[Music] [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] up here. [Music] Oh, good to see you here. Such a surprise. Actually, it's not. I've been talking about this. Sorry I missed yesterday's stream, everybody. I uh I just didn't want to stream. I I don't actually have an excuse. 10:30 rolled around and I'm just kind of like, nah, not today. But I'm feeling the vibe today, guys. So, look, it's a business stream. First things first, let me know if the music's too loud because I always [ __ ] it up. I always start these streams and the music is like where is it at? Where where's even the control on here? It's like it's like this and I'm trying to talk to everybody. So, just give me a nice little X in chat. Okay, good. Good. It's very important to me the music is crisp. We got to get the production value skyhigh on this.
All right, guys. As you can see, let me get this this cap on before I mark myself up. As you can see, the topic of the stream is business. So, you ask business questions, I'll answer them. Whatever you guys want to talk about it. Top tier music. I know. I know. Guys, everything I do on this channel is top tier. Is that a sword on my chair? Yes. Yes. I live in a rough area of town. All right. You never know with the laws in this country now. If someone bust in, you got the choice, the Glock, but usually I'm I'm a man of honor. All right. And so if I'm going to take someone down, I usually go up a sword. All right. Only a coward uses the gun. If the guy's If the guy's like 6 foot n 300 lb, he's getting the gun. Everybody else gets the sword. Have I ever been to Africa? We're making clips today, guys. We're making clips out of the stream. So that's that's a good question to start off with. [Music] No.
Stream's already changing lives. Someone said, "I'm going to do nightmare mode plus a three-day fast." If you're going to do all that, I would suggest try just try to do the three-day fast by itself first before going full nightmare mode or you're just you're just going to have a bad time and you're not going to succeed at nightmare mode. It's just not going to work out. So, just don't do that. What else? All right, guys. All right, time. We've loaded up enough business questions.
Opinion on how to get the first customer in business. You don't get your first customer in business. What you want to do is this will be the first clip of today's video. All right, editor, as you're watching this, all right, first clip right here. How to get your first visitor, your first customer in business. Look, so here's what you do when you're starting your business for the first time. You're trying to get your first customer. You don't focus on getting a customer because you suck at whatever you provide. If you've never built a business before, you've never sold a product, you've never marketed, you've never done a service for anybody, you're probably not good at it, and you have no testimonials or results. So, not only if you sell this person, are they going to like pull teeth and nails with how they're going to pay you, they're going to be cheap, or they're going to resist buying whatever the [ __ ] you're selling. What you want to do instead, offer it for free, deliver the result, get the testimonial. Do that five times. If you can get five free customers and deliver five good testimonials where they actually got results, then you have something that allows you to sell to other businesses or people or whoever the hell you're selling to that shows that what you do works and they're going to be a lot less resistant to buying what you're selling, especially if you offer a guarantee. So, starting your first business, give it away for free. Get a result in testimonial. If you go look at the Hyros website, for example, I'll pull it up a little bit later in the stream. It is absolutely coded with testimonials from small people that were our first customers all the way to really famous people. And that's how we got the really famous people was by showing them all the results of the big customers. So just don't focus on getting a customer. Get a client for free.
How do I stop being ugly, fat, and poor? That's a big question. That's a broad topic. soul cube. I'm I'm sorry you're in that situation. But funny enough, at one time in my life, I was fat, ugly, and poor. And these are all adjustable things despite what people tell you. Everybody thinks being ugly and fat and poor is just something you're set out with in life. You just it's just something you're set with. Very few people think you can actually go out there and start from being a little troll to actually being successful and good-looking. So, here's in 30 seconds how to do it. First thing you need to do if you want to be good-looking, lose weight. Just lose weight and stop eating so much fake food. It's going to lower all the inflammation on your face. Then do jaw exercises. Get gum. Do the jaw exercises. Keep your head up up upright. You're going to develop a jawline. If you look at where my computer is right now, this is the good-looking coach coming at you right here. If you look at where my computer is, I have to put my head up like this to look at it. Works the neck. A lot of you guys look at your computers like this. Make sure your chin goward. That's going to make you ugly as [ __ ] You do those simple things right there, you're going to have a jawline at least. Okay. Next thing, how to not be poor. You just stop accepting being poor. Even if you have to go work a job, I don't know, eight hours a day during the week. You have the weekend. You have the time when you're off work, especially if you're young and have energy to actually do that [ __ ] Just pick something and keep working at it for years. I didn't make money for like my first year and a half in business, but I'm a goddamn genius, so I got results really fast. Usually people don't get results in a year and a half. I did cuz, you know, come on, it's me. But if you just sit there and work at something long enough, you're eventually going to get results with it. And you're definitely not going to be poor. I've seen so many people that I started off with 1015 years ago, every single one that stuck with it makes over at least a million dollars per year. I I can't name a single one that doesn't make over a million dollars per year. So, you do that. Now, the fat part, just stop eating food. Just don't eat food for a week. You'll lose like five pounds. You'll be fine. That that actually works. That's the best weight loss advice ever. If you want to actually lose weight, the second easiest best weight loss I can give you, get 20,000 steps in a day, cut your calorie, reduce your calories that you take in per day by 40%, 30% and then walk 20,000 steps a day. You'll lose weight like it'll be nuts. So, that's how to fix yourself. 30 seconds. I bet you weren't expecting that type of life-changing information that quickly on the stream.
Unknown says, "What's a good service to start with? aka what should my first business be?" So, a lot of people treat this like [Music] it's something they're going to be stuck in for the rest of your life. For example, if you ever played World of Warcraft, people take their first class that they play way too seriously. If you've ever played World of Warcraft seriously, you probably know that the first class you picked is not the class that you ended up with. Not even the one if you've been playing for years that you play the most. So, it's the same exact thing in business. Just pick whatever service looks hot online or gets you going. You're going to learn enough about the course of business, selling, making a website, convincing people to give you money, and that's going to translate to whatever you're going doing later on. All the basic beginner [ __ ] applies to all businesses, and you're going to learn that from all businesses. So, the best advice is instead of waiting for the perfect business to just land on your lap, which it's not going to be, just go copy whatever else is working online because you're going to [ __ ] up even the perfect business. You get the world's greatest opportunity business ever and you're beginner, you're still going to [ __ ] it up. So, don't try and be creative. just focus on getting the basics down and doing it. You do that and that's how you're going to get results because just like in World of Warcraft when you go and start playing and learning the basics of it with your first class, sure, you're not going to play that class forever, okay? But you're going to learn the basics and you're going to transfer that to next class and you're going to level a lot faster and it's going to give you the basics of the game and get you going. So don't focus on finding the perfect service or thing to sell. Just pick something and do it. which Yeah, there's him.
All right, what do we got? How important is making poopy in your success? I mean, everybody, there's there's a reason I'm wearing a diaper right now for that very reason. I I've been pulling a 12-h hour shift already. All right. If you have to get up to make poopy elsewhere than your desk, I don't think you really even want it. I don't think you even really care.
Dario says, "How do you take risk without getting wrecked? How do you start a business without taking without risk? How do you go and build this big new thing you've never built before without wrecking your asshole?" It's the same way you do it in Vegas. If you have a $100 in your bank account and you want to go to Vegas and gamble a little bit, do you put $100 on the table? No. You're probably going to put down like $2, $3. And if you only make $100 per week, does that mean you're going to go to the table and put down $100? No. Because then you're going to get wrecked if you lose. But if you make $100 per week and then you go to Vegas every single week and you put $10 down the table, even if you lose, you're not going to get wrecked. So, you treat business the exact same damn way. There's people have been watching too much [ __ ] Shark Tank where they think you need $300,000 and a [ __ ] Maserati to start a business. You don't. You can literally just start making YouTube videos and calling people on the phone and trying to sell them your own time and manual labor. You can put a business up on Fiverr or one of the many outsourcing sites and work as an outsourcer first. So, a lot of people think starting a business is risky. It's not. If if you build the right business first, it's not risky. No, you're not going to make a high-risisk business like mine is valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. You're not going to make a business that makes you million dollars per year without taking a little bit of risk. But you take that risk when you've skilled up in business. And the first businesses you should be building are not businesses with intent of making you a million dollars in profit a year. It should be a business that's with its intent to replace whatever the [ __ ] you're doing that's not allowing you to work on your business right now. Okay? So a lot of people think again you have to take these giant risk to start a business and there's just this huge bad understanding of business that you have to go out there and take some massive risk to start and that's just not true. So just stop thinking that way and it will fix itself.
