There's something happening right now in AI that I need you to know about. And I'm going to tell you in this video everything you need to know to go to the next level.

Now, I have an opportunity that I'm going to talk to you about in just a moment. And to be honest with you, if you're not willing to watch this entire video, you're not the type of person that I want inside of the program. So, if you're not willing to watch it all, don't worry about watching any of it. And I don't say that to be mean or rude. I'm being very honest and upfront with you. This type of video is going to change the game for someone and the type of opportunity that I'm giving you in a moment will do the same. And so I want people who are very dedicated to be able to see the opportunity. Okay.

So what's happening if you're not familiar with me just so you know why you should listen to me to begin with. My name is Arllin and about 10 and a half years ago I was sleeping on the floor of an airport in San Francisco and it was because I was broke and homeless and all the things. But I was on this mission to raise a venture capital fund to invest in underrepresented underestimated founders who were women, people of color, LGBTQ plus etc. People who were not getting the same dollars as others. Uh in the US less than 10% of venture funding goes to those groups combined. So I was on this mission even though I didn't have anything of my own um I was on this mission to get the money into the right hands.

So fast forward to today I've invested in more than 200 of those companies. I have a $6 million venture fund with Mark Cuban and I also have another $24 million that I've raised to invest in other uh entrepreneurs, those 200. So I know what I'm talking about when it comes to startups, when it comes to seeing things early, and when it comes to Mark Cuban actually. And what I'm going to show you is this interview he did. I'm going to show you the results of this interview he did very recently. And I got this message in the morning. I was reading through my uh newsletters that I get and I saw this and I said to myself only a few people are going to see this ever and only few fewer people who are us who need to see this are going to see it. So I'm going to surface it for you.

So what I want to do first is walk you through uh as briefly as possible these um the highlights of this. It's a top 10 list, but I want to uh walk you through the highlights of what I think is the most important thing to pay attention to after, you know, being in being in the mix. I'm in the mix right now. And then also, what I'm going to do is let you know how you can do all the things that uh Cuban is saying you need to do, like do it all in a simple way, in a in a like accelerated way so that you can quote unquote catch up. Okay? You're not behind, by the way. You're really not behind. That's why I say quote unquote because I met somebody yesterday. I was at uh um the LA Sparks game. I was courtside at our women's basketball and I love being courtside. I love being front row at things. I was front row on on uh Thursday at another big event with 18,000 people. Uh have the director's box the you know on Saturday. I love having that access and that's one of the things that I spend money on for myself to reinvest in myself is to be in the rooms and to have the experiences. That's something that's important to me. But I met someone who uh just very briefly I met someone who kind of said, you know, you're it's Greek to me. I don't really understand any of this tech stuff, any of this AI stuff. And I stopped her. She was a black woman. And I stopped her and I said, you do understand it. It it would take you maybe one hour to go from where you feel you are right now to knowing as much as or more than most people around you who are using AI for their benefit. It's a really fast bridge. Does that make sense? Let me know in the comments if that makes sense to you. It's a really fast bridge to where you are right now to where you could be. That's why I'm so excited about it and that's why I'm going to share this with you. If any of it feels over your head at all, don't worry. I'm going to summarize it. I'm going to tell you how you can kind of skip ahead to to still be in the game.

All right. So, let's go over what he actually what they actually pulled from this interview. So, he did this uh video interview Cuban did and then the people who did the interview did this take this takeaway list. So, first the big premise is Mark Cuban has been right about a lot of things uh when it comes to technology and what he's saying is if you're not using one of these large language models which is an LLM you may have heard of but either way that's a chat GPT that's a Claude that's a Gemini those are LLMs and he's saying if you haven't been using those for your business you are falling behind so that's where we just kind of draw the line we're going to start doing that Okay. And remember, I'm going to give you an opportunity and I'm going to show you exactly just how to skip this line.

