All righty, boys. Welcome back to the channel. Today's video, most married men are just background noise. This was shared by a subscriber. So, just a reminder to all you guys out there, if you come across some videos that you think you'd want to hear me comment on, flick them over to the email address, gmanspeaks tvgmail.com. Let's jump in.
>> What's good? this SCO you know I saw a uh survey a poll they said that marriage rates had dropped you know 30 40% you know uh since the early 2000s that's quite significant and uh a lot of people you know would you know uh say that is due to you feminism and you know uh link up culture and maybe a small percentage of it but you know what it really is men are starting to become you know enlightened.
>> I just want to make a comment here on this. So yes, men are becoming more enlightened. Men who are seeking out the information. There's obviously a lot of men out there that have their heads in the sand and will throw themselves under that bus. But I don't blame them. As I as I say, I can understand why guys do it. Once you've sort of sold a dream and you go along with it. And a lot of guys find out the hard way that it is anything but. However, yes, there are a lot of men out there that are watching channels uh that have similar content to mine or my channel, etc., and starting to open their eyes a little bit to what they're getting into. Men sharing information with other men. And I think it's great. I think as well, a part of this in my opinion is people are waiting a little bit longer to get married these days. The cost of things and and all that, okay? Life, people become adults a bit later. It's a rest of development as a part of that. As you as you are entering into these stages of lives 10 years later than maybe what your parents did. There are going to be people who also did it early. And you're going to see and have that time in life, that life experience to see how it can go very badly for men. Okay? It might be your brother, your uncle, dad, guy from work, some other random dude, acquaintance of a friend, and you hear about the story. Because when you're young, you haven't have that much time in the game to number one, understand what's going on and and and see other men ruined. And so when more and more men see it, they start to question it. I dare say a huge part of this as well is women are just overly entitled. Men aren't playing that game as much as what they used to. They're starting to question, hang on, we're living in sky-high inflation. Everything's going up. Salary isn't going up to match it. You want to have X, Y, and Z from me. What are you bringing to me? What what am I actually getting out of this arrangement? More guys are asking that question, which I think is fantastic. And then another part of this too is this is another observation. It feeds on from that second point that I made. So you got women who are highly entitled. Uh, they have their head in the clouds. They only want the best of the best, etc., etc. Therefore, a large population of the men remain unseen, unheard, invisible, essentially uh on the dating apps as well. So, yes, it's it's a combination of men waking up, a combination of men being invisible. Put in the comments your thoughts. I'd love to see what you think about this as well.
>> I think that uh and having been married, I'm not speaking out of my ass, you know. I I've been I was married for close to 12 years. And uh and I say it was all bad. You know, it's the highlights, you know. You know, it's like uh watching ESPN, you know, the game itself, you know, the highlights, you know, that that's what you tune in for, right? But, uh the game itself is rigged. And I say that to say that uh I think most married men and and I'm a c certain type of guy, you know, like I'm not really there's nothing wrong with trying to, you know, accommodate your spouse. You know, that's the only way a relationship will work, you know. But it got to work both ways. You know the old saying, you know, happy wife, happy life.
>> Biggest biggest con job out there, which means I do everything for the woman and my reward for that is not getting divorced raped. I do what she says. Therefore, she doesn't get mad at me. It could be completely ridiculous. you know, guys going out and refinancing new cars when you've got perfectly good cars, taking them on holidays and trips and blowing a bunch of money, re-modeling the house, uh, redoing the furniture layout in the house, redecorating. The list goes on of things that women will stamp their feet uh about and that men will just bend over backwards just to make it happen so that woman doesn't act like an adult toddler, you know, screaming, carrying on, stamping their feet. Now, I'm not saying all marriages are like that. I dare say a lot of men are living that. They're living that nightmare and they're not telling anybody. They're living in a little prison. And when they go outside, they go to the, you know, the barbecues, the friends' birthdays, you know, the catch-up dinners, everyone puts on a front. You know, they're a loving couple. They're walking, holding each other's hands, and they're laughing and carrying on, and people think, "Wow, they're great, aren't they? They're really getting on well." But you never know what's going on behind closed doors. And I dare say, as I said, men are living a life they don't want to be living behind closed doors while putting on a front and saving face uh to society. Guys, put in the comments if you've been married. That's what we do, right? Yeah. I've been married. I've had long-term living girlfriends. I've done all this stuff before more than once. And I can tell you now the way that people present themselves to the public and what is the true reality of the situation uh most of the time, it couldn't be more than two worlds apart. Like they couldn't be the worlds apart from each other. And really, what happens when you as a man enter into marriage in this day and age, you you've signed away for all intents and purposes, you you signed away your rights to be happy. It's all about making her happy, you know. Uh, it would drain you financially, you know, because women love going on trips, you know, and I'm not talking about, you know, just to Florida. They won't.