[Music] How much of my net worth is in Tesla? I'd say like 2% of it right now. I have a lot of Tesla. Like 2% of my net worth is a lot of money. So I have a lot of Tesla right now, but I bought it when it was way lower. Tesla's just done phenomenal for Where is Tesla right now? What's What's doing? What's it doing? What's What's the Tesla stock at? Tesla stock. What are we doing today? 350. So when I originally got in on Tesla, my financial adviser, because I I I dabble in crypto. All right. So now I'm a stock expert, too, as well, guys. But I can like Tesla like down here with a lot of money and then I'm a diehard. Okay, I'll hold this. I'll hold this no matter what. Elon M is Musk is the He's the Antichrist and he's cheating the system and he's going to take over the world. So, you might as well invest in them. You might as well invest in them. It's it's it's the stock.
Is the Lambo a green screen? Why do we have Why do we have to do this every single stream, guys? Why do I have to prove to you that I've made just a teensy bit of money? You don't have to get rich to buy a Lamborghini. You don't have to. And frankly, if I was green screening, I I'll throw something at. I don't want I'll get up. I'll get up. We'll just do the same thing we do every single SC stream. Does Alex Becker have a green screen Lamborghini? Let's answer the question. Every stream, every [ __ ] goddamn stream, someone accuses me of having a green screen Lamborghini and I have to go lift it up like it's some impressive feat having a Lamborghini. You know, any [ __ ] [ __ ] can go out there and just take a loan and get a Lamborghini for like $10 down. So, having a Lamborghini in the first place is not something that's very impressive at all. All right. You You should look at people's net worth and their businesses or whatever, which if you look up mine on the internet justifies that I can I can afford one nice car. But even if it was green screen, even it was green screen. If someone someone has a cool car, doesn't mean it's someone you should particularly listen to. There's a lot of really broke people that have cool cars.
You crash ass how to quit cigarettes. I don't know, man. You tell me how to quit coffee, I'll tell you how to quit cigarettes. Actually, I know how to quit coffee. I just don't want to. I I I don't I don't understand cigarettes or nicotine. I don't understand why people get addicted to that. It's just I actually do get nicotine. Like I do take nicotine when I wake up in the morning to work sometimes twice a week, two milligrams, very small amounts. Don't just go pounding your [ __ ] Zen packs and be like, "Oh, Becker told me take 10 Z a day." But I can't think of a more pointless addiction than nicotine. That would just be hopeless. I The last thing I want is another addiction that's like coffee. And nicotine is very similar to coffee, at least from the benefits that I get from it. So, last thing I want is something else that makes me feel sleepy or brain foggy when I'm not on it.
build faster said how to speak as well as you. Okay, so this is a very important lesson. Very, very important lesson. I should probably turn off the background audio because it's going to mess up all of our clips. But that was the Rivals of background menu sound. I really miss playing that game. If I get back in the gaming, I've been playing Rivals of Ether 2 all day. So, how to speak well. I'm going to show you. It's It's going to blow your [ __ ] mind. So, when you're speaking and you feel the need to say um or you're not really sure what you need to say next, and so you're starting to speak faster and faster to compensate for the lack of uh voice in your head filling in the blanks, here's what you do. You just be quiet and then people think you're really smart when you talk like this. So, it's a double whammy. Just be silent instead of saying um and you'll sound 10 times better. See all those little places where I pause right there? That's a place where I'm tempted to say um or all right or you see it's the best hack ever. Just go practice it when you're talking to people. Don't say um or anything like that and just be quiet and speak as slow as you need to and just feel okay. Because when you're speaking fast and filling the the blanks, one, it's just a knee-jerk reaction, but it's also your instinct inside of you telling you that you need to speak faster to fill in the blanks or the pauses in conversation because someone will interrupt you because what you're saying isn't important. So, you just need to give yourself time to speak and it will fix 90% of the problems.
What are your thoughts on working and partnering with your family in business? Oh, this is a good one. This is a good one. Don't do it. Don't [ __ ] do it. That's That's the clip right there. Don't Don't [ __ ] do it. Just don't do it. But I'll give you some context. Why Why don't you Why don't you do it? Two reasons. When you're first starting off in business, you are not able to gauge the competency of anyone you partner with. You shouldn't partner with anybody or give anybody any% of your business because what's going to happen is because you're not able to gauge people properly. You're going to give away inappropriate amounts of your business. And in two, three years from now when your levels commitment are different, you're going to get screwed because some person that you did not gauge properly who's lazy or not pulling their weight has 20 30% of your business. Terrible situation to be in. But it is repairable by being a giant dick to this person. But if they're your family member, you're in a whole other basket of worms. So do not partner. Do not hire friends or family. Do not work with them. Heavens the Betsy. Do not partner with them or give them shares of your company. Just say absolutely not. You do not need another person. Especially when you're building your first businesses. Once you get to the point where you're making a million dollars per year, you engage and you have a little bit of value negotiating stuff like that, then maybe it's time to start thinking partners and stuff like that. You don't need partners in businesses that are making less than $4 million per year. Okay? You just don't make loose contracts that allow the splitting of profits and make it so if someone leaves, they just don't get the profits anymore. And that's how the business works. Okay? It might be complicated. You might not get as good of partners early on, but giving away percents of your company to people that do not deserve it is one of the worst things that new entrepreneurs do.
What drives customer loyalty the most? Results. If you can get a customer in and you can show them a result that if they stop getting will make their lives worse, they will keep giving you money. If you cannot do that, they will not they will not continue with you. That is the number one thing you can do. There's all sorts of things you you can throw them a little convention. You can send them a shirt in the mail. You can text them saying you love them. You just rock hard in bed at 12:00 a.m. in the morning thinking about them. You can do all those stupid things that you see people do to keep their clients or whatever. The best thing you just [ __ ] do just get them results. Just get them results. And if they don't want those results, then they can't they just let them go. But they won't because you're getting them results. It's hard to get results. That's That's why it's so rare and people have to do all these crazy little things.
Okay, here's a classic one right here. Here's the Here's the good old vintage vintage. Let me check the settings on this stream real quick. There we go. All right, cool. So, here's the vintage question right here. How do you invest your money if you're young? You don't. You don't invest your money. What you use your money for is allowing yourself to have a cheap lifestyle. So, for example, you're young. You're 20 years old. You make $1,500 a month. I don't know, some minimum wage, really bad income. You go find a cheap cheap house with four dudes where you pay like, I don't know, 200, 300 bucks a month for rent for one bedroom in that house. Something like that. You can find that situation in college towns. Then what you do is you work as little as you can while still paying those bills. And you invest all that money and keeping yourself and your rent and everything taken care of while you build a business or some skill set that's going to make you more money from that bedroom. I don't care if it's learning to code so then you can go work for a big company. I don't care if it's learning to build, I don't know, keyboards in your in your in that little room. I don't care if it's building your own business in that little room. You go and you use all the money you have to give yourself time to learn the skills to then go and make more money. Once you're making a million dollars per year, worry about investing your money or worry about investing money. It doesn't matter in your 20s. It just doesn't. And you're not going to make some investment that sets you up for the rest of your life in your 20s unless you're gambling in crypto. And you're not going to know enough about crypto to actually gamble efficiently. So, just don't do it. You shouldn't be investing in your 20s. You should be using all your time and money that give you time to build skills that make you a lot more money. And that's going to give you the sauce. That's what I did. Never went to school. I got out of the military. I used all the money I had to cover my rent and food and living expenses while I built businesses for my computer or attempted to very badly until I got a skill set high enough to land myself a job in a marketing agency and then also start selling SEO services as my own. Voila, the rest is history.
