Hey, Taki here. I'm going to walk you through the million-dollar plan. The quickest way I know to get you to a million dollars a year and beyond as a coach. Do two things. Uh, what are the phases in the journey? What does the path ahead look like? And then second, what are the key pieces of your marketing, your sales, and your delivery it's going to take to help you build a seven-figure lifestyle empire. I've done this for me, done this for hundreds of clients. Got about a billion dollars in client revenue under our belt so far. and literally hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of clients to uh a million dollars a year, a million dollars a month, a couple at a million dollars a week. Stay tuned. I'll show you how it works.
Growing a coaching business looks a lot like this when you think about the the phases involved. Obviously, we all start at the bottom of the mountain. Every coach starts at zero and our job is to get as close to the top, as high up the top as we want to get. Businesses like these grow, I guess like all businesses, in ones and threes. And what I mean by that specifically is you're going from 0 to 10k a month is a journey. From 10 to 30 is a journey. From 30 to a mill is a journey. From 1 to 3 is a journey. And 3 to 10. So it's 10, 30, 1, 3, 10. They all start with ones or threes. They're the significant milestones. And what I find is every time we hit one of those milestones, uh, something breaks or the model needs to tweak. Either the delivery model or the marketing and sales engines. Okay.
So, let's let's build this out together. So, what are the what are the revenue levels? Well, obviously we've got zero, 10k a month, 30k a month, uh, 1 mil. I'm talking about a year. You could call it 100k, but a mil a year, 3 mil a year, and 10 plus. And we've got clients right up this spectrum. About a third of our clients are between 1 to 5 mil uh a year and 1 to 5 mil a month. So, um, we've got good experience taking people all the way through. Okay.
How do you start? I don't know where you are on this journey right now. You're probably already going, "Well, that that one's me. I'll get to you. I promise." We all start at the same place. We start at zero money or below zero. Haven't made a dollar yet in startup. Startup's really fun. You know, you get this idea. Um, you're excited about trying this coaching thing. You're doing it in your uh in your spare time on the side around other stuff, playing the game. It's fun. It's exciting. Good place to start. Not a great place to stay. I'm going to skip that cuz I'm assuming you're beyond that now.
Our next phase between zero and 10k a month we're really in survival mode. 10k most western countries like 10k is like you minimum like I can live money. We're probably doing this part-time around other things again. Getting to 10k is the first milestone because that's the place we can go, okay, this is my main gig now and I'm on the journey. So we've got a program called Clients which helps people get to 10k a month. That's how that works.
Once we hit the 10k threshold, we're out of survival and into stability. Stability because we're kind of over the the magic 10k number. It's kind of a misnomer because if you're at 10 uh, you know, 10k, you you got a handful of clients. It only takes one bad week and you lose, you know, one, two, three clients on a bad Wednesday afternoon sending you text messages and emails. They never talk to you um in person. But you lose a few clients and you're back under the line. So we want to get from 10 to 30 as quickly as we can. A lot of coaches get stuck there. Um, because for all of these lessons, the thing that got you there isn't the thing that's going to get you where you want to go. Um, we'll talk in a minute about uh, what are the right next things, the projects at each stage, but one of the big mistakes is that coaches up the top are still doing or in the middle rather are still doing the stuff that got them to say 30 and they're not the things which will get them beyond. And then you got people down the bottom looking at what the gurus are doing saying I should be doing that. No, no, no. They're doing the right business for their stage. So, it's really important that we gauge the stage and then we pick the right strategies.
Um, stability, you know, let's call that it's a full-time gig. Now, if you're doing kind of 10, 20, 30k a month, it's probably your your main deal. Businesses get stuck here if they don't change the model. What happens is they hit the next phase, which is called success. Uh, everyone looks at you like, "Wow, how you doing that?" You know, 30, 40, 50, $60,000 a month. That's amazing. How you doing it? You're like, it's actually really hard work because what happens is while the the numbers are there, the dollars are there, most coaches in this phase are working not full-time, but they're working like overtime, working really really hard. I want to come back to a couple of the key places where the model needs to change in a moment.
