If your dream life was impossible, how are there people that are already living it? There are people who have the body that you want. There are people who have the bank account that you want. There's even people who have the man that you want. And you keep telling yourself that you can't do it because you come from a certain background or you've experienced certain things or you come from certain parents.
Well, I'm not sure if you've listened to any of them, but there's podcasts, there's books, there's so much information out there of people who literally come from some similar places such as yours and have gained the things that you want in life. So, what is the difference between you and them? It's not your upbringing. It's not your family. Sometimes it's not even money. It's their ability to lock in. They can focus on their goals. They can say they want something and do the necessary steps to get there, but you're not willing to do that.
So, in this video, we are going to talk about that. I want to help you lock in on your goals for a total of 90 days, but in this video, we are going to talk about the first 30 days. In this 90-day journey, we are going to break it into three phases. And this phase is the first one where in this phase, I'm going to teach you how to lock in on your goals and essentially get the life that you want for yourself week by week by week.
Now, the first week is going to be called scan and strip. This is because I'm going to need you to first scan your life and then figure out what are the necessary things you have to strip out of your life that are honestly taking up too much space and probably pushing you down. This is because I want you to think about it like this. Think about some quote unquote bad habits or even draining habits that you constantly do, but for some reason you just can't seem to stop. It might be texting that man back. You know, you probably shouldn't be texting him back, but sometimes you get bored and you miss him. It might even be you going to McDonald's after work. You know, you got food in the house, but you just want something sweet. So, I mean, a caramel frappe, a small fry, and a cookie won't hurt, right? And let's not forget you staying up all night scrolling on social media, refreshing your page, refreshing your page. Girl, why are you looking at your email at 2 o'clock in the morning? Go to sleep. Okay, but it's fine, right? Cuz you're doing it right now. And though in a sense you understand that these things are bad, right? I probably shouldn't be doing them. They're probably not good for me, but I just can't seem to stop.
The problem why you probably can't stop is because you're not aware of the things that are happening to your life because of doing these things. You're honestly not aware of the negative effects that these things are doing. You're noticing it in the moment. I shouldn't be doing this. I know I shouldn't be doing this. But there's something about it that you're not noticing how this is affecting your life. and actually building the blueprint to the kind of life that you have.
So, I'm going to give you guys a case study that hopefully explains this a little bit more. Scientists ran a famous case study in the '90s called the Iowa gambling task. Imagine sitting at a table with four decks of cards. Some decks gave you big rewards, but came with even bigger losses. Others gave smaller rewards, but they were far safer and more sustainable. At first, people kept choosing from the flashy, high-reward decks because it felt good in the moment. But over time, their brain started noticing the pattern. Every time I pick from here, I lose more than I gain. Once they became aware, their decisions shifted almost automatically. They started picking from the better decks without even thinking about it.
Now, I want to explain this case study just a little bit further. So, hopefully it makes a bit more sense. Think about it like this. You have two decks of cards. One is the big gains, big losses cards. So, think about it like this. Essentially, you're picking a card, right? Your first card. Let's say you win $300. You're like, "Oh, I want to win more money. That's that's good money." You pick again, you win $200. What? I got all this money. The third time you pick, you lose $600. Instead of your brain saying, "Hey, that's a lot of money. I don't want to lose that." You pick again because it felt good when you won that $300 and that $200. Even though you lost $600, it felt good in the moment when you had those big wins. So, you pick again. This time you win $150. That's still pretty good. But then the next time you pick, you lose $800. That is what was happening to these people. They started noticing, yeah, it felt good in the moment when I was getting these big gains, but I'm getting even bigger losses. It's honestly not worth it.
There was another side of cards that were a little bit more sustainable. So, that's why people didn't pick them because they picked a card and they're like, I won $75. I'd rather go over here and win the $200. They picked another card. Uh, I won $50. I'd rather go over here and win the $300. They picked another card. I lost $25. I mean, I guess that's pretty good considering I didn't lose that much. This side, the smaller side, was more sustainable, but why were they not picking those cards? Because in the moment, it felt better winning $300 than it felt winning $50. Even though technically on the other side they were essentially keeping more money, it felt bigger for them with the big wins and the big losses.
