The Rise of the AI Growth Architect (The Era of One-Person Companies Begins)

I think I finally have a clear picture of what the future looks like when it comes to AI and to the world of, you know, offering services, consulting, information online. Okay? And I wanted to make this video to break down what my hypothesis actually is of what the future looks like right now.

It's not a hypothesis. This is actually things that we've been working on, especially developing our, you know, software platform, which is try cookook.ai. Um, as I started building this platform, I realized that the vision wasn't clear. Not the vision wasn't clear as to how to productize knowledge and skills and be able to let someone who doesn't know how to do deep research, how to uh build offers, how to build funnels, how to build systems to be able to do it with AI. Like that vision is clear, but the thing I didn't understand was, well, what does the business model then look like for the people? Like, what is the real opportunity behind AI?

Yesterday, I was working with new clients of ours who are building this acquisition network platform. They're helping build the network of essentially buyers uh and sellers of businesses. Then building a talent um kind of like node or fly talent acquisition system to essentially help people source deals, vet deals, and uh event essentially become acquisition consultants and eventually uh operators of the businesses that end up selling on that platform. Right? And as I was helping them design their strategy on how to scale their platform, I then started thinking about our own platform. I'm like, well, what is the real vision? What is the real mission of Tricook AI, right? And for me to be able to clarify and have a clear picture, I need to understand who, what is the identity of someone building a company in the era of AI. And that in this video is what I want to talk about.

See, what do you think happens when you have access to the same skills as a company that's doing half a million dollars, a million dollars a month? You have the research capabilities. You have the ability to design offers. You have the ability to design product ladders. You have the ability to design sales processes. You have the the ability to design systems as if you were in an 8 figureure company. If one person has access to that same level of leverage and skill. Well, then there comes the opportunity to build a one-person company.

Now, what is this person going to be doing? Well, I actually think that the the window that opens up to these new entrepreneurs who are building companies in the era of AI. By the way, you guys are like, oh my god, like this is going to be probably one of the greatest era to build companies in because it's so easy. Right now, for me, what I think is happening is we're entering the world of AI growth architects. Right? So when AI, or a lot of people think that the opportunity in AI is to build the actual workflow and automations. But the truth is, once someone has built that workflow, you don't have to rebuild it. Like the demand for people just constantly building automation, of course, it is there, but it's not the point of having AI. The point of having AI is that it does your job. Right? So if AI can do the research and it can execute for you, then your number one job then becomes um someone to guide the AI. What opportunities you want to pursue? What offers you want to pursue? What funnels should you use in this scenario? Right? What uh what type of system should you then integrate into this business? Right? But the job of the human then becomes this job of an orchestrator of a bunch of AI agents. Right? And I think this is what a lot of people don't understand. Is people think that the goal is to just systems. Unfortunately, I think we even passed that opportunity of selling systems.

For me, when I look at this platform that we've built, I'm like, the other day before going to bed, right? I was thinking about this idea of like, you know what, now that we have connected Sora and a lot of these other APIs and we can create content that is AI generated. I know that a lot of businesses rely on creatives and even those that don't have creatives are literally losing money every single day because they have no ability to acquire attention. I had this idea. Like, not this idea, I'm actually going to be working on this. You guys are probably going to be seeing a video where I'm going to get on Try Cook AI. I'm going to do research. I'm going to find the markets that have the highest uh need and demand for content uh and where content drives a lot of the demand organically for their businesses. And then I'm going to then go work on the offer. And then I'm going to structure the funnel. Then I'm going to just connect it with GHL. Then I'm just going to create the creatives for that offer using uh our content agent and just have five, 10 different variations of the creatives for this offer. And then I'm just going to launch it on Meta. I'm going to spend $100 a day and I'm going to see who wants to buy AI generated content.

You see, I did not need a single human in the loop to help me do anything. FYI, we're on an eight figure run rate per year, right? I'm the CEO of a business with like a lot of people spending 200 grand, 300 grand a month in expenses. This new idea I just came up with or that I had the insight to create, I can build it as a one person on an in an afternoon. On the weekend, I'm chilling. I'm watching The Vampire Diaries, but I want to feel like, you know, I want to build a million-dollar business so that I can uh my brother just had a baby. I'm like, you know what? What if I just built this little AI content selling service and I just cooked it up on Cook and all the money that that business generates, I'm just going to give it to my family so they can just have fun, right?

