So, this channel, called Trace The Global, it's made $5,300 in the last 30 days of putting out content. This one, called Sky Whisper, also $4,300 in the last 30 days. The next one, The Temple Lifestyle, it's made $4,200 in the last 30 days. And what all three of these channels have in common is that they're all posting just AI-generated content that any beginner could start posting tomorrow. It really is that easy to create.
Now, all of these three niches I found in less than 5 minutes. They're super good opportunities because I followed my own niche kind of validation process that I've created. So, I thought, "Why don't I just show all of you guys here on my free channel today how how you would do the same." So, yes, without further ado, let's get into how you can find niches like this for yourself.
First of all, though, if you're new to this channel, you might be wondering who I am, why I'm credible enough to talk about any of this. My name is Leo. I've made over $3 million from YouTube automation. I'm not yet 22 years old. I launched hundreds of these channels that you can see right here. That is why YouTube keeps on sending me, you know, play buttons like this. And that could be a channel like Tornados, such as this one that we found right here. I've also helped multiple hundreds of people get into YouTube automation and start channels like this. Maybe we can put some on the screen so that you guys can see.
Now, one very important thing to know about this business model is that it is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Just because you start a channel like this one, which by the way, based on my experience, has earned way more than 4K in the last 30 days, it doesn't mean that you're going to make money just because you start posting videos like them. YouTube is, after all, a business model and it might take you multiple channels before you see a breakthrough like this and start printing, you know, some serious money. So, your first channel, it is very likely to be a failure, maybe even your second one. I failed three channels before I had my first breakthrough, but then I went on to make millions of dollars at a very young age. So, I would say it's quite worth it, right?
Now, for the niche research, there are two ways to go about this. There's the fast way that uses AI that will requires you to pay money to, of course, save a bunch of time. And there is the second way, which is slower, more manual work, but it is free. I'm going to show you both of these methods during the tutorial cuz they're very good to just know about. It's the same methods that I used to find these channels. And just a very interesting thing here, you can see that they posted their first video 2 months ago. So, 60 days ago, this channel was launched. They've already made, I can guarantee you, over $7,000. The next one, they posted their first video 2 months ago, as well. 60 days ago. The third one posted their first video, um, let's see here, 3 months ago. So, it's also very recent. And this also means that all of these three creators, 60 days ago, they were sitting without a channel in the same position as you. So, if you truly lock in and put your time into this, then you can perhaps be lucky enough to get the same kind of results.
Now, step number one would be to utilize AI to your advantage in order to find niches and get a better understanding of what YouTube automation looks like. So, there's this tool called Next Level. This is how the dashboard looks like. You simply just go over to the niche finder, if you have paid to access it, then you'll find a tab called channels here. Then you can just press on loan from channels and you will be taken to the relevant tool. Here you can already see that we're getting recommended a bunch of channels, but what we want to do is filter this for high average views and low days since start. And we will suddenly be recommended channels that are essentially started very recently, but they're getting a very high amount of average views. Like immediately, you can see here, The Temple Lifestyle, it just popped up. That was one of the channels that I showed you. You know, 10 seconds in and we've already found a great niche. Continuing to scroll here, um, you would see a bunch of different good faceless things.
Now, worth to mention here is that all of these channels will not be suitable for you as a beginner to get into. I would assume that this channel, which seems to be a lot of movie clips here just based on the thumbnails, it would not be the best kind of route for you to go since movie channels can be very aggressive in terms of copyright. to be very careful. You have to kind of know what you're doing in order to get into a niche like this. And you would most definitely need an editor to make this high-quality content, which can be quite costly for you as a beginner. So, we'll we'll continue to keep scrolling here. I would personally kind of skip this one if you're a beginner, but you'll get a such a good understanding of what faceless channels look like just by using a tool like this. For example here, Sky Whisper, the other channel that I found, just faceless content about, you know, worst or most destructive tornadoes that have ever happened. And if you have a good eye here, you can even see that they have a lot of US-related or UK, I'm not sure exactly what these locations are, but since they are talking about tornadoes in more Hackleburg, Plainfield, I would assume that these are US locations. They will also attract a majority of US viewers and that will greatly increase the RPM that they are getting. So, if we head over to Sky Whisper here, press on the analytics, uh, and this Chrome extension to see the analytics is, by the way, the same tool as this one. They have a Chrome extension, as well. So, we can see our top geographies, United States, 50% of all of the viewers on this channel is from the United States. And you can imagine what that does to the amount of money that advertisers pay the channel in relation to if all of their viewers would be from India here, for example. It's an astronomical difference, so this is very good for you to check before you get into a niche. You can check the kind of demographics that they have. And worth to mention is that if you do want to use this tool, I do have a promo code. I'll put it on the screen. It's how to AI2. It's an old promo code from one of my faceless channels. I'm not sure. I think it gives you like 25% off. So, yeah, if you're a beginner, you're going to save some money. I thought I'd include that, as well.