So, he's talking about how every wave has the same cast of people. There's a small group who move early, there's a large group that call they call it overhyped, and then there's a compounding gap between noticed uh nobody noticed until it was too late to close. So in other words, there's some people who get it, some pe a lot of people who don't and make fun of the people who get it, and then there's that gap in between. That's where all the money is. And this has happened over and over and over in history. And this is happening right now in AI, according to Cuban, and according to me. If you've watched any of my training on AI, on prompts or anything like that, I've said this exact thing. You're going to it's going to sound very familiar, right? I found myself saying, "Yep, I I have a video about that." You know, as we do this list. So he said the people who said they did not need a a personal computer were not stupid. They were optimizing for the world they already understood. That is the only mistake that ever mattered in technology. It is happening again right now with the same confidence and same outcome already written. What he's saying is like people who are like ah AI is a fad or I don't need to learn AI. It's a trend. He's saying yeah that's what they said about the computer. That's what they said about the internet. But here we are. Okay. And of course now you know he was also in heavy heavy heavy into crypto and I you know I don't know where crypto is right now or heavy heavy heavy into NFT I don't know where that is right now but I tend to agree with this 100%.

Okay then he talks about how uh agentic AI like the AI agents are just going to take things to another level. We're going to skip this part a little bit because it is extremely important but it is not the most important of this list. So, he talks more about app the way he's using AI agents here. And then he's talking about AI. This is the this is when I got to this one number four. This is when I said this morning, I'm going to make a video about this. You see what I'm saying? Like, this is what made me say instead of the video I was going to do that I had planned all weekend, I have to make a video about this right now because you all need to hear it. So, AI is the great democratizer. It is great for democratizing. Okay? But the edge it creates is not automatic. So he says people who use AI so that they do not have to learn anything and people who use AI so they can learn everything. Those are the two types of people who use AI. Some people use it so they don't have to do anything and it's automatic and then some people use it to learn everything because AI knows everything. You see what I'm saying? Which one do you already feel like you should be? Think about that right now as we start to go through what he says. I know which one I want to be, right? He says, "You will always have an edge over everybody around you. If you are using AI to learn if you are just using it so you do not have to do the work, you are going to struggle. This is really, really important and insightful. And I don't think I've ever done a video like this for Cuban, even though I've known him for seven years. We have a $6 million venture fund together, joint venture. And I don't think I've ever done a video like this before, Fram. This is why it's it's to me this is very important. He says, "An 8-year-old in the worst neighborhood on Earth with a smartphone now has access to every library, every professor, every consultant. The the democratization is real. The edge it creates depends entirely on which side of the line you are on. You can use an a an agent to offload thinking or you can use an agent AI agent to accelerate your thinking. Same goes for everything, the work, the leverage, everything. You can use it to like give it away. I don't want to do it anymore. I want to go to sleep and I just want to just coast through life. Or you can use it to like leverage everything you do, which is what I'm doing and what um I'm going to show you in a moment how you can do even more.

So then it says the outputs look similar in the short run. the trajectories diverge sharply over 12 months. What he's saying is it's going to go like this. Can you see him in the corner here? D and then there's going to be this fork in the road and then it's going to be like one's going to take off and one's going to go flat. And he's saying the offloading thinking it's going to go flat. The acceleration thinking is going to go to the moon. And right now they look similar. So people are getting them mistaken. So if you're watching this video and especially if you watch to this point, you're understanding. something that most people don't understand. Okay, I'm going to tell you a stat in a moment that's gonna I think it might blow your mind because it blew my mind.

