Friends, this car is an American car, a Nissan Altima 2019 model. The issue with this 2019 car is that its AC is not turning on. The customer said that ever since he bought the car, the AC hasn't worked. It's been a month since the customer bought the car, and the AC hasn't worked. As soon as I start the car, the AC doesn't turn on. I checked the gas; the compressor isn't running. The blower isn't working from here. Even then, the AC won't turn on. If your blower is working, but the light in this button isn't on, you should know that there is an issue here. When the light is on, pressing this turns the AC on, and when the light is off, the AC is off. So, you should check these things point by point first. You can see that when the AC is on, its fan will also automatically start. You can see the compressor here; it's also not turning on.
Now, what we need to do is go to the scanner and check its code. We'll check it using the live data and check the code first. Here, the compressor clutch, an indicator, auto indicator, okay. All these things; we'll select all the important things. I selected all these things because in all Nissan cars, this has a connection. If the temperature is high, it will automatically cut off the compressor. This is important to understand. Our compressor clutch status is off. The AC indicator is still showing on, as you can see. You know that the temperature should be between 35 and 40 degrees Celsius. Here, it's showing a minus, and secondly, you can see it showing an error here. These three dots are visible, with Celsius written next to it. It should show the outside temperature, but it's not reducing the temperature, which is why the AC might not be working.
We're recording; no DTC code, meaning there's an issue in the code. Then, our wiring is faulty. We'll check all these things. The AC still isn't working. The lights have all been repaired, as you can see. I will show you; this is its sensor. The outside temperature sensor is attached here. This is its clamp; it's fixed here. As soon as I opened the wiring, this cover, this white wire is visible. Because of this white wire breaking, our AC isn't working. This has two wires going into this. One is ground, and the other gives its signal. The temperature of the engine inside; if the temperature is high, it gives a high signal, and the AC turns off. The same is the case with this; this temperature wire is less; the outside temperature is less. I'm connecting this wire and will show you how to check it.