So essentially that's what you have to do. You have to start noticing the patterns in life because a lot of times these bad habits, they do bring you a lot of dopamine in the moment. They bring you a lot of joy. They bring you a lot of happiness. It feels good in the moment when you're texting that person back. It feels good in the moment when you're drinking that caramel frappe. But what it doesn't feel good is when you and that person are arguing and you're like, "Uh, I knew I should have never texted you back. I knew I should never contacted you. I knew this was going to happen." It doesn't feel good when you wake up in the morning and you can't fit your jeans. And you're like, "Dang, knew I shouldn't have never ate that crepe, but in the moment, it felt good."
And so, that is essentially what I want you to do in this first week. I want you to start noticing the patterns in your life because so many people wonder how they got where they got. It comes from patterns. And until you're able to do what those people did in that experiment to recognize the patterns in your life, then you're not going to be able to figure out how to essentially rewrite them. So, you're not going to figure out how to go from the first deck to the second deck if you don't even realize you've been picking out of that first deck your entire life.
So, here are the step-by-step things that I'm going to have you do in this week. Now, the three major things that I want you to audit during this week and to pay attention to are your decisions, your energy, and your attention. First and foremost, figure out what decisions literally drain you. What are some of the things that just take up too much time and take up too much energy? You trying to figure out what to do. So, this can look like you figuring out what to wear in the morning before work. This can look like you figuring out what direction to go to work. This can even figure out or look like you trying to figure out what you're eating when you get home from work or what you're eating for breakfast. Pay attention to that.
Next is your energy. Paying attention to what things in your life drain you and also what things in your life give you energy essentially. So that might be people, that might be places, that might be things, but essentially being aware of that. And then the final one is your attention. So this is you essentially looking at where does your attention leak? Like where do you spend a lot of attention on? And a lot of times for many people it is social media. But what is a lot of your attention going to? Like is it going to you being on your phone? Is it going to a certain person? Is it going to figure out where are your energy leakers?
Now these are the three action steps we're going to do. We are going to have you do a sensory detox. We are going to kind of get you to detox when it comes to the things that you are seeing, you are listening to, you are essentially around. detoxing some of those things so we can input something better. So, first I want you to kind of unfollow, give or take, about 20% of people that you have on a specific platform. Essentially, people who you feel like I've been following this person for forever just because we went to high school together, but this person just posts a whole bunch of this BS and stuff. I honestly don't want to see this page. I've been following for a long time. I'm going to be honest, it's a bit messy and I probably should unfollow it, but sometimes it's interesting. 20% of those roughly give or take. It doesn't have to be an exact number. Um, but just trying to get rid of a lot of the things that are keeping you in that negative loop.
Another thing I want you to do is replace one show, possibly even one podcast that is on that similar type vibe with something that you feel like is going to pour into you. So, possibly a different type of YouTube channel, a podcast, something of that sorts. And just think about when you usually listen to that thing. So maybe you wake up in the morning, you listen to a particular podcast or you on your way home from work, it's always traffic and you listen to something or something like that. Figure out what you are going to replace with it. Like I said, it could be a podcast. It can be an audiobook. It can be a YouTube channel that you feel like you just want to replace with it during this time period because you're just like, "This thing is kind of negative and it's kind of keeping me in this loop and like I just like the loop too much so I need something else to put into it."
The next step I want you to do is figure out an AM or PM routine. This is so important because your morning dictates your day, but your night dictates your morning. So essentially, if you have a bad morning, you probably are going to have a bad day. Like you're more likely to pay attention to the negative things, you're more likely to start your day on a negative type vibe. And it's very similar for the nighttime routine, too, because depending on how much sleep you get, the quality of your sleep, how comfortable you are, just different things like that, or even how you set up your night for the next day, that might dictate your morning. So, you might have went to sleep thinking, I'm going to have a really good morning tomorrow morning, but then you realize, wait, I didn't take my clothes out. Wait, I went to sleep kind of late. Wait, I I did all these things during the night time, and even though I wanted to have a good morning, I wasn't able to. So, they're very important, equally so. Me personally, for this challenge, I am starting with my night routine because I just feel like it sets up my morning a bit better, but to each its own. But for this week, I need you to set up a routine. Like, what does it look like for you? And it does not have to be a 20-step routine, but you need to have routine so that you know, hey, my night is out of whack. Hey, my morning is out of whack. Hey, I'm noticing the patterns.
And the final thing I want you to do for this week is remove one drain. So that can be a person, that can be a food, that can be something that you just figure out this thing is draining me. This thing is taking up so much time. This thing is taking up so much energy and I just don't want to have this thing in my life no more. And that's why I say also that's why it's good to pay attention to the three audits I told you about with your energy, with your decisions, with your attention. But you have to start noticing what is draining you because like I said, it's going to be hard for you to get out of the pattern when you don't even recognize why you've gotten here.
