One minute durations. I'm going to keep this kitchen timer in my view somewhere I can see it. Like that. Then I'm going to stay in my quarter rep range of motion for the duration. And I will only extend into a full rep range of motion if the pump becomes too epic. And uh I'm gonna start with I'm gonna start with palms down and I'll I'll activate my biceps as well. Right. Later we'll switch it to palms down, but right now we'll do palms up. Okay. First minute duration on deck. I think I'm going to need more weight. Well, let's just see what we got here. We have 25 seconds left of this minute duration. And that's our one minute duration. And we're going to follow that with a twominut rest period.

During this 2 minutes, I'm going to throw a little bit more weight on here. Just a little bit. [Music] All right. Looks good. What's up, Baker? How you doing? Welcome to the chat. We have 30 seconds left of a rest period. We'll reset this clock to a minute duration. Greetings, Scarlet Darllet. Welcome to the chat. Gaming with Ty. How you doing? All right, so this is going to be another one minute duration. That's our two-minute rest period just about. We'll reset it over to a minute and we'll get it. [Music] 20 seconds left. Man, that's tough.

All right, so 2 minute rest period is what I'm looking for. Did I see some results while training this way? Absolutely. It's uh it's the most epic pump. Yeah. I don't I don't get a better pump. [Music] This will be our third one minute duration time under tension set that we'll be doing for a minute duration with the quarter rep range of motion. Boy, my lats feel pumped. Tell you what, my lats feel crazy pumped. What do you think of training to the failure set out? Yeah. Well, that's pretty much what I'm doing. My body is reaching a failure point every minute. Yep. Every minute I'm reaching a failure point. Hey pal 39, I incorporated your time under tension push-ups this morning at the gym. Absolutely destroyed my chest. Heck yeah. Heck yeah. That's what I'm talking about. I don't find I can't find anything that I get a better pump.

All right, so that's our two-minute duration. Thanks for giving it a try. It's pretty awesome. Minute duration, quarter rep range of motion for the duration. Can I adjust it to forearm grip? Yes. All you got to do is palms down and you'll be blasting your forearms. [Music] 26 seconds. [Music] [Music] That was insane. The pump that I'm getting out of my lats, they're just boy, I don't know if you can see the pump. It's just insane. man. Hey Nathan, welcome to the chats. 2 minute duration. Oh, you just got a forearm gripper. Those are fun. Yep. My brother's been working on his grip strength. Justin Pollock. Hey, Mark. What's up? We got one minute left. One minute left. No, I don't really lift heavy. I lift for one minute duration. I'm pretty much at my failure point come that one minute duration. So I adjust the weight that I'm utilizing. So my failure points at that one minute duration. Yeah, buddy.

All right, so we're coming up on this 2minute duration. Boy, I could see it. Do you see a coloration? I got more blood pumped. It's crazy. I think I'm going to switch my grip from palms up to palms down on this one. That's our twominut duration. In fact, it was 2 minutes and 12 seconds. Reset it to the minute duration. And we'll get our place card holder to time our durations. Yep. Here we go. What do you lift, man? What would you tell someone who doesn't lift? I lift uh one minute durations, quarter rep range of motion, 10 sets. That's 30 seconds. [Music] Jeez. Oh man, we'll time our rest period man. My back is just my lats are feeling crazy. Crazy jacks. Hey Frank, welcome to the chat. Yep, natural man. And I learned this method in the prison system, the quarter rep range of motion. If you pay attention, only the biggest dudes utilize this method. Ronnie Coleman, this new dude out of Germany, whatever the guy's name is. What is it? Hector, whatever. He's he's he's the 300 lb dude who's doing one arm pull-ups. Only the biggest dudes and the strongest dudes are utilizing this method.

