I built an agency from 0 to $1 million, and I'm going to do it all over again, starting back from zero. If you don't know, I actually did this entire process back in 2021. I actually recorded me trying to go from 0 to $1 million in 12 months. Now, I did not make a million that first year, but I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for that experience. So I decided, let me try to redo that entire process, do it all over again to see if it wasn't luck. Can I actually repeat my success?
And I also used to make videos of me just like showing my process of me trying to get a client, or what this person said, trying to close that guy, or how I got this person interested in this service, whatever. And so I just want to actually show everything along the process, every step along the way. So that instead of me just showing you a theory of "Here's the best outreach scripts that work," me showing you real-time, me going from cold outreach to someone actually closing into a client, so you can get an actual POV of me doing it rather than just some theory.
All right, so let's break down the game plan. I broke down my monthly expenses, and it's about 13, maybe $1,400 per month, which is a little under $50 per day. So I just need $50 per day just to survive, which is actually pretty freeing knowing that all I have to do is uh make $50, which is like 2 hours of doing Uber.
Speaking of Uber, I traded in my Dodge Challenger for this Toyota Prius, thinking I was going to be able to start this whole process going from 0 to 1 million again, doing Uber, so like make a couple hundred in Uber, invest that into the agency, grow from there. But Uber hasn't really approved me for driving, and they're taking forever. And I try to sign up for all the other platforms—uh, DoorDash denied me, Amazon Flex isn't allowing me to sign up, Walmart Spark uh isn't allowing me to drive. Like, no one is basically approving me for driving. So I just downgraded and got this Toyota Prius for really no reason. I don't know, but I might live in the car just cuz I think that'd be a cool like hero's arc of me living in the car, waking up, trying to work at like a coffee shop in the morning and actually do the agency work, trying to get clients and blah blah blah. And then if I don't make any money that day, then I'll just do Uber at night to make sure I at least make that $50 per day.
Now my real goal in the beginning, at least, is to make $200 per day and so not end every day without having made at least $200 profit. And then the goal would be to get to $10,000 per month by my birthday. Today is March 25th; my birthday is April 18th, so it's about 24 days until my birthday. So I want to rebuild back up to 10K and maybe celebrate 10K on my birthday. I'm also, throughout this entire process again, I'm going to try to show you everything. I'm also—I'm not going to hold anything back and show you exactly how much I'm making, exactly how much I'm spending, how profitable I am, how exactly I got each individual client. I just see a lot of people that say, "Oh, I made a million dollars, or this is how you can make a million dollars," but they're like, "How do I know that you're not just lying?" Right? And I think a lot of people actually do that. We're like, "Oh, I make a million dollars a month. How do I actually know that you do that?" So again, the goal right now is $200 per day and then $10,000 per month by my birthday.
How are we going to get there? I have a few ideas. I've been testing out a whole bunch of different offers over the last couple of weeks, and I haven't really closed any clients. I've been just trying to see what people are interested in, and I have an offer I think will work really well. People really want done-for-you; they want appointment setting done for them. So I'm really good at setting appointments through cold outreach. If you have no clue who I am, that's basically what I do for a living. So I have a good system that I think will work really well where I will send you a—I'll send 1,000 texts per day and 1,000 emails per day. That's the idea. And so I found a new system for being able to send texts without having to do any A2P registration, and it's a fixed cost; it's just like you pay this monthly fee, and you'll be able to send out basically like 1,000 texts per day pretty easily. And so if I can send 1,000 texts per day, I can easily get a ton of leads. And so my idea is, let me take on free trials. I'll take you on as a client with a free trial. I will set it up for you; I will create the script; I'll scrape the leads; I'll get you a whole bunch of people interested within 24 hours. If I don't get anyone interested within 24 hours, you do not have to pay me at all. If I do get people interested, then you can decide what you want to do moving forward. The idea is uh, you respond back and forth to anybody that's interested; you manage the inbox. If anyone's interested, wants to book a call, you can book—enter your calendar, and it's $250 per week if you want 1,000 SMS per day. Uh, I did the other day—I did a test for a guy; we sent only like 200 texts; we got like seven or eight positive replies and booked calls within like 30 minutes. Like, here's some screenshots—again, real proof. And so I think I can easily sell it for $250 a week or $900 per month. So if you pay $900 per month, I will send 1,000 texts per day for you, and you just have to respond back and forth. And so if you can get about three to five appointments per day, I think for most people that would be really worth it. And then on top of that, if you want to do cold email, I have a system where I bought a whole bunch of pre-warmed emails—bought these pre-warmed emails. If somebody wants to do email as well, it's $900 per month for 1,000 emails per day. If they want to do both, $1,800 per month for both email and SMS, 1,000 per day each. Again, risk-free—we'll try it first to show you that it works. If it does work, we keep going from there. If you're not satisfied, you didn't have to pay a dime.
