Please open your Bible, please, to the book of Exodus, book of Exodus, chapter number one. Glory to God. Let's read verse number 9. Exodus chapter one, verse 9. Thus says the word of God. Pharaoh said to his people: "Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more numerous and mightier than we." Wilson, look at what Pharaoh recognized. Hallelujah. What did this new Pharaoh do? Since the people were in his land, he made them slaves in Egypt. And for Pharaoh, it was very interesting to have these people there, because through the labor of the Hebrew people, he would fortify Egypt even more. And what was Pharaoh's fear, who recognized this growth? And God allowed it because you wanted to go your own way. God is saying, "Return to living in my dependence, and nothing will be lacking for you." [music] There is a phrase that my heart carries with me. If in my old age I beg, I did not work for God. If in my old age I beg, if my house suffers, I did not work for God.