Uh, from success, we hit scale, a million bucks a year. You're in the less than 1% of coaches, whoever makes it. And um, somewhere around this like 60, 70, $80,000 a month mark, my relationship with time and like effort and results really changed. We went from like working really hard to money time. I felt like everything I touched turned to gold. I had momentum now. I dialed in my you my my message down here. I'd done the reps. I knew what I was about. I have I found my voice, my main channels. The offer was good and scaling. And we just hit money time. It just takes off. Um, the one thing that gets people stuck in scale is often you can get to a million dollars a year off like jazz hands and personality, but you can't triple it off jazz hands and personality. You need some some structure, some team, some support, some systems. Otherwise, like you want to 10x your business, but you can't 10x your workload.
Uh, the final layer here, 10 mil plus, you like we're basically talking about going from a mil or two or three to a million bucks a month. Um, we call it significance. Significance. And, um, you can take it two ways. It's either, hey, look at me, I'm kind of a big deal. Wow, look at them. They're kind of a big deal. Or the way I do, this is a chance to make a real impact, uh, and lead lead my market, make a dent in my part of the world. Uh, significant difference for for you, for your team, for your clients, and for the industry. And we go from like, you know, spare time, money time to free time. Either free to goof off and build a lifestyle business, that's what you want, it's awesome. Or to build an empire and you're freed up to work on the sweet spot, you know, the genius zone of your business. So this is the journey that we've taken people through over the last uh 15 years. And uh what I'd like to do right now is going to highlight a couple of places where people typically get stuck uh and then show you how to diagnose and fix yours. Uh, obviously here we're talking money and here we're talking time. The biggies are um getting to 30K, right? Um, getting to 30K, 30 to 30K. It's uh offer locked in, simple marketing that's working. We start to play with ads, simple stuff. I'll show you in a in a moment. um and a delivery model that doesn't keep you broken and it doesn't break you rather. And when we hit a million dollars, I find people get stuck at the $1 to $2 million swamp if they don't have subsistence dialed in. Otherwise, like it's jazz hands work and the hands get tired.
Um, so, like I said, we've been doing this for 15 years, helping people break through this model. What I'd like to do right now is take you to the iPad, show you the how-to, so you can look at your business and go, "What needs work? What's great? Where do I focus next? And what's the system that I need to apply to me." Cool. So, um, come on over and I'll show you how it works.
All right. Hey, sorry to interrupt myself and yourself. If you've seen enough and you want to find out a little bit more about what it looks like to work together, send me a message on Instagram, uh, Takimmore. Just, uh, send me the word tacos. Uh, that'll be our little secret code that I know you've seen this video, and I'll send you a quick doc with the details of what it looks like to work together. Do that. I'll see you soon.
So, let me walk you through the million-dollar plan. This is the quickest way I know to get you to uh a mill or two or three. Uh and it'll be 12, 24, 36 months depending on where you are right now and how high you want to grow. Let's call it a million bucks in a year as a as a target. So, this is the this is the plan. We want to start with the sweet spot. What's the goal? We always start with like, are we aligned on outcomes here? Uh, the most important thing here is my goal for you and if this isn't aligned, you should click out of this video and go find somebody else, is that we build a 7-figure lifestyle empire. Oops. And what I mean specifically is this. Uh, in the old days, you used to have to choose: am I building a lifestyle business or I'm building an empire? Uh, those days are long gone. Every business is a lifestyle business whether you think about it or not because every business impacts your lifestyle. And say here's what I want for you. I want more money. I want more meaning. Want more freedom. Uh, we can get this thing easily to a million or two or three or more in a way that as the business gets bigger, your life gets better. And it will look different for you, you know, for you depending on your goals, whether you're after a um something that's like uh $1 to $3 million, you know, maybe up to $5 million. Heaps of lifestyle, heaps of profit. Um, uh, like Sean, the dude came to us as a DJ, wanted to build some cash so he could like DJ full-time. Uh, got his business to a mill and a bit a year, uh, in a few hours, a few hours a day because every night he's out somewhere in the world, you know, creating music, playing parties. I'm not a I don't know idiom, but like making the crowd go bananas, okay? But he's built this thing that's perfect for him, and that's that's the goal. He doesn't want a big team. He wants something um a couple of million bucks, lean, profitable, heaps of time.
