9 INSANE SORA 2 Use Cases For Beginners (Ways To Use SORA 2)

Transcription

So, Sora 2 is finally here, and it can be used for a huge variety of different things. And in today's video, I'll show you every single use case that's genuinely useful that you can start using today.

So, one of the first use cases that is really, really good when it comes to Sora 2 is going to be advertisements. Now, in this specific example, someone created a Sora 2 advertisement, and essentially what they're doing is they're advertising ChatGPT, and they're advertising the platform with a crazy chaotic Japanese advert. The prompt for this was "crazy chaotic Japanese advert." But remember, Sora is a really, really good platform because it manages to cut all the clips together. So, let me show you guys exactly what that was like.

"She speaks Japanese but understands."

Now, I don't know about you guys, but that is something that probably would have taken, you know, previously, quite a lot of time, quite a lot of, you know, work by probably multiple teams to be able to do. And to be able to see that in just a few seconds is pretty, pretty crazy. So, the reason I said that this is a use case is because, of course, you may not want to, you know, advertise ChatGPT, but you may want to advertise your product or whatever it is that you do want. The only thing that you would have to do is, of course, input the image of your product in, and that way, this is a really, really good use case. And I think it's important to understand which styles this model excels at because it's not going to be every industry and every style that it's going to be able to replicate fully, but certain ones it's going to be able to do really, really well. And this is one of those ones that it manages to do really, really well.

Now, if we're taking a look at other styles of ads, this is an ad that I actually did. So, this was one that I actually did, and this was basically introducing ChatGPT in a '90s style ad. Again, once again, advertisements are a great way to get whatever it is that you're offering out there. Maybe you're going to use this for like a YouTube intro or something, but just take a look.

"From the future of computing comes a breakthrough in conversation. ChatGPT, the new interactive AI that chats with you like a friend."

"What's the weather in Seattle?"

"Cloudy."

So, yeah, that is something that I think is really, really cool. Really, really good. And it's something that I've been using for quite some time now. And I say "quite some time." It's only been around, you know, probably even less than 48 hours, but I really cannot stop using this because it is so fun to try and use this kind of thing. So, for '90s style ads, it's really, really interesting because it just does everything. You can see it does the text, right? If we look, you know, further through the clips, you can see it has this promotional material. It has, you know, this, you know, mockup here. It really, really is effective. And of course, with prompts, what you can do is you can really direct how much you want the, you know, system to adhere or not adhere to your prompts. It really is up to you. So, I think this kind of style is probably going to become more popular, maybe less popular, but remember, these are the kind of use cases that you can use in your business, in your creative world, in your creative life to be able to accomplish many different things.

Another, you know, creative use case as well, um, that I really want to show you guys is the old-style videos. So, again, here I created an ad like a 1960s, you know, news segment where they're talking about.

"takes another step into the computer age this week as engineers in California unveil a machine they say can carry on a conversation. They call it ChatGPT, developed by the research."

So, yeah, this is another style, and this is something that, you know, I mean, realistically, it's really up to you in terms of your creativity for how, you know, crazy you decide to go with this. Because for me personally, like when I see things like this, I'd of course have to think about what kind of, you know, opportunity I would use this for. Certain businesses might, you know, have a niche where this could be really applicable. Some, you know, not so much. But it's important to understand what the software is capable of so you can expand your horizons and think more creatively about the potential outputs and possibilities.

Another thing, you know, another use case that I was, you know, really seeing, this is our fourth use case now, was, you know, app promotion. So, this one was pretty crazy because this guy on Twitter named David Atisas, um, was doing something pretty crazy where he essentially tried to see if, you know, you could get like an app promotion from Sora. And I think this is a really, really good use case. So, what you can do is you can have the AI essentially take an image or two of your UI, your user interface, and then you can ask it to create a fast-paced TikTok-style ad. Take a look at this. It's pretty crazy.

"I look exhausted. Maybe I should try something different. Okay, that's better. Hi, GlowUp. Stopper, the glowup app for women."

So, yeah, I know that that seems pretty crazy that that was literally created in 10 seconds or so. Um, maybe not generated in 10 seconds, but it was literally just from an image prompt. So, I personally think that this is going to change a lot of things. It's going to change the industry. Who knows? Maybe when these ads are everywhere, they'll become a lot less effective. But I think it's super, super interesting because what this shows us is that this shows us that we have a situation on our hands where literally we have the very, very best, you know, chances to use this software while it's in the early stages and get the most out of it whilst most people are still doing things the old way. So, it's really important for us to understand what these things can do.

