So, the last 12 months alone, we've helped over 300 clothing brands grow and scale online. In 10 years in this industry, and I've never seen a tool move the needle this fast. If you're spending more than 2 hours a week on tasks someone else could handle, this video is going to change how you run your brand.
So, the brands growing fastest right now have one thing in common. They're using Claude, and most of their competitors have no idea it's even possible. I assumed it was just a smarter Google or, you know, a different version of ChatGPT, a writing tool. But, when I dug into how these brands were actually using it, I was completely wrong.
Now, Claude isn't one thing, it's five. And one of them just launched last week, and it might be the most useful thing ever built for a brand founder with no design background. I'm also going to show you two prompts side by side that produce completely different results from the exact same tool. Most people are doing this wrong. Stay till the end, the last feature is the one that's going to change the creative workflow that you have for your brand.
Actually, let me show you something first. This is a set of product descriptions Claude wrote for a clothing brand in under 60 seconds. "Give me some copy for Facebook ads with what you know about the clothing brand Little Red Things, and do it in a style that matches the brand website. However, use Frank Kern copywriting technique." This is on brand, formatted, ready to publish, built from a single prompt. You can see here the ad, where it's at, ad two, ad three, ad four, where we're at, and then breaking it down from there. That's what's possible.
Now, let me show you exactly how to get there. Most clothing brand founders who try AI tools do the same thing. They open it up, type something generic, get something generic back, decide AI isn't for them. The strange thing is, the brands crushing it with Claude are doing less typing than everyone else, not more. They set it up once, and then Claude does the heavy lifting.
Now, here's the five-part system. Part one, projects and memory. Set it up once, Claude remembers everything. Part two, artifacts, the live output panel that makes real work possible. Part three, canvas editing. Click in and shape the output directly. [music] Part four, the prompt engineering, the two prompt comparison that changes everything. And part five, Claude design. This just launched last week, and this is the reason I made this video.
So, one brand we work with, Hitters Only, was spending 12 hours a week on product copy, descriptions, and after setting up their Claude project correctly, that dropped to under an hour. And I'll show you exactly how they did it.
Now, before all of that, let's start with the foundation. Part one, the feature that turns Claude from a chatbot into a business tool. It's called projects. Without a project, every time you open a new chat, Claude knows nothing about your brand. Zero context, you're starting over every single time. With a project, you set it up once, Claude remembers everything. You create the project, drop in the brand guide, the product catalog, a short description of who their customer is.
Actually, we'll do it now. So, you can see over here on the left-hand side, there's projects, and really before we get into any of these three things, I'll tell you you need to go to Claude.ai. You're going to log in, and then when you get there, you're going to want to download the desktop app. It is significantly better for you. I also suggest that you do the pro plan. One thing that I've told with our whole team is to make sure that you get an ROI from this. So, prove that you can make $20 from it. I almost guarantee you that you can, especially after watching this video. So, you get the pro plan, it's just it's worth it. Download the desktop app, and then you will look and work inside of something like this, okay?
Now, across the top, there are three types of tools that you can use, and we'll get into each one of them here in a second. But, each one has a section that you can use for a project. So, you have chat, you have co-work, and then you have code. I'm going to talk about projects, and then we'll hit on these other here in a second. So, chat, you can create a project right now. I can create a new project for everything related to this. However, I have one that's for YouTube scripting, somewhere right here. Um, that's literally all about the YouTube videos that we're creating here. How can I write a good script? I go through there, I analyze previous videos, I write out a script, I refine it, I give it more information, I give it more data. But, everything that I talk about, I can then put underneath this chat. So, I can create a chat, hit this plus button, and add it to a project, and I would go to, for example, YouTube scripting, and put this in here, and it all sits in one spot.
Then, you need a system prompt. So, this is just a short paragraph telling Claude who this brand is, how to talk, and what to avoid. Now, I like Dan Martell's version of what a system prompt is. You can use a system prompt for every single role in your company, and so you could have technically 10 different people working for you. A system prompt for the content creator. So, here he goes, the content creator. The system prompt for the analytical website conversion person. The system prompt for the ads person. You have to have the knowing or knowledge or gain that knowledge to be able to know if the stuff is actually working. But, as you gain experience, you're going to be able to develop inside of here something that becomes much smarter. I can't remember if it's Dan Martell who says this or somebody else, but basically, it's like having somebody at your fingertips that has a 160 IQ working with you. But, you just need to be able to give it the right tools to make the job easier.
