This is Matthew Gallagher. He took a small online business from zero to over $400 million in sales in under a year. And it's crazy because he started it out of his living room without any employees because he did pretty much everything with AI. AI built his website. AI found him a product to sell. AI handled his customer service and even built his marketing campaigns for him.
Fast forward to today, Matthew has built what the media is calling the first $1.8 billion solo business. And it took him less than two years to do it. So today, I want to break down the exact business model he used and show you how you can recreate it even with zero previous experience. And by the end of this video, you're going to have a full blueprint to launch a similar business from scratch with Claude AI in the next 30 days. Let's get into it.
I wanted to try this out for myself. So I launched this little side business as an experiment. And on the second day of launch, we did over $400 in sales with over a hundred of that being profit.
So what did he build? The business that Matthew built was an AI based e-commerce website. In fact, it's actually the fastest growing one of all time. So, this is the website right here. It's called Medv, and he was specializing on GLP1, which is like weight loss drugs, and a bunch of other health and wellness-based products to help people get in better shape. If you really take a close look at this website, almost every single person that you see in these pictures was generated with AI. Not only that, but Matthew orchestrated a marketing campaign with tens of thousands of AI generated ads of people that weren't even real. And say whatever you want about this, but this made this man a billionaire in record time.
Now, obviously, we're not going for the billions of dollars, but we can use this same exact blueprint to build a simple oneperson business that's making a couple hundred a day. And there's three steps to making this process come to life. First, we need to find a product. Second, we need to build a store. And third, we need to launch some ads. And today, I'm going to show you how to do all of this with AI. So, let's find a product.
The tool that we're going to be using to do this is called Claude Co-work. Now, I'm sure you guys are familiar with Claude because you clicked on this video, but most people are only using it inside of the browser. Where this platform really comes to life is when you download the desktop app and start to use this co-work and these coding features inside of here. They are absolutely ridiculous. But to do this properly, we need a great prompt. Now, there's a creator on YouTube called Mark Builds Brands. And I think at this point, he makes some of the best AI prompts for e-commerce stores. And we're actually going to use one of his prompts today to do some market research for us. In the description of this video, I'm going to put the links to all the prompts that I'm using so you guys can follow along.
So, essentially what this prompt is going to do is it's going to scan the entire market and look for untapped opportunities for us to capitalize on. It's going to look for different things like is the product in a passionate market? Does it have good profit margins? Will it fit in a shoe box? Does it have hot demand? Is it a timeless product? and it's literally going to scan tens of thousands of data points to find us something great to sell. Look, I'm a fan of doing manual product research, but this is the best place to get started because it's going to do the deep research that would normally take you weeks in just a couple of minutes.
So, the first thing you guys want to do is go in here and copy this entire prompt. Once you've got the prompt copied, you want to go directly into Claude in the desktop app. Click on the co-work section and go over to create a new project. What we're going to do is we're going to start from scratch. I'm going to call it the product finder. I already did this, so we're going to do product finder v3. And then you want to paste all the instructions directly inside of there. Once you have created this project, essentially what's going to happen is that Claude is now trained to do exactly what you told it to do. So now all we have to do to generate a result is simply copy this brief right here on the bottom and fill out the information. So it's asking us is there any markets that we want to go into. If you don't have any idea, just leave this blank. It's asking us if there's any exclusions. Same thing here. We can leave this blank. In fact, what we can do is we can just go ahead and plug this in right away. And then it's going to ask us to answer those questions. So let's go ahead and let it load.
So now, instead of us answering the questions manually, you'll see it'll start to ask us here. So, do you want me to explore freely? I'm going to say, "Let me explore." Says, "Which are you strongest at?" A lot of you guys are new, so just go ahead and click newish. What's your time horizon? I recommend you guys set yourself up for success to build a long-term brand. And then anything to exclude, I would say exclude trending Tik Tok gadgets. I would say other than that, leave it as is. We want to give it a broad net to cast so it can do super deep research. So once you fill out this little brief, Claude is going to get to work doing deep research trying to find you a product to sell. Not only is it going to find you one, but it's going to find you a couple, and it's going to rank them all against each other to see which one is the best. Now, it's doing some pretty deep research, so it's going to take a while. So, I'll come back when it's finished.
