ITS ALL A LIE

Over the weekend, a CBP agent shot and killed a man named Alex Prey. I'm sure most of you have heard this already, and I'm sure you've heard both sides issuing a statement, an agenda as to what happened, why it happened, and what's going on. I'm here to break down the truth to the best of any rational understanding as to what actually happened for you. Though I may be wrong, I certainly think it's fair to say that the administration's statement on what this man was attempting to do is incorrect. I think any rational person can see that. And the statement from the left over what this man was attempting to do is also absolutely incorrect. And I believe the bulk of moderate independents and even many conservative individuals and some liberals can see what really happened here. And that is the left right now is arguing that this man, Alex Prey, was a peaceful protester exercising his First Amendment rights and was shot and killed for it because he was also simultaneously exercising his Second Amendment rights. The Trump administration has said this man had two magazines and a 9 millimeter. When they attempted to disarm him, he resisted and they say he wanted maximum damage and to massacre law enforcement.

Here's the truth. Watching the videos, uh, I've watched every angle. I know many of you may have, uh, as well. It seems to be unfortunately a series of unfortunate events, but it all starts here. A man who was part of, it appears, according to the reporting, an organized effort at the state level to rebel against the federal government. And and guys, again, this is the signal. This is a signal gate. This is thousands of people in the government identified as collecting license plates. I know, uh, I'm not here. You let me let me say, let me say this. The challenge in every conversation news-related is how do you prime an individual to understand the circumstances that led to an an event like this? Now, there's going to be a lot of people who are going to say, "What do you mean that the state is organizing rebellion?" And here in lies the challenge for me to properly explain to you what happened with Alex Prey. You need to have already known about Signal Gate, which is currently breaking right now. And the simple version of that story is that there is a massive group chat, thousands of individuals, including state government leaders, who are organizing, uh, uh, uh, look, it's rebellion. And the reason why I say that, not just protest, is because they're pulling people over. They're demanding papers. They're collecting license plate information. They're physically attacking people. They're ransacking hotels. This is not a protest. This is an organized effort from the state where the governor says, "I'm proud of you all fighting federal law enforcement." Understanding that, and that's a big challenge because I know a lot of liberals are going to say, "Don't know, don't care." But I'll tell you this, the liberals that are actively involved, well, they know it because they're in it. The moderate types haven't heard that are probably going to find it hard to believe. So, I will have a video on that coming up later.

But let's talk about Alex Prey. He was reportedly part of this group. This group is trained on how to directly interfere with federal law enforcement operations in the state. We don't see the same kind of resistance in other states, even some blue states. Minneapolis seems to be particularly unique. This man brought a loaded gun, as he's allowed to do, to be completely honest. You can carry a loaded weapon if you get your permit, whatever the state says. You know, I think the Second Amendment says you don't need one. That is the permit. However, a scuffle breaks out with CBP to which this man fights agents. Now, I'm not saying he punched anybody in the face or anything like this. In the scuffle, they were attempting to disarm him. He resists. There's no question. He's literally fighting off four or five agents. It appears that they see his gun. His hand makes a motion to his waistband, both front and back, but we don't know exactly what that was. Reflexive, swinging his arms, reaching for something. It appears one of the agents grabs his gun and yells, "Gun! Gun!" And then a shot rings out. The agents retreat and one of the CBP agents pulls his gun up and fires several times, killing Alex Prey. This does not appear to be a man who wanted to massacre law enforcement. It certainly does appear to be a man who was trained to actively impede and obstruct federal law enforcement who was resisting arrest while armed. And I'm going to tell you, it looks like right now this SIG SIG P320, I believe it's called, may have accidentally discharged. I'm not sure. These weapons are, uh, have been known in the past to fire. And then this man was holding a phone. It appears that when one agent saw the gun and moved to disarm him, taking the gun from him, yelling "gun, gun," there's an accidental discharge. He swings his hand around. I've got all the footage. We'll go through it. With a phone in his hand, and what does the CBP agent see? He hears a shot. He sees him holding something and turning. He opens fire and Freddy killing him. It was not an execution. It was not a man trying to massacre law enforcement. It was a series of unfortunate events. I have no problem saying, "Don't interfere with law enforcement, a felony, while armed, preparing to resist arrest." Trump's statement, I believe, has been damaging. And I believe the Trump admin has been unwilling to do what needs to be done. And so, my only conclusion is they're either happy it's happening or they're completely inept. Because you've got one of two approaches: stand down or suit up. And they've only done half measures, which has resulted in state-level organized insurrection against the federal government. And that's not an exaggeration. We're watching them now ransack hotels, bash people in the face. They're pulling over private vehicles. They're, they're surveilling. They're demanding papers. The liberals are saying ICE showing up masked, demanding people's papers is Nazism. It's, it's Gestapo. Sure, it's horrifying. I argued against this last year. Feds should not be walking around with masks on demanding people's papers like this. They should be investigating legitimate claims and tips. At the same time, the left is stalking vehicles, pulling them over, I kid you not, and demanding their papers. This is civil war.

