This AI niche is boring, but it's going to make millionaires in 2026, and it's one that nobody is talking about. This exact niche took my agency from $3,000 a month to over $70,000 a month in only 6 months, and to now over $25 million in 7 years. So, if you're trying to figure out what niche to go into, or you've been spending months trying to work with every type of business that you can think of, or that you think you'll have success with, this video is for you. By the end, you're going to know exactly what this boring niche is, why it has the potential to make millionaires, how to get clients with it, and what to sell to them so that they keep paying you month after month. Let's get into it.
What is the boring niche? Okay, so if you're watching this, chances are you want to start making money with AI, but don't know who would actually pay for it. And I know because I was once in your position, too. Back in 2018, I was a college dropout. I had no money. I had no connections and I had zero experience in sales or technology. The last jobs I had were as a lifeguard and a security guard and ultimately I got fired from both. So I spent months watching YouTube trying to figure out what to do with my life until I came across Alexi and I thought this is it. This guy is making millions running a marketing agency working with gyms. So the product market fit, it's already proven. It's already figured out. All I have to do is go into the same space and do what he's already doing. But of course, there was a problem with that. The majority of these gyms were already working with Alex. And so I signed up a couple clients, but I really couldn't compete with the amount of experience Alex had, considering he had owned and operated gyms. However, as I started going deeper and deeper into the gym space, I noticed something. Alex was very deliberate about the clients that he avoided. He didn't want to work with franchise organizations because they could dictate the terms on how Alex operated and worked with them.
[music] So basically, he avoided working with them because they could tell him what to do. They could say, "If you don't do it our way, you're out." And so Alex saw it as a threat to his business model, which ultimately led me to kind of see it as an opportunity. So if Alex is avoiding franchises and he's one of the most successful people in the space, that means there's a massive segment in the market that's not being touched. And so I was able to weasel my way into the franchise niche just because I knew that Alex wasn't targeting them. But what I didn't realize back then was that I was stepping into a complete gold mine. When I was first growing my agency, I was able to sign up an Anytime Fitness owner by the name of Jeff. He was really happy with the results that we got for him and with the money that he was paying to my company every single month. And then a few days later, I started receiving random calls from other Anytime Fitness owners who wanted to work with me. And turns out that the results we got Jeff were so good that he mentioned us on his franchise advisory board. And that one conversation he had on that board literally sent over 200 gym owners my way and helped me scale from $3,000 a month to over $70,000 per month. And the best part is that I didn't spend a single dime on marketing to get all of those clients inside franchise networks. All the owners are attending the exact same events and they're talking to each other in the exact same group chats. So, if you work with franchises, you only need one great client to become an authority inside an entire industry, which by the way is an industry that has only continued to grow over the past years. So, even though the franchise niche isn't something new or exciting, it's expanding very, very fast. And that is a massive opportunity. But knowing the niche and actually landing clients in it are two completely different things.
How to get clients in this niche. What most people do when they're trying to get their first clients is go to sites like Apollo AI, find a list of franchise owners, and then they just start blasting them with cold emails or they start sending cold DMs on social media platforms like LinkedIn. And I get it. It feels like the logical place to start. It's kind of what everyone says to do. And I'm not going to tell you it's completely wrong because I got some clients using this strategy. But here's the problem with relying on cold outreach. When you're cold calling or cold emailing someone, you are the one trying to get to them. You're basically chasing and trying to convince someone that they have a problem. And then you're also trying to convince them that you can solve that problem. So most of the people you talk to, they're just going to ultimately ignore you before you get to the point because they didn't reach out themselves. For example, one of my partners was doing LinkedIn outreach before working with me. He was sending hundreds of connection requests and he was sending thousands of messages and he was only able to get five booked calls in literally 4 months. And that's when I told him that he should actually be running ads. So he did it and after 30 days he was able to close over $11,000 of new clients. And the reason is because ads completely flip the chasing dynamic. When someone sees your ad and reaches out to you, they are already presold on the fact that they have a problem. So you're not trying to convince them anymore. They already know they have a problem, and that's why they came to you.
