Hello my dears. We are starting our meeting today, titled Energetic Monday, which I will have the pleasure of leading together with Sylwia Marek. Sylwia, let us know if you can hear us. Hello, hello. Yes, yes, I welcome. I can see and hear you perfectly. It's a pleasure. Great. Sylwia, you know what? I think before we move on to your training, let's summarize our weekend event. I'm also curious about your impressions, because we didn't even have a chance to talk much on site, as a lot was happening all the time. Besides, we returned quite late. Today, the whole day is also a lot of work, new people, registrations, but I must say, I assess this event as exceptionally positive. Very positive energy. We essentially have a complete business, where we have a new marketing plan, a new website that is working better and better, and any minor shortcomings are being corrected on an ongoing basis. We also have new products. When I saw the scientists from Krakow University of Technology, who talk about how they worked on these new products for the last 5 years, which we can now promote with the logos of Krakow University of Technology, it makes a really big impression. I think even on a potential client who comes to us. So I perceive this event extremely positively. What are your feelings and possibly also the feelings of the people you had the opportunity to talk to? Tell me. Uh, you know, the feelings of everyone are very positive. From my perspective, this was the best event I've ever been to. And I think I've been to all of them from the beginning, since I've been here. TFT used to be every six months, so I think I was indeed at eight of them. In any case, it was concrete. First of all, it was concrete, and I liked that very much. What is happening now is something incredible, because it cannot be described in just a few words, because we have never been in a situation in the company where so many things were happening at once. Yes, we have a new system, your new platform, Paweł, our project 90, the company is launching, project 90. I am very fascinated by what is happening with these project 9 projects, because listen, we set off two weeks ago, right? And here we are going through various things, and soon Piotr Pacyga will start going through what we are going through. I don't know if he jumped on the zooms, copied, or what, but he says exactly the same thing we said, and that's incredible to me, because I've been in networking for 5 years, and you know, I'm still crawling, but we're quietly doing this project 90 so that the results will soon echo loudly, and soon Piotr Pacyga comes and says exactly the same thing we say. And listen, this is a confirmation for us that we are going in the right direction, so this is something incredible. The moment when new products entered the stage, the way it was presented, shows us that, well, we crushed the competition. We simply crushed it, and you know, it's not even about the cosmetic, because I focus more on supplementation, but what kind of company we are, that we buy these patents, that we cooperate in such a way, that we are so many steps ahead of the competition, and this competition is somewhere sleeping, then Dr. Kardasz, who handed over his recipes in a briefcase, and you know what that tells me? For me, it wasn't just a simple handover of recipes, but Dr. Piotr Kardasz handed over these recipes as if he was passing them on to his children. He passed on his legacy. Yes, that's incredible to me, because I saw incredible trust here. Trust in the company, in these four musketeers of ours, so to speak, the co-founders. That's incredible to me. And the closing session by Piotr Pacyga, which I think everyone should watch, and everyone should now see what Piotr Pacyga is doing on the Plus group leaders, on that Facebook group, if someone isn't there, they should jump on it, because there's a summary of what we've been doing for the last two weeks, meaning we are those two steps ahead again. Listen, ahead of everyone again, so of course, here we have leader Paweł. Paweł is always a step ahead. Well, and here we are ahead again. The summary of all this is shaping up beautifully. Yes, I think what you said is very significant, so it's important to do the basic things. Even when Piotr Pacyga came on stage, he showed his contact list, what his dreams and goals were, I even saw that he got a little emotional on stage. So these online broadcasts can still be watched if someone wasn't at the event. However, if you were there, if any of you were, write here in the chat what your impressions are, what you liked most during this event. I'll tell you, one thing surprised me. A guy came on stage whom I didn't know at all before, and interestingly, he was blind, and he came to the event being completely blind. Listen, without a caregiver. He somehow got here, and the guy is building, developing his network business, and he even wrote to me on Facebook now, because it turned out that I am an inspiration to him, he saw me somewhere on business review or on some videos, started watching it, and now he's writing to me. I also sent him some photos we took after our presentation, but I must say, it made an incredible impression on me. Well, a guy who can't see, I don't know how he uses Facebook, but apparently they have some software, because the caregiver told me that this software describes what's in the picture, reads them the post, and he just listens to it, you know? And somehow he uses Facebook in this way. He's active on Facebook, he writes messages to me translated into Polish, he asked me to send him photos. I'm in shock. The guy has children. He's some kind of politician or ambassador, I don't remember exactly. I would like to find that video somewhere. Maybe someone has it, because I don't remember exactly what he was talking about, but I'll tell you that people who have two hands, legs, eyes, ears, everything, and so on, often do nothing. While people who, well, really, you don't have sight, you can't see, and you're building a business, you have a family, you're involved in politics, you're interested in many different things. For me, it's an incredible thing. Something that shows that anything is possible in life, and the blocks, if they exist, are only in a very narrow space. And this space is located here between our left ear and right ear. And these blocks are often only found here, because other people show that you can not have these blocks, live abroad, come to an event, be at an event, return, even speak on stage, talk about something. Unbelievable inspiration, incredible presentations. I must also tell you that I was impressed by all the people from our team who performed on stage, who spoke, who shared their examples, stories. Sylwia performed with Sebastian, Agnieszka Tetłak, Mateusz Wojciechowski also spoke. There were even more of these people, I'll tell you. I didn't want to miss anyone, you know, because we were coming out for various awards. People were also coming out for awards for the best recruiters. Monika Mnich also had her beautiful presentation. We also recorded, listen, new wonderful health stories, which I am preparing and which will be available on our platform very soon, maybe