Or you might be more like Tony who wants to build something bigger, bigger team, significantly more profit. You know, eight figures revenue, tons and tons and tons of profit. And his version of free time, yes, he's got a ton of time off, but it's he's in his sweet spot role. And what excites him right now is creating u having the team that grows a business so that the team the team gets wealthy as the business gets bigger. It's super exciting. um or Steph. Uh, Steph got to a million bucks with us uh in Black Belt uh a year ago and uh look built a big business, loved it. It felt a bit heavy team-wise and time-wise and so she's like redesigned it around the idea of lean and simple and now they'll do, I think like this month they did just under 250k uh in rev in 20 hours a week and her and a hubby and their dog run the business from a caravan as they travel around Australia.
So whether you want uh 1 to 5 mil a year um in rev, healthy profit, lean team, lots of time, or you want to go 1 to 5 mil a month or somewhere in between, the goal is lifestyle empire. You know, it's a lifestyle empire because three things happen, three things are true of you and the business and the three kind of outcomes we want are uh number one, that there is tons of both revenue and profit. Uh, number two, got a hair on my iPad here. Uh, number two, that there's meaningful work. You're doing work you love, making a difference to people you really, really care about. And number three, that you do those two things while you're free. Okay? So that as the business gets bigger, life gets better. That's the sweet spot. And so here's the question I've got for you. Does that connect with you right now? Either I want something big but heaps of profit and lots of time, or I want something bit more boutique, a bit a bit smaller, a bit leaner and a bit more agile, lots of profit. Either way, if money freedom is the goal, this is the conversation worth having.
So, there are three things which get in the way of this kind of business. Uh, three problems that most coaches bump up against. Uh, there's a marketing problem, a sales problem, and a delivery problem. The marketing problem is that your um lead flow is poor. Just not enough new leads. So if you go, you know, if I think about the inbound and the leads in my world, is it a trickle, a flow, a flood? Do I have enough leads to grow and grow fast? Most coaches, the answer is no. Lead flow is a real issue. Um, the second problem are uh leaks in sales. So either they're they're awkward at sales and don't convert like they want to, or they were really good and now there's a team running the sales and people aren't buying, or frankly the sales process is over complicated and and there's like blockages and leakages and people don't go from like curious to committed in the simplest journey possible. There's a bunch of problems there. And the third thing is that most coaches are frankly overworked. So no leads, no sales, no time. That's what we're here to fix. If any one of those is true for you, then let's talk about the solution.
On the on the uh marketing side, the lead side, our job is really simple. I'm going to zoom in here a little bit. Uh, what we want is to run some systems. And the first marketing engine, we first engine we got is our marketing engine. It's called attract and the we know we've done this right when we're getting leads every day. Okay, leads every day. That's the first milestone. Uh, when we work with a client, we're trying to build this lifestyle empire. The first milestone is how do we get leads every day? The second milestone on the sales side of things is that uh you we're in the convert area is that we've got uh sales every week. So every every day new people are coming into our world. Every week people are joining and buying. That's the second milestone. When we hit that, we know that we're on track. And then on the on the uh delivery side, oops, deliver. What we want is we want the the way to get out of overwork is we want to set up a business where um people's results are not dependent on you and your time. It's dependent on a system. Okay? And what we want is we want clients oops who stay for years. When we've got leads every day and sales every week and clients who stay for years, the business gets simple again. And that's what we're after.
So, what I want to do right now is walk you through the how-to, uh, show you the some of the missions, the projects that we run with our clients to help make those things happen. Um, because if we can get a simple recipe of, you know, 1 plus 2 plus 3 equals leads every day, and that's a core problem for you, then I want to show you, you know, how that can work. On the same side of things, we'll show you, you know, 4 plus 5 plus 6 equals converting sales every week. Now, we've got a sales engine that's up and running. So, let me walk you through. I'll give you a couple examples. And what we want to do is I'll I'll tell it to you, but the most important thing here isn't that you like learn a model and draw a shape. The most important thing is we use this like a 3D scan of your business, like a CAT scan, I suppose, like an X-ray. And so, for each one, I'll tell you what it is. I'll show you a quick example. Uh, and then I'll ask you a question. I'll tell you a statement. I want you to score yourself like you're at a traffic light. Uh, and you're either going to be, you for each one of these statements, you'll be like either green, this is a real strength for us, we're solid, or yellow, it's okay, could use an upgrade, or red, this is a real problem I could use some work on. And what we what we do once we've got our colors mapped out, we're just going to be able to diagnose your business. Go, this is the first thing that we need to work on together. Is that cool? So, uh, let's get started.