But the reason why you want to use a tool like this, as I mentioned, you'll get such a good understanding, like, hey, you you can create videos about cars like this. They got 2.8 million views on this video 2 months ago. That might be a good faceless niche. You should never blindly just trust this tool and get into a niche like this because if you do think about it, there's tens of thousands of other people that are using this tool, so the channels that you're seeing, they are seeing, as well. It's likely that a lot of people will start getting into this and the competition can, you know, become quite high quite fast. So, you would use this tool as kind of a first filter to find successful formats that you can then do more research on and kind of find sub niches within. And that, of course, leads me into the second part of this, which would transition into the more manual way of doing niche research.
So, you can see here that I'm now on the YouTube homepage and since I'm on a completely fresh account, you can kind of see what happens here. I'm currently in Indonesia, so I'm only being recommended Indonesian content, which is, of course, very irrelevant to our niche research. We want to see faceless channels, right? The way that YouTube works is that the more faceless content you watch, the more faceless content you will be recommended. So, if I were to find a faceless video here and I were to click on it and watch it for a few minutes, that would tell the YouTube algorithm, since I am on a completely fresh, you know, fresh algorithm, fresh account, it would tell the algorithm that, "Hey, this person likes faceless content. Let's give him some more." And if you're combining this principle with Next Level here, where you can find these faceless channels, it's very easy for you to just click on this, get taken over to YouTube and boom, now you can start training your account on the faceless content that you want to see. I've, of course, already done this hundreds of times, so I thought I'd show you guys the real difference right here. Here's the fresh account, which I just told you guys about, uh, that has a bunch of locally, uh, kind of recommended Indonesian content since that is where I'm currently based with my device. If I compare this with another account that I've been doing a lot of niche research on, I'm simply on the homepage here. And you can see that I'm practically only being recommended faceless videos about space. No matter how much I scroll, like, all of these videos are just faceless content, right? And that just makes it so much easier for me to find all of these faceless opportunities rather than 80% of my homepage just being taken up by, uh, you know, local Indonesian content.
I'm soon going to show you guys the criteria of what a good faceless niche looks like, you know, what how many subs they should have, how many views they should be getting in a second. But one more thing that you can do if you have access to the Next Level tool is that you, when you're on your account here that is kind of trained on faceless content, you simply open the filters button here. You will not have this button if you don't have the Chrome extension installed. Press on filters and you can actually filter the videos that you have on your homepage with the Chrome extension. I'm simply going to go scroll down here and just load in as many videos as I can so that they are visible for the Chrome extension. You can see here, the more we scroll, the more videos we start loading in. Eventually, that will stop. YouTube will not, uh, load in any more videos for you. So, we'll see when that happens. Like this, boom. You can see it doesn't load in any more content. This is when we can press on filters, filter it for subscribers versus view count. And that means that we will now see all of the videos on the homepage that have a lot of views, but the channel has a very little amount of subscribers. That seems to be the correlation for a good niche, a newly created channel with a little amount of subscribers that is getting a high amount of views. So, we could scroll here and see what we would find. For example, this would be a faceless video, I assume, but it's it it's not in our language. It's not in English, so it's not interesting. The RPM will be way way way too low. We can, for example, look at this one, Iron Wings, 57 subscribers, 19,000 views. That might be super interesting. Also, this one here. 7.5 thousand subscribers, 2.5 million views in 1 month. That is absolutely crazy. So, what you would do is just go over to this channel right here. And you can see that this is, by the way, just 100% AI-generated content as well.
