[Music] recording in progress. I got it.

We moved over here. We were already in Charlotte, but then we moved over this area about four years ago.

Nice.

Yeah. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. How are you two doing? Well? How do you pronounce your name? I just want to make sure we got it right.

No worries. It is Mazzi. Mezzi.

Okay, perfect. I know it's our first time getting to chat. So, uh good good to good to connect with you.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm looking forward to the uh discussion.

Perfect. Yeah. Ryan's here with us today. He's on our Zoom events team. So, he uh sort of helps me out going through the the uh the platform of Zoom Zoom session, Zoom events. Um and usually like this is just like an informative type, you know, session. We just like to meet with our customers, our current webinar customers today, learn a little bit more how how you've been using Zoom webinar um and then introduce you to sort of more of a a leveled off experience of what Zoom sessions and Zoom events can deliver.

Um like I mentioned I think in the email um with Victoria as well, just the you know the Zoom webinar based webinar license if they're not going away. It's just most of our customers once they see sort of the value and and and more features that are part of um sessions and events, it starts to make them think a little bit more what they can do on their end. And a lot of people are starting to migrate over to that platform which still has your webinar capabilities too.

Um so, uh and I know you mentioned there was a couple of things you wanted to talk about. Um I'll uh you know the the purpose of today's call will be specifically for uh Zoom sessions and events. But what I can definitely do is um follow up after this meeting with an email, get you some more resources around um uh Zoom docs and workflows and things like that. And happy to answer anything else you know that might be for you top of mind.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Know sounds good. I can definitely run I can definitely run through docs, Mike, if you needed to.

Oh yeah.

Okay, cool. Yeah, that that'd be help. If we have some extra time at the end, that'd be awesome.

Okay, cool.

Um, perfect. Um, well, if if you can just share with Brian and I again to just sort of like, you know, up to I know you guys have a webinar 1000 license with us today. Just if you can just sort of fill us in a little bit how you've been using it up to this point and um we'll we'll go from there.

Yeah, no problem. So, right now we basically have a webinar lead generation workflow. Um so we basically invite people to webinars um mostly educational webinars. Uh we cater to the staffing and recruiting industry and provide marketing uh and sales related services. So really trying to get a keep a pulse on what's going on with the industry right now. Uh sales are a huge challenge and so putting together webinars related to sales uh sales topics um and sales enablement and basically uh getting people into that top of the funnel and have a survey postevent. Anyone who signs up to that survey to learn a little bit more about our services then our sales team will reach out and connect with them.

And in addition to that, we use webinars to do uh client-only presentations uh specifically about our product lines. Um some of them are to inform our clients of the products that we have. In some cases, well, not in some cases, in most cases, clients come in for one product or one product line. They're just not aware that we offer other services. And so trying to do some cross-selling in that case. Um and then in other webinars, we're really trying to help the clients understand the full capabilities of the products that we have. So more product education. Um our customer support team will use Zoom as well in that capacity. Uh we've been using I've been using a lot and I know the team's been using uh Zoom clips to respond to clients using video just to be able to give them a more rounded response um as opposed to just text. So if something needs to be shared with them visually being able to record a quick video and providing that to them uh via email.

In addition to that, every year uh for the past four years, so today uh not today, this year would be our fifth, we do a what we call our smart ideas summit where we invite a lot of industry experts to come together and share their insights. Uh it's an all day event from 9 to 5:00 p.m. Eastern and we basically break it out into sessions. So we we it's going to use one webinar link um for the convenience of our registrants. Um so they can basically using that same link pop in and out during the day based on the schedule and session they're interested in. We then take that content and just repurpose it um throughout the rest of the year and going into the next year. So, uh, we still use content from our Smart Idea Summit 4, which is, uh, our fourth year running it, um, in our marketing today. So, we're, and it usually happens, um, August, September, um, more most likely September this year. So, we're starting to get geared up or at least preparing ourselves to start planning this year's summit. So very interested in terms of understanding where this might fit in and help make the experience, you know, just taking it to the next level.

I would say those would be the biggest pieces in regards to how we use Zoom and of course between uh internally just internal meetings such like you know as such. Um, and so for the internal stuff, I'm really interested in, you know, the documents. Um, I did like the I forgot what you call it, but the the chat feature where you can have a chat going on even after the meetings ended. So, that's been useful. Yeah. So, that's been useful. Um but now when it comes to the webinars um really looking at very interested in seeing where the workflows can add value um reduce um the tedious work of basically trying to get value out more value out of each webinar and uh and extend the experience for our c for our um for our registrants. Um, yeah. So, I'll I'll say I'll leave that there in case there's any questions or you need me to elaborate on any aspect of it, but I don't think we're doing anything super unique. So, interested to Yeah. to see where where we can uh further add value and take what we're doing to the next level.