even tomorrow. So if any of you are not yet on our internal platform, now is the time to join. We already have over 90 active people, and the materials are constantly growing. I also uploaded the TFT materials to the archive on our platform, so if anyone needs any photos, they can also look there. So what else? To summarize, listen, the event, emotions, all that is behind us. And ahead of us is the 90-day program, which, listen, will not do itself. It will not be done by inspiration, it will not be done by motivation. So all these things we heard at the event, they matter, they will matter only to the extent that they translate into one most important thing: daily, regular, systematic work that brings results. Because if we want to build our future, if we want to develop personally, if we want to build our self-confidence, if we want to build our financial future, it all comes down to working, and then having results from work. Because it's very easy today in today's world to, I'll tell you, stand out. What do you need to do? You need to decide what you will do, and then do it. And do it in a shorter time than you planned to do it. It's simple. Most people just talk, tell stories, motivate themselves, get inspired, go from one event to another, third, fourth, but they don't take concrete action, listen. And now in this 90-day program, we don't have that much time at all. It's the end of September. We only have October, November, and the beginning of December. Listen, that's 2.5 months exactly. Listen, exactly 2.5 months. That's very, very little time, so this time must be seized, used, acted upon here and now, because this time is flying by very quickly, listen. So let's not get distracted. We know what we need to do. Everything was said at the event. We have the rest of the materials and tools on the platform. We are very far ahead as a team, considering what was discussed at the event. We have great materials, brilliant health stories. We will have more tomorrow and then next and next, but we can put even 500 of these health stories there, but they are only as important as you use them. Your calendar is only worth as much as you implement what is written in it, and similarly, these things will not happen on their own. So what Sylwia will talk about now, how to work through a profile, is one of the ways. If you want to follow her, if you want to use your profile optimally so that social media works for you, and not you for social media, then do what Sylwia will say in a moment. Because one more interesting thing, listen, was said, which really stuck in my mind. One of the speakers at the event said it. I checked if it was true, because I simply didn't believe it. It turns out that TikTok, you surely know TikTok, it's a Chinese application. The Chinese invented it, and imagine that in China, this TikTok has a completely different algorithm. In China, TikTok is supposed to show you videos related to a healthy lifestyle, patriotism, and educational content, developmental content, so that you become a better person, so that you become healthier, so that you can develop better, so that you can earn more, so that you are a valuable person. And do you know how the algorithm is set up for Europe and the rest of the world? To send you the worst garbage, meaning you only watch educational content, only viral content, only nonsense, only primarily trivialities, only based on something that catches your attention, and if you watch it, they will show you more and more such videos. So you see, the Chinese are very smart. They give their people what is valuable, what is concrete, what builds them up. To the rest of the world, they give junk to create people who are very easy to control and manipulate. We live in such a world of social media, listen. And you need to know that after 2020, Instagram and Facebook started copying TikTok's algorithm, because TikTok took over a very large number of users. Now these media work exactly like that. They show you ads, they show you irrelevant content, something that doesn't change your life at all, but we need to be smarter, and we need to be the producers of content for social media, attract people to ourselves, pull them away from all those things that are just attention grabbers, bring nothing valuable, and show them how they can earn, take care of their health, develop, learn valuable content, and focus primarily on development, and not just on entertainment. And this, listen, is our very important mission. So it's worth knowing the facts. I checked if this algorithm works this way, and indeed, listen, it does. That's simply how it works in today's world. So protect yourselves, protect your children, and let's not absorb all that others throw at us, but let's be creators of our circumstances. Let's be people who direct where we want to go in life and who want to strive for our ambitious goals that we set for ourselves, and not just absorb what the Chinese want to convey to us. Something that only serves to consume your attention. Don't let yourself be fooled. Use your attention. Follow Sylwia's advice so that your profile attracts clients and partners to you, and focus on what is important during these 90 days. Don't get distracted by irrelevant things. Sylwia, I'm handing over to you. Thanks, Paweł. You've done a fantastic introduction to the topic I want to discuss now. Uh, very well said, because now the question is, will we use social media as a tool for our work, or will we become a tool for social media? Yes. And those who cooperate directly with me know that I'm not really on social media. I often encountered people saying: "Oh, you're always on those media." No, I'm not. I go in there, I do what I have to do so that my machine works, because I have to control it, not it has to control me. As you know, I have seven children at home, I have things to do, I don't have time to scroll through Facebook. Well, unfortunately, that's how it happens that when we start scrolling, more and more content comes in. I had a moment where I read something, an article, someone killed someone, and so on. I was going to Beatka's place, and the madman was there, with a knife, you know? He was shooting, listen. Well, it was enough that I read it, and then everywhere everyone was killing everyone. Yes, only such articles popped up for me. Now some war and so on. Listen, I had to block everything, all WP, Onets, and so on, because only negative articles started popping up, and I started to worry. I felt uneasy. Not that I took it personally, but I felt uneasy, something was wrong with me, so I started blocking it quickly, because I didn't want to feed myself with such content. And when we scroll through social media, we encounter various types of content, and as Paweł said, negative ones, because someone rules these media for some purpose, right? Because someone makes business on them. And why should someone make business on us, and we become a tool instead of the other way around? Yes, we came here with a clearly defined goal, right? If any of you want to use social media to build a business, you should unlearn scrolling as quickly as possible and use it as a tool. I will show you today how I use it, because I also