Now, let me quickly walk you through what actually makes these ads work because most people completely overcomplicate them. First, your ads need to call out your client because if they don't immediately know that this ad is for them, they'll keep scrolling. So, your ad should start with something like "Attention dance studio owners" or "Attention Anytime Fitness franchises," right? Something like that. Also, you don't want to make them waste their time. Business owners aren't on social media to read some super in-depth article. So if your copy is dense or complicated, you're going to lose them. So just keep it simple, punchy, very easy to read. Then you need to remember that business owners only want to know what you can do for them. So don't write an ad about AI automations or software you're using. Always lead with the benefits that they're going to get from your service and working with you. Write about the results, something like "Book 20 to 50 new appointments per month on autopilot" because that's what they care about. Finally, don't spend too much time setting up your campaign. All you need to do is use manual placements and select Facebook feed and Instagram feed only. And don't use interest-based targeting when you're starting out. Don't use custom audiences, lookalike audiences. Instead, use open targeting and let the specific language and copy in your ad do the targeting for you. Meta's algorithm is smart enough to find the right people for your ad if you do everything right.
Now, here's the part that matters the most and unfortunately also the part where I see people make a crucial mistake that loses them any opportunity to get clients in this niche. What to sell them. The thing is that if you don't tell the lead what it wants to hear, it'll never become your client. Let me explain. Imagine your car is making a weird noise and you want to do a trip on the weekend. So you take it to the mechanic, but instead of fixing it, the mechanic's to explain how the combustion engine works, how doors are made, and how much time he has spent fixing the car. You don't care. You just want the car to be fixed for the weekend. Business owners feel the exact same way. They don't care that you built a 47-node automation or [music] if you coded the whole entire thing. They only want to hear how it will help them get customers. That's the biggest problem of any business and that's exactly what you want to sell them. The reason I've been able to charge significantly more than other agencies, retain clients for years, and build a business worth over $5 million, is because I offer franchises a system that gets them more clients. This is what I call the AI Aristotle agency offer. I call it this because it was created with the Aristotle principle in mind: "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts." So, let me walk you through how it works. This is the AI Aristotle agency offer: the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Now, so these are the different components of the system that I'm about to break down for you and show you step by step. And ultimately, it solves the gap of all small brick-and-mortar businesses and really the gap that all of these businesses end up facing that they will pay a significant amount of money to get fixed. Okay? And that's exactly what this offer solves. So, it all starts with getting leads. If a business doesn't have someone's information, they then don't have the opportunity to follow up with that lead to try and get them to come in to then sell them whatever they're selling, whatever product or service. Okay? From there, once you get a lead, you need to follow up with that lead to try and get them through the door. Once you get them through the door, you need to be able to actually convert that opportunity. And then once you convert that opportunity, what you want to do and what great businesses do is they've figured out how to maximize their customer base and get them to tell other people like their friends and family about what they do to drive in free leads that are referral-based leads that end up becoming their best customers. That's ultimately what this offer solves. It's the big gap that all these brick-and-mortar businesses face.