So I've got like four people interested in that offer. So four people that kind of want—So some people they just want the SMS; some people just want the email; some people want both. And so I'm just going to try to close some of these people now. It might seem like I have a head start because I kind of do uh because I was kind of testing these offers before I started this process here of me starting back over from zero. And how I got these people interested, though, all I did was I just posted into my Discord group. I just said, "Hey, does anyone want a system to send out 1,000 SMS per day?" And I got a whole bunch of people interested just from posting in that Discord group. And obviously, that's my Discord group, and it's an asset I have. And again, it's not really starting from zero if I'm using what I've built up over the past couple years. But this is actually how I got my first couple clients is I just posted into a Facebook group and I said, "Does anyone want uh help getting more appointments?" And I got like 40 comments on that post, and that's how I got my first couple clients. And so for anyone, if you're just starting out, you don't have to have assets; you don't have to have your own Facebook group. You can just go into somebody else's Facebook group and just post whatever you want. Uh, sometimes they'll kick you out if they notice that you're promoting yourself, and so you have to be careful in certain groups. But uh, most of the time, if somebody's not monitoring it or if they don't really care, you can just post, promote yourself and get clients from some random Facebook group. Because a Facebook group with 10,000 people that are cleaning companies and you're targeting cleaning companies and you just post in there—now you have access to 10,000 cleaning companies all at once rather than trying to send out SMS one by one by one. Even though the cold outreach obviously works, this is like so effective, and it works so quickly. And so again, I've got like four people interested; I posted this like 2 days ago. So we're going to try to see if these people close, and we're also going to set up the clients and hopefully get their accounts up and running, so we're getting leads by the end of the day today. And then we also have two sales calls, and we're going to try to call them and close a couple deals, and I'll record that process as well. Let's get started. Me and Pink Panthers have the same birthday, baby girl. Now we have a call with this dude; uh, we did a free trial for him, so it already kind of worked; we already got him plenty of leads as I said earlier, so we'll see how it goes. Hello. Hey, how are you, man? Oh, I'm good. How are you? This is Carson. All right. That was a weird call; it just cut off; uh, I don't know if he's really interested. I guess we'll see, and uh, we'll go into our next call.
All right, for the last couple of hours, I have been trying to reach out to people that have booked a call on my calendar within the next couple of days. So as you can see here, I have calls coming in a couple days from now. I—I want to make sure that they're good quality calls before I have them, and I want to also talk to them before the call happens and see if I can actually just close them without having to do a call. So I've been reaching out to all of them; I'm getting all these responses back and forth with people. Uh, some people they just want to partner with me, whatever that means. Some people they want to like just this weird offer. This guy is working with people that have landlines; I don't really know if I can help that guy. Uh, made some pizza rolls. This guy has a LinkedIn automation tool, which is pretty interesting, and I don't know if he's trying to sell me it or he wants—he's saying he wants to partner with me; I'm not really sure what that means. Uh, some guy did pay us $1,600 to set up the SMS and run it for him. No come on. Also, another guy I've been working with for the last couple of days trying to get him to close on this deal, and I've been giving him a whole bunch of leads for free basically, and um, I kind of screwed up where I said, "Hey, it's $497," and so he thinks it's $497 per month, but really that was per week. And so he's like, "Why is it $497 per week?" So um, if that's his expectation, I don't think I can do that because I would be basically losing money at that point. And so I—I can't really even give a discount because I'm—I'm not really even making a lot of money off of these deals uh if I do it for like $900 per month. I'm barely making anything, or it's barely worth my time cuz I have to put a lot of time into it, and it's costing me a lot to actually run it. But hopefully he closes the first appointment that I booked for him; he actually closed uh that deal. So now obviously this is so far a decent day. Uh, obviously we're ahead of our $200 goal, but I have to still make sure I have leads for tomorrow as well. And so I'm probably going to set up some cool outreach systems for myself, or hopefully Uber approves us so we can actually make some money to an Uber. Okay, so it's the end of the day. I don't want to keep this video longer than it has to be, so I'm going to explain everything that happened. We got one guy to pay us through PayPal; here's the proof. He paid us for setting up an SMS campaign to send out 1,000 texts per day for him. Hopefully I can have that up and running by tomorrow morning. Another guy paid us for the SMS system, so I just gave him the system so he can use it himself. I created a training video for him so that he has it. That guy paid us $500 for the system. Another guy paid us $500. The guy that I accidentally said it was $500 per month, or he thought that, and it was actually $500 per week, he paid for the $500 per week, which is awesome. Today, total $2,600—$1,600 from PayPal and about $1,000 on Stripe. If you look at my Stripe right now, it says $1,350. I make about $200 per day from—it's—it's not really even profit; it's just like GoHighLevel fees, so we're not going to count that at all. Anyways, about $2,600. I spent about $30 on—I bought like a new tripod for my car. I also spent like $13 on a domain. Hopefully we just keep stacking cash. As of today, I spent about $45, something like that, and I might splurge a little bit and buy some pizza because I think I deserve it. [Music] Wake up, wake up, wake up. You're getting comfortable. Comfortability kills. Stream, so get up and go get those guys. Hey.