had to organize it for myself, because you know, 5 years ago when I started, it was enough to talk to people, because that's the basis. No matter how great your social media is, if you don't talk to people, nothing will come of it. No one will simply come to you. Yes. The basis is talking to people. Yes. And then we supplement our social media. I will show you exactly how I organized it. Well, 5 years ago, it was enough to post something nice, a quote, a picture, and talk to people. Today, it's not like that anymore. Besides talking to people, this content needs to be systematized in some way. Today, when we go on Facebook in the age of AI, we see that everyone has very similar content. Very similar content. I see longer dashes, I see hashtags, everyone uses AI, yes, everyone uses ChatGPT to create their content, but we are not in these contents. And this is a very big mistake, because people who use ChatGPT, each of us uses it. It speeds up work a lot, but it also has to become a tool. It won't do the work for us. Yes? If you want to build a good business on social media, you have to learn to use these tools effectively, and there must be as much of you as possible. As much as possible, because now when we have really a lot of clones, only those who remain authentic will win. Well, I know it will be our team. Yes, our team. When "Stop Recruitment" came on stage, it was primarily our team and a few other people on stage. Yes? So what does that indicate? We are good at it. And you know what I like most? Not only that we are good at recruitment, but most teams specialize in something. Yes, there are teams that work very hard at health conferences. I've noticed, you know? There are teams that work hard on Duo fit 10, for example, you know? Whereas we are a team that works great with everything. Yes, we have specialists in everything. We have specialists in online, in offline, in Duofit 10, in Shape Code System. Yes, everyone works with something completely different, with cleansing. Other teams, listen, are just starting with cleansing. For them, it's a novelty. They used some 10-day detox, but they didn't use such cleansing. Yes, so in fact, we can complement each other very well with knowledge, and these people who stood on stage for recruitment were not just business people. For example, I am very business-oriented, but I lead teams that work in very different ways, yes? And I really like that we can all complement each other and everyone can learn from everyone, you know? And now I will show you how I manage my social media. But I would like you to take notebooks and pens, because you will have to create your own based on the example of my social media, because they have to be yours. You won't copy me, you won't be me, you won't copy Paweł, you won't copy Magda, Agnieszka, yes? You won't copy. You have to be yourself now, yes? Because each of us expresses something completely different. Notice that if you look at Agnieszka's, Magda's, Paweł's, my profile, each of these profiles is completely different, because we simply express ourselves on these profiles, and you also have to find yourselves now, and on this Zoom, I want to help you find yourselves, because when I started in network marketing, I wondered what I could show. I have seven children and I do nothing all day, I just clean, wash, and the dryer and washing machine run 24 hours a day. I have nothing to show people. And probably each of you, many of you here, think: "Well, what do I have to show?" Because we usually underestimate ourselves. We think we are boring, that we are not unique. Well, and here I will surprise you, you don't have to be unique, because in all social media work, the point is that someone identifies with you. Yes, we want to attract people similar to you, so we don't have to pretend to be anyone, we just have to be ourselves. This is very important in these times. So I will share my screen now, listen, and I will show you what I have created in my social media work. Okay, I'll share it. Alright. Madzia, tell me if everything is visible, because I'm not very good technically, so I need it. Very good, fantastic. Okay, take your papers and pens now, we'll discuss what needs to be done. There will be three tasks to do, okay? And first, so that we can work on social media, we need to create our vision, what we want to infect other people with. And we will create a profile plan here. This is the first thing we need to create. Such a plan. I didn't have to have it before, so I wrote whatever inspired me, and so on, but I always expressed myself. I tried to express myself. In the age of AI, we have to try a little harder, because it's harder to break through, because suddenly everyone is a specialist in everything. Suddenly everyone is great at everything. Yes, so we have to show that we are simply ourselves, we are unique, and in this crazy world, we have remained ourselves. Yes, because, because that's what people need now. And now look, what is your foundation. We need to create a foundation, our unique personal brand. And each of you, I have written down here what is mine, so to speak, what I think distinguishes me. Think about what distinguishes you, but I think probably each of you is distinguished by exactly the same thing as me, because we are talking about authenticity, emotions, and a message from the heart. And this authenticity of emotions, message from the heart, each of you has, and each will have a different message. Yes, this cannot be faked by AI, because AI has no feelings, it doesn't think. So, if you use ChatGPT and don't agree with it and point something out to it, notice that it always agrees with you. Young people say, young people, listen, they laugh at ChatGPT and say it's like talking to a microwave, that whatever you want to hear, it will tell you, and that's the truth, because if you don't agree with something ChatGPT told you and you say: "But I think so, and you didn't notice that, so it will say: "You're right" and continue its speech. So it's not a very good tool, actually. Uh, and look, I stand out precisely by what is natural to me. My opinion, my path, my reflections, not general opinions, but how I see it, and you also stand out by this. This is actually consistent for all of us. Yes. And now, what do I want to show? And here it will be something different for you. Yes, here in this point, that's exactly what I'm talking about, you want to show something different. Well, what do I want to show? For me, my mission, I thought about what I want to show, what I feel here, you know? Why did I come here, what is my, why, what is my purpose, you know? Well, I want to show that life is different, that I do this work and it's something different, it's my choice, not a coincidence, for women who feel there is something more, but don't know what yet. Yes? I, first of all, when you enter my profile, I'm talking to women, because I want women to identify with me, so that they feel they deserve something more, because women lose their strength so easily, and I want to help them find that strength within themselves and be independent. Independent of anyone, of any job, of a man, of anything, simply so that they can feel sexy, feminine, and