out. I haven't had to wear this hat in a while, but I had to break it out because, uh, I had to watch Brian Harpool on the Shawn Ryan show, and it got deep. I was waiting around in it, and it got so deep I thought, man, I've got to get out the hat. So, I had to get out the hat. I had to get it back on. I had to start it back over from the beginning. My, my, uh, in my built-in, my inherent BS detector is good. It's good, but these guys are professional operators. So, I had to dig a little deeper. I had to go a little farther. I had to, uh, uh, get out some extra arsenal. But I have this on tonight. So, feel free, ladies and gentlemen, to, uh, join the program. Uh, as you see there at the bottom, subscribe, like, click notifications, do all that while we're doing the monologue, and you won't, um, you won't ever get left in the dust. You'll never be left in the dust. But this is, ladies and gentlemen, this is a, uh, militaryra BS detector. I had to get, I had to get militaryra BS detector for the Shawn Ryan and Ryan Harpole interview. But let me get to that. Let me get to that. Um, love the Scotch tape, Baron. Hey, that, that is not, that is not scotch tape. This is packing tape, ladies and gentlemen. This is not scotch tape. We, we do not demean our, our Scotch friends. That's not, that's not proper. That's not the way we, we do things on this program. This is packing tape. This is, this is, uh, this is high-end BS detector here, guys. All right. Let me, let me start here. This is important because everything I'm about to say in this monologue is going to frame the Shawn Ryan interview with Brian Harpool. So, it's important you pay very close attention to this because it sets up the entire interview. Hold on, let me find it first. Ah, there. There it is. All right, guys.

A key marker, a key marker of intelligence is the ability to communicate in a way that the listener understands. If you're discussing a concept or a topic with someone, your knowledge, skills, and experience certainly are irrelevant and likely worthless if you're unable to convey your knowledge, skills, and experience using words familiar with the other person. One of the largest obstacles people face in communicating this way is an over reliance on jargon. Jargon is the complex language used by members of a particular group. There's medical jargon, for example, for medical professionals. There's legal jargon for legal professionals. There's military jargon for military professionals. I'm no stranger to jargon. I've been a lawyer for the past 20 years. I can keep pace with most lawyers in most disciplines. What might sound like foreign language to non-lawyers sounds pretty normal to me most of the time. We even have jargon in our fitness community. We don't do workouts, we do wads. We don't do a set number of movements per minute. We do e-oms. We don't ask, uh, we don't do as much work as possible in a set period of time. We do amraps. These are all examples of jargon. If you don't, uh, if you're not a part of that community, all that will sound ludicrous to you, but the list is practically endless. And no matter what field or group you're in, you're likely to have a mountain of jargon you use among members of that group. This is completely normal behavior when speaking among the group. The problem comes when speaking outside of the group. Take an emergency medical setting where an emergency room doctor needs to get permission from a family member to take critical action. If the doctor tells the family there are complaints of angginapectus with anhydrosis that may require BLS, the doctor likely won't be understood. The failure is not on the family who doesn't have a formal medical training. The failure is the doctors and solely the doctors. The only goal in that moment is to get the family up to speed on the patient's condition. The doctor failed that task. And if the family doesn't know what's happening to the patient because the doctor failed to communicate it in a way the family can understand it, then the family can't possibly provide the necessary permission to proceed with urgent medical treatment. There are three major reasons a speaker might rely on jargon at the expense of being clearly understood. The first is mistake. The speaker relies so often on jargon that he doesn't even realize he's doing it. Or he operates on the mistaken impression that nearly everyone understands his jargon. Second reason is more sinister. This is where the speaker consciously uses insider jargon because he doesn't want to be understood. In this case, the reliance on jargon gives the impression the speaker wants to engage in a discussion while ensuring the listener or listeners truly don't understand what's being said. Think of a military leader taking questions from the press about an operation he believes is deeply unpopular with the public. In other words, the speaker has something to hide. Third reason is probably the rarest reason to overuse jargon, but it happens because the speaker doesn't actually have a firm grasp of the subject matter and doesn't want to be exposed as a fraud. Think of a CEO taking questions from the press about why his quarterly results are below expectations. Truth is, he doesn't know. He just wants to look confident so investors don't panic any further. So, he employs liberal use of jargon.

While watching the Brian Harpole interview with Shawn Ryan, I couldn't stop cringing at the over reliance on jargon throughout the interview. Brian Harpole's a former police officer and the head of a security contractor Charlie Kirk hired to keep him alive. Shawn Ryan is a former military man turned CIA contractor turned podcast host. Throughout the two and a half hour interview, the two exchanged jargon like they alone were the audience. Setting aside the fact that Shawn Ryan's only real follow-up question was, "What is a pathy?" as if he either didn't know or believes his audience doesn't know, the interview sounded most of the time like two security operators chatting over a beer. That's a poor tone for an interviewer to take with a guest whose company failed in the one job they had when the man they were hired to protect was shot dead in front of thousands of people, including a dozen or more of his employees who were hired to keep him alive. It's that last fact that has me wondering whether Harpole's use of jargon was the second or third reason I listed above. Because he didn't want to be understood or because he truly didn't understand what he was talking about. I have several clips of that interview I want to discuss tonight. I'll spoil the surprise now by giving you my conclusion rather than making you wait until the end of the show. Brian Harpole failed. His team failed. We knew this for a fact before he sat down with Shawn Ryan for this interview. The evidence was unavoidable. Brian Harpole and his team led Charlie Kirk into an unsecured amphitheater and Charlie Kirk was mortally wounded in one of the most gruesome public assassinations in decades. Perhaps it is the fact that the conclusion is so unavoidably accurate that Brian Harpole fig, uh, figured he had nothing to lose by doing an interview in one of the friendliest interview venues in modern media. But he was wrong. Rather than rehabbing some semblance of his and his company's reputation, Brian Harpole's image left Shawn Ryan's studio in tatters. There were some legitimate items he could have addressed to distract from his and his team's obvious failures that resulted in the death of Charlie Kirk. For example, he could have answered any of the following questions that could begin piecing together what happened that fateful day in Utah. Number one, was Mikey McCoy ever inside the hospital? If so, how did he get there? When did he arrive and when did he leave? Two, was there a command or signal to get Charlie off the stage the moment a threat was detected? If so, what was it? Was it audio or visual or both? Number three, what was Dan Flood doing with his left arm with his left hand on his right arm when he stepped forward and made this motion at the exact moment the gunshot rang out? Number four, why did you let Charlie go on stage without ensuring the venue was secure? None of those questions were asked and none of those questions were answered. There perhaps are even more that he could have answered and did not. Instead, he and Shawn Ryan chased down straw men and fought ghosts of arguments that died weeks ago. We've known for weeks there was an autopsy, for example. Everyone accepts that fact. That didn't stop them from slaying that drag, dragon for several precious minutes of airtime.