I'm going to play for you these videos of the PR shooting so that you can understand everything what I, I'm going to back up everything I've said. And, uh, uh, you know, look, I, I understand normally don't show graphic stuff, but we're, uh, I'm going to play these videos. The latest update, of course, is a judge is going to hear the arguments on the immigration crackdown after a second fatal shooting. The important thing to understand is this was not ICE. This was CBP. I got this wrong. The initial reporting was that we thought it was ICE. It was, uh, CBP. So, I am incorrect in this post and I want to make sure that's clear to everybody. So, I want to, and look, nobody even community noted me. Come on, guys. Community note. Where you at? Here's the video, the initial video from the woman who watched it all happen. It's 2 and a half minutes long, and we're going to break this down and show you exactly how it plays out. Here is Alex Prey, and here's the the confrontation. So, let's start. Here you can see two women confronting CBP. And here's Prey walking up. Now, they're obstructing a roadway. That is a minor. It's like petty crime. You can get arrested for obstructing a roadway. Law enforcement witnessing you do this can move you out of the way. Whether or not the CBP agents acted appropriately is not a point I'm trying to make. >> Go. The car you can see is obstructed. They're trying to fan it through. Here's Prey waving the car through despite blocking the road. What the, what the is wrong with you? Prey pulls the woman aside and this woman is then pushed by the agent. >> You can see right away what Prey is doing as he rushes in to intervene. No contact is made at this point, but he's intervening as the agent has pepper spray in his hand. Prey then raises his arm to deflect, >> to which the agent attempts to pepper spray him and does. Now, Prey is being pulled. They're attempting to arrest him. This is plain and obvious. And Prey is grabbing at the woman. I don't know why. What the people? The >> Okay, at this point, there is no question he is resisting arrest. There are multiple agents grabbing him and he is fighting back. >> with you. >> He is refusing to stay down. He's not putting his hands behind his back. I don't know if you're able to hear that, but you hear "gun" and then a shot rings out. Then several other shots. The first shot, many people believe, was an accidental discharge from the weapon they took from Prey. It appears they disarmed him, but we're not entirely sure. It appears they disarmed him and then a shot rang out. A mark appears on the ground right here. Uh, I don't know if you can actually, it's very hard to see when the first shot rings out and it's just a small shadow which looks like a round may have struck the ground. And he's gone.