also work for themselves, develop, and also belong to a cool community. And here you need to think about what you want to show in this point, yes? And who you want to talk to. So write down what you want to show and who you want to talk to. Yes? I want to infect women with a lifestyle, above all. And now we need to write down a main goal, yes? And then, once you've written down this main goal, who you want to talk to, what content you want to show, let's set a strategy for this content, thematic pillars. Yes. And I remember when Eric Warry used to do training, Rick Warry's. If you don't have it yet, I really recommend it, because it helps to understand network marketing, and as a duo, we have entered into such cooperation with Rick Wor, and we have these trainings for really pennies. Number one in the network marketing industry, and I go in every day, watch some five, three-minute recording, and it really helps to understand networking. It really helps with thinking, so I highly recommend it, and he used to say that to create such a post, you know? You make such a post, you know? You take a selfie with three fingers, you show three fingers, yes? You take a selfie and post it on Facebook, you know? And you write three things that people associate with you. List three things that people associate with you. Yes. And it was a good test, because I did it, and people wrote what they associate me with, and the things they wrote were okay, they were nice, but it turned out that in these points, there were still a few things missing that I thought people might associate me with, but it turned out not, it was just in my head. Yes. And I want people to associate me with something, because many people associated me, for example, with being strong, independent, but they didn't associate me, not everyone associated me with children. Listen, no, so if you know I have seven children, not necessarily every recipient of mine knew that, so I knew that maybe I was showing a bit too little of this type of content, and I wanted people to associate me with that as well, as a woman who, despite difficulties, despite having a lot on her plate, is doing great also in business, you know? And that's what I want to infect women with. Yes, so I started creating a content strategy, thematic pillars, you know? So design cyclical thematic blocks, because this will make it easier for you to plan and maintain rhythm. And here, listen, I listed these thematic blocks, and I will give you this file, but not so that you copy it and start creating the same ones, because you are not me. You have to create your own. Yes. And for example, I have six such topics. I started listing them. It took me a whole day, because I started listing what I actually do in network marketing and what I actually work on, what I could share with my audience. Well, so, family and children is my number one, yes? Because that's my reason, that's my why, that's my purpose. So my reflections as a mother, partner, woman, I often have various thoughts, yes, various reflections, and I want to share them, yes, some challenges. Humor, emotions from family life. We are a bit like that on the profile. It would seem that my daughter says: "And my friends think you are so serious, you are completely different in life." We joke a lot at home, we laugh a lot, and if you were to come inside our home and see what Sebastian's and my relationship is like, someone would say: "Crazy." Yes, that it's really fun between us somewhere here. And I still think we show too little of our real selves on the profile, how we sometimes talk to each other and so on. It's our style, our way of being, our lifestyle with the problems we have. We just like to joke, you know? Children's health, immunity, and atopic dermatitis. Look, family and children. What are we dealing with? Children's health. Well, I have something to talk about. I have so many product stories. And atopic dermatitis, immunity. My children have 100% attendance at kindergarten thanks to Duoif products. I overcame atopic dermatitis, which I couldn't deal with for three years, and my child scratched himself until he bled every night. I don't talk about it on my profile, listen. Well, so I wrote down that I need to talk about it more often. Yes. And this is the first point. Family and children. And I divided it into sub-points. What strong topics do I have that I could share with others? Here you need to think, you know? And you know, I live very fast, and it's like this for me, sometimes I'm cooking dinner, and as Paweł says, he bought a small notebook and writes things down there, I also have such a notebook and I walk around the house with it, it's everywhere, because I'm constantly adding something to it, you know, because I have some thought, this is good, this is good, or I just cut it, how many thoughts arise in me, this is good, and I add it, you know? Okay. And the second thing is precisely what I want to infect with, the online work, the lifestyle. I love this lifestyle. I really love this lifestyle. There are points I don't like about this work, and I can talk about it openly, but I love this lifestyle, that I can take my always healthy children to kindergarten in the morning thanks to these products. I can go to the gym with my husband, then come back, talk to each other, and then sit down, have breakfast, and sit down to work. I simply love this peace, this lifestyle, that we can take care of ourselves, focus on ourselves, focus on work and what is important to us, and then I pick up the children, take care of them, yes? And in the meantime, I also work, yes? And here I think we should show a typical day of my work, you know? Such stories, photos, stories, because often people on the internet show so many beautiful things, you know, that if someone watches it from the outside, they think: "This is not for me, yes? I'm not like that, this is not my world." So let's show this everyday life, yes? How we work at all. Of course, take from this what you think is yours. I'm discussing here what I think I should show more of, because I'm still learning and I think I still can't show it, because people often tell me that when they look at my profile, everything looks so beautiful and everything is so organized at our place, and I have the impression that I live at such a super fast pace, that sometimes there is such chaos that if someone came, they would simply be terrified, because it's happening, it's an incredible pace of life. Incredible pace of tasks to be done, yes? And we simply have to do it within a specified time. There is no time here to think about whether we have something to do or not. Whether we need to initiate conversations, whether we need to call someone. No, there is no time to think. Yes, I have half an hour for calls, I have a list, I take it, I call, because I have to go to the doctor with the child soon. Yes, and I think sometimes I should show how it happens, that we do this business amidst such a rush of obligations, and I'm learning to show that too, yes? But I deliberately wrote it down and I keep coming back to this plan, because I see how many things I'm not doing from this plan, yes? I've already implemented a lot, and how