Okay, so the first component is AI re-engagement campaign. To really illustrate this, what I want to first do is play you a clip from a gym owner that I spoke with just last week. He has 16 gyms, okay? And what I pitched him on was this exact offer. And more than likely, he's going to become a customer and he's going to be paying me over $12,000 every single month. Okay? So, let's jump into this real quick because it will really drive home the point of why this offer is so, so critical and makes it so easy to really make money with AI right now. Okay? And then when it comes to re-engaging old leads in your database, I mean with 16 clubs, you guys probably have quite a bit. Do you guys do anything with that or is there like an expectation of the team to? >> Yeah, the expectation of the team is just a certain amount of appointments per day, whether that's new leads or old leads, but I don't know. I don't think we have an actual systematic process for it. >> Okay. And so it's not like you guys are regularly reaching out with text trying to drive those people back through the door to squeeze the juice out of them. It's just kind of like an expectation of the team to call and follow them. Yeah. As much as they can. >> Okay. So you just heard what he said right there. So ultimately, most of his gyms have been in business for over 10 years each. And what that means is in the database that he has within each one of his gyms, the CRM, the total number of leads that he has of people that have just opted in over time that have given their their information to them, let's say they were active customer, let's say they opted into like a 7-day pass or something like that. He has on average about 7,000 contacts per location. And as you just heard him say, they don't have any process to re-engage or reach out to these people. And so all we do with this service is we capitalize on the fact that he's no different than most of these businesses. Only 27% of small businesses follow up with leads after their first visit or first purchase. Okay? And what that means is there's a massive opportunity for a business like mine or like yours to come into the fold and do this for them. Okay? Because the reality is this guy recognizes that he's got a ton of leads and they're doing nothing with them, right? He expects his team to be following up with them, but he has no tracking system to know if they are or if they're doing it. And he knows ultimately they're not, right? And so he recognizes that this is a pain point that he could solve if he had a system in place like what we have to offer him. And this is a guy that has 16 gyms. It's not like this is a beginner entrepreneur.
Now, if we just go over here, this is what my software looks like that I use. It's a software called Go High Level that we've completely redesigned to render and provide the services that I'm going to be breaking down that comprise the AI Aristotle Agency offer. And as you can see here, this is a customer of mine and between June to now, we've been able to get them 442 booked appointments. And out of those appointments, 163 have shown up. And this is all by just reaching out to their database of leads to then drive them through the door on behalf of the customer. We haven't spent a single dollar on marketing. We haven't done anything like that at all. Okay? And so we've essentially been able to get this person, it says zero sales here because they have to update this. They've signed up a ton of people. They're just not updating it within our system. We can see if people get booked or if people show up, but we can't see if they sign them up because we don't have their point of sales system. But we've been able to help them make a ton of money without them spending any money to generate new leads, cuz all we're doing is dumping back or jumping back into their database and then re-engaging them. And this is ultimately what it looks like. You can see here we reached out to this person letting them know that this customer is celebrating their anniversary. He said, "Yes, please." You can see right here we let them know the availability and then he asked if he'd be able to come in on Sunday. We gave the system a couple times that they have available. He said 115. You can see here their appointment just got booked. And then you can see we even follow up just saying, "Would you like me to add a plus one so that we can generate free leads for them?" And the system did it. And then right there, uh, they said, "Yeah, that'd be great." Right. And then you can see they're asking if they could change their appointment. The system then looks to see if they have that availability. It went right ahead and automatically booked it. You can see it confirmed it right here. Now these are just some reminder text messages. You can see they're saying, "Thank you." "You're welcome." "Also text me here as you're walking inside. That would really help." And so that's how we know if people show up or not. Obviously, we can't see if they signed up or not. But if we just go back over here, as you can see, this is a very, very valuable service because so many businesses have so many leads in their database that they don't do anything with. And if they do do something with it, it's something that is very, very ineffective and ultimately just leads to people opting out, right? Have you ever received a text message from a business that you just responded "stop" to? Yes. But with this system that we use, leveraging AI, we send a personalized text with an offer specific to them that we think they might like, and then we try to get them to respond. And so that's what we've found to get the best results possible. And so all we're really doing here is again, we're just sending the offer out to people that are interested, it books them, it responds to them, and then from there, the business owner now has been able to reach back into their database, get somebody to walk through their door without them having to invest any money into marketing. And then the business owner didn't have to lift a single finger to get the person to come through the door. All they had to do was handle the appointment and then close them.