However, my primary concern with Brian Harpole's interview isn't at all whether or not it helps the investigation of Charlie Kirk. Rather, my primary concern is for Charlie Kirk's widow, Erica, and their two young children. In a video from Eric, Erica Kirk's White House visit on October 14th, Brian Harpole can be seen, I believe, with other members of his team. In my opinion, that means Erica Kirk is in grave danger. The best predictor of future performance is past behavior. The video from DC was taken just 34 days after a complete failure of Brian Harpole's team and their one job on September 10th, which was to keep Charlie Kirk alive. And with that, I want to run through several clips of the interview. Several clips of the interview. Um, let me do, let me do one thing real quick. Uh, will you guys please allow me to take my BS detector just off screen? I'm not, I'm not doing anything, I'm not doing anything shady. I'm not doing anything shady. I'm just getting my mason jar full of water. I figured tonight's show might take a little longer. [snorts] Might take a little longer. So, I got water. I got a bigger thing of water. I've been using a smaller glass and tonight I went larger so that I could spend more time, uh, with this beautiful audience over the course of the night. So, let me get my BS detector and let me go directly here. Um, and I have a few other stories I want to cover. Uh, one, two, three, four other stories I can hit pretty quickly at the end. But, let me run through this real quickly because, um, let me turn this up as loud as it'll possibly go because these guys are both talking softly like everything they say is very important. That is water. That is water. I'm not going to pee, guys. The comments are out of control. They're out of pocket. Absolutely out of pocket tonight. All right, we are going to start with a question from Shawn Ryan about, about whether or not his members of his team have ties to foreign intelligence agencies.

>> When you're screening your employees or, or, or the guys, I have to ask this question. I have to ask it, of course. Do any of your guys have any ties to any foreign intelligence agencies, more specifically MSAD?

>> No. And, and I, I've seen that and heard that and, um, you know, I've been in 39 countries in this world and I've never been to Israel. Um, I'm a firm Christian. Um, I ask our guys, are you believers? Um, we have no ties to Israel or MSAD or any other. We're American.

>> Let, let me, let me stop that right there. That's a dumb question. If I, if I do say so, and no offense to Sean Ryan, I know he's got like a top three podcast in the world or something. Top 10 podcast in the world, but what a dumb question. What is he going to say? Yeah, as a matter of fact, they're all spies. What if they were spies? What up, Randall? This is one of my oldest listeners. This guy goes back to my very first day on radio back in 2014. Um, this is, uh, uh, this is a dumb question. A really, really, really dumb question. Robert Hansen was a US spy. He was selling secrets to the Soviet Union and then eventually the Russian Federation for decades. You can look up his case. It's pretty wild. His, uh, his selling secrets resulted in the death of, of American spies among other things, among the exposure of, uh, trails underneath the Russian embassy in the United States. I mean, just horrific. No one suspected Robert Hansen. In fact, he was so unsuspected that he was one of the people tasked with finding the leak that he was the le, he was actually the leaker and they asked him to find the leaker. No, boss, I couldn't find them. I mean, what, what do you expect him to say? Well, as a matter of fact, yeah, they're all compromised foreign. They're all compromised foreign agents. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I, you caught me red-handed with that really tough question, Shawn Ryan. I don't know what else to tell you. So, we roll forward a little bit because that's about the only good part of that answer right there. So, let's roll forward a little bit. They're going to talk specifically about Israel. I can't hit these numbers exactly, so you're just going to have to bear with me a little bit. Oh, that's closer. We'll roll forward. Answers. We've seen a lot of, of Charlie's friends, um, people that are in the media, you know, come out and say Charlie had very specific concerns about Israel and that his, his opinions were changing about Israel and that he had expressed concerns about this to various media personalities. You know, my question is, is the man that owns the company that's in charge of his security detail and you are the head guy on his security detail. Were there any concerns about that or any other organization, political party, foreign nation? Did he express any of those concerns to you?