Perfect. Sounds good. I mean, great, very helpful there. Um, I could definitely see I think some definitely some benefits, but uh I'll turn over to Ryan. We can we can go and get started, but I think you'd be a great candidate for what, you know, why we meet with our customers to talk about this.

Yeah, for sure. Appreciate all that context. For sure.

Um, to kind of piggyback on what Mike was saying earlier, we love speaking to our webinar customers to see like how we can help. Zoom sessions and Zoom events was built directly off of the feedback of Zoom webinar users to solve for some of the pain points even you described and then some maybe that might just be gravy on top. So, let's first talk about well one question I want to clarify you know improving workflows getting the ROI on the events. Do you use any sort of third party tools, HubSpot, Salesforce, anything like that?

Uh, yeah. So, we use um Active Campaign.

Got it. And so, right now, well, I I was planning to start leveraging Zapier to integrate the two. And especially when it comes to the postevent um survey, getting those leads from Zoom into Active Campaign. Right now, it's been a manual process. um it's not super cumbersome. So, it hasn't felt urgent to automate that. Um but now with so many other things we're trying to um trying to tackle, um it's just a time suck um that we can just invest a little time and just get rid of. It's worth just getting that off off the off the team's plate. So So right now, that's the only thing. If anything, we're gonna incorporate Zapier or at least the plan is to incorporate Zapier, get some integrations um going as well.

You are speaking my language right now. That's exactly where I was going. So um and then last question before I jump into a screen share and walk you through the platform. Are you looking for at Zoom to be like the other than it sounds like active campaign will do the survey or maybe Zoom do the survey but registration, emails, content delivery, you want all of that on Zoom right now?

We have so much in well let me let me take a step back in terms of content delivery uh of the webinar right like you use Zoom to serve it up right?

Yeah. Yeah. So we use Zoom to serve up the webinar um and and of course send out the webinar related emails um invitation emails um all anything related to registrations. Um we do want to as much as possible centralize as much as possible so that we can um have a better um workflow when it comes to measuring and tracking activity. Think about this.

All right. Cool. So Zoom sessions, right? We we took Zoom webinar and again just to kind of sum it up quickly, a lot of our customers wanted better branding, more production, better engagement, more collaboration. So that first pillar is branding. You can now take Zoom webinar or Zoom meetings for that matter and wrap it up in a custom branded landing page for each one of your events. Right? So now it's not just like that basic basic is really the only word to describe it. Basic landing page with a form fill. Now you can fully brand this event. You mentioned wanting to crossromote uh cross-ell do stuff like that. If you wanted to leverage like a recurring series model, so maybe your webinars are all part of like your overall initiative. This is like our customer support series. One landing page, one registration. Here are all of the sessions that are relative to that specific series. So if you have a series that's going over the course of a whole year or 6 months, if you want to do like a 101, then a 102, then a 2011, then a 202, you can kind of manage all of that on just one consolidated landing page. Or you can leverage something called the hub. The hub is a centralized single source of truth for you to host again your branding. Single page lists all of your upcoming events in one place. It lists your past events with the recordings and you can make ondemand channels and playlists similar to Vimeo and YouTube. So all this is housed directly on Zoom. We give you all the analytics as to who's engaging with your content and again allows you to more or less create a business TV channel for your content. So that's like the first level of branding and um kind of promotion that we can help uh give you access to. So that's the first pillar. So want to kind of pause here for a second. Um do you think this would help? Is this not so important to you? Now is that that's part of Zoom sessions, correct?

Yeah, Zoom sessions and Zoom everything that I'm going to describe now is part of Zoom sessions and Zoom events. Now when it came to because we do have um so our educational series we call them lunch with Haley and they we do have multiple um multiple events all underneath that that umbrella. Um now when it comes to the multiple sessions um do they have to be for instance in a very structured um recurrence? So for instance like no totally random. You can make it any any sort of cadence that you'd like.

Okay. Okay. Now, when it comes to do you have metrics in do you cover metrics in regards to um traffic to the page, clicks, that kind of stuff or is it not?

Yes.

Okay. Okay. So, now so what metrics um would this for instance um capture for us?

The registration.

Okay. Okay. So, like we provide like the website builder but we don't have like all the website analytics quite yet. um it we will get there eventually. So this this will be a full-blown like full-blown marketing platform in the future.

So just to kind of skip ahead, right, we talked about the branded landing pages, the registration, all of the emails that come through the platform, right, with Zoom webinar, those emails are, you know, very basic. Again, you can't customize them, you can't brand them, you can't change them. Uh once this thing logs me in all the emails through this platform, the sessions platform, not only can you click into all the emails and fully brand it, you can customize it. You want to delete something, do you want to drag in a button that links back to your website or a link to a registration page to the other event, you can fully take control over these emails. So right now all of our emails are tied to those transactional events, confirmations, reminders, thank you for attending, sorry we missed you, recordings are available on all the special role emails as we continue to build out this platform. It'll be a custom email builder. So again, this is very much in the future, but building out drip campaigns, building out sequences, um, all of that will be part of the Zoom events platform when we're done building it.