Now, of course, the left said First Amendment, Second Amendment, and they killed him unjustly. Well, uh, whether or not it's a good shoot or a bad shoot is not really part of the political question here. Uh, I would say this is unfortunate, but lawfully it was, it was, it was clean in the legal sense. Now, if you have a problem with that because you don't want it to happen, we're not making that point here. Okay? I say "we" as in the people making the argument about what happened. Okay? Not the royal "we." The point is, if you obstruct law enforcement while armed and resist arrest, this might happen. And it is not incumbent upon the person you are aggressing upon to wait to defer for you to draw your weapon and shoot on them. This may be imperfect self-defense where they see a man holding a black object in his hand, hear the words from other agents, "gun, gun," and then a shot rings out and then they fire in self-defense. Again, the liberals are arguing he was already disarmed, but that is not a factor in lawful self-defense. Brendan Stro has this video. Actually, this is a repost from Mario saying, "New stabilized video in the Alex Prey case shows him reaching for something moments before shots were fired." Here's his hand. He reaches around his back. I don't believe that he necessarily was reaching for anything. He was holding a phone in his right hand the whole time, as we saw in the beginning of the video. But the point is, what are the agents seeing? A man where they just screamed "gun," reaching his right hand around his back while holding something black. So, they shoot him. And it is unfortunate. I wish this man was not shot. Let me see if I can, uh, make this video easier to see. Someone said, "Here is the moment the SIG goes off." You can see it. It doesn't appear that the cop, the the agent here is holding it with his finger on the trigger, but the SIG appears to go off. Now, many of you may be familiar with this. I want to, I thought I had the tweet pulled up. I'm not sure that I do. I'm going to pull it up just in case. Sig, the the Sig has actually, I might, I might have it pulled up. Let me see if I can, uh, uh, try and grab something here. Here we go. The Sig P320 unintentional discharges are a significant concern with numerous lawsuits and reports alleging the pistol can fire without a trigger pull, especially when dropped, leading to injuries. Though SIG Sauer maintains the gun is safe and attributes the incident to user error or improper holstering. While some legal cases have resulted in payouts, investigations by agencies often can't replicate the failures under controlled conditions. The company offered a voluntary upgrade for older models to address the drop, uh, drop safety, but issues persist. So, we don't know if that's the case, but many people have been, um, pointing that out. And, uh, in this video, it appears you can see that the, uh, the weapon went off.

Now, we have this here. It's another video. Wrong place, wrong time. He was pulled into the fight by the girl. Nobody can tell what's happening. Here's another angle. So, you can see in Prey's right hand, he's holding a phone. That's what he's holding when they shoot him. He's pepper sprayed. Guys, agents push him. Now, listen. Liberals have argued, "How are you supposed to comply when all these men are surrounding you and grabbing at you?" They train you to go limp. Uh, activist organizations, well-known, watch the videos. They say go limp. And you'll notice videos where there's protesters being carried out by two or three guys and they're just, they're not, they're completely limp. Prey was trained. He was reportedly part of these these ICE watch organized state-level groups or group. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's resisting arrest. They even hit him. Guy is on his elbows. Agent takes the gun, we believe. And he's not holding it as if he's to use it. Look, he's holding it just from the, from the grip. Now, fault is is completely immaterial here. Fault does not matter. It doesn't matter. The liberals are yelling at me for it. Conservatives are kind of shrugging. I have a post, um, I, I don't actually know if I, if I, if I've pulled it up here. Um, I don't think I, I don't think I have it, but I, I have a post on X where, and you can see here, this, this people said it looks like he's holding a gun. He's holding a phone and he was holding it like this. Here, I got my, uh, I got my, my, uh, air conditioner here. He was holding it like this. This is a, a standard way to hold a cell phone when you're filming. I do it all the time. But when you're holding something black and you're like this, it can look like you're holding a gun. Fault is completely immaterial. And the liberals don't care because they, they've planned this. Okay, let's, let's, let's be real. This is, um, the activist organizations. What we're now learning is called, uh, is being called Signal Gate. I think there was already a Signal Gate. So, I don't know if you can call it a Signal Gate, but it, it's, it's organized at the state level. It, it's not an exaggeration. Uh, politicians, state level, local, and otherwise, have been outed as organizers of a large, I, I would, I, I don't know what you, you'd want to call it, but, um, partisan, uh, factional partisan group with trainings on how to obstruct ICE, how to pull people over, how to secure their, uh, how to spy and collect license plate information. It's coordinated against the federal government. When local government, state level, local, or otherwise, is actively training people outside of the the the the structured organizations to fight federal law enforcement put in place duly elected. We are talking about active rebellion or insurrection. Call it whatever you want.