Now, how do you create a system prompt, and what is the importance of it? So, a system prompt will basically give you the consistency over and over and over again. You do it one time, and then you answer the questions, and it says, Claude will know who you are, okay? So, inside of the project, it will say, "This is the system prompt for scripting." Or, "This is the system prompt for content creation." And then when you upload it once, it knows. And then every single time after that, it reiterates. It's like teaching somebody something, 2 + 2 is 4. You come back to them next time, you can build on that and say, "4 + 4 is 8." They still remember 2 + 2 is 4. Hopefully you're following me here.
Now, where this becomes powerful is using prompts to understand. I'm going to get into this here in a second. This is a this is an unlock. There's a tool called Whisper that I would have you check out. So, Whisper, it's called Whisper Flow. This is the website, so whisperflow.ai. It is the best dictation software out there. I won't even get into the specifics of why, but it is amazing. And you're going to see me throughout the rest of this video using it, because it's going to speed everything up.
All right, so I can double-click here and talk. All right, so I need to create a system prompt. I want to use Dan Martell as an example of what questions to ask for my system prompt. I need you to ask me any questions or interview me on what you need to know about me to help create the system prompt for my clothing brand as a content creator. All right, then I would hit enter, let Claude do its thing.
All right, so let me interview to build out this properly, okay? So, it's going to ask some questions. What are your primary platform? YouTube. What is the main goal of the content? Um, yeah, share my goal with my audience. What is your primary for? Clothing brand founders, correct. What's your POV different from your other marketing e-commerce uh educators, okay? So, I'm answering these questions. I don't even have to get too far into this. All right, so this is perfect. Hyper niche, okay. All right, got all five pillars on YouTube. And my point from this, right? From this point forward, every message inside of this project already knows the brand. There's no re-explaining, no copying and pasting, just literally the actual work. All right, what's the primary call to action? Book a call with us. What creator's content style do you want to what model most closely? What video script structure do you want to follow? Hook, story, teach, great. Again, this is all just literally me putting in here in real time.
Okay, so this is the same reason top operators build SOPs, standard operating procedures, for their team. They document it to once and never say it again. And if you already have, let's say you have a team, if you already have an SOP, this is going to be so much easier. You just copy and paste inside of here and adjust slightly. This is the feature most brands skip. Do not skip this. What you want to do is take this, and again, it can ask me some questions. Um, and it can interview me. I wanted to copy my voice and tone so that it can actually sound like me. Which of these best describes you naturally communicate? I'd rather be real than polished. Sure, I'm just picking random ones here. Which of these sounds most like you? Most clothing brands have, okay. All right, what personal angles do you want uh to pull in your content? Mistake, here we go, behind the scenes. All right, so what words or tones do you want to avoid at all costs? There we go. What phrases sound uh most like something you'd actually see on camera? Here's the truth nobody talks about. This is exactly what I do if I was starting over. Most people Let me show you what actually works. How does humor show up in your content? Dry, self-aware, warm, relatable. All right, last questions, perfect. That's everything I need. Create the prompt for your voice, uh full voice layer built in. So, it's going to grab all this information, and again, it could have asked me even more specific questions. The plus side, I guess, of the upside here is that I've already done a lot of this, so it already knows a lot about me.
And if you are one of those people who are trying to leave ChatGPT, but it has so much memory, all you have to do is go over here to settings, and [music] then capabilities, and then you can go to generate memory from a chat history, great. And then you [music] can click inside of here and start the import. So, it will copy and paste a prompt. It will give you a prompt to send to ChatGPT, and then from ChatGPT, it will give you the answer, you publish it inside of Claude. It's all you need to do.
Now, real quick, if you're getting value from this, hit subscribe. I put this out every single week, specifically for clothing brand founders. More of this every single week. All right, so it has everything that I need here, and what most people do not do is they do not take this and then put it into a PDF. So, I would just say um I would look over I'd make sure it actually is good. Most people skip that part. And then the biggest one is, download this as a PDF, put it on your desktop, and then you will upload this, and then every two to three months, upload it and make your changes based off of what's actually happening in your content or whatever you're putting out. This one specifically is obviously for content creators.
So, projects are the container, but what Claude builds inside of them and how you control the output, that's where most brands leave the most time on the table. There are three layers and in this next one I'll show you the two prompts side by side that produce completely different results. Once you see it, you'll never write a vague prompt again. Part two, [snorts] three layers. And once you see how they connect, it all starts to click.
