So today we are in Stone Creek. Stone Del Webb. Stone Creek. 15 20 minutes down the road in your golf cart. Really? That far? Look at all these golf carts. Lot of golf carts. We're going to sneak you in there. You mentioned you moved from the villages to this community straight to here. Okay. And is there anything you miss about the villages that you don't have here? Villages.
What's up everyone? So today we are in Stone Creek. Stone Delell Web. Stone Creek. Del Webb. Stone Creek more specifically. uh right up the road from on top of the world and we're with Kayn. Hi. Hello. Hello. I'll throw her information up on the screen if you want to get connected with her. So, we're gonna take an in-depth walk through. Really, our goal of these videos is we'll kind of go over the meat and potatoes of the community, number of homes, price point, all that stuff. And then we're going to do a walk through. We're going to check out the amenities, but more importantly, we'll try to like run into some residents and really get a feel of vibe of the community. We say it all constantly, but it's like you can look at the stats on paper and you'll never really know how a community will feel until you come check it out. But that's our goal today is just to get as close as we can. Sure. To the uh the Stone Creek, the Dell Webb Stone Creek Vibe. Vibe. Yes.
All right. We're walking into the golf club, which is a public golf course. Thank you very much. Hello. Hi. How are you? Good. I'm just showing him around. Check out the bar. see if I knew anybody. Yeah, let's go. Let's go pop out there and then let's let's talk about the uh we'll go over the the kind of the community details here. I thought we were coming in to drink. I wish next time. This is nice, man. I will say beautiful. It's really beautiful community. It is. It definitely feels very resort, too. Yeah. And especially when you get by the pool and stuff, it it does it really feels like you're at a vacation resort and not home. All right. You want to sit down and we'll just go over dirty details before we walk through. Do it. Okay. Set that up. Okay.
All right. So, Dough Web Stone Creek. Do Web Stone Creek. There's some stone crusts. There's some spruce creeks. You want me to run it down? No. No. No. That's okay. Okay. Well, there's not them all. Oh, you know. Go for it. I know them all. Okay. You got Stone Creek, right? You got Stone Crest. Yep. You got Spruce Creek North, Spruce Creek South, Spruce Creek Country Club, Spruce Creek Preserve. Okay. Okay. That's it. That's all the stone and spruces. Don't get confused. We're in Delell Webb Stone Creek. Stone Creek in Ocala, Florida. All right. So, what are the details here? What's the number of homes, price ranges, HOA, CBD, year built, resale, new build, all that stuff. Okay. All the good stuff. Let's start from the easy part. No CDD, so that's gone. Nice. Okay. Stone Creek HOA, right? Some areas they actually cut your yard for you. So, those are a little bit higher. It's just under 400. It's 3.96 a month. If they don't count your yard, it's right around 250 to 296 depending on your area, when the house was built, blah blah blah. But that kind of gives you an idea. And they actually have some areas where they maintain the exterior of the home as well. And those are like almost 700 a month, but that's there's not many of those. Okay.
When do they start building? And can you buy new? Can still buy new. There'll be about 4,000 homes when they're completely built out. They are 3,500 right now. So, you got a couple years probably. Couple years is all and then they'll be completely built out. There's, you know, great resales here as well. Um, but because of the promotions that they're running on new homes, good time to buy a new home. It's a good time to buy a new home if you don't mind the immature landscaping. That's usually the biggest negative I hear about a new home is it's not, you know, the trees are this big and the bushes aren't big and that kind of stuff. So, it looks a little sterile, but if you don't mind or you're patient and you can wait a couple years, now a new home is going to give you the warranty and all that. Yeah. Resale then is going to give you a lot of upgrades though. So, you know, maybe they put 25,000 in for their landscaping and that's not unheard of here or they've put in plantation shutters and things like that that are big expenses. So, you'll get the upgrade. So, yeah.
