Like, like not eating is really not important to me, you know what I'm saying? Just as long as I take care of those cravings that I have. If you don't eat, you know what I'm saying? But it's good to miss some mail here. No doubt.

Reflection, what's up? I'm gonna do a muscle-up. I'm gonna do a muscle-up tutorial real soon, man. Because you got to do certain exercises to do to do your muscle-ups. And I'm saying, so you just not gonna get it. I gotta show you how to do it from step one, you know what I'm saying? But I got you though. Hey, Von Gabrielle, what's up? I could do, I could do two sessions in the day. It just depends where I'm at, but I could do, I could do two sessions in the day, you know what I'm saying? Because sometimes I have to.

I mean, Scorpion, what's up? No coffee, dog. I never drunk. I don't even know how coffee tastes. I never drunk coffee in my life. Ever. You go to Dunkin? I took a female yesterday to Dunkin Donuts. I'm trying to, I can't even collab with somebody in Philadelphia like this. They don't want to work out with me or something. I don't know what's going on, man. That's the YouTube guys don't want to work out with me. I restocked on one of them. They said it was, they wasn't, uh, they was unavailable for me. So, you know, I ain't gonna say no names because, but you know, you definitely watch their videos though. Because I had reached out to some, uh, some New York guys, you know what I'm saying? You know, when I get big, you know, the price yesterday ain't the price today. Yeah. And it don't take. It only take about three months to get results, man. I'm pretty sure it's possible, man. Man, this was good. You could do calisthenics every day, man. Get cut, man. I'm saying. Every day you could do calisthenics, man. What about putting weight on? Eat on the left, man. That [ __ ] eating less. It is too easy. It is too easy though. Eat and left. Have about two sessions a day. Eating and lift. That way to come right on, you know what I'm saying? I'm a little guy. I ain't trying to be over 150 pounds. I'm just trying to be real strong though. What I'm saying?

What country SD training, what's up? All I mean, you know, I like, I like Tokyo, and I'm saying, I like Tokyo, Japan. But any country is cool with me. I'm cool with any country, man. I mean, it's a lot of countries I want to visit. Hey, Dave, 100 push-ups? No, dog. You can start at 100 push-ups and keep, keep going. You're gonna keep building yourself, but you need more push-ups. And that's easy though. 100. You can knock out 100 push-ups in two, three minutes, man. What's up? You want at least a 40. You want at least a half an hour with a 40-minute session of just doing pull-ups, man. If you want to get strong, if you want to get cut, I'm saying, if you want to build muscle, you know what I'm saying? Any more plate videos? I got a solid plate videos, man. Got a lot of plate videos. Pull up, bro. Me in Philly, I only messed with that 45-pound plate. That 45-pound plate, that gets you nice, man. But you know, I'll be, I'll be working. I'll be doing my homework. I'm working, you know, something that's trying to make all my exercises fun. That I'm saying, doable, you know what I'm saying? I increase your bench pyramid up. Pyramid up, man. Start from 135. Go ahead up. Every, every, every, every other week. Go up in weight, you know what I'm saying? Start from 135, man. Master 135 on the bench, man. And then you go up. Go like the one, go like the one, uh, 180, 185. Then you go back to, you know what I mean? One, I mean, because keep, keep pyramiding up, man. And keep pushing, you know what I'm saying? And your bench should get real light, man. One day you pick up that barge like this. [ __ ] like um T6, what's up, bro? That's all your creature bench. Got any fights? What type of fight, y'all? I got a million stories, guys. What kind of fight you want to hear about? A million stories, man.

Favorite dumbbell exercises? I love, um, I love flies. I don't really care too much about the bicep, but I mean, but you know, I don't just go to the gym and work by ourselves. But you know, definitely, ah, I like doing Champagnes too. Champagne's pointed up to your chest, come down. Use about 30 to 30, 30 to 50 pounds on the champagne. That's a good joint. Training all the bed is good though. As long as you drink your water, eat your breakfast, you know what I'm saying? Drink your water, eat your breakfast. Soon as you get up, you should be ready, man. That's good. That's good. Calvin, I'll take that. That's good.