>> I think this is a legitimate question and I think the answer is awfully telling. I think the answer is awfully telling. My BS detector up here was going absolutely bananas during this, during this answer. Charlie Kirk was texting friends of his allegedly inside of TPUSA saying, "They're going to kill me. I think they're going to kill me." He was expressing to people, not security detail, that he thought that if he ever died, it would be a foreign government, not a guy living with a furry. And I'm telling you that is a legitimate question and I was very eager. I got up on the edge of my seat ready for the answer to this. This was, I mean, I know it's early, but this is one of Sean Ryan's better questions. What, if anything, were you told about this fear Charlie had about Israel in particular? Now keep in mind frame it in this context again. Frame it in this context. Immediately after Charlie Kirk gets shot, what does Andrew Kovvette do? Don't ever forget this fact. It is the key to the case. It is the key to cracking this case. Immediately after Charlie Kirk is shot, what is the very first thing? What is the very first thing he does? I can turn the media clips down if you guys think they're too loud. What's the very first thing he does? He goes and he gets a group text and he turns it over to the feds. What does the group text say? The group text says, "I'm leaving the Israeli cause. You guys have left me no choice but to leave the Israeli cause." Now, he's telling people this on a group text two days before, uh, he's telling people the day before allegedly that he's afraid he'll get killed. Yet somehow we are to believe this answer Brian Harpole gives right here.

>> No. And, and [clears throat] we, Dan, Dan works for Turning Point as their security guy. And so Dan feeds down that to us to, um, to our contract to security which is us for integrity. And so [clears throat] nothing had ever come now from, from, from Dan, from Charlie down to us about that. Now at the same time,

>> you got to look at the world we live in. [clears throat]

>> And that's a reality.

>> It's a reality that that

>> Okay, so he's going to go into the reality that there are threats, international threats. But let me tell you, he's, he, I'm to believe, I'm to believe what he's telling you here. I'm to believe that that Charlie Kirk is texting group threads saying, "I have no choice but to leave the Israeli cause." Charlie Kirk is texting friends allegedly per Candace. He's texting friends that says, "I think Israel is going to kill me." And he never once reaches out to his contracted security. Do you know how much contracted security costs to follow you around 250 to 300 days a year? A team of 8 to 12, 13 people. Do you know what that costs? You have to feed them. You have to house them. You have to transport them. You have to pay them for their expertise and their training. I conservatively estimated it could have been upwards of $10 million a year or more for this security team. Conservatively estimated. It could have been more than that. And you're not going to tell them that you have this fear. You're not going to tell them you have this fear. Come on. Come on. I don't buy it. I, my BS detector started vibrating and buzzing the moment he said it. I just don't believe it. Yeah. Somebody asked if it's, uh, if it's fast. I got it on 1.5 speed because both of these guys talk like they're on quaudes. Like I'm worried someone slipped on them a Mickey before the interview or for the modern, for the kids. They might be on lean. They might be on lean, kids. The purple drink. I'm worried for them. I'm worried for them.

All right, let's get to the venue itself. This is probably, in my opinion, the biggest problem Charlie Kirk had and the reason he's dead. This is in my opinion. This is probably the biggest reason Charlie Kirk is dead and in terms of what happened on that day. Not, not geopolitics that led to him being assassinated, but, but what happened on that particular day. So, let's, let's hear them talk about the venue itself and what were the major problems with the venue. And then, um, we're a little different also as far as, um, our guys don't just get to show up, the team goes out and we physically build all of our prevention model. So, they don't show up and just see it. They physically build it and we walk through at each other and we make sure things are done right. And so our guys are pulling by cracks and putting them together and they're putting tape up and they're looking at places all around the bubble that our area of responsibility is and, and so you know they're looking around thinking that's just horrible. You know we're, we're, it's a beautiful amphitheater there at UVU but, um, you know you're, you're a tactician. Um, if, if you're somewhere and you're covered from an elevated position from 180 degrees, it's horrible.

>> Mhm.

>> You're a tactician. If you're somewhere and you're covered from an elevated position for 180 degrees, it's horrible. I agree. I agree. What could you possibly do about that? What could you possibly do about that? Well, you have options. One is you can make sure you're not covered from a elevated position of 180 degrees. Did you just find that out the day before or the day of? You just talked about if in the interview if I backed it up, he talked about how, how meticulous they were building out the maps and where everyone was going to stand and what the venue looked like. And then you show up and you look at it go, "Oh gosh, I didn't realize there were all these rooftops. That's sure inconvenient. We seem to be covered 180 degrees." It's really 360. It's really 360 because the Hall of Flags behind you was a walkway for people. He, he discusses what they did with that Hall of Flags. But if, if that's a bad venue, that's a you problem. Brian Harpole, you let him go into that bad venue. That's a you problem. That's not a Charlie problem. That's not a UVU problem. That's not a TPUSA problem. You're the contracted security, sir. You are the contracted security. You can say, "I will not lead you out there. I cannot go out there with my team. It puts you and us in jeopardy, in harm's way. We don't have a way to secure this venue, Charlie. Sorry. We're going to have to cancel." Charlie would still be here had Brian Harpole done that. He would still be here had, had Brian Harpole done that. Let me let this continue for

>> that's where we were. But that's come out. Why, why would they have it there? This is ignorance. You know, it's a security fail. And I'm like, one, that's where they told us we had to have it.

>> Who told you you had to have it there? That's where they told us we had to have it. That's a lot of pronouns, sir. And not the, not the gay pronouns. I'm talking about just regular grammar. That's a lot of regular grammar pronouns. That's not he, him, her, the, they, though, this is just they told us we had to have it there. It's a lot of pronouns. We weren't optioned out anywhere else. There's a permit you have to get. And the school says, "Nope, this is where you have to have it."