So, when Claude gives you a short answer, it shows up in the chat. Fine for quick questions, but ask it to build something real, a product description set, an email campaign, a content calendar, and you need more than a text response. Artifacts open a live panel right next to your conversation. Claude builds the output in there. A document, a table, a working webpage, and you see it update in real time. So, the prompt here, "Write eight product descriptions for a new hoodie drop." Okay, it's going to ask me some questions. Yes, it is a streetwear. It is bold. What tone should the copy have? Premium, aspirational. Any key features to highlight? Let's say a fabric material, brand story and mission. So, you can see over here on the left-hand side, it's working. On the right-hand side, it kind of pulls up this canvas mode to pull in all of the information. Eight product descriptions built, formatted right there. So, now I want to put a little bit more details in here. So, I want it to say, "Make these more casual. Add a size range. Mention the drop date." All eight update all at once. no copying and pasting, no back and forth. This is shareable with your team and there's no Claude account needed. All right, quick few details here. What is the size range? Sure. What's the drop date? Next Friday.
What's cool is that the canvas is living inside of the artifact inline. So, basically, it is here, right? And it's cool cuz you can kind of go back and forth with this. You have the chat on the left-hand side and then this canvas sits on top of the artifacts. And once Claude's built something, you don't have to keep prompting to change one line. Click directly into the document, edit inline, Claude adjusts in real time. So, I can just literally say this here. Okay. So, this is pretty cool. What I can do is I can click inside of here and I can say, like let's go here. I want to improve this. I can describe what you're looking to update. I can also just use my Whisper flow to talk through it and say, "Well, the story is good, but it's not really hitting on my roots from New York. I really want to hit on the fact that I'm from New York and this is what what makes me different, right? So, change that." I can update it. It's updating in real time and then it'll update over here for the origin story. Think Google Docs except your co-writer already knows your brand, your customer, and your voice. So, you can edit an email campaign inline, right? Right here as well. Claude adjusts on the fly. Email campaigns, ad copy, product pages, you literally have to build this once and update it seasonally. I would say probably every two to three months and Claude handles the repetitive work. It literally speeds you up.
Now, the piece that makes both of those actually work, and this is where I show you those two prompts because the difference is bigger than you think. Now, layer three, email campaigns, ad copy, product pages, you build it once, update it seasonally. I'd say, honestly, every two to three months. Claude handles the repetitive work. And this is where I show you those two prompts because the difference is bigger than you think.
All right, so this is prompt one, generic, probably not publishable. Not really something that we could use here. This one actually already pulled something because of what we said previously, but not really anything we could use. All right, prompt two. All right, so I wrote this one out and I'm going to use Whisper here to do it. So, I'm just going to read it here. So, all right, you are a copywriter for a premium streetwear brand. Our customer is 22 to 35, values quality, and follows culture closely. Write a two-sentence Instagram caption for the new hoodie drop. No hashtags, casual tone, end with a soft call to action to shop. Okay, I'll use Whisper, put that in there. Hit enter. All right, so this is good, right? It's generic, could be for any brand, not publishable. All right, I'm going to read off this next prompt. I'm going to use Whisper here just to kind of make it a little bit faster. So, you are a copywriter for a premium streetwear brand. Our customer is 22 to 35 years old, values quality, and follows culture closely. Write a two-sentence Instagram caption for a new hoodie drop. No hashtags, casual tone, and end with a soft call to action to shop. And then we get this. All right, so that's a solid prompt. You hit the right notes. Thank you, right? We gave it a role, an audience, a format, tone, and call to action, right? Plain and simple. The only thing missing is your New York angle cuz I mentioned it earlier. I was just playing around, right? Um, other than that, it's kind of ready to post. So, the brand was built on New York City street culture. The authenticity should come through the through in the copy, whatever. Uh, drop in that. Okay. Okay. But basically, this is the same tool, same model. The only difference is the prompt. There's three rules and you have to apply them today.
All right. So, anyway, we got all of this and much better. You can see this kind of on that right-hand side. All of them updated here. Rule number one, give Claude a role. You must tell it what you want it to be, right? Whether it's your copywriter, whether it is your YouTube editor, whatever it is. Tell it who it is before you ask anything. Every response is going to filter through that lens. Rule number two, show it what good looks like. Paste in something you love. Say, "Write something like this. Write something like Frank Kern or Eugene Schwartz or your favorite streetwear brand, right?" Give it something great. Rule number three, specify the output. You want to tell it length, tone, what to include, what to leave out. And the more specific you are, the less editing you do afterwards. And I think this is the part that most people run into that's an issue is they're like, "That's work." And it's like, "Yeah, but that's the difference between being good and being great is you got to put in that work." The brands getting the best results with AR are not using smarter tools. They're writing better prompts. And honestly, you can ask it. I think it comes down to the prompts. That's why I'm using it that way. But you can just ask it to give you the answers and very generically get the answers that you need by having this tool ask you questions.