Should I move out of Should one move out of their parents house ASAP or stay? If you're 20 years old, this is the years where you are going to be building your life experiences. If you are living with your parents, you are not building life experiences. You are building the same [ __ ] you've been doing for the last 18 years, which is sitting in your parents house sipping cereal and eating pancakes with dad and watching Saturday morning cartoons every Saturday. No, you don't just move out of your parents house because like it's embarrassing and you're not going to get laid. I know none of you guys do that anyways. You Jenzers are like, "Ah, I can masturbate." So fine. I'm not going to use that argument for you. I know that one's just dead in the [ __ ] water. But the reason you get out of there is like I just stated right here, you need to get out of there so you can actually go experience life. And you're not going to experience life when you're sitting in your in the nest. I don't care if it's cheap. I don't care if it's like beneficial and let you like more comfortably start your life. You need to go struggle. You need to go live and get in weird situations. The way you do this is look, I know people say rent is too [ __ ] expensive and in like no one can afford a house or rent right now. You can if you move to a college town and bunk up with four other dudes. When I was in moving living in College Station, I'd bum off like my friends couches and stuff like that. But when I was living with people that had a house there, I had a little tiny room there. It's me and three other dudes. my rent was like 250 bucks a month or something like that. Times it by three, like 600, 500 bucks a month is usually what you can get in the situation right now. You could get even better. I had buddies who are two to a bedroom in a three-bedroom house. So, there's six of them all in that house. They all got by fine. And they had tons of cool experiences. They had lots of fun. They all well, they all went to school because they were college because they were goofy. They didn't build businesses or learn stuff with their their time like I did. But they lived life just fine. You need to go do the same exact thing. I don't care if it requires bunking up in the same room with another dude. Like, go [ __ ] live life. You're not going to develop. Stop being a coward. Leave your parents' house.
What if you're a girl? Look, it depends on what type of girl you want to be. Just being straight. If you want to be like a girl that's able to make money and be confident, same exact situation. If you want to be a daddy's girl who just like is pretty and gets everything paid for and then like just focus on being good-looking and marrying a rich guy or someone who's successful, there's two ways you can go. Like girls have that option. Like you could just be a cool good-looking person who's nice and you'll probably meet a really good guy who will pay all your bills and take care of you forever. If you want to be a boss [ __ ] and you want to go make money, you're going to have to do the same exact [ __ ] Like it's the same exact model. You're you're chasing the the path that a man has to chase. So, pick one or two if you're a girl.
Leonardo says, "Is ecom supplements worth committing to?" Ecom in general. Is ecom a good business model? That's the clip. Ecom's [ __ ] hard and I I really don't like it as a beginner business because you have to invest so much upfront. I know people say drop shipping and everything. Drop shipping, this is not 2018. This is not 2017 anymore. Drop shipping's hard, too. Now, I don't do e-commerce. I I've attempted e-commerce a few times, and early into the business model, I'm like, mm- [ __ ] this [ __ ] It's It's too hard. And then like you make $100 million in e-commerce and you only get to like pocket like 10 million of it. This isn't every e-commerce businesses. But if you look at like a lot of e-commerce businesses, they don't make much money despite making hundreds of millions of dollars. It's like it's goof troopery. And I know some of that's by design because they want to scale and grow, but like I don't like I don't like e-commerce. It's It's very tough. It's too difficult. I'm too I'm far too stupid for it.
What do we got going on? What's your diet like? You guys know that. I've talked about that like a hundred times on this. See a SAS question. I don't know if you guys want to hear SAS. Whenever I talk talk SAS, everybody starts blogging off. Whenever I talk about real business practices, everybody just wants to hear how to make money in their bedroom while drinking Mountain Dew and eating pizza from Domino's. How do you actually find real SAS problems that people are desperate to solve? And you go talk to them. I don't mean to sound condescending. Sorry, I'm not trying to sound condescending. It's just um I've been doing it for so long and and people try to make the wheel of SAS sales so complicated. How do I go find this unique problem? The way you find a problem with anything, you go hang out with them and you talk to them. If you want to find what the breakage or problems you can make a SAS software for, go to doctor's offices and talk to them. Find doctors and talk to them. Pay doctors time for their time and talk to them. The way I developed products at Hyros for for Shopify stores for example like our air product is designed for Shopify stores. I don't do Shopify and I don't sell e-commerce products. What I do do is I what I do do what I do do is I reach out to people that sell on Shopify I know that do well and I talk to them and I ask them like hey would this product would you pay for this? This product would you pay for this? And then I make little mockups of the product and then give it to them. So, for example, when I was making Highross Air, which you can literally slap it on any Shopify store, it makes it three to 5% guaranteed. Like, you don't pay for it until it makes you that money and then it charges you like 5% of what it makes you. So, guaranteed makes you money. If you're a Shopify store, you should really be [ __ ] using it. But anyways, I showed this to people and I proposed the idea and they said, "Yeah, I'd pay for that if it works." And I made the minimal viable product for what it works. And then I put it on their stores and proved that it worked and then said, "Would you pay me for this or pay me for this or I'll turn it off?" I didn't say like [ __ ] like like that, but I'm like, "Hey, this just made you an extra 10 grand this month. Would you pay $500 a month for this?" You do the same process with everything else. You have to go dig and you have to go look. You don't just sit in the shower and and the god of business ideas comes to you and it's like this is the niche and this is the idea off with you make millions of that's not how it works. You have to go dig and then you're going to see all sorts of problems pop up all over the place.
How did I meet Alex Heroszi? We were I was at a ClickFunnels event like 10 years ago when Alex was first starting gym launch and Alex and Leup came in and everybody was giving business presentations and I was already like pretty successful at the time and well known in the industry. They were pretty new to it. Uh, and everybody came in and gave a bunch of business presentations and they were all Alex and Ila came in and crushed it, but like nobody knew enough about business in general to know that they actually crushed it. It was actually kind of funny. They like laid out the entire business model of gym launch. And I was like, "This is genius." And everybody else was like, "Show us more dropshipping techniques." And anyways, I was like, "This is genius." I went up to them said, "That's like genius. You guys are going to make so much money." And they were like, "Hey, thanks." And then I left. And then a few years later, they made stupid [ __ ] amounts of money from gym launch. And then we were in Austin and we just started hanging out. And that's that's how I met Alexozi.
Justin says, "All right, we got we got a successful person in the stream. We got someone making 200,000 a month." Big dick energy. All right. So, what are some important lessons if you're already making a lot of money? If you're making 200k a month, don't get lazy. Don't get comfortable. It is so easy if you're making $2 million a year to be like, "Ah, I'm successful compared to all my friends from high school. I'm just going to stop working." But you're not like compared to anybody that makes a lot of money, you're kind of poor. Just being straight. Like I I consider myself kind of poor compared to people that make a lot a lot of money. Um I know it sounds ridiculous, but you you got to compare yourself to actual people that can compete with you. You shouldn't compare yourself to like everyone you went to high school with. and the general population. You just shouldn't do that unless you want to be like them. If you want to do that and compare yourself to them, but if you're making 200k a month, the the biggest problem you're going to run into is you're making 200k a month, you can like take the money and you can keep it and you can just enjoy life or you can keep doing the same thing you're already doing and just enjoy life and not like not be paranoid and uncomfortable because when you first started your first business, it was probably very uncomfortable, but you had no choice. You had to keep moving forward. You have the choice to just like kind of chill right now and that's your most dangerous thing. What you need to do is take all the money you're making, sell all your [ __ ] move into an empty bedroom apartment, and redouble down until you're making a million dollars a month. Just go nuts. Take more risk. Get more risky. Risk all that money you're making, and then set your risk level or your risk, your ability to be damaged by risk to zero by keeping your lifestyle very cheap. That's what I did when I was making like $400,000 per month. And that got me well past millions of dollars per month. So, and then we're making millions of dollars per month. just throw all the all the things you've learned out the window and buy a Lamborghini in your fancy studio garage and yell at people on the internet. That's that's really the life model that works. So, copy from the master right here.
Do I hate Tai Lopez? No. Why would I hate Tai Lopez? People want me to expand on that and I'm not. I There's no reason to hate Ty. sells info products and courses. People have been selling those from the beginning of time, the beginning of bazillion bazillionth of time. And I know some of the courses everything are a bit silly, but it's people are the ones buying them. So if if there's always going to be someone selling those courses and so sitting around disliking somebody for taking a model that's going to exist, that's silly. Tai's always been extremely nice to me as well, so I can't say anything negative about Tai. waiting for a good question. We'll get one in.
Where do you get that amazing t-shirt? Finally, a good question. Amazon, dude. You just you just go to Amazon and you type in gay very gay metrosexual kind of homosexual golfing t-shirt. First thing that pops up. You'll see it right away.