So, um price ranges. So, new homes are starting right around 3:15ish and go up from there. You can go as high as you want. You know, with the new build especially, resales, you can definitely get some in the twos. Last year, you couldn't. Okay. So, prices have come down. High twos. And are there any villas in this community or is it all single family? Yeah, there are villas um attached villas. Not many though and you don't see them for sale very often. The HOA, the reality is you're right up the road from on top of the world. There's literally a guart golf cart path connecting the two. And from the drone, you can see on top of the world being built. So it's like if you're checking out Stone Creek, you'll probably look at on top of the world. If you're checking out on top of the world, you'll probably look at Stone Creek. Why not? Why not? They're they're they're right next to each other. Like you have a golf cart access to this the town center. Yes. The cultural center, the circle square, all that. Yep.
So, one of the things, and you've mentioned this, that people kind of say is like people in Stone Creek say that on top of the world pays too much in HOA fees, right? Well, how do you feel about that? What's, you know, well, it's, you know, pay too much is is they include a lot. So, you know, if you don't want to cut your yard and you want complete maintenance-free living, I mean, you're retired. Do you want to spend time cutting your yard? Some people do, but there are, you know, comparing, there are other areas of on top of the world that are actually less HOA than it is here. What I tell people first and foremost, you're going to be happy no matter where you buy. And I know you don't believe me, but it's true. You can go to any community and talk to the residents and they're going to tell you, "I looked at 15 communities. This is the best one. You've got to move here. This is the greatest place ever." And then you go to the next one and they're going to tell you the exact same thing. So, what I tell people is, let's go to the places that are in your budget, that have the houses you like, and you got to come feel the vibe of the community, and that's going to sell it. Where do you feel comfortable going? Yeah. And you can't really do that without coming. You do have to come check them out. You do have to come check them out.
So, well, the other thing like the HOA, it always ends up shaking out. There's so much discussion about HOA prices, but the reality is you can get a cheaper HOA, but it doesn't include your internet and your lawn care and this and that and the other. At least within areas, HOAs are very competitive. I will say if you go to the coast and a lot of times it's maybe because of insurance insurance can be a big factor like that but even like insurance on the shared amenities stuff like that coastal HOAs seem to be a lot higher but within like areas your HOAs are for the most part going to be pretty competitive right Dell web is built by PY and you know PY is not stupid neither is Colin built who builds on top of the world and if Stone Creek let's just say hypothe Hypothetically speaking, they decided to drop their HOA and have it $100 a month. Well, on top of the world's going to do the exact same thing. They're not stop they're not going to lose business because of it. So, it all washes out in the end. Yeah.
Let's go to the golf on the way on the walk over. I got off for you. Top of the world. One of the cool things is you can take your golf cart to a bunch of restaurants. Can you do that same thing here? And you can there's probably what 15 20 minutes down the road in your golf cart. Really that far? Yeah. But there's a golf cart path and you know you're retired. All you have is time, so who cares? Okay. Right. I mean, I wouldn't want to go buy ice cream in June in the middle of the day on your golf cart. Do you plan on bringing it home or if you didn't want to drink it? Yeah. Love it. All right. Well, we'll drive.
So, we just we just walked into the pro shop and uh the person working didn't want to be on camera. Fair enough. But we're kind of asking, you know, how the course is and how it compares to on Top of the World, too, if you're checking out both. She said Canler Hills and this is like very similar. Very similar. large fairways, very forgiving. She said retirement friendly. In terms of tea boxes, they have anything from, you know, what was it? I actually have a card on me. It's like 7,100 to 6,000 from white. Oh, here we go. I was going to say that's long. Purple 4,800. Basically, you know, any skill level. But then also, if you're playing the same courses, you can move tea boxes around and work on your wedges, your longer approach shots, things like that. Even in terms of price and and stuff like that, I think it sounded pretty similar to Cameler Hills. Yeah. Yep. That's what she said. Well, she did mention the membership. If you don't live in Stone Creek, you can't get a membership. You can pay it and play, but you cannot purchase a membership.
Can I move this? Yes. I should have recorded that. But I've got a little theory. I think I've said this in a couple of the videos now, but it's my gate guard theory. What's that? All right. We keep talking about the vibes, right? It's the vibes, the vibes, vibes. Like, you got to find out whether the community would be a fit or not, right? If you pull up to the community y and the gate guards are happy, the entire community is going to be friendly. If you pull up to the comm the gate and the gate guards are grumpy, the entire community feels grumpy. It's something about it. If you got good gate guards, it bleeds into the whole community. Yeah. Let's see some houses here. Yeah. We're actually going to go to where they're building so you can kind of see where the new builds are going on. All this is obviously resales.