Now, week two, we are going to call this replace and stabilize. This is because during week one, we're essentially trying to strip you of your bad habits, but we want to essentially replace them with something new. But then also it's called stabilize because I promise you during this time period it's going to feel like your life is upside down and you are going to need some kind of stability to help you figure out that your life is okay and you're safe and that we're just getting everything back on track.
Now the reasoning behind this week is you ever notice how your days start out strong? You wake up in the morning with energy. You tell yourself when I get off work I'm going to eat something healthy or when I get off work I'm going to go to the gym. And then when you get off work, you want to go to McDonald's instead of eating something good. You want to actually lay on the couch and scroll on social media instead of you going to the gym. This is not because you are lazy. This is essentially because your brain actually loses energy. That is why in the beginning of so many journeys, we have so much motivation. We have so much, you know, willpower. Like, yeah, I'm going to go to the gym every single day. I'm going to eat healthy every single day. and then after a week or even sometimes two to three days that stops.
I want to actually give you guys a case study explaining why that happens and essentially the importance of this week because it is not something necessarily wrong with you. Your brain is just literally tired. Psychologist Roy Baumeister and his team ran a fascinating study in the late '90s. They brought students into a room that smelt like freshly baked cookies. Half the students were allowed to eat the cookies. The other half, they had to resist the cookies and eat radishes instead. Guess what happened? When both groups were later asked to solve impossible puzzles, the radish eaters gave up much sooner. Why? Because they had already used up a chunk of their willpower just resisting the cookies. Their mental energy was drained.
So, that was actually a great example of what happens to your willpower. When they went in the room, it smelled like cookies. So, everybody wanted cookies. The people who were able to eat the cookie smelling room felt like they didn't have to use any willpower. I don't have to stop myself from craving or getting what I want. The people who had to eat the radishes, those are the people who had to use willpower because they're like, "It smells like cookies. All I want is cookies. It smells like cookies and I have to eat radishes. Don't nobody want to eat that." And so when they were given literally an impossible puzzle, they didn't know that, but the puzzle was impossible to solve. They were just testing who would stick in it longer to solve the puzzle. The people who ate the radishes did not last as long because they used their willpower doing something else. And that is why this section is so important because a lot of times we think it's something wrong with us. No, your brain is literally exhausted. You've used so much of your willpower to do other things. And going back to the first week, that's why we talked about draining and stripping yourself of these things. That's not productive. But that's why this week I'm going to give you specific things that is going to help you essentially rebuild so that you are not using as much of your willpower and you can actually accomplish the new things that you want to do and stay to finish that puzzle a little bit longer.
Now, first I want you to keep your AM or PM ritual that you had from week one, whichever you decided to do, but I want you to adjust one thing in it. So maybe you're adjusting a time slot, whether what time you're starting to go to bed or what time you're waking up in the morning. Maybe you're adjusting one variable and this kind of will go off of what you learned from the first week. But that is the first thing that I want you to do. Pick the time that you've already picked. Stay with that and just adjust one thing.
The next is I want you to add one pour-in ritual. So if you've been keeping up with the challenge, I have been asking you guys in the preseason to keep up with things that are pouring energy into you and things that are taking energy out of you. So if you haven't done that already, if you're new, that's perfectly fine. But just even during this time period, I want you to start thinking about what are things that pour into you. What are things that make you feel good? Um, and kind of sometimes just make they kind of feel like they get you out of a rut, if you will. So, it depends. For me is going to Barnes & Noble. Like sometimes I'm cooped up in the house and I don't want to be here. But it's something about me going to Barnes & Noble that just puts me in a better mindset, a mind space essentially to get work done and do what I have to do. For some people this may look like you praying. For some people this may look like you, you know, taking walks or you journaling. But figure out one thing that's a pour-in because on the first week we've been focusing so much on pouring out. So this week we're focusing on what is something that you specifically want to do that pours into you and makes you feel good. And not just make you feel good in the moment. Let's not get caught up with that because going on social media makes you feel good in the moment, but after you regret it. So something that just makes you feel good and you feel like it is good. It's a pour-in.