>> So, it's it's a universal thing that men complain about, like women running holidays, not not considering how much time it takes to save up uh for that money. Oh, you got to live. Life's not all about money. We've all heard of that [ __ ] before. You know, you're trying to knuckle down, trying to get some money up in the bank. Get a few shekels, put them in the bank. Like, oh, well, we've got money there. Okay, we've got 20,000 or 50,000, whatever you've saved up, 5,000, whatever you. Why don't we go and spend some of that? You know, we've got to reward ourselves as well. And they want to go and blow the vast majority of that savings, that nest egg you built on a bloody two-week holiday or a one-month holiday to Europe, Fiji, you know, they want to go to some island destination, Macau. They want to swim with the pigs in Barbados or whatever it is, you know, and you got those, you know, $3,000 a night villas above the water. The money is there, gets spent. I recall years ago I had this girlfriend and I said to her, if I gave you $100,000, like a hundred grand, and I said for you to go to the local mall. So we in Victoria, I grew up in Victoria in Melbourne um, there's a place called Chadstone Shopping Centre. Okay, for those for the locals, you know, Chhatty Chen Shopping Centre. I said, if I'll give you 100 grand to go there and spend, spend it. I'm going to give you one hour to spend it. If you weren't able to spend all that money, say you spent 90,000, would you think that you've spent 90,000 or you've saved 10,000? She said, no, it's like, I've saved 10,000 because I didn't spend it all. But you blow 90,000 bucks in an hour. They want extravagant trips, you know, be Bermuda, you know, the islands, the tropical, you know, and hey, to stay on, you know, but for regular guys, you know, the working-class man.
>> Even if you got the money, I can't. Money is important to me. I've made it very clear. Money makes your life a lot easier. Takes a lot of stresses out of your life if you do the right things with it. So, for me to give up that effort and time that I've put into earning that money or risk that I've taken just to piss up, you know, 30, 40,000 bucks on a holiday, I must not be doing it. Regardless of if I ever become millionaire status, I'm not doing that. I'm not spending 40 grand on a week or two weeks of a holiday. You got to be joking. Get a local big four caravan park. You know, 50 bucks a night to park a caravan in there. That's what you're getting. My dad is gold class with me. Marriage is like quicksand. You know, you just sink lower and lower. Not just financially, but mentally, you know, if you're emotionally attached to her, if she's not happy, you're not going to be happy. You know what I'm saying? Your life becomes a series of obstacle courses. You know, soon as you walk through the door, a lot of y'all don't even want to go in the house. Admit it. You get home, you know, if you go straight home, you make up reasons not to go home. You know, the car needs washing again, a third time today, or we need something from the grocery store, even though we really we stocked, but you know, you're walking aimlessly around the grocery store just to days, you know, then you you.
