Secret agents, they adapt to their target so they can be the perfect partner for the target. Honey trap is not about love at all. Honey trapping is skilled manipulative techniques to make your target obsessed and trust you in order to get information to terminate the target.
So if you want him to stay loyal and never get aroused with any other women, the number one question of seduction in the spy world is: "As a former Russian spy, you've been trained to seduce the enemy, a real life sexion red sparrow. So today, with your expertise, you're going to train us to think like a spy. So, what manipulation tactics were you taught to use to seduce your targets that we can use to spot immediately?"
"When I was enrolled, which I actually didn't understand that time, into a very manipulative special course. They wouldn't call it honey special course. They don't call it honey drop or they call they don't call it sex."
"Of course, don't. It's um a classified course program where they particularly handpick students who already enrolled into the academy. And when I just got enrolled and we started to have our few first classes and of course in the beginning they would give you important lessons how to walk like a queen with the goddess energy which is important. How to put makeup and how to dress nicely, of course. And then we would do like workshops, yes. But the foundation is self-confidence because how you supposed to seduce or make anyone like you if you don't like yourself, if you don't love yourself, right? They say if you want to seduce the world, you have to seduce yourself."
"And this is number one. Um, seduction in this case I would say more like if you want to make anyone to like you, you have to love yourself. It's like animal world, this animal instinct and seduction is all about making your target, which is men for example in this situation, to feel like alpha male. It's all about how you create the space for him so he feels like, 'I am the best, you know, she chose me.'"
"It's like you want to stand out from all this crowd of other women, right?"
"Mhm."
"You want him to see you and that's what you do. But also it's very important part because ideally you need him to trust you sort of before. And when men tells you, 'Oh, I feel like we've met before. Oh, I feel like like we know each other for years,' that's the trust built you want."
"And that's what actually manipulators do because then your brain feels like a confirmation. 'Oh yes, I feel the same. Do I feel the same? Oh, yes, I feel the same. I feel like I know him for a long time, so I can trust him.'"
"Oh, right."
"So, this can work. Um."
"So would that be a line you'll use on someone knowing that it will manipulate them? It's like, 'I feel like we've known each other forever and you're already projecting. I know that this now allows him to trust me faster.'"
"Yes."
"Absolutely."
"Okay. So, I'd love to go to like one of your very first targets where you had one night you walk into the bar, you've got to like slip an envelope to into his um suitcase. What are the little things that you did in order to get him to trust you in just such a short period of time?"
"Women can send some signals like eye contact and maybe some body language, right? So women send these signals and then if man understands and sees this signal, he will approach. Where also for a woman like secret agents, females, they would never approach themselves first."
"Oh, because that gives it away."
"Yes. Because like we wanted always to make sure that men think that he conquered you."
"Okay."
"Rather than opposite. So if something will happen, alongside his brain will remember that it was his decision to meet you. You didn't do anything, you were just there by accident, sort of. So that's why brain believes that you cannot be a secret agent. You cannot be a spy. He cannot have any risk from you because he decided to approach you. But in fact, you placed everything around him. So he feels like, 'Oh, it's my decision.' Decision, but in fact, it wasn't. It was social engineering."
"Makes sense. Okay. So, you know, walking into this hotel lobby that you can't approach him, but you have to get his attention."
"Right. Signals and everything. So before any approach."
"Like, or before any meeting, first meeting."
"Secret agents, if they need to recruit the target, or they need the target to trust them, or just like create any type of relationships if there is no like murder or something uh in the end. So it's very important for the target before even he will see you, see you by peripheral vision at least seven times. It could be anywhere or like it can be sort of like very close to it. So for example, with Vladimir, when we like Vladimir mission, when we were really working on that and we couldn't mess up with this because it was only one chance. Uh, first of all, we did like a lot of research. We gathered information. We understood what he likes, what he doesn't like, what kind of girls he picks up for a night. What was his first love?"
"Oh."
"So again, this is like how to protect yourself from manipulators because that's what manipulators do."
"So first, who was his first love and what kind of relationship did he have?"
"And so I pause there when you say this is what kind of what manipulators do. You teach women is that if a woman is going to be manipulated, a man may go back into her Instagram and go all the way back to see what she wrote about her family, about her ex."
"Yes. Got it. What was the end of these relationships? Okay. Was she heartbroken? Did he leave her or did she leave him? The vulnerability, weak spots."
"Got it."
"Oh, he cheated on you. Oh, he um did something bad or like he was abusive so you allowed this to happen with him so you can allow me to be the same way with you."
"Got it. So you're..."
"If you forgave him on cheating or verbal abuse or maybe like violence, and I strongly advise any women, never say to your partners or you meet someone new that, 'Yes, I had this ex-boyfriend, but I forgave him so many times because he did cheat on me or like he was like verbally abusive or he did any violence towards me or he did these bad things and I did forgive him.' That's really bad red flag to say like this to your new partner because you verbally allow your new partner to do the same things to you in the future. So ideally, do not share any previous relationship at all. Very small."
"Yes, we had relationship, but you know, it was a good ending."
"So never bad mouth about your ex partners. This is important because in any case, somebody can remember something and they can bring that right at you."
"Okay. So, you're doing the research. So, you're looking into his background, his..."
"First love."
"First love."
"Mhm."
"So, we find out that he actually was in love when they were in high school, like, you know, this uh sweethearts. Yeah. But then in Russia, it's a compulsory for every 18-year-old boy to go to the military for two years. And usually, if you have like your sweetheart, women waiting for the, you know, future husband to come home. So imagine this, you are fighting for her, for your future, for your homeland, for your country, right? You're a soldier. You're the protector. You fight for your love. You come back home and she's pregnant with someone else's kid. So what happened? That relationship didn't fulfill him and left a big like negative trauma. So what happens in our human psychology? We always want a happy ending. So it was a betrayal for him and this is the worst. So when we find out about this, we started um everything about her that time when they were together and when he was in love. The way she was like, she was dressed, the way she would carry herself, the way she would talk. Luckily, that's why we couldn't sorry [ __ ] up this mission because she was also Asian. She was from..."
"So you already had that. Uh, so I, that's why I was chosen for this mission particularly because of the look because we already had the strategy how to do it."
"So the fact that his ex-love was Asian, the one that broke his heart, they were like, 'Oh, we need someone that will remind him of her.'"
"Definitely not blonde."
"Right?"
"So men, they choose their partners one according to their first love and if it was like heartbroken or two, uh, they look like their mother or like behavior as a mother. Right?"
"Interesting. Cuz for a woman, sometimes you end up going for the complete opposite of the person that broke your heart."
"Yes. And maybe looking more like your father."
"Like, or maybe behaving like a father."
"Okay."
"So it's basically we divide everyone whom we meet in our life. Can he be in my tribe? Can I trust him? Is he in or he's not? Like if he's not, then he isn't potentially can be my enemy. So I don't trust him. I don't allow him to come inside."
"Mhm."
"So, uh, the situation with this Vladimir, so when we find out about everything about his first love, what happened then? We basically installed social engineering when your brain by the peripheral vision can spot some sort of, you know, activities and these activities or these pictures which your brain will see not directly will actually influence your decision. And it's exactly how even governments manipulate people in order for them to make the decision they want. That's why we have this billboards everywhere because what seven times we see someone's face, we trust him."
"Because..."
"And the fact that your face is already somewhat familiar to him because it reminds him of his ex-love. So, is that peripheral vision then you're like, he's going to catch you more likely?"
"Yeah."
"All right, guys. We'll be right back with Aaliyah. But real quick, if you've ever got a value from a single Women of Impact episode, please do smash the subscribe button or use the QR code right here. It's how YouTube actually knows that you value this channel, that the content really does matter. So, please go ahead, smash the subscribe button. Now, back to the episode."
"Is that peripheral vision then you're like, he's going to catch you more likely?"
"Yeah. So what we did, uh, we had um, a few couples. So the boy would look like Vladimir, but back like that time when he was..."
"God, no way."
"17, 18 years old."
"With that more or less similar looking girl."
"And they would like the first couple. So Vladimir would be let's say in the restaurant and he would spot in the bar or at the table this couple and they would be, you know, just like so in love and you can see it, love is in the air and you feel it and they holding each other hands and they kiss each other and it's just like this perfect picture. Everybody wants that."
"But of course, he wouldn't look at them like directly. It's like peripheral vision, the the brain would spot. Okay. The first seat. We plant seats, the first seat."
"Then later on, in a few days, a week or so, he would go to the gym and there somewhere another couple would walk. She's pregnant now, but it's another couple, same looking guy with the same looking girl, more or less. And again, they hold each other hands. He's very caring. She's pregnant. Beautiful picture, right? Like everybody wants to have it. Again, he may not even look at them, but his brain registered that couple. And actually, you know what we did? We actually made all these boys, these young boys to wear army clothes because there's the uniform."