The next one is we are going to have you get rid of one more drain. So what is one more person, one more thing, possibly one more social media page that is draining for you and we want to get rid of that. And the final thing I want you to start doing is keeping track, having some kind of tracker of your inputs. So essentially, how much water are you drinking a day? How many hours of content are you posting or are you using to create content? Keep some kind of tracker that's helping you keep track of your inputs. Not necessarily of the things that you are getting out. So, not necessarily how much weight you're possibly losing, but instead how many times a week have you been to the gym. So, that is something I want you to start keeping track of as well.
Now, week three, we are going to call this week the double down. This is because we are getting serious. We are almost done with phase one. We are in week three and so we need to start doubling down on the things that we've been doing week one and two. That was the training wheels essentially. That was us starting. Now we are serious. We are taking the training wheels off and we are riding that bike.
So one of the most important things that is going to happen during this time period is that you're going to have to essentially change your environment in order to double down. This is because I don't think a lot of people are aware. I think we hear it all the time, right? you're your five closest friends or you're the people that you're around, all these other things. But I don't think you understand how much that affects your identity. And it also affects who you are now and essentially who you want to be.
And one of the greatest examples a lot of people probably have heard of when it comes to this is the freshman 15. A lot of people have probably heard, you know, people's freshman year they gain 15 pounds. It's usually not 15 pounds, but traditionally speaking, when kids go away to college, they do gain more weight at a faster rate than people who may stay home from college or people who do not go to college. And even though the phenomenon is really known, they actually did an experiment on it. And I think this experiment is the perfect example why you need to double down and why you need to understand how if you're not in the right environment, doubling down actually can be bad for you.
In the early 2000s, universities with health researchers began studying the phenomenon of the freshman 15. They tracked new college students through their first year and found a clear pattern. On average, students gained around 5 to 7 pounds with some studies showing even higher numbers. Why? Because the environmental shift overnight. Structured meal times and parental oversight disappeared. Dining halls offer unlimited food at odd hours. Friends encourage late night pizza runs. Sleep schedules shifted without realizing it. Students began making small repeated changes that stacked into big changes. The weight gain wasn't about laziness. It was about environment shaping identity.
Now, this is honestly something that did happen to me when I was in college my first year. I did gain a considerable amount of weight. There are other factors that go into it. I know some people are going to be like, "Oh, well, you know, people are not playing sports anymore. They're not walking from class to class." In my opinion, I actually walked more in college walking across campus than I did in high school. But I digress. But essentially, I want you to understand they doubled down. Like a lot of times people say lock in and get serious. You are locked in. You are serious about BS. Like when I went to college, it was a thing of staying up all night. It was a thing of late night pizza and hot wing runs and all this other stuff because that was the environment I was around and everyone was doing it. And so when I did double down, I doubled down on that. And so that's why I think you have to understand your environment makes your identity. And that's why it's so imperative in the beginning weeks. I know I'm repeating it again and again, but the stripping, but the being aware, but of the patterns because you need to make sure that when you do lock in, because everybody say they want to lock in, you're locking in on the right things. and you're not essentially building a life that you don't want, building an identity that you don't want and creating your freshman 15.
So, here are some of the steps that I want you to do for week three. Now, for the first two weeks, we've kind of been getting you in a routine, right? You've been starting either your AM, your PM routine, you've been taking out certain things. Keep that routine, but now I want you to start putting in one identity-affirming action. So, essentially, I'm the kind of person that what? I'm the kind of person that goes to the gym three to four times a week. I'm the kind of person that meal preps. I'm the kind of person that focuses on her business the first two hours before she goes to work or she wakes up in the morning. Start with that. I want you this week now that you're doubling down on essentially who you are. You need to start showing yourself who you are through your actions. So figure out what is one identity-based action that you are going to start doing.
Next is an environmental tweak. Essentially an environment upgrade. So, kind of show yourself. We are a new person. We are doing new things. So, this may look like you getting yourself a real workout set or getting yourself like a nice cute workout set, upgrading that. This may look like you getting yourself a new bed set. This may look like you decorating your office or buying something to decorate your office differently. Um, this may even look like you getting a real camera. You might say, "I've been wanting to do content. I want to don't get me wrong, I know the camera was a very high expense, but to each its own, like if you're serious and you've been saving up and you like this an investment I want to make, do something to tweak your environment that shows you I'm serious. Get yourself the containers to start meal prepping instead of just putting them in crazy takeout containers. Like, do something that's essentially an upgrade. And I said it doesn't have to be a million dollars, but to show yourself this is the I'm the kind of person that does this. And since I'm the kind of person that does this, I'm the kind of person now that has that. And what is that has? What is that tweak that you're going to do?