>> We don't get to argue with them, you know. We don't get to say, "No, but that's it. This is where you put, this is where you have to do it." So, if that's the case, if that's the case, now listen, no one said you had to do an event at UVU. No one said you had to do that event there, Brian. You, you said you started planning the security for this in August. This is a September 10th event. They didn't announce it until the end of August. They didn't really announce it until a few days before in terms of where it was and all that. It wasn't like people paid money for tickets. And it's not like people are flying in from all over the country and getting hotel rooms. It's not a, it's not a music festival. It's a college campus visit by a, by a social media influencer. If you can't control the security of the event, it's incumbent on you as the security contractor to say, "No, I'm sorry, Charlie. This is not something we can control. I can't, I can't handle this, Charlie. This is not something we can control. I'm going to have to bulk at you doing this there." But that's not what they did, is it? That's not what they did at all. Instead, they led him like a lamb of the slaughter, to borrow a biblical analogy. My BS detector's going off. Why is UVU only giving you one option if you don't think it's safe? Could you not contact them and say, "That's not safe. If you can't give us a better venue, we can't do it." What if the only venue they gave you was the middle of the road and they weren't willing to block it off? I mean, come on. At some point, you've got to say, "No, this is not safe." You've already identified it's not safe. Now, you're identifying you thought it was a tremendous concern and you let him do it anyway. That's on you, boss. That's on you. That's on you.

Now, one way to mitigate this was the use of drones. We talked about how do we mitigate the risk of having all these roofs? Well, one of the ways they talked about mitigating it was the use of drones. This is something a lot of people raised. And we know for a fact Charlie Kirk's team, he does admit it later in the interview. We know for a fact Charlie Kirk's team was using drones in this airspace. He's going to say something interesting about the use of drones right here.

>> And then so, so table the drones, which would have been awesome. Absolutely. Uh, I believe in them, but I can't break the law to do it. We're out there not only protecting them physically, but I have to [clears throat] protect the reputation of the client also, and that's a whole separate thing of protection. So, um, the drones would have been awesome, but I can't break the law. They could have used them. They chose not to. Um, that's, it's the second time he's blamed UVU or the ORM police for Charlie's death. There's a lot of blame shifting in this. Again, my BS detector was going crazy during this portion. Absolutely crazy. The reality is it was perfectly legal to fly drones that day. It was perfectly legal to fly drones that day. He's lying or he's uninformed. Either way, he's disqualified from holding the position if he believes you couldn't fly drones that day. He said at one point it's a no-fly zone. It's just not true. Someone emailed me who knows a lot about this about controlled airspace about the different warning zones and the enhanced warning zones and UVU does fall in a enhanced warning zone inside of a warning zone. But that doesn't mean you can't fly a drone and you can fly them up to 400 ft in this area. You just have to get real-time permission to be able to do it. And it's very easy. The FAA makes it almost real time to get the permission. In fact, a lot of the drones will just come up with a do you know what you're doing. And then you click yes. They go, "Do you really know what you're doing?" Yes. You can fly them recreationally. You can fly them for security. You can fly them over people just because they're in and I'll show you if I can find, uh, an example of the map. Here's an example of the map. Let me pull this up real quick. This is what he's talking about when he's saying you can't fly drones. Um, this dot right here, that dot right there, that flag is UVU. That's where the event took place. And you'll notice over the Provo airport, you have this yellow zone. This is this enhanced zone. And inside the enhanced zone, you do have to get a special permission, but again, it's near real time. And it's designed so that it's seamless. It's basically saying, "Hey, dummy, there might be low-flying planes right there. Be careful." But how do we know you can legally fly drones? His team was flying drones that very day. They must have gotten this exact same permission. You're the security team. You're the one that's supposed to cover the roofs and you didn't do it. You didn't do it. And that's a total unbelievable failure. An absolutely total unbelievable failure. Again, my BS detector was going bananas during this portion of the event. Absolutely bananas during this portion of it. So, uh, let's go on to if drones are out, what does he say about the rooftops? Because this is important. This is very, very other people have areas of responsibility. Well, the at the Monday before the event, we were still working through the arrival and so we have concerns with rooftops. It's, it's, I mean,

>> we got a location that we're not keen with.

>> Again, location we're not keen with. Got a problem with rooftops. Hey, bud. You have to mitigate that. As the company making millions of dollars off this contract. You have one job to ensure Charlie Kirk goes home to see his wife and kids at the end of the day. That is your only job. You could talk to me about all these other jobs you think you have. Those are not true. You have one. Does Charlie Kirk get to go home and put his head down on his pillow next to his bride and to be able to kiss his babies in the morning when he gets a cup of coffee? That is your job. And you failed. You absolutely failed. You can try to blame the UVU campus. You could try to blame the ORM police. You could try to blame all these other people, but you failed your job and it was preventable. And that's the key. It was preventable. You could have flown a drone. We'll find out in a minute about these rooftops. Um, we, we know what our responsibility is. We know what our statutory authority is. We know that we can't go up and set up our, our, our guys in, in cyber observer positions. It's not going to be allowed.

