So in today's video, I will show you how you can build your SAS app and along with that, you can also sell it in the market. See, you might think that building such apps is very complex. You need a lot of coding knowledge. Literally, in today's era, you can build any complex app through Cloud Code and Anti-Gravity, and for this, you don't need any complex knowledge. As well as, there is no need for high investment for this. No millions of rupees are needed. Literally, you can make an app and market it well. This is a website called Sensor Tower. Here, all the apps that are being sold in the world, the founders who are selling them, all of them are listed here, and their revenue is also coming in, showing that this is their revenue and this is how many downloads they have. So, you can see this is an app called Chronometer, and this is a calorie app, and it has 3 lakh downloads. Its revenue for the last month was $9 lakh. Its ranking in the category is 12th in Health and Fitness. Meaning, a simple mobile app on the app store is earning $9 lakh. Meaning, it's earning more than 9 crore rupees. So, now we will see what kind of apps, whose ideas already exist in the market. How we can take inspiration from them, generate our own good idea, and sell it. So, the mobile app we are going to build today. These are some overviews of it. These are some screens that I have designed. So, we will build similar mobile apps, and even I will tell you how you can actually run it on your mobile. So, this is one screen on which all the calories, proteins, carbs are coming. So, what this mobile app actually does is that you simply take a picture of your meal. As soon as you take the picture, it will tell you the calories, and your calories will start getting tracked daily. For all the gym freaks or those who focus more on their fitness, they install such apps on a subscription basis. They pay $10, $15, up to $30 monthly for its subscription, and they track their calories and keep themselves fit. So, this is the second screen. In this, you can see how it shows that okay, this has this many calories, this much protein. This is a blueberry smoothie. It will have all these calories. So, this is all its meal history. Then this is the food scanner part, which will tell you. Okay, add a picture, and you will add your picture. This picture will be scanned, and everything will be extracted in super detailed form and presented to you. If you know, then Kai became very famous. See, it wasn't a complex app. It was a very small idea from that person that take a photo and calories are built up. This is similar, but we will evolve it a bit. But it has become a million-dollar idea today. Literally, if you don't know about Y Combinator, then go and explore Y Combinator. Its founders, all the biggest startups in the world, even ChatGPT, which was released by OpenAI, its founder also came out through Y Combinator. Everyone says the same thing: pick a small idea and start working on that small idea. You don't need a very complex, fancy idea to build an app. You just need an idea for which there is some market. Like these gym freaks, fitness enthusiasts, their market exists. It's not a very big market, okay? But the market still exists. So, let's move towards actually building the app. For this, we are using Cloud AI's design. Now, Cloud AI's design has been launched recently. Simply go to your Google and search for Cloud AI, cloud.ai. Create your account here if you haven't already. As soon as you create an account, you will see an interface like this. If you click on the left side, you will see the design button here. Go to this design button, and here you will choose high fidelity. It will give you an introduction first. We are skipping this introduction here. Here, you have to choose high fidelity. Give the product name. Nutri, or whatever you are building, give its name here. How to research ideas? So, I told you that you should go and search for this Sensor Tower. Sensor Tower. And from here, you can get app ideas. Or else, there is Product Hunt. Product Hunt. All the apps that are being built here, people are building them, new ideas are coming here. From here, you can get a lot of inspiration about which idea is going to the top and where the industry is actually moving. So, you should take proper ideas from here. Once your idea is finalized, then simply come here and click on Create. As soon as I clicked on Create, it created a project here for me. Now, here, we will first design. After designing, we will do all the other things. That is, we will shift it to Cloud Code properly. After shifting to Cloud Code, we will build it. Then we will run it on mobile. Then we will see how to market it. Here, simply give the prompt for whatever you want to build. Now, I am simply typing the prompt here. Now, I have decided the three screens: what will be on the first screen, what will be on the second screen, what will be on the third screen. The first screen will be our dashboard, on which all our daily calories, protein, carbs, water intake will be shown. How much water we have drunk. The second screen will