"Oh my god."
"So, there would be like this military guys, right? So, it's like so much similarity of his past."
"And this is like over time, right?"
"Oh, no. Absolutely. Yeah, it took us two months to prepare everything."
"Wow. Two months doing all of this and then you went and met him."
"You know what? Uh, if you really as a secret agent need to work on your target, you have to give enough time. You cannot rush things because if you lose like one thing and the trust is lost, that's it. You you can lose this target forever and then later on you cannot do or establish any communication with your target at all. So that's why there is no rush. Why? Very slowly, subtle kind of like influence because only manipulators, they rush things, right?"
"So that's why the the way you spot manipulators and you don't trust these people when they push you, especially in sales. 'Do it now! 50% off today, ending in five hours! Do it now! Do it now! Do it now!' So this is direct manipulation and you you feel it and you kind of like back up because you feel like, you know, but doesn't sound right, doesn't feel right, something is off, right? So..."
"You cannot rush this kind of things. So, in the end, um, Vladimir would register all these different couples being in love and then eventually the last couple would have a kid, a newborn, and they would be so like, you know, happily married to whatever this couple, they have a newborn, she's happy, he's happy, and they holding hands and kissing each other, blah, blah, blah. So this perfect virtual world which never existed for him and at some time he wanted it so badly, right? And he felt like, 'What if, what if, you know, I'm not too old to like start a family? What if I can do it? What if like I'll be lucky enough to have this sort of woman like my perfect woman? It didn't work out with first one, but what if I would have like somebody like her, but better version?' So I had to come there to him as a better version of his first love."
"Because then it will work."
"Right."
"Um, so then the next step, my team member who actually was killed after during that mission and after the whole >> thing got um messed up. He already was undercover. So he was like drug dealer there in that gang. So he already had like some trust, right? And he would be the one who would sometimes during like, you know, party like on the weekends like in the club, he would bring like different girls, but not good enough. So when I would bring me, I would be the best. So this is also very important."
"So he, my team member, uh, he established the trust in front of Vladimir. 'Oh, he's supplying me really cool girls. I can trust him. So who's the next one? Bring me in the next girl, right?' And then the next girl is me. So, I wasn't there to meet him myself. I was introduced by someone who he already trust. And then, voila."
"Wow. Wow. That was insane story like feels like a movie. Um, as you were saying about like the subtle manipulation for two months, right? Where like all these couples, you're placing it to like have him think of the world a certain way. I know a lot of my female community have felt like guys do that kind of individually, right? They paint a picture of what type of boyfriend they're going to be like for two months. They're amazing. They're the opposite of the [ __ ] they were dating before. So they now kind of almost fall for it when they start to then show their true colors down the line. They already feel like they've fallen for them."
"Right? And this is so important to see and analyze everything in the beginning of relationship, like any relationship, the way person behaves because um, what manipulators do, they give you a lot of attention, they give you a lot of time, a lot of energy, a lot of compliments, sometimes even expensive presents to impress you. And then something happens, some drama, like he got injured or he went to the car accident or, but you don't know because like he just disappears from your life. There would be so many messages and calls during the day, like non-stop. And then voila, for two, three days or even a week, nothing. He doesn't pick up your calls, he doesn't text back. Something happened. So what happens with your brain when this happens?"
"So imagine this. You were given a lot of sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar. Your brain is like, 'Yay, we love it. Yay, more, more.' And then bum, nothing. And you like, you have a huge lack. It's like a drug."
"Oh, yeah."
"You like feel like anxiety, like I need the sugar right now, otherwise I will like I will die, like I need it now. What's happening? What do you do? You cannot listen, think about your job or like you cannot think about anything else apart from this person because this is your drug. So you're hooked."
"Okay."
"It's a great analogy."
"Yes. You're hooked and then you don't know what to do. So what happens in obsession, in sort of seduction, I wouldn't call it seduction. This is obsession. It's not love. So there is a big difference between love and manipulative obsession. What happens is more you think about him or her, whatever this like person, as more you you think that you fell in love. 'Oh, I think about him all the time.' It's not love. When you love someone, you don't think about him 24/7, right? When you love someone, you feel fulfilled, in peace, in love, and relaxed because everything is good. When we're like obsessive, 'Did he call me back? No.' Like, you know, like this anxiety, this is not love. This is obsession. And that's what manipulators do. So, you're hooked. Like during this like time, you're going crazy. You cannot sleep, you cannot work, you cannot eat, nothing. And then bum, he appears. So she appears and she said like, 'Something terrible happened. I had like a car accident or like something like bad ham, like all this drama. I need your help. I need money.' A normal, let's say, self-confident, self-blob, healthy mentally person would say, 'You know what? [ __ ] off.'"
"Like, I like [ __ ] off. Okay. So and I will tell you why. Even if something bad happened, unless you were in coma, you couldn't text me. Like, it's one second. 'Siri, can you text Marica and tell her I'm in the hospital?' Like, can't you do this? Like, it's just a second. So, if you didn't do it during these days and made me to feel so bad, so [ __ ] off. Do not call me back. I'd rather block you right now."
"Yeah."
"So, what happens usually? 'I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry.' And again, he gives her time, energy, love bombing, like again, all this like give, give, and then again, like the brain's like, 'Okay, sugar is back. Everything is good.'"
"So, for you, are you trying to get the man not to fall in love, but to be obsessed with you so that he can always be off balance and you can control him?"
"Yes. Honey trap is not about love at all. And this is very important. Honey trapping is actually um, skilled man manipulative techniques to make your target to be obsessed and trust you in order to get information or in the end to like terminate the target. So honey drop is not love. Absolutely not. This is different. Love doesn't even work like that. Love comes to you with time. Build this trust eventually so you can rely on each other. So this thing, it's not love. This is uh, manipulative uh, obsession."
"Have you heard of the Tinder Swindler?"
"Oh my god. I happen to know all of them. All these girls, I happen to even be their friends. So the, it's exactly, it's amazing, amazing example. Yes. So again, this manipulator, this narcissist, good-looking, all his, and again, manipulations what they do, they create this um, legend. I would call even like, I would call it like a perfect sort of spy, like a double life, right? He looks like James Bond, he's alpha male, like he's flying jets, he's he goes to the best uh, resort, just like very lavish, very cool life. And he basically took someone's company and literally placed that website on his profile that he's the son of the owner, which is like absolutely crazy. So that's why dear ladies, is and dear everyone, I always say, please gather information. Please check everything you can find online, through friends. Ask someone about this person you meet because this is the only one way how you can understand who is in front of you. Right? If everybody says to you, 'This is scam, this is scam.' Then don't be like, 'Oh no, with me it will be different.' No, it won't be. It will be the same as with anyone else. So, uh, he meets them online and does like love bombing, sends presents, flowers, invites for to a very luxurious posh dates. Um, they fly by jet to somewhere for just to have dinner. So, of course, you're like, 'Oh my god.'"
"Yeah. He's not just saying, 'I own a jet.' You actually go on his private jet. He takes you to an actual island where you have this tropical dinner."
"And manipulators also, as secret agents, they do, they use a lot of like emotions. So they build this emotions as you said right now, and this is exactly amazing example. You don't like know, 'Oh, he owns the jet. You are flying in this jet with him.'"
"Right."
"So, it's like confirmation. So this is the guy, this is his jet. So..."
"Yeah, everything is real."
"But in fact, of course, it's not real. It's all like, you know, a setup. It's like a setup for a movie."
"Yeah. The fact he like sends a photo of him bleeding with his bodyguard and then he sends that photo to one of the women saying, 'Oh my god, I've been in this accident. Please help me. We need money.'"
"You don't need to send money to anyone. This is number one rule. One number rule. And of course, the thing is manipulators, they work so fast. Secret agents don't do that. Manipulators work so fast. They're like love bombing, love bombing, then something happens. 'I need money right now.' So, it's always drama there. Always something happens. Something in the job, uh, with their past relationship or with friends, it's always drama for them."
"So, question then, as a spy, are you creating this false drama to keep them off guilt or are you doing the opposite and not creating any drama so they feel safe with you?"
"Great question, Lisa."
"Coming up."
"When you meet someone new, if you really want to find out his or her vulnerabilities, you should go into his or her past. I need to know if this is just me or if you've ever actually been starving so much that you grab a healthy snack, flip it over, and suddenly you're reading ingredients that you can't even pronounce. That's why I'm so freaking obsessed, obsessed, guys, with Paleo Valley beef sticks because these are one of the only sticks I can actually trust to fuel my body instead of wrecking it. Are you creating this false drama to keep them off guilt or are you doing the opposite and not creating any drama so they feel safe with you? Great question, Lisa."
