Clear. I am not playing this phone call because I need a gotcha moment. I'm playing it because people keep asking what happened and this call shows the tone of what I was told. Not a clean answer, not a dramatic confession, just fog. Right?
So, I am going to play this call from the moment I hit record till the end of the phone call so that we don't have any type of never mind and then I will get your reaction. There are captions to the phone call and so I'm going to go ahead and play it standby here we go.
Himself who you know do these courses or you know life coaches everything else that we we try to vet what the people say especially because of what Envy went through. Right. So, they I don't know I know one of the things they were trying to vet with the 300 employees and and I was like well just ask them have a conversation with them. Certainly. I I guess I I guess they haven't. So, I don't I don't know that's that's the last I heard about it. Yeah, that's oddball. Yeah, yeah. That that's that's a that's a simple conversation. Yeah, they they I know they sent the interview the other day that uh I I guess they had edited some of it but I was just like yo I just just if you if you're having a conversation with him why is it such a difficult conversation to have? It it it really shouldn't be a a difficult conversation. Just like you I'm partnered with uh certain businesses that I have a stake in. You know what I'm saying? My main company has about 25 employees and then all of the other companies I'm partnered in combined gets you about 300. It's very simple math.

Right. >> that's that's literally the like and it's not just you like we had we had somebody on this week that was saying same thing. You know, we got to got to vet the things that they say because of you know all of the stuff that Envy has recently been not even just Envy you know and stuff Envy has been caught up in and you know people that Angela Yee has had on that have ended up you know going to jail and all types of other crazy [ __ ] Yeah, I'm I'm pretty sure the son of a federal agent and somebody who has been never been sued in his life is not going to jail anytime soon for scamming and I don't do real estate. And then you know the other part of that for me I don't know about the jail thing. I just think that's just a they they have really been cracking down on anybody that's not even I'm not I'm not talking about Envy. I'm talking about like FCC has really been cracking down on anybody that comes on the show with anything like the the the get rich quick schemes and hey I can make you a millionaire I can do this blah blah blah yada yada yada. So, it's just like you know, they've been really you know crossing their T's and dotting their I's. Yeah, and I'm cool with that. My whole thing is just like I told you when we were sitting there and I gave you the I gave you the photo like hey, everybody laughing till they run the numbers. My whole thing is at the end of the day I was there promoting a book more than anything. Not necessarily that and if that's an issue like just chop that [ __ ] out. Or I got no problem showing them you know the stuff I'm partnered in you know as long as you know the And they they they did have another interview but I just they you know Envy them keep asking me and I'm like well have y'all spoke to Tax? No. >> keep asking me and I'm like well what's the what's the conversation y'all I don't understand why this is such a conversation. >> Because I haven't had the conversation. So, like I talked to Tony and Tony's like well I talked to Eddie and Eddie saying he's waiting on Charlamagne and I'm like okay well I'll hit Charlamagne and of course you're busy. You know what I'm >> [laughter] >> saying? So They know they know me for nothing. I just let me call Eddie I'll call you right back. All right, later.
What I hear in that call is not clarity. I hear concern about ownership, process without directness and a whole lot of they around something that should have been simple. This did not need to become a mystery. It became a mystery because the simplest conversation never happened. Now, keep in mind I never mind scrutiny. I mind lazy scrutiny. So, no one has heard that phone call other than me and Charlamagne. Now you've heard it. Black Alpha, what say you?
Family I I question a lot of that to be honest with you. I question a lot of that. I believe this is my personal opinion. First off, they talk about this whole scam thing. They pushed back on everything you said, brother. So, for them to be like well it's just this part of it that we didn't agree with. The whole energy was layered with negative vibes, pushbacks, misdirections, contrary and energy, all of that. So, it almost seems like the person who has an issue with you over there but they say it's about this right here because that over there would highlight that they're coming at you in a falsified way. That's really what it seemed like. It also shows me the fact again that when you go to these places and you speak and you're dropping real truth they're going to naturally push back. He literally in that broadcast has had a hell of a lot of people who have came on that have spewed all types of negative rhetoric, falsehoods, you name them. And those interviews go without a hitch straight on through. I mean they've had like we said before and I'll say it again and I'll always say it very highly suspected supremacists on there. Do they go and check those numbers when the supremacist will say something along the lines well of you know black on black crime is this or black people shouldn't get reparations because of that based on these statistics? Don't tell me that the Breakfast Club hasn't had people come on and give a bunch of BS data and statistics. Miss me with that. So, the fact that they're putting this overemphasis on one aspect that they're claiming that perhaps may have been in question which I don't believe is in question. I believe you gave a straight answer. I believe all the facts back up what you said but the fact that they want to highlight that for you but they never want to highlight all these other things from other people who come from very skeptical ideologies that allows me to know that that was just a targeting effort and the real reason which I don't expect Charlamagne to ever admit the real reason, brother, is that you went directly to black empowerment in all aspects of society. That's really the issue and this is why they wanted to prevent the um video coming out, the interview from coming out and Charlamagne was just somebody who came over top to be a good do boy to clean it on up. That's my personal take on the situation. >> [music]
