Hi. Today, I'm gonna be showing you some of my winter scene kit outfits. This is the first time I've had my extensions in since I've dyed my hair blue because I just kind of finished them today. Like, I had to go over them. It was a whole thing.

Dye them too dark, had to shampoo them out, had to redo them. It's fine. They're on now. They look good. But every time I look at the camera, I'm like, Oh, my God, that's Lita monster bunny hair.

Dude, I look full on cookie cutter Lita right now. It's I feel a little bit insecure about it. And I think I'm gonna be making myself look even worse because I was watching some Amber is dead. Do we call her Amber or just Amber? I always wanna call her Amberlynn Reid, but those are two very different people.

I don't like calling Internet personas by their first names because I feel like it's me pretending that I know them on a personal level, which is not true. Oh, yeah, guys. I was watching some Amber. You know, like, that doesn't sound correct. At the same time, scene kid names are always so long.

So I can't really find a compromise there. Anyway, Jesus Christ, what was I talking about? Oh yeah, I was watching Not Amberlynn Reid for some inspo and I feel like that with Lita Hair is well, to be fair, I've never stated that originality is something that I'm good at. I wasn't even really looking for outfit inspo. I just don't understand how to pose in front of a camera and I was trying to see if I could study some of that information but I don't think I really achieved that.

But I have a very small amount of ram inside my brain so if I look at someone and then I'm like, oh, those are the vibes I'm feeling now. Then I just kind of accidently copy that. So a lot of my outfits are Amber esque, but, you know, I'm just laying everything out on the table. The good ones are Amber esque. The bad ones are all me.

Hi. I'd just like to direct everyone's attention to the huge, unstraightened chunk of hair at the back of my head. You will be seeing it throughout this video. No, I did not know it was there. No, I do not fix it.

Thanks for your understanding. Bye. Here's my first one. Having candy and extensions on my neck at the same time is kind of making me want to scream. But it's okay.

Are we at a correct height? I thought caffeinating myself would make me more interesting but I think I'm just more easily distractable. So this little situation is something that I would very much wear out of the house. Most of my scene kid outfits are not because scene kids wear too many accessories and I don't have the mental capacity to deal with that for more than a few minutes at a time. I'm wearing my ripped jeans that I probably don't wash enough.

At what point would one be considered crust punk? Or like, why is there not crust other subcultures? Where's the crust scene kids? Can I can I be the inventor of that? Oh, we could be called crust skunks.

Some scene kids have skunk hair. I don't know. I know people use the term peacock. I only remember using the term skunk with Jack Bear a Cat, but we don't associate with him anymore, so someone Tonight I will be playing a game called Do I Need More or Less Caffeine? I feel like it's at least a little bit sacrilegious for me to be drinking a rockstar instead of a monster but Okay, I need to complain about something.

Not to rub it in but I am a vegan and I really like the oat milk java monsters. And for a minute they were carrying them at Dollar Tree and recently I haven't been seeing them at Dollar Tree so I'm just like okay I'll just get the Rockstar Zero. Like it's the same same thing as Monster Zero except it's a dollar instead of a dollar and however much you can get them at the grocery store or whatever. But between last week when I bought a couple Rockstar Zeros and this week when I bought some, my Dollar Tree decided to join the dollar twenty five dollar tree club. So I'm a little bit mad about it.

I'm gonna have to do some number crunching. See if I'm paying more or less now. And like it's not like you can just go buy the oat milk monsters anywhere. The only place I've ever seen them is Dollar Tree and Five Below and Five Below charges you a lot for them. I guess I'll just suffer.

I keep being distracted by these crazy tangents I'm sending myself on. I started thinking about my top that I thrifted from the kids section at a thrift store. I started thinking about why my torso is so small. My torso is that of an eleven year old. But the rest of my body is like approximately what it should be like for a twenty one year old five foot two person.

And then I started thinking about the movie Robots and how the protagonist whose name I can't recall was growing up he like kept getting these replacement parts. And I was like, did I just never get the twenty one year old torso? I feel like the things that I say don't make sense to anyone except for me. Anyway, Metro Station hoodie? I got this like a solid few years ago before I even wanted to get back into the scene thing.

Like I was at a Goodwill and I saw it and I was like That's nostalgic. I think I'm gonna purchase that. And then I had it in my closet for at least a few years and recently I found it and I was like why haven't I been wearing that? I feel like if you told my seventeen year old self that I would be in a few years at least halfway unironically wearing the metro station jacket I'd be like that sounds about right. I truly cannot figure out what area I want to be standing in.