All right. So, after 15 minutes, it came back with this result. It gave us three different markets that are validated and proven to sell. sleep optimization, pet wellness, women's hormonal wellness, and then it did deeper research on them to see which one is the best. So, the first one is sleep optimization, which is funny because the brand that I built and sold was in this industry. I created a sleep mask with built-in headphones, and we did millions of dollars in sales with this product and eventually sold it a couple years back. This is a great industry, but from everything that I know, I might want to go into a different space. It's just very very saturated and super hard for a beginner to break through because there's not that many new solutions coming to the market. The next one is the pet wellness space which I actually like a lot more. There's tons of new products coming out. You have supplements. You have different gadgets and tools to help the pets. I really like this one and as you can see there's brands that are absolutely crushing it, raising money, making hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. And then last but not least, we have the hormonal wellness category which is great. But to be honest, I know nothing about this. it would be very hard for me to sell in this space because I I'm not that.
So then it's asking me which one I like the most. I told it that I like number two and then it goes into deep research to find me products within that market that we approve. All right, so here is the finished brief from Claude on exactly what we need to sell. So you can see it analyzed pretty much everything and it came out with a couple different product ideas. We have a compression vest for dogs that are scared of fireworks, thunderstorms. This is cool, but this is not like a lifethreatening issue. It's not really a strong pain point. It's sort of like situational, you know, during Fourth of July or during big thunderstorms. I used to have a dog that had this problem. We bought one of these thunder vests and it literally sat in the drawer 90% of its life. The second is a dog dental care kit. This is actually a very interesting product. I love the idea of it and I'm I'm not opposed to it at all. The only thing is that they want us to do a bundle. So, water additive, dental wipes, tongue scraper. I think it can be good, but maybe it's a little bit complicated. The number one product suggestion here is a senior dog hip support sling. So, like dogs that are getting a bit older, having a hard time using the bathroom or walking up the stairs, it's sort of like a sling that you can put around them to help them dayto-day. I think this product is actually incredible. It's a huge pain point. Anybody that has a senior dog is dealing with this on a day-to-day basis, just begging for a solution.
So, what I like to do once I find a product validated by Claude, I like to dig a little bit deeper and make sure that it's good from my end. So, there's two things that I like to do to validate these products. First, I like to check on Amazon and see if people are actually purchasing them. So, I searched up dog mobility harness. And you can see this listing here is getting 5,000 purchases a month. This one's getting 800 purchases a month. And it's looking like something that people are consistently buying. Normally, I like to see a little bit more, but the fact that there are multiple listings getting a bunch of sales every month for me is a green light. And the last thing I like to do is check to see if anybody is running ads for this product on Facebook. So, this is the Facebook ads library. You can see every ad that's on the platform here. I'll go here and I'll search like dog mobility harness. Maybe that's not the right term, but let's see what pops up. Okay, so yeah, look right here. We have a brand selling this product using AI image ads. You guys might not be able to tell that it's AI, but I can right away. And if we go to this brand, let's check them out. We can see that they are just getting started, which means that they're not some big massive company that we have to compete with. They only have 300 followers. If we dig a little bit deeper, we can see if they're running a bunch of ads, which means that they're profitable and actually making money. And boom, you guys can see right here, these guys are running 200 ads, which means that they are scaling and making great money with this product. So for me, this is all the validation that I need to see to know that this product is worth selling. This is the exact same process that I used to launch this case study store that we got to over $400 in sales on day number one.