>> Okay. He just said we can't go set up our guys in sniper observer position. Sir, you don't need a sniper observer position. You just need to be on the highest building around and if somebody gets up on a rooftop, you give out the signal and Charlie Kirk gets evacuated from the stage immediately. He's covered and evacuated and he's gone. This is not rocket science. This is not rocket science. I've been around these very large events. I've been around these very, very large events where people are on stage and there's a hundred or 200 thousand people there and I've been on the wings of the stage and I've seen how the security works. And you know what? Let me tell you a secret. There is a signal to get people off the stage. I'm guessing there was a signal that day. They just didn't use it. They didn't use it because had they had somebody in an elevated position, and it turns out they did. We'll find that out in just a minute. They actually did have someone in an elevated position. They actually did. But had they had somebody in elevated position who was actually scanning rooftops, Charlie Kirk would have gone home to Erica that night. None of us would be talking about it. You probably wouldn't know who Baron Coleman is because I would still be doing my podcast to friends and family. Instead, you guys have joined. You guys have shown up showing there's good content in the world. It's just, uh, you got to find it. And so we have some correspondence with the chief of the school, uh, on that day on Monday before Charlie was killed. And why this hadn't come out and why he won't stand up like a man and admit this, I don't know. But he

>> again blaming the police. He blamed them for the drones. He blamed them for the rooftops and, and blame somebody else that we're in this crappy venue. Blame somebody else we can't fly drones and, and that no drones were in the air. Now he's blaming somebody that the rooftops were uncovered. This is very unbecoming of you as a security professional. By the way,

>> he's watching a bunch of men lose their careers and he's okay with it. On Monday before this correspondence went to Chief Long. Hello, Chief Long. We received this message today from the student group. Um, there is a student roof access pretty close to where CK will be set up at the Utah Valley. Uh, the Sorenson, uh, center has a couple of staircases that go up to walkways on the roofs.

>> Let's, let's pause right there. He's not talking about the Losi Center. Losi center is not connected to the Sorenson Center. I will give you a quick look at a map. Let's do that real quick, shall we? Let's get familiar with the campus for just a second because this is absolutely critical to understanding this text message. A lot of people are misinterpreting this text messages including Sean Ryan. This is the Sorenson Center right here. This is the Sorenson Center. That is a ledge. People are walking around under there. And what he's talking about is you can walk on this ledge right here, this gray ledge. That's a walkway. And it connects to this, uh, maroon ledge. And that maroon ledge walks right behind Charlie Kirk and right down over the top of Charlie Kirk. That's what he's talking about when in this text message. So he says there's student roof access pretty close to where CK will be set up at the Utah Valley Sorenson Student Center. That is this building right here. Now, the building in question where Charlie Kirk allegedly was shot from is this large building right here. This is the Losi Center or Losi Center or Lucy Center. I've heard it pronounced three different ways this week. This is a totally different structure. This is not referenced at all in this text message. This building is the, the Sorenson Center and this gray walkway that leads to the maroon walkway that leads to the balcony above Charlie Kirk that is mentioned. So now that we've got our bearings, let's go back and see what Brian Harpole says that he thinks this means. It's, it's nonsensical. Absolutely nonsensical. Now you can read it.

>> He comes back and the s for edification the Sornson Center was the building in front of the Lucy Center. And so he and he comes back and he says, "You want access to the roof."

>> That's it. You want access to the roof. That's the question from the officer. Do you want access to the roof? I got you covered. What does I got you covered mean in, in response to do you want access to the roof? First one to get it right, I'll give you a shout out. What does that mean? What does it mean? If I say, "Do you want access to the roof?" and you say something. No, it's not no followup. It's not covered. What is he saying to him when he says, "I've got you covered." What is he, what is, what is I have you covered? Ah, there it is. There it is. Right there. He gave them access to the roof. That's it. Thank you, world in chaos 2007. That is what he gave them. Well, here's the dirty little secret, ladies and gentlemen. They were up there. They were up there. So, what is it? What is it that Brian Harpole wants the chief to come out and admit? Because we'll find out in a second. Brian Harpole's man was on this exact area he's talking about. There's student roof access pretty close to where Charlie Kirk will be set up. The Sorenson Center has a couple of staircases that go up to the walkways on the roof. Access above us. It'd be nice if we could have a man up there above us. Got you covered. Again, what, what, what is it, what is he talking about? He's talking about this area right here. Access above us. This is the area right here. This maroon walkway, these squares directly above Charlie Kirk. The chief said, "I will give you access. I have you covered." That's all that took place there. And if there's any confusion, if there's any confusion about what any of that means, then we talked about this earlier. It's incumbent on the person in charge of keeping Charlie Kirk alive to get clarification. It is not incumbent on the chief of police to give clarification. That's not asked for. He answered your question. You want, you want access to the roof? Blah blah blah blah blah. I got you covered. Have it. Have fun. Get on the roof. Have a good time. Now, we will later learn they did station somebody right here. So, as far as the chief of police knows, everything he asked for, he was given. It would be nice to have it controlled, and they did control it. They put some, uh, caution tape up and made it a temporary criminal trespass zone. It would be nice to have it controlled access. They did. And it would be nice to have one of my guys there. He also had one of the guys there, a, a, a, a Sean, uh, excuse me, a Brian Harpole guy. He was up there. So, he got everything he wanted. He got everything he wanted, but he is still blaming other people. Baller, this is not their fault. This is your fault. This is your fault. Period. End of story.

We continue. And again, he got both. He got controlled access and he got one of his guys up there. So why are you using this to try to defame and slander a good police chief who gave you what you wanted? Oh, I didn't share it. Sorry, guys. Again, sorry. I can back it back up. I'll back it back up a little bit. At the Utah Valley. Uh, the Sorenson Center has a couple of staircases that go up to walkways on the roofs. He comes back and the s for edification the Sorenson Center was the building in front of the Lucy Center. And so he and he comes back he says you want access to the roof and came back and said, uh, I was told students have access above us. If this is true, it would be nice to either have a controlled access or allow one of my guys to be there as well if possible. He comes back and his last correspondence was, "I got you covered." And he did both. And he did both. He gave controlled access to the area above Charlie Kirk, which is all you asked for. And he gave you access to have one of your men stationed up there, which is all you asked for. You didn't ask for police up there. You didn't ask for snipers up there. You didn't ask for drones up there. You asked for controlled access above Charlie Kirk. They gave you that. You asked for a one of your men on that roof. He gave you that. Why are we talking about this? You just went on Shawn Ryan's show and said that he's not being a man and admitting this convers. What are you talking about? He gave you everything you asked for. What a slimeball move that was. That poor, that poor police chief. Millions of people on X trashing this police chief all because he gave you everything you wanted.

