As a university located on the border with Papua New Guinea, eventually, most students from that country have chosen to study at the campus. This is tangible proof that also serves as a historical record of development in the land of Papua. These efforts have also received support not only from the central government but also from the neighboring country of Papua New Guinea, which has provided support for the extraordinary achievements of Okmin University Papua. But today, what the Regent conveyed to all of us is extraordinary. I will not speak much. I just want to convey a few important things. There is no change without people who dream for that change to happen. There is no change if a person has never experienced a problem in their life to see the village where they were born and live. Regent Spay has always said on many occasions that this is a blessing and support from the people, so all children of the nation, especially in Okm land, must participate together in the effort to prepare the future of Papuan human resources. For your information, this campus is the only campus in the Papua Mountains Province. Because it is the only one, it is not surprising that the central government has responded for Okmin University to become one of the special state universities in the Papua Mountains Province.
