5 Food Swaps to Melt Belly Fat (Doctors Won’t Tell You) 🥓🔥

These five food swaps melt belly fat and reduce inflammation, but your doctor will never tell you about it. Why? Because they don't make big food or big pharma any money.

The first tip is to ditch the plant-based milks. Almond milk, oat milk, soy milk. They're inflammatory. They usually contain seed oils. They cause a big blood sugar spike, and a lot of them are also loaded with glyphosate. Instead, use 100% organic heavy cream. Heavy cream is loaded with conjugated linoleic acid which helps you burn fat.

Number two, replace these hearthealthy vegetable seed oils like canola, soybean, cotton seed oil with saturated fats. Your body loves saturated fats. It's the building blocks for your cell membranes where those fat burning hormones need to attach to. So ditch the seed oils and consume the butter, the coconut oil. Consume the beef tallow and the ghee and you're going to feel incredible.

Number three, swap out all grains, including whole wheat bread, with low carb, insulinfriendly varieties. Grains spike your blood sugar. They're loaded with glyphosate and anti-nutrients. So, instead, use spaghetti squash, cauliflower, rice, and go grain-free.

Number four, remove spinach, kale, and almonds from your diet. That's because they're loaded with an anti-nutrient called oxalates, creating inflammation in your body, leading to weight gain, weight loss resistance, and even kidney stones. Instead, consume arugula, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, and instead of the almonds, consume macadamia nuts and pecans.

And number five, remove pasteurized cow dairy, especially from grain-fed cows with sheep and goat dairy. So, if you're consuming dairy like cheese instead of cow cheese, you're going to be better off consuming sheep and goat cheese, which contain 30% mediumchain triglycerides, which help your body produce ketones and burn fat, and it's easier to digest than pasteurized cow dairy. You might be thinking, "But Ben, you just recommended heavy cream." Well, that's lower in lactose. It's mostly fat. That's not a big issue.