Now, do you know if this can be placed on a subdomain?

Um, you can uh apply for a branded URL. So, like instead of it being events.zoom us, you can make it um like as long as you can prove you own the website, you can make it a a um a branded domain, it's still going to be a Zoom hosted page.

Yes. Yes. Yeah. But you can definitely brand the URLs.

Okay. Yeah. Cuz some Yeah. Yeah, cuz one thing that we we're trying to do now um is not not now, but we've always been very um focused on is just when it comes to our own marketing and branding and um is making sure that we are as high when it comes to search engine optimization uh and especially search result pages as possible. And so, um any traffic that is garnered through our content, we just want it being associated with our URL, with our with our properties.

Got it. So, I mean, again, it's it's our SEO. It really has nothing to do with yours. Um, but if you want to brand the domain, you can, but again, it doesn't bring traffic to your domain.

Ex. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. No, that's what I was Yeah. Unless in terms of like you were saying, we put in uh uh buttons that point to our website, to our content and such.

Yeah. If you're doing like like follow links and um all that kind of stuff. And I'm assuming and I'm assuming this is so far what I'm seeing is it's really um the webinars, the recordings and such. Now what we're doing and looking to do more of is take the content or take the transcripts from the webinars, turn that into ebooks, turn that into blog post, turn that into whatever. Um, when it comes to the downloadable content, like for instance a um a checklist that comes out of a webinar, would that be able to get hosted on this hub or would we still be hosting it on our own properties?

So couple things you can do with content, right? So you have the landing page. When somebody registers and it's the day of the event, they can join the event. Think about it like a real life event. They walk into the lobby. The lobby can house up to 50 pieces of collateral for download before they join the webinar. So that's what they can grab proactively. Now let's talk about in webinar. You can now launch call to action popups in the webinar. Click here to download. Click here to register for the next webinar. Click here to buy now. Click to learn more. Click to book a meeting. You can now preload assets in this library more or less and now you can launch them at the moment of intent to capitalize and strike while the iron is hot pretty much.

Okay. Yeah, that's one I would say that's one annoying thing when it comes to our webinars is that we let people know that I mean we always basically provide the slides uh make them available on our landing page um ahead of the webinar and people at the beginning of the webinar midway through they keep asking will we get the slides? where we get the slides and it's like

Yep. So you just have them pre-loaded and grab just say grab it if you need it. Really easy.

Okay. We give you the metrics on who who downloads all that stuff.

Yes. Yeah. No, that would be that would be really cool. Um okay. No problem. Um yeah. So in terms of managing the webinar um again we have Zoom sessions and then Zoom events. With Zoom sessions you're running that single session webinar, right? this backstage would be helpful for you that for that all day thing. I will uh introduce Zoom events that I think is a better fit for that all day event, but for some reason say you didn't want to do it and you want to just use the the regular Zoom sessions. We have this backstage tool. So you're familiar with that practice session before a webinar.

Yes, we've elevated that to the backstage. So now you instead of going to a instance A get prepped, then click start webinar, you get thrown into instance B, you just actually get thrown into the the main instance here, but the screen goes into a split screen. So now it's like a main stage and a backstage, right? The main stage is what what everyone can see and hear. That's on Broadway. Everyone can see her see the play. These folks are behind the curtains. No audience member or you know person on stage can see these three people. These three people however can see and hear each other, see the webinar, control the volume themselves of how they want to hear the webinar, but they can still manage the chat, polls, quizzes, and Q&A from behind the scenes. So, if you want to move speakers in and out of the broadcast to really create that smooth discussion and not worry about hot mics anymore, just a very easy speaker management tool.

Okay. Um, breakout rooms, right? You mentioned you have a bunch of different products. Say at the end you're like, "Hey, we've gone over five or six different products here. You have the option to open up five or six breakout rooms within that webinar that are meeting style." So if you wanted to have sales reps in those breakout rooms waiting to talk to folks, you now again can strike while the iron is hot and get that conversation going. And then if you were kind of and I can pull up a video of this if you'd like to see it in action, but a lot of folks have Zoom fatigue. They're used and comfortable to seeing what Zoom looks like. We've built a studio environment within the webinar instance to allow you to customize and control the broadcast and layout. So we'll provide 60 different layouts and designs for you to build that webinar. just add a little bit of polish and production to your webinars.

And I'm assuming there's the ability that if there is a layout you like, you can save it as a template.

Yeah. Everything can be Yeah. Uh the branding of the landing pages, the branding of the emails, the the templates for the production studio, everything can be saved in templates or blocks.