This might be a difficult question for you, but you are an on Top of the World resident. I am. When you were looking, I'm assuming you looked at both communities. We did. What made you flip? Why did you take Stone Creek over on Top of the World? I picked On Top of the World because we found such a fantastic deal on a home that we're uh renovating and we're going to flip it. Okay. And are you going to flip it? Move to Stone Creek? I don't know yet. I've made a lot of great friends at On Top of the World. And you find that once you get into a community and you meet people and you get involved, it's really hard emotionally to leave that place. I mean, I've know I've sold people's homes who are moving back to family and stuff like that and they're falling and people are coming by to see them and it's sad cuz you know these people kind of become your second family. Yeah, for sure.
This is the newer area. It seems newer and you could tell by the tree level, just the Yep. the the landscaping. That was a nice house. Oh, look at that driveway. Crazy. Look at this one right here. That one's pretty. I love the triple. That one's got a full drive. Yeah, he's got some crazy driveways. Oh, it's a palm tree. Nice. Wow. This is There's some crazy driveways up in here. Another one. Yeah, that's nice. The pavers concrete. Oh, here you go. What is up with this? Is this part of the builder? I don't know. Does the builder do this or I don't know. No, this is aftermarket. This is cuz that's just paint. That's not even epoxy. Okay. That's just paint. But incredibly well done. Yeah. So, the landscaping you can tell is definitely less mature. Less mature. It doesn't take long in Florida. Stuff grows pretty well. Um, especially if you start giving stuff steroids. Miracle growth. Miracle grow. Um, there is actually a bush called a viburnum and it grows about 3 ft a year. Yeah. And so if you want privacy, that's the best thing to put in. And then you could put some other bushes in to kind of fill it out, you know, prettier flowers and things. Yeah. This has got some nice You can tell they they probably did some of this, huh? Yeah. Yeah. It's cool.
So what like these houses that we're passing by, what what kind of price range are we talking here? These are these are going to be your more expensive larger homes. You know, about 450, 500 maybe, depending on how many upgrades you put in them. Yeah, but with the three cars or the the two cars with the golf cart, these are great cars. They're going to be your bigger homes. Cool. It's a good looking house. This is Yeah, this program that I'm going to look it up on is super cool. And I can actually send it to people so they can use it. If you're driving around and you really like an area and you want to know how much a house called costs, you just pull up the app. I don't have any signals so I can't do it, but I can tell you about it. So, you pull up the app and you go to the map search. You hit a little button. and it takes you where you are and it'll tell you everything for sale around you. And so if you're right in front of the house and they have a for sale sign, I can tell you exactly what it costs. Very cool. Or I can send you the app and you can do it yourself. So you we kind of talked about this in on top of the world, but you mentioned for some reason this community has no cell service. No cell service. And you have T-Mobile. I have T-Mobile. I'm going to show you. So you hit this button right here. Takes me here. And oop, see there's a 440. 440. That 40. That's was the house we just passed was 440. Okay. But you know, you've got some over here less expensive. The house we just passed was 440. Let's go look at the 735. And I see a 7. Yep. That's pull. You just touch it and when you get sell service, they'll tell you all about it. Yeah, it's got 86 pictures. So why is that? That doesn't even have its own pool. That seems like a expensive Yeah, it is. They must have a lot of upgrades. It's 2500 ft. threebedroom, three bath. It's a very large. I believe that floor plan is the one that has two masters. It's got a regular master and then a mini master. So, you're seeing a lot of families where, you know, the sisters are living together or even two couples, you know. Yeah. Living together. That seems weird. Well, I mean, usually it's family like your sister. Okay. Yeah.
