Here's how you should customize your own agentic OS setup with Claude code. And this is the sort of mental model you should use.
There's you and Claude code up top. You can communicate either through the terminal or through a dashboard / command center like I showed you. We're going to have memory with Obsidian and we're going to do productivity with something like GW CLI.
But when it comes to customization, that is where we start thinking about skills and skill packs, which are really just higher order skills that call other skills. For me, the two biggest things are like research and content-related skills.
But it helps to think of this from an org chart approach. Think of using a agentic OS with Claude code in your business and the different branches of your business or umbrella. So think sales, marketing, admin work. All of those things can kind of be a section of the org chart here and underneath them, you just include all the skills you want.