Um, blue. Okay. On the marketing side, the problem to solve is poor lead flow. The milestone to hit is leads every day. We want to do three things. Uh, first thing on the menu is we need to build your audience. Uh, frankly, whatever however many people are in your world right now prospect-wise. Um, think about email list, Instagram, Facebook, live social audiences, etc. Podcast, YouTube subscribers. The bigger the audience is, the easier it gets. It's as simple as that. Uh, big audience equals easy. Small audience equals hard. Our job is to build the build the audience. Uh, one of the core tools we use for this is just called audience amplification where we take uh, we've got a system of organic content and then we uh, we run traffic to organic content. It's really, really simple. You don't need to be fancy, clever ads. And what it does is just built a big fat audience of people who uh like you, follow you, um, engage with you that we can move automatically into sales process. So audience, the audience amplifier is the how we do it. And um, Laura does an incredible job of this. If you check her out, uh, Laura Higgins u Insta, you'd see that she's got uh an amazing social presence, a super engaged audience. The audience is growing uh every single week and every day people are commenting to go from I just found you to I'd like to find out more about working with you because she's running this audience amplification piece super super well. So the question I got for you is this. When you think about your audience, do you have a consistent flow of new leads coming into your world every single day from organic and low-cost paid strategies? If you do um and it's solid and you love it and it's consistent enough, that's a green. If you're doing okay, but it could be better. That's a yellow. And if it's a bit broken and you just want your audience to be bigger, let's call that red. Love it. As you go through this, just to either color code it or just write G for green, uh Y for yellow, R for red as we go. Okay, I'll just mark that. I'll mark that red cuz for a lot of people it's a problem area.
Okay. Number number two. The second big piece. We've built an audience. Now what? Second piece is really simple. Our job is to lead your market. I mean two things. Firstly, uh, I want you to show up as the leader of your space, right? It matters. Uh, I think about our space in the in the coaching world. I'm the mayor of this town. I want you to be the mayor of your town. So, we need to lead your market. That means you take on a leadership role and your job is to coach your market, not just your clients. Uh, the second piece of this tactically speaking is we need a a bridge between the content you put out and the sales process offers pipeline that you've got. We don't just want to like share content, but we want to lead people to your offers. Okay. Uh, you know who does this incredibly well is uh guy I've been working with for a long long time, a really dear friend. His name's Dan. You Dan Martell. You've probably seen him on the internet. Uh, I think he just hit a mill a million Instagram followers, a million subs on YouTube. He's been super super consistent. He does two things incredibly well. Number one, he shows up like the leader of his market, helping people in the areas of, uh, of business, uh, health and fitness now and mindset. Um, but he showed up consistently taking people on this journey, leading people in direction. And number two, strategically, every week, if you watch his stuff on socials, there's bridges into the offers. Okay, that's exactly what we want. I met Dan when he was just getting started thinking about becoming a coach and look at him now. He's crushing. So, the question I've got is kind of twofold. Again, this is a red, yellow, green for you. Are you leading your market, showing up as the leader of this tribe of people? And number two, is there an obvious direct link between the content you've got and the next steps you want people to make all the way through to becoming a client? Green, yellow, red, mark it down. Let me know what you come up with. Okay, let's call that yellow maybe.
Next, the third step in getting leads every day. It's one thing to have people um in your audience and following stuff. We need to like deliberately have them raise their hand for for more. And so the the third piece of this puzzle is to generate demand. And so every every single week, we want people raising their hand to find out more about working with you. Not just to download a lead magnet, raising their hand and entering a seamless, hopefully automated sales process together. That's the goal. So this is a great client called Matt. He actually used to be the barista at my local cafe in Sydney. Um, super good guy. Started the coaching business. Reached out like, "Hey, is this thing a real thing?" I'm like, "Hunderc legit. You can do amazing here." Um, hit a million bucks last year, July. and um, you know, for the year. Super proud of him. Uh, just did two 248 um this month last month rather. Uh, super super proud. All done off organic content using this demand generation system. It's incredible. It's like 400 people I think a day opting in organically giving email address and entering sales process. It's boss. So the question I've got for you is this. When it comes to your demand generation, do you have uh multiple offers, multiple front doors for the product you've got? One product. Good. Multiple offers. Great. Uh, do we have multiple front doors to the product we've got? And every single day, people are raising their hand to find out more. That's either a green or a yellow or a red for you. Score it. And we're just going to once we've done we're going to zoom back out and have a look at our map and go, "Hey, how are we doing here?" Most people are okay if they're putting out the content piece. They're not super good at getting the getting the people to raise their hand and want more. So, I'll mark that red. Okay.