much I'm still not doing. And now, what have I gained, not only financially? Look, because okay, network allows me to earn, but you know, it's not just about the money, you know? It's very important, but this freedom, this meaning, this influence on everything that happens around us, on the influence on our lives, the environment we meet, the people we start to surround ourselves with, what doors open up for us. Yes, so it's worth sharing this, it's really worth writing down your thoughts, and because, you know, when you're down, well, you'd best give up, wouldn't you? But there are moments in each of you in this business when you feel like you can fly, yes? And write down these moments and share them on Facebook, share them with people. Yes. And working with women and for women. I want to create such an amazing community of women, because you know, it's nice. When I first came here, I said: "I want to make extraordinary women out of ordinary women, you know? So that they know that they are great, because every woman is great." Yes. In my opinion, every woman does a great job, and few appreciate themselves, you know? And my goal was to build these women up, you know? And I want to show this too, create such a community of women who simply support each other, build each other up. You know, women are sometimes mean, they are horrible to each other, yes? And here I want to create a community of women who truly support each other. For me, the word woman is something beautiful, which unfortunately in real life is not always, sometimes, if at all, associated with femininity, because when one woman tramples on another, then it's not very feminine, yes? Woman, look at this word, how it resonates, yes? And I want to show such a community of women, femininity, yes? So something warm, something good, something caring, like a mother, yes? A woman should take care of a woman, and that's what I want to show on my social media, that's what I want to inspire others with, you know? And you know, all this requires thought, and you also have to, you have to feel it in the moments when you feel it, write it down, and this is something you should share. The third thing that is happening is the program "Discover Your Shine." For me, this is a program in which women not only take care of their figure. Some of them take care of their figure, some of them are cleansing, some

Some of them care about their skin, some of them simply want to have better hair, right? But in reality, they build their self-confidence by building a business too, don't they? And I do this with a few people from the team. Whoever volunteers, we do it, right? Well, look there, how I do such a program, right? Uh, or for example, you do the Shape Code system in the team, right? Well, then you can show before and after stories, right? But for such stories, you don't even need to do any program. We have tons of such before and after stories. Now on the powalenara platform, there are plenty of different stories, also health-related, so you can use various visual changes of women and how they have developed, what they have achieved, how they have built themselves up. You can already see, look, from one point, I have several points again. Look how much valuable content you can create on your social media. Yes. My mission as a mentor, right? So here I want to show, there must be a point where, since I want to attract people, I want to show that I also want to be a mentor for these people. I want to help them build theirs, so we will do it together, right? Radiance as a state of mind, not just appearance. Maybe not everyone will understand what I mean right away, but you know, a woman's radiance is not just about how her skin, hair, nails, and so on look, her figure, but precisely that happiness and Magda Chorochowik has such radiance, right? A crazy woman in general. Yes, I don't know, but she's getting crazier and crazier. I know she has problems, because we are friends, I talk to her, right, and despite that, this woman is always smiling and you know, in moments when I'm already feeling bad, I pick up the phone, I call Magda. And what do I hear? Well, hello. Always smiling, crazy, and I know that at the same time she has problems, and I wish everyone such a state of mind as she has. And that is this radiance. Look, this woman always looks beautiful, right? Because she feels beautiful inside. And do you see where it all started? She took care of her health, right? First of all, she detoxified, everything started from something, right? So here, for me, in all these stories, there is a certain depth that a person doesn't understand at first and won't understand after one post. That's why I'll show you what I did next, right? Because one post won't help. Yes, you have to talk to these people all the time for the content to reach them. And then, thinking about what else I do, well, listen, I do multispectral diagnostics. I thought to myself, right? Well, I do multispectral diagnostics for my partners, but I will never acquire a client because I don't tell anyone about it, right? Well, so I thought maybe it's worth talking about it, right? So, whatever you do, you should talk about it. So, health and skin diagnostics. And here, when I thought about how I would like to talk about it, it's education, meaning multispectral diagnostics in simple words. What is it in general, why perform it, and why education? Listen, here, we don't post products and product advertisements on social media, we educate. And here I'm talking about skin diagnostics education, but you also need to educate, for example, when it comes to immunity, you also need to educate when it comes to skin cleansing, because people think: "I'll detoxify, 5 days, I'm detoxified." No, no. You can detoxify after a party if you drank on Saturday. Yes. However, if you want to cleanse your body, you need something more. If we go to a person right away and want to sell them a four-month cleansing package, they won't understand what it's all about. Yes, so there is a need for education. You start educating people. When you start educating them and they follow you and they read the content you post, they will understand what you mean, and then you will create a need in these people to use this product. Then they will understand why they are constantly sick, why they have no energy, why they are weak. Yes? And this is how you have to do this business. Yes? And health is a decision, meaning my approach, the fact that I still have so many kilograms, right, too many, that's my decision. Yes. And people also need to understand this. It's not genes somewhere. And you know, my grandmother had it and my mother had it, and I'm like her, I have it too. No, no, it's a decision. These are habits that have been there for generations, right? So I want to show this too, that the fact that my children are not sick today, and they were sick before, was also my decision. I changed something, right? Health conferences. Well, if we're talking about health, then we have a great tool, and I think to myself, well, we have a tool, but I don't tell anyone about it. So how can I invite someone to a health conference if I don't tell anyone about it? Right? Well, so I will