This is the future. It's this idea of having just one person be able to architect and find opportunities and leverage AI to find the opportunities and then have AI build the assets around the opportunities and just deploy it in the real world. And then instead of selling just the systems to businesses, which is a much harder system integration, you need integrators. Why don't you sell them AI assets? Which is why I was so excited about this idea around selling AI generated content. I'm like, I can put together the offer with AI, create the ads to sell this offer with AI, and also sell AI content. I'm like, what? It cost me few cents per per output per video, right? Like it's pretty expensive on the video generation, by the way, guys. But I'm like, I think this is the future of business. It's being able to be a dreamer, someone who wants something out of life. And instead of having to rely traditionally on, you need to find a closer, you need to find a copywriter, you need to find someone to edit your videos, you need someone to put together your funnel, you need someone to put together the system. D like all this [ __ ] that you had to fight with. You had literally to fight entropy. You had to fight wars to be successful before because you relied on other humans and their discipline and their level of skill and curiosity and their excitement about their job to make you successful. Today, 90% of all the success I achieve is because of my team, right? And that's why last year I spent over $3 million on people, right? And this year is probably going to be even more. But I'm like, this idea that I just have I just had, well, I don't need $34 million a year in expenses anymore. And I think a lot of people have yet to understand that this is happening in real time.

So, what I'm going to be doing is uh I'm probably going to be creating a new YouTube channel called Cook with Serge where I'm just going to be building companies from scratch as a one-person team. And I'm going to be doing it live. I've already started doing the lives. I'm sure you guys have seen, but now I'm actually going to be going from idea to launch to collecting money in less than seven days. That is my goal. Is can someone have a desire and in seven days be making money? But before Try Cook AI, the platform that we've built, this wasn't possible, right? Cuz so many people in this AI race are building single use case AI tools. They're like really good at content generation. Then this other platform is really good at copywriting. Then this other platform is really good at designing appointment setters. And then this other platform is really good with funnels. And then this other lovable thing is can build apps. I'm like, "Oh my god, you're telling me that I have to learn how to use lovable, then cursor, then uh copy.ai or poppy.ai, and then use all these other platforms." Of course not. That's too many decisions to be made. So, you end up in decision fatigue and you don't end up actually executing on your desire. You just end up looking, okay, what what what AI app can build me this?

For me, I think what we're building is this operating system from idea to making money in seven days. And all you need to be to be able to leverage this platform is to desire to become an AI growth architect. A one-person team, one-person company where you make six figures a month. And the only thing you do is you do research because we're building, we're scraping the entire internet with all the data. I mean, you guys are going to see what we're cooking up. It's some [ __ ] crazy [ __ ] Um, you can literally access all the internet knowledge around every single niche. You understand their sentiment, how they're feeling. And then you just pick this idea and then you're like, "Oh, I think I like this new business. I like this problem. I can solve it." And then you just get this AI agent to essentially architect the solution, the product. And then you're like, "Okay, cool. I need creatives or I need outreach to go get clients. Maybe I get clients through Facebook groups. Maybe I get clients through uh paid ads or cold email." You get agents to build your cold email and then you launch it in instantly. Things like that. Um, and the reason why this one-person company is going to be possible is because companies will not adapt on their own. Even for me, there's so much noise around AI that there's no one. I don't see myself. I'm I'm I'm happy to be someone who's I'm I'm still young. I'm still excited. I'm still risk on that. I'm adapting. Literally changing my company from a consulting coaching agency business to literally becoming an AI literally platform business, right? But how many people in our industry are actually killing their old business to actually be in the future? None of them. Cuz they're all lazy. They got rich, they made millions, and they're like, "Oh, like, you know, this AI is just bullshit." I'm like, "Not really." Right? And the other half that actually is embracing AI, they're building the single AI use case tool. They just help you copyright. And they're like, "Oh, I built an AI software." I mean, like, bro, you did not build an AI software, bro. Let's make that clear, okay? They can just use Chad. It's much easier for them to use Chad than to use your AI software because they have to log in into your app. It's like another thing that they have to log in. It's like you got to remove friction. You got to remove uh you know, decision fatigue, right?

