how say, the types of excitement that we're looking for are not dangerous under the trine at all. We do have to be careful about, you know, contracting some unexpected people or even diseases when we have, you know, a lot of the aspects from Venus Uranus, simply because we're being very impulsive about who it is. We're not, we're not doing as much background work, um, on the people that we're getting involved with. With the trine, we aren't so much drawn towards finding that breath of fresh air or that novelty through relationships. It might happen. It could happen, but it's unlike the sextile in that with the trine, it's almost always something that is going to be short-lived. The sextile has that sort of 50/50 thing where sometimes we get the usual expression, it's more of a flash in the pan, we go through the stages of an affair, and then we're done. But we more automatically go through the stages of a short-term relationship or an affair if we develop that relationship under the trine. Um, it's not generally an upsetting time when it comes to trying to interject something new or fresh into our relationships. We're not creating rupture. We are more looking to, I want to say instead of fix things, looking to enjoy ourselves in a way that sort of takes us out of the usual stress that we're dealing with. So with the square, we're more focused, and and the opposition, the conjunction, we're focused on rupture and repair. But with the sextile and trine, and I think we are much, much more focused on, um, you know, enjoyment. These are our amusement park days. So we are, um, looking to unwind and to blow off steam. We are not confrontational under the trine. So not much may be accomplished when it comes to strengthening relationships or testing relationships or letting any cats out of any bags. It's more of a time where we get to breathe and relax from whatever stressors may already be going on. So when we come back to it at the opposition, um, I think we're more prepared because we've had a period of not, uh, focusing on what the usual problems are that are weighing us down. So take a little vacation at the trine.

All righty, let's look at the opposition between Venus. And we may have some significant encounters with others that do blow the lid off of whatever tension has been building. And we are, uh, usually feeling like other people are bringing that to us, like we're not the source of these confrontations. So it does give us an opportunity to let out some building, you know, differences, problems. Um, so it is an unsettling or upsetting time, but again, that leads to rupture and repair. And unconsciously, we are looking to have an encounter with the people closest to us that is different, is out of the ordinary. Relationships can develop under this opposition. Sometimes they are going to be something that can last. Highly unusual with conjunction. We have a 50/50. I, in terms of statistics, I'd say at the opposition, if we do need something that gives us a new experience of freedom, if we're in the market for something that broadens our idea of relationship or commitment, then relationships can last under this opposition. But if we're in a stage of life or a frame of mind where we're looking to be more closely connected, or, um, you know, we're looking for something more traditional, or something where there's a, you know, more time spent together, rather than pursuing our own lives, and it, it's probably not going to fit that bill because we're in a frame of mind where temporarily we're looking for something, um, you know, it's a little unusual. But when we come back to ourselves, if that's not where we are overall, if that was just the mood we were in, or if it was something we were working through, or very often a, um, rebound relationship will develop under this opposition. And we have to look at, uh, those relationships in terms of what, what are they serving, and what is the likelihood here that, given the circumstances and the reason that we've got into the relationship and what's going on with everything, what are the real, what's the justifiable outcome here that we're probably going to be looking at? And we will come to our senses after this transit completes, and we will, um, likely see the disparity between, as this relationship that at the time seemed to check off a lot of boxes, but we can see that probably is going to be limited in the long run.

Um, we do want to do new things, just out in the world, unexpected things, new types of recreation. So outside of potentially beginning a new relationship, we are reaching out into our environment and connecting with what is just not so damn stale. Uh, so we just want a break from what we've always done. Be careful though, what you commit yourself to, or what you buy, or what you invest in under this opposition because it, it can seem like, you know, this, this, it, this may be this may be good for me. I don't think that we're completely sure, but it's one of those, you know, what, I'll, I'll put my toe in the water here and see how this works out. It may not. The chances are, it's not going to. If you are somebody though, that does want something, you know, a new job, a new relation, so something that is by nature unstructured, or not as structured as what you've been looking for, it may work for you. So you have to really weigh personally what's going on when you see this opposition. You want a good idea what, what, how it's going to turn out. You have to look at it, uh, you know, with those factors in mind because that'll give you a better idea. Is this going to be something that, you know, has legs, you know, given what it is that you are looking for, what you want at that time.

All right, so I'll wrap up there. Open up for questions.