Do I use technical analysis for altcoins? This this will be the clip right here. Does technical analysis work? So look, if you're in crypto or any type of trading, this is the only time we're going to talk about crypto today. the only time I'm going to talk about crypto. I'm not saying TA doesn't work. I'm not saying it doesn't work. I'm not saying it doesn't work. But for 99% of people, it doesn't work. I I've been in on crypto Twitter and CT for six years now, which isn't the longest in crypto, but I I've been around the block at this point. I'm no longer a little green veteran newbie uh baby baby crypto guy. I have seen so many [ __ ] posting TA for six years straight. None of them make any [ __ ] money. Like, they're all still posting stuff and selling info courses on how to do TA, which you don't do. If you're really good at TA, what happens is you eventually make so much money that you then start a hedge fund and then you just start trading with other people's money because you're so damn good at it. Now, I'm not pooping on anybody that does TA on Twitter or anything like that. I'm just saying I think it's the equivalent to male astrology for 99% of dudes that are doing it. The second you see your buddy start like mentioning TA or like drawing charts, just log off because no one's good enough to do it. I know like two dudes in all of crypto Twitter that are able to actually trade efficiently from TA. There's been in the cryptoverse, MM Crypto. Those are two really good guys on there that have been making lots of money trading or investing for since the dawn of crypto. everybody else just like they're all a little anong guys are still selling courses and still like not making any money because they're selling courses and whatnot doing it and they're just it's it's just stop it stop it. So that's my thoughts on TA. I don't think many people can do it successfully. I think there's I think there's just people that can trade and I don't think this is the best opinion on it at all. I think it's very uninformed opinion because I don't do TA. So take it for what it's worth. I think I think finding stuff and read being able to read the market and then taking risk at the correct time is how you really make a lot of money in crypto if you're not a brilliant leveltole trader uh like some people are which is 99% of people are not level to level traders. You have to be extremely [ __ ] talented to do that. Not talented you just have to work at it for a long long time to get good at it. And 99% of people haven't done that. So that's it.
See if I can zoom in on this. There we go. That's much better. For instance, how to be creative. So, if you want to be more creative, what you have to do is you have to give your brain more time and ability to be creative. So, what things stop you from being creative? Brain fog, feeling bad, being sleepy, low energy, distractions. So, if you want to be creative, you don't just sit down and like smoke pot and pop some mushrooms. That's not how you get creative. What you need to do is you need to ask yourself, am I sleeping well? Am I treating my body well? Am I is my life free of distractions? If the answer to all those things are no, stop doing those things. And then you will suddenly start seeing your brain with all the free space is going to start being creative. If you want to double and triple down on that, you need to remove all the things that are abducting your dopamine. So, for example, if I'm playing Rivals of Ether a whole lot, all my creativity is going to go to learning moves and thinking about the last match I played. If I'm playing World of Warcraft a lot, all my thinking creativity is going to go to like making my character better. If I'm on if I'm on Twitter a lot and I'm reading lots of political posts, I get angry and all my creativity goes to thinking I can solve the world's problems uh that I'm seeing on Twitter. And so I'll be walking around my neighborhood like, "Oh, these [ __ ] Nancy Pelosi." None of this, none of this [ __ ] helps me. None of this helps me. And so if I remove all those things from my life, my brain is vacant. It has nothing to think about. So it's going to think about hyros. It's going to think about crypto and it's going to think about building my personal brand and the things I'm doing. And then I'm going to be creative about those things. And then because I have more energy and structure in my life and no distractions, my body feels good. I'm gonna have the energy to flow into that creativity. And then I'm going to be creative. It's all just getting back to the basics.
Moving to Thailand to soon to start a SAS business. Any advice? Well, it's a very broad statement. My first advice is if you're moving to Thailand, make sure if you're talking to a chick, she doesn't have a dick. Very important. Very important. You go to Thailand, okay? I don't care how cheap your rent is. You end up accidentally getting [ __ ] by a a chick in the middle of the night. You didn't know. You just get a surprise boofing. Nothing's going to work for you for the rest of your life. You're just going to you're just going to have PTSD from that. So very dangerous for a young man in Thailand. That's going to ruin your SAS business. No one wants to work with the guy, even if he accidentally happened, who got raped by a [ __ ] in Thailand. So that's my advice to you. No one's going to respect you as founder. that happens to you, lift the skirt or don't. I don't know. Maybe you'll get me to in Thailand. Don't listen to anything I'm saying here. Just probably shouldn't move to Thailand. Seems very dangerous based on everything I just said.
Do you still think listening to interviews is better than books for learning? So, I don't think learning is effective for learning. I think what you need to do another one of my really stupid quotes you can quote me learn I don't think learning is effective for learning look if you want to learn what people let's define what learning is the ability to get results that's what people talk about when they're getting learned they think if they if they learn enough if they read enough books if they listen to enough podcasts they're going to be able to get results so what's the end goal to get results so what are we really trying to do here we're trying to get results we're trying to learn. We want to get to results as fast as possible. So, in my opinion, like I I listen to podcasts and I listen to books, but you got to do it in a structured way based on what you're doing. So, you need to look at what you're trying to do and you need to first try to go do it. So, if you want to go and sell stuff online, you need to go and actually like get on the phone and try to sell someone something to someone and you're going to see all sorts of things happen. And then when you read a sales book, it's going to explain to you what happened. So, for example, if I go and read a book on jiu-jitsu and I fully read it page to page, my brain isn't even going to grasp what's happening and I could go get on a mat and it's not going to give me even 01% of results. It's not going to do anything. Okay? Because your brain hasn't made the connections to it. Whereas, if I just go on a mat and roll around with somebody while they're doing jiu-jitsu on me and you're just getting your ass kicked, when you go read a book on it, a lot of these things are going to make more sense. You're going to things understand things like pressure and and top and bottom position and guard and basic things like that. And you're going to be like, "Oh, that's what happened there. That's what happened there." And then you're going to notice things that you were just really bad at. Like for example, if you first start jiu-jitsu, you're just going to be in on bottom and they're going to be having you in side control all the time or on mount and you're just going to be getting crushed the entire time. So what's going to happen is you're naturally then going to pursue how to learn uh to get out of those positions and then you go from there. And so you can see the way that you would be learning if if you just go and do the damn thing first is you're naturally going to get in positions where things go badly. And then what you're going to do is you're going to need to learn how to get out of those things or those positions that are happening so consistently. This applies to business or anything. So then when that then happens then you can go learn and then you can actually ask specific questions to people that have done it before. And so the way a lot of people learn is they just go pick up they like I want to build a SAS company. So they go read every single book on on making SAS companies. [ __ ] useless because again you you're not researching the position that you're in. And so you're not actually escaping the position that you're in. It'd be like if I was I've never done jiu-jitsu before. And of course the first thing that's going to happen to me when I get in there is someone's going to be on top of me and pinning me down. That's the first thing that's going to happen. And that's where you're going to be for six months straight. So, if I'm out there reading an entire book on jiu-jitsu on learning how to like play guard and do uh cool
sweeps from top and to do takedowns where I'm standing, all that's [ __ ] useless because the position I'm going to be in for the first six months is the bottom position. So, all my energy should go towards learning about the bottom position.
This applies to business. When you first get in the business, learning about SAS company and MR and how to calculate sales and like advance uh how to build a sales team, this is what people do before they even get to these points in SAS when the first thing that's going to [ __ ] happen is you need to get someone on the phone and just convince them to give you money. You need to be able to make a website. You need to be able to go and buy a basic [ __ ] ad. You can't do any of the basics yet you're learning all these things.
And so the the big answer to this question is I use jiu-jitsu as a metaphor right there is you have to go do the thing. And then what's going to happen to you is you're going to end up in these positions in these repetitive problems. And then what you're going to be able to do is seek out the right information to learn. Whether it's a book, whether it's a podcast, whether it's a um just going and asking a mentor or someone, someone that's actually been there is a few steps ahead of you.
For example, I really wanted to focus on how to hire and what it looks like scaling from 50 to $100 million at my company. And so what I'm doing right now is I listen to podcasts specifically on founders that have scaled from 3050 to $100 million. I look at podcasts from CEOs of companies I respect based around hiring and I learn those specific things instead of just going and reading general books every day like a lot of people do. I don't think filling your head with lots of general information is helpful. I think learning how to solve the problem that's in front of you is helpful and then you learn how to solve the next problem and that's going to be super helpful. And then you're going to have this arsenal of actually relevant information to get you results instead of reading and listening to podcasts.
