How We’re Launching 1 Digital Product Every Week

Okay, so we launched. We're launching products every single week. We launched four products last month. It's the first week of February. We're about ready to launch another product. And so we have gotten into a really, really good rhythm, a really, really good routine with launching our products.

Um, and I want to share with you. Just imagine you are here with me in my office and you want to know how we're launching these digital products that are doing super, super well. Um, I just want to share it with you.

Is we're, we, you may know we set a goal to launch 50 products in 2025. Um, we went from 3 million in 2024 to over 8 million in 20. Wait, what? We're in 2026. We're going to launch 50 products. I don't even know what freaking year it is. We're going to launch 50 products in 2026. In 2024, we did 3 million. In 2025, we did over 8 million. And so I think we're going to do at least 15 million, maybe 20 million in 2026, which is super exciting. And a big part of that is because we're going to be launching a bunch of digital products.

However, here's the thing. If you've been in my world for a while, you know that we have a motto as a company, which is every product has to be better than the one before it. And we actually, um, just had. Let me see if I can find it. Um, we had a student who bought our most recent product and I want to see. Yeah, here it is. Um, let me see if I can get my phone. I just want you to see this really quick because it's kind of exciting. It's, it's our latest product and it's exactly here. Let me to start this. Just want you to see. Okay, hang on. Let me go back here. Add my phone. Okay.

So, um, let me just, we'll just zoom in here. So, this is, um, from a couple of days ago. You can see your January 20, 20. Oh, I don't know if you can see that. Actually, zoom out a little bit. Well, either way, this was January 22nd, so a couple of days ago. And she says, "Holy crap, I just bought the viral digital product builder and after 15 minutes, I have ideas for 10 new digital products. This was the latest product we launched. Dang, Maria, you really outdid yourself." And then she says, um, another student underneath says, "Holy moly, Maria team, and the last few bundles are unreal. I'm so happy and slightly jealous for new Maria customers. They're insane. Blah, blah, blah."

The reason I'm sharing this is not to brag on myself at all. It's to help you understand how committed we are as a company that even though we're going to launch 50 products in 2026, each one is going to be better than the one before and we're doing a great job of that.

So, what I want to show you first of all is our product launch calendar. I think that's going to be really cool for you to see, fun for you to see. I want to show you what January looked like. So, this is February. It's not fully built out yet, but this was January. This was last month. Um, you can see here we had, this is basically the model that we follow. We have a tease, a tease, a tease, and then a launch, tease, and then a launch, tease, and then a launch. If products are smaller, they don't get a tease. So, this was a big product. This was a big product. These were smaller products.

So, we just launched these. And so the first product that we launched was the first in-person workshop. We're doing a few in-person workshops this year. And the first one that we launched was, we're keeping it very small. We only had 10 spots and we are going to crush it for those 10 students because we want to build out the model. An in-person workshop. We did an in-person event last year. Some of you guys went to it and it was incredible. But an in-person workshop where we spend a day together, you and me and nine other students or whatever it might be, um, is new. It's a new thing and so we want to crush it. And so we only, we limited it to 10 people and we did a bunch of, oops, we did a bunch of teasing for it because that's, it's a new product. So, two days of teasing in case you're curious. Teasing is just, hey, we're launching this thing. Hey, oh, you can kind of see here we're making, we're making. This is the notes on this. Two posts to the coaching group only for Maria's profile. This is not a main list launch. This was a private launch to students only in my Facebook group. So, we kept it really private because we knew it was only going to be 10 people. So, we didn't need to launch to a big audience.

Similarly, this one, um, was teasing it. We did a teasing to the main list. So, my main email list and then the annual pass. So, again, that was very limited. It was 15 spots and those 15 people got an annual pass to all the products that we're going to be launching this year. So, we're launching 50 products this year. Um, and as soon as they, each product gets released, these 15 people get immediate access to it. They get to come to the in-person workshops. They get to come to the in-person event. Um, this one is really fun and it's just, it's just fun. It makes sense. If you buy a lot of my products, it makes sense to have the annual pass. You save a bunch of money. Um, and you don't have to like stand in line and try to be like, a lot of these are very limited. Um, the workshops are limited. The implementation pods are limited. It's limited. And so, um, this was a cool product because for those 15 people, um, they get to just jump the line and they just automatically access to it. Um, which is really nice. That's a big pro. It's a big, it's a nice thing for them. Um, again, we limited it to 15 people because it was a new product and it was also very like, it was expensive relative to the other things we sell. And so, we knew that, you know, supply and demand was probably just about right. Um, and I think, I think 15 was the sweet spot for that.

And then we launched, um, a viral product builder. This was, so we brought on an incredible person. He actually spoke at our event last, um, year and he is insanely good at building digital products. Insanely, insanely good. And so we know that if we're going to launch 50 products, I can't physically build all 50. We need to bring in incredibly talented people who like, who are going to look at the blind spots I have, the blind spots Rose has and say, "Hey, this is what your audience and your customers are, are really, really need. We need you to help build stuff around that." And so, one of the things that we constantly get asked about is, okay, I have the idea for selling. I have the idea. I, I kind of know I want to do a digital product, but I don't know specifically what my product should be about and I don't know what I should include and I don't know what it should look like. And so we created. I'll just show you like, in case you're curious. We created this thing where we literally did from pulling from our 100, that we have over 100,000 customers now and we pulled all of the different industries that do really, really well. Like, let's just do stress and anxiety management, right? We pulled actual case studies from our students and then people who literally, we have specific problems. These are specific problems that are solving. We help them choose names. We help them choose the format. It's incredible. There's a, like, there's a whole. I'm going to like scroll ahead. You start here. There's a bunch of steps. It's awesome. That was one that we launched. Um, and we launched it for like $7. It's really inexpensive.