Okay, so this is the number one thing that I made this video for this sentence. Cuban calls curiosity the number one skill for entrepreneurs, employees, and students. I'll say it one more time and write the word curiosity in the comments if you're right here with me. If this is exciting to you, Cuban calls curiosity the number one skill for entrepreneurs, employees, and students. Can you be curious? You probably thought when I talked about learning a skill that it would have to be kind of difficult, like you'd have to go through a whole process, but he's saying no, it's not like you have to go to four years of school for this. You just simply need to be curious because that is going to win. Now, he has more than $6 billion. I I tend to listen to people who have more money than I do if I if I respect them, right? And this is he's the case of both. I respect him and he has more than I do. So he's he's saying not prompting, not tool fluency, curiosity. AI does not create curiosity. It rewards whatever intellectual drive you already bring and punishes the absence of it faster than any technology that came before. It's just going to flatline for you. It's going to be very mediocre for you if you're not curious. So, pick one AI output for your team that your team produced this week or you produced this week. Ask the person who made it, including yourself, to explain the three most important decisions inside it where where they cannot answer, you have found the line.

Okay. So, then I mean that's just so cool, right? So, then he talks about open AI and kind of competition. That's not really exciting to me. Um because whoever wins wins, right? Then he goes to this Rebel Cheese uh case study, and I haven't really looked up Rebel Cheese, but I'm going to go ahead and believe him. He talks about how this was a $50,000 a month agent that was built before most companies wrote their first prompt. So, he says they wrote a little agent that took a picture of the box of um there's uh they make uh vegan cheese. Okay, so this little they understood that UPS and DHL were systematically overcharging on box dimensions for this cheese. The error happened constantly and was too tedious to chase manually. No one person could justify spending their day figuring out a few pennies here and there, right? So they made an AI agent that runs this program automatically. They found $50,000 recovered every month and zero headcount was added. So one person made one agent or got spun up an agent that fixed this problem. That is the pattern. The value is already sitting in your operation. It just has no one assigned to collect it because each individual instance is too small to justify attention and too frequent to ignore ignore. In other words, this is all to say there's something right now that is happening maybe in your bank account, maybe in the way you operate, maybe in the way what you what you figure out that that AI can help you save on or make more money on. And you it's just so tiny and and little that you don't notice it or maybe you notice it, but you're like, I I can't put any time towards that, right? There are other priorities, but AI can come in and find those pockets. So you might be saying how I'm going to show you in a moment.

Okay. So then um again talking about like competition not really interested in that as much as I am interested in this. I am interested in my in my VC cap but for this video I'm not.

Okay. So this one's huge. Are you ready for this? It's huge. AI cannot tell you what happens after it gives you bad advice. That limitation is your most valuable job. So he let's explain that the limitation is not intelligence. It is the complete absence of a consequence model. He says a 2-year-old on a high chair with a sippy cup knows that when she pushes it off, mom's going to come running in. AI has no idea what's going to happen because you took its bad advice. Cuz AI is not a real person. It's artificial, right? So at an intersection, a seeing eye dog does not follow instructions. It understands physics, cause and effect, and what happens in the next three seconds. Current large language models built on text and images do not have that model of the world. Cuban sees the next frontier as world view AI. Going to highlight this world view AI built on video and physics. He has already invested in a company putting up satellites that identify the material composition of natural surfaces using spectrography. That kind of real world sensing starts to close it out. Yeah. Let's find out what it means to us. Okay. Consequence. The consequence layer is a human job. This is the part that you need to pay attention to in this number nine. Okay. Knowing when the model is inside its frontier when it has quietly left it and which outputs require verification before any action is taken. That skill does not get automated. So it's basically instinct and taste decision making. You hear me? Instinct, taste, decision-making. These types of things are more valuable than AI because AI can't do it. It can make decisions for you, but it doesn't know why it's making decisions for you. It's just using different outputs. At the end of the day, you are the one who can make the best decision. It gets more valuable as models get more capable.