So, um, yeah, I think the world is changing and I think so many companies are in need of leverage. And I can see, you know, this becoming one of the greatest opportunity that has that we've ever seen. You know, like I made most of my millions from learning how to grow companies and being insightful and being, you know, just a sponge for knowledge and then being able to create playbooks and systems to then go sell back to people so they can achieve their dreams faster. But now you can do what I did with a single platform. You don't need to spend the $4 million a year on team cost. You just need to do with with one platform. I don't know if you guys kind of like see this vision where it's like you're just one person. You wake up, you're like, "Yo, what should I cook today? Do I want to go into fitness? Do I want to go into agency? Do I want to go into software? What do you want to do? What who do you want to help?" Then you do this deep research and it finds you all the insights. It finds you the gaps in those markets. And they're like, "Okay, cool. Let send it to this other agent to figure out the problem." And then, oh, okay, launch launch Legion by by by noon before you even eat breakfast. And then you book your first call before you you go to work out. And then you get on a sales call. You're like, "Hey, I can sell you the strategy on how to scale your business for 5, 10 grand." Uh, and then maybe you make close your first deal before going to the gym. And then maybe you go to the gym and you work out and you go you're while you're in the sauna, you're like, "You know what? I sent them the strategy, but actually after the sales call, you're like, you know what, they told me this other area in their business that they're struggling with." And then you send your sales call transcript or you have this background agents that's listens to all your sales call. And this background agents comes back to you and says, "Hey, by the way, in the sales call that you had, this client said this and I think this could be another offer or another thing we can upsell them." So then it's then you just say, "Cool, perfect. Just send it to the uh AI architect that will design the offer and the solution to solve that problem." And then it goes and designs it and then it sends it back to the offer. It prices it up. So then it structured it as a proposal. And then you're like, the next day you're like, "Hey guys, uh this other problem I already designed the strategy, but you guys are going to have to start paying me monthly so that we can actually execute on it."

Like imagine that world that reality where the highest agency person. Right? And by agency, the definition is someone who doesn't need to be told what to do to go for it. I think it is something that needs to be clarified. Just because you have AI does not mean that you're going to get rich. If you're someone who needs to be told what to do, who needs to be like babyfed knowledge and spoonfed that you need to get smarter to make money and to free yourself up. If that's you, even AI can't help you, right? And this is why a lot I think in the in the coding space, a lot of people have this question around, are are you is AI going to make 10x engineers uh 10 times better? Or like is it going to make an average engineer 10x better? Or is it going to make the 10x engineers 100x engineers? And I think the reason why they keep going back at this question is because average people are just going to remain average regardless of what you do, regardless of the technology. The human nature is just making people average, right? So, I personally don't see a world where the entire society is just suddenly smart and they're courageous and they're pursuing their dreams. They're they're simply not. If that was the case, then business wouldn't need to exist. Everybody would be building their own cars. Everybody would be farming their own food. Everybody would be building their own laptops. Everybody would be uh creating their own iPhones. Everybody would be making their own cameras. But they're simply not. Someone else figures out an insight, builds the iPhone, builds a laptop, builds all these things and sells them back to the people who are lazy enough to to not want to do it on their own.