>> That guy's funny, man. I like him. I'd have a beer with him. I I've told this story before. One of my one of my oldest friends, he loves um, he doesn't more or less want to go home. He doesn't really say it in in those many words, but uh he's told Tommy, his favorite time of the day is that one hour he gets on the way to work and the one hour he takes on his way home to work uh to drive. He gets on the phone. He calls up people. He has a laugh. He listens to podcasts. He listens to music. You know, it's his time. Completely uninterrupted private time. Think about that. That's your life. You don't get any time to yourself unless you're on the way to a job and that woman can't physically be there. I'm telling you now, guys. Like if you want to go and do your hobbies in your house. So you have a man cave, which in my opinion is very interesting considering that the man cave should be your whole house. However, you get a man cave, which is a garage out the back or maybe a spare room towards the back of the house, a little Harry Potter room that you're allowed to put your PlayStation in or whatever and sit in there like Harry Potter locked up in there. You go, you go sit in there on a Sunday afternoon when you finally got in time. All the chores are done, shopping's done, buddy [ __ ] around the house is done. You go spend a couple of hours in there and you'll see a buddy kick that door in and question why you're in there spending so much time away from her. You can't even have your own time to yourself. That's literally what it is. If you've seen that show, it's um Puberty Blues, I think it was. And the guy was um, he was going he was going home and he was sitting in the garage in his car, but he wouldn't get out of his car for ages to get in. There you go, mate. It's the life of most men. What What's the life of most men? Let's be real. You You get up, you go to work, uh, you put up with [ __ ] you come home, you spend all your money on your wife and maintaining the household in your spare time. When you're not at work, you're doing other unpaid labor. Chores, run around, and then you go back to work again and then continue to do it for years until you die. That's the life of a man. That's just the harsh reality of it. As I say to guys, if you hate sex, freedom, money, uh, and you want to be nagged, harassed, and have a subscription service to arguments and just endless [ __ ] get married. I dare say any man who's living with a woman puts up with some level of this. Now, I may be um coming across as someone who's saying it's completely horrible. Mileage may vary, but you're going to cop some amount of [ __ ] regardless living with women. Don't think you'll be getting all the uh, you know, the first three to six months action that you get at the start to suck you in. You're getting none of that. No action, Robo. No action here. creep up in the driveway, you know, shut the engine off and you sit there.
>> Contemplate your thinking, you know, because, you know, once you walk in that door.
>> It's a it it becomes an emotional and psychological battlefield, you know, and uh I found that a lot of women now, nothing appeases women now. I mean, in the beginning, you know, when it's all fresh and new, you know, but see, women are excellent. They they are masters of role-playing. You find in the beginning stages, and a lot of y'all men that are married, y'all know it's true. She's not the person that you dated.
>> Wow.
>> In the early, you know, segment of your relationship, she was almost completely different. You know what I'm saying? Happy, laughing, smiling. The little corny jokes you made, she laughed at them. You know.
>> And this guy is literally saying everything. You see, that's why I love channels like mine and channels like his. And I love making these videos every day because it's so relatable that you got men from different ethnicities, different locations on the planet, different cultures, religions, you'd experience all the same [ __ ] Like, it's literally the same thing all over the world. And this guy is more or less saying what I say. Never met the guy, never spoken to the guy. There's no chance that there's any cross-pollination of ideas or thoughts. It's literally the experience of men all across this world. And it's fantastic that more men are sharing it, sharing their thoughts, sharing their philosophies, uh, their inner workings in their in our minds on the internet for other men to listen to. I think it's absolutely fantastic.