I see all these podcasts on YouTube that are like three, four hours [ __ ] long. Great. Fantastic. Like I'm sure I'm I really respect the people making the podcast. This isn't me [ __ ] on their content. But there's no benefit to literally anybody sitting down and listening to a three-hour [ __ ] podcast about two guys talking about random subjects for three hours straight. Like, it's just [ __ ] What are you doing with your time? So, don't watch podcasts. Don't read. Instead, go get on the mats, get your ass kicked, deeply understand how you're getting your ass kicked, and then find ways to get out of that ass kicking. Then you will move on to the next ax kicking. You will get out from side control or bottom, and you'll get up. You'll finally get out, and then the guy will put you back in side control. You need to learn how to not get back in side control. And then you'll go in and you'll know how to regain, and then you'll move on from there, and blah blah blah blah blah. All right, so that that's the answer to reading and podcast.
How do you make your YouTube thumbnails? This This should actually be interesting if I can actually get it up. There's another thing I said that means two things. Um I'd have to log into Let me see. One sec. [Music] [Music] [Music] No, that's not going to work. I'm not logged in uh on my Google accounts in this browser. So the way you make thumbnails in 2025, well, one, you take a lot of pictures of your face and you can actually build a model in Higs Higginsfield and then you train a model on your face and your body and then you can just take whatever pictures you want and then when you have the pictures, you go edit them in Nana Banana or Nano Banana and Google and it's very easy to do that and that's how you can make thumbnails about virtually anything. Another thing you can do is just actually get a camera and learn how to take pictures of yourself. You take a picture of yourself and then you can use and add things to the thumbnail very quickly and remove the background. So that's how I make the backgrounds.
Football club says labuba gay shirt. Labba buba. I like that word. I wasn't going to comment. I usually don't respond to negative comments, but labuba boubba in an insult is a great insult. I like that. So I'm going to start using that when I don't like people.
So online says, "How do you stay motivated?" I talked about this last video, but we're going to make a cool clip out of it since it's on the live stream. How do you stay motivated? How do you have rock-hard motivation all the time? It's really easy. You're always going to be motivated to do something. Always. Now, the amount of motivation you have is dependent upon the amount of energy and oomph you have behind you and the threshold for dopamine that your body is seeking. So, for example, I'm sure a lot of you have no problem paying playing video games for 12 hours straight. I'm sure we've all been there. For example, I played Monster Hunter 13 hours straight. I played World of Warcraft 14 hours straight one time. No problem. Very easy. So, we don't none of us have a problem with motivation. It's being motivated towards the right things.
And so, when you first have Twitter on your phone, you have you everybody's going to tell you this YouTube. It's not a secret. It's not a secret. You have Twitter, you have social media, you have video games, you have TV, you have uh you have alcohol, you have all these really high dopamine triggering things. Your body seeks dopamine and the motivation behind it or the mo that's where the motivation is going to come from. And so your body is like a it's a very basic math problem. It's going to find the most optimized way to get dopamine. So if you have World of Warcraft on your computer and you have your business on in another window opened up, your body is going to want to play World of Warcraft because it's the best way to get the dopamine. It doesn't understand that one isn't benefiting you. It doesn't think into the future. It's just a lizard brain thing. It doesn't think like that.
So, if you want to be motivated, the best thing you can do is remove everything else that you're motivated to do that is not good for you. If you remove your television, you remove the video games, you remove all the bad [ __ ] and dopamine inducing stuff like get get Twitter and social media off your phone and you literally just have nothing in your house, eventually you're going to be so damn bored that you're motivated to do work. Like, you're going to enjoy making videos. You're going to enjoy building your business. You're going to enjoy working with your employees. If I have World of Warcraft on my computer and I'm drinking every Thursday, Friday night and I have uh my Nintendo Wii plugged in and or GameCube or whatever they're [ __ ] called now and I'm on Twitter for six hours a day, I'm not going to be motivated to do anything beneficial either. So, that's what you do.
Now, once you have that problem solved, stop putting stupid [ __ ] in your body that ruins your sleep and ruins your energy and makes you tired all the time. If you have lots of energy and you're in a vacuum, you're going to be motivated to do the right things. You're going to have nothing to do but work out and build businesses and it's not going to be painful. You'll enjoy it. Like your brain doesn't like say, "Ah, this isn't as good as World of Warcraft." It just reaclimates and then you enjoy building businesses and doing productive things just as much. Except your time and energy going into the thing you're doing doesn't ruin your life like playing World of Warcraft all the time does. That's how you be motivated. It's very simple.
Leon now says, "Is the supplement niche in e-commerce a good niche?" What do you think about the supplement niche? It's hard. It's hard. The reason why supplements are so damn hard is because the second you even make a supplement, none of them work. One, to be honest, you're selling a product. Like, I I take all these supplements just because, you know, Brian Johnson takes them and so why not? I'll take them, too. [ __ ] it. But if I stop taking these supplements for a week, like I nothing happens to me that I notice. That's a really hard product to get people to keep buying. If someone turns off their Hyris account, their ads go to [ __ ] If someone turns off Hyros Air, the we put on sites and just prints the money passively, like they don't have to do anything for it. A business goes from making an extra 10,000 bucks a month to making none, they turn it back on. They pay for it really quickly. If I stop taking my vitamin C tablets, then [ __ ] Like, I'm I'm gonna be okay. I'm gonna be okay. So, they're the first thing people stop paying for.
On top of that, they get commodicized super quick. I don't care what you're selling. You come up with a new thing, a new thing to pitch. Within two months, there's a thousand copycats who have the same exact ingredient selling it cheaper for you. So, again, it's super [ __ ] hard. And the only weirdly way you can make supplements work in my opinion is you have to have a brand like Brian Johnson does for Blueprint. That's why he's able to sell olive oil, like literally olive oil, and make tons of money doing it. It's because of the personal brand. So supplements are really hard because it all comes down to branding and branding and branding and branding and more branding. There's no clever way to get ahead in SAS. I can be really [ __ ] clever and get ahead and I can like build things in my software and do run my business in a certain way that other businesses can't compete with. I can't do that in supplements. So it's hard. I I I know people that make tons of money in supplements. Uh you see it all the time. I'm not saying it doesn't work, saying it's hard. I don't like hard things.
Buggy said he almost talked about crypto and then you read the B. You better not. You kicked off the stream. You better not be talking crypto around here, boy. This is this business channel. We don't talk crypto around these parks. Talk about business.
What's my daily routine? Oh boy, let me tell you. Oh, this is this is the best daily routine. I see uh I see Alex all the time talking on Instagram. You don't you don't need a daily routine. I'm like, "Oh, you don't know. You don't know." Uh so what I do is I get up about 2:30 a.m. Then I'm going to go immediately down to my my gym and I'm going to hop on my airike and I'm going to do a HIT workout for about five minutes. This just gets the blood pumping, gets you going. Then I'm going to inject myself with all sorts of peptides and whatnot and do my basic skincare routine and then hop on a little shaky wobble plate and this gets all like the just stuff drained shaking out of your body and whatever. And then I finish up my skincare routine. Then I'm immediately going to go to the kitchen and take some of that methylene blue stuff with some coffee and I'm going to put some glycine on that and I'm going to put some uh colostrum in that. And then I'm going to immediately go to my office. I'm going to then uh hop in front of my computer and then I'm going to bust out probably three to four hours of work. At this point sometime, I'm going to then go back to my gym and I'm going to exercise whether it's running or lifting for about an hour. Then when I get done with that, I'm going to hop in my sauna and I'm going to do that. Sauna it up a little bit. Then get in front of a red light therapy machine, do that, and then I'm going to get back to work for another three, four hours. Then I'm gonna have lunch or whatever I'm eating at the day right there. Then I'm probably going to go for about a 30 40 minute walk to get all the steps in for the day. And then I'm going to go back to work and work some more and finish up all the stuff that I'm doing. This is like the non-creative work, which is going to be like talking to employees, doing meetings in Slack. I don't do calls. Calls are for insane people. And then I'm going to do the windown, which involves uh jumping in front of red light therapy again, meditating, taking a few specific supplements and peptides, and then just hanging out with my wife for the next like four hours, and I'll go to bed at probably like 7:30, 8:00, and then reset. Just do it over and over again. That's the routine.
