A surprising number of businesses start, actually, almost by luck. That you stumble into something and actually, maybe it's not surprising. I mean, it's a sort of, um, uh, you know, someone simply notices. Effectively, Roger L. Martin is very good on this. He always thinks that the three things that kind of give you inspiration for a new strategy or strategic direction are anomaly, analogy, and resolve a contradiction are his three things.
And actually, when I, you know, I thought this is quite interesting. And when I looked at it, nearly all the businesses you see that are successful have basically happened on one of those three things.