So I think in the world of AI, the opportunities for the curious minds, the people who don't mind committing to becoming smart and to just sitting down in the basement and watching two, three, five hour pieces of content every single day until you master psychology, until you master systems building, until you master building a team culture, finding what generally finding mastery and chasing excellence. These people. If that's you, holy [ __ ] you're about to be a thousand times more leveraged and better than you've ever could have fathomed. And one of my uh guy on my team, Alberto, says this idea that we're getting into the world of generalists and polymaths are essentially going to be the winners of everything. If you think that you're gonna just win by just knowing one thing and being one good at one thing, you're already done. Like if you're just a copywriter, I get so many copywriters who message me like, "Hey, Serge, let me write emails for you." I'm like, "Oh my god, why are you still selling me human labor? Go design this AI copywriting agent and sell it to me." And guess what? The moment that I buy this one AI copywriting agent and maybe put it into Try Cook AI, every other copywriter who messages me has no I don't need them anymore. I just generally don't. So there's all these single use case people who are just focused on one single scale that are going to be rendered obsolete, right? So it's a it's a it's a scary time for most people, that's for sure. But for the ones who are dreamers and who are curious about cooking and who want to definitely build something and are willing to go forward and sacrifice everything, the time that it takes to become great, then oh my god, it's going to take what took me years to master. Now you can literally go from idea to doing it in the same day. You want to put together a funnel? Okay, cool. Who cares if you want and learn how to build funnels on GHL? Just get AI to build it, right? You want to you don't know how to build offers like Hormosi. You haven't read Hormosi book. Okay, cool. Why? Why do you need to read Hormosi book? You just need to know that he wrote a book about offers. Cool. Send it to AI. Say, "Hey, build me based on Hormosi offer." Or you're like, "Oh, I want to figure out the pricing models so that we can ascend clients better and we can, you know, retain clients or, you know, downsell them, upsell them, charge them upfront, then retain them, blah blah blah." Like Hermosi book and money models. Cool. Just get AI to feed the transcript, feed the thing, train the agent on the money models, and then get it to to tell you what you need to do, right? It was so hard to be successful traditionally. Today, with this operating system that we're building, I think we're about to empower people to make millions of dollars. And the only way I can show you how is just by cooking.

So, um, probably click the link below, find a new channel if you want to check it out. Um, subscribe. I'm gonna be cooking probably every single day, uh, going live. I'm probably going to focus on one idea at a time. And if you guys want to join this movement and you just want to architect things and turn ideas into reality, uh, maybe you're you're running an agency, a big team, and your your expenses are crazy high. Or maybe you're running a consulting info offer, but you're like your team is inco completely incompetent and you're tired of relying on a bunch of incompetent media buyers, a bunch of incompetent every single layer you can think of. And you think that all it all you need is actually just spend one week getting familiar with a bunch of the agents and then you can just start running everything yourself. Cuz I'm I don't have a marketing department. I have a team, a team lead for content editing, media buying, creative, copy, funnel. Everything is being done by me and we're on an eight figure run rate. You understand how crazy that is. Do you know how big of a marketing department you need to generate eight figures a year? It is unheard of. I I never could have f I mean, I haven't touched the ads manager in four years. This past month, I've been launching ads. I'm like, "Hey, what is CBO? Okay, Andromea update. Oh, I don't need to to to create a bunch of ad sets. I don't need to to create a bunch decide which audience target. I'm like, just dump the creatives. Oh, say less. Say less. If I find this creative that's going viral and I'm like, hey, this is my copy. And I go to Cook AI and I'm like, hey, create a three second hook rate uh that's based on this ad. And then I'm just going to stitch it. And by the way, here's my avatar. You can just create this thing. Make it you make it hook people. I create that little three second ad. And then I just send it to the team. Hey, stitch these together. And then I re-upload them. Like why do I need a media buyer? Even ads manager is is meta Mark Zuckerberg is trying to replace all the media buyers anyway, right? Because eventually AI is the best media buyer. How many times how often do you see content when you're scrolling that is better targeted to you than any ad that you've ever seen before? Is because the organic the algorithms are so good that they just need to know what you like. And as long as the creator or the ad is sent on that platform, it is going to find you. You don't need someone telling the the the the ads the ad set layer saying like, "Hey, go target this audience, people who like this, people at this age, people." No, no, no. Just let the creative, do all the messaging, do all the thing, and let the algorithm cook. We're getting into the world where one person is going to be so powerful, right? And I'm so excited for it. I I mean, yeah, it's a it's a scary world. It's a scary world for sure. And I've been telling my team, guys, like, it's time to cook. Everybody needs to be cooking AI. If you're not cooking AI, you're cooked. You're so cooked.

But I have to I have to adapt, you know, like I have to take care of I have to take care of my family. I have to take care not my family, they're good, but I have to take care of the future generation cuz, you know, my brother just had a kid, baby girl. And one of the thing I'm like I'm worried about is like, you know, if I wasn't super deep on this AI thing and you know, just clueless well and I'm not seeing what's happening in the real world. And let's say, you know, these babies in our families are growing up going to school uh going to daycare and then going to high school and then going to college. Are we going to tell them to go to university? Imagine how cooked someone already is coming out of university today. Now picture yourself five years from now. Now picture yourself a decade from now. Now picture yourself 20 years from now. It is so crazy that the education system is not letting people know what's happening in the world. So for me, I'm not doing this out of like this, oh, this is a cool little business. This is an opportunity to make money. I got to take care of the next generation. This is a this is a survival move. This is not a luxury move. You're not doing this to look cool online. And this is why like I don't care if this video is raw or look like it's a nice setting. Like I could have had my brother come and set up this thing all the the $30,000 cameras and the lighting be good. [ __ ] that. Ain't nobody got time for [ __ ] look good in this [ __ ] era. Every day you're getting cooked. It's time to, you know, it's so it's so risky.