You look like you've taken it all in. You're allowed to ask a follow-up question, Sean. What did you, what did you mean by that? Let's go through this line by line. What were, what were you asking for that you didn't get? Let, let's, let's actually use the language. Not, not your interpretation now looking back that your client is dead under your watch. Which means the police made controlled access above Charlie. That's what you asked for. That's what you asked for before you slandered the cop saying he didn't give you what you asked for. The cop created a temporary trespass zone, a criminal trespass zone. Precisely what you asked for. Now, now let me go back to the rock thing here. This is stupid. This is probably the dumbest point he made all night. [snorts] If you go back to our Google Earth image, these are the rocks he's talking about here. These, this, this light tan sandy color right here. These are the rocks. This, this in fact, these are the rocks that Terrell Farnsworth was standing in taking a selfie going, "Charlie's dead." You remember that? You remember that video? In order to get these rocks and throw them down on Charlie, you would have to get these rocks, walk them over here to these stairs up to the roof, and then walk them down here and throw them down on Charlie. I mean, could it happen? Maybe. But I mean, it's not like, it's not like people just pick them up and chunk them over the edge. You got to, you got to transport them. These are big, heavy rocks. It's the dumbest point I've ever heard. It's a fundamental misunderstanding of the structure of the environment that you're supposed to protect. We've already caught you slandering the cop, lying. Well, I don't know about lying because I think lying takes a certain level of intellect and I'm not frankly sure he has it. I'm not frankly sure he has it. But the whole rock thing was absolutely ludicrous.

Now, let me go forward just a little bit because we're going to go back to rooftop access here in just a second and we're going to hear more falsehoods about the roof. Less. You can see.