talk cyclically, regularly about health conferences. Some reports, quotes, reflections from these health conferences. Or even after a health conference, we receive great materials by email. We can also use that. We have so many materials to use, and the WLF foundation also creates so many materials for us that we have something to draw from, something to educate with, right? And then my fifth point is my views, values, and reflections, meaning, you know, strong personal posts. I used to write for two hours when there was no ChatGPT. Today I just talk to it. It knows me inside out, and it edits it faster, right, but it's still mine because I always have my own thoughts, and you know where thoughts come from? From experience. And experience comes from work, meaning from conversations with people. Yes. I have my own thoughts and my own values, my own views, and people have different ones. And at the moment when I start talking to people, and this is what frustrates you the most, right, that they don't understand you, right? And you don't want to convince them of something. Well, exactly, don't convince them, just educate them, but not in one conversation via Messenger, you won't change people's views with a few voice messages. And sometimes, precisely because I talk to people, I have such strong reflections, and sometimes these conversations also annoy me, right? But then I write a message to myself on Messenger, right? And then I change it. I edit it, because I write it in emotions first. If I published it, many people might unfriend me then. Yes, so I have to edit it later and write it the way it should be written. Once I calm down, sometimes I don't even post these posts, right, because I calm down and think, okay, this won't be a good post, right? But somewhere in my emotions, I write, I save various thoughts, and then the best posts come from that, because they are mine, right? Because they have emotion. Such from my views, values, reflections is that I don't want to live half-heartedly. It's that children watch us, and for me, raising children is not what I tell them. Yes, because they won't do what I tell them anyway. They are a total reflection of us. They behave like us, after all. And if we tell them that they should live this way and that way and that way, they will still live in the future the way we live. And now let's think, do we want them to live like that, right? So, as a mother, I want to develop. My daughter sees that we are learning sometimes, and she hears it, that we are learning. Yes. And she heard that Dad was practicing his presentation recently, and she even smiled. It's nice because I want them to see it, right, that we are doing something so that they know that they will learn their whole lives, right, that it has to be natural for them. Yes, such are my manifestos too, right? And the sixth point, recruitment, cooperation. Well, look, I'm building a business in a network, so I have to talk about it too, right? You can find something with me. Such storytelling, what the journey of women who joined me looks like. Maybe it's worth doing such things, for whom it is, and for whom not to talk about it? Such Q&A Live stories with answers to doubts. These are ideas that I collected on how to present this cooperation, how to recruit these people, because recruitment is not about posting a job ad. Listen, I'm looking for three people to cooperate with, you can earn well, new project, no, no, Polish project or something. No, that's not it. If we want to recruit someone, we have to inspire someone, because none of these people join the company. Yes, this person will join you because they identify with you. But look, I won't appeal to everyone either. That's why let's use the stories of other women. Yes, perhaps such stories with answers to doubts. Yes, I think such things speak to people more than a ready-made job advertisement. And now, this was the first part, right, to do this task. You can't take it, copy it, because it's mine. You can list four points, right? Four things you are working on, four things you want to share. However, I listed six points, and since there are six points, I decided that I will have six posts a week. If you list three, then have three posts a week. If you list four, then have four posts a week. And I created a publication plan for myself, right? Uh, what else is important, you know what, I noted down here what I want to tell you. [Music] And you know what's important, that in the posts, in all the posts you create, you don't talk about yourself. You just think you're talking about yourself. When you read a post about someone, it's not about the post being about someone. You're not talking about yourself, you're talking about a specific problem that someone will identify with. Yes? Sometimes someone, for example, I don't know, achieves success in network marketing and starts boasting, right? And this post, if we can't write it in a way that doesn't sound like boasting, then use ChatGPT to help you and give it a command. I achieved such success. I want to inspire women with it, but I don't want it to sound like boasting. I want to inspire other women to change, right? And give a specific message, right? Talk to ChatGPT then if you can't formulate it that way, right? But the point is to show some problem. When you talk about yourself or someone else, it's not really about boasting, bragging, or anything like that, but about showing something that someone else can identify with, some problem that someone can identify with, and showing, okay, if she could, then I can too, right? Uh, because here, really, it's least about us, it's not about identification, because if we only show success, if we boast, we will irritate people, because people don't like it when someone succeeds, right? Uh, no, that's not it. Yes, it's not about having an ego somewhere, right? It's about becoming an inspiration and doing it in a very subtle way, right? When it comes to what I gained thanks to this work, for example, you create a post, what I gained thanks to this work, right? Three things I gained thanks to this work, for example, you create for yourself, right? You have to learn to speak the language of benefits and start thinking about what will also be good for the audience, because again, it's not about boasting about what we gained, right, that I don't know, we traveled and so on, but the language of benefits for people, right? So, what problem will it solve for these people? Well, maybe they can't travel, but they really want to, right? So, speak the language of benefits, respond to people's needs. This is very important, right? Okay. And now, the content should be interwoven. And you see, I created a table, a publication plan, a simple weekly system, that I have six topics, so a post appears six times a week, right? And it's a bit mixed here, I apologize, but it was like this: at first it was Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, but you see, I changed it, I played with this table, I created it, and I had to think about it a bit. Because I didn't want, for example, business on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and then Thursday children, Friday, who knows what, but rather