Also wearing these air walk slip ons that I thrifted a few weeks ago, I think. It's always so exciting when I see a pair of shoes that I actually want. When I go thrifting, I'll see shoes that I'm like, Oh, that's kinda cool. Like, maybe I'll wear that one day. Maybe that'll, like, match something I own.

But it's always so much nicer when it's like, Oh, I will wear those. Instead of thinking about how much of a hoarder I am. But here's the thing though, you're allowed to be a hoarder if you're organized and I'm very organized so I think it cancels out. I do have a metric fuck ton of shoes but I know where every single one of them are. I've been talking to myself for twenty minutes and I'm only on I got bonked.

I really wish I had a more convenient set up I I don't know what I'm doing I based this outfit around these zebra print leggings I knew these leggings needed a tutu sort of skirt so I got that on. From there I was just like okay I need a small neon shirt and a black cardigan and here we are. I really wanted a bow but whenever I put it on it doesn't look right. I don't know. Can I put it on my other side?

Maybe it's because my hair isn't teased. It looks weird. I don't like teasing my hair because I don't like using hairspray because I only wash my hair twice a week. And when I tease my hair and use hairspray, it's like a thing. I refuse to be crunchy for more than a few hours.

This cardigan has a hood which in theory is really cool but it's like very small. That's not a cool hood. That's I don't know what that is. I want to look like a mysterious wizard not the theater thug. I'm also wearing a high top Converse with pink glitter laces from Walmart.

Did any of you ever tie your Converse in the pentagram shape? I mean, it was really just a star, but I think it was kind of advertised as a pentagram. My friend did it, and I was so jealous. And I wasn't smart enough to put a star in my shoelaces. I don't know how to do that.

Even more recently I tried looking it up and it just doesn't make sense. Do you think there's lace code for like really niche things? There's all the different colors for ladder lacing that mean different things. I mean, if you were in a community and you decided to have a certain type of shoelace that could mean whatever you wanted it to be if it wasn't claimed. Theoretically I could just be like, Hey guys, ladder laced, pink glitter laces from Walmart means you're an acid milk fan.

I could just do that. The rules are made up anyway. If for some reason I decided I did wanna take pink glitter, ladder laced shoes, you could communi- you could reclaim, Hey, I like your shoelaces. Thoughts? One time I was at a farmer's market and a girl came up and was like Hey, this might be weird but have you ever used tumblr?

I was like Oh yeah, like how can you tell? And I remember saying to her What? Did you like my shoelaces or something? And she looked down at my shoelaces and seemed confused. I wanted to run away.

I think about that interaction a lot. There was like a couple minutes of us standing there in silence, and I think after she walked away, my boyfriend was like, Man, that was so weird how she like wanted you to continue the conversation. And I was like, that's what she was trying to do? She said she wanted to ask me a question and then I answered the question and I thought that was the end of the interaction. And then I felt really guilty for the way I am.

I wanted to include something a little bit less feminine just because. Mix things up a bit. Like I always see people comment, oh, how do I dress scene if I don't wanna look feminine or if I don't wanna wear tight clothes because body stuff? And the best way I can really describe going about it would be to study the time period in an authentic manner. Like I look through old magazines and stuff and see what people are wearing and then just like make it your own.

I would say the skater aesthetic is kind of a decent masculine counterpart to the scene kids. So like any jacket you would see a skater kid wearing in the 2000s. I have a reversible Volcom jacket. The other side is teal and black spots, but I thought that'd be too much blue. So I have it on the white side.

I need a belt. These pants won't stay up. I look like I could be an extra member of from first to last. I think that's what I'm giving. These aren't even skinny jeans.

Okay. Well, technically, they were my boyfriend's skinny jeans and now they're my not skinny jeans. And I have some plaid high tops. This is very simple, rather warm. These shoes are really cool despite how dirty they are because I don't know how to clean shoes correctly.

See that zipper stuff? I think that's pretty neat. I think this brand is called Soda. I also picked it a bag that I thought would go nice with this outfit. There's nothing in it so it looks very flaccid, but it's still a cool bag.

I really wanted an excuse to wear my SpongeBob pajamas. I thought adding the hipster glasses would make it have a nerdy casual effect, but they're blue like glasses. So they kinda just make me look jaundiced. I definitely had a pair or at least multiple pairs of the movie theater three d glasses that I poked the lenses out of but I don't know where they are. Maybe I got rid of them.