There were a lot of, there's a lot of chatter on the internet about hand and arm signals, you know, from the security team. There's been concerns about it from my own, uh, personnel. >> There have been concerns about it from your own personnel. Are you suggesting this is reasonable question we're all asking? Are you suggesting this is a reasonable question, Sean? Your own team has had questions about this. Now, keep in mind, who's on Shawn's team? These are operators. These are operators that are on Shawn's team. So, if his team is having questions about it, what does that tell you about my question? What does that tell you about my question? It's violent. And the way back machine is you, you take them to 1985 and when people said something that was untrue about you or your family, and they said something bad about you that, that, that other people heard, you split their lip. There's a consequence, an immediate consequence. Guys, ladies and gentlemen, Brian Harpole, Brian Harpole is threatening violence against people who are asking questions about what happened to Charlie Kirk under his watch. Brian Harpole led a team of 12 or 13 men who had one mission and that was to make sure Charlie Kirk doesn't get shot in the neck and bleed out on the way to the hospital. That was his job. That was your only job. You didn't have another job. And now you're talking about people asking question. Look, dude, you're over here blaming the chief of police. Should he split your lip? He gave you everything you asked for. Should he take you in the wayback machine back to 1985 and wear you out? Let's not wear anybody out, ladies and gentlemen. Let's have honest discussions and try to get to the bottom. If you're watching this and you don't believe Erica Kirk is in danger, I can't help you because this guy was seen on October 14th in DC guarding Erica Kirk. I've seen the video. It looked just like him. If it's not him, I don't know. But this guy collected a lot of money from TPUSA andor the Kirk family to keep them alive. He failed in his job and now he's blaming everyone around him. UVU, the chief of police when all they did was give him what he asked for. Not a consequence that comes through a lawsuit three and a half years later. An immediate consequence. >> Just to make sure you're not confused. I'm not talking about filing a lawsuit against you. I'm not talking about letting, letting the, letting civil authorities handle this. I'M TALKING ABOUT VIOLENCE. THAT'S WHAT HE'S SAYING. That's what he's saying. This is who this is. He's a violent man who wants to assault people who are simply pointing out that he is absolutely reading the text messages wrong. Absolutely didn't cover the rooftops. absolutely had his client get shot in the neck in a gruesome public assassination on his watch, and he wants to beat up me. He wants to beat me up. Let's get back to that. >> Could you tell it was gunfire? >> Yes. >> How could you tell? >> Um, I've been around gunfire my whole life. That's the first one. And so, uh, and there's a, there's a different type of gunfire, right? Um, we were at Berkeley last night and um, uh, you, you, you heard uh, somebody decided to pop off some bunch, and it was they were loud like six, seven M80s at a time, and people started panicking and running, and one of my guys look, I said that's, that's not gunfire. >> Okay, so he's, he's obviously skilled at knowing gunfire. He's obviously skilled at knowing gunfire. So Sean, what's the obvious question? You know, this is a guy who trains people in long-distance shooting with rifles. You know, this is a guy who's been around gunfire his whole life. He's distinguishing between small arms fire and rifle fire. He's distinguishing between firecrackers and rifle fire. Why did Seawn not say, "Hey, there's a lot of dispute over what kind of gun it was. Obviously, he had an entry hole and no exit hole. I mean, that's the story. What kind of gun did it sound like to you? Get them on the record. I mean, you remember Life is Driving. Adam Bartholomew came on this show. A huge mistake on his part, by the way. I never that guy since that was a disaster for him. But yeah, what did it sound like? Gunfire to you? Yeah, it sound like a 306 from the Losi Center. That's exactly what it sounded like to me. >> There's. It's a different sound. you have an attribution of sound, and so you're used to it, and um, uh, and, and having a range, and, and so you're around it, and you, you even get to like, well, that was a rifle, that's a pistol, that's a big boy rifle, that's subsonic. I mean, you, you can P all those with your ear. You know, I'm no sniper, but you're out there hanging out with those guys, and you get that sniper's ear pretty quick, because they'd say, hear that, that's what that is. And so, um, uh, I've got my back to Charlie about, I don't know, less than 10 m off to his right, and um, my area responsibility just, we had a big, a lot of people coming up some staircases there, and it was starting to fill in, and, and so I was watching that, and uh, um, I remember I heard the gunfire, and then um, I don't know if you've heard this, but I heard that bullet slap him. And so, um, so you hear two sounds actually, and so you hear uh, the, the actual shot, and then you hear the bullet hit him in the neck. Like, what kind of gunshot was it? You just said you have a range, you have all these other things. Sean, why did you not stop him and say, "Hey, what, what kind of gun was it, Mr. Expert? Was it a 308? Was it a 30 six? Was it a 300 Win Mag? What are we talking about here? What do you think you heard?" All right, I'm going to fast forward because I'm running out of time. I want to get to the strangest moment of the entire interview. A moment so strange that Shawn Ryan should have stopped him dead in his tracks and said, "You, sir, are out of touch with reality. Tell me that's not actually what happened. That's not what Shawn Ryan does. Shawn Ryan instead goes, "Uh-huh." Um, I want to say, I can't remember who it was, but I, I, I knew I was like, >> "Let me set it up first. They're in the hospital at this point." They're in the hospital. And this is, this thought he says he had while Charlie is bleeding and dying in the hospital. This is the thought he claims to have had. We're not going to turn this into some JFK. Um, and I, I specifically asked one of the doctors. I don't know. I remember what she looked like. Uh, dark skin, uh, um, like dark hair, probably 35, 40 years old. I said, "How long until we can get an autopsy?" And I remember her saying, "A day, a day and a half." And I was like gh. And so, I mean, she's the boss of that. That's just information. And so, um, uh, I remember, uh, I was like, man, that's a long time. Either one of two things. Either this didn't happen and he's lying, or he is the single weirdest human being that ever walked the face of the earth. I can't tell which. I really, honestly, at this moment cannot tell which. And here's why I say that. You just watched a man get tragically shot in the neck. You didn't even have your phone. We, I don't think I played that part, but he gets to the hospital and realizes he doesn't have his phone. He left it on the, on the, on the ground. It fell out. And so it's not like he's sitting there scrolling X or scrolling Facebook. But I don't remember anybody in the immediate aftermath. Everybody was assuming it was, what is it? Is it a, you know, a white nationalist? Is it a Fentes supporter? Is it a uh Antifa? I don't remember anybody getting conspiratorial. I don't remember anybody getting conspiratorial at this point. Yet Brian Harpole claims to be able to worry about things that will be developing weeks from now. I didn't want a JFK situation on our hands. I knew we had to get a medical examiner's report stat. What a weird. What a weird thing to think about in the moment. I don't think he did. I don't think that's what happened. I do think they pushed for an autopsy really quickly. I believe that part because I can think about, I can think of reasons why they would want that. we need to get this autopsy done and done right so that there's not some conspiracy. So, I mean, you're starting to think forward to that. And so, I remember I was standing next to the chief of staff and the vice president called and the vice president asked him, "What do you need?" And then he looked at me and said, "What do we need?" And I said, "We need an autopsy." Why so insistent on an autopsy, sir? Why so insistent on an autopsy, sir? That, my friends, that, ladies and gentlemen, is really, really, really, really weird. Really weird. Why not just assume, "Oh, I just watched a man get murdered on my watch. I'll turn this over to the professionals from here. I'm sure they deal with gunshot victims all the time. They probably have a standard way to deal with people." Why the insistence on an autopsy? I want you guys to really think about that before I tell you my answer. I may not even tell you my answer tonight. I might let you marinate on it overnight. Why on earth? And why is the vice president calling? That's weird, too. Let's be honest. That's not a good look. If I'm, if, if, if just, just among us boys, that's not a good look. >> Now, so for these people that are saying there wasn't one done, >> so now he gets on this whole thing about all these people saying there wasn't an autopsy done. There was an autopsy. They waste like four minutes talking about whether there was an autopsy done, guys. It was a dispute for like a week. It was a dispute, honestly, maybe less than a week, and then all of the sudden it became clear there was an autopsy, and everybody let it go. No one talked about it after that. No one talked about it after that. Now let's get to the exit wound situation and the description of the gun, uh, and the, and the, uh, u, the damage rather. This is. I want to pause on something that you might not immediately recognize as relevant to my ranting tonight, but I think it's incredibly relevant here. He's talking about the media, particularly the distrust of the mainstream media that gives rise to people like this show and others because people no longer trust the mainstream media. And then he complains about us as well. But I'll let him have his say first and then I'll explain why he's ludicrous from afar. It's like so people get chastised for telling the truth. And then you got like, you said, who do you believe? I mean, our media, they big, big poll, they, they pled our, our people in the United States, and how many of you believe the media? In the sense, said 70% of them don't believe a word that comes out of the media's mouth. And I'm like, well, let's look at this. So the bullet came in and hit the vertebrae, and so it came in, and then look at the angle his hand is at. At. Look at the angle his hand is at, because that's about where the wound was, and look at the angle his hand is at. In order to get to the vertebra from that wound, that is an accurate angle. It would have to be not the angle from the Losi center. I'm, I'm a, I'm not going to do that. People think I'm a danger to myself. Um, not the angle from the Losi center, which would be this angle here, but this angle. This angle right here is the proper angle to hit the vertebrae from that wound. That's the angle he's doing. That's the angle he's instinctively doing because everybody on the planet knows you can't hit someone from basically straight on, on the left side of the neck and have the bullet stop. It would shoot out the back of the neck because there's no bones on the left side of the neck. That's not how the Lord designed our neck to bend. >> Tore up everything in the wound cavity. Hit the vertebrae. Crushed it. Shattered it. Turned. Crushed the second one. Turned. kept going down all the way. I think they said C6. >> Holy. >> Yeah. So again, also if it's coming down at an angle, it's not going to hit your C2. Your C2 is up here at the base of your skull. See the difference? We've covered this angle a million times. I'm not going to go through that. But he is doing with his hands everything instinctively correct. [ __ ] Yeah. It's like, why not put that info out? Why not put it out? And then why wouldn't they put that out? I'm, I'm pretty sure they have put it out. I'm pretty sure they have put it out. This is a magic bullet. This is much like JFK. This is a bullet that enters the neck at a very high rate of speed, enough to cause sufficient cavitation to shoot his necklace off behind him, but not so much force that it causes any kind of exit travel, and it comes in on the left side of his neck, and only hitting soft tissue for some reason, takes an immediate left turn to hit, like it comes in at a 90 degree angle from the Losi center, and immediately takes about a 15 degree turn, hit, and then goes up first to hit the C2. So, it comes in at a downward angle, hits soft tissue, and then goes up to the C2, hits that, and then starts traveling down to the C6, fragments off, and lands in his heart. That's what we're told. That's what we're told. I don't know how that works. I don't know how that works in your world, but that is what we are told from Brian Harpole. There are no parking spots available in this parking lot. The shot just rang out 3 seconds ago, which means this car, this white could be Toyota Rav 4, turned into this parking lot or out of this driveway. One or the other. Those the only two things. I think this car is why they're not showing the extended view of the alleged Tyler Robinson taking the shot. That's my opinion. I don't think it has to do with the shot coming or not coming from that direction because that's a pretty far shot. It's a pretty far look. I think it has to do with this car, because let's assume the most nefarious. This car knew the shot was going to be taken at a, taken at about the exact same time the shot was taken. Now watch how long this car takes to turn around here. Now, notice there's a man right here in all black with a backpack. This guy right here. Just three seconds ago, there was a rifle shot allegedly off the top of this building. Does this guy look like he's moving with any kind of relative haste? Do you see that? Go back to this guy. Focus on this guy on the left hand side of the parking lot. Can I zoom in on this or is it just gonna... No, I didn't think I could. Notice this guy on the left hand side of the parking lot. I'm going to hit play again. Tell me if you think this guy looks like he just heard a gunshot from less than 75 yards away. He's just mosying. He's just mosying. Now, let me go back to the beginning. Now, watch the white car. We're at zero seconds. Watch how long it takes the white car to make the turn in the parking lot and exit the facility. They zoom in so we can't see. Look, everybody thought they zoomed in so we could see him running. No, friends, that's not why they zoomed in. Because they zoomed in, we can't see what these two people are doing. Were people getting out of the car? Were people getting into the car? We don't know. We don't know because they zoom in. But watch, they zoom in. This guy is gone. The car is gone on the lower left hand side. You'll see in a second a shadow. There goes the shadow. Now, was that the guy? Was... It has to be the same guy, right? You saw the shadow, right? We've lost track of that guy. But watch you. They want you to look up here at him. Don't look down here on the left. See that shadow? Where's the shadow going? Who walks towards the gunshot? Who mosies away from the gunshot? And who then walks towards the gunshot? Yeah, he could be wearing headphones. I hadn't considered that. But let my point still stands on the purported Toyota Rav 4, because watch, it's been 17 seconds.