Okay. Okay. Now, the last thing I'd like to introduce to you is that Zoom events product, right? So, we you're familiar with Zoom meeting, you're familiar with Zoom webinar. We just over went over Zoom sessions, right? That's all about we're having this webinar on August 22nd at 11 a.m., right? The single link, but for the experiences where you're having something over the course of a few days or an entire day, you want to maybe uplevel the branding and make it easier for the attendees. So, we have Zoom events. What Zoom events is in this example, I'm having this digital art show from February 15th to February 19th. One landing page, one registration. Here are all of the sessions that are happening within this 4-day event. I can register. I join the event. Again, walk into the lobby. It's a little bit uplevelled from here. This lobby has overall networking here on the right. So, this is uh chat and networking that is relevant for the entire event. Not so relevant to the specific session, but content and connection outside of the individual session. So really great for you as the host to pin announcements, for folks to network, to respond in thread or react with emojis, stuff like that. But the idea here is again one single link to the event, but this one link more or less considered a big virtual bubble. Within that bubble, you can have as many Zoom meetings or Zoom webinars happening either at the same time or in a program sequence. So, if you want to split up the sessions into individual sessions, this gives you the opportunity to more or less build that virtual stadium. Sorry, I didn't mean to unshare there. Build that virtual stadium. Um, so folks can go in and out of sessions that they'd like. But maybe more importantly, you mentioned you have a bunch of different products or maybe you have partners or affiliates. I renamed this members. You can name it sponsor hall or product tour or whatever. It's like a digital expo hall where folks can walk around. Oh, I'm interested in this. You know, I'm interested in the Zoom events booth. Let me join that booth. This booth can have images, videos, download content, their own set of Zoom meetings, and a dedicated chat channel. All of these things than the Zoom events product can happen concurrently. So again, you can definitely do what you described with the single Zoom sessions kind of business as usual. If you are looking to uplevel, Zoom events can certainly solve what you just described.

Okay. So, so it looks like they they they solve two different use cases and we're basically um fall in both buckets and now are they separate products or does is zoom sessions can bundled underneath Zoom events for instance we went with Zoom events right yeah so zoom se that's zoom events is the platform name and there are two products in the platform zoom sessions and zoom events if you just buy zoom sessions it's just that single session experience offering. If you buy the Zoom events license, it includes both. You can do the multiseession event, that stadium feel whenever you'd like, then also do the single session feel whenever you'd like. It's like a master key that you can choose when you want to use what.

Okay. Okay. And then um out of the box integration with Zapier. So if you wanted to connect anything to anything within the Zapier marketplace, you have that option.

Now what's the when it comes to these zoom events and you have multiple sessions uh what kind of a reporting can you get out of there? I'm assuming you can get individual session reporting and then do is there aggregate reporting as well?

Absolutely. Yeah. So you can get each individual session right is an individual Zoom meeting or Zoom webinar. So you can still run reports for all that. We will give you um get to one here. We will give you aggregate reporting as well. So like overall event success and all that kind of stuff, right? So if they click into this multi-session event, it'll give me all the analytics here. So again, summary reports, the registration reports, here's individual sessions that you can click into once it loads. Um, again, everything is tracked within the event, right? So here are the individual sessions they can click into. Again, I don't I didn't have anyone join my event, but here's all the things if something happened, for example, for the uh survey, right? There'll be a download button right here to download the specific survey report for this event. But it sounds like you do a bunch of stuff in the platform or on Zoom webinar, Zoom meetings, right? Today when you run the report, you got to run the registration report for this webinar, then the attendance report for this webinar, then the Q&A report for this webinar. It's all crazy. You can we now provide account level analytics. So now if you wanted to at a quick glance, right? And again, this is going into what I was saying earlier. We're driving this platform to be the one-stop shop for your marketing event initiative initiatives. It's an overall attendee engagement and product engagement dashboard. So now you can say, "Oh, here's this person. Here is all of their engagement across all of my events, right? How many events this person attended, what their engagement score was for all of my events." And again, if you wanted to go in like event by event, you can go event by event and do that. Same thing with your on

Demand videos. You can track the analytics for on-demand views. Um, so we want, we were building this to be the one-stop shop for anything to do with your video content on Zoom. Think of it like Zoom webinar plus your own personal YouTube.

Yeah. Yeah. No, I mean it's it's very it's very powerful. Um, right now what we what we like to do, I mean we would of course still want to pull as much content out as possible, not content, excuse me, um, data as possible, um, into our CRM, just so that we can tie those um event-related engagements with our sales activities, um, and have that help us, you know, apply um scoring to the contact within our CRM. So, so the integration um piece is is really important to us.

Um, I would say probably the bigger challenge that we would have with Zoom events in terms of the recordings, uh, would be the distribution. Um, given that and and we haven't put focus on it. This is something that we're looking to to um to put an asset on this and and really beef it up um in in the in the near future is more building up our YouTube channel just because of that native distribution the platform has. And so that would be um so it most likely be just a um an addition. This would probably be like more of a an internal hub.