>> You know what I'm saying? Uh, she encouraged you. You know, whatever your your goals and ambitions were, she encouraged them. And you know, and you this is the one, man. Where have you been all my life? You know, a year later, you you don't recognize this person. Always, you know, always in a bad mood or sad, you know, uh, contradict. There's always some drama. What I found was you can't really go a day or if you do go a day where things are like that first one to three months, you know, after you've been with them for a few years. Um, she comes to collect that in pain uh in the future days. What do I mean by that? Okay, you have a really great day like, oh wow, you know, things are turning the corner here. We've been laughing and getting on all day. We've had some action. It's been fantastic. We've had a day out. It's been awesome. There's been no nagging. There's been nothing. Well, you're going to pay that back double because there's always sort of drama. Uh, what I found a lot of the time was, yeah, say, uh, you walk in the door or she walks in the door after you when you get home from work. Straight onto the winge about the whole day. Okay. Men keep men internalize this [ __ ] a lot of the time. Unless something's a big deal. You they say, "How's work?" Go. Yep. Yeah. Not bad. It's okay. Yep. Saturday standard day. You'll say something like that. You could have had the shittiest day of all time. You still want to talk about it. It's done. It starts said it's in the past. Um, women will come in the the the most minor inconveniences or run-ins that they've had with people at work. You're going to hear about it all night talking about it. Strategy, what should I do? Or why they say this? Why do you think this happened? [ __ ] Just want to relax after work. Uh, herself, you know, at first she wasn't around enough, you know, so you cut back on work. Maybe you take a part-time job, you know, to be around more for her and the kids once you've progressed to that stage, you know, and uh now all of a sudden you're around too much. You you know, you're suffocating her. She needs space.
>> You're suffocating him. Because a lot of the time, and you might sound say this sounds um completely far-fetched, alarmist BS, they at the very least they're doing video calls and messaging and talking to other men all day when you're at work all day. Okay? If you got a stay-at-home uh girlfriend or wife, for the most part, they put the kids down, bang, they're on the couch, they're wanting attention, feeds, excitement from other men. Eventually that turns into getting bent over while watching Phil Donahue. And so when you come and you uh cramp that, that's when they crack the shits at you. You got to think, "Hang on, what? Isn't it good that I'm around a bit more?" Anyway, keep your eyes open for that [ __ ] You know, women and idle time. Uh, that creates a makes for the devil's work uh in terms of just getting up to all sorts, all sorts. As I say, you got about 50% of women uh who are on the dating apps are cheating and how they get away with it. Okay? There's there's two ways they get away with it or don't get seen. They can put their profile on private if they pay for it. They put their profile on private and they can not be seen, but they can select profiles to match. Then you got uh women will just won't put up a photo and they'll say married woman or they'll say woman in relationship or they'll just say here for a short fun time in the bio. There'll be no picture. They'll get a shitload of attention. Guys will just swipe on anything anyway. That's how they get away with it. Then they'll take the conversations off there uh onto another application. So Snapchat, absolute main offender. If you're if you got a wife and she's got Snapchat, now you got to be start thinking who she's talking to on there. Kik, so Kik Messenger, Signal, all those apps that uh are relatively uh anonymized. You don't have to share phone numbers. I think on Signal you might, but you don't have to share phone numbers to add people. Uh, well, there you go. That that's that's where a lot of the action happens. Guys, put in the comments Snapchat, your experiences on Snapchat. And it's like what what the you know, the apartment is is no longer suitable. You need a home now, you know, so you bust your ass doing OT, you know, saving money, maybe even overextending yourself financially. And uh to get that home, and then all of a sudden the home is just is just another thing. You know, women are never satisfied. And now, not all women, obviously, but a lot of women fall into this this category. They're never satisfied. So, it becomes a non-ending, you know, series of like I said.