to interweave it, right, so that the content just mixes and changes. For example, you know, on Monday I have lifestyle, online work, and just as the content is interwoven, let the form also be interwoven. One day a photo, another day you post a reel, another day you make a carousel, so that it also changes, right? So the content changes, but the form of presenting the content should also change, right? So, for example, on Monday I wrote, that it can be a video or a reel, for example, three things that something, right, that I gained, right? On Tuesday, my reflection, a post with soul, meaning I went into such depth, and you know, I also wondered who I'm talking to, that if I post, for example, on Tuesday my reflection, then I started wondering at what time women, my target group, have time to read this post. Yes, and I plan posts for Facebook, when I posted that a woman is tired after a whole day, then I knew that I wanted to post it, let's say around 8:30 PM, 9:00 PM, because at that time she puts her children to bed, right? And she will be able to stop and read this post in peace, and she will also be tired, right? Already. And then she will be able to think, identify with the post I published. So I won't post in the morning about how a woman is tired after a whole day, she deserves something, something. Yes, now I'm giving examples, right, but it's also worth considering what content, for whom, and at what time we post, right? Just like, I don't know, people have a break at work at a certain hour or are going to work at a certain hour, and we have content and we want to reach such a target group. You can't ignore that. I have it printed, I have a folder made of it, and with a pen I've added the exact publication times here, that between 9:00 and 11:00 and so on and so on, right? So you can also think about it, dedicate one day to it, right? And you see, here I have a post, a photo or a reel. Wednesday, you see, Monday was lifestyle, online work. On Tuesday, a reflection, a post with soul. Wednesday, health, and here children, skin, collagen, maybe an educational carousel or a report. On Thursday, recruitment, invitation, cooperation, work, meaning a post and CTA, meaning what is CTA? Call to action, meaning at the end of this post, there is, I don't know, contact me, leave me a comment like this and that. Or you can put a comment under the post, that if you find this content valuable, share it with someone else or tag a person who should read it, right? All of this also increases your reach, causes you to have new audiences. Yes, Friday, the radiance program, you as a woman, meaning something feminine, something for women. On Saturday, I post one day, either Saturday or Sunday, and here it's family, emotions, relationships, photo plus storytelling, right? So you see, each time a different format too, right? And now, how to attract and stand out in this era? First of all, give people what they need. Be yourself, show the community too, because this community, after COVID, after all this, people incredibly need community now. Women need this community even more. People just want to meet, want to do something fun together. Yesterday at TFT someone said that in a few years groups will be created where people will write on Facebook to arrange a walk with someone. In general, I'll tell you, no, such groups exist in every city. If we go to Krakow, there is a group in Krakow where people arrange meetings, and there are no ulterior motives there. Listen, no matrimonial ones, right? People just go for walks together and get to know each other and spend time together this way. And I see this in my city too, that for example, someone has moved and would gladly, I don't know, meet a mom with whom they could spend time and go for a walk. There is more and more of this. People have become lonely. Listen, of course, you can also use such groups to meet people, right? Because these people are already open, right? So, so you can. Of course, we don't bombard them with business, but you can go for a walk with someone, why not? Yes. Okay. And now, how to attract and stand out in this era of AI? First of all, speak up as a human, because AI doesn't have children, doesn't miss them, doesn't feel helpless like you often do. And show that you sometimes feel helpless, because you, you feel that way, right? And this is your strength. In fact, this truth is your strength. Thanks to truth, you will stand out, because posts written by AI, if someone hasn't put themselves into them, they are empty, it's immediately visible that it's artificial, right? Therefore, be yourself, use raw photos too. You know, the times when photos were retouched and so on, they are gone. Now, even recently, I see that eyelashes are no longer fashionable, listen, because now natural ones are fashionable, where you can't see them, right? So everything, listen, is starting to change. So use your normal photos, the real ones you have. Don't change them. The more natural they are, the greater your reach will be now. Also ask questions, how do you deal with this, what resonates with you today. Yes, these are examples of questions, but ask questions in your posts so that people comment and start talking to you, and you just talk to them there. Get to know these people better and better, because people like to be heard. E, also talk to the camera. There comes a moment when, you know, we don't want to do it, right? But at some point, there comes a moment when, okay, you have to break something, some next barrier, you have to start doing something new. Start talking to the camera. The more you break these boundaries, the more you let people get to know you, the better results you will have. It doesn't have to be perfect. Yes, again, it has to be you. Yes, you can also create your own brand hashtags, right? I often have in my posts, you will see a hashtag like "Changing Life with Family," right? I also have thematic hashtags. I'll show you how I do it in a moment. You can introduce one or two such unique hashtags. And such building of community and reach. Listen, these are social media, so it's not about you in these social media, that you just post there and let everyone look at you, right? And preferably let them comment and like. You need to build a community mutually, right? So, above all, respond to comments, right? If someone likes you, comments, don't ignore that person. Someone likes you, you can write to that person, right? Thanks for the comment. It's very supportive. And what about you? What do you do on a daily basis? Well, you already have a brilliant start to a conversation. Simple, simple. Yes, you're starting to get to know that person, and then you can talk about yourself. But first, let that person tell who she is. Yes. Give these people, that you are there, that you see them, that you appreciate the people who follow you. Invite people to be friends. Don't wait for them to come. Someone comments on you, you see they are not among your friends, so invite them to be friends, right? I always browse the profile, because if I see that someone is already in the "duo" [likely referring to a specific group or status], then I don't invite them, but I can encourage such a person