Um, yeah, we don't want to we're not trying to replace YouTube, right? YouTube's got the that that discovery factor that Zoom will never have. What what our hub provides though is like a a closed house for your content, right? Because on YouTube, your competitor stuff is right next to you, right? So, they may their their content journey may start with you, but it certainly most likely won't end with you. Your your your competitors are advertising against your videos; they're sitting in there as related videos. Um, what Zoom that hub provides is again closed source, like it's not there it's not connected to any other videos. So again, if you the hub is great, the Zoom events hub is great for you to send your existing client base so they can stay focused on your content because YouTube is helpful for discovery of new like new folks finding you. That'd be the difference between the two. So by no means do we want to replace YouTube. We want to be your community's dedicated area for content.

Yes. Yes. Yes. And and that's that's pretty much what our we have we our current hub is at lunchwithhaley.com, and so that's where we put our recordings that can be publicly accessible in one central location, um, that is really just an aggregate of our own stuff outside of being sitting right next to a competitor's video.

So no, so I totally understand that concept. Um, how do you how do you do you like download the videos and just uh like frame them into your website or do you use some sort of embedding tool?

Uh, you can um if you were to go to lunchwithhaley.com, you can check it out and um basically it's just a it's a WordPress um site on a subdomain. And we basically have a widget that allows us to um leverage the YouTube URL and basically just um I frame it into the website.

So cool. Yeah. Yeah. So we're so not we're not housing or excuse me, we're not hosting the videos. Um, it's pretty much just playing the YouTube video on the page.

Very cool. Welcome everyone to today's, right now. Um, so yeah, um I I wouldn't say no need to rock the boat. Just wanted to mention like Zoom can now provide like the hosting and embed the videos on your website if you wanted to. But yeah, no no real difference. It seems like you have a well-oiled machine with the YouTube embed. So no need to stop it there.

The last thing I'd like to address is you mentioned you do a bunch of content and you use it over the course of the year. We are um at the final stages of development where we Zoom itself will have a content repurposing tool. So the content that lives in Zoom, you'll be able to click a button, create an ebook, click a button, create a blog post, click a button, create a highlight reel. Um, so that's in development right now, will be included with Zoom sessions and Zoom events licenses. Obviously, you'll need to double-check things, but um, as with any AI, but it's going to save you a ton of time.

Yeah. Yeah. And if you can just make sure I'm on the, uh, list to get notified of that, I'd be very interested to see see those features.

Um, the other question I had when it came to the um and it was Zoom sessions, the almost like the series or the hub, um, yeah, page was it um was it this one or this uh this one?

Uh, it was a the Yeah, this that one. The one you just you just came from.

Oh, okay. The this one. Yes. Yeah. So, so the question the question I had um for this is as I was saying earlier, um, there's some content that we produce, educational, trying to provide value to the industry, right? Now, again, the challenge is sales, so we're really focused on sales-related content, but also we have internal um sessions that we record specifically for clients, and those are client-only because we go in-depth into every feature of our products, um, we don't necessarily have those for public consumption. Is there a way to gate those videos or even have them hidden unless you are a or unless you have a special registration or your registration is tagged in a specific way.

Um, so we have yeah, two way two ways to solve courts. So that like hub that blue page we have like a free version that comes with the sessions license and then a like a premium add-on version of it. With the free version, it's either like a public page or a or a hidden page completely. So like if you got the free version, it would have to be public and then you can just put like a registration form in front of all the videos. With the premium version, you can authenticate and gate anything you want. So like authenticate in order to see this. It's hidden from a certain subset of emails. You need to be authenticated with a certain domain. Um, I don't know if you use SSO, but yeah, you can authenticate and gate videos based on persona with the premium version of it.

Okay. Okay. Um, it's pretty much going to be like a learning management system light.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that's pretty much what what what we're thinking of. Um, because the on-demand like right today with on-demand, right, it's just like the video. You play the video and like maybe you get the like with YouTube, you don't get any analytics. You don't even know if somebody watches it. You got to hope they are interested enough to hit you up. With our on-demand, we'll give you reporting of who watched what, how long they watched it for. But with the premium version, we want to extend the engagement of the on-demand content. Right? So instead of just a page with a video on it, you can have 24/7 Q&A, scheduled polls and quizzes, likes and comments, and download material available on the on-demand player for on that premium version. So, we want to extend the opportunity for you to connect and engage with your audience members.

Yeah. Yeah. Also, I I do like like the evergreen webinar. Yeah. I I do like that a lot.

Um, Oh, just based on what you said, we a feature that's included with sessions and events that maybe you'll find valuable. It's something called Simulive, which right you do like live webinars, right? So with Simulive, Zoom recording or an external MP4 and then just schedule it to go out as if it were live at a specific date and time. So again, like if you want to schedule a webinar to go off on like July 2nd at 4 p.m., but you'd rather be on the beach or at the pool, like we will just launch that piece of content. Zoom doesn't let anyone know it's a recording. So it's just up to how you recorded it. So, if you want to like consistently pump out content without the the the bandwidth issue of running that content all the time, you can repurpose content on an automated schedule.