Rap, what's good? Peace and respect. Rap Master, what's good, man? How many reps? Everything, five sets of ten, man. Everything is five sets of ten. Don't never go under that. Don't never try to shorten it. Only if you wanna be on some bodybuilding [ __ ] on some, uh, strong, some real, real strong, man [ __ ] that I'm saying. But Fox, everything is five sets of tens, man. On the bench, five sets of ten. I'm saying.

Little Melbourne, what's good? Respect, what's up? You crazy? What's good? David, I'ma get y'all. I'm gonna get y'all. I'm gonna get y'all, uh, a Miller plan. We're just going through some things right now, but we're gonna get a milk clean. But I love, like I said, I love, you know, I love, oh, now I love a lot of [ __ ] man. I eat something, you know, I'm old school, so I kind of eat some of the same [ __ ] all the time, you know what I'm saying? But I mean, eggs, man. Eggs, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, cream of, I love oatmeal, cream of wheat, grits. I eat [ __ ] like that, man. Uh, I don't know how you feel about peanut butter and jelly, but P J is good too. Peanut butter and jelly and [ __ ] like [ __ ] that stick to your stomach. That's what I eat. And I, I eat a lot of salads now too, but I try to put like a lot of, a lot of beans, a lot of, uh, uh, nuts and [ __ ] in my salads now. Uh, bananas and [ __ ] in my salad. So I mean, that's what, that's what I'm buying now, man.

Galaxy, what's good? Shrek costume, what's up, man? Thank you, sir. Thank you. I appreciate it, man. Think I'm grateful, man. I don't say Capers, I don't take nothing, dog. A few months ago, I was [ __ ] with the Whey Protein Platinum [ __ ]. It was, I understand. I felt kind of strong, but I mean, I'm not gonna buy this [ __ ] if somebody want to give me [ __ ] I'll use it, but I mean, I like water, man. What I like, I drink nutrients. I drink nutrients too, you know what I'm saying? So nutrients, bananas, fruit, all day, man. Oh, man, I think, I think I forced somebody from the, uh, I was gonna fight this guy from the Bloomsburg University basketball team. Some guy we used to always go back and forth on the basketball courts up. And when I was in college, and I'm saying, this [ __ ] was like six eleven, almost seven foot, man. If he got into it on the basketball court and [ __ ] you know what I'm saying? This [ __ ] was crazy. This [ __ ]. It's all this [ __ ]. I had. He had to be about six eleven, man. Could he play center? He threw the clipboard at me because them [ __ ] kicked me out the game. He was playing in the murals. And sometimes doing any murals, like all the best basketball players, they had their own team. And we used to bust their ass, you know what I'm saying? And one game, he was busting their ass, man. And these [ __ ] use the rest. They rested the ref. You know the ref is your friend, you know what I'm saying? So the guys from the opposing team, they was cool with the reps, man. That [ __ ] just got crazy, man. Somebody jaw got broke. Or my man almost got locked up. That [ __ ] was crazy. That [ __ ] happened at Bloomsburg. But it's like it was like a ride in Bloomsburg. It was like a black team against the white team. And they, and they was, they was cheating. You busting their ass. I think one dude, this is how it happened because one of the guys wanted to post me up because I'm, you know, I was a little guy, but I was a good number. Fast. I was a good ball player. So one dude tried to push me up. This [ __ ] dig as [ __ ]. But he couldn't get no leverage on me. So he, so he grabbed me behind the neck and he threw me down on the game. The ref ain't called [ __ ] because the ref was cool with them. So I'm like, rough, rough, you ain't see this [ __ ] right here? This [ __ ] just, I'm saying, we beat, we end up beating these [ __ ] right. But a friend of mine was playing ball on the other court and they just lost. He came over to see what they come with the, you know, what the conflict was. I bought the boy that child, you pushed me on the ground and all this [ __ ]. I'm saying, this [ __ ] got into a big fight. We got into a big brawl on and [ __ ] was in the newspapers, man. When you came out your door room because the boy got his jaw broke. A friend of mine broke the board jaw. So when you coming out that, uh, when you coming out the wreck house and all that type, so you don't see nothing but bloods dripping all the way down all over the camp, all over the campus. That [ __ ] was on the TV and then switching the papers and everything, bro. Because he got kicked out for that [ __ ]. You know, I've been in a lot of fights, man. That one was crazy. That was on some white black [ __ ] too.