Online says, "How long does it take to reprogram the brain after quitting things to help for the mind and body?" So, basically, once you quit a bad habit, how long does it take? How long does it take till you're motivated and clean? How long does it take before, excuse me, I'm just making the title for these clips on Instagram. You guys are just going to have to put up with it. So, how long before your addictions no longer troubles you? How long before your addictions no longer trouble you? Never. If you give up drinking, you give up, you give up porn, you give up video games, you give up the bad food, you give up cigarettes, it's always going to be there. You're always going to want to drink. You're always going to want to play video games. You're always going to want to do the degenerate things. It's just it's just how it is. And so, you don't reprogram your p your brain. The the the things you want to do and all the bad things you want to do, they never go away. What you have to do is you have to find the thing that is worth more than those things. If you have nothing in your life that is not worth more than drinking, you're just going to drink. The reason I don't drink is I love to drink. I love to party. I love to get wasted. It's one of my favorite things to do. I can I'll freely say that. I don't do it because building my business and being successful and becoming the person I want to be is more important to me than that. and waking up and then having a hangover for 4 days and watching everything I care about crumble and my progress in the gym, with my body, and in business, in my relationship fall apart is just not worth it to me. So, you have to get in situations like that with everything.
I enjoy binge eating food like everybody does. I used to go to like very nice restaurant called Nick and Sam's and Dallas. I'd eat cake and all this [ __ ] and have like eight white Russians before I learned how calories worked. I got [ __ ] fat. It was terrible. And I've learned that, hey, I really like that food. I like having eight white Russians a night. Oh, it's it's fantastic. Drinking milkshakes exclusively as your drink of choice. But it's more important to me to be in good shape and feel good about myself and not look in the mirror and hate myself than it is for those things. And so, you just have to you have to pick one thing or another. You're never going to get away from your vices. And the only thing I'd also tell you is don't add more [ __ ] vices. That's why I don't get addicted to nicotine. That's why I don't smoke pot. That's why I don't do anything else other than coffee and drink. Very rarely do I drink because you don't add those vices because once you have them, there's always an itch to play World of Warcraft. So that's what you do.
Do I still fast? Not as much as I used to, but fasting is like the best way to lose weight and put on muscle at the same time. It's incredible. I the way I cut now is by a deficit and taking a lot of steps. I don't like it as much because you lose a lot more muscle when you do it. Like recently I lost a shocking amount of muscle by do using this method because I I was at a deficit for too long. You never have that problem with fasting, but yeah, I still fast. I just want to put in context like there's different ways to lose weight and get get lean. Fasting is way better. It's just harder.
Do you still cut your own hair? Oh yeah, baby. You should, every man, I don't care. Every man should just cut their own hair. All right? Look, I know some of you guys are like, "Oh, but my hair will look stupid." Look, shut the [ __ ] up and listen to me. If you at the point that girls are not talking to you and guys are not respecting you because of your haircut, you [ __ ] up everything else, okay? Like, you should be able to walk up to a chick and your hair just looks like terrible. Like, you can just like look at my hair and like it's like cut badly right here. Just a mess. Don't even get me started on the back of it. Just just terrible. All right. If you're walking up to a chick and she's like, "Oh, I don't like this guy because his hair the haircut's bad." There's like 50 other things wrong with you before she got to that point, okay? You should be able to have you should be able to have beach blonde pink hair and still get laid. If that's not the case, then you're [ __ ] up 10 other things. And if other guys are like, "Hey, nice haircut, bro." Like, you've you've missed 10 other levels of respect before that. Okay? So, cut your own hair. It saves so much time. There is nothing more ineffective in a man's life than going to a barber shop and making small talk with a stranger while they spend 30 minutes giving you a bike. Just get get a one, shave the sides, get a four, shave the top. You're [ __ ] done. Do that once every two weeks. If you're thinking if you're thinking you're not going to look good, get better at cutting your hair. And if you're thinking your hair is going to look bad, good. Who cares? If chicks are not dating you, they're not swiping right, they're not talking to you because your hair is bad, you got to fix like 10 other [ __ ] things. Have a six-pack, get lean, get some muscles, fix your [ __ ] face, do do some basic skincare. She'll be fine with it. If the one thing, the one fault you have is your hair's me, your hair is not too too on point. Or just shave your head. Just do a buzz cut.
Are neck beards fine? No, absolutely not. If you guys ever see me in public, I will be so nice to you. I will be so incredibly thankful for your attention. But if you have a [ __ ] neck beard, there is nothing that gets my goat. Nothing. Nothing that grinds my gears. Like seeing [ __ ] walking on the street, most of his face pretty clean. He has a [ __ ] bush right here. It's so uncomfortable because I hate when things touches my neck. So if I have any hair growing right here, it icks me. I have to shave it immediately. So when I see that, it triggers that OCDness in me and just it just makes me feel terrible. It's like watching someone poking their eyeball. It's It's horrendous. So, if you come up to me like that, I'm going to ask you to walk away. I'm going to be very polite. You don't You don't know what type of crazies you're dealing with, but I'm going to ask you to I'm going to ask you to get away from me. Don't Don't you walk Don't you walk up with that unshaven stank?
Is gay mustaches even that? You guys don't even know. I'm gonna I'm about to bleach my hair blonde to look even gayer. We're growing the YouTube channel, guys. We're gonna look ridiculous. I'm I'm gonna get I'm gonna get peak gay before the the end of the bill run. It's going to be the gayest channel in town. The gayest straight channel you've ever seen.
What belt in BJJ makes you a certified badass? In BJJ itself, I'd say I'd say I'd say purple. It's not gonna you're not the best BJJ practitioner, but you've been doing you've you've aid in a lot of [ __ ] You're you're pretty much you got your own style. You can you can actually you can hang. Um in in general, I would say blue belt. Like if someone grabs you and you're a blue belt, it's it's like fighting a baby. if if if you manage to get your hands on them. If the person's a good boxer or something like that, then you're in a lot of trouble. Uh if you're not too quick like me. But I mean, a blue belt, if if someone's on the ground with you and or you manage to get your a wrap on somebody and they don't know any jiu-jitsu, they're just in they're just in a terrible amount of trouble. It's a terrible amount of trouble. So, but I don't think getting a blue belt is that impressive. I'm I'm a blue belt in jiu-jitsu. I don't think getting that is that impressive. It takes about 600 800 hours, which is a lot. It seems like a lot, but there's guys been doing it for like, you know, five, six, 10, 15 years. It's and in the totem pole of actually jiu-jitsu, it means nothing.
Merge says, "If you're real rich, why didn't you hire a guy to do YouTube for your sass?" I just saw this question. I was just like, "Is that guy [ __ ] [ __ ] I I I just had to read it out loud. I dude, if you can show me someone I can hire that will get the same amount of views as me in crypto and on my channel that will do it for like a reasonable amount of money, you let me know. I'll sign off immediately. Like you you just let me know, buddy. If there's a better way, I'm obviously I might be rich, but I'm also kind of a little [ __ ] So, if you know anybody I can hire that's going to perform better than me and like do this like five times a week, let me [ __ ] know. I'll hire him. Just give me his number. Just text it to me, Marmada. I I'll let you know.
Someone said, "When am I launching my memecoin?" When the market is right for it. Altcoins aren't moving. ETH is going to have its run and then altcoins are going to run and then midcaps and everything's going to go nuts and then we're going to see all the same degeneracy. I'm going to launch it at peak degeneracy.
Mighty Mighty Ducks said, "How would you use hyros as a as a beginner entrepreneur?" I wouldn't. I wouldn't. Don't use my software. I have nothing to sell you if you're a beginner entrepreneur. I have nothing to sell you. Don't use Hyros. You have like 50 other things you need to be doing before optimizing your ads and your tracking and then adding AI remarketing to your website. Like you have 500 other things you need to be doing. Don't use Don't use Hyros.
Brian says, "Am I religious?" I am, but I don't force and talk about it on stream or in videos because it's not what I'm here to do. That's how why you guys are here.