And the reason, by the way, just in case you want the strategy since since you're here at my office chat and we're just yapping together, um, the strategy behind, uh, we've done $1 worksheets, we've done $7, um, digital products. The strategy is bringing in new customers. We take such good care of our customers. Um, our repeat customer rate is 60%. Where in most industries it's like 15 to 30%. And so we have a very, very high repeat customer rate. And part of that is because we do a very, very good job taking care of our customers. We create very good products. Each product has to be better than the last. Let me tell you, when you launch even four products in a month, making the fourth product way better than the third product that was way better than the second product that was way better than the first product, it freaking compounds so fast. It's hard. It's hard to make really good products and make each one better than the one before it. Um, but I think we're really good at doing that. And so you bring someone in, you give them a no-brainer, no-brainer offer for $7 and then they become a loyal customer. 60% of them will become a loyal customer, um, and buy a lot more. That's a really, really good strategy. And so in case you're wondering why some of our products are a dollar or some of our products are $7, those are like the entry point products. Um, and then we, our average is like $27 or $47. So still pretty low ticket. Um, but if you're selling something for a dollar and then the next order that comes through is $47, that feels really amazing.

And in case you're new here and you don't know my numbers, last month I did a million dollars in a single month doing this. So, and we had, did, in case you're wondering the numbers on that, it was over 11,000 orders in a single month. So, 11,000 orders in a single month. And the average order value was $90. So, it's like 11,000 orders of around $90 each was the average numbers on that.

Then we launched. I'll show you this one too because it's actually really cool. Uh, the one that Rose launched, it was the viral. No, no, no, no. It was fast track. This one was sick. Um, Rose did this one. My sister, she did an incredible job. Um, she's running a little flash sale on it right now. Um, but she, it's basically, we use these $5 a day to grow our, my Instagram audience. And what's, what I love about it personally as the person that makes all the content for Instagram, I don't have to create new content. She literally runs ads to the content I've already created and we get a ton of new ideal followers. And then what we do, and you can kind of see I think she mentions it on this page. Um, she, we have an automation. I don't know if you know that she has it on here, but we have an automation that we do where once they become a follower, we put them through a new follower automation and then they pretty much instantly become a customer as well, which is incredible.

So, that was the fourth and final product that we launched a few days ago. Four products in a month. They did phenomenal. It was a great month. And I really think the key one, like, like to, like one final thing before, like now that you got the behind the scenes and you really got to see what it all looks like. I just want to share a couple of pointers for you. If you are launching products, um, and you're like, "Okay, well, this is great, Maria. I'm not trying to launch four in a month. I'm trying to launch one good one that actually sells well." I'll give you some pro tips.

I really think the first thing is you have to understand who you're selling to. And I know that sounds really basic. Oh, understand your market. But it's true. There are so many products that I make that I am not personally interested in talking about, but I make them because there's a need in my market for that problem to solve. Okay. Copywriting course was one of them. There's such a need in, in our industry. We're not born knowing how to write. We're not born knowing how to say words that turn into money, the say words that make a sale. We're not born knowing the trigger phrases that either turn people on or turn them off. We aren't born knowing that. That's okay. That's normal. And you have to learn it. And so, the copywriting course was a wildly well-received one. It did really, really well because I knew that that's something that you guys really, really needed. It was a problem that my market had. And so, you have to know your audience. Whether you're reading Reddit threads, which I do a lot, whether you're reading the comment section on other people's reels, master your market. Understand. I know down to the granular level what's going on in my customers' lives. I know their political affiliations. I know their problems. I know their, I know even like their negative beliefs. I know their areas where they choose to be a victim in their lives. I know the good, the bad, the ugly. I know the things that make them tick. I know the things that make them not tick. I know the things they struggle with. I know the things they're good at. I know my market sometimes better than you guys know yourself, truly. And I mean that. I'm not, I just, I've spent 13 years doing this. I know my market really, really well. That's why I'm able to. It seems like a create a never-ending stream of great products. It's not that I'm constantly trying to think of new ideas. I have such a long list of problems that you guys have that I'm trying to work as fast as I can to help solve for you. That my problem is time. I'm a single mama. I'm with Ellie most of the time. And so that's my problem is lack of time. If I had more time, I'd be working more and I'd be making even more helpful free content and products for you guys. That's what I genuinely love to do. It's what I genuinely care about. So that's the first tip I would give you is to really just truly don't let that advice be going in one ear and out the other. Like, really commit to understanding your market. You'll make a way better product. You'll have way better copy, all of it. That's the first thing.

Second thing is you really need to understand traffic and your first goal should be getting 100 checkout page views per day. And so this is something that we teach in the 1K Everyday Implementation Pod. That's a really, really popular pod that like fills up instantaneously every time we open it. We only open it a few times a year, but basically we take those that small group of students and we help them scale their business up to about $1,000 every single day. And part of that is getting 100 checkout page views per day. So if you aren't able to get into the implementation pod because it's tough to get into, just know that the big metric we have them work on is getting a 100 checkout page views every single day. And so in case you never get in it, just start looking at. I have stuff on this channel specifically about, um, in fact, I'll link to it. Um, the, the getting more traffic to your checkout page videos because that is where I think you should watch next. 100 checkout page views every single day.

So this has been Office Chats with Maria. I'm kind of curious to know if you like me bringing you in like behind the scenes and literally looking at my desktop and showing you what's going on. If it's something you're interested in, just let me know down below. Um, I can make it a series. I don't care. It's fun. These are fun for me. It's just sharing like what's on my mind. And the thing that's on my mind right now is we're launching a fabulous, well-selling digital product every single week. So, let me know. Love you guys.