store all the meal history: what was the name of the food whose photo we uploaded, what ingredients were in it. The third screen will be our food scanner. Now, how to get all these details? The solution is simple. You can simply go to Cloud, or to ChatGPT. Let's do it with ChatGPT because most people have ChatGPT. So, here I tell it, "Hey, I want to like build a like a food scanner app that actually tells me its calories and also tracks my history, daily history, how much calories I got. So, I want to design its mobile UI screen. So, can you tell me like, uh, the three-four screens. What are the main screens for it? And what features should it include? So, give me like a short brief and type a prompt for every screen." So, I simply gave it this command. So, in today's time, you have to use AI for everything. So, you just have to use your brain to think, in which field am I working, what can I build within that field. See, the problem, the app you are going to work on, make sure that you are going through that problem or a friend of yours is going through it. Meaning, you can feel that thing closely, that yes, this problem exists. I told it, it gave me the app concept. It gave me all the features. These are the same things: calories, progress. So, for any app you mention or give a reference to, you will get proper prompts for calories and everything for design from here. Design a mobile UI. See, it has told me all this: food scanner, same things, history, daily tracking screen. So, this is a very easy way. You can copy all this and put it into Cloud Design. Now, we have given it the prompt that we need to do this. I want to design these mobile app UIs for the app store. Now, we are building for the app store, meaning for mobile, for Apple phones. So, if you want to build for Android, you can do that too. But for now, if you give it the design, it will build it. Just like I am sending it. I have sent it. So, it will start designing these three screens. But the better way is that you give a design reference. How can you give a design reference? Now, you can go through Dribbble. This is Dribbble. This is the Dribbble app. Here, all the mobile designs are available. This is a designers' platform. Here, designers post their designs. So, you get very interesting designs here. See this. So, I tell it, "Food tracking." "Food tracking" or "Calorie tracking." Actually, I should have said that. See, all the designs are coming below. So, I did food tracking. See, you can see how many interesting UIs have come, and based on likes, we know which UI is very good, which one the public likes more, how the audience likes it. So, this is kind of like a way to get like a better design. So, these are like some good designs. I am going through that. Multiple designs are coming. So, whichever design seems more feasible to you or you like more, you can choose from that. In the current case, we haven't given it any design reference. Or it is still asking what to build for. It is asking questions. I am saying, "App store marketing screenshot phone and frame. Just the raw mobile screen. No marketing chrome. Both raw screen and marketing version." I am saying, "Just raw mobile screens. No marketing. Clean and minimal with iPhone." I am saying, "Clean and minimal." Okay. "Primary colors," it asks which ones to select. I select black and orange. And you can also skip and decide for me. "App store style only." Okay. "Dashboard, rank, visual tab." This is going to be fine. "Headline tags." Do you want to add anything? But when you are building for a real client or building a real app for yourself, you have to give like all details and super, super detailed information about everything so that it can work on it properly and give you everything. See, it has started scrambling, meaning it has started researching, started looking at how it can do this. So, now, it will take its time, running all its systems in the background. So, as soon as it develops, until then, we will see how we can market our product. Because building a product has become very easy nowadays. You can literally build a product in 2 days, in a week, maximum. If you want to build a good product, it takes a maximum of one month. In one month, you get your good product ready. But the thing is, how to market it? The biggest problem arises here. So, for this, I always recommend that try building your personal brand. Start building your personal brand. Go to YouTube, set up your professional profile on LinkedIn. Start documenting your journey of whatever you are doing. First day, building an app, say, "Guys, I am making this. It's my first day. I am building my product. Why I am building it." Share it. Record your day in a life with your mobile. Okay? And share. Start sharing your story. People start relating. People literally help. This is one way. And the second way is that LinkedIn is super powerful. LinkedIn and X (Twitter) sometimes give you viral hype. So, create your accounts there. Share your journey there as well. Every feature, every thought process you are having, sitting with your founders, or discussing your app with your