Okay. So, the second part of the AI Aristotle agency offer is AI reviews and referrals. And in the situation of me working with gyms, we're just reaching out to their active members and then their active training clients. Okay. So, we're just reaching out to them asking for reviews and referrals. Now, let me play this clip to kind of drive the point home. And then when it comes to generating reviews on Google, do you guys have a process for? Yeah, I forget exactly what it is, but it's uh I think there's a lever of like the enrollment or key fee where if they do if they do that in a bank account, then they we lever the the down payment um where we get a five-star review um in a bank account. >> But it's not like you guys have a process in place that follows up with every new sign-up asking them on a scale of like one to five experience, well, put into a raffle. >> Okay. So there's probably a lot of opportunity there then to get more reviews on Google, >> right? >> Okay. Because when it comes to getting reviews on Google and and doing marketing, that's a really important step that a lot of gyms and just businesses don't really focus on, right? Because if you're running ads, people are going to look your business up on Google and if they don't see a consistent stream of reviews coming in, it's going to negatively impact the money you're investing on marketing. Does that make sense? >> Okay. And then when people leave you guys reviews, it's not like you have a process to follow up asking for a referral either. >> No, no, no, we don't. >> Okay. So, as you could see there, he has no process in place leveraging AI to ensure that they are following up with everybody that becomes a new customer to ask for a review. It's a very, very simple thing. It just doesn't happen, right? This guy has a ton of employees and a lot of them just don't ask. They know that they're supposed to, but they don't. And then more importantly, once a person leaves a review on Google, you want to follow up with them and ask if they have any friends or family that would also be interested in coming in because they just said something nice, right? Once somebody just said something nice on a public forum, it is the perfect opportunity to ask them, "Who else do you know that could benefit from what we do?" Right? And so, he's not doing that either. He has no process for it. And so, that's all we're doing here. And the reason why this is so important is because 98% of customers read online reviews. Okay? I'm sure you read reviews before you end up deciding where you're going to get your haircut, where you're going to go to eat. I do. And what they found is that 10% or 11% of businesses ask for them. Okay? So 98% of people read them, but only 11% of people ask for them. That's a huge, huge problem. Okay? And then in addition to that, nobody follows up right away after asking for referrals, right? And that's exactly what we do. And so if we just go back to this original example I was showing you, you can see she said here and then what we did right after that is we followed up and then we asked, "Hey, it's our team. It was great meeting you today. We value your feedback to ensure you're having the best experience. How would you rate your experience so far?" Right? And then you can see right here they didn't respond. So we followed up again asking how their experience was. And you can see that they said it was a five. And so from here what we do is we say, "Thanks. Click the link below to leave us a Google review." And then once they've left a review, what we do is we follow up with them just saying, "Also, we have a couple free 7-day passes for friends or family members to claim. All you have to do is share this link below so they can claim their free 7-day pass." And so, if you click it, what's going to end up happening is it's going to take you to a form, right? They can literally just copy this link and send it to friends and family where once they click it, it opens up a form where they can easily enter their information and then now they become a lead for the business owner, right? And so it ultimately becomes a very, very beneficial system for them because if we look at this example right here, you can see we've been able to get them 211 Google reviews without them having to do anything. They haven't had to ask anybody for any review, right? Which is something that obviously a lot of business owners and employees hate doing. That's why only 11% of them do it. But it's absolutely essential because 98% of people read them. But in addition to that, as you can see here, we've been able to get them 82 free leads. Okay? So think about this. We haven't spent a single dollar of this business's money on ads, but we've been able to generate them 82 leads. And these aren't just leads, right? When you're running ads on social media and you're running it to a cold audience and you're doing direct response marketing where you're trying to disrupt them, right? You're scrolling through the feed, you see a cool offer, you opt in, that's one thing. But this is people are becoming leads not from that. They're becoming leads from someone that they know, like, and trust, like a family member or friend that said, "Hey, I'd love it if you came and did this with me," or "Hey, they're doing this great promotion. I'd highly encourage you to do it 'cause I had a great experience." Okay, so these 82 leads are way more valuable than any other lead a business could get because the data shows that leads who are referred from friends, family, or peers are always the easiest to close. They're always the easiest to sign up. They're always the best to work with. They require the least amount of work. And they are the highest value customers. They're the customers that end up paying the most amount of money and stick around for the longest. Okay? And so when you think about this, what did this business owner have to do to be able to get these results? They didn't have to do anything. And what did my business have to do to get them this result? Well, we didn't have to do much because we have a system that leverages AI that did the majority of the work. And so all this business owner had to do was convert the people that we brought in. And that's no different from what they're already doing. If they were to have done this on their own, it probably would have required them to hire an additional employee, train that employee up, do it, and there's no way in hell the employee would have been able to get this type of result either. They probably would have ended up wasting a bunch of leads, potentially generating a bunch of bad reviews, and more than likely they would not have been asking people for referrals either.