You want to grow your muscles, man? You gotta eat right, dog. You gotta eat right. Now, Asiatic, what's good? Slide boy. You gotta eat right, man. But you only 19, you still growing, man. Man, don't take it too serious right now, but you just getting that's getting real good shape. If you were like a teenager and all that, like that's getting real good [ __ ] man. Your body's still growing. You'll be all right. Ain't nobody here can't nobody [ __ ] with me my size, man. I go. I walk right through him. I only fight big people. I never fought nobody in my size. Like, I think I'm the only person that size in the world because everybody else is that much taller than me, you know what I'm saying? So it's like, I wouldn't even mess with it. I wouldn't even. I can't even mess with nobody. People be like, Ellis, are you for real? Like, oh yeah, hype. Like, you can't. What are you gonna do with me? No speed, no power. You know, we know how to rumble, man. They never, I mean, they say they want to be like me, you know what I'm saying? So I don't really mess with guys myself. I might even, I might even take up for a little guy, you know what I'm saying? No, no, no. Oh, no doubt. Slide boy.

I lost a fight in the streets. On the gym. I used to lose fights in the gym. Ain't no, no. Man, some, some boys in the gym. That's all. In the gym. The gym is all about experience, man. Like, some guys got more experience than others. And the guys who don't really, that had that much good experience, they kind of get their ass whoopings. But everybody get their ass whipped in the gym. That's a part of it. Being a great fighter. And I'm suspected. But this is Philadelphia, so we try to. You be trying to kill each other in the gyms, you know what I'm saying? But, uh, I was knocked down once. I had a guy named Kevin Lockhart. Kevin Lockhart was one of the best. He's one of the best in the country, man. He's one of the best in the country. And I was on the ropes and I was doing move around and I was, I was trying to get out there. I couldn't get out of the way of this [ __ ]. He called me like, I ain't [ __ ]. I ain't gonna say I ain't seen it coming, but he threw that [ __ ] right where I was at. And I ain't even know I was down. Like, I just was, when I knew what was going on, I was getting up. Like, I wasn't on the floor for a long period. As soon as I got up, as soon as I went down, I came back up and I went right at him. I plus, I bust his nose. And next round, I bust his nose and everything. I came right back. I got the whole respect of the gym because they said, yeah, even the professionals was like, this was, this was, this was out. This is my early, this is my early 20s. So much so that the professionals was like, yeah, you came back from that knockdown. And that's what they wanted to see. They wanted to see, I mean, that you could take a punch, that you could get back up, and that you could give it right back. So yeah, Kevin Lockhart. Kevin Lockhart, one of the best amateur fighters ever in Philadelphia. Plus, he was, he was five eleven. He was five eleven, 135 pounds. He was almost with six foot tall. And I should spark this guy. That's the smartest guy. We should go at it. But of course, I'm coming from the streets and I'm coming from playing college football. I'm coming from regular life. You look on the wall in the gym and they got pictures of Kevin Lockhart when he was like a boy going to Ireland. Like the book of really. Like he had so much experience over me. That's why. But I sure that I had to. I had more spirit, you know what I'm saying? Even his father was like, yo, because his father used to come every day to the gym with him. And watching his father was like, yeah, you bust my son's nose. This [ __ ]. After you gotten after he knocked you down, you know what I'm saying? But if I say he was five eleven, you know the tall guys. Even when I was wrestling, you know I'm saying, the tall guys always gave me. Tall, lanky guys always give me a problem. Like I said, Kevin Lockhart was five eleven, 135 pounds. And he was, and he was long, you know what I'm saying? So that jab, that right hand, I'm saying, that [ __ ] long. She knows cool though. Doesn't mean I spent time. I was like, I did three and a half years in the box. If you're talking about, I did. I did a hundred. And I've done over 120 something months of prison time, man. I did three and a half years in solitude and fun. Just the real deal right here.