So, one of the things that makes Stone Creek so beautiful is their water features. They do have beautiful water features. And this pond specifically, every year in the winter, they have a group of white pelicans that come and they visit and they stay until it gets too hot and then they fly away and they come back next year. Wow. But they're beautiful. They hang out. They live here. Is it a lot? Like a Yeah, like I mean 10, not hundreds. No, they're not like geese. 5 to 10. So if you if you were going to snowbird, you could just uh figure out what the pelican schedules are and and just follow them down when they leave. Leave. Yep. I like it. Yep. Look at all the birds fishing over here. Yeah, that's pretty cool. So that's one of the one of the distinguishing features between the two communities, right? The water. Yep. Water. And can you fish in these? Um, catch and release. Um, this one I don't know if they have much, but the other one that we just that the white pelicans are in then. Yeah, they do. They do have fish in there.
So, one of the things they've started doing, the new things is they're having food trucks certain nights of the week, which is really popular. Everybody's loving it. We just passed one that said Latin fusion. And then we were in the grill and the bar. In the building we're getting ready to go into, they actually have a little bar and they sell snacks. And by snacks, I mean chips and crackers. So, so if you're going to go for food, you go to the golf course or for breakfast or lunch. This building over here has like a little deli kind of thing. They do breakfast and they make uh fresh cookies and have sandwiches and salads and things like that. So, you've really got two main options without having to leave the property. Let's go check it out. Let's do it.
All right. So, this is Stonewater Club. And this is new, correct? This is brand new. It's only been open about a year. Beautiful. Beautiful insight. It's one of my favorites of all club houses of all communities. Oh, that's a bold statement. That is a bold statement, but you'll see why. They kind of set it up like it's not a bar, but I mean, they do serve alcohol, but they have pool tables and darts and the golf simulator. I'm kind of spilling the tea early here, but Well, that's okay. You're not spilling the tea. You're you're you're creating anticipation or uh So, here's your little bar. You can get um wine or beer. He's like they're playing cards. But this community specifically has a huge ma jang. I mean they play there's multiple groups. They play it all day every day. I've never come here and not found somebody playing it. Really? Oh, is that what they're playing here? No, those are cards, but I think that's what they're doing. Ma, huh? Yeah. If not, it'll be in the other building. Trust me. See, this is what we're talking about. Some communities create like little cultures. Yeah. If you're a big majong player, you might want to consider Stone Creek cuz man, you can play 24/7. Wow, look at this. Beautiful. Brand new tables, brand new. This is cool simulator. So, if you don't know how to play golf, you might want to start here. You can select courses and everything. This might be one of the ones, too, where I think it is cuz see how this is kind of separate from the rest of the floor. I think it like this will raise up. Yeah. So like if you land somewhere in the fairway and your the ball would be below your feet then I think it's like one of those. Have you used this before? Oh, yeah, many times. How like comparable is the sand to to actual sand? Like, is it similar at all or is it kind of silver one is light sand? The gold one is if your balls deep in the sand. And then the other the rough green up there is for rough and that's your fairway right there. So that pretty much covers all the types of conditions you can run into on a golf course. So, and then this guy, does this if like the balls below your feet, does this elevate? Yeah. Okay. Sure does. That's crazy. It'll elevate give you the lie and everything and the tilt. So, and this like that's deep. That represents deep sand right there. That's light sand. And does it feel like hitting out of sand or? Get a ball and drop it on there and see. The balls are on right off the lip here. And you can probably find a ball somewhere. Just set it in there. See how far it goes down in that one. Yeah. Now do it in the silver one. Okay. Oh yeah. It's like sitting on top. Big difference. It sits on top. That's like light sand and that's heavy sand right there. That's cool. And then you got your rough right there. Yeah. And that the strike one represents the fairway and the green. You play it on both. The thing I like about this is it has what they call caddy assist. Yeah. When you're putting, you're on the green, it'll tell you, okay, hit it. They can't tell you how hard to hit it, you know, cuz you hit it as hard as you do, but they say like, play a hole and a half to the uh left of the cup or something like that. And if you're within the margin, it will show you a little red light right there showing you where what trajectory you need to hit the ball. So, it's really very thorough. I love it, man. And it's, you know, one of the best things I've seen. So, it's an air conditioned golf course. Yes. Brilliant. Looking out there, it's like ain't no one out there playing golf today, you know? It's just brutal.