Okay. So then number 10, uh the market is already wide open and the play is not what you think. So he's talking about um uh most small businesses, this is really cool, okay? Most small businesses know they need to do something with AI. Almost none have someone who can walk in, identify that Rebel Cheese problem, that $50,000 problem we talked about, hiding in their operation, and build the agent that fixes it, charge $100 an hour to build it. So Cuban, who is a billionaire, is talking about what I have been telling you for the past nine months about building the websites, about going in and helping people with their AI consulting by not having to be an AI genius, just someone who knows a little bit more than the local shop knows or the author knows or the person who, you know, the the plumber or the barber or the small business owner. Then charge recurring maintenance when models drift and agents need updating. So you can say agents, you can say even the LLM and I'm going to tell you why you can say it doesn't even have to be agents that you learn about. She says this that is not a side hustle. It is a business with a defensible service layer that grows every time a new model version ships. So every time chat GPT has a 5.6 and a 6.4 Four, you can go out to a new group of people and the same people and upgrade and maintenance and help them. It's not a side hustle. This is exciting.

So, I'm going to tell you why it doesn't have to be an AI agent. All right? It doesn't have to be an AI agent. Uh because I looked it up and about 10 to 15% of the world uses AI on a weekly basis intentionally. So they'll there 800 million people use chat GPT uh a lot of people will use other AIs lovable and Claude and and and and the thousands of other AI companies they'll use them on purpose. I'm I'm opening this website to use it in this way or I'm using a doc and doing all this stuff with the agents where there are more than eight billion people in the world. That's 10 to 15% about a billion people or so little you know on average are using AI. Do you know what percentage of people use the internet today when we have video of Katie Couric who is still alive saying what is internet on live TV because it was not it was a question mark a couple of decades ago you know in the early well maybe three decades ago 74% of the world's population uses the internet. 14% you could say of the world's population uses AI even though it feels like it's everywhere. So that's not to say that people who use it unintentionally, meaning so many things are summarized, so many things like YouTube uses AI to help you find things and people don't know that they're getting that. I'm saying intentionally just like intentionally people are using the internet. Five times billions more people still need to to catch on and you're watching this video and you've watched this far of the video. What does that tell you about the opportunity that you have to be a bridge to someone else?

So it says AI is exponential. The gap between believers and doubters is compounding. Whoever iterates fastest wins. All that means is that AI is an opportunity. what I just said and that you seeing it first and you being seeing it now means you're seeing it first. It may not feel like you're seeing it first. It may not feel like you're on the frontier, but you are. You are early adopter. You are early days, which is of the hugest your early days in the hugest opportunity of humans lifetime of like human history. You see what I'm saying? Like it's cra like that is so so so crazy. None of that is complicated. Almost no one is acting on it though. So it says founders build on AI from the start. Not just as an add-on, not as a feature. Okay, as the thing and I'm going to show you in just a moment how you can do that. I got you. Okay. As the operating system of your business, the cost and speed advantage from restructuring now does not close after the window passes of restructuring now. get there first or spend the next decade defending against whoever did.

So, this is what you can say to other people that you're selling to. You could say like, I'm I want to help you with something with AI or AI is helping me do it. And I'm going to show you that in a second, but um you you can I can help you or you can kind of spend the next decade like catching up. And then it talks to investors, right?