If you guys want to skip all the guesswork and have me and my team pick a product for you and work with you over the next 60 days to launch your own AI commerce store, there's a link in the description for you guys to apply to my personalized mentorship program where we'll work with you directly along every step of the way. We're going to help you pick a product, build your store, and launch ads even if you've never done it before. I've been building this program over the last 6 months, and the results have been absolutely insane. And I actually just got a text from one of our members named Odalis and he just passed $100,000 in revenue and quit his 9 to5 job with one of these AI commerce stores. So if you guys want to skip all the heavy lifting and get my help along every step of the journey, there's a link in the description for you guys to apply for this program. It's not cheap. It's not for everybody, but if you guys want to do this the right way from the beginning, this is the place to go.
Anyways, now that we've used Claude to identify a winning product and we validated it ourself, now we have to build a website. All right. So, I've imported this product to one of my old Shopify stores just to demonstrate how crazy this whole claw thing can get. So, as you could see on this page, like everything is for a completely different product. Like the images are incorrect. All the text is talking about some underwater fishing camera. All the questions are completely incorrect. What we can do is we can feed this page into Claude and it's going to rewrite all the text for us, which is not that impressive on its own, but what's impressive is that we can give it the code of this page and I don't have to click anything myself and it's going to completely edit this website. I think it's easier if I just show you.
All right, so to do this, all you got to do is go into the bottom here on your online store, click on themes, click right here on these little three dots, and click on edit code. And then inside of this page, you want to scroll and you want to look for your product template. In this case, I have a bunch of different product templates on your story. You're not going to have any, so you just pick the first one. Then what we do is we take this, and I know this looks crazy complicated, but all you have to do is copy this right here and then bring it over into Claude. Okay. Once inside of Claude, all you've got to do is paste your JSON code file that we just copied and then say, "Hey Claude, I need you to analyze this JSON file and get a full understanding of it and exactly how it is laid out. I probably didn't even need to put all that text. It's so smart that we could just talk to it like a human." But it says, "I've analyzed it. This is a JSON page, a Shopify page." It breaks down the entire structure, but that's not the crazy part. What we can then do is tell it to recreate the entire page and it's going to do it at the highest level possible. So now I'm letting it understand the page completely. And then I'm going to go to my prompts list which I've pasted in the link down below. So once you get to this document, all you got to do is copy this from step number two. Go back to Claude, paste this, and then what I suggest you to do is find your competitor for this product. And then we paste that inside of Claude. You can also use Amazon, but I like this uh competitor. They have really good copy for the product. And then we click that and it's going to go scan their entire website and pull all the best copy and rewrite it specifically for our brand. Put it into a code file and then all we got to do is paste that back into our website and it's going to change everything for us in just a couple clicks.
All right. So, it just finished generating the new JSON file. So, now all we have to do is click right here. Click on copy. Go back to our Shopify store. And then we can basically delete everything and paste this one in here. And as long as we didn't break anything, we can click save. Click it again to make sure it worked. And now if we go back into that product page template, check this out. It completely rewrote every single piece of copy on the website. It gave you the biggest benefit of the product. It says happy dog owners. It put new reviews. If we open these little boxes, you'll see that it includes all the information. It puts all the return policy. It puts the warranty. Of course, it put the brand name of our competitor. So, we have to go in and fix that. And it didn't change the image either. We have to do that manually, but that only takes like 2 seconds. You just click right here. But, it changed all the text on the website. So, now all we would have to do to launch this is change the image and add a couple more tweaks like adding an offer. And this website is pretty much ready to go. Previously, that same exact process would have taken me over an hour because I had to write all the text. But now with Claude, we can simplify the whole entire thing and do it in less than 5 minutes. And just to sort of complete this page, let me find a new image to put right here.
All right. So, now that I put this image there, this page is basically 90% done. All we would have to do is remove any time that it mentions our competitor with our brand name and then add an offer and this page is pretty much ready to start getting customers.