Yeah. Know, I like that idea because I would like to have some of our more popular webinars um be able to just get um more and more eyeballs. And um now with Simulive, if I understand correctly and we haven't done it internally, um, but if I understand correctly, the webinar can be replayed and you as the admin can still go in there and respond to anyone who is live at that time chatting, asking questions.

So yeah, exactly. So the sim like the simul simulive the simulated part is the content, the live part's the engagement bar on the bottom. So, if you wanted to log in, you can still manage the chat live, launch polls and quizzes live, do the Q&A live. You also now have the say the piece of content was 30 minutes on the dot. Uh, there's a setting when you set it up to transition to live afterwards. So, 30 minutes the content's done. 30 minutes and 1 second. The webinar will automatically transition to a live webinar if you wanted to field the Q&A with live audio and live video or open up a breakout room to open discussions. Again, it just puts you guys like the the content creators in the driver seat to control how you want to drive that engagement.

Yeah. Yeah. No, and and I actually and I appreciate just want to say thank you for for bringing that up because that was something that I had been um toying with and playing with and then, you know, life and other things and other higher priorities got in the way and honestly, it's been off my radar. Now you just brought it back to my attention.

Um, so actually I am uh we have a team meeting today, but it's only a quick one. So I'll pro I'll bring that up to my team on Wednesday. I'll add that to the agenda. Um, because that was something I felt strongly about. Um, we have this content. We run it once live and we really need to syndicate it, just have it going out there on a regular basis. Honestly, um our most popular content. It's like we repurpose it into ebooks and checklists and stuff like that. But for those who missed it and there are many people who say, "Hey, you know what? I missed this. I mean, is there going to be a recording?" I think they would appreciate that. And and quite honestly, um, if we can resend out registration invitation emails to people who weren't who didn't open it the first time and you know what, maybe the day didn't work for them. We do our webinars on Thursdays. A Tuesday works for them. Tuesdays is our Simulive days and they only that's how folks use that recurring series, right? That like they'll they'll call it out, right? They don't maybe they don't try to hide the fact that it's a recording, but on that series they do Monday like the live session, the replays are happening on Wednesdays and Thursdays, you can join here are three options for you to pick, come to it and again you get all the metrics as who joined, how long they stayed for, when they left, all the things you need to to kind of measure that ROI.

No, exactly. And I think it would be um I've been wanting to toy with seeing how we could experiment with webinars over the course of a weekend and this would be a great way to do that. Hey, you know what? Replays on Saturday and if we're getting a whole bunch of people jumping on webinars on Saturdays, that might be an indication that that's actually when we should be hosting our webinars. So, right now we're in a a lot of testing and and playing and um and looking for ideas and that honestly um reminded me that was actually a big piece that I was working on and then other priorities threw it off my my radar. So that so thank you for reminding me of that.

Um, the other question I had, I just one more question. If we when you move from Zoom webinars to Zoom sessions, um, what happens to your backlog, your catalog, that the the the back reporting, your your settings, all that stuff.

So here's the cool part. So I have a Zoom events license technically, right? So I can still use the regular webinar tool. Okay. But so everything exists. I now have the option to use Simulive. I have the option, we didn't go over. Yeah, we did. I have the option to use backstage. I can use the production studio. I can use those resource popups. I can do webinar breakout rooms. So what these sessions and events license allows you to do is if you'd like to continue using the webinar tool. The only thing you don't don't get to take advantage of is the branded landing page and the branded emails and the hub function. But a lot of folks want the branded landing page and the branded emails and they have stuff scheduled already. As long as the license is assigned to you and you're the owner of the license, you can go into the events portal here and transfer your webinars in the regular area into the events portal.

Okay. So no no loss of service, no interruption of anything. You can keep things as they always were in the web portal or kind of vacuum them into the events portal if you wanted to.

Now what are the um registration uh the limitations when it comes to live attendees, number of registrants you can have, that kind of stuff?

Same same uh and we can just get into pricing, it's a nice transition, so it's it's metered the same way, so how many attendees typically come to your live events, like under 100, under 500, under a thousand?

Uh, so for our typical webinars, so for instance, our lunch with Haley series, the last one we had just a little over 400. I I don't think we reached 450. And then for our um uh smart idea summits, our summits which to this year will be our fifth. Um, our goal is to hit a thousand, and I think this year we hit 1,088. Last year, excuse me, we hit 1,088.

Is that summit just a one one time a year?

One time a year. Yes. Okay. So what my recommend? So you could buy the Zoom events 1,000 license and then you can do as many of those multi-session summits and single-session events as you want. What my re It sounds like again, since this is the one-time event, it seems like Zoom sessions 500 makes the most sense for your regularly scheduled things, but then the Zoom events, the the summit, we have a pay-per-attendee option, more so like a one-time use license where you can buy like attendee credits and then you have 12 months to use those credits. So my prescription would be both of these. So, the Zoom events for a one-time use of a thousand people and then unlimited use of Zoom sessions for 500 people per session.