Now, if we just look at this again, all we're doing, we're getting feedback. That's what the system does. From there, it separates positive from negative feedback. The people that don't say four or five, we just send them to a feedback form because you don't want to ask somebody who's unhappy for a review. The positive reviews on Google get published and then we even respond to them with AI. We respond to them for the customer and then what we do is we follow up with them asking for referrals.
Okay. So the third piece to this AI Aristotle agency offer, and it's really the third and fourth piece, is AI receptionist and AI website lead nurturing. So really all we're doing here is we're ensuring that anytime the business gets a new opportunity, that that opportunity is followed up with right away. Okay? So if somebody calls the business and the business doesn't answer, they get followed up with right away. If somebody submits their information on the business's website, the lead that submitted their information ends up getting followed up with right away. The reason why this is so valuable is because I'm sure you've experienced it, but you're ready to become a customer at a business. You try calling them, you submit your information, and you never hear back from them and then you just go somewhere else. So, let me show you guys this clip to kind of illustrate. All right. And and right now, when it comes to just following up on leads and nurturing leads, I'd imagine that your team is pretty much doing 100% of that, right? >> Yep. >> Okay. Right. Okay. So, you you heard him just say right there, his team is handling 100% of that. The reason why that's an issue, right, is because on average, 62 out of 100 calls are missed. And then in addition to that, it takes these people on average 42 hours to follow up with leads. Okay? So, that's what the data shows. But if you follow up with them within 5 minutes or less than a minute, the chances of getting them to become a customer increase by over 400%. And so that's why this is so, so valuable is because the book rate, the show rate, and then ultimately the close rate on the leads or any money they're spending on marketing goes up dramatically. It's very similar to this example right here where you can see we got this person to be interested. They said, "Yes, please." And they said this at 1:49 PM. Okay, so if you look right here, we responded at 1:49 PM. Okay, that's very, very important because you need to be following up right away when someone's interested, right? And then not only that, they stopped responding and we kept following up with them. And then you can see right here, they messaged again at 11:51 AM. And then look, we responded at 11:52 AM. Okay? And so this is very, very critical because if you're not doing it, your chances of getting customers dropped significantly. And then again, on average, most of these businesses just take a very, very long time to follow up with people. They do a really bad job of it. So we're just simply solving that for them. And then if we just look at this, literally all we're doing is when somebody submits their information in some way or another, right? That being a missed call because they called or they submitted their information on the website, the AI just instantly follows up with them and then it books them for a time that works for the business and that lead and then it sends them reminders to ensure they show up to that appointment and then if they don't show up, it follows up with them to try and rebook them for another time to come in.