"And this is very important. Yeah, it's a great question. Why it is important? Because people are different. Secret agents, they adapt to their target so they can be the perfect partner for the target. Somebody likes drama, somebody doesn't. I know a lot of men who hates drama. I know a lot a lot of men who cannot live without drama and they need it. So for some men, I would create this drama."
"Oh, interesting. So why does a guy being dramatic in a woman's life actually work for a woman and keeps them trapped? Victim mentality. The most important in any relationship before you go to bed, dear ladies and dear men, ask your target, your partner, future partner, maybe ask about childhood. And the number one question of seduction in the spy world would be, 'What was your dream when you were a little girl?' And you go back to your childhood, right? Memories. But here you can simply ask, 'How was like your family? What, how was your upbringing? What was it like to be, you know, to be born in London and go to Cyprus every summer for six weeks to your grandmar?' How you see you smiling. I see your eyes. You remember this beautiful memories. Yes. You, you're like, you're happy. It's your happy place. Okay."
"But if I would ask someone else and I would see direction about the childhood like, 'You know, it was okay. Yeah. Like I, you know, like it was fine. Like we still like good relationship with my parents. It's fine.' I can see that it wasn't that happy place in the past. So then I can go and find out what was the problem. Where is the vulnerability? Where is the vic spot where I can push the button in order to when it's needed to poke that button to make even more pain if I need it?"
"How important is it to identify someone's weakness to manipulate them?"
"How important? I would say this is the number one important thing."
"Because I really want women to hear that in that, okay, if this is a moment where I'm feeling vulnerable, someone's asking me about it. As a woman, you're like, 'Oh my god, he really cares. He wants to hear about my vulnerability.' But it's important to actually shine a spotlight and say, 'Hang on a minute. Before you share it, you should know who you're sharing it with.' Because for one person, it actually can be lovely and it brings you guys together. For a manipulator, they're going to use it to press your buttons later."
"The question is, why do you want to share about your vulnerability?"
"Why do you want to share your vulnerability with like other random people for what? For example, if I would go here right now and tell you like, you know, I was virgin at 18 years old and I was raped by my commander and it was awful. You know what I'm saying? Like, what do I do? I want to say like, but despite to that, I didn't suicide. I did I didn't break down. I didn't lose myself. I'm here right now with you sitting in front of your cameras, which is like your, you know, audience, and I want to give inspiration and motivation and hope for other women who may be right now in these sort of situations. But when you tell random people of very sensitive information to someone you don't know and you don't know what this person will do with this information, probably to use it in the future against you. Why would you want to do this? Right?"
"I think in the moment, if I'm going to be honest, I don't think of it as, 'Oh, they're going to use it against me.' I kind of think of it as, 'Let me see how they respond.' And when someone receives it well, it's like, 'Oh, okay, they can handle my vulnerability.' So, it almost makes me feel safer with them showing me they can handle it. And look, I'm naive. My mind doesn't automatically go to, 'Why is he asking? Is he going to use it against me?'"
"My mind's always like, um, do I like, why, what do you want?"
"We definitely need you on a date, not me."
"It's like your wingman."
"I, yeah. I mean, I think like, it's also like sort of like you speak with someone who is a professional manipulator, right?"
"So in this situation, to find out who is in front of you, you'd rather ask questions like literally on your podcast, ask questions to gather information, more and more. Because manipulators, they would try not to give you a lot of information because they know this rule: 'If I give too much information, she may use it against me.' So they would either create legends, either they will tell you something like, 'Ah, yeah, it was okay or something,' right? So you want to ask as more information as more, uh, memories. Memories are actually the best. That's where you can understand who is lying, who is not."
"All right."
"Because our emotions cannot cheat, our emotions cannot be faked, and you feel what's the energy shift."
"You know, when a person doesn't want to tell you something or hide something from you, you'll feel it."
"Yes."
"His words, his eyes would be like, 'No, it was wonderful,' but like the whole energy shift, and you're like..."
"Something's off."
"Yes. This is your gut feeling, which is so important. So, yeah."
"That's so true. Um, I have a quote of yours that I would love to read. Um, this hit me. 'I could create an emotional bond so strong that they would confide secrets they've never told another soul and thank me for the privilege.'"
"Oh my god, this would be very sexy. I have to like warn you. Um, men are wired to be programmed basically through sex because the whole man energy, the whole nature of man is basically to leave as much gene in this world, to have a lot of sex. I'm just going to say it."
"Kind of."
"I can be that little voice in your head."
"This is onto the park."
"Okay."
"So how to make your man to stay loyal to you, knowing all that? Or how to make man to be more successful, for example, your partner, right? To be more successful, to go ahead and build more businesses, to be like more wealthy, and just like to be the best. How to do this?"
"Female energy coming from this main chakra is actually the energy which provides for men. Men in reality, they only take energy from women."
"Oh."
"And particular sex about, right?"
"They take our energy."
"Particular from sex. So that's why sex is so important. And you know, it, when men have just education, but with somebody who is just there like a body, they wouldn't get that energy."
"Like a one-night stand type thing."
"Exactly. They would even feel like drained and empty."
"Right. I'm not talking about like two young boys like in their 20s because it's a little bit different. They're still looking for themselves. I'm talking about like a a mature man. So mature man, healthy, mentally healthy man, he wants to have a female partner who is strong enough with your feminine energy because that's what will feed his uh, himself, his energy, and also nurture him and support him when he has doubts about, 'What if these businesses are not going good? Should I do this? Should I do not?' And then he asks, 'Do you think like Lisa, should I do this? Like, what's your like gut feeling?' And you're like, 'You know what, Tom? I believe in you. You did it so many times. I believe in you. You can do it. Come on. I'm here for you. You can do it.' This is everything he needs. Like, what man needs is just this moral support. So he feels like, 'I'm alpha male. I can do it. I'll go. I'll conquer the world. I'll do it for her because I love her because she believes in me.'"
"So when you say exactly the same during his education, imagine how powerful it becomes for him because you're literally placing an anchor into his brain through exactly that private part of the body which is the most important for any man and which is the most powerful moment is when he's..."
"An orgasm."
"Mhm."
"So when you look into your partner's eyes during that moment and you tell him, not just 'I love you,' 'I believe in you, you can do everything. I'm always here to support you.' This is a huge motivation for his success. If you tell him during that moment from the position we, 'It's not you. So you connect yourself with him. We are the power couple. We can do it together.' It's you connecting yourself to him and you create this in and yang, this like couple. You are the power. Without you, he's nothing. You know what Josephine said to Napoleon when he was like, 'Should I, you know, what should I do? Should I like uh take you as a wife or whatever?' She said to him, 'You are nothing without me.' And he loves her till her end."
"That almost feels like the opposite of what you said of like, 'You can do it. You're the man.'"
"Obviously."
"This is only for if he has doubts and he needs success in the business."
"Got it. Okay."
"If he has like, 'I don't believe in this. I don't believe like I, I need to do more. I need to learn more. I, I need to like this self-doubts.' You're like, 'You're the best.' Okay. If you want to connect yourself and you like want you to be together building businesses together, 'We will conquer the world together,' like this, in yang."
"Okay."
"If you want him to stay loyal and never get aroused with any other women, there is another technique."
"I love how sure you're getting. I'm getting shy because like, like, you know, like I'm talking in like, you know, about all this stuff, awful though, like."
"So literally, how to make him never be aroused with any other."
"This feels like a book."
"My god. But this should be done a few times because when you just place one anchor, sometimes it may be too weak. So you need at least like five times, maybe a little bit more. You should do it regularly. Right."
"If so, to keep the..."
"For an anchor to really carry weight, pun intended."
"Let's say."
"Yes."
"Um, you need to continuously do it over and over so it actually stays."
"Right."
"Understood."
"So, um, if you would like your partner or husband to stay loyal, then in this case, during the education, again, looking into the eyes and tell him literally, 'I am the best woman in your life. Only with me you come so strong. Only with me you get so hard. Only with me you get the best sex. Only with me. I'm the only one woman in your life giving you such a high pleasure.' Okay."
"Oh."
"This stays."
"Only me."
"If he needs to travel for a business meeting and you want to make sure."
"All right."
"Yeah."
"That he's faithful."
"Yes. Also what I would suggest, anchors are many, like there are so many different varieties. But also important here, if you can place an anchor on his body now, so you can find um, any place, preferably not arms and shoulders, maybe neck, maybe ear, because this is very private. So you can kiss it or slightly bite it and tell or whisper these words to him. So this is your anchor. And then next time you do the same, and next time you do the same, and then when you would need, for example, him to get aroused, to like to listen to you or do something for you, you do exactly, you you touch or you press or you key. So you bite this anchor, which is for example, his ear."