So, now I want to show you what I've built. I built AuthorityXPro and AuthorityXPro. You can go to authorityxpro.com or link below. There's a couple of things that you may not have heard about. Even if you've heard of this, I want you to stick around because I only want people who watch this whole video to be the ones who apply for this. So, I have Authority XPro. There are two major things that I want you to know about it. One is that you can get it free for 24 hours. Meaning you can you can use it for 24 hours right now. If you go to the site and that's not available, it just means that that is over. But you can there's probably something else that replaced it. Maybe three hours or three three um messages or something like that. But right now, you get 24 hours. I won't ever do longer, you know, because it's so much uh that's there. And it's an expense. It's expensive for me to run this. So, everybody who gets a free 24 hours, I'm paying for that in the back end because I know that once you use it for just a few minutes, you're going to fall in love. And then we have people who after the 24 hours, they upgrade. So, for me, that's the business model. With Authority XP Pro, it's only been out for about a month uh publicly. I've been working on it for nine months now privately and then the eight months privately and one month publicly. And I have never in my entire career had something with this much positive feedback with just this much use, this much uh uh where it works so fast. So what is it? It's like a chat GPT. It's like that and it's built with those in the background, but it is trained on me. It's trained on everything that I know about sales, about building offers, about getting clients, and about repeat buyers and more. And you talk to it like you talk to me. Like, if you had hired me, if you hired me and I you could reach me every single day of your life and I could talk to you all day long, I would probably have to charge you something like $10 million. Yeah, that's probably what I would I don't even know if I would ever do it, but I would have to charge you at least $10 million to just be able to be to talk to like I'm just working for you basically. That's what this is. You can talk to it inexhaustibly 24/7. Ask it anything and it gives you great answers from me. It walks you straight uh step by step through scripts. And let me tell you why this is important. So, this is a group of of my clients who were using it the first week and they're just blown away by it. So, they this is a video where you can watch them talk about it. And then there's multiple multiple uh case studies. So, 2,000 in 24 hours, 3500 in 4 days, uh 3500 in 4 days to 6,000 uh in in 7 days, uh a full cohort of of clients filled in 48 hours. It just goes on and on and on. So, you just look at that, take the 24 hours. Now, that's one main thing. So, anybody can do that. If you made it to the end of this video, I want you in there if you haven't done yours yet. Okay.

The second thing I want you to know is now I have uh just launched and announced a certification program for Authority XPro and a different version of Authority XPro that gets added to your version for yourself. That is a client workspace. Okay. So, let me talk you through this. Going back to everything we just talked about. You go and you use Authority XP Pro to just jump the line basically and now you're caught up with what AI can do. You ask it a question about your business or you don't know what to ask it and you press a button that has prefilled prompts and it'll help you within minutes. Like within minutes of using this, everybody who's used it, which is more than 12,200 people now who have used it and about more than 250 have joined. Everybody who uses it gets something within the next in the first few minutes. Like it is absolutely incredible. Then you use it constantly to help you with things to every question you have about everything about what how to promote, how to get customers, how to price, what should I even sell, everything. Everything. Okay? And it's not just doing it like chat GPT would, which is like telling you what it would do. It's like it's telling you what I would do if I were telling you what to do, what I would say to you. And that's very, very different because I'm good at this. I make about $5,000 a day selling info and consulting. So, business info products, digital products, and consulting and coaching. 5,000 a day. And I'm I'm It was 4,000 two months ago. So, it's growing. So that person, that coach with you 24/7.