Okay. So now the fifth piece to the AI Aristotle agency offer is an AI sales coach. And this is a complete game-changer. The reason why is because what the data shows is that 70% of sales reps never receive any formal training when it comes to sales. But when they do, they see over a 50% increase in sales. Okay, so let me show you why this is so valuable. And when it comes to like grading sales, it's not like you have an AI that can grade every single consultation that every single individual team member takes and it will tell you a report on how they did that. They're actually following your process. >> No, everything is just >> Okay. >> A stem and and then >> Yeah, let's go. Is it? >> Okay, so you heard what he just said right there. I I just asked him, "Do you have any processes to do this or do you have to do all of this manually? Is it kind of like an old-school process?" And he said, "Yeah, it's all old school." Okay, so this guy has 16 gyms. He has 16 gyms, which means he has about two or three sales reps at each gym. So that means he has about 32 to 48, if my math is right, sales reps. There is no way in hell that he is capable of reviewing all their consults. He really doesn't have a way of helping these people get better at sales or knowing that they're actually good at doing the sales. He doesn't even know if he has the right people. And so ultimately what we've been able to do, which is a huge, huge game-changer, and you don't have to know the industry. This is a very, very easy thing to make that we've been able to build out is an AI that can roleplay with his team and it will grade 100% of his team's calls or consultations in person that they take. And then it will review them and break them down and tell them exactly what they did wrong. And this does a couple things. Number one, it allows for the individual sales rep to self-train and get very, very good on their own, which requires the business owner and any sales manager to do way less work. And then it obviously allows the sales rep to get a lot better at their position at actually closing people. And then in addition to that, the other thing that this does is it really shows any business owner or any sales manager where exactly they need to focus their training on with that individual because now they have a system in place that will tell them exactly where they keep messing up and where they need to really roleplay and train on. Okay? So that's why this is so, so critical. And again, that's basically what it does. And so I'll show you an example first of what this looks like. So this is what it looks like. If I go over here, it's literally asking me, right, what do I want to do? Do you want to roleplay or do you want me to grade an actual script? And so, what I'm first going to do is I'm just going to say roleplay, but I'm just going to say I want to do some roleplays. And so, let's see what it says. "I'm Joe, 49-year-old, married, two kids, came in from Facebook ad. You're at the front desk. I just walked in. Whenever you're ready, start the appointment." Okay. So, I'm going to do a really bad job of this to show you how cool and effective this is. "Hey, what's going on, Joe? So, we've got a couple different membership options. They're between $9 to $29 a month. Which one would you like?" So, you can see what it said, right? I just did exactly what you're not supposed to do, right? You never want to just tell somebody exactly what you do. Because first, you need to figure out if you can actually help them. You need to build value and discover what their situation looks like. You need to ask them questions about what they've done in the past, what they're looking to achieve, and exactly why the things they've done in the past haven't been able to get them to where they want to get now, right? To build value. And so, you can see it says, "Stop. We're coaching now. You just violated three major rules from the script. Let's break this down and now saying basically do it again." Now, if I go over here, what you can see is this is a 24-page long document that broke down a sales call and it literally breaks down all of the different parts of the sales process. Right? This is the discovery. It gave them a score of a 62%. This is the second part of the discovery, building doubt where it gave them a 56%. This is identifying the goals. You can see all of this and then what it does right here is it tells them ultimately what the final thoughts are, right? And ultimately it said that they failed. Only 70% of sales people receive training on sales. Most of these businesses don't even have a sales process. They don't even have a script, right? They literally just wing it when people come in and that's enough for them to be relatively successful. So, if you can incorporate something like this, which is very, very easy to do as long as you have a couple textbook recordings of people doing the sales process very well, and then you have a script, an actual standardized script for whatever they're selling, it's not hard. And the impact of it is massive because basically anything is better than nothing when it comes to something like this. And that's why we incorporate this here because it allows for everything else we do, all those other appointments we're driving in for them to convert them at a much higher rate, which then ends up allowing them to generate a much greater return than they would have been able to get on their own. And so really all this looks like is we have this AI which evaluates sales calls and grades them and then it also roleplays with the individual and then the owner gets to get these insights to ultimately know where they should spend their time training with that individual or if they just have the wrong person, right? Because chances are if somebody continues to make the same mistake over and over and over again, they might need to go. And I recently had a situation like this where I've got this guy who's now referred me to over 12 other gym owners in a franchise. And he referred me recently to a guy that sold over 40 franchise locations to other owners within this franchise. And what that means is this guy is very, very connected. If we can get him good results, he's going to tell these 40 people that he sold these franchises to to work with my company because his guy wasn't converting any of the leads we were bringing in. And the owner first thought like, "I'm going to have to cancel with you guys." But because we had this in place, he was able to actually see and look at this and go, "Oh my gosh, you guys have been doing a great job. I actually have the wrong person because this is showing him exactly what to do and he's just not changing his process." Okay, so this is a massive, massive game-changer for the customer and my business to retain people at a much, much higher rate. And the coolest part about it is it basically requires no work from us. We just give it to them and then we review it with them when needed.