All right, I'm trying to get you guys hip. So much resistance. There's so much resistance. It's like you don't you don't know what's good for you. Just trying to get you jacked. That's it. People been doing this method in the prison system forever. All right. It's nothing new. There's nothing new about it except for, you know, the one minute durations that I'm utilizing. Besides that, this method's been done forever. We got 20 seconds left of this rest period. How much do I weigh? Um, I'm pretty light these days. I'm I'm usually between 180 and 190, you know. I got my scale over here, but it already needs new batteries. Yep. Little by little. Right. Okay. Okay, boom. That's our rest period. That was 2 minutes and 20 seconds of a rest period. We're getting it over to the 1 minute duration. And I am at my failure points. I truly am. I'm going to take another card to mark our place. How much we have. Doesn't does, you know, it doesn't hurt to keep, you know, give a little bit extra rest. Maybe we'll have a better set this time. One, two, three, four, five minutes time under tension will be this set. Yikes. This is pretty epic. Let's get to it. Right. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] Man, that is freaking lit. Freaking lit, man. Absolutely. time our duration. [Music] Yeah. So, what I'm doing is I'm tucking my legs in between this gap. Just trying to hug the machine with my legs to lock lock me in. It's working. It's working. Note to self, my back is getting pumped. Just watching. Heck yeah. Hey Jay, good evening. Ali Bird says, "Jesse, can I ask how much weight are you pulling? Um it is 90 + 50. So 140. 140. Yep. Do I take pre-workout? Well, I got my coffee over here. Got my coffee mixed with a little bit of honey. Oh, man. My lats are going to be freaking Charlie horsing on me. Let's take another minute duration. 5 seconds left of this rest period. Honestly, I haven't taken creatine in the last week. I've just I've stopped taking it because I just get sick of taking it. But I've been looking at the bottle just staring at me. So, I know it's time to take my creatine again. Get back on it.