When we can build an audience, lead our market and generate demand, we get leads every single day, the attract bucket, attract site is fixed, and we don't have a poor lead flow problem anymore. We're on our way to seven-figure lifestyle empire. Oh, let's have a look on this side over here on the sales side of things. Again, the goal is sales every week. Three things we we want to do. First, uh, first thing we want to do is we want to craft our offer. Your offer wants to be so clear that only an idiot would say no to it. An idiot or a non-qualified person. And so, the the test is this. We call it the silent offer. Uh, if you're in a room with a prospect, neither is you allowed to talk. All you're allowed to do is write your offer down on a sheet of paper, slide it across the table at them, they pick it up and have a read. And they either nod, "Yep, I'm in. Let's do it." Or, "No, I'm out. I don't want it." If we put that in front of 10 people, how many would say yes? For most people, the offer doesn't sell itself. It needs a lot of sales, a lot of explaining, a lot of like, you know, arm twisting, a lot of voodoo. It's hard work. So, uh, Oops, that's Matt. We talked about Matt. This is Maria. I love Maria to bits. Uh, got her to a million dollars and uh, I think now she does like half a mill a month, something like that. Uh, and all of the offers are completely handsoff. Uh, she made a decision, had a had a new bub, wanted no sales calls, no sales team, uh, no delivery call, like no group coaching, no nothing in her calendar. So now her job is to create content and build offers that sell themselves. It's super impressive. I mean, she's got a ton of free time. Business is super high margin. It's very lean. I think it's like uh her and her sister, maybe a couple of VAs. It's a good little biz. Um, because she's crafted an offer that sells itself. So, the question I've got for you is, does that does your offer sell itself? Could somebody read it and go, I'm in, and give you money without the need to talk to you? Regardless of if you've got a sales team or a sales process, it wants to be good enough that people see it and say, "Let's do it." Green, yellow, red. Score it out. I think people are getting Oh, yeah. Smart people are getting better at this. Uh, I'll mark it yellow for you. It might be green, might be orange, might be uh might be yellow, or that might be red.
Okay. Once we've got an offer, that's great. The next thing we need to do is just fix the fact that most people's sales processes are all over the place and they're clunky and confusing and messy. Our job is to streamline sales, whether you're selling uh in the DMs, whether you're selling with a Google doc, whether you're selling on calls, or whether it's kind of live event based or like Zooms or rooms, we need a sales process that is simple, that there's one clear pipeline that everybody in the business follows. This is how we get customers here. Okay? If you've got that, life is easy because we can optimize. If you don't, it's a mess. I've seen some new clients come with their they go, "Here's my pipeline, and it looks like spaghetti on a page. No wonder it's not working. It needs to be simple because it's simple, we can dial it in. As many steps as necessary and as few as we possibly can is the secret. Okay. So, you want to streamline sales. Uh, coaches in Black Belt uh and Boardroom sell their stuff on calls or with chat and a doc. Um, and then third, they'll use events. Regardless of which one you want, uh, we want the process to be dialed in and uh, and simple. This guy right here is Brian. He's a super smart cat. Uh, I think I met him when he was 22, something like that. He was like, "I want to hit a million dollars by the time I'm 20, like three years later, whatever that was, 25. I might have the dates slightly wrong, but loosely that." And uh, he had the eye of the target. I just knew that he was going to do big things. Uh, hit a million dollars. I just talked to him on the weekend, so a couple of days ago, and uh, it just hit $10 million for the year. And the one big change he made was to sales process. It was all solved by chat. Uh, relatively low ticket and high volume. Uh, tweaked the offer and the price. Now it's uh people go from his Instagram audience to chat to scheduling a call with one of his team and they're crushing. They're on a tear. But the sales process itself when you dig into it is incredibly simple and really really efficient. So, the question I've got for you when it comes to your sales process is, do you have a a simple optimized sales process that is incredibly straightforward so that uh deals flow daily and people don't fall out, you know, fall out of the cracks or get stuck, lost, confused. Okay. Green, yellow, red. How are we doing sales process-wise? Let's say, hey, I'm pretty good at that. Amazing.
