A silver have what it takes to recover all the way upwards of the $2 to $3 range once again, or is this a ticker which you should be cutting your losses and walking away from?
With friends today, we're looking at S.O.B.R. under three different lenses: the why, the what, and the where. The why we're going to be doing a technical breakdown. The what's some stocking as to the telling guys where to get in and where to get out. So without further ado, let's get into it.
As always, the first thing we want to discuss is going to be the why. Why do we talk about the why, guys? We talk about the why because in order to predict the future, we first need to understand the past. We need to analyze and understand. Okay, you know what, man? This is a ticker which has been running this morning from the freaking $1.255 cent levels all the way upwards of almost $3, up over almost 100% at its peak. So why, why was it running? What's really going on here, guys? And is this something which we should be, you know, is this a dip which is worth considering? And is this going to be a multi-day rally, or was it just up for no reason?
Well, the reality is, like, like what I said today, it was, it was, it was up for no reason. Okay, it was up for no reason, but unfortunately, it's down for a reason. What is the reason it's down for? It's down because they announced an offering. That's right. They announced an offering, right? The company came out, announced a $2 million private placement priced at the market under NASDAQ rules. This is not good. This is not what you want to see, right?
What you guys got to understand is that at the end of the day, right? There we go. Uh, $1.55. The warrants will have an exercise price of $1.30 per. Not good. This is not what you want to see at all. Okay? This is not what you want to see at all because at the end of the day, right, you know what I always tell you guys? Say the stock market is simply supply and demand. When there's a limited amount of supply and demand starts pouring in, right, prices go up. However, when there's a limited amount of supply and demand starts coming in, but then we have an addition of supply also coming in, the stock either stays stagnant or we get price action like this, which looks like death. Okay, it, it, it's not, it's not looking good. All right, it's not looking good at all.
So, with that said, could we have seen this coming? Right? Because at the end of the day, right, I think, you know, so many times people, when they lose money, they just cut their losses or they just hold on forever and they just move on to the next ticker, next ticker, next tickers, right? The question is, could we have seen this coming? Abso-freaking-lutely, we could have seen this coming, right? And you know, there's a great quote by Eisenhower that I always like to refer to when it comes to trading, which is, you know, this is what he says, right? Who's Eisenhower? He was one of the great war generals. He says, uh, you know, a great war general can lose, a great war general can win. But the one thing that a war general can never say is, I did not see that coming. Right? So as a trader, we need to have the ability of, you know, potentially playing this scenario out to all of the, you know, potential outcomes instead of just thinking, oh, if it goes up, I'm going to make this much money. No. Can it come down? Why can it come down? Right? To what levels is it possible for it to come down?
Because let's take a look at the, you know, look at this ticker, man. You know, there's a great quote. Because when in doubt, zoom out. Right? Just death. Just absolute freaking death over and over. Pump dump. Pump dump. Pump dump. Pump dump. Pump dump. And all these dumps, I'm here to tell you, all these dumps, majority of them were offerings. We're offerings. Okay, I've been covering this ticker for a very long time, right? Offering, offering, offering, offering. Pump dump, pump dump, pump dump, pump dump. So when it pumps again, what do you think is going to happen? It's going to continue pumping, pumping, pumping, or is this going to be a short, short, you know, short-lived dump or short-lived pump? Probably that one, right?
So, for me, you know, when you take a look at this ticker, I, I think that it's one of those tickers which, you know, the highest I see it going now would probably just be the test of these $2.25 levels. It's not getting above these levels after the offering that they just came out with. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is. I would cut my losses and walk away from it because historically speaking, this is one of those tickers, man, that has just managed to continuously have lower lows and lower highs and lower lows and lower highs and lower lows and lower highs. And for me, it's just not worth holding. There are better plays where you can go ahead and you can recoup your money from than holding this trashy ticker which is going to continuously sell off, right? Because you got to understand at the end of the day, right, it's not just about whether or not this ticker can recover or not, okay? Because let's say, oh, in 10 years it can recover, okay? Let's say, let's assume, even though in 10 years it'll probably just have another reverse split and dump, have another split and pump dump, right? But let's just say it does. The question becomes, right, not only the money that you have in this position, not only whether or not the money can recover, it also becomes the opportunity cost that you're paying for by relying on this ticker, which is probably not going to recover, to recover. Right? So, is it better to cut your losses here and move on to the next ticker, right? And make your money back there? More likely than not, yes. Right? Rather than actually holding this piece of and just watching it continue selling off, selling off, selling off. But that's my take. Do what you like. It's your money.
Now, I'll tell you guys this, okay? If you guys are interested in trading alongside me, if you're tired of losing every single day, and you guys want to receive alerts for exact entries, exact exits, stop loss, everything like that, and pretty much live trade alongside us every single day, check out our private community, guys. Right now, for the Christmas season, the next 10 members that join, they get access to everything for a 50% discount. And we're the only community that offers a two weeks free trial, 14 days free trial, and a 30 days money back guarantee. Literally, nobody else in this space does this. And this is what our alerts look like. So we give you day trade alerts, swing alerts, option alerts, and this is what our alerts look like. So we give it a ticker, we give it an entry, we give it an exit, we give it a stop-loss. We also tell you how many shares to buy in your portfolio. So the share size is based on a $10K account. We always use a $10K account as a benchmark. So let's say we say buying 100 shares in a $10K account. Our portfolios are way bigger than $10,000, but we use a $10K account to communicate with you guys how many shares you should buy in your portfolio. So you get the same percentage gains as we do. Okay? And you know, let's say you have a $30K account, you buy three times a month. You have a $50K account, you buy five times a month. Simple and easy. Okay, that's it.
And, uh, we've been, we've been killing it, man. There's a reason we have over 400 members coming back month after month. Ang says, "My dog, I've been here for a week. I'll take care of me like cousins. Thank you for your patience and private chat and helping me understand all this. At Sam's for last 5 days, $4,000." Beautiful. Lily didn't kill yourself. Hilarious. And says, "This company changed my life. The few thousand I made here this month did not. But getting out of my losing streak and what felt like a damn gambling habit did. Like Sam's tried to best leave us." And that's exactly what's going to be beautiful. You know what's crazy is that a lot of people are not willing to give the community a shot, but they're okay with losing thousands of dollars trading by themselves, which is just so silly because not only do we trade for you and with you every single day, right? We also actually teach you guys how to trade. We have lessons in here, one-on-one access, everything. Five days into the 14 days free trial and the Discord cost already paid for. I've only been trading the swing alerts, or else it would be a lot more if I had the time to also day trade. Thanks. Have an amazing TV put together. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, man. You know, I'm not going to go through every single one, but let's just jump to today. Lit this literally today. We killed it on AMCI and Cidu. Thank you, Bada. Happy holidays, everyone.
