Here's how to B create all your social media content on CA. This tip is going to blow your mind, so buckle up. We're going to create 48 of these quote posts in under 2 minutes, and let me show you how.
First, we're going to use ChatGPT. If you're new to ChatGPT, go check this video out if you're a complete beginner. Now, type what you want ChatGPT to generate. I'm going to ask you to generate 50 marketing quotes for my designs, and in minutes, voila! I have 50 marketing quotes.
Now, copy all these marketing quotes and then go to Google Sheets and paste them in. Now, I like to separate the quote from the author and put it on two separate cells, and here's how to do it. Go to Data and then click on Split text to columns. Now, for the separator, you're going to choose Custom and then type in dash. Now, your data is automatically split into two columns like this.
Now, go ahead and name your sheet, and under File, go to Download and then download it as a CSV.
Now, go to Canva and then create a design. You can create a standard Instagram post, and if you don't like to start from scratch, that's fine. Go to Design and type "tweet" and select whatever template you like. I, of course, designed my own for this tutorial.
Now, you're going to go and click on Bulk Create. Now, you can either enter the data manually or you can upload a CSV, which is what we're going to do. Now, it's going to say two data fields identified. So now, let's link the data to your design. Here's how to do it. Click on the text element on your design and then click on these three dots, and you're going to have an option called Connect Data and choose the data column you like it to be connected to.
Now, repeat the same steps to the author. So, click on the three dots, Connect Data, and then choose the data column, and voila, you're done.
Now, click the Continue button, and now it's going to identify pages that it can create based on the data that you entered. Based on my data, I can generate 48 pages. Click on that, and boom, just like that, I have 48 designs created in seconds using Canva.
Once you're happy with your design, all you have to do is click Share and then select Download. You can add these designs to your social media scheduler. Hope this helps. Follow for more.