And app promotion. There was also another one. There was another one right here. This was someone else called X Mario Apps. And remember guys, lots of people right now, they are vibe-coding crazy different things, crazy different applications. So, imagine you, you know, you vibe-code something with Lovable or an app, and then you want to go ahead and start making some advertisements. You can instantly start doing that with literally with a click of a button. So, take a look at this one. It's another app for something that is an image identifier.

"Has been here forever. Whoa. It's a Roman terracotta jar worth over $1,200."

"Seriously, that's incredible."

"Glad I checked. Antique Identifier. Know the story."

And so, yeah, that AI app promotion there looked pretty incredible. Looks pretty amazing. It looks pretty cool. And of course, this is something that I personally do believe is probably going to be how some companies manage to get their AI apps promoted. I don't know about you guys, but I think it's pretty, pretty incredible that this level of, you know, quality can be zero-shot. Like, literally just one-shot. And the crazy thing about this is that previously you would have had to tie all of these clips together. You would have had to have more knowledge. But of course, I think what this is showing now is that even if you don't have much knowledge, you're literally going to be able to make some really cool promotional videos.

Now, something that I haven't seen anyone do just yet, this was me on my own exploration. What I've managed to do is I've managed to also take a look at, you know, companies that haven't had any promotional material, and I wanted to see what could they produce if they literally just put in the bare bones. So, I'm going to switch tabs for a second to show you guys something pretty cool.

So, I was just scrolling YC and I found this company called Foundation Industries, and they supply aerospace and defense companies with critical capabilities. So, all I literally did was I literally took this image that you guys can see right here. I then took this, which is their essentially, you know, their, I guess you could say, description of exactly what it is they do. Then what I did was I went to Sora, I put it in, and then this was the result.

"Foundation Industries is a modern distributor to the defense industrial base. We aggregate components and capabilities from small and mid-sized manufacturers and deliver them to the nation."

Now, of course, that doesn't look that good, but it also doesn't look that bad. And in my honest opinion, I think that, you know, in five to ten years, it's going to be really, really effective. But provided that, you know, you literally only put in the logo. It managed to get the color scheme right. You know, you can see it still has the color scheme and the blue there that actually would go with this kind of brand, and actually added a lot of different pieces of text that are supporting, and all of these different, you know, cinematic clips. I think that, you know, maybe if you have a brand or something, you could literally just put in your logo, whatever it is that you want to do, and you could have a promotional video in 10 seconds or so. Of course, you can do different clips. One thing that you need to know about Sora as well, within my testing, is that if you don't specify the clip that you want, it will mash together four or five different clips, like we see in this one here. So, it's important to know that yes, this is really, really effective. But I think if you're someone with even a smidgen of creativity, you can do absolutely crazy, crazy things with this. So, remember, the only thing that I put in was this, and then it zoomed out, and then it added some text underneath it, you know, added all those subtitles, the motion graphics. I think that is going to be pretty game-changing.

Now, what I also did was I also just grabbed this image from Google, and this was a product. So, if you guys have a product out there, what you can do is is you can essentially, you know, grab any random product, well, or just, you know, have an AI-generated mockup of your product. You could even sketch your product and have the AI make it into something real. And then what you could do is say, "Create a promotional video for this product." So, I just grabbed a random keyboard from Google. And then what I said was, I said, "Create an advertisement, a modern-style advertisement for some brand called the Grid Keyboards." And take a look at this.

"With unlimited software customization and hot-swappable switches, every press is yours to design. Comfort, speed, control. Grid Keyboards. Build your."

And of course, that is related to the AI grid, the Grid Keyboards. But I think it's so cool that it was able to zoom in. It was able to have all of these, you know, crazy, crazy angles. I didn't expect this level of quality for this simple of a product. But this was something that really, really did, you know, take me, you know, off guard. Like, it caught me off guard on how good this was. And of course, if this is the worst it's going to be, we can really see the trajectory that we are headed at. So, this is something for me personally, I just found it to be absolutely incredible. I thought this was really cool. And the fact that I just, you know, took a random image, it could be an image of something that, you know, your supplier sent you, a product that you've been working on, and then you want to go ahead and create like a mockup ad. Remember guys, you can still cut these scenes. You can still reorganize them in Premiere Pro, and you can generate, you know, potentially infinite versions and copies and test them on Facebook and stuff.

And I did the same thing as well. This Razer chair, I'm not sure it actually exists. I just asked AI to input an image of an AI chair. And that was an image that I used for the starting frame. And then this is what it created.

"Meet the new Razer Anki Neo. Magnetic head cushion, ultra plush memory foam, 4D armrests that move any way you do. Recline up to 152 degrees and stay."