So, you reserve this. Do they do like tournaments or lessons or anything like that? Well, yeah. Matter of fact, this guy right here will do lessons with you. Cool. On the simulator. From what I understand, he doesn't charge anything. What? He just enjoys doing it. I mean, you know, give him a tip or something like that. I'm sure he'd appreciate it, but I haven't called him yet. Okay. But the guy that kind of helped me get used to this, he told me about him and he's like, "Yeah, let's give Mike a call and you know, he'll help you out." That's awesome. And he's just a resident then. He's a resident, I think. So, yeah. I guess it' be a little weird if I'm not a resident. No, no, I'm not a resident. You can't be, man. You're way too young. Way too young. We're doing a a video. We have a a YouTube channel where we show off different fits. Oh, really? Oh, wow. Okay. You know, this is strictly 55. No. No families, nothing like that. Are you okay if I ask you a question for a video real quick? Sure. Um, so you move you moved from the villages. You mentioned you moved from the villages to to this community. Straight to here. Okay. We work with people that are looking at the villages and stuff, too. So, you know, it doesn't have to be necessarily negative, but is there anything you like love about this place more than the villages? And is there anything you miss about the villages that you don't have here? Miss about the villages the golf. Okay. You know, I love the executive courses they have there. I played them for free. Yeah. You know, because I'm a resident there, right? But it's getting so crowded there because of all the new development on the southern end down there, East Port and all that other stuff down there. But when I first moved there, Highway 44, just south of that, that's their limit. not going any further than that. And we were at we considered the southern end, the new development area. And then they put in all this new Eastport, Middleton, and all that stuff. And now we're in the center of the villages. Their population is going to go up from I think they said without snowbirds there year round, it's 160,000 in the villages with this new development and everything once they get it all finished, which they're never going to finish cuz now they're talking about going towards Orlando. Yeah. Yeah. You know, it's insane how greedy these kids are wanting money and stuff. Yeah. And it's going to probably be pushing 400,000 people. It's crazy. That's four times the size of Tallahassee. Yeah. So, you know, and in a 20 square mile area. So, you tell me there's not going to be traffic problems and congestions. about the last year before we left there, we wouldn't go anywhere north of 466 unless we absolutely had to cuz traffic. Yeah. Unbelievable how bad the traffic is there. But yeah, the golf. But um about the last year or so because of all the snowbirds that come down, the courses get torn up pretty good cuz they probably play five, six days a week constantly. Yeah. You know, and they tear them up. A lot of people don't have the respect to put things back like put a plug back in the ground or you know fix your divots on the green and stuff and they'll start damaging them and it got to where the greens and everything would be all torn up when I go play them and they would start shutting them down systematically in rotation so to speak to prep and repair them which is great but they get them prepped and prepared just in time for the snowbirds when they come back down. Yeah. And you know, then boom, try and get a tea time. Yeah. It's hard. Yeah. It got really bad. I heard the tea time was a big issue. Yeah. And their course for what they charge you for it. I don't think it's worth it. That's like here. I don't go play this course. I think I've played it maybe twice since I moved here about a year ago, it's $70. Play this golf course. There's a golf course right up the road about five or six, not even that, probably about two or three miles. $26. Which one's that? Uh, Ocala National. Ocala National. Okay. It's right off Highway 40 there. It's a pretty nice course. I mean, you know, for that price, it's a public course, right? Technically, this is a public course. It is. Yeah. It's not in inside the gate. So, anyone can come and play this course if you want to pay 70 bucks around to play it. Yeah. You know, but but in terms of maintenance and stuff, doesn't feel like a $70 course. They maintain it pretty good. I don't I would say it's great. I mean, it's not it's wide open fairways. It's there's not a whole lot of challenging holes to it whatsoever. It's pretty forgiving. And yeah, it's it's okay. I had the drone up and it looked very forgiving. It looked like like huge fairways. Yeah. Like you said, and then even if you do miss the fairway, you're not in trouble. That's what it looked like to me. Like you could miss the fairway to the left and it's like you could still Not yet. You can go 30 yards this way, 30 yard that way. That's the kind of course I need to I know. It is nice. It is nice for beginners. Thanks for chatting with us. That was fun. All right, I'm going to get my slot here. Do they ever do like tournaments or anything on this? No, they don't have any kind of tournament thing. I don't know if it's not that big yet or that popular, which it surprises me how easy it is to get a reservation for here. Okay. It's gaining in popularity cuz I tour all the time. I have to wait 2 three days before I get on the simulator. I called yesterday at 4:30 said, "Hey man, you got 3:00 open for tomorrow." Said, "Yeah, come on down." Cool. Got you covered. That's good to know, though. That's That's nice. All right, thanks, sir. Have a great one. Let's try to finish at least this clubhouse.