So, we've got a great offer. We've got the the most stream uh streamlined sales process that we can possibly get. Something that's going to take us uh from, you know, take people from curious to committed. What do we need next? Well, we've got the ability right now to make a sale anytime we want. But what we don't have is the ability to make sales at scale. And so, the third piece is we're going to drive campaigns. Yep. Uh, if you're sales driven right now, you're probably working really, really hard. You can take a lot of pressure off the sales team by driving a weekly campaign. Uh, what we want is the tool we use is called the offer cycle. And when you use the offer cycle, there's a campaign calendar at least 3 months out and it has for every week, here's the offer, here's the theme. And its job is to generate demand, move people uh move interested people into the sales process quickly so you can sign up clients minimum every week, more often than not every day. Uh, let me um, let me show you an example. Oops, wrong example. Let me show you the right example. Yeah. Okay. So, I love this. This is an amazing woman called Deb. Uh, works with dance studios and she came to our event in Fiji and uh it's 36 hours from London to Fiji. She flew uh economy class coach, I think you call it in the states, and but it was a long trip and then she had to fly all the way back. She learned a bunch of stuff including uh some of this offer cycle stuff. Decided I'm going to give it a try. So she sends an email out to her audience and posts on social and just says, "Hey, I'm jumping on a plane. I got 36 hours. This is the offer. Uh, like this is the this is the offer. This is the big idea. Uh, and it expires the moment my plane touches down in London Heathrow airport. Okay. So ask for Yeah. If you want to find out more, do it right now cuz when the when I get off the plane, the deal's off the table. Okay. Made $60,000 on the plane and now only flies business class. Just bought herself a um a super nice chateau in France. Very, very exciting. Uh, so here's the here's the question I've got for you. When it comes to your your sales process, are you sales driven or are you campaign driven? Do you have a um a campaign calendar which for every week has here's the offer, here's the theme, uh that's designed to uh fill the pipeline and make sales easy every single week. You either do green, you don't red, or it's okay, but it's not really working yellow. Most people I talk talk to their marketing is super hoham and same same. uh and they're relying on sales people doing hard work to make sales instead of the system doing the heavy lifting so the sales people can just like the sales people or the offer doc can just like present the offer and get people in.
Once we've crafted an offer and we've streamlined sales and we've got these campaigns happening every single week, what happens? Well, we've got sales every week. We fixed our leaky sales problem and we've got the the sales engine of our business dialed in. So, there's one more step and it's about how do we go from overworked uh and churning clients. I think people clients leave for two reasons. Sometimes it's the delivery and sometimes it's the product we're selling in the first place. If you like sell a short-term program, every, you know, every time you launch it, a bunch of people come in, they go through the six weeks or the 8 weeks or the 12 weeks or the whatever, and then they just fall off the back. It's mental. So, every month you start back at zero. I'm a big believer in in uh monthly recurring revenue, getting clients quick wins, and having them stay for a long, long time. The way we do that is by designing a customer journey. So, let me show you our three steps here. The clients who stay for years. Number one, our first job, oops, first job is to design their journey. I want it to be abundantly clear to every client I work with that not only is there a plan for quick wins, you know, wins in the first week, wins in the first month, wins in the first 30, 60, 90 days, that's obvious and that's a given, but also that this thing's got future. Clients leave when they run out of future. So what we want to do is design a visual model which shows them how we get the quick wins and how staying and paying and playing for years is even better. Okay, we want a a visual road map for people. So uh this guy here, Ryan Dice, he's a super good guy, one of the smartest, most humble, generous, uh clever people in the space. You might know him from Digital Marketer or more recently from his work at Scal at the Scalable Company. He's incredible and he's built this visual model which just explains here's the process, here's the outcome, and here's the steps along the journey. And when you do that, it gives prospects a ton of confidence that yes, I'm going to uh I'm going to get results here. So, I'm going to jump in. And it gives clients a bunch of confidence around I'm doing the right thing. This is where I'm at right now. This is the next step. That's the next step. And this is how it gets great. We want to design a a visual model. So, here's the question. Do you have a visual model and a road map which shows people here's how we get short-term wins and here's what we do over time to make the results get even better. Hey, well, do you do you do you regular agreement? You tell me. Most people, they've got either a short-term plan or they just go, "Hey, join my program and this is what we do each week and each month and it gets good somehow." It's not enough.