friends. Share everything properly there. This is one way. Second is that this Product Hunt app. Product Hunt. What you need to do here is: simply come here, create your account. After creating an account, go to Launches and launch your product. Read the launch guide. First, come and read this launch guide. It will tell you how to have a good product launch. So, from here, you get a lot of initial users. You even get paid users. So, this is one way. Now, there are about 100-150 websites similar to Product Hunt that already exist in the market. So, you have to push yourself on all those websites. And the third thing is that if you have any influencers, start an affiliate program with small influencers who have 5000 or 10,000 followers. Literally, they are not earning money, even those with $500 are not earning because they are not getting the right direction. So, they are literally not making money. Either you can get them to shoot a promotion by giving them a little money, $20, $15, $50. If they are getting views, say 10, 15, 2000 views, that would be quite good. Otherwise, you can also have an affiliate program with them. Okay, man, 50% like this, even give more in the beginning, say 60%. Brother, you will get 60% of whatever sale comes. So, this is another way. And after this, there is email marketing. So, for email marketing, there are multiple platforms. This Bravo Email is one of them. You can also run email marketing through this in the beginning. And they also have free trials. You can go through free trials. Or else, there is Instantly. Through Instantly Emails, you can also run email campaigns. Okay? By buying data. If you have a lot of data, and if you already have data, that would be well and good. If not, then there is this Apollo platform. You can buy data from here. After buying data, you can run email campaigns on it. This is also another way. But in the beginning, I recommend that pick one channel and invest a good amount of time in that channel. Once you start getting some success from there, then you can go through these platforms. Another thing is that send it to your entire circle. They will also use it initially. And you need to get ideas. An app is not like you build it and it starts running and becomes very successful in the market. Literally, people spend 5-10 years. Then they become a 200 million company. So, you have to be consistent. You have to be patient, and you should have this capability. All the big founders in the world have one capability. That capability is that they take feedback from users. You have to talk to users on a daily basis. Take feedback from them. How can I improve my product? What features should I add? What features should I remove? You have to discuss these things and keep evolving your product along with it. In the beginning, don't build a full-fledged product. In the beginning, build a small MVP that is usable. The audience can use it with one feature initially. Then, as you get more audience, you can change it. The thing is that it has given us the proper UI. You can see here, this is the first screen. This is the second screen. This is the third screen. Now, it is optimizing it further. It has given the feature of the dark screen. You can literally see that. Okay? It has made a proper prototype that is also playable. Pretty good. There are some minor problems with some of the designs, which we will resolve with a few tweaks. Some things are up and down. Just like, see, 1847 calories. It's coming inside the circle, so it's not visible. But the design it has created, literally, if you sit down to design it yourself, and even if you have one and a half years of experience, it will take you at least a week to create a design of this level, to look at it properly. Okay, this should be the font size. This color should be here. This is something. Okay. Now, this design has been created. We need to put it into Cloud because we also need to create its backend, etc. So, we clicked on Share, and here it says "Hand off to Cloud Code." We did "Hand off to Cloud Code." I just did "Continue with Google." Install the Cloud app. Search for Cloud, Cloud app. Install the Cloud app on your Mac or your computer, whatever PC you have. Install it, and it will automatically log you in with your account. So, Cloud has opened. Below is the chat. There is a workspace. There is code. Here, I have come to code. So, you have to install the Expo app on your mobile. So, if you do it on mobile, then it will be interlinked here, and whatever your app is, it will start running on your mobile. So, now it is giving us an error here. So, rather than spending more time on it, let's just download the file from here. So, here it was giving a zip file button. So, I downloaded it as a zip. And then I am copying this command. And here, I am skipping it for now and putting the file here. The file I had downloaded. It must be in my downloads. So, this is the Nutri app file. And I am saying, and I have given it the command that, "Brother, read this app. Don't think too much." I could have asked it to handle the error, but that would have taken more time.