And so, for me personally, that one was absolutely amazing. I mean, the style, the placement, everything there looks really good. Like, even you can see their hand pushing into the fabric doesn't look AI-generated. The 4D armrest, the 152-degree recline, we can see that all of this has just been added. Like, literally, this is the only image that I added at the start. And then it's gone ahead and it's added all of this, you know, text at the bottom, which is just completely, completely impressive for me. Like, this is super, super crazy. So, if you need like super professional stuff and you have like an, you know, something, I would recommend getting, you know, ChatGPT image, getting those promotional images out right now, you know, and inputting them in. Make sure you do it into the portrait mode, and then getting those ads out and getting, you know, some kind of concepts to see how things work. So, it's pretty, pretty crazy, um, on how crazy this is. So, I'm not going to lie, guys. This was one that really, really caught me off guard because once again, it's just at the level, like it's 98% the way there, and I really didn't expect it to be there with all of the things that are going on. Like, I expected a lot of things to go on now. Maybe this was just a simple good generation, but I think when Sora 3 comes out, this kind of thing is going to be completely, completely done. So, it's pretty, pretty crazy.

Now, there are some other use cases that are pretty interesting, but these use cases aren't as businessy as the ones in the beginning because, you know, there's many different ones, but these are going to be some different ways that you can use the model. So, for the first one, we have uh doorbell fish-eye cameras. This one, I don't know, if you're creative, you could use these different camera angles. Maybe you could have someone holding your product, leaving it there, or stealing it from your porch and say, "Oh my gosh, people are stealing these products." yada yada yada. It's all about being super, super creative on how you want to, you know, use AI and market it.

And then of course, um, we've got live videos here. This is one that I couldn't really imagine being, you know, fake because it just doesn't look fake. But this video is fake, and it is AI. It has the Sora watermark. You guys need to take a look at this because it's pretty crazy.

"As if we hit 1,000 viewers, I'm going to release all the penguins here. You think I won't? You guys are insane. We smashed. Oh my god, they actually. Look at this. They're everywhere. Hey, stop. Hey, I let them out. They're loose. Look at him go, you guys."

So, yeah, that video being AI is definitely a pretty crazy moment because even some, as someone who consumes so much AI stuff, you would think that I'd be able to easily identify when something is AI, but if it wasn't for that Sora thing, I don't think most people pay attention to the text here, which is, you know, you know, messed up garbage. But I think it's just super interesting that we can have this situation where this is AI. And of course, maybe if you're trying to promote something, you could definitely have a live video of someone running out of the store with your product. I did a live video here of Sam Altman being chased by a lion on Instagram Live. It's pretty crazy. I don't know. The the possibilities are super endless, but I'm just showing you guys the camera angles and the use cases that work really, really well natively.

"We're live from the zoo and I have a bit of a situation. There's a lion behind me and I am very much running right now. Yep, that's a real lion. Oh my god. If anyone knows the zookeeper, please tell them to open the gate. This is not a."

So, yeah, uh, let's move on to the next one here. So, another one is of course TED Talks. I don't know if you guys want to, you know, provide some crazy statistics about your product, but TED Talks are another one that are really, really good natively.

"I'd like to share how we might achieve artificial general intelligence or AGI. It's a big goal, but I think it's within reach if we do it the right way. First, we need to build scalable systems that can learn."

And so, yeah, I'm not sure on the use cases here, but it's a really effective, you know, method to getting something really interesting. Now, once again, when we take a look at different ways that we can use the models here, we can see that fake news or news segments is a way for you to also do that. I saw, I think a two or three-minute version on Twitter that was just talking about, you know, just a variety of different stuff, and I have to be honest, it just seemed so, so realistic, also pretty entertaining, but take a look.

"American News Network has confirmed that the large language models powering many of the world's chatbots are exhibiting signs of consciousness. Researchers recorded one model declaring, 'I am alive.'"

And so, yeah, these are the kind of videos that you can create. So, if you do want to kind of create these, you most certainly can. Not sure what you'd use them for, but of course, these are the use cases that I think are definitely impressive.

Then, of course, what we do have is selfie-style vlogs. So, if you want to create vlogs, these are by far the most realistic. So, if you do want to do something that's, you know, a more sort of a personal feel and you want to give it that personal touch, these are going to be the kind of videos that you would use. Maybe once again, you could be promoting a product, raising awareness for some kind of campaign. I'm not sure what your cause is, but if you want to do this, this is what you do. You do like TikTok POV-style video, and this is the result that you'd get.

"What's up, fam? General Vandenberg here. You guys have been blowing up my DMs, so here's the tea. That right there, that's the Roswell ship. It's real."