So, then what? Just like kind of card room, meeting rooms. Oh, you have a bunch of meeting rooms and stuff. Cool. And there's no gym. This is No, the gym's in the other building. Okay, we'll get there. So, you got shuffle board and cornhole and then you've got an outdoor amphitheater, which is really neat because the water actually carries the music throughout the community. If you're part of one of these houses, you can sit on your porch and listen to Absolutely. That's freaking cool. Yeah. Give me what a social and you can fish in this guy. You can fish in that guy. There's actually a fishing pier. We'll see it later on. How often are they using this amphitheater? Probably like once a week, you think, or once a month? Every other week. A month. Okay, cool. What are the amenities here? Okay, so the amenities here, you've got your softball fields. You've got a basketball court, multiple botchi ball. Botchi ball is very big here. also pickle ball courts and they just added eight pickle ball courts. So, there's plenty of those and you've got a little dog park and a big dog park. And then, of course, the amenity buildings. Probably one of my favorite things about the community is the fitness center. They've got the indoor pool with lap lanes and they do aqua aerobics and things like that. Their fitness center is pretty extensive. You know, they've got the free weights and then all the weight machines and then the cardio and then they've got the outdoor pool. In terms of softball, what we were talking to someone at on Top of the World kind of sounded like Stone Creek has a better softball team. Yeah, he he didn't want to say that. It sounded like it, right? Yeah, I think so. I think you're right. Like they were a little bit more competitive, a little bit more recreational. So, Stone Creek might have a more competitive What? I guess how would you figure that out if someone like I I'm a pretty serious softballer. Yeah, I have one of the buyers that I sold to on the top of the world. He's big into this. I can ask him. Yeah. Just would probably end up asking residents that you that you sold to. If I came to you, I was like, I'm serious about softball. I just want the better softball community. Better soft. How would you get that info? You know, that's tough because I don't think they have multiple teams here. I might be wrong. They probably have a co-ed and and male, but on Top of the World has many teams. Okay. So, maybe more opportunity to play. Yeah. So, you can play more often than On Top of the World. I want to do a uh a 55 plus Olympics, right? Represent your community. Yeah. It happens maybe like once annually or something. It's not the Olympics, but it's like Yeah. softball tournament. Yeah. Pickle ball, golf. You know, that'd be brilliant if one of the communities sponsored. Well, then you can host it, but move it around. Different communities host it at different times. Be kind of fun. That'd be smart.
Look at all these golf carts. Oh, yeah. Lot of golf carts. Lot of golf carts. And guess who doesn't have one? You got to get one. How do How do we get you a golf cart? Pure pressure. Buy me one. Buy you. Okay. Okay.