The only other glasses I have are these like rainbow oh god that makes my brain hurt. It turns all the light into rainbows. Can you see? Not really. I also have on my long sleeve sparkly Aeropostale shirt and my Juicy Couture track jacket.

It's not a tracksuit, there's just a jacket. Oh I think I need to have this halfway zipped up to have the full effect. Oh there it is. I think these glasses are helping to lower my self esteem. Those don't look very quirky at all.

I'm glad to finally have a juicy jacket that fits me. I thrifted one last year that was like turquoise but it was like a large or extra large. I was like Oh, I love oversized outerwear. Like of course I'll wear it. Jackets I just don't really like having oversized.

I like oversized hoodies but jackets I feel like have to be pretty snug or at least for the aesthetic that I've been working with recently. I have so much stuff from when I was thrifting twenty Guess that was like twenty twenty. Was it? I'm so confused. No, that was definitely twenty twenty.

Oh my god. Well anyway, most of the stuff that I was thrifting then, I didn't really have a sense of my aesthetic yet or like my sensory requirements or would I like fitting a certain way. So I just have a lot of stuff that I like but I just don't I don't include it in what I wear. And I feel bad because like I was doing a lot of thrifting and I just didn't know what I wanted. There's a lot of trial and error in that time period.

I don't wanna just like donate it back, but I just wanna sell it. I would feel kinda icky about that. There's a lot of stuff that I wouldn't mind selling for like the price I bought it for plus shipping. I'm also so lazy and I hate going to the post office. I'm trying to figure out what I hate about these glasses.

I think it might just be me. I'm not gonna think about it too hard for the sake of my sanity. This sweater is very comfy. It's very large, but it's very comfy. And I thrifted this Pokemon shirt last week.

So I just decided, you know what? These two go together just fine. And I wasn't gonna wear this shirt without my Pikachu hat. It just wasn't gonna happen. I have some basic gray skinny jeans and also ballet flats because I thought this look called for some ballet flats.

Something about Pikachu hat reminds me of like twenty eleven and it also reminds me of ballet flats so I guess those two just kinda sandwich in These pokeballs are so sleazable Did I just call them Pokemon balls? Why would I have said that? This outfit wasn't really based on winter at all. I just got this shirt recently and it was kind of huge. So I cut it but like I kinda cut it incorrectly and then I had to like sew the arms.

Now the arms are really small but at least it like stays up. Look the back. I did the back too. But, you know, just for the sake of winter, I do have a jacket that I picked out. It's like metallic.

It's got butterflies on it, I think. That's butterflies. I don't wanna seem like I don't know what's on my own clothing. To me, that just looks like metallic blobs. I'm pretty sure those are in fact butterflies.

I thrifted this little kids tie recently, and I thought it would go well with this. I think I was right. I do like it. I got these sweatpants that I thought would add to the vibe nicely for some reason. I have these really interesting shoes.

They're like So they're high tops, but they're also heeled. And they have a little garnish on them. It's a Velcro thing with dull spikes. What'd you call that? Guess those would just be sequins?

That's not sequins. I don't know. Silver bumps. And I don't really know if I like these shoes with sweatpants, but it's what I put on. So I don't know.

To me, the pattern of this shirt reminded me of Avril Lavigne. And when I think of Avril Lavigne, I have to wear a tie. I based this outfit off of the little twin stars jacket I thrifted, but I don't really know if I like it. Like underneath, I'm just wearing a pink shirt and I think this looks better. But with a lot of these outfits, I try to keep in mind layering for warmth.

I can't really talk about warmth when my legs are out. The reason I allowed my bare skin to be out, you can get like skin colored fleece lined leggings. And I just don't have any of those where it looks like your legs, but it's not actually your legs. You're like toasty inside. I do have a pair of black ones that I really like, but my legs are not black.

So I don't think it would be very convincing. So I don't know. We can pretend. We can pretend I'm wearing them. Probably last year, I found a lifehack on TikTok where you can put fishnets or any kind of tights over the whatever skin toned leggings you get.

And I've been trying to find them since and every time I go to a Walmart or Target they just don't have them. And I never remember to order them. And I'm all like, I don't like ordering from Amazon because Jeff Bezos. But like, I don't think physically going to Walmart or Target makes too much of a difference. I'm also wearing this pleated skirt.

