I later went into the airline [music] and said the UX people should be the highest paid people in the building, which I still believe because they can make you £10 million in an afternoon, which lasts forever.
This is like saying to JK Rowling, "Yeah, you can have royalties, but only on the first edition." The majority of people working in pharmaceutical research spend their entire working lives without ever working on a drug that makes it into market. Okay? You should be able to claim the credit for inventions you had in the previous quarter.