So, this is the fitness center. Okay. This is all gender, right? Can I poke this thing in here? Yes. This is This is amazing right here. So, you've got the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and then the massage, and you've got um skin care, facials as well. And are these are they like services you have to book from people outside the community, or they they have people just up front to the front desk? I think it's a $100 an hour, but you know, that's really the going rate these days. There you go. We'll see. Oh, you got to be in it, too, though. Okay. Okay. She'll get a hint cuz at first she'll look and she'll go I'll show it to her. You sure? Well, you don't want to be snuck in there. We're going to sneak you in there. All right. Just a peek. Well, and as Caitlyn probably told you, you know, she lives next door. And both communities have pluses and minuses. They do because we did a lifestyle visit next door. Okay. before she took us around and I liked it over there, but we like it here just a little bit. We like a little bit smaller feel. It seems like what we get for the HOA I like a little better. They did raise it up from 264 to 290 some. Now it's 302, but I get all this cable. My my internet's like 680 some every speed test I do. You know, that's good. I get Paramount Plus, I get Disney Plus, I get Max, I get all the expensive cable. 302 bucks a month. Wow. Oh, that's actually really good. So, that was one of the deciding factors, too, on this one. Yeah. They don't even have cable in on Top of the World. They don't. Messing with it cuz in Ohio I had to call every year to get a discounted rate cuz you'd be running up 200 bucks with your internet and cable and stuff. And we hit Spectrum there. And that's what I have here. And so here, you know, I get all the cable channels. I get the uh like I said, the internet, it pushes close to 700. And that's no extra cost. Yeah. And that's really good. You can all demand stuff. Is that fiber optic? No. No, that's supposedly they're running fiber optic. But uh now that just is half the community. The other half of the community has what they call bridgeet, which is the older Yeah, that's people say they stream stuff, but I see problem people are playing all the time where I have the spectrum and I mean that's who I have. They're pretty good. And a lot of people don't even realize that all the apps that you get free as far as Disney Plus, Max, Peacock. I mean, if you can't find something to watch, now my neighbor, she thinks she needs a gig internet, so she pays a little bit extra, but I don't know why. Yeah, you don't need it. My wife has like four screens up and I stream stuff and Yeah. Thanks. We We'll talk to you soon.
Oh, look at that. Nice. And this really does feel like a resort pool, doesn't it? Yeah. I was going to say, so you got zero entry. You got water volleyball over there. You've got lap lanes over there and then you've got a little island in the middle which is super cute. And they're getting ready to put in a new pool on the other side of the community. Really? Just like a satellite pool. Just a satellite pool. Won't have any frills or anything but probably a hot tub and a pool. Nice. Yeah, cuz this is thinned out a little bit. When I had the drone up, it was busy. Was it? Yeah. Oh, good.
This is the activity building basically where all the meeting rooms, maang players. We talked about Maine and then the other bill is three tables in there. And you said most people are just playing here. Don't play in the other one. Yeah, it's weird. So, they've already closed down. So, it looks like nothing, but this is actually a little deli area. So, okay. So, they do stuff in the morning. Yeah. Things start to slow down around this time. 3:45. Um, here's all their clubs or some of their clubs. Not all of them, but I'm trying to get a feel for some of them. Yeah. Whether you're a foodie or at the shalom and veterans and soft thing, all kinds of good stuff. And then here's a better shot of this. So people can screenshot that, but that's just an idea of a week right there. 20 22nd to the 28th. Yeah, that doesn't include things like pickle ball that happen every day at certain time and things like that. That's just unusual things. Yeah. Looks like they're getting set up for some kind of banquet. Nice. What are we setting up for? Oh, we've got uh Name That Tomb tonight. Name. Yeah. So, it'll be fun. They do it with teams. That's awesome. Okay. Are you with the community or are you setting up? No, I'm the lifestyle director. Oh, cool. Jay, nice to meet you, Jay. I'm Nikki. I'm Kayyn. Nice to meet you. We're we're just we're doing a a little video on the community. We're just poking around. Oh, cool. That's cool. Have you been to the Stonewater Club? We have. Yep. Okay. That's That's where we reside over there. We do a lot of our events over here and we do facilitate for this building, but Gotcha. Yeah. Well, nice to meet you, folks. Pleas. I remember that. What's that? Thank you. Oh, yeah. That would be easy, huh? And then that's the resident services down there. Okay. Yep. Cool. So, that's pretty much it for over here. That's pretty much it. This is mostly your some of your cards and stuff, but then your your banquet hall. Yep. Just three big buildings.
All right, guys. Hopefully, that was helpful. We got to chat with a few people that live in here, too. Hopefully, it gives you a little bit more of a sense of the community. If you have any questions about uh either of these communities, Stone Creek or the last video we did on Top of the World, feel free to reach out to Kaitlin. Hopefully, we'll put her information up on the screen. And if you haven't seen the on top of the world video already, you can watch that here. Yeah. And yeah. Anything else? No, that's it. See you on the next video. Bye, guys. [Music] Oh, and everybody made my prediction.