>> The thing is, if you if you go along with this sort of thing, this is what a lot of guys get stitched up uh in doing. I was never a big spender, so I used to put my foot down. That's obviously why uh I'm probably divorced. Really didn't help my cause. However, a lot of guys go along with it their entire lives. Uh, you are continuously working hard to buy all these status symbols or things that signal progression in life, like a bigger house, etc. But your actual nest egg and your and your net wealth, it never really changes. When I say net wealth, yeah, I understand that the home is, you know, if you buy a more expensive home in a better area, that'll go up. End of the day, it's still a cost because you need to pay to live there. You know, you can't you can't trade um uh the gains in your house that you live in, can you? So, your actual position, you have all this lifestyle creep that continuously chokes you. And I know people who make some pretty serious money in the corporate world, and it never seems like they've got two bucks to rub together. We got nice cars on finance, you know, BMW X6s and AMG four-wheel drives and the Porsche, Macan, GTS, whatever they're called, Cayennes, and you think to yourself, I'm making the same money as you, and you're have all this [ __ ] and you've got this big house. You must be absolutely drowning. It's incredible. It's incredible what men do to themselves. They're literally loading up to the neck. You're up to your eyeballs in debt. Like you're going to be working like a slave until the day you die. As I said, men making rods for their own back. Guys will think, "Oh, you know, I got a high-class woman. They cost you money." And guys are okay to spend that money early doors because they're getting action. And the woman is bewitching them with plenty of action. All that sort of stuff, right? The best he's ever had. If he hasn't had much in his past, he's finally getting some and he's making poor decisions. What happens after that two or three years in and you're not getting that much? Or if you're trying to get it, she uh makes you seem like you're a a serial sex offender. You should be on the sex register, you know, trying to get out of it. Oh no, I had a, you know, oh, I had a chicken roll that was in the Bay Marie for too long today. Yeah, I'm going to [ __ ] my pants. The guys like I don't care. I want to get in there. I don't care. You guys know what I'm saying? Trying to duck and wave. Oh no, I'm tired and I'm stressed. Or they'll say, "Oh, I'm annoyed at you because you didn't help with the kids, or you didn't put the laundry out, or you didn't call me today at lunchtime like you said you would, so therefore, I don't feel like doing it." The excuses will just keep going. And these guys are paying. They're paying to maintain uh and and keep a woman kept in their house that gives them nothing back. As I said, if you hate money, get married. I'm telling you now. Ever since I've been separated, my financial situation, separated then divorced, my financial separ uh my financial situation has exploded because I've been able to just grind and save and not spend much money and make investments and take risks and do things in my spare time like maybe have these channels that I have. I would never be able to do that if you're married because it takes time. It takes hours a day. Not going to have that time. So you guys out there that are single and think you're going to get this perfect dream scenario when you get the girl of your dreams and you put a ring on it, you got another thing coming, dude. I I dare say nine out of 10 would be like this. I'm sure there are guys out there that have got a great great chick and she's really chill. Actually is chill. Doesn't give a [ __ ] what he does. He can come and go and do what he wants and you know she saves money too and works and saves and all that. And you're probably thinking, "Gee, I'm listening to this Gman guy. He's just off his absolute head here." Hey, you you've won the lottery, right? Like this is very rare thing to have.
>> Obstacle courses, you trying to appease her and please her and make her happy. And I think it dawned on men that have already been in a marriage and divorced. Some of y'all that are still married, it's dawned on you. She'll never be happy. It'll never be enough. You can never do enough to make her happy because she isn't a happy person. See that person that, like I said, role-playing in the beginning, you know, was just full of sunshine. You know what I'm saying? And every time she smiled, man, she just blinded you with her brilliance. That person doesn't exist in real life. You know, her nature is dark. It's stormy. You know, it's like springtime in Ohio. One day you might get, you know, rain. The next it may be sunshine. It may rain and then the sun will come out immediately and then it'll rain again in the same uh course of a 10 hours. You know what I'm saying? You don't know. You're walking on eggshells. You're trying to figure out, well, what am I not doing right? You know, because women have, you know, manipulated men to think, marry, a lot of married men to believe that it's a you problem. If she's not happy, it's something that you're not doing. You know what I'm saying? And most men are being, you know, especially if you're in love with her, you you you're ever in fear of losing her. That's right. Guys always doing more and more and more. Number one, they're in love, right? When you're in it, it's hard to see what's happening to you. And then when you look back when you're out and hindsight and retrospect is 20/20, right? That that looking back in that revision mirror at your life going, far out, all these things that these guys are saying on the internet, you know, about marriage and relationships and all these sorts of things, I've dealt with that [ __ ] Like it's like spot on. Like the guy's talking about your life. You listen to my channel and you go, far out, all this stuff Gman's saying. Spot on. Listen to this guy's video on the other side of the world from me. Never had any contact with him. We're touching on all the same talking points here. It's hilarious. And I say it's hilarious in a coincidental sort of way. It's it's very freakish because women are an absolute hive mind. They're programmed the same. They think the same all the world over. They put their men through the same [ __ ] But men who it's a losing game, right? That's what I'm talking about. Like you're bending over backwards. It's either the financial stuff or the woman starts getting unhappy in life and they start talking to their friends and then somehow they work out that you're the problem and then she starts putting pressure onto you. Oh, well, you you never clean up after the baby or you don't make the baby's food or you don't empty the dishwasher or you left your clothes on the floor. Well, list another hundred reasons that isn't a real reason. They they'll run you into the ground. And then when you're the husk of a man who's been beaten down, they uh bail, taking everything that you gave to them without even saying thanks. All those things you've done for them, all the sacrifices you've made, doesn't matter. And you might think, "Oh, far out. That sounds like the worst situation ever." Happens to men every day. It's probably one guy right now, right now being told, "I'm not happy. I'm out of here right this second." You think of the next person that could come along and make her happy and fulfill her. You, that's the last thing you want to happen. So, you're doing everything you can, you know, when you finally propose because marriage is a big thing in the beginning. She wants to be married. You know, you buy a ring, then all of a sudden, you know, x amount of time passes. That ring isn't it it isn't big enough anymore. You know.