Now, I'm going to give you guys some more context of what exactly you are looking for. So, these are the niche research criteria that you have to have in mind. All of these do not have to be checked out for it to be a super good niche. If, for example, five of them are all good, but this last one is is missing, you cannot really check this one out, then that's completely fine as well. You don't have to follow this too religiously.
So, generally, a channel should have below 100,000 subscribers, because if a channel has a million subscribers, it is very likely that it's been around for a quite a long time, the channel, and that means that the competition is quite high. Now, of course, a very competitive niche for you as a beginner will be quite hard to get into.
Number two, it should be started in the last 1 to 6 months. Kind of have has to do with the same thing as the previous point here. If the channel is started 2 years ago, it's most likely been rinsed. Many competitors have already established the dominant channels in the niche. It's going to be hard for you as a beginner to get in there and become a dominant channel yourself. The way it works is that when a new niche on YouTube kind of appears, there are a few channels that will become dominant in that niche and will be kind of just printing from that niche for a very long time. But then all of the other beginners, they will have a very hard time to break in, simply because there are a few channels completely dominating the niche.
The next point being that the channel has gone viral. And the reason why this is quite important is, of course, if a channel that you're finding, let's say, we would go into this channel, they posted uh five videos or 10 videos, 20 videos. If they never gone viral like this, 2.5 million views, why are you getting into the niche? We want to find a proven concept that is proven to have a lot of demand, a lot of people wanting to watch it. And if the channel has never gone viral, then it's not a proven concept. It's simply that, you see.
The next one, it should be growing systematically. So, let's say we are finding Sky Whisper here, the channel that I talked about before. They've been posting for 2 months. They posted only eight videos and made, you know, over $7,000. Pretty crazy. Um but you should be seeing an upwards trend in their views. So, you can see here, they started at 25,000 views, 100,000 views, 288,000 views, 83k views, 234k views 3 weeks ago. That is a very good sign. It should be continuing to maintain a very good level of views and be going viral every once in a while with new content. But if all of their latest videos, like 10 latest videos in a row, is stuck at 400 views or 1,000 views, that means that the channel might be drying up or it's kind of dying out. So, I'm not saying that the channel has to be consistently getting 10% more views with every single video that it posts, but they should be maintaining a good kind of level or or view ceiling with all of their content. Which, of course, this channel right here is doing. So, even if you're watching this right now, tornado videos about the US or UK, wherever this is, might be super good niche for you to get into, you know, right now.
The next criteria would be that it is recreatable. So, let's say we take a look at this latest video that they posted. Here's how the content looks. May 22nd, 2011. This is a very dangerous situation. If you are in Joplin, please take cover. So, this is not possible to create 100% with AI, because you will need an editor to create this kind of content. That is also what will differentiate you from the rest of the people. If you hire an editor and if your niche requires you to have, for example, a good editor, like this channel, then you immediately kind of get differentiated from all of your competition that are only looking to create these AI channels. So, it doesn't have to be a bad thing that you need an editor. And fact is that you can create content like this with an editor in your team for very, very cheap. But the scripts, possible to do with AI. I have a bunch of tutorials on how to do that. The voiceover, you can definitely do with AI as well. Editing will have to be done with a freelancer. You can, of course, find a very cheap one that will fit your budget. And then the thumbnail, let's take a look at how these guys made the thumbnail. Like this, you can do yourself. Literally just find an image of the tornado, put it in Canva, add a text yourself, and boom, the thumbnail is done. It's going to take you 5 minutes maximum, and the hardest part is just finding the image itself. But yes, since we're treating YouTube as a business, we realize that we are going to have to hire a freelancer eventually. So, this is definitely recreatable. It's not going to break our bank to create content like this, unlike 3D super complex content that is not recommended for you as a beginner to get into, because it's going to cost you thousands of dollars to create the content. This, however, you can create a single video for, you know, less than $100, which is a very good return on investment, if you consider that they made 6, 7,000 dollars um with just eight uploads.