And now the final piece to the AI Aristotle agency offer is AI lead gen, which is just paid ads and then following up with the leads after we generate them through Facebook. And so the reason why this is important is because 69% of small businesses in America spend $5,000 a month on marketing. If businesses are spending that much money on marketing, think of how many missed calls they're getting. Think of how many leads that they're not following up with properly. Think of how many reviews they could be getting, but they're not. Think of how many referrals they could be getting, but they're not. Think of how many more deals they'd be closing if they had an AI in place that could roleplay with their team and grade and review 100% of their sales calls and give their team member instant feedback on what they did wrong and what they took correct their close rate. The reality is is that most of these businesses that are spending over $5,000 a month and then the rest that aren't that are spending between $1 to $4,000 a month, they are leaving so much opportunity on the table. And that's why this is so, so valuable. Once we're able to plug all these holes in their business, they're able to get such good results that it's very, very difficult for them to go anywhere else. And the reason why this is also so valuable is because no other agencies offer this system at all. Okay? And so all we're doing here is again, we're running ads for them and then we're nurturing the leads that come through the ads. Very, very straightforward. You can see once the lead comes in, the AI picks it up to book the appointment, nurture the appointment. And if they don't show up, it then reaches back out to them to try and reschedule the appointment. It generates the qualified leads through the nurturing process and filtering those leads. And then all the client has to do is focus on selling. Right? This is the AI Aristotle agency offer where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts because of what I just went over a second ago. These businesses are spending a ton of money on marketing, but they don't have a process in place to reach out to their old leads. They're not asking people for reviews. Only 11% of them do. They're never asking people for referrals after they leave reviews. They follow up on average within 42 hours. They spend over five grand a month on ads. Yet, when they get leads for that $5,000 a month, they're following up within 42 hours. Only 30% of these businesses do sales training with their reps, 70% do not. But the ones that do see a massive increase in sales. And in these businesses miss on average 62 out of 100 calls that come in. When it comes to getting leads, we're solving this in three ways: by running ads, re-engaging old leads, and then generating referrals off of people that leave reviews. We're getting appointments because we're following up with people right away that opt in through the website. And then we're following up with people right away that call in and don't get picked up. And then we're following up right away with leads that submit their information. And then as far as closing deals are concerned, we're literally giving them a process that will review 100% of their calls and break them down or consultations and break them down in depth. And then in addition to that, we're giving them a tool that will roleplay with their team where they don't have to do it. And now their team gets to receive formal sales training. And then from there, as far as the referrals are concerned, we're following up with people after they leave reviews and then asking for referrals because it's the perfect time to be asking people for referrals.