Now, how do we get customers? Well, if we look at Medv, what they did to get their hundreds of thousands of customers to their website was running Facebook photo ads. These guys have thousands of pages running simple Facebook photo ads like this and like this. And to no surprise, every single one of these ads that you guys see on your screen, and we can do this scrolling for hours, every single one of these ads that you guys see was generated 100% with AI. And if you remember from earlier, this is the competitor that we've been modeling after. And to no surprise, their ads are generated by AI as well. So here's exactly how we can use Claude to generate some image ads for this exact same product.
Okay, so creating ads is actually easier than it's ever been. What we want to do is go to our competitor's ads and see which ones that they've been running the longest. We can sort by most recent. All right, so let's scroll all the way down to the bottom. The reason why we're doing this is that if they've been running an ad for a long time, that means it's profitable and it works. Let's take this one for example. We can actually just click directly right here and click on save image as. Now, what a lot of people might think is that you could just go take this competitor's ad and launch it right away. I would not recommend doing that. What I would recommend is taking that ad, feeding it to Claude, and asking it, "How can we make a slight variation on this ad? Give me a better headline. give me a different type of dog that we can use. Something that we can do to differentiate ourselves. We want to keep the format the exact same, but we want Claude to help us come up with a unique idea. So, let's do that.
All right. So, we're back in Claude. I've pasted the image right here. I'm going to say this is my competitor's top ad. I want to recreate it, but I want to come up with a better headline and I want to use a new type of dog. maybe one that they haven't used yet. What is the most common dog with this health issue? And then we'll go ahead and hit that. When I talk to AI these days, like I can give you guys copy and paste prompts, but you can talk to it just like you're talking to anybody. So, it's going to search and it's going to figure out which dog breed we can use that maybe they're not using. So, they say bulldogs are actually the ones that have this problem the most. It also says German shepherds have this problem. So, let's go and do their recommendation. So, we'll do a German Shepherd and then it's going to give us a new headline that we can use. Don't let their last years be their worst years. That's pretty good, actually. That's a very deep cut. They carried you through everything. It's your turn. Let's do the sub headline that they recommended. So, headline, don't let their last years be their worst years. And then let's do the sub headline like this. And then what we're going to do is we're going to ask it to generate a prompt for this app called Higsfield. I'm going to show you this right now. This is the craziest image generation app on the internet. And once Claude gives us the prompt, we can feed it into Higsfield and we can get an image ad in literally 60 seconds. So I'm going to say give me a Higsfield prompt to create an image ad in this exact same format slash setting with a German shepherd and this new copy. I will give Higsfield this image as reference. Okay. And then it's going to give us the prompt. We can feed our reference image and the prompt into Higsfield and we're going to have our ad that we can use on Facebook right away.
All right. So now all that we have to do is copy this prompt. This is Higsfield. It is the best image generation app out there. I'm not sponsored by them. It's just something that I use every day and I'm going to show you firsthand. So we're going to paste that prompt in there. And then we're going to give it the image from our competitor that we just downloaded. And then we're going to change this right here and put it on auto. This just means that it's going to make four of them so we can get some variations. You click generate and I'm going to show you guys the finished product.
All right. So, it just finished up the image generation and as you guys can see, it literally did it perfectly. It did the German. He's a bit older. You can see it in his eyes. It put the copy that we recommended. And based on what was working for our competitors, this is a ready to launch ad that we could use on Facebook. If I was really going to launch this today, I would make four more variations with different dog breeds and other concepts that prove to work for them. And then I would give it a test with around $30 to $50 a day in budget. Now, obviously, if I had more money to invest, I would be putting $100 a day, but I know a lot of you guys watching do not have that.
It's crazy because this is the exact blueprint that Matthew used to build the fastest growing e-commerce brand of all time. And average regular everyday people are using this right now to start online stores all around the world. So, if you've ever wanted to get into this space, I'm telling you, it's easier than it's ever been because AI is doing all of the heavy lifting. So, yeah. Like I said before, if you guys want my help with this, there's a link down below where you can apply for my personalized mentorship program.