Now, this is where things get really, really incredible. So most people are going to do that. I would say 80% or so are going to do that. I thought it was I thought it was 95%, but then when I put this out, this next thing I'm going to tell you about, it actually was like 4x the number of people I thought were going to join. So about 80% will do the 24-hour trial, and many of you will will upgrade, and you'll get paid. I mean, you'll do the paid version either yearly, monthly, or even weekly. Now, you can even get it just for a week or a week at a time while you put your money together because it's going to help you, right? But the certification is one thing. So, the certification is six weeks with me, two days a week in the cohort live and it's virtual and we're I'm training you at the end of it. You'll get a physical award. you'll have certification that is um that we kind of promote that you're certified. But let me tell you what's really going to be interesting about this. So you are the only ones if you're certified who get access to the client workspace. What that means is you use Authority XPro for yourself all day long. How do I sell? How do I price? Etc. Helps you just like it's helped so many others with the client workspace. You can add your clients individually. And I'm talking about clients, not customers. So when I say clients, I mean people who are paying you 200, 300, 500, a,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000. You know what I'm saying? They're paying you. You put them in the in the workspace and then that workspace has their memory and does all the things for them that it does for you, but with their memory and their inputs. That client never has to know you're using Authority XPro if you don't want them to. You can tell them if you want, that's great. But if you don't want to, all you have to do is let's for instance do an onboarding call with them for 60 minutes, 30 minutes, get the information, the transcript from the call or the notes that you have. By the way, did you know that you can take a picture of your handwritten notes and chat GPT will print it out? I'm sure Authority Pro will do the same, but definitely no chat GPT will. Anyway, you upload that that transcript into Authority XP Pro. You do answer a few questions in this portal for that one client. And now it has it helps you do everything for that client when it comes to a being a strategist for them, being a consultant for them. And when you do that, when you're able to do that for someone, they're willing to pay you a lot more than just getting a course from you or even just getting a one-on-one call with you. And they're willing to pay more like one time or even monthly for you to just have this strategy for them. Imagine you're able to help just like AXP is able to help you make more. Imagine you're able to help someone else either make more money or do whatever your niche is. Doesn't have to be about money. You could be helping people sew better, but you bring all the information to AXP. It helps you with, okay, this is what you should tell them to do as their next YouTube video. This should be what the next caption of their Instagram is. This is their next LinkedIn post. This is how many people they should sell to in this amount of time. This is what they should say in the email nurture, everything. And it's brilliant. And you can even give them a playbook, three to six page playbook with your name and logo on it and you can hand it to them. And that's for one person. So imagine you have someone paying you $500 a month to be that strategist for them. That's really low, but that's if for some people who have never done that before, you're going to try it out, right? $500 a month to be a strategist who helps them with so much stuff, but you just had to type in a few like, you know, couple hours a week. But imagine then you have you add the next client and then the next client and now you have 10 clients and you're making $5,000 a month, maybe working 20 hours a week from home. And if you start to add even more to that, which is what I teach you in the certification part of what I'm teaching you, then that number could go higher. I'm seeing people who I know that they can go from probably 2,000 a month to 20,000 a month. I'm not saying that everybody can or I'm not making any guarantees. I'm just saying with the people who have already applied, I know what they're doing and I can say, "Oh, I know exactly how to plug that in to go hire Mo."

So, you have to apply. That's another thing. Let me wrap this up and tell you something really important. You have to apply. You put down a $500 deposit to hold your seat. If you do not get in, if I do not accept you, I give you the money back immediately. If you do get in, then that is applied towards the the the total. The total right now for this first cohort, it will be more later, is $1,997. They get you the six week certification program and a full year of the Authority XP Pro Client edition, which by itself I could charge $2 to $3,000 per month for in the future, but you will get locked in at this rate.

Okay. So, the application link is below. Do you see why I needed you to watch the whole video? Yeah, the application is below. I opened it on Thursday. This is Monday right now. Last Thursday morning I opened it. I thought it would take a while like few days and maybe I would get a certain amount few people. It sold out two times the number of people. I thought it sold out in 24 hours. Less than 24 hours. So then I opened up more seats and there are only a couple of those seats remaining for this first cohort. When this first cohort is closed, you will see when you go to the application, it'll say that. So, if you go to the application and it says go ahead and apply, you're still good to go to apply. If it says this cohort is closed, but you can get on the waiting list and pay the deposit for the next cohort, that information will be there. Now, there was one person who decided she couldn't afford the rest of it, so she asked for her deposit back. And there was one p one person who did a accidental duplicate application. So when I thought there were two seats left, there were actually four seats left. So now there are still a couple of seats left. So do that now. It's Monday 11 something. Well, it be like it'll be like noon Pacific on Monday May 11th when I post this. Um, on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. Pacific, May 12th, is when the deadline is no one else can get into this cohort. I won't let people into the cohort uh once we get started. What will happen then is you'll be on the wait list for application for applicants. You'll still have to do the $500 deposit to hold your seat, but it won't be until the next cohort, which will it'll say on the on the on the document when that is. So, in other words, get in now if you want to get in now. Okay? We got six weeks. It's going to be amazing. You get the client workspace the day we start, which is Wednesday morning. And you do not have to go to lives to get the certification because not everybody can make the lives at the time. It's 10:00 a.m. Pacific Wednesdays and Fridays. So, if you cannot make that or any of them or some of them, you will get the replay shortly after and any kind of instruction or homework right after. So, yeah, good to go. I'll see you there.