Now, this is what most agencies do. They just run ads for these businesses. And that guy that I was referring to a second ago had sold over 40 franchises to a bunch of other people. Before he started working with us, he was working with another agency. And within this franchise, this agency is working with over 106 of them. And they're doing over $150,000 a month with this one franchise. And all they're doing is this. So why do you think I've been able to get over 12 people referred to me in the last 60 days? Because my business doesn't do this. We're doing all of this, right? And when you look at if you're just doing this, what are you actually solving? All you're doing is you're just getting them more leads. The business now has to follow up with those leads to get them to show up. The business now has to convert those leads, which are very, very difficult to convert if you don't receive sales training. When you're getting leads from Facebook and Instagram, these are cold leads. They're very, very hard to close. So when you have leads that walk right in off the street or go to your website, those are organic leads which are very, very easy to close. And then the best leads are people that come from referrals, right? But then in addition to that, they're not providing them with any sales training or anything like that. And then once people do come in, they're not asking them for reviews and they're not asking them for referrals, which negatively impacts the marketing that they're doing because when you're running ads for a business, people that see those ads are going to look that business up on Google to see what people are saying. And if that business is not getting reviews consistently or the last review they got was a one-star review three months ago, anyone that saw their ad then looked them up, do you think that they're going to become a customer? Do you think they're going to submit their information? Probably not, right? It's pretty simple. It's because they saw that the last person who went there had a bad experience, right? And so again, this is just why this offer is so, so extremely valuable. No one else in the market is providing in the sequential order that my business provides it in. Most of these businesses are told, "Run paid ads. Run paid ads. I'll run your paid ads. I'll make you money." I go to them and I say, rather than running paid ads, I'm going to take your database of leads and I'm going to squeeze the juice out of it before we ever even think about running ads. And then once we've done that and I've driven in a ton of people through your door that you can then make a lot of money from, we're going to also be getting you reviews from your happy customers. And then once we get those reviews, we're going to follow up with them to then get referrals. And while we're generating you reviews, when Google sees that you're getting reviews consistently, their algorithm favors that a lot. And then it allows you to rank higher organically for a lot of key search terms, which now allows you to be higher ranked than your competition, which will then allow you to drive in more traffic to your website organically without even spending money on ads. And then from there, we're going to allow you to generate even more money outside of the people we got in from the reactivation. And then we're going to make sure anyone that does come to your website is followed up right away with our AI. And then in addition to that, anyone that calls is also followed up with right away. And then we're also going to get your team trained up on the sales process leveraging AI and then make it so that every person that comes through the door is graded so that they get feedback on what to do to get their close rate up so that once we do run paid ads, we're running them starting off at a profit. And we know because we've been doing the sales coaching that your team is going to be able to convert them at a higher rate. And then even if they're not, even if they do struggle right out the gate, we're gonna have a process and a system set up in place to ensure that they're receiving training right away, instantly to make sure that their close rate can be maximized. And if not, then you know you've got the wrong person. And so that's why this is so important. That's why we're going to probably put this agency out of business because they're reluctant to change and do this. And that's why there's such a massive opportunity for so many other people out there.
And so what I want to kind of do real quick here is just show you what it looks like in terms of the feedback of what we're getting from customers. So you can see here, this is a customer that recently left us a review. And it really highlights everything that I just said because you can see where he's talking about he was skeptical at first about yet another marketing service. And you can see here they're saying their lead gen system brought in a steady stream of high-quality leads that were actually interested because we're nurturing them. And you can just see here, right, that this is a pretty crazy review. We've got a lot more of these where people are just talking about exactly how this system was able to get them such great results because what we do is not typical. It's very, very atypical compared to what everyone else is doing.
Now, let me tell you exactly why I'm giving you all this information for free. There is a massive amount of misinformation in the AI YouTube space right now. There are people with hundreds of thousands of subscribers who haven't run an actual AI agency in years or they've just never run one. They're full-time content creators who sell information about a business. They no longer operate or never operated, or they tell you they have an agency or a software company, but they built it using their personal brand and followers. It's a completely different playing field. And because of this, the majority of people have the same problem of overthinking everything. And the industry is full of noise. And when they're surrounded by noise, it's hard to focus on the things that actually work. And that's why I give this information away for free, because I want to find the right people that see this opportunity and actually want to take advantage of it. If I can find five to 10 AI agencies in different franchise niches and help them scale up to seven figures in just a year like I have, then we can wrap it up as part of a portfolio and sell them for 10 times more than I would if I was to sell my business on its own. And that's my goal. So, if you're serious about starting, scaling, or even selling a profitable AI agency, the link to apply to partner with me is in the description below. And if you're watching this and you're not ready for that, that's completely fine, too. Just subscribe and keep watching because I'm going to put out more content like this that gives you the information you need to build a profitable AI business. So, I'll see you in the next one.