Now, one more piece. This one just launched last week. And for a brand founder who has ideas but no design team, me, right? I'm I'm definitely not a designer. That's why Christian is part of the team. This is going to remove the biggest bottleneck in your business. Part three, Claude Design. Now, this tickles the brain, okay? I don't know if I like using that word or not. We'll see. Everything I just showed you, projects, artifacts, canvas, that all lives inside of the Claude chat, right? I mean, from the very beginning, we're talking about the chat, co-work, etc. But Claude isn't one product, it's four. And the most brand founders don't know the difference. Okay, I hit on it a little bit earlier. So, you got the chat that is basically everything we've covered, your everyday tool, Claude AI, Claude co-work, which is right here. Kind of looks a little bit different. This is on your desktop. It accesses your files, it runs automations, it works while you're doing other things. It's amazing. I have it go do other things like my assistant on Google Chrome all the time. Claude Code, this is for your developer, right? It writes, it tests, it ships code from the command line. For this, for the Claude Code, you don't have to be a coder, you just have to be able to type, which is cool. But then there's Claude Design. This just launched. This is the one. You describe what you want in plain English, Claude builds it visually. Mockups, prototypes, pitch decks, one pagers, marketing materials, landing page layout. There's no Figma, no design background, no waiting on a freelancer. You do have to have talent. No, I'm not trying to put Figma or designers out of business because if you don't have an idea what to do here, it's still going to be somebody with a tool that does know how to harness it. It's the same person who tries to write copy and says, "Write me the best copy for this hoodie." Like we said earlier, versus the person who gives specifics.
All right, so I want to make some changes to my current website. I want you to redesign the home page using Claude Design and I want it to be more sleek. I want it to seem like it's more like high-end. So, free range here, but just want to see what was possible. So, you can refine it by talking to it, okay? And again, I use Whisper. You can change the layout, you can swap the colors, add your brand fonts, export this as a PDF. You can put it in Canva, PowerPoint, or HTML, or you can hand it over to a developer to build it, right? So, you can design everything out and then hand it to a developer to literally hardcode everything or you can learn to code yourself. One of our clients was paying a freelancer $800 a month to mock up campaign concepts before they ever went to production. Why they're still doing that, I don't know, but they were, right? So, Claude Design prototyped the same concepts in under 10 minutes. Now, was it as detailed? Probably not. Could you have done everything that it needed to do in 20 or 30 minutes? Yeah, absolutely. Now, for a brand founder with ideas and no design team, this removes the biggest bottleneck between an idea and execution. And most clothing brands are spending money on design work for things Claude Design can prototype literally in minutes. And this is why the brands using Claude, all 300 clothing brands that we work with in the last 12 months, are pulling so far ahead of the ones that aren't. We're trying to push this as hard as possible for these brand owners and nobody is perfect here, but the point is that you use this to actually start moving the brand forward.
Now, I put together a Claude prompt pack built specifically for clothing brands. These are skills, these are things that you can plug and play into your business that are very relevant for clothing brands. There's product descriptions, ad copy, email campaigns, Instagram captions, customer service replies. They're all copy and paste ready. Just comment the word Claude below and I'll send it to you directly. 10 seconds could save you hours. And if you're running a clothing brand doing real revenue, and if you're wondering how to use Claude and your brand together to grow faster, you can schedule a free strategy call with us. It literally is no cost. All you have to do is check out the link in the description down below. Obviously, there are limited spots, so go do that right now.
Okay, so this is what we've got so far. This is the website that it helped build for us. So, it looks clean, give some examples of stuff, give some breakdowns, the strategy call, the system, the things that we do. So, it looks good. There's changes that I would make in this schedule. The strategy call is not really clickable. I like this though. Now booking Q2 Q2 Q2 strategy calls. Which you can do, right? If your Q1 didn't go well. Uh no matter when you're watching the video. But, anyway, this is pretty dang cool. I would continue to adjust and give feedback based off of what I liked or didn't like. And honestly, I'd bring in my business partner Christian to handle this. But, if you do not have a Christian, then uh you can go and do that yourself. Look, the ones that are growing the fastest are using Claude, and now you know exactly how. Projects for context, artifacts and canvases for output, better prompts for better results, and Claude design for visual work that's been slowing you down. YouTube knows you need to watch one of these videos next. Go do that right now. See you guys in the next one.