Okay. Once we've designed a journey, the business will still depend on you. The client results will depend on you and your time and your energy and your effort. Unless unless we can package, your intellectual property, your IP. This thing wants to be so tight and dialed that a thousand clients could join today and get great results. The same kind of results they'd get if they worked with you one-on-one. And that doesn't just mean it's all in videos. Means we need to be strategic about how we take you know the knowledge skills kind of tricks you've got, turn it into a system. Uh, we use a tool uh called planets and satellites which means that clients instead of having to watch hour-long videos for stuff, everything's broken down into a a 7 to 15 minute short training. One big idea, one simple action uh you like one big idea, one tool, one simple action step for them to take and they just follow the process and get incredible results. Um, this dude here does it better than anyone. Um, joined us at I think maybe $7,000 a month, I think, a few years ago now. Uh, just under $3 million a month right now. Uh, he's a marketing savant. The guy's really, really smart. But what's made it possible is that they're able to manage a thousand clients simultaneously at $2,000 a month and help them get great results. They do it by the way they've unpacked their intellectual property and the way the client the client journey is designed. It's super impressive. So here's the question I've got for you. If your number of clients quadrupled tonight, so you wake up tomorrow morning, there's four times more clients than you had yesterday. What breaks? If nothing breaks, if the system can cope, if it could scale to four or 10 times more people uh clients and then all get amazing results because it's reliant on your system, not on your time, energy, effort. Let's call that a green. If everything would break, let's call that a red. And if it's okay, but it would need some tightening up, maybe some extra people and a few extra systems. Let's call that a yellow. Uh, I like this maybe yellow here.
Finally, we've designed a great client journey and we've unpacked our IP. It's packaged up so tight that people can just step their way through it. What's missing? The the last piece of this puzzle, the thing that makes clients stay forever is when we don't just deliver the product, but we choreograph their experience. This is all the things that a client experiences that isn't watching your videos on the portal. So, I mean the client success touch points. Uh, I mean the uh, the reachouts from your team. I mean the cadence you've got which is a biggie, uh, the value rhythm that you have in terms of the cadence of what happens across a year in the timeline, you know, what what's the rhythm of that, what's the monthly rhythm and what's the weekly rhythm we call it the value rhythm um, so it comes down to touch points uh from your team, cadence, and then the client experience uh design, like what happens live uh in a room on a zoom with you, uh, what's the experience feel like? Because people people uh stay in programs like for years because of uh results and because of relationship and our job is to maximize, choreograph, design, be intentional about those things. Uh, this guy here is an absolute treasure. Uh, joined us in a bit of a world of pain. Uh, chose a niche together uh for him uh coaches hair salons. His name's Jason. Super great cat. And he's the most incredible uh experienced choreographer I know in a coaching program. So even even in the middle of CO, when every salon in America was shut down, didn't lose a single client. Why? Because he'd established a value rhythm and he was designing a client experience. It's amazing. So here's a question I got for you. Do your clients stay for years because of the touch points clients experience and the intentionality about how you deliver what you're delivering in your in your journey and in your IP. Green, yellow, red. Most people, yeah, some clients stay a long time, but most most don't.
So, here's what we've got. We've got a map now of your business, a 3D scan. Thanks for watching. Uh, you know, thanks for for going through the journey together. And on it, you're going to have some greens and you're going to have some yellows and you're going to have some reds. If there were three levers we could pull, three systems we could install over the next uh 30, 60, 90 days, that would make the biggest difference for you. What are those three? I want you to kind of either circle them if you're on paper like I am. Whatever the three are for you that will make the biggest difference. Guess what we've just done? We've just identified the constraint. Behind each one of these areas, there are a set of tools and a set of systems for you to uh, you know, playbooks to install, to plug and play, and get results in your business. So, regardless of where you're at on this map, what's yellow, what's red, what's green, the systems are simple. For each one of these areas, there are some strategies, some tactics, some tools, proven playbooks that we can install into your coaching business.