Gligger says, "Is BJJ better than Muay Thai?" I guess in terms of what BJJ you can do your So let's let's look at in three different ways. Let's look it as something you do for a hobby. Let's look at it for self-defense. And then let's look at it. Yeah, we'll just look at it from those two angles. So as a hobby, um the big drawback to Muay Thai is you can't do it your entire life effectively. Now, don't don't get me wrong. You have like Sanche and stuff like that. I I've mispronounced Butcher's name. Dude's like 45 still kicking people in the head. Like, you can do Muay Thai into your 40s, but it's really hard to start doing it later in life. And like, if you're competing in it, you're not going to be competing in Muay Thai effectively, seriously, into like your deep 30s and 40s if you want to keep your body intact. Like getting really training Muay Thai where you're getting punched in the face and like kicked a lot, it's just not going to it's not going to work long term. Now, jiu-jitsu on the other hand, you can do Muay Thai is really just a young man's sport. Now, there's o there's opposites to this. You can totally train Muay Thai when like I did 150 hours of Muay Thai at 35 and it's fine. I'm not It's not something you can compete in really effectively when you're older. So, I decided to just go all in on jiu-jitsu and I was doing Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu at the same time. Now, jiu-jitsu you can do when you're younger and you can also do it at an older age. You can also compete in jiu-jitsu and measure your skill and there's going to be a lot more active people your age as you as you grow in jiu-jitsu. So if you go to a jiu-jitsu gym, there's going to be lots of 30-year-olds, there's going to be lots of 40-year-olds. There's going to be there's going to be all sorts of range of ages there. So you're going to be able to have do something your entire life. So I think jiu-jitsu is much better from the hobby standpoint.
Look, if you know how martial art or something like that, you shouldn't be getting in fights or like fighting people, okay? like you're going to just get hurt and uh you're going to pick the fights with the wrong people and then they're going to kill you with a knife or something like that. Now, from self-defense, if you're in a one-on-one fight, more jiu-jitsu is infinitely better because most one-on-one fights, the person's not going to be trained, and you just have to get your hands on them. You're going to win the fight immediately. And you're going to be able to also restrain the person without giving them a concussion or hurting them or knocking their teeth out and getting sued. you'll just get the get to a back take when they go to the ground and they'll just roll over on you and then you'll be good. Easy. Easy. But if you're like actually fighting multiple people, which you shouldn't [ __ ] be. Okay. Rule number one is if you're on the street and like three guys are mad at you, you don't be like that's that's rule [ __ ] number one. Rule number two, carry a knife or carry a [ __ ] gun. That's rule number two. Okay? Just have a knife on you at all times. Way better if something actually hits the fan. But if you're fighting multiple people or you're in an actual fighting situation, you don't want to be on the ground. You don't want to be rolling around with people. And being able to punch and do basic tapes, you shouldn't be you're not going to be doing any roundhouse kicks or anything from Muay Thai is far better uh for keeping people away from you and keeping the making them have to keep their distance, okay? Because if if people are getting on you or they grab you, you don't want to be rolling around with them because you don't know what they have. So that's the whole entire compass of what you're doing. I think training Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu at the same time if you're young is by far the best thing because you can keep people away from you and you can keep people you can deal with people when they come in and there you go. So that's that's a deep analysis of fighting from blue belt Alex Becker.
What's the brand name of my CL? I don't I don't know, man. Uh I'm take a few more questions. I'm gonna hop off. I'm getting pretty hungry. I gotta go get brunch.
JMK says, "BJ gave me more injuries than kickboxing." That there's there there's a caveat to that. Okay. If you're kickboxing, you're not [ __ ] really kicking or punching someone too much and you're wearing head gear and you're not fighting. If you're going and actually training kickboxing or Muay Thai to compete, you're going to get you're going to get your [ __ ] [ __ ] kicked. Like it it hurts. Like getting kicked without pads or punched without pads or kicked or or [ __ ] countering a [ __ ] kick with your shin [ __ ] hurts. [ __ ] hurts. Okay. Very painful. And you're you're going to be fighting. And then also when you're doing kickboxing, Muay Thai, you're going to be fighting younger opponents. They're like so much [ __ ] faster than you. It just doesn't make sense. BJJ, you can like old man beat a lot of young guys if you have better technique. You're just not going to beat the quick 20-year-old if you're 35. So, it just ruins the entire fun. BJJ does tear up your body. Yes, it's it's [ __ ] terrible. It it's it it's especially if you're doing it a lot. I did it five, six times a week for an hour and a half, two hours a day. Absolutely just horrible for your body.
Leono says, "Would it be easier to scale an ecom business or a service business?" It doesn't matter what's easier. They're all going you're going it's going to be there's nothing that you're going to excel at that's going to be easy. You're always going to hit a level in any business where it makes enough money that someone else wants that money and you're just going to have to perform better than other people. So, there's nothing that's easier to scale up. Like service businesses have their same exact challenges as ecom businesses. Ecom businesses have all sorts of scaling issues. Service businesses have all sorts of scaling issues. You're going to have to overcome either ones. Just pick whatever you like more.
Thoughts on day trading successfully as a business? Got to be good at it. Dumb ants. You have to be good. You have to be good at it. And I think day trading I don't know how to do it. and the people that can be profitable at like it's hard and you're going to have to do it for years just like any other business. I don't like training trading as a business or a way to make money for one simple thing. You don't learn any other skills except trading. So, if I'm running a a hedge fund or something like that, you're learning all sorts of other skills that transfer to other things. If I'm learning business, I'm learning all sorts of other skills. trading, you just sit in front of a computer and you watch the numbers and you learn how to trade and study and and research how money moves around, which is great all on its own for making money. You just don't learn anything else. And if you ever want to do anything else, you're just hosed like you're a beginner in every other aspect. It's going to teach you a lot about thinking and managing your patience and everything like that. But it doesn't teach you how to sell, talk, interact with people, anything that's valuable in other businesses. So, it's really a hard skill set because it's actually useless outside of trading. So, you have to be all in on it. Like, you can't you can't just like day trade and then ch change business models. Like, I could change into e-commerce. I could change into a service-based business. I could get back into info marketing. I have all these different skill sets I can use based on my business career. If I just traded for the last 15 years, I'd just be a trader and that's it. And I couldn't do anything else. I just have to keep trading. And if like you lose your edge, you're in a tough spot.
All right, a few more questions. Where did I buy the shirt at the gay store? We already covered this. How do I relax after work? I just hang with my wife. I watch TV. I I eat I eat tasty broccoli with cheese sauce and I watch TV with my wife and sometimes we'll go on a date. I have about three, four hours in the day I just I just chill. I'll play I'll play some guitar very badly and that's it. How dare I watch TV? Doping. TV doesn't give you that much dopamine. I find it kind of boring and I don't really like watch too much of it. So, well actually I watch a lot of TV, but I just like zone out and like do nothing and that's what I like to do.
So, someone said, "Alex, is running a content agency a good business model?" So, one of the most popular questions I see in these chats all the time is like, "Is this a good business model or is this a bad business model?" Dude, every business is model and is good and bad. There's no such thing as like good business model, bad business model. If you're really good at it, you're going to do well at it. So, just pick a business model and just [ __ ] do it. Like, I don't care. Just stop worrying about it and just do it and see. like the fact I I love you. Thank you for being on the stream. I really appreciate you for coming on and entrusting me with the trust to ask me a question about how you should be living your life. Like that that's an honor. I'm privileged. Thank you. Now that I want to actually help you like, dude, come the [ __ ] on. I I love you. But why are you coming to asking a stranger on the internet if your business model is a good business model? Like what are you doing? This be like me going like a stream be like, "Hey, is SAS a good business model?" Like [ __ ] go do it and see. Like this is your livelihood and you're asking like some dude in a pink t-shirt screaming cuckold jokes on YouTube whether it's a good You should [ __ ] know. This is your business model. This is your entire [ __ ] life. Go do it and see. Go try. You shouldn't ask me permission to try and see it. Just go [ __ ] do it. I love you. Thank you for being here. Like someone's like easy business model to start. What business model to start?
Someone said how tall am I? I'm I'm 4 foot one. This is I'm actually in a very tiny Hobbit cottage right now coming to you. Everything has been hobbitized. I have a Hobbit size vehicle. Hobbit everything. Like I'm gonna I'm gonna stand up right now. Just Just kidding. I'm Or maybe not. Maybe it's again this is all habitatized. Someone said 57. How dare you? How dare you? You can find any video of the You can find any picture of me in the internet. You can see I'm clearly 7 foot five. You just flip the numbers around. You can find any picture of me standing next to anybody online. Just do your research before posting such propaganda on my stream.