All right. So, this is our minute duration with the quarter rep range of motion. We're only extending into the full rep range of motion. Once we reach that failure point, the pump becomes too epic and we need to pass the blood on to other muscle groups before restarting. Ah, [Music] Wow. Ah. A man, tell you what, that is a crazy pump. It's mind over everything, you know. It's just my self rhetoric pushing me. Watching the timer. Watching the timer is so beneficial, right? To see those seconds waste away countdown, right? It just allows you to dig a little deeper in those failure points. Seeing that timer. Yikes. Yikes. How long can you stick with the same exercise? Well, it's all about the fine tuning and finessing of that exercise that that really gives unlimited variations. You could do it ever so slightly with your hand placement, the tempo, the duration, the rep sets. You know, you can do push-ups in an infinite amount of ways. It never gets old. But generally speaking, hey who that's in the house. Thanks for being here. getting swole. I remember when I start first started watching you. You were doing something right. Damn. Thank you. Yeah. I believe we've come we've narrowed in, you know, the real basics of getting jacked, right? We we've pretty much cracked the code on how to do it from my time in prison to what I've learned since. It really produces the results, these quarter rep range of motions for the duration. Hey Jack, welcome to the chats. Oh, that's our rest period. That's okay. 2 minutes and 30 seconds. I'll take it. I'll take it. I'll take this uh card placeholder to hold our uh count our sets minutes under tension. What are your thoughts on how effective working out? I Well, I I think for pure results, I don't think there's anything that I've personally come across that is more effective. Uh cuz I'm just getting results on top of results with this one minute duration uh quarter rep range of motions. I don't think anything's going to produce more results than what we're doing here today. You know, we've come a long way with our theories and our processes and now it's just results on top of results. There we go. Hey, Eric Point is in the house. What's up, Eric? [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] 15 seconds left. Oh man. [Music] Man, the pump on the bicep when I do the palms up. Epic. Freaking epic. Yeah, buddy. That's uh 40 seconds so far of our twominut rest period. You know what? 2 minute and a half is is feeling feeling about right now. You know, this far into it. We're going to time our durations. How many We're going to count our durations. How many thus far have we done? How many minutes under duration have we done thus far? [Music] Let's see. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven minutes time under tension thus far. This will be our eighth minute. Our eighth set. Elijah says, "Do you do other stuff besides workouts?" H I longboard. Yeah, I longboard. I put my dog on a harness and she pulls me around the block. Then I got this little laser beam that I'll shine shine in front of her and then she'll pull me extra fast. It's pretty fun. Look at all that blood. I could see the blood. Oh yeah, that's awesome. Okay, that's 2 minutes and 30 seconds. That's what I'm going to count as the rest period. Minute duration, quarter rep range of motion. I see a lot of questions in here from new people. Um, my physique is is a normal physique. You know, if you go to any prison system, you can see a lot of dudes with my size and shape. Right. And that leads to some interesting questions because, you know, the food isn't, you know, great in prison. You can imagine what comes out of those chalk chow lines, right? So, there's really no food and there's really no uh gym equipment in most places. Yeah. So, how does so many people have so many repeatable results, right? when it becomes repeatable like this, right, where anybody can do it if they just participated, right? That's that's what I learned from the prison system, right? And and obtaining obain obtaining this type of physique. Uh, everybody worked out in a specific way and they use the quarter rep range of motion, the half rep range of motion, the bunny hops, the burnouts. You've heard them being called anything. these things and more, right? It's just these little reps. That's all they're doing. And they all look jacked for real. Uh, this ain't no new thing. This has been going on forever and it's going to continue this way, right? But it's repeatable. That's what I'm trying to say. You guys need to pay attention, guys. I'm trying to hook you up. Trying to hook you up. How to get big quick the way men been doing it for years in the prison system with the quarter rep range of motion. Right? It's working out in prison is like an entity within the prison system itself. It's it'll never die, right? And it'll always evolve and strive to be the best the entity of the physical fitness that's happening within the prison system, right? Cuz men will eventually go home, but the workouts will remain the same, right? And ever transforming better and better. It's a pretty interesting situation, right? Unknowingly, they've created a situation where the best workout methods, you know, are the only thing that last, you know, and this is what the prison training methods are. You know, it is a very interesting situation because there's right like like a dirty baseball cap says, how you doing that without good food? Right. I'm not the first one to get jacked on prison trays, right? Just the slot that they feed us. It it's really more to it than there. There's there's not really much more to it than working out, right? You work out and regardless if you're eating the slop, you're still going to see results. You know what I mean? It's just what it is, you know? And when I was in the prison system, I was never on any kind of diet. I just ate whatever I could and as much of it as I could. If you weren't going to eat your oatmeal in the morning, I'm going to eat your oatmeal in the morning. Right? You're not going to throw it away. You're going to leave it on the table for the next man to come across. And uh I was that next man uh snatching up all those trays. Anyways, but the discussion of food in the prison system is a very interesting thing. [Music] [Music] What? [Music] That's what I'm talking about. Time rest period. Count another card. I'm aiming towards a 10-minute duration. Do you think this training style reduces chances of injury? I do. Kane says, "Did you have creatine inside?" No. But I've heard that places are now selling it. I don't know if that's real or not, but um that's what some guys are telling me. Heck yeah. Yeah, we just rocking it. That's it. Let's see. We have 40 seconds left to our 2 minute mark, but we'll probably go to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Hey, thanks for the channel support. Thanks for being here. Boy, I'm feeling crazy jacked at this moment, man. I tell you what, bros rich. That training equipment cost parking expensive. You guys are lame. My neighbor brought me that. The one that was working out