Now, I said this, we are well past the point where justification matters to either left or right. To the right, it's going to be plain and simple. ICE and CBP. Again, I know everyone keeps saying it's an anti-ICE protester and these are CBP agents. It's over. We'll call it DHS. The right's going to say this: We elected Donald Trump. We elected Congress. We won the Supreme Court. This is the will of the voter. This is democracy. When these agents go out and you choose to obstruct federal law enforcement, it's a felony. And if you get into a fight with a cop while armed, it is not incumbent upon the officers to defer to you to shoot at them. A gunshot rings out, they see the guy holding something black, they hear "gun, gun," they shoot. I think any standard constitutional republic supporting jurist is going to agree. And I'm sure the agent's going to say, "Listen, all I can see is a guy holding some black long thing. A shot rings out. They yell 'gun.' I think he's shooting at me. He's fighting cops. He approached us. We didn't approach him." The left is going to say, "You're allowed to protest law enforcement, and you're allowed to keep and bear arms." Which, let's just be real, the laws proposed by the Democrats would have made this man a felony a long time ago. And I'm not even exaggerating or trying to be biased here. Keith Ellison, the AG himself, said this should be a felony. Long before this broke down, Ellison said people shouldn't be bringing guns to protests. He's got a whole AG plan about why it should be illegal. Now all of a sudden, now he's a victim. Why? Because they've organized and planned for these scenarios. The left has been preparing for this degree of insurgency. Trump is weak. I, I, I got to tell you guys, right now we're looking at the autonomous zones being established. This, this is not something that just happens. This stuff requires pre-planning. Where do the resources come from? Where does the food come from? The left likes to say it's spontaneous. It's not. Never has been. That's not possible. At a small scale, flash mobs can happen, but there's still an organizing principle, something for which people can coalesce around. There has been a group chat for some time preparing for active insurrection against federal law enforcement in this area. There's a variety of reasons why. One argument is that they are something like a couple dozen seriously people away from losing a congressional seat. Trump going in and deporting people is going to pull a congressional seat from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Maybe it could be the billions in fraud that's been funneled out of the state. Could be. We don't see anything like this in red and blue states that are cooperating with the federal government. Namely, New York has some protests, but nothing like this. What we're learning is, we're, we're, we're well past Bleeding Kansas. Bleeding Kansas is pro and anti-abolition forces fighting and a political dispute at the national level. This is the state government, Tim Walz, praising what these people are doing. They ransacked a hotel last night because they thought ICE agents were staying there. Not sure if they were, but there were two DHS guys and one got bashed in the face and was left bloodied up pretty bad. There was one agent, I believe he might have been CBP, has finger, the his fingertip bitten off. Not an exaggeration because the Prey shooting is the is the principal crux of the conflict that we're seeing right now. I wanted to cover that and go over everything. Of course, I have a longer segment prepared talking about what's really happening, my friends. And we, listen, whether you want to accept it or not, we're at a civil war. Uh, I'm not even, I'm not playing games. I'm no longer, uh, I'm, I'm no longer going to be telling you like maybe it'll happen, maybe it won't. It is clear. It is definitive now to anybody paying attention. That is Tim Walz is praising partisan. So, so, uh, when we talk about partisan, what do we really mean? Partisan, uh, in a domestic case refers to a Democrat or Republican, right? Doesn't really refer to much else. When you're in an active conflict, we're talking about an ideologically driven faction. So when I say partisan in this context, now we have an upgraded term. These are fighters. They are not official government, but they are acting de facto government. And we see this in Syria with say like the Free Syrian Army. You see it across, across the world really, groups that identify themselves as an aligned organized faction to fight. Uh, Antifa doesn't