When he sees he doesn't need a getaway car, he drives off. And then you can see him turn left out of there, or, uh, yeah, he'll turn left out of there. Just interesting things. Just interesting things. Now, if you, um, if you wonder as I do, let me find it. What was over there? Do you remember the drone, the, um, the spy plane that was taking pictures? I was flipping through those pictures and I noticed something really weird, because I was looking at this... Oh, I'm not sharing it. I was looking at this area where they planted the rifle. Now, keep in mind, this was an hour or so before the shooting. Where, where's this car going? Right here. Where's he coming from? And where's he going? [snorts] Where is this car coming from and going? There's no driveway here. What? What? What is he? Now, the rifle was found right here, like right in this thicket of trees. Really? The, if you walked out of the front of this car and you walked forward about 50 ft, that's where the rifle was found. There's no driveway anywhere where this guy could be turning in of or out of. And he's just not even really throwing a UI. He's just stopped in the middle of the street right in front of where the rifle was found. There is no driveway near here. This is the driveway into the parking lot we just watched. This is where the alleged pharaoh or Ramsay's came out and ran across and, and presumably, because we don't have the video, presumably he ran into this thicket and what they're telling us is he deposited the rifle. But what is this car doing? This is just before the shooting.

So, one more thing. Do you remember the highest paid employee at TPUSA that we can't find? Do you remember this guy? Well, I found a reference to him. I found a reference to him before Charlie Kirk spoke at Utah Valley University. That's consistent with what I saw in that parking lot that looked like a white RAV 4 that was either dropping someone off or picking someone up because they took a long time to make that turn.