with us, his boss was going to throw that beautiful thing away in the scrap pile. He asked if he could take it home. I got this sweet thing for free. Believe it or not, I tell you what, you don't need all this stuff. This is extra. You know, I got jacked in the prison system without any equipment. It's just fun to play around on. For those of us who have just joined, can we have a summary of your system for results? Yes, absolutely. Um, generally we're doing a twominut resting period, but at this this late in the game, 3 minutes is what we just had. And time before that was 2 and 1/2 minutes resting period for every 1 minute duration time under tension sets that we do with the quarter rep range of motion. That's the goal. You want to stay in that that maximum pumped area on your your lats or whatever you're trying to work. You can take this method with anything, right? Quarter rep range of motion for the duration. One minute duration. And you want to be fa you want to have enough weight on here so that you're failing at that one minute duration. I'm failing pretty pretty soon into this now. Um it's it's pretty tough. So that's what we're doing. 1 minute duration, quarter rep range of motion. [Music] [Music] Wow. Hey [Music] And we'll time our rest period. Hello Moscow in the house. London. What's up, guys? Hey, Andreel, welcome to the chat. Samuel, how you doing? Brian says, "Looking more buff than ever." Thanks. I think so, too. These uh quarter rep range of motions for the duration of the minutes seem to be doing the trick. It's like I got gains on top of gains. Yeah, I think I think what we're doing is just just fantastic. It's working. It's working. It's working. We're almost to that 2 minute duration. But, uh, we'll we'll we'll rest for two and a half at least. King says, "Those quarter reps have my chest and shoulders on fire." Absolutely. Absolutely. I'm glad you're discovering the method for yourself. Give yourself about 4 months of continuous uh quarter rep range of repping. You'll see a totally new physique. Oh man. Yeah, I don't take tests. I take vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium, boron, creatine, and MSM, and sometimes vitamin C on top of baking soda. I take all that stuff. But I tell you, more than anything, it's these quarter rep range of motions that are really uh building me up. Building me up. Yeah. MSM is useless. Definitely not. I actually thought that my aches and pains were from old age. It just turns out I needed to take some MSM and creatine and whatnot. Why the baking soda? Bacon soda is for endurance. It's been uh it's been banned from the Olympic administration, right, for its effect with your endurance. Ah, what's MSM? Oh, it's like a cure all. I I honestly It feels that way, but it's really just uh for joint joint support. Yeah, baking soda is just for uh endurance. I think it neutralizes uh lactic acid buildup, something like that. Holy smokes, we got 4 minutes of a rest period. Holy smokes, it's a lot of rest. We better have a good set. Hey guys, all you haters out there, I just want to tell you that somebody is paying attention to you. You're not you're not alone. Your your cries for help. Um, they're being heard. I love you guys. If if I could give you a big hug, I would. Uh, you from Cali? No, I'm from Ohio. No, I got all these haters in here, right? And it's there. It's an interesting thing seeing all these people that just talk craziness. I think when it comes down to it, they just need a hug, right? because they need attention and they're not getting attention at home. So this is like a cry for attention. You know what I mean? I just want to tell them they're not being left out. That the illusion is that you are alone. And that's the great illusion. You're not. You're not. Yeah. You're part of the collective, right? Human race participates. [Music] [Music] That's 30 seconds. [Music] Here we go. Brian says, "Hey man, on those negative comments, do you ban them permanently or just time them out?" Well, we just time them out. Giving grown adults timeouts. Sometimes they need a timeout. It's funny that we got to do that, but we do. You're being You're being vulgar, sir. We're going to put you in. Time out. Think about your actions. Hey, what is the solution for being overweight? Well, being overweight means you're just in a calorie surplus. You're consuming and storing away more calories than you're physically burning. So you need to get access to those fat reserves that are to be used as energy when you don't have any calories. So you need a calorie ser uh deficit, right? You need to be in a calorie deficit to access those fat reserves. It's just that simple. eats in an intermittently fasting schedule, right? Only have certain eating hours like between noon and 8:00 p.m. Nothing after, nothing before. You know, you got to watch what you eat. It's just that simple. If you want to gain weight, you need to eat more calories, more than you're burning. How can I really build traps from home? Um, well, I built my traps in the prison system. Very simple. Just uh put my chair in like this. 10 15 minute duration straight. Uh, generally you get about a thousand reps within 15 minutes. Yeah, do that once a week. Um, I found it's a lot I get a lot more intense um of a workout by doing that one only once a week opposed to every other day or every day or whatever. You know, I definitely it was more intense doing it once a week. And if you want to add to it, you can take a resistance band and anchor it down low. Let's see where we at, guys. Okay, we can do another one. Let's count our durations. See where we're at. I know we got to be close by now. See that 10 1 minute durations. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 nine. So, we are on one more minute duration and we'll have our 10 one minute durations time retention. I'm going to put that card in the deck now. Bam. Where's my timer? I love this. 10 one minute durations. Time under tension. E says, "Everyone says the health care is paid in the US, but is it true?" No, it's not true. I don't have healthcare. I haven't been to a doctor in like 16 years. Well, I've been to a doctor while I was in the prison system. I They sent me out to get hemorrhoid surgery. Um, I don't recommend you ever doing that while incarcerated cuz the afterare sucks. The whole thing about it sucked. There was nothing good about it. Nothing good about hemorrhoid surgery while being incarcerated. Right. But besides that, I haven't been to the hospital in 16 years. Yeah. I mean, I'm not sick.

All right. All right. So, we're going to do one minute duration, right? One minute duration, quarter rep range of motion. And this is going to be the last set. This is going to equal 10 total minutes time under tension. All right. How many times do I eat a day? Um, I mean, I have breakfast, but it's usually a late breakfast. Sometimes it counts as my lunch as well. I don't know. I just eat when I'm hungry. [Music] [Music] [Music] Man, that felt good. 10 minute time under tension, one minute durations, quarter rep range of motion. I love the pump. I love the pump.