And the final one I'm going to have you do is re-audit your attention. So essentially, I did mention earlier paying attention to where your attention goes. Figuring out where you are spending attention and or time doing certain things that probably aren't productive, that aren't creative, that aren't essentially who you want to be, and figuring out how to shift those in a more creative way. Now, I don't want people to think everything has to be self-growth, self-growth, self-improvement because I did mention earlier about like a new podcast or something like that, but just shift it in a more creative way. So, maybe this is you focusing on a hobby. Maybe this is you focusing on, you know, a specific task that you need to do to get to where you want to be, like that. Um, but I did want to mention, I don't want it to be too like self-growth, self-growth, self-growth, because during this time, I want you to get to learn yourself. So, maybe this looks like puzzles for you. Maybe this looks like you putting together um what are those little things? I can't even think of the name that we used to well kids used to do like putting Legos. Legos perfect example. Yeah. Or whatever the case may be. but reallocating some of those negative and or bad attention wasters onto things that not always necessarily build you up and make you this great person, but it's like it's a more creative, it's a more hobby-based, it's just a more getting to know myself instead of putting time into other people and other things that are literally taking me away from myself.
And week four, we are going to call this the lock in. This is going to be the week right before we get into phase two. And this is honestly going to be one of the most important weeks because I think this is where people mess up. After people do week one, week two, week three correctly, there's this thing of like, what else can I change? What else can I do? Especially if you start seeing certain results, whether it's physically or whether it's mentally. But week four, I'm going to help you understand why it's so important to lock in to what you already have been doing as if it is a key and there's nothing that can come in or there's nothing that can come out. Because so many people are going to be like, "Well, I could add another day to my workout or I could add another healthy meal or I could add another thing cuz I'm already seeing results from this thing. Let me add something else."
I actually want to give you guys another case study, of course, that is going to explain to you the power of actually locking into what is already working and how not adding new healthy habits, new healthy things can actually help you be healthier and better. Now, I'm actually using a group for this case study that we possibly and probably should all know, the band The Beatles. If you're not familiar with them, you probably are just really young. They are to this day one of the highest selling, highest charting, well-known bands in the entire world. And they came together in the '60s and we are in the 2020s. So, they're a pretty big deal. And I want you to understand how they rose to that success and what they did with their lock-in.
Before the Beatles were the Beatles, they weren't world famous. They were just another band struggling to stand out. But in the early 1960s, they went to Hamburg, Germany for a couple of years, and played seven nights a week, sometimes for hours on end, often repeating the same songs night after night. At the time, it wasn't glamorous. It wasn't exciting. It was repetitive. But here's the thing, that repetitive polished them. By the time they came back to England, people thought they were overnight success. In reality, they have been locking in on their skills night after night.
Now, I think they're honestly one of the best examples of why locking in is so important and sticking to what you know. For years on end, they went to a whole different country and practiced the same songs, even time after time, night after night. So by the time they went back home, everyone was like, "Oh my gosh, who are these guys? Oh my gosh, they're perfect. They can, you know, sing. They can play the instruments. They can do all these things that people would expect them to essentially do if they were these big bands that were performing." And I want you to understand that is the reason why you need to, like I said, pick an AM routine and stick to that. Pick, you know, an identity-affirming action and stick to that. Like one tweak and stick to that. That is why if you pay attention for this month, it's not too too too much that you're adding because this is phase one, you have phase two, you have phase three to adjust things and add things. But I want you to focus on locking in. And I think this week is so important even to the point where if this doesn't go correctly, I want you to even think about doing it again and again and again until you get it down correctly. Because one of the worst things you could do, which is the worst things they could have done, they could have practiced for one month and been like, "Oh yeah, we're pretty decent." and went back home, they would have been a dime a dozen. They would have been like everybody else. That is what happens to you. You start going to the gym for a little bit. You start eating healthy for a little bit and now you think that you're a gym rat and now you think you're the cooking channel and you could do all these extra things. Stick to what you know. Lock in and stick to the basics, baby. Cuz that is what's going to ultimately get you to where you want to be.
But of course, I have to give you the steps on how you're actually going to do that. So, there are three steps that I want you to do. First, I want you to for seven days, repeat that week. The weeks that you've been practicing in one, two, and three, repeat those weeks until you literally get them down to how they're supposed to be. You have a routine of when you wake up, you go to sleep, have all that done. You have things that you took out that's draining, have that done. You have ways that you've reconstructed creatively your attention, have that done. That is what you need to do.