"That's so genius. And so you can basically end up doing touching these anchor points out in public. And so now, and it's so subliminal, you said programming."
"So your sort of, it's your secret. It's your game."
"Or like you can find any word, but for you, you know, like it's our thing. Nobody knows."
"Oh, right. Yeah. Yeah."
"Yeah. Nobody knows and this is only for you. This is your secret. You also need to uh, practice it and see like if this trigger does work."
"Oh."
"It doesn't work, then you need to do more and more, more. Eventually, it will work, you know."
"Um, so it's like a habit. Yes."
"Okay. So you've done these habits. So that's a long-term one."
"Um, talk to me about immediate ones. So, you said earlier how you ask questions about their childhood that you can potentially use it. I've heard you talk about how you've spoken to guys about their kids in order to create an emotion. So, take me through how you figured this out and explain what I'm talking about because it's so genius."
"Well, thank you. So I hope like it, it can help, especially for those women and I use this tactic a lot um in my nowadays life um particular with men who are my future or potential business partners. I cannot bring this sexy feminine energy into the room. I need to be professional. So how do I switch the focus from 'Oh, she's hot' to 'She's very professional, I trust her, I want to work with her, I want to invest in her.' How do you do this?"
"All right."
"This is important, right? So it's exactly how it happened with this guy when I was on the mission because when we initially started to to talk and of course you ask questions and you perform active listening, so he would go on and on about himself, what did his study, and you just like add this like little questions and he'll continue talking."
"And just to set the stage, um, you're in a hotel bar."
"So, uh, I was dropped by my actually commander, female commander. I was dropped to the hotel lounge and um, she gave me particular who is my target, but they make made sure that he would be in that bar that time, that there wouldn't be so many people, uh, security wouldn't allow a lot of women into that bar, in particular, at that time. So I wouldn't have other competition."
"All right."
"Because the guy, you know, is on business travel. He's lonely. He just had a newborn baby which is crying at home and he doesn't know what to do because it's the first baby. He address him nuts, right? He's like, 'I don't know what to do. I love her, but like, you know, it's so new.' And then my wife, as he said, like she gained some weight and like..."
"Are you getting this information out of him?"
"From him?"
"Oh, wow."
"What are you asking that he's, he's just open to saying, 'My wife's gained weight and I'm really tired and I love my baby.'"
"You're very beautiful."
"You say that to him."
"No, no, no. Men, what does he say to women? 'You're very beautiful.'"
"And then um, he already mentioned about his wife, like, 'Am I beautiful like your wife?'"
"Is that what you said?"
"Yeah. And he's like, 'Well, I do love my wife, but she was slim as you before the pregnancy and then she gained weight and now I don't really feel so attractive to her.'"
"So, he's leaking all this information."
"Yes."
"Just by you asking that one question."
"Yeah. Because like when people tell you something, you ask them. That's how you find out why particular did you say this? Because when men says like, 'Oh, you're so beautiful.' Okay. Why, you know, why is this like, what particular is so beautiful about me you like, what is this like..."
"Question about so you go deeper. The person tells you something, you ask kind of like questions which will lead you to know the truth, right?"
"And the truth was, 'I want to [ __ ] somebody who is sleep looking like my wife before she got pregnant.' That was the answer, right?"
"Oh."
"Uhhuh."
"Right. So that's why I'm here in the bar alone after my work day, like um, looking for some adventures and here is the adventure, right?"
"And so, what was your mission on that?"
"My mission was just to place an envelope without him knowing it. But um, he wasn't a politician or something like this. So it's um, it was my first mission. I, when I looked at him, he, even though I was prepared, even though I was like, you know, I I knew all the techniques and I prepared mentally and everything, I still, and by the time I was already, you know, sexually abused and raped. So yet I was like, I cannot sleep with him. I just cannot. Like, what, what do I do? How to still do my job but withdraw myself from this sexual activity? What can I do? And when he started to speak about his child and our kids is our everything and it's like the most sacred people, like these little people, our little people, right?"
"There is no..."
"So you know how men think, men think with boxes. So they have like in the brain many, many, many boxes."
"Women they don't have boxes. It's all like this."
"Yeah. But just wiggles."
"Yeah. That's why me, women are they can do multiple tasks and they think about a lot of things like at the same time."
"Men, they are very particular. They need like they have one box, kids, one box, sex, one box, family, one box, work. Box, another box, uh, friends, whatever. So he would take this box and speak about his child, the newborn, how, oh my god, how, what's her name? Oh my god, how many months did she, what does she like, look like, all this. So he talks about..."
"His baby and he is in this box and you place him into this box, right? To go from the box 'my kid' to the box 'sex'."
"It's a big jump."
"Big jump."
"He can't jump like that. He needs time to get aroused. Most, you know, he needs some visual, uh, stimulation. He needs some touch stimulation. And I don't give it to him. I speak about his family. So I don't let him to jump from one box to another box and I keep him there. So if you want your target, let's say it's not a partner to be in the box like let's say work and keep him there without like thinking, 'Oh, she's hot.' Keep him in the talks, work or business or whatever. So why is this so important? Because if you will give a little bit flirt to a man, he may think, 'Oh, she wants me,' and you want to avoid it if you want to work with this man. So that's exactly what I did, did with this uh mission guy."
"And we didn't have any sexual activity and I still had time to place the envelope into his suitcase and I uh finished my work."
"Thank you for sharing that because that story was very powerful in how you know, and an example of what a master manipulator actually can do that they can still build your trust while not necessarily giving you what you want. And that was kind of my takeaway where it was like..."
"You didn't just be like, 'Look, I'm not interested.' He would have just like bounced. He wouldn't have kept speaking to you. He's like, 'My time's already limited. I got a baby at home. I'm at a bar. Like, why am I going to waste my time with you?' So, you build this rapport with him where he can trust you, but he still doesn't get what he wants."
"Yes."
"So, what else did you do to build rapport? And what are some tactics that people use to build rapport with you so you can trust them when you're not using attraction or seduction?"
"So many, Lisa. So many. It's all about..."
"Art of communication. I would say um, adapting yourself to your, call it, let's call it target. Um, you adapt not just your body language and your tone of voice and your, you know, facial expression. Not just that, but you adapt yourself into his nature, to his or her world, the way he or she is. For example, just as an example from us, right? So, you lived in England, but you spent six weeks a year in Cyprus with your grandmother, right?"
"So, uh, and you do speak Greek."
"I do. So,"
You know, I do know Greek, but I couldn't even mention that, right? But this established a little trust between us because this is our similarity. Yes. Right. So, what we did, we established this kind of like another bridge. So, as more bridges you build with a new person, as more this person will trust you because again, you're so similar. So, for example, if in front of you, like let's say this guy, what I would ask him not just about his wife and kid, I would ask him about his hobbies, about his music preferences, about, um, his even favorite colors or like zodiac sign or something like that. So I would just create as many bridges as I can, and that's actually how you build this, um, trust and also like when they say, like, "Oh, I feel like I know you for years."
>> Right. >> Yes. Like, I feel that's this comes from there. Does it always have to be truthful? >> So, let's say, for instance, you had said to me when before we started rolling that you had been brought up as well in that type of town, and I told you about what the village was like, and so me and you felt very similar. Let's just paint a different scenario. You come in, you know that about me. You know that I spent the summers in Cyprus. And so I tell you, and you're already ready with a fake story. Like, would a fake story work?
>> No. You know why? Because again, emotions. You, if you kind of like can a little exaggerate things, it's still okay where 80% has to be the truth. 20% could go like a little slight kind of like shift with details or something. Why? Because people are not dumb. People feel your emotions, and emotions don't lie. So that's why you should not fake or you should not create or something.
>> And so for you, especially if I assume you've got a target, you know, I heard, I think Vladimir was 8 months, you know, this is a long thing. So >> being truthful probably is way easier as well, 'cause you're not going to be able to remember the lies that you told from like month two.
>> I was sort of truthful, to be honest. And I think like at some point, I did actually make a shift in him, and he, uh, moved to this understanding of what he actually was doing because when I opened that sort of like possible world for him, he understood. What if I can be happy with this woman? What if I can like, you know, start from like a new page? What if I can live a new life?
>> Wow. You know, and this is the most powerful thing when you can influence a person to actually believe in himself or herself to become a better version and start like, basically, a new life. This is very powerful.
>> Yeah. But most manipulation, it's the opposite, right? Most manipulation, you're actually, especially, let's say, women, you're actually tearing down who they are.