Holy moly. Holy [ __ ] Do I think a rate cut is coming? Oh, yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I'm going to hold my alt bags with until they go to a zillion dollars or the zero. I That's That's it. I don't even have to think about it.
Show us the watch before we go. Yeah, sure. It is a RM65 01. There you It's pretty neat. Very nice. Watch. I have to figure out how to get this thing to zoom back in. Up. There we up up up. There we go. Take out the sword, please. No way. Absolutely no way we're doing that. If I take out the sword on stream, I guarantee you with the energy I feel streaming, I'm going to like accidentally cut myself or something. We can take it out just a little. Take it out just a little. It's real. Oh, it's real. But we're not we're not taking the full thing out. I don't play with knives and guns while I'm on loaded guns while I'm on stream.
two more questions out. All right, so as the stream goes on, I slowly start turning into a wombat. Uh, yo, Mati says, "Yo, Alex, how you get over self-sabotage, bro? You failed something, then you keep coming back to your old habits. Bro, what what what the [ __ ] you do, man? First thing I You didn't say bro, actually, so I'm not going to give you that. If you fail at something, look, I'm going to have to give some Tony Robbins motivational speech here. You're just going to fail at things. You do anything and you're going to fail at it. And the problem with with people and the self-sabotage, the only thing you're taking you're thinking about is you're just like taking failure personally. like you're gonna [ __ ] up lots of stuff and it's not going to go well. It's just part of the process. Again, I'm not saying everyone should go do jiu-jitsu or whatever. It's just such a easy [ __ ] thing to make metaphors for. Like, if you go on the mats and you get your ass kicked, like the proper thing to do is like learn why you got your ass kicked and do it again and just keep repeating and then eventually you're going to stop getting your ass kicked. It's the same thing with like failure. Just what you need to do to get over failure is you have the failure that I can't take is the failure where I know I didn't try hard enough. If I tried hard enough and did everything I could, like if I was optimized, I wasn't doing all the degenerate stuff I usually do. If I was really focused and put all my effort into it and I was thinking super duper clearly, then I'm not mad about it. If I was putting if I was doing all my goofy [ __ ] that I like to do, if I was doing silly things, if I didn't wasn't optimizing my brain, if I wasn't taking appropriate amounts of risk and really putting my whole entire back into it and then I failed, yeah, then I'm kind of pissed off and then I'm just going to get pissed off and actually do it the right way. So, if you want to stop self-sabotaging and you want to be able to deal with failure without going back to other habits, look at what why you [ __ ] failed and then learn why you failed. Learn from it and then don't do the stupid [ __ ] that made you fail. Whether it's on the business tactics side or your own personal behavior, take more risk. Realize where you weren't mature enough. Realize where you weren't growing enough. Realize where you weren't seeing around corners that you could have seen, but you weren't because you were too lazy. Then you're going to stop failing really quick. Like you do that enough times, you're going to make a million dollars per year at least. Guaranteed. Guaranteed. You do you do that self-improvement process enough times with focus on making money, you're going to make it. As simple as that.
Peter Underwood said, "Crypto ain't fun anymore." It's never fun. Crypto's terrible. There's a reason I don't mention on these streams. I tell you in my videos, crypto is the worst [ __ ] thing on planet Earth. It's like a little nasty casino that never closes and you can't look away. And the second you look away, it makes money. And the second you get into it, it loses. It's a terrible [ __ ] thing. You shouldn't do crypto. I tell people in all my videos and they think I'm joking, but I'm not. Like, you shouldn't do it. It's it's a terrible terrible punishing way to make money.
Would you say before starting business first improve talking self market? No. No. Just go [ __ ] do it. This isn't This isn't [ __ ] Karate Kid where you have to go wash a car and learn about yourself and go meditate on a [ __ ] mountain for 10 hours and then improve your talking and get over your fear of [ __ ] your pants on stage and then finally you're allowed to start a business. Like there isn't some checklist. Just go do it and [ __ ] it up. Like go make a YouTube video and then try and sell people [ __ ] in the YouTube video. No one's going to watch it and then figure out why no one watched it and then make another one and then go [ __ ] sell people. I don't just go [ __ ] do it. You don't need any checklist. There's no license. You don't need a college degree. Just you don't need approval card stamped by Alex Becker to go. Just go do it. Go talk to people when you can't talk. I made videos when I sound like a [ __ ] [ __ ] Look at me. Like, does it seem like I put a lot of practice into this? Just go do it.
Noah said, "How to deal with perfectionist." See, I'm just labeling this one right here because a lot of these questions are like limits and rules that you give that people give themselves in their head. Like they tell themselves there's like this way to do things and this logic about the world that doesn't exist. So whether it's about getting started or perfectionism, there's all these things people think they have to do or they think there's all these rules that they have to follow or traits about themselves that they have. If you think you're a perfectionist, just stop being a perfectionist. Like next time you want to be a perfectionist, just don't do it. Just don't do it. You're nothing. You you are no personality set. And people think there's like some set character traits that they have that they just have to abide by. Like for example, I'm really bad at like organizational stuff in accounting. But if I sit down and actually focus on it, I can become pretty competent at it. I just hire it out now. But there's nothing you can't do if you just sit down and do it. But there's all these stories you tell yourself about who you are and this like character, this anime character arc that you're on and things you can do or not. Like you're you're you're strong at this, but you're weak to electricity. You're like a Pokemon or some [ __ ] like that. And the secret is you're just not. These are just stories you're telling yourself. So if you're having problems being a perfectionist, just stop stop doing it. Just be a sloppiness. Like next time you're doing something, aim to be sloppy as [ __ ] and just call it a day. And if it irks you, just like just keep doing it. Like it's fine. You're going to be okay.
Should I get a liver transplant before business? Definitely. That's the only rule I have. That's the only rule I have. You must get a liver transplant.
All right. What do we got going on here? I think I think we're pretty much winding down here, guys. I think we're winding it down. Getting off the stream. Oh, we got a lot of people still on. But what's the business you would start today to make 100,000 a month? The better question is, how hard would I work and what would I do to make 100,000 a month? And that would be picking a business model and trying to get better at it every single day. It's not about the business model you make. It's about the skills you have. I can make I can make a business and make $100,000 a month in my sleep. And that's not me bragging. That's just that's just the truth. It's not hard for me to do because I have 15 years of experience and skills behind it. So, if you're asking me how to make $100,000 months as easy as possible. Well, it's easy for me because I have skills. So, what should you do? You should acquire the skills by working and practicing the craft. If you want to become a really good quarterback, you get on the field and throw the [ __ ] football. If you want to get good at business at the point where you can easily compete at a college level, you need to get to the point where you're at an NFL level in skills. How do you get there? You work really hard to get to that NFL level of skills. I'm not saying I'm in the NFL. I'm like in the junior bush league of entrepreneurs making only like 10 million couple eight figures a year. It's kind of dog [ __ ] to be honest. You saw like Alex Mosie do like $100 million in a day over the day. All right. Like I'm baby [ __ ] I'm baby [ __ ] Like junior bush league drunk hockey league guy. So, if you want to get to the NFL, you got to just keep working even harder. And the way I'm doing it is the way you should do it. Keep working on your craft every single day and take it really [ __ ] seriously. And soon you will have the skills to get to the next level. And when you get out, you can't get to the next level. Figure out why you're stuck, why you're stuck inside control, why you're not going past this point. And then figure your way out of it and keep going as fast as possible. And at that point, guys, I think we're going to have to call it a day. I think we're I think we're at where we need to be. Can turn the music back on. Vibe out. Give me an X in chat if you guys got some got some use out of this. I tried my best. I think we got some good clips today. See the X's? I All right. All right. Cool. Cool. The latency is pretty good. All right, guys. I appreciate you coming on. It's been a blast. [Music] Someone said it was a great stream. It was a good one. We're going to try to do this every Sunday and then uh then we're going to get on. It's going be awkward. We're going to turn the music off and off and it's going to be super great. All right. So, probably next Sunday I'll see you guys. Get some more clips. Some badly managed stream music. All right.