I guess this is kinda pleated. And a petticoat underneath to make it fluffy One time I wore this combination to a thrift store and one of the guys there was like Oh, you're wearing a tutu. You're bringing the scene back. And while I was very happy about that comment This was around the TikTok scene revival so I was more, I don't know, I guess you could say like bunny hat esque. In my mind I was like, sir, this is not a tutu.

Thank you, but you're wrong. Now I think about him every time I wear this. I literally never see tutus while thrifting and I don't think I probably ever will for someone that is not a toddler. Like I guess I could walk into Eclairs and get one but last time I went to Eclairs I was trying to look for fishnet gloves and the associate was very much like, Oh, can I help you find anything? No.

No, you can't. Please leave me alone. If you ever see me in eclairs, don't talk to me. I think my real issue with ordering online is paying for shipping. And when I put it that way Is paying for shipping really not worth the embarrassment of going into eclairs?

I'll have to think about that. I also got these panda socks from Dollar Tree. I try not to buy kids socks because my calves are not kid sized. But I didn't know they were kid Like, when I saw them at Dollar Tree, I was in the socks section. And they kinda have like kids and women's all willy nilly.

And there was just one sock. I was like, oh man, I really like that panda sock, but there's only one. And later I found the other panda sock. And just now I was putting them on and I was like, oh, these are not for adults. I didn't see that.

I didn't have a tag to look at to decide that. My face still fit. I just can't pull them further than here on my calf. Fun fact though, kids socks make pretty good gloves if you ever find a cool design. These were girls knee high socks at Walmart and I sewed some lace on the end and made it into a glove.

I'll show you my shoes up close because I think they're really cool. Look at those cute little gray checkers. That subtle pop of neon pink. I love these. They don't really go with, like, I don't wear them a lot.

I'm not very good at associating my outfits with the shoes that I own. Unless I'm consciously thinking like, what shoes have I not worn in a while? Something about the juxtaposition of a diamond necklace in Hello Kitty makes me angry. It makes me think a little bit too hard about Blood on the Dance Floor. Like, with the resurgence of Hello Kitty being a trend, I kinda was able to distance myself from the I Heart Hello Kitty quote unquote song quote unquote music But like, this is a little too authentic Okay, well obviously this isn't like an authentic, like, Kiki cannibal diamond necklace This is for me to chew on because it helps me focus.

I wasn't expecting to like this and use this but I actually really do. I got it from ARK Therapeutic who should sponsor me. Please. I wish it was a little bit thinner so it would feel more like chewing on Polly Pocket clothes instead of like a dog toy but it's still nice. I did want a little inclusion of things that would actually be warm to wear.

When I think of alternative kids in the 2000s wearing anything warm, it's just like a plain coat with whatever else they would wear underneath. So that's kind of what I did here. Some blinged out low rise skinny jeans. And I randomly decided to wear another Hello Kitty top. Also these brown boots, which I really like.

Got like fake socks in them. So it looks like you're wearing socks, but you're not. Well, I'm not. You'd probably want to wear socks in them if you were moving more than five feet. This is just proof that you can wear anything and look seen if you just have the hair.

That's all you really need. I really wanted like this exact coat in white but I never found one. I still like this one. I just wanted another one. Because I'm Grady.

There's a very specific vibe I was going for here. I'm just not sure what to refer to it as. But I think I captured it rather well. So this whole thing started because of these leg warmers. I bought them because I was like, oh, these would be really cute, like loose fitting arm warmers.

And then I realized that they are for legs, not for arms. And I had to figure out how to wear them. And I figured, I guess you kind of just put them over shoes a little bit. That's what a lot of the Google images were showing. We had the leg warmers.

Shoes have to be brown because the buttons are brown. And I decided I wanted to add this denim skirt. It has stars on the back. And since the leggings are black, I needed a black cardigan, so I got this. And I just decided to use this little sweater shirt thingy.

I was like, that's like pretty good, but it's missing something. Then I remembered I have this. I was like, oh, yeah, that's correct. I don't know what I would call this, but part of me wants to say that I feel like I look like a Skins character, but I haven't watched Skins since I was in about seventh grade. So I don't know if that's accurate.

This is like stupidly warm too. These leggings are, I guess, fur lined, like fake fur. It's not fleece. It's like fuzzy. And I feel like these are the warmest things that I could possibly have on the lower half of my body.

So I'm sweating. Here is my final outfit. I think my thought process for this outfit was I liked this cardigan and skirt combination. I didn't know what to do with the rest of it, so I just made it black. I think it worked out well, though.

I'm so tired. I don't think any amount of caffeine will turn my brain back on. Thanks. Bye.