>> Yes. You know why? Because it's very easy, and this is actually so common. Why? Because you definitely know so many couples where men would say, "Oh, honey, you don't need to work. You don't need your podcast. Why do you want a podcast? I have my podcast. Just go to shopping. Just go with the girls to the spa." Why do you need it? Right? Why do they do this? Because if he is a manipulator, he would tell you this in order for you not to believe in yourself enough, not to succeed, not to be so independent. So you're always dependent from him, right? So he always >> controls you.
>> But what's interesting is in you having almost changed Vladimir, it's because you made him believe in himself. So it's like the opposite. So when it's toxic manipulation, it's rip you down or shred you apart. When it's, let's say, the positive impact manipulation, it's the make you influence, make you believe in yourself.
>> Yes. Yes. Exactly. What do you choose? The the dark side or the light?
>> The red or the blue pill?
>> Exactly. Red or the blue pill. Um, and it's everyone's choice, really. This is your choice. This is your life. You choose it.
>> I think that's part of the problem about manipulation is people don't feel like they had a choice. They thought they were choosing a good person, a good man, a good friend, whatever, and then they realize, actually, I chose poorly, and now you don't trust your own picker. Now, what's interesting is I've heard you say when asked who's easier to manipulate, a man or a woman, because in your, uh, former Russian days, spy days, um, they, male and females were your targets. Is that correct?
>> Yes.
>> And you said women are easier to manipulate.
>> Yes. Because women have this, first of all, women are creators. We are like the soil. You, you plant something, it grows, you know, and it's about like everything, family, businesses, friendships, everything, which means that we have this nurturing energy. We like, we care, we give, we present, you know, we heal, and all this. Um, when women do not know these manipulative techniques, it's very easier for them to fall for it because they come with this energy.
>> "I'm here to help you." When particular manipulators would go like, "I'm lost without you. Please help me. I cannot live without you. You're the best woman. Um, all these women, they let me down. One cheated on me, one took my money, one lied to me." And then the question, the first question you should ask, why this guy is alone? Number one, and why all these women left him?
>> Maybe something wrong with the guy. Don't you think so? And but instead, a lot of women, what they do, they, "I am your savior. I will help you. I will guide you. I will be like, almost like your mom." Like this is the mom archetype. So we have like females, they have four archetypes. So if you go into mom, mother archetype, and you stay there, so you become like this, like mommy, like for the boy, right? And you, it's okay, like, it will be fine. I'm here for your mom, like, and it will be fine. And he becomes like this big baby who basically doesn't do anything and doesn't want to do anything, and he becomes like, sort of like a teenager. So it's very important to spot that, that flags for a woman because women are very open, and you know, it's just like our nature.
>> That was a really good way of explaining it. Um, what are the other three archetypes, out of curiosity?
>> Oh, for, okay, other four. One is the queen, but the queen from the position, "I'm the queen, and every man are my servants."
>> Oh, okay. So not, "My man is my king." No, it's like, "I'm the queen, and all of you are my slaves." Let's just take like somebody famous. I would say, uh, Angelina Jolie has the queen archetype.
>> Oh.
>> Not like everybody on my sleeves, but like her positioning. She's the queen, and we don't really see her with one long-term male partner. The next one, a lover. And we have a great example, Marilyn Monroe.
>> Yes. She never been in the archetype of mother because all the audience wanted her to be in the archetype lover, this seductress, this like, you know, sexy goddess, and all that, right? This is the archetype of lover. Again, every woman should go from one to another one, depends from the situation. And then the last one archetype is a friend, a partner, um, somebody, um, who always has your back, like somebody whom you always can rely. It's like your best friend. So, um, different archetypes you can go and, um, be in different ones, and it's the best for any woman to kind of like go through like different. When you're stuck in one, it's not really good.
>> Oh, interesting. That's a good tip. So for you, if you're trying to manipulate someone, are you looking at what type of archetype woman do they want based on their history and then you adopt that archetype when you meet them?
>> Yes. If a manipulator wants to find a new victim, he's looking, uh, from the victim in the archetype, the mother, because this is the easiest way. I will just complain. "Mommy, I need your help. Oh, please, please, please help me, help me. Oh, like this." And like, of course, I will help you. I will give you everything, my time, my energy, everything.
>> Interesting. So, the male manipulator will look for a woman that usually is in the mother archetype because they know they're easier to manipulate.
>> Yes.
>> For you as a spy, for you to manipulate a man, would you adopt an archetype that you think he wants?
>> Yes. Again, if it's my target, I will adapt, right? I will find out what archetype should I use in order for like to get him, in order to to be that perfect partner for him that moment.
>> Right? And are there specific male archetypes?
>> They are. They are. But, um, men cannot shift that fast as women, which is interesting. Yeah. A lot of men, they stay, stay in the archetype, uh, boss. So he's a boss in the company, in the family, and you know, this example, so many, like he's always the boss, he's always in charge, he will always tell everybody what to do, right?
>> And I've heard you even say though, um, and assume it's with the boss archetype, when you're around him, especially if you're trying to manipulate him, you don't appear smarter than him.
>> Oh, yes, yes. Because you, because he's in his boss archetype, you don't want to be smarter than your boss, right? So for, if you want to get him as a target, you don't. Yes.
>> So I'd love to know, you mentioned, we kind of touched on it earlier about confidence. I've got another quote with your girl. It's freaking amazing. I can't wait for your book to come out, by the way.
>> Um, by the time I completed my training, I could walk into any room and identify my target's deepest insecurities within 10 minutes. So you spoke earlier about asking a question for the weakness. What else are you looking for to identify who is weak? And then please give me the reverse of what a man looks for in a woman in the first 10 minutes.
>> Um, when you meet someone new, if you really want to find out his or her vulnerabilities, you should go into his or her past. So when you ask a lot of questions about more like negative sort of stuff, like, "What would you like to have on? What, what didn't happen and why?" So that's how you actually find out more about his weaknesses, and you can give additional questions, for example, like, "What is it you want to improve in yourself?" And then people usually go and tell you, "Well, I would like, they start from like, I would like to do things for myself. I need to go to the gym every day. I need to like, you know, like work on my project," or whatever. So if you hear this answer, you then understand, "Aha, so he has self-doubts." Because sometimes when we don't execute our dreams or goals, we have some self-doubts because we think or believe that this may not work right now. So I want to leave it, or I will come back to this later when I will have power enough, money enough, people enough to execute it. Because if you're confident enough, if you have an idea, you will take this idea and go and make it happen right now.
>> So, one of your weaknesses is what? Your self-doubts, your lack of self-confidence?
>> Right?
>> Wow.
>> Logically.
>> Uh-huh.
>> I mean, that's so, it's logical once you explain it, but wow, to pick that up in real time.
>> People want to tell about themselves, just sometimes don't let them.
>> Right. So, is it the same as if a man was to manipulate a woman? Would it be the same types of tactics?
>> Yes. Yes. Also through conversation, like, um, he can even hug you and tell you, looking into your eyes, "Do you like this male energy? Do you like to be cared? You know, oh, honey, you work so hard. You're so busy. I want to give you this time and this peace and whatever you need, money or something, so you can feel relaxed."
>> No, you don't want to. This is your path. This is your career. This is your work you chose, right? Why do you want somebody to walk there and tell you, "You don't need to work. I'll do it for you. Like, give up."
>> Mhm.
>> Why? No. If somebody like says that, great. Thank you. But I'm like, "I'm doing my mission. I'm working on my dream. Thank you so much. But yes, I do work hard, but I want to work even harder because I want to execute my dream and make it happen."
>> Yeah. Right.
>> Yeah.
>> So, it's all about, um, conversations.
>> So, back in the day when you were a former spy, um, were you skeptical of a lot of people? I would assume that you wouldn't necessarily know who to trust because you're with spies, you're, you've got targets, you're trying to infiltrate.
>> What are some things in those times when you didn't know who to trust? You didn't know who was manipulating you or not manipulating you? You don't know who's lying to you and telling the truth. What are a couple of things that you would do to stay sane when you were to come across someone to know if you can trust them? And I use the word sane on purpose. The reason why I use that word is I think that's how a lot of people feel at home. They were with a guy, he manipulated them, and now every time they meet someone, they're not sure about who's actually being honest or who's being nefarious.