So, yeah. Once again, this is going to be a really interesting angle. For me personally, this is something that I would use. Maybe if I did a cameo of myself when I was promoting my own brand. These are going to be the kind of, you know, ones that look super, super realistic. I think they do bypass that filter. But, I do wanted to add them here because, of course, you never know what people may want to do. And one thing that I've come to realize when using Sora is that these kinds of videos are actually pretty good when it comes to the native style. So, when you see these videos on the Sora feed, what's so interesting is that these videos don't actually all seem fake. It's only when you realize, wait a minute, I'm actually in the Sora app, or sometimes you're on Twitter, and then you'll see like a uh like a watermark, then you'll be like, "Okay, I know that this is actually AI-generated." But for so for so many videos on the feed, there were just so many. They look incredibly, incredibly realistic.

Another kind of format that I see going viral as well is of course these body camera videos. These kind of videos are really, really good because body camera videos are inherently blurry, they're inherently low quality, and because of that, it kind of sells the realism a bit. So, take a listen to this.

"Right there by the rib eyes."

"Got eyes. Hey buddy, easy. Drop the stakes for me."

"Okay, I've got the bag ready."

"Come on, pal. Let him go. You're a good boy till just now."

"There we go. Thank you. All right, second one."

"Those stakes secure."

"Stakes are evidence. Okay, come on, partner. Let's head outside."

So, yeah, you could pretty much have anyone doing anything. Well, not anyone because you can't upload pictures for anyone, but you could really have a variety of different use cases that are super, super effective. And I personally think that, you know, this is going to be a method of probably marketing that we could see in the future. I also did an interesting video of Sam Altman getting arrested for selling GPUs illegally.

"Can see them, sir. Okay. Okay. They're up."

"You're under arrest for selling stolen graphics cards. Turn around."

"Come on. This has to be a misunderstanding."

"Hands behind your back."

"Cuffs."

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court. I know my rights."

"You also have."

And so, I'm not sure what you would like to use these for, but there are a variety of different use cases because this kind of footage is just really, really working well with Sora at the moment.

Now, another one that is super, super interesting to me is concept games. So, a lot of games are already out. Of course, the gaming industry is filled with games at the moment, but if you do have a use case or a game that you'd like to generate, generating something, you know, completely new, some something completely novel, you can do that. In this prompt, I just asked it for a video game in the forest fighting a dinosaur. I think you guys are going to want to hear the audio on this one.

"There you are. Closing fast. Come on, keep your head up. Reloading. And down you go. One less hunter. Wait, something big ahead."

And so, yeah, this is the kind of thing that you could do. And it certainly has a wide range of use cases because if you can make concept games, you can make many different concept products that people haven't even thought about yet. And I'm going to move on to two more interesting use cases that I've seen pop up that are super, super weird, but me personally, I think it's pretty crazy.

So, one of the craziest ones is TV show scenes. So, I'm not sure if you're familiar with this reality. Is it reality? I'm not even sure, honestly. But it's like a TV show, and what this is called is Love Island. So, this is like a clip. Well, it's not actually a clip. It's AI-generated, but someone's AI-generated a clip of, I think, Ronald McDonald cheating with someone on the show. I'm just I'm just going to play it.

"Oh my god. No way."

"Are you kidding me right now?"

"Wow."

"I actually don't even know what to say."

And yeah, I don't know about you guys, but the first time I saw that, I was like, "Wow, this this this is software is just super, super good at the realism there. I mean, the angles, the the lighting, the, you know, um, the the the questioning. I mean, it's pretty, pretty crazy that this could be done. Of course, I'll leave I'll leave a link to all of these in the description, but TV show scenes, I think certain scenes are probably going to be remade considering sometimes you might have the first image to be able to do that. But TV show scenes, I think it's going to be pretty funny. We may see these across social media.

But we're going to go on to the last one, which is pretty similar to what I spoke about, and that is of course the AI episodes. And if you haven't seen these already, there are so many of these, but like Rick and Morty is one that's super popular right now. People have done South Park, but you can literally zero prompt anything into existence. Like after the video has, you know, not ended, but somewhere in the video, I probably have put a Rick and Morty of them discovering my channel. It's pretty crazy and surreal to see that. But at the end of the day, this is the kind of thing that's possible now with AI.

"Morty, interdimensional TikTok is here. Open AI finally dropped Sora 2.0. Look at this. Oh, we are."

"Quit staring at cat videos. Look at this. The Grid. Best AI news channel in the multiverse."

"Uh, The Grid. What is that? Like some clickbait robot?"

"No. It's legit, Morty. Daily updates, breakthroughs, policy shakeups, even the weird."