Yeah, I think we hit we we want now what there was one time where we did go over 500. Obviously, as we're moving forward, we want to continue to increase the number of registrants. If I if we went with the 500 attendees and we went over the 500, how does that overage how is that handled?

It it's a hard cap, so 501 can't join, so you would you would need to upgrade your subscription to be a thousand proactively, um, so again if you're at and then for the event is it could you get a 101 or is a thousand like a safe? I would say with with our since we were able to breach uh a thousand last year, our goal will probably be like 1,250 or something like that, so I mean if if I wanted to be like super salesy, right, I would say oh just go ahead and buy the zoom Zoom events 3,000 subscription. But again, for what you're doing, it wouldn't make sense. I would based on you wanting to get more than 500 people for your regular webinars, I'd go with the Zoom sessions 10,000 and then stick with the pay-per-attendee of Zoom events. The advantage of the pay-per-attendee option is that there is no hard cap.

Yeah. So, we can quote you for 1,200 credits or you can buy a thousand and then Zoom will just bill you $2.50 per person over the 1,000.

No, that makes sense. That makes sense. Um, and you had said that, yeah, if you have Zoom events, then you also have Zoom sessions, but not but not with the pay.

No, not with that. Yes. Like a single use of what you're buying. With the subscription, you get like for example, if you got the Zoom events subscription, you would get like everything downstream. With Zoom sessions, you get everything downstream. With the pay-for-attendee, you're just buying this.

Yes. Yes. Now, if you were to go to the um not not the pay-per-attendee, but the um but the annual and we put that to like let's say a thousand, um, that 90 94.90 that covers everything downstream.

Correct. Yeah. Correct. But it's a hard cap at 1,000 for the events. But now does that cap apply as well to Zoom sessions?

So it would be a thousand per per session. Yes. Yeah. Exactly. Okay. Okay. But again, this would make sense, but you're saying you're gonna get 1,200 people. So you'd still have to buy the pay-per-attendee of 1,200 people or upgrade to 3,000, which again jumps the price up crazy, which again would be happy to sell to you.

Yeah. Yeah. No, of of course. Um Yeah. Know, I'm just trying to trying to think of the the best of both worlds, um candidly almost against my best interest like your the two choices would be either buy the Zoom events 3,000 subscription and ask us for a discount or get the Zoom sessions 1,000 subscription and then buy 1,200 pay-for-attendee credits. Those would be the two appropriate options in my opinion.

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, my to be candid, I think that most likely what's going to happen, um, is and and again the the staffing and recruiting industry right now, um, as you can as you you know with unemployment as as it is and and how the workforce um uh workforce um economics are working right now. It's challenging for staffing and recruiting industries; their challenges basically transferred to us because marketing usually is the first budget item that gets cold when it comes to um to budgets. So, we're facing challenges, not detrimental challenges, but um we've been through these before. So I practically would see the higher-ups be more interested in Zoom sessions for now and essentially for this summit continue with the way we've been doing it leveraging Zoom sessions. Um, and then we have every confidence next year and all and all the experts uh expect next year or quite quite honestly like Q4 to things to start turning around um for this to be more of a next year investment if it comes to Zoom events even if it's per attendee um pay-per-attendee, but given the features and I'm going to be relaying this to to our to our um coco directly, um actually both of uh Vicki and and and David, um that for this year might be worth doing a per attendee for Zoom events for the one time and Zoom sessions throughout the year. Um, but the biggest again the biggest the different the the the um the thing in question would be the Zoom events. um they might just want to stick with Zoom sessions for now and then and then leverage um Simulive um if I can convince them of that um and put that into our arsenal. Um, but yeah, no, I'm but I'm I'm liking I'm liking the the updates. I'm liking what we're seeing. I put together this uh presentation if you wanted to share with the coco. It's just a visual representation of Zoom webinar what you have today visually compared to what you get with Zoom sessions. It'll show like the practice session versus the backstage. No Simulive or Simulive branding versus no branding. It'll show you everything that's there.

Yeah. And right now we are uh and we've always been, but we really want to continue to be more bullish on branding and that name recognition. Um, and especially with AI, you're just going to get those fly-by-night um, marketing agencies trying to come in and and get some little bit of market share. And branding is one of the best modes that we have. So, we want to invest in that. I mean, I'm that person. I have a side business where I just someone asked me for branding help. I make logos and stuff like that. They don't know. I just plug it into AI and make 100 bucks a month, 200 bucks a month. So, it's uh, easy to do.

Yeah. Yeah. And and and that's and that's and they're not good. They're not good logos, but people like them.