>> Yeah, it's true. You know, Lisa, I think the reason why I'm sitting here right now in front of you is because I've been manipulated. I've been used. I've been raped. I've been abused. I've been sex trafficked myself by my government. I've been betrayed at the level where I couldn't leave anymore because the understanding of this betrayal just couldn't even fit into my brain. I just couldn't accept the truth, and I went through so many mistakes. I had to learn it. And that's why I'm here sharing what I learned from that hard course. So other people, especially females, can spot and remember, "Oh, she was talking about that. Maybe I should ask him this so I can protect myself from like this potential risk." You don't want like any parasites, and I particularly call these manipulators parasites because they are parasiting from your energy, from your time, from your beauty, everything you do. So you need to protect. We do protect our bodies, right? So you need to protect also your soul from these parasites, and that's what I would like to teach and explain women. In some cases, of course, um, like human trafficking, sometimes you don't have this opportunity to just even protect yourself because somebody may just grab you, kidnap you, put you into the car, drive away, gave you like a dose of, uh, heroin or whatever, and you just pass out, and then you don't know what will happen to you. But yet again, bringing awareness to this global issue is very important, and especially me working in the, in this department, fighting human trafficking, is so important. Um, the statistics are terrible. According to UN, uh, reports, United Nations reports, there are over 27 million people trafficked every year. 27 million. And, you know, we talked about it before, uh, about the Epstein case, and it's so many things been said about that. But the most important for me is to bring awareness, how to protect yourself and your children, and that's why thank you for having this conversation about manipulators because, you know, there's so many different varieties and options where you can get and you can be manipulated. For example, even like, you meet a nice guy, but eventually you find out that this nice guy is the scout for human trafficking. I read articles in, um, Turkey at the resort when a nice Turkish handsome young man comes and like introduces himself, and then these lonely tourists, they fall for this adventures, and then the next morning, they are trafficked to another country with no passport. So always be cautious. Or, for example, you are a pretty young lady, or your daughter, meet a model scout, and that's also how like the way Epstein scouts would work. I know in Russia, they would come like, "Oh, you are perfect model for us. We would like to sign you for like our model agency." Great. Where is your office? What's the website? How many models do you have? Who are your models with what brands you work with? What's your previous like projects? You check. You don't send your kid, or you don't go there by yourself. Especially if it's a hotel room.
>> Oh god. Yeah.
>> Or if it's a private house, you never do this. If it's a, a serious agency, they would never tell you, "Yeah, you're 16 years old. Come in, uh, into like model agency, and they'll sign you." Doesn't work like that. Also, you have to be aware so you don't put yourself into this risk because sometimes it could be too late. You know how many kids we did save? Like about 500, um, rescued children. How many we didn't save? That's my pain. I've seen so many kids whom we couldn't help, and they were already overdose, and that the time we would come to the house, the horror place, or wherever would come, or the club, or something, would be too late. And the thing is, how many of them could be saved if they would know how to prevent it? So that actually makes me think about Virginia Giuffre. So she was promised, she wanted to be a masseuse, right? They're like, "Oh, come and massage. We'll take you to an island. Massage Bill Clinton." This young girl, I'm sure for her, she's like, "Oh my god, this is the best career opportunity. I can tell anybody after this that I massaged, fill in the blank, whoever it was, Bill Gates or Bill Clinton." That type of law, you don't end up realizing until sometimes you're, you're so deep into it because from the outskirts, it seems real. He really does invite you to this massive house. It's kind of going back to the Tinder Swindler, right? He invites you to this massive house. He gets you to meet the top elite politicians, famous actors, like all these people. And so you're seeing for your real eyes, "Oh my god, this is real. They really mean it. It's not a ruse. It's not manipulation until it becomes too deep." So for somebody like that, or it just seems so prevalent now that so many women are getting trapped in these cycles, what are a couple of things that they should look out for when everything not only seems real but actually is real from the start?
>> Well, from the start, it wasn't real. Why? Because you are going to be a masseuse in this Bill Clinton, whatever house, in this like island, da da da da. Well, number one, if I am a private masseuse, I want to know who is my client because if I'm a private masseuse, I need to meet him, her, before, and also I need to understand, can I work with this person or not? Right?
>> Okay.
>> Number two, uh, very important when there is a manipulation and a setup, it's always a time. So they always rush you. It's always big names involved. Oh, it's like Bill Clinton. Oh, it's like, like big A-list actors and so on. And it's a lot of flash. Oh, it's an island. It's a private jet. Or it's like, it's a lot of, a lot of flash.
>> And when it's a lot of flash, most likely it's a setup. So when it's too much of this, you'd rather check. So, for example, what could she do? And I'm so sorry that this happened to her, but again, this is a great example.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, to explain other women how not to fall for that. What could she do? Uh, first of all, speak with some other parties, authorities, other people about this particular client. If this is my future client, I want to know his name, you know, he, where does he live, his age, I want to know about his criminal records and the past. I want to know everything about this person because I'm a private masseuse.
>> And I assume the big key on that where you're asking people, don't ask people that are close to him because again, I'm speaking for myself. If I was that person, if I was Virginia Giuffre, and I, I have this dream, and Ghislaine Maxwell, a woman, I hate to say it, I would have trusted Ghislaine Maxwell. She comes up to me and she's like, "Hey, you got this gig?" And I ask her about what Epstein's like, or I ask her what Bill Clinton's like. She's part of the ruse, so she's going to give me [ __ ] too.
>> Of course. And also, this is very important to mention, um, traffickers, predators, they mostly, they usually operate through women.
>> Right?
>> Because women to women, you know, we trust women, right? Like it's like girlish kind of like conversation. "Oh, I got you back, darling. I have this great, uh, multi-billionaire client. He pays so much for the massage. Like this is so good. Like I'm telling you, you can trust him. He's great." This is a. Exactly. So, uh, model scouts, same story. They are beautiful, uh, females who have probably a career in the past.
>> The question, why do they do this? For money? Or because they're also narcissistic sadists, like, or like, uh, mentally unstable people? Why do they do this? My guess in terms of like, for, for these women, maybe they do this because they lost their youth and they didn't have happiness because they were trafficked one day or something bad happened to them. So they want others to suffer because they cannot suffer by themselves. They want others to go through the same [ __ ] like them. And that's why they go and bring these new victims to the boss to feed them. It's a crime. This is inhuman.
>> Okay. So, um, so ask, so check into them before you go anywhere. Don't go anywhere private. Look into their background. Do some research. Ask some people that maybe have been in contact, but no one close to them.
>> Yes.
>> Okay. All really good tips.
>> Yes. And, um, ideally to meet this person not just one time, but see this person in different environments a few times so you understand with whom you're supposed to work privately for long term. What about something like saying no or changing times and dates? Because at least I know with narcissists, they like to be in control.
>> It's a good thing as well to do. Why not? Because you know, this is life, and it's good also to see what they will do. Like, "Okay, I'm sorry, I cannot meet today. Uh, I can be rescheduled to another day." Something like that. If they become like aggressive and angry, definitely red flag. No, straight away. No. Exactly.
>> You should test and again, like get as much information you can before you get into this private place, whatever it can be.
>> Yeah. Obviously, I think just to make sure that I say this out loud, that's advice for people that have a choice that aren't actually grabbed at night or forced, you know, things like that.
>> Yes. Yes. Absolutely. One of the things that's really dawning on me as we've spoken all of today is how important confidence is to not being manipulated because even in those instances, I think that >> they target younger people because you don't have the experience and you don't have the backbone that you may have built over time. And thinking about if someone had come up to you now, like someone in the Epstein circle to try and manipulate and coerce you into sex trafficking, I think you would [ __ ] see it for immediately. You wouldn't. Oh, you don't think you would?
>> Depends again, you know. Um, even with my skills or something, sometimes I see manipulation, sometimes I don't. If it's like really professional, it's also hard.
>> But somebody wouldn't be able to easily knock you off your balance because you've built your confidence.
>> Yes. Um, as I said, confidence is the foundation. It's everything. And, um, it's about programming your brain through affirmations. If you tell yourself, "I'm beautiful. I'm healthy." Looking to your reflection, right? Every morning when you brush your teeth, and you tell it to your brain every single day, you program your brain for being this person.
>> Can we get a little saucier? 'Cause I've heard you talk about like how you really do it.
>> Yes.
>> Like in the mirror while you're masturbating. Like, I want, I want the real [ __ ] girl. Don't do the surface level stuff. I was like, looking in the mirror affirmations. No, no, no. I've heard you.
>> All right.
>> Let's, let's be like, give it to me.
>> Okay. If it's okay for your audience, I'm like, I don't know if like they like, you know, it's too intimate.
>> Here's the thing. I want the truth. I really want every woman watching this to leave feeling amazing. So, we may get embarrassed. We may get a little shy and blush, but like, if you actually give these are the tools that I actually did. You're the freaking expert. So, I'm going to take your word for it and go, "Okay, if that's what she did to build her confidence, that's what I'm going to do." Right? So, give it to me. Just lay it on.
>> Okay, ladies. Inhale for five seconds. Keep it five seconds. Exhale again. Inhale. Exhale. If you need more repetition, you can do it. But I would like you to go into the place where you feel peace with yourself. Now, if you have a big mirror in front of you, great. If you don't, okay, just any type of mirror. Please try to make your space as more comfortable for you. So nobody should distract you. You should switch off your phone. Place beautiful, nice music. Uh, maybe you can put like a scented candle. So make this space like your sort of like boudoir, like the place for you.