really qualify. They're, they're more of a, you know, it's a loose cell network. It's, it is networked, but that is partisans, but, uh, in a sense, what I'm referring to here is Democrat-aligned non-governmental working for the government. It's almost like, uh, uh, uh, being issued a letter of mark or a privateer. What we are seeing now in Minneapolis, individuals not hired, but ideologically driven, pulling people over. I got a video. We're going to play it for you in the next segment. This is not Bleeding Kansas. This is not left and right groups showing up and advocating the state move one direction or the other with some violence breaking out. That was years ago. That was California. That was Washington and Oregon when we had the street-level conflicts and people were being killed. That was the George Floyd riots. What we're looking at now is an open door. And perhaps it's fair to say we don't quite reach that level. But I think one thing is clear. We're either going to have a revolution or we're going to have civil war. I believe what we're looking at right now qualifies as civil war. People are going to ask, which side is fighting which side? Well, the National Guard was dispatched in Minnesota and they're handing out food and resources to organized state-level partisans who are bashing cops in the face, showing up with guns. No. Okay, it may be a little early. Fair point. This may be a little early. The point is this. If by this week or next, I mean, and, and not to mention, it's freezing cold out, so this is pretty surprising. You get federal agents being shot and killed. We've already seen them rammed, okay? We've, we, we have now two deaths from DHS, ICE, CBP, Renee Good and Alex Prey. What, what we're seeing from the left partisans is a tactic. They're trying to engage in as much obstruction and rebellion as they can while minimizing casualties to their opponent's side for PR purposes. This is fifth-generational warfare. They know that if, if you go to a regular person anywhere in the country and say, "A federal agent shot and killed a guy who was filming," it sounds really bad. They need that. They need confidence from the people that they are correct. This is why I say Trump is B. I tweeted this. Trump is not Lincoln. He's Buchanan. Buchanan is widely regarded as one of the worst presidents ever. He tried to placate the South. He did not deal with the, the, the expansion of, of the insurgency, and this was at the crux of Bleeding Kansas. Trump right now is doing very little. Unfortunately, it's the case. I know that he's working very hard in foreign policy. Agreed. But right now, he either needs to go full-scale fifth-generational warfare, and that doesn't mean shooting people or anything like that. It means it means manipulation tactics, control, subterfuge, whatever it may be. Or he needs to stand down completely because half measures help the left win. And by, by stand down, I mean, if he pulls his guys back and says, "Do not engage even if they're armed." You may say, "But, but people might die." Indeed. And if the story is the left has gone too far and is killing federal agents, Trump wins because he's not the aggressor. The other strategy is fifth-generational warfare. Infiltrate, destroy, rebuild. It doesn't appear he's doing any of that, unless all of this is on purpose.

I'm going to save this for the next segment. I'm going to wrap this up here. I want y'all to understand what we saw with the shooting of Alex Prey. The truth about it. And, uh, partisans are going to look, I'll put it like this. It doesn't matter. We are at the point now where the only thing that matters is enemy combatant. When these liberals come out and try and justify some excuse as to why he was allowed to do what he was doing and the shooting wasn't justified, they're just trying to sell you something. The truth is, and I think any rational person can see this. It doesn't matter what the person did. What matters is the right will stand by the feds and the left will stand by Prey, by their, their, their aligned individual. A video could come out of Prey saying he's going to try and start a fight and get martyred. And the left will still argue it doesn't matter what Prey wanted. He was just pointing out that the ICE were trigger-happy lunatics. It doesn't even matter if he said in a manifesto he was going to massacre them all. Wouldn't matter. They would still argue he never actually did. All that matters is which side are you on? And that is a song the left sings. And that's their point. I'm going to wrap it up there. Stay tuned.