>> A guy I know uh bought he bought an engagement ring was about seven or $8,000. I'm talking like 10 or so more years ago. She said, "Yeah, this will do for now, but when we, you know, we make it, we have a bit more money. Uh, I want an upgrade." And every like 10 years, she was or five years, she's like, "You have to keep buying me these rings and upgrades." So what where do these women get these ideas from that men work to spend months of their pay or even more than that depending on what you're earning on bloody rings on their finger like it's continuous. They want the party to last forever. Oh no, we need to renew our vows every few years. We need to do a recommitment ceremony. Oh yeah, we got to upgrade the rings. What's the guy getting? He's not getting anything upgraded. You know, is she upgrading her clunge? Is she being a better person? Probably not. Probably getting worse and more entitled. No, she wants a bigger ring. Such and such down the street that she works with has a 5-carat. You know what I'm saying? And she only has one and a half. You're slacking, man. You know, so uh it's never ending and you find that uh you have no peace, no peace of mind. The one place that you should be able to come after you leave the real battlefield, which is the world. You know, you you have no sanctuary, no place of peace anymore. Your house isn't a home. It's an emotional and psychological battlefield. And uh you finally wake up one day and you realize you're miserable. You know what I'm saying? You're miserable because at some point it dawns on you, nothing will suffice. But even deeper than that, when the charade all when it all falls apart, you realize it doesn't matter what you do, she's not going to be happy because she's not a happy person. You get what I'm saying? A lot of women, especially if they were already in an extended relationship, married before or had kids with somebody else, uh, there's emotional wear and tear. There's emotional damage, psychological damage. And uh try as though you may, you won't be able to repair that. Only Christ can repair the things her issues. More often than not, you are fighting a a losing battle and you will find yourself drained. Not just physically, mentally, psychologically, financially drained and she will never be happy. So, uh, that's why marriage rates have, uh, drastically declined. Men are are starting, especially men that have been married, and it's men putting game out here for you younger men. Not to try to distort your your mind or turn you against women. And there are many, you know, uh, wonderful women out here, uh, from what I've heard, you know, but, uh, there are also just as many, if not more, emotionally damaged women. And they are.
>> I'd say the vast majority are probably on the more ordinary side. As I said, like my view is five five to 10% 5 to 10% are really good, really great, uh, you know, are reasonable, somewhat logical, and have their head on their shoulders. The others complete lost basket cases that men spend their entire lives turning him inside out to keep them happy. All right, guys. I'm probably going to leave it there. This guy's video is linked in the video description. Go and check it out. Go watch his full video, Uninterrupted. I think it was a really good watch. I still think it's very uncanny. You know, if you just if you put my voice AI over his, what he was saying, you'd probably think it was my video. It's it's unbelievable just the uh the uniform experience in this world that we all have. Thanks for watching. See you the next one, guys. Have a great day.