>> For a woman, for a goddess. And if you'd like to have beautiful lingerie on, or maybe a beautiful silky robe, or maybe you just like to wear something really sexy for you, please do it for you. All right. And now when you have this sort of nice, beautiful goddess energy, female energy, I would like you to look at the mirror and maybe dance, you know, with the music, but also touch yourself in the places which are the most erogenous places, sensitive places. Maybe it's your neck, maybe it's your lips, maybe it's your shoulders. Like touch yourself how you would like your partner to touch you. Where you experience the most pleasure. Feel your body. Learn your body. Learn what do you like. Where do you like to be touched? Look at into your eyes, how beautiful they are. And if you have some toys, you can take it. And then when you look into the mirror, place yourself just in front of the mirror so you can see yourself. You can see your body. And the most important is to see fully your body.
>> And very slowly start to touch yourself in the most precious, beautiful private area you have, which is your main chakra. Because that's the chakra where you get all the energy as a female. This is very powerful. So start to pleasing yourself, and when you will get to this moment when you start to feel at your peak, tell yourself one or two words. You can tell yourself, "I'm the queen. I'm the goddess." Whatever it makes you feel good and powerful. But tell this out loud, looking into yourself, at the moment when you start to receive an orgasm. And if you can also while you just receive this orgasm, if you can also touch yourself, you can find any spot on your body, place an anchor. So you need to touch yourself and tell this word, "I'm the best." And keep this momentum, keep this emotion, keep this feeling with you. Feel it. And with this energy, you walk everywhere you need to go, to a new place, to meet new people, to maybe start negotiations at your business, or anything you need. If you ever feel shy or like you feel stress or anxiety, remember this word. Tell it to yourself. Remember to touch your >> anchor.
>> And what will happen? Your brain will remember that moment of the highest pleasure which you give to yourself. Not anyone gave it to you. You gave it to yourself. It is self-love.
>> Aiyah, that is so good. And thank you for giving me the real one because >> because here's the thing. I really want women to be confident. I really >> I want it too. Yes. So, I've heard a thousand times, say in your the mirror that you love yourself and you say it enough, you're going to believe it.
>> It, I tried it. It was [ __ ] I never freaking believed it.
>> Because it didn't, it didn't feel grounded. Yeah.
>> I was like, "Holy [ __ ], that makes sense."
>> You are literally creating these endorphins in your body at this heightened moment, you're then touching a certain part of your body and you're saying a word that then, of course, if I walk into a room and I'm not feeling confident and I've done this practice over and over, I'm pinching my finger. I'm saying, "You're the queen." I'm going to feel like a freaking badass to walk into a room.
>> Yes. Because you get into that moment of your orgasm.
>> Yes.
>> You, as a female.
>> Which is fascinating when we're talking about confidence because it wasn't, "I walked in on my right foot over and over again, and I looked to the left, right?" It was, "I went and pleasured myself and trained myself of how to bring back that power every time that I need it." That's so genius. So genius. So >> you want, I can add something here. Maybe it's a little bit cheesy or whatever. I don't know. Actually, always in my car, I have a little vibrator.
>> So?
>> Do you really?
>> Yes.
>> This is amazing.
>> And if I need to do a really amazing meeting, and I need to be like, just, or maybe before the date.
>> I do this for myself.
>> That's amazing.
>> Seriously. Yes. So, it, it can work actually for your target. Oh,
>> if you need to seduce someone, or you need to make somebody to like you, or you need to win any negotiations, you do the same. What happens? Your brain, right, remembers that beautiful orgasm for you, you just gave yourself. But also pheromones.
>> So men, they sense women first of all. Yes. They look, they visual. Yes. They look at the woman and like, of course, they evaluate her. Yes. But first thing, three seconds, what people when they look at us, what do they estimate? Our vibration and energy. So let's say you step into the new place with this sexual, confident, alluring energy. Everyone can sense it. And if you are coming with this energy, this is part of your confidence.
>> Because you feel comfortable in your own body. That's the most important thing, right?
>> Uh-huh.
>> So, when you need to seduce someone, but that's what we used to do before. Um, for Vladimir target, I literally placed his photo on my wall, and every time I would masturbate, I literally imagine, and again, this is visualization and information. I would imagine him having intercourse with me. Meaning that when I met him, my brain automatically created these pheromones, and he centered it.
>> Oh.
>> My cheeks became blushing. I shifted, like I moved like my body differently, you know, because my brain was like, "Okay, this is the guy. Yes, we want him." Yes. And every man can sense if a woman wants him or not, right? Because they feel like, "Okay, she looks at me with this particular eyes."
>> Oh, right. And that eyes, you're not faking it because you've done the practice beforehand, so they don't feel like you're faking it.
>> Exactly.
>> I actually have a quote of yours on, uh, on the power of sexionage. "They work on criminals and on businessmen, on politicians and on artists, on the guarded and the open, the suspicious and the trusting. They work across cultures, across languages, across every barrier humans erect to protect themselves from influence." So, is that part of it where you're so trained on all these subconscious elements of sense and smell and touch and things like that that before they even meet you, you've kind of already got the foundation? So when you walk into the room in those three seconds, they're already engulfed by your natural essence.
>> Yes. The power of saying no is your superpower. And to be able to say no, first of all, as a woman, especially, you need to have your independency, financially, like mentally, everything. You have to know that in any cases, whatever, God forbid, happen in your life, you will survive. You will feed yourself and your family. And I like to say that awareness is your tool, is your like your weapon to protect yourself. When you are aware, like of what we discussed right now about red flags of like manipulators and how to protect yourself, when you hear the things, when you keep yourself informed, hence you protect yourself. So learning is very important. We learn every day, and as much as we can is better. And this is part of self-confidence. Another one, very important, is your inner circle. If you surround yourself with people who are, let's say, miserable, or they don't believe in you, and they kind of like put you down, right? And they say like, "Oh, Lisa, why do you do this podcast? Like, aren't you tired having all this gas?" So those people who are trying to, uh, put you away from your mission, from your dream, and they put this, sometimes if like you're not strong enough, they put, they place the seeds of doubt into your brain. So when you hear that from your inner circle, ideally, you just block them.
>> Yeah.
>> Because like, tell me who's your friend, and I will tell you who you are.
>> Uh-huh.
>> And these five, let's say, important people, it's, it basically is your circle. It's like your gatekeepers. So you want them all to believe in you, to believe in your mission, to support you, to tell you, "Lisa, come on, you're doing great. You can do it. I believe in you." So these things are very important. So when you have like these toxic people, we say, remove them. That was so good.
>> So, I've got a list that I heard you talk about that they were looking for when they were recruiting you. So, number one, you need physical beauty, but not too attractive. Number two, you need psychological resilience. Number three, high intelligence. Number four, emotional adaptability. And number five, absolute loyalty with the ability to convincingly perform disloyalty. So, what I want to know is, is this a list of what a confident woman needs? Is this a list of what a dangerous woman needs? Or is this a list of what an unsuspecting spy needs?
>> For a spy, yes. All these five. But for the confident woman, no. Because the, the fifth paragraph where you said about loyalty.
>> Yeah.
>> The confident woman decides herself when she wants to be loyal and to whom.
>> In the situation with the secret intelligence world, it was all about how to control you. You have to stay loyal to your job. We have to be able to control you and tell you what to do. So it's different. So it's sort of like manipulative brainwashing.
>> Right.
>> Right. If you cannot trust a person, then, uh, they don't even have. If we're talking about narcissists and psychopaths and, uh, manipulators, they don't even understand the, the sentence or like meaning of the word loyalty. So I would say the look, it doesn't, well, for spy world, yes. If you are a future field agent, they're particular about the look. But if you are, if you want to be that confident woman, it's all about your charisma and inner strengths rather than the look. So I would say for the confident woman, the way she looks doesn't really matter as long as she is unique. She's charismatic. She loves herself. She knows her worth. And it doesn't matter what saying what. Like, this is her. "You don't like my body? [ __ ] off. I love my body, and this is me."
>> Take it or leave it.
>> [ __ ] yeah.
>> Yeah. Like this. You know, that's the energy. That's what people respect.
>> I love that so much. And the reason why I asked that question specifically is because I'm really thinking about that woman at home, and even myself when I was watching your content and just diving into your world, which was, I had so much fun. Thank you for that.
