Hey, what's going on, you guys? Welcome back to the channel. We're going to be diving straight into this one today because we have got a lot to go through.

We all know that the court case was an absolute sham. The efforts that were made by the prosecution and the US courts was terrible at best. Everything was rushed. Duan plead guilty to clearly hide co-conspirators and other vital evidence that would have led likely to more charges being brought against him. We need to understand because only he plead guilty and only he is being charged. They cannot slap conspiracy on him because there needs to be a co-conspirator. And yes, there has to be one if there was in fact a TfL mole, which we know there was.

So anyway, I'm not happy about this. The amount of money, right, that was spent on getting this guy to the United States, right, fighting all of the legal litigations, the amount of taxpayer money spent on this guy so far was insane to say the very least. And the situation really is all of that money spent was pointless. All they could slap him with was 15 years. And the US legal system is supposed to be one of the best in the world. We're talking about the United States versus Ducoan and TfL. This is one of the biggest cases in crypto history and they absolutely failed from the top to the bottom.

And again, right, you need to have the right minds behind this thing because even the judge had very little to no information in regards to Ducoin's personal assets or how much TfL even held. And this falls back on evidence, right? being presented and not nothing being done with it. No work, energy, or effort was put in by the SEC, by the prosecution, by the US legal system to fill this wallet list out. Instead of just going, "Okay, these are all of their wallets. Thumbs up. Let's hope that they destroy all of these assets and this isn't going to be a problem, and they're going to abide by the final judgment." Instead, the judge had zero to no idea because this is the evidence that he had to hand. Everyone has been failed from my perspective.

So, what I've been doing, and I'm a thinking man, as you guys know, I really like to dive into this, and I'm not stopping here. I'm going to keep the train going because I really do think with all of the data that we've got available, we now have a very rare opportunity. And I spoke about this previously, but I'm going to break it down here for you guys.

Now FTX and Samuel Bankman Freed were dragged through the legal system in the United States and the US prosecuted them and sent SBF to prison for 25 years for the orchestration of multiple fraudulent schemes. All of their information has already been put through the legal system in the same way that TfL's information was put through the legal system and that gave us access to trial exhibit P301, which I just showed you previously. So what does this further tell us? Well, it's not just FTX that's been dragged through the legal system. Binance has also been dragged through that legal system and CZ himself was prosecuted. This means FTX and Binance have both been through the legal system. And they've likely at some point had to divulge all of the wallets that they owned. And there will be a document just like trial exhibit P301, which I'll show you again here. There's going to be a document just like this, but for FTX specifically, and then another one for Binance specifically.

And you're probably wondering why is this so important, Jay? Well, because we've got so much data, right? I got about 30 spreadsheets at this point, but these are just some of them that I'm working on at the moment. But what we need to understand is this data can be utilized, right? And more or less we can start to refer right to the FTX wallet list and then the Binance wallet list. And then we can also go and we can look at the archive node data for the top hyperminters and we can say to ourselves, well, hang on a minute then. If these wallets here are responsible for the crash, what's the likelihood that Binance or FTX at some point slipped up? There's been hints of three different entities causing the crash. FTX, Black Rock, and Binance. Now, there are a lot of other smaller suggestions out there, but these are just some of the big ones that are available. FTX is definitely the likely source and possibly Binance as well. We can get into this in another video.

My point here is right, if those wallet lists are regularly available and I can get access to them, well, I can broaden my research. I can broaden my data and maybe just maybe right we as a community here on the HCC channel soon to be uh something else can actually start to see if any of these wallets that I've got here which are the top hyperminters ranked from one all the way down into the thousands at this point right we can start to see if any of these wallets pop up anywhere else in Binance documents or in FTX documents and I could bet my bottom dollar at this point I really could. I've got a Indian dollar coin. I'll I'll bet it's my bottom dollar. I've, you know, I've I've got the bottom dollar. We can do this. I will bet my bottom dollar at least one of these wallets in the hyperminting show up in FTX's wallet list. Absolutely guaranteed at this point.

Now, the other thing that I'm really getting at here is I am simply just a person, right? I don't have any qualifications. I don't have a legal bar certificate or anything like that. I don't got a PhD. But you and I know that data talks for itself, right? And the person going out and getting all of this data clearly knows what they're doing. So at this point, right, I just feel like we as a community here could have provided a lot for the US legal system to really slap some serious charges on DK. We need to understand that. We need to understand that furthermore, right, the OM Mantra crash was supposed to have happened when the team was in flight. Well, guess what? the crash happened for TfL when they were in flight. So again, I would begin to look into the Mantra crash and start to see if any of these hyperminting wallets show up anywhere else in connection with other Cosmos based wallets because yes, our archive node can go out and crawl the broader Cosmos. This is where we're at at this moment in time.

Like I was saying, this is all bullish stuff. It's very energetic for us as a community because yes, we can start to really track down the cause of the crash. And if we can figure out right who caused the crash, we can hold them accountable because we know Duke Kuan did not cause the crash himself. We know this because of the hyperminting data. We know this because it is 11 wallets specifically that attacked the chain and caused the initial crash. Everything past that is a FOMO effect of people trying to grab on that arbitrage that was available through the mint to burn mechanism.

So anyway, because I am a thinking man and I'm a man of action, I have now reached out and made an FIA request. And this is essentially a public request for documents pertaining to the Binance lawsuit and the FTX lawsuit. And I mean all documents in their entirety. I don't just want the wallet list. I want absolutely everything. and then I'm going to start to figure this out. Whatever it takes to find and locate the source of the crash, I'm going to do it. And we have never ever been closer at this point. And I think a lot of people are starting to grasp that now, especially with us having all of the top hyperminters, all of their transactions that they sent to Binance, proving that the majority, and I mean, you know, about 2.2 trillion of what's on Binance right now belongs to users. And we've we've proven that. Go back and look at my previous videos. It's absolutely insane at this point what we're able to do. And I'm positive and I'm certain that I'm getting close. I'm getting strange emails. I've had weird things turn up at HQ, which we can talk about in another video. I've actually got to unbox a mysterious package, which I've got to do with the police here, which is even crazier at this point.

So, yeah, things are heating up and it seems like the kitchen is really cooking at this point and somebody doesn't want us doing what we're doing. I've never ever had a massive package sent to HQ so big, right, that they rang me and said, "There is a package that is so big and so heavy it needs to be paid for to be shipped to you." I'm like, "How big is this thing?" They're like, "It's huge." I'm like, "What could it be?"

But look guys, stay safe, stay humble, stay aware, and I'll catch you in the next.