And my goal, my future is this idea of if I can figure out how one person can build a business to six figures a month, then what they will figure out can essentially just be turned into a platform. Cuz even that will get automated because once you have a playbook on how to go from zero to money, you can just get AI to go to do everything for you and remove yourself from the loop. No human in the loop whatsoever, right? The reason why you still need one person in the in the human running and orchestrating all these agents is because the agentic layer it's not perfect and you need to create all the decision uh frameworks at each layer for it to be good. So that's why you still need one person to just orchestrate all these other agents and do all these decisions. But eventually, once you have enough data where the system can learn on its own, then you can step back and be like, hey, this is how to create value in this new world. Instead of buying homes, right? The traditional way of building wealth is, oh, invest in real estate. Right? My family keeps telling me, oh, invest in real estate, invest in real estate. I'm like, what? What are you talking about? Like nobody like what? So I can go broke and give the government all my money? No. The goal for me, I.

And see, picture this idea of instead of investing in traditional assets, you invest in intelligence that does something valuable for the world, for a specific niche, right? And then you give that to your kids. And your kids are literally taken care of with this AI platform, these AI agents that know everything about the world and that know what the what the goal is to essentially consistently create value for that niche. And I think that's the future is to own these assets, is to own intelligence and rent intelligence. Rent it out to other people. Nobody's going to be renting homes. People are going to be renting intelligence. I don't know if you guys have yet realized that you're renting intelligence. Chad GBT is renting intelligence. I spend more time on Chad GBT than anything on the entire planet. It's intelligence, right? If you don't pay that $20 a month that they that they charge you, they cap intelligence. And you're like, "Oh, I can't send more messages to this intelligent uh thing." Well, if you if Chad GBT, right, created two, three years ago is now worth, I looked the the other time and it's like half half a trillion dollars. When's the last time you saw a company go from zero to being worth half a trillion dollars? $500 billion valuation with over 800 million, I think is like daily active users, if not weekly. I think it might be daily. I think it might be weekly. I don't know. 800 million, like 1/8th of the entire planet is using it. That is mind-boggling. Google has Google did not achieve that. Google achieved it in like after like 10 years or seven years. The growth rate of Chad GPT of OpenAI is 1/7th of what uh Google achieved in like a decade or or 10 years. And Google literally allowed you to research the internet when you couldn't, right? So I'm like, oh, if they're doing half a trillion dollars, they're worth half a trillion after 2, 3 years or so, then wouldn't you wouldn't you think that then the future of business isn't to just be a slave? The future of being an employee isn't to just be a slave and trade your time for money. The future is you leverage energy. Eventually, it's going to come from nuclear. You leverage the chips from Nvidia. You leverage the compute and the you know, the architecture of these large language models, right? And you connect a lot of different use cases of these, you know, text to video model or speech to video models. You find these little intricate aspects and features of AI that can create videos, that can create voice, that can create text. And you go use that to create something that someone else is going to be renting from you. But you're not going to figure out what that is until you actually use AI yourself to do a workflow and to find how to deliver real value to the world. And then you can be like, okay, let me actually build software.