>> Um, it, it would be easy almost to sometimes dismiss you because you're attractive, you're very intelligent. Like going through this list, I thought, "Oh, this is what you are." And so some people may dismiss you or dismiss your confidence. um, and think that they can't do it. And if they think that they can't do it now, there may be the person that actually is more susceptible to the manipulator. So knowing that the charm, all these things, for any woman watching right now, if they can learn the skill set, put themselves first, really care about themselves to build that confidence, >> then I think that they would then also be resilient to the manipulation.
>> I have one technique.
>> Yes, please. Oh, go for it. I wanted to give it before, but then we were like, it's a quick one. It's also anchoring. That's what I used just before I entered your space, your beautiful space.
>> And that's what I do before every public speaking or every meeting or something. So,
>> when we go to any new place, we have this sort of like, um, it's not even anxiety, it's kind of like this, like adrenaline sort of like, right? Like we have like butterflies or something in our belly, and something in our lungs, or don't think. So, um, this is how you program your brain for a success. And that's what you do.
>> Inhale, exhale. You can do a few times. And then you bring yourself to the best memory of your life where you were in the energy of the winner. The moment where you felt like, "I did it. I'm the winner. I did great. This is the best." So, I want you to remember that moment, like feel it. Everything, like your feelings, your emotions, what did I wear that moment? How did I look? Who were next to me? Like, what was the environment? So, and you go deep to these memories, and then you place an anchor on your body. Ideally to do a few times, but like, I'm already like, I practice a lot. So, you, yes, you place it. But again, like anchors for different things should be in different places.
>> Oh, okay. 'Cause I've seen you do the pull of the finger, but that, okay.
>> But it could be like different fingers. It could be like different places. It could be even like this position, whatever. Because you don't want it to be the same anchor point that you did when you were masturbating in the mirror, I assume.
>> Absolutely.
>> Well, unless you want to come in here horny, but sorry, I couldn't resist.
>> Absolutely. Yes. You do different anchors on your body wherever you want.
>> Just remember which anchor for which one.
>> Yes. Yes.
>> You don't want to be going on stage to build confidence and then you do your like orgasm.
>> Hello, I'm here.
>> Absolutely. So you have your different anchors.
>> And you bring that memories, this happy memories.
>> To this moment.
>> And you tell yourself, "I can do it," or like, "I'm the best. I can do it." And, um, actually, like mine, when I really need to like, kind of like get the energy, mine would be like this position.
>> Interesting.
>> That, that would be my anchor for. Yeah. I'm like,
>> this is not like, um, sometimes it, it could be like a, um, closing position, but when I want to get my, my all my stuff together, I'm like,
>> uh-huh. Uh-huh.
>> Inhale. Okay, I can do it. It's all good. It's going good. Don't worry. You know, because like when we spoke and at some moment, I just kind of like lost a little bit my thought, or, oh, I want to tell this, I want to tell that. There's so many things and, okay,
>> got your [ __ ] together. Everything is good. Yeah. Like,
>> and you find your anchor wherever it is, you tell yourself, "I'm the best. I can do it." With that moment memories, with that memories where you were the winner.
>> And so what you do, you program your brain for that moment with the same anchor, with the same words.
>> Right.
>> Why? Because our brain feels like this, if we did that time good, come on, you cannot [ __ ] it up this time. If you did it well that time, you can do it. Your brain will literally tell you, "I believe in you, Lisa, because you were doing so many times, like you did so great."
>> Yeah. And this time will be great, too.
>> Can I ask you what your one is, or is it too personal?
>> One is?
>> What's the memory where you were like, "I was [ __ ] awesome"? Again, only if you're willing to share it. That might be too personal.
>> Um, yes. I recently became public. I would never imagine I would share my story like that. And there were so many reasons of my security and insurance why I started to talk about that. And to be honest, uh, your podcast is another important, um, brick, another like the brick in the house which I'm building of my insurance and security. So for me to go and publicly talk about my past, which I was trying to hide for so many years, and the whole spy espionage world is invisible. It, it created to be invisible for public, and now I am revealing all these techniques which actually forbidden to be revealed in Russia. There are no books about KGB programs, uh, techniques. There are no even movies about how does it work. There, there are no content in Russia you can find about how the KGB technique, psychological techniques work and explanation, like nothing. So it's actually forbidden. So I would never be able to share it in Russia.
>> And there's so many reasons why I'm doing this. And I remember the moment when I first started like to speak about it, and I was so scared. Like I was scared for my life. I was scared for the life of my son. I was scared for the future. I had a lot of doubts. It's if I should even speak about it and open my mouth and like tell about like these kind of things. So the universe shows me that I go to the right path, and that's why I share my story. So what I do is, um, it's not just one technique, there are a few. But first of all, breathing techniques and visualization. Like any athletes, they know that before the game, they visualize that they already, you know, the winner.
>> They will do it.
>> So I literally visualize us tomorrow sitting, having fun, and having an amazing interview. Number two, uh, but this is my thing. I would need to have a relief, like a sexual relief, because before any important something, for me, it's very important to relax my body. You can do it for yourself, you can do it for with your partner, or whatever you prefer. It doesn't matter, but this is actually works in terms of like, um, we have blocks over some time, and the education, a relief helps you to remove these blocks.
>> Also, I had a massage yesterday, which is also part of this.
>> Oh, this feels like such an intense thing to come on the show. I feel so honored.
>> Oh my god, I love it. Oh my god, this is funny. So I mean, like, I, I was preparing it again. I feel so honored. Who knew? I was prepping for your show, for this show, but I was listening to a lot of interviews.
>> Me too.
>> I was getting a massage and masturbating. Sadly, I guess I need to improve my prep.
>> Oh god.
>> Oh, I, I love it.
>> You know, like laughing is like the best. It's also a relief if you can have, if you can have fun.
>> With your like best friend or yourself, like watch comedy, do it before.
>> I can't help myself but giggle.
>> It's good. It's amazing.
>> Okay, sorry. So you got a massage.
>> And before we were getting here, um, what is good also practice? So I prepared some techniques.
>> So practice makes it perfect. You feel much more confident, right? And of course, my anchor. Well, in my case, I have my anchor over here for my confidence. So if I feel like I need additional confidence, this. If I want to feel like I need to get myself together, get all my my stuff and like, collect all things, like focus, this one.
>> Um, yeah, these two are the most important for me personally.
>> Well, thank you for prepping so much for this episode. Hopefully, I didn't disappoint. It was amazing, Lisa. But the most important, I hope your audience, your women, would learn something out of that, especially how to protect themselves from manipulators and also those red flags which they can spot from the first >> meeting.
>> That's the ideal. So, you're going to promise me that you're going to come back once your book is released because I've had the privilege of having a sneak peek and holy smokes, we need this book out. Every woman needs to read it.
>> Oh, thank you. It means a lot to me.
>> Seriously.
>> That's another universal sign that like, okay, I'm in a good like path. Like, I need to do it because like I was like, "Should I do it or should I not? I'm not happy with this. Like, I, I don't know." And then you tell me all this, and again, this is a confirmation.
>> Oh, yeah. I couldn't even believe that you were doubting it. I read the first chapter and I was like, "Holy [ __ ], where's the rest? Like, I need this book. I need it right now." So, we're going to come back on. And I just want to say thank you. You've obviously had a very hard, uh, background life, and the fact that you stick up for women and that you're doing this work, you're now using all the tools to help women, and then on top of that, the fact that human trafficking is such a big thing, and with Epstein and with Diddy and with all the things that I've already covered, like for every woman who's listening to this, I just want to say on all of our behalfs, thank you for everything that you're doing.
>> Oh my god. Thank you, Lisa. It means a lot to me. It's, uh, it's everything. This is my life mission.
>> So if people want to go and support your life's mission, where can they go to support you and everything you're doing?
>> Do you know what? If they learn something from this, this is already a support. Seriously, like this, we're doing this for educating and bringing awareness, and this is the most important.
>> So I will be doing a lot of educational work, and I'm very happy about it. It gives me power and life and passion and everything. So I'm all about that. And, uh,
>> so people want to go and just follow you for all of that, where can they go? Where's a good place?
>> Her website. Yeah, Alia Rosa. Uh, well, at the moment, it's rosaclub.com. But again, like I'm restructuring everything, and now everything will be for protection, protection, protection, protection, and, uh, just stay through all the red flags. It's all about the, the me right now. So yes, I, I just want to share this experience.
>> All right. Well, I'm going to help you with your marketing, guys. Go and check out her YouTube channel. Like, I, I can't believe you didn't mention your YouTube channel. So, she's just started it. You've got some direct camera content, which I love.
>> Like, I want them to learn and understand like how does it work. So, it's very important, not just like talk, but it's important to, you know, understand how does it work.
>> Exactly. Which is why I love your YouTube channel. So, guys, go check it out. She's just starting. She's got a couple of videos up there. Go check her out. Honestly, it's such good information.