The second thing is you need to create a Sunday reset. Now, most people do work Monday through Friday. If your schedule is different, of course, adjust it on that. But you need to have a day where it's like we can restart the week. Sometimes we feel like bad weeks mean bad months, which means bad years will sometimes feel like bad lives. No. So, you need to have a day. I usually take this day to meal prep. I usually take this day to get my clothes out for the week. And just things that it's like, okay, we reset. But you need to create that for yourself and figure out what does that look like for you.
And then the third one, you need to figure out a way to document your progress. We are very visual creatures. So whether you're trying to get your body together, that you taking a picture of yourself, weighing yourself, even doing measurements, um if you want to grow on social media, that is you documenting your follower count, you want to grow a business, documenting how many people are following the business account, how many orders you have, how many people are going to your landing page. essentially figure out a way to document this journey because sometimes too we move the goalposts and it feels like we're not doing anything but it's because you didn't document the beginning. But like I said, repeat this week until you get it right. This week, look at this week as building the soundboard. Look at this week as building the literally floor plan, the mat to the rest of the months. If you do not get this week down, I promise you the rest of the weeks are going to be in shambles and you're going to think it's something wrong with you when the whole time you just didn't lock in.
Now, thank you guys so much for watching this video. Whether this is your first video by me, whether this is you keeping up with the challenge or you're just finding out about the challenge, thank you so much. There is still time to join my 90-day challenge. As I've said in many videos, I am starting my challenge September 25th. just a personal thing because I want mine to end December 24th, the day before Christmas. But depending on when you watch this video, if you want to start by New Year's, you actually can start up until October 3rd, I believe, and that will get you to do 90 days until New Year's. But even if you watch this video after October 3rd, do not tell yourself, "See, this wasn't for me. See, I can't lock into my goals." Adjust it as such. Do what you have to do. If you're serious about this goals, if you're serious about the life you want to achieve, adjust it for your life.
But if you're interested in joining the 90-day journey, of course, I always make sure that I have a worksheet after every video. So, this video will be the same. There will be a worksheet below. Every single week, I come out with motivation. I come out with steps and tips. Also, follow my Instagram page. I would really appreciate that as well, my business Instagram, because I'm going to give motivation and just tips and tricks on there. as well. I know some people are like they want to join. How do they join? So, essentially, it is kind of just like follow the video kind of pace. I do want to start a group chat. I feel like that will make people feel like it's more of a joining of a group. So, please make sure you go below and sign up for my worksheet and or sign up for my newsletter because that is where I will be sending out the link to the group chat. Um, as I've mentioned before, please make sure that once you receive the email, you star it. If you don't see the email with the worksheet, it might have went to your spam folder. Make sure you go to your socials folder or just make sure you click, especially on Gmail, all emails because sometimes it just goes to random folders. Star it to make sure that you always receive the email. On Tuesdays, I do come out with podcast episodes. If you prefer listening, it's this content just verbal. So, that also will be linked below and any other socials that I have.
Please, please, please comment 90 if you are serious about joining this journey. and also comment 90 below if you would like me to send you the link to the group chat once it's created. So, I will send it through email, but I also will send it to you guys directly if you comment below 90. So, thank you guys so much for being on this journey with me. This is the first four weeks. This is phase one. This is just the start. So, I'm soon going to create a video in a couple weeks talking about phase two. But, I just want you to practice these things and like I said, do them until they stick. Maybe it's going to take you a little bit longer to four weeks. Maybe it's take you a little bit longer than five weeks. But don't be so fixated on stopping on a certain day. Oh, it has to end by this day or it has to end by that day. You need to be more fixated on changing your identity until it feels right for you. Until it sticks for you because that is you just comparing yourself to others and trying to put yourself in a race with somebody who not even racing you. Like girl, what you you know what I'm saying? So yeah, but thank you guys so much and of course, don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe and share this with anyone you want to lock in with your friends. You want to start your own little group chat, you know, anything like that. Um, but I do appreciate everything that you guys do. So, thank you guys so much and have a great one. And of course, week by week, I will be posting videos just helping us because this going to be hard for me, too. I don't want people thinking, "Oh, it's easy for Hershey." Girl, I got some goals I need to complete, too. So, thank you all so much and have a great.