The best way to become more explosive? Don't don't follow with everybody else. Don't follow all that. Don't follow what everybody else is doing, man. Like they'd be explosive. It's all about power. Like sometimes don't go all the way down on your push-ups. Sometimes don't go all the way down on your, uh, your pull-ups. And master that. Master, because it's power. It's explosiveness. Like a master that, man. Do a lot of jump push-ups too. That's master being more exclusive. Uh, take, uh, tanky, what's up? Oh, my no Mighty Mouse. The same gym. We should train at. Harrogates. I know Marty. I know Marty real well. Elias, you know, one of the prophets was a prophet of idolatry. So his name was Elias. So when I beat Soon, I took my Shahada. That's what that's what they, uh, they gave my name. One milk. Oh, man. Eat a little breakfast, man. He eats you a small little breakfast. Eat you some fruit. Small little breakfast. But one meal could be, I mean, some large, man. Something with vegetables. Maybe a small little salad. Vegetables, meat, salmon. I'm saying. Macaroni and cheese. I mean, you know what I mean? Eat a million. Some other food. I mean, something to feed the feeds your muscles, you know what I'm saying?

Slide boy, what's up? You ain't going. You gotta eat, dog. You gotta eat. Slide boy, you gotta eat. You want to. You you ain't doing it. You ain't doing enough reps. You ain't doing something right though. You ain't doing something. You gotta do. You gotta. You ain't doing enough reps. And when you go in the gym, you really got to go in there and go at it.

Foreign fight. Oh, man. I should give you a prison fight. Ah, when I first went Upstate, man. First went Upstate. I was up SCR Dallas. This is 2007. And they just pit me in the cell with a nut ass [ __ ] man. He was a nut ass dude, man. His name was Movement. Movement. South Philly boy. The exactly where he didn't type. They think of you like a fake ass FY boy. But anyway, it just was brewing, dog. It was just brewing, man. At the end, in the whole, in the whole block knew this [ __ ] was gonna go down. That whole block is everybody knew what type of dude he was. Like he, he'll leave out in the moon and slam the door. He'll go into the day room, tell everybody your business. He was some another ass boy, man. And, uh, this [ __ ] just was brewing. And one day, uh, this [ __ ] was standing over top of me one night. Like I'm sleeping. I'm, I got the, I had something on my wrist. This is when I had bottom bunk status. When you know my wrist is all [ __ ] up. And I had something on my wrist. They ain't even want me to work out. But anyway, this [ __ ] was standing over top. He's like, man, I get up. I said, man, what the [ __ ] is you doing? Guys don't know what's happening. I'm saying, I'm saying glove. I'm like, yo, cash. He said, uh, your shirt is bothering me. I can't sleep. Your shirt. You got to watch that join up. You ain't got the right. You ain't got the right, uh, because the [ __ ] had 15 years in. He said, you ain't got the right. You can't be using the prison suit in the prison deodorant. Call your peoples up. Tell them to send you some money. He was doing some nuts. I was like, what? This [ __ ] had two or three of everything. Black man. I was like, man, I'm sick, man. I see cars. So I let that go, you know what I'm saying? But everybody on the block knew what was going on. So one day I was like, man, he came in the city. I said, cuz, I said, man, I said, man, lace that [ __ ] up, girl. I said, lace it up, girls. So he was like, all right. I still got what come on, come on. I'm acting like I'm putting my, I'm tying my boots up. He's sitting right there waiting on me. But he don't see me. So I just go right on it. Ah, I try to take this [ __ ] head off, man. We just started that's ripping, ripple in the sub. And everybody heard this [ __ ]. So everybody, we just start cheering in the air. The whole block is out of chairing. Yeah, yeah. [ __ ] everybody banging on the banging on the walls. Hey, singing. I'm saying this [ __ ] was crazy, man. Oh, man.