So, let's just kind of compare this find right here with our niche criteria checklist. Let's say you found this channel, you want to know if it's a good niche. We can check here. It's below 100,000 subscribers. Yes, that is accurate. It's only 4,000 subscribers. Let's see the next one. It's been started in the last 1 to 6 months. Yes, because the channel was started 2 months ago with their first upload. Um it has gone viral. Let's take a look here. Uh viral, when it comes to YouTube automation, I would consider everything above 800,000 views is kind of viral. Of course, a million views is super viral. That is super good. Um but you can see that this one has got over 800,000 views on four of the eight uploads. That is a very good sign. And yes, it has gone viral. Is it growing systematically? We already talked about this. You can see that they are maintaining very good views for their more recent uploads. That is a very green flag as well.
And the last thing in the niche criteria list would be if the competitors are doing well also. This is the second and very important part of your niche research. It's called competitor analysis. I also have a full kind of process and workflow for this. If you guys want me to continue and make a video on that as well, how I would validate that, you know, competitors in this niche is is doing super well or maybe horribly, um then just put a comment, like this video, and let me know. And if there's enough demand, then I'll of course create it for you guys. Um I'm all about sharing the free kind of raw value here. Until I post that video, however, what you would want to do is create a Google Sheet like this one. You can see here, I just have a few very simple columns. You can just go ahead and save down this channel to your little sheet here and make a list of, let's say, 20 niches like this. 20 finds that you've um managed to discover. Average views, just looking at what they're kind of averaging, I would say uh let's say 100,000 views on average. It doesn't have to be super accurate. The subs, it was like 6k. Doesn't have to be super accurate. Niche, tornado stories. Last upload date, started date, reproducible. Just fill in this information and do this for 10 to 20 niches. Because I'm telling you, you will be needing to put in a lot of time, a lot of reps. This is like the gym. The people that get the best results are the people that put in the most amount of reps and go very consistently. If you do this and you find 10, 20 niches following this exact process and the competitor analysis process, then you will be finding a good niche that can make you tens of thousands of dollars and potentially even replace your current income source.
And just to show you proof that people are actually implementing this and it really works, here's a glimpse inside of my community, right? So, for example, Wild Man here, he's getting even better results than the channels that I just showed you. $2,000 estimated revenue from YouTube in just 13 days of being monetized. So, this channel was not monetized 13 days ago. It just became. And he's already made over $2,000, recouping all of the money that he spent on producing these videos, thumbnails, 11Labs subscription, whatever. So, this is now just a cash flow positive asset that he has alongside whatever job he's working 9-5 or any of that kind of stuff. And this just kind of goes on and on forever. I've been running this program for over a year now, helping hundreds of people start their first channels. Um you can see here, this was the fourth day of his monetization, actually. He's keeping us quite updated. Asher, also getting monetized on YouTube. Uh monetizations, you can see here, monetization. We'll have even more here. You see another one here by Luca. He got monetized after just 2 months uh of posting, which is super good for considering this a complete beginner that has never created content in his life and has already got a cash-flowing asset after just 2 months of getting started and learning something completely new. I'm not going to bore you out with a bunch of results, but you can see here also. This is one of the craziest case studies that we have in the program. $109,000 in half a year from a completely fresh channel. This was the first channel that we started with us. We helped him validate the niche according to all of these processes, and that channel went on to become his full-time income with like below 10 million views and it's made over a hundred and ten thousand dollars now. This channel actually up to date now has made over a hundred and twenty thousand dollars. So it just keeps on very consistently generating like four hundred and fifty dollars per day. And even some days here are touching over one thousand seven hundred dollars, I believe it was, which is absolutely crazy for me for a channel just posting cash cow videos on YouTube. I've actually recorded a full interview with Reed where we talk about his channel, his journey with YouTube, everything. I will be putting it on the screen right now before I end the video. So you can watch it if you want. It's actually very interesting for anyone who's looking to get into YouTube.