Yeah. Yeah. No, and and and that's the thing. It's like at the end of the day, it's like I just want something out there and if the price is right, I'm going to just go with what I can get at a good price and with the plan of improving upon it down the road if I prove that my business is successful. So, so no, I'm I'm all for that. Um for us, it's just, you know, being a larger player in our pool. Um, we just got to build these modes. Um, because it's easy to right now the barriers make it easy for anyone to jump in and a lot of clients don't understand the difference. They just see apples and apples and there's apples and oranges. There's a lot that we provide that the other person won't and then especially if something goes wrong that other person's not set up to support you properly. Um, so we just need so so branding um is a big mode for us.

Yeah, I'm sure this is an obvious thing to say, but just to say it like folk like there's so much content out there, folks want to engage with things that look better. So again, even as something as silly as a registration page, right? Might as well make it look good. But then the advantage of here is like if like with a Zoom webinar registration page, once they're on that page, nothing to do with your website. With our landing like the sessions landing page, you can create buttons and links to get them back to your website if you needed them to or embed a video or embed a link, whatever you can. So again, it's all about helping you stay connected with your community members.

No, exactly. And and honestly, not even just our community members, but new members. We want them if if the webinar is your first experience with Haley Marketing, we I we definitely want you to see that webinar page, see that have that experience and then when you come to our website everything looks familiar and there's a throughput in regards to appearance, look and feel, everything. So, we want all of that to be cohesive and so yeah. So, so yeah. So, branding's important to us. Um, the pricing doesn't strike me as outlandish. Um, the I'll begin the 3,000 going jumping up to 24,000 a year. That's that definitely is a lot higher than than what we would be uh looking to to do. But um the 1,000 price just uh let us know a number. We can go to the team to see if it makes sense. Um, but don't let price like hinder you from getting the thing you need to. Again, Zoom wants your business, right? That's just the price listed online. So, yeah.

Yeah. And I and I appreciate that. So, yes. So, I'll I'll connect with with leadership on this. Um, I know that my co my co-CEO um he is going to be traveling the next two weeks. He should be in our team meeting this Wednesday where where I'm going to bring up the conversation. Um, but I'm gonna I'm gonna send them a summary email. So, what you can send me would be helpful. Um, I'll be sending them a summary email, my recommendations, um, this week. And so I would hope that by the end of this month we should have um if not absolute verified clear um confirmed um looking to sign the bottom line at the very least some very strong indication as to what we're interested in doing. Um, and just in terms of roles in the evaluation like my job is to make sure the puzzle pieces fit. So again, if your co-CEO comes up with like, hey, can we do this? Or like, hey, that doesn't make sense. My job is to help make sure your business objectives can get solved with the product. So keep me involved like as much as you want to. Um, obviously we want to make the sale, but again, we want if you do move forward, we want you to be 100% confident in that decision. So again, if things pop up, let me know.

How I can help. Yeah. Yeah. No, I appreciate that.

Now, would I, and I'll probably just reach out to you and Mike, and uh, for any additional questions and such. So, cool. Um, and uh, and I'll look out for that deck, and that that'd be great. And I'll send it all via email. We'll send um, again, Zoom's got the AI running in the background. So, we'll send over the the AI summary notes. We'll send over the presentation that I sent, and then yeah, if you need us, we can book another call. Awesome. Awesome. I appreciate you both for taking the time. Yeah. Yeah, thanks for being with us today. Yeah, I'll send this email off shortly, and then uh, Yeah.

Would you want to circle back after Memorial Day then if I don't hear from you first, like right Friday, like the the Wednesday, the like the last Wednesday of the month? Yeah. Yeah. Just reach out to me. Yeah. Just reach out to me. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, wherever we stand, um, just reach out. We can connect. Um, and uh, in the meantime, Yeah. If questions pop to mind, um, it's like right now I'm I'm talking to you and at the same time I'm still fixated on Simulive, um, because I'm we I will be connecting with him later later today and again Wednesday. So I'm I'm in my mind I'm thinking of all the all the things that I want to propose. Um, so yeah, so we so we can definitely yeah, so definitely connect with me. Um, but again, in the meantime, um, I'm very interested in this. Um, it has been on my radar, just other things have have buried it. So I want to move fast with it before other things get me buried. So, any questions come to mind, I'm going to be reaching out to you guys. Um, and uh, yeah. Yeah, I I appreciate you both. I I definitely want to um, I'm the primary contact and um, and person who manages our webinars. So, the more we can and I believe in this as a as a as a lead generation channel. So, I really want to see this grow and be a really strong profit center. So, um, yeah, I definitely want to beef this up and make it, um, strumming as as as, uh, as loud as possible.

Awesome. Sounds great. Well, we're here for you. Let us know anything else we can help you out with and, um, yeah, we'll be we'll be back in touch. Sounds good. Thanks, Mike. Have a great week. Thanks, Ryan. Nice meeting you. Good to meet you. See you. See you guys. See you.