Of course, one of the other layer that I didn't talk about is data, right? If you don't have data, then what are you going to build your thing about? So to get data, you need clients. You need customers. And to get customers, you need to first solve their current problems with the current, you know, AI tools that are available or Try Cookook AI, of course. And then once you have enough uh distribution, once you have enough customers, once you have enough data, and once you have enough cash, of course, because doing this allows you to acquire cash, then you can play the game of renting intelligence, right? But again, you guys are witnessing history. I'm sharing my thoughts as they come. I'm cooking live. There is no like, oh, this is some like uh planned out strategy that like, okay, this is the future. No, no, no, no. This ain't this ain't plain [ __ ] This is like real time cooking. And it's beautiful to be able cook to be able to to just build in real time. And you know, a decade from now, I'm going to look back on this video and I'm going to be like, was I right or was I wrong? If I'm wrong, it's fine. You know, I tried it. I believed in myself enough to create a vision and go after it. But if I am right, I'm gonna be on a yacht somewhere in the South of France with probably like a bunch of kids running around. And each one is going to have, you know, a million dollars in profit that goes from an app that just delivers some value to like dentists and someone when for roofers and one that does this thing for like uh construction and and and brokers. And this thing like they just use my the all the AI tools platforms that we've built with our partners. And we're just going to be celebrating life.

But I want you to please take a second and picture a decade from now knowing how good AI is. Not even the execution layer, but just how good it is at understanding you and thinking with you and giving you answers that you don't have. How how long until this intelligence starts doing your job? That's the real question. How long until this insane technology starts doing what you do? Because if it knows things that you don't know, then what makes you think that it can't do what you do? Is it because you're so special? Because you wake up early, you beat the sun? Is it because you can bench press a lot? Is it because you uh you're you're you're a specific uh you live in a specific place? Is it because you speak a specific language? Is it because you're handsome? Is it because you got a BBL? Doesn't matter. And if that is the this is the thing, this is where I want people to understand because so many people think that AI is just a this like, oh, I can I can pay attention to it later. Doesn't work like that. Right? So if you if the question was, if it is already better than you, then don't you think that the way you should play the game should be insanely different from what you have been taught to play, which is traditionally is go to school, become smart. That was always the key. It was go to school, educate yourself, and then people are going to pay you for your knowledge. Now knowledge is free. Knowledge is $20 a month. All the knowledge in the world. Okay? I'm talking, you want to go into consulting, the benchmark mark was like 70%. On like Grock 5. You want to go into law, the benchmark was even higher on Grog 5, I think it was like 75%. You want to go into uh business acquisition, acquiring businesses, crazy. You want to go into medicine, healthcare was like 61%, something like that. And by the way, that's 60% of like a great talent in in those roles, not some entry-level, right? For me, that is a question that I ask myself and I believe that it is going to replace me a thousand percent. Therefore, the opportunity is in what? Being the orchestrator of the thing that replaces me, not letting destiny come and take me away. Right?

So anyway, I don't want to go too long. I think this is enough. 30 minutes of yapping is should should be enough. But um, yeah, click the link below, follow the other channel. We're going to be dumping all the different uh offers we've been building. I built one for Medba. Um, we're working on one for real estate. I'm going to build the one for the content um offer. And um, I'm going to be hosting a masterclass this Saturday going over um everything we've learned, how we're building these companies, and also giving uh people access to try cookook.ai. So, if you want access, join the masterclass below. And um, I'm excited to share with you what we've been cooking and I'm just so fired up to be building and I hope you guys are too. If you've been following me for a while, you know that for me, I'm always just risking everything, just sharing what I'm learning. I'm not the type online where I have this background idea and then I'm just like keeping it hidden. No, I love to share. I love to cook. I love to make others aware of where the world is going because the most valuable thing that if I'm if I have this personal brand, then I'm like like I've made enough money to know that I'm going to be good forever, right? But the thing that I would have loved to have online when I was starting my business was someone who's not having this like who's not like a two-faced [ __ ] online where it's like they say this one thing but then in the background they're doing this other thing, right? Someone that you can actually trust to share what they're learning. Not some, oh, I'm like this nice figure that's like, oh, I'm I'm I'm smarter than everybody else. No, I want I'm not smart. I'm just sharing with you guys what I'm learning. I'm sharing with you guys my worldview. And and yeah, that's why I can go for 35 minutes a video that's not structured. It's just literally my thoughts. And you know, whoever it resonates with, it resonates. And whoever it doesn't, it doesn't. Right? Because at the end of the day, 99% of people are probably going to watch this video are not going to do [ __ ] about it, which is really sad. So to those to the 1% who will do, let's get to cooking. I love y'all. And uh, yeah, let's change generations, right? We owe it to ourselves to be great. And um, you know, a few decades from now, we'll be looking back at this and um, yeah, seeing how it performed. Love y'all. Bye-bye.