to click "follow," right? Because I have 5,000 friends and you need to save this space, listen. Yes, but if you see that someone is not active, then invite these people to be friends, right? Comment on others, because as I said, these are social media. It's not about you there, that suddenly we become stars in these social media and we will shine there, but we need reciprocity. E, so you also need to comment on other people's posts, if you know people you respect, from whom you gain any value, then you can certainly comment on their posts, but sensibly. It's not about giving a heart in a comment, right? Read that person's post, refer to that post, comment sensibly, because it's not about reach. Reach has no meaning at all right now. What good is it to have millions of views if there is no real value there? No, better less, but your target group. You need to talk to the people you want to work with. You can do a monthly summary once a month, what happened in your team, in your development, what actions were taken. Yes, you can analyze it, because this is again an exercise in gratitude, right? Because a lot really happens in one month. If you go back in memory, what good happened in that one month and start writing it down, it turns out that, well, there is something to talk about, right? A lot has happened around you in which you could participate. Well, and this is some value that you can share, right? And at the end of this task, because it is one of the tasks, if you want to know what truly distinguishes you today, it is precisely this truth and the message with a mission, because people feel when something comes from the soul. In the era of artificial intelligence, not the technically best will win, but the most authentic. You don't have to be professional, but you have to be real. And this is the first task, right, that is worth creating for yourself. Create such a plan. I will send it to you, I will share it here with Paweł, we will share it on the chats. But the point is not to copy it, but to think about what is yours and create your own plan, right? Your own. And this is the first task, which will take you the longest. And the second task I would like you to do is these hashtags. If you want, you can, but you don't have to. No, I will show you mine. I won't share this with you anymore, because if I share it with you, then in a moment everyone will have the same hashtags. And a hashtag, because you know, hashtags are not used on Facebook. Hashtags are used on Instagram, right? Because on Facebook, no one searches for content by hashtag. A hashtag on Facebook creates your history under a given hashtag. Yes, so posts are created, sorted as if. If I create a family post, then I give the hashtag "Changing Life with Family," right? And if someone selects this hashtag, they will go to my posts under that hashtag, so it's organized. If there is multispectral diagnostics, and I give, for example, in diagnostics, I give "See More Than the Naked Eye," and someone goes to this hashtag, then they will see only posts about multispectral diagnostics and education on why it's worth doing it, right? The ones I do, and that's why we use hashtags on Facebook, so it's worth creating one main identity hashtag. Let it appear from time to time, for example, with more personal lifestyle posts about family, change. My dears, and you know, such a hashtag can appear in the content of the post, or it can be, for example, here you will open up, write something nice, because I am changing life with family, or it can end simply as a signature, you finish the post and simply give yourself this hashtag, and in fact, it can be in the middle of the content. You can refer to this hashtag, but you know, don't post the hashtag "Changing Life with Family," I beg you, just create your own hashtag, right? One main hashtag that will be your identity hashtag, and then when you have this table, right, I have these six topics, you will have four, for example. For online work, I gave myself the hashtag "Work with Soul, Work My Way." And here I have posts about work, recruitment, style, and you know, I created this because I would never remember which hashtag I wanted to use, right? So when I write posts, I open this table and look, aha, I used this or that hashtag, right? When I write about skin diagnostics, meaning educational posts, invitations to diagnostics, I use "See More Than the Naked Eye," and I have another one there, right? When I write about women, then "Rediscover Your Radiance," and I have more of these hashtags here, right? When I give my manifestos, my reflections, then I use "I Don't Have to Be Like Everyone Else" hashtag, right? So create something like this too, and then you can simply divide these contents, right? And you can combine them harmoniously, because hashtags are exchanged depending on the topic. but they are connected through you and your style, right? And once a week, thanks to the fact that you have a given post within one week, this hashtag returns once a week, right, with a given topic. Yes? So, for example, on Thursdays I have lifestyle, so I use "Changing Life with Family," for example, on Fridays "Work with Soul," because I will invite for a conversation. This is an example, right? On Monday, for example, a new week, a new intention, "Discover Your Radiance," right? This is an example, so you can also do this. And as a third thing, I will stop sharing. I will no longer share my screen, but if you type ChatGPT into Google, if any of you don't have it, then when you create this first task, right, you can create it, because for example, for me, these posts arise in my head from problems, from conversations with people, right? I create posts, and I have a notepad on my phone, I have Page, I think it's called on iPhone, but you can have a notepad, right? And I write the post, save it in the notepad, and then I look, and on Monday I have some reflection to add, I go to this notepad and look for a reflection post that I've already written from my thoughts earlier, right? I already have these posts created, but sometimes it happens that at the beginning we can't create these posts at all, we have no ideas to create these posts. Then you can take this post plan, the first thing I showed you, this first task, this entire plan, you can select it, copy it, and paste it into ChatGPT, but beforehand you have to say, listen, I am building my personal brand online, I run my social media, I would say this: I want to inspire women to change, to independence, to develop while being at home, taking care of their. Yes, I'm improvising, taking care of their home hearth and so on. I want to show them that they can be entrepreneurial at the same time, that they can be businesswomen. Yes. And I talk about what I included in this first point, right? What I want to talk to women about, and I created a plan for my social media, and I want to create a post plan from October 1st to October 7th for a week. Create for me according to my entire plan, some kind of post plan, and it will come up with topics you can talk about, right? And you know, you can choose from them, change them, right? Work with ChatGPT. It will give you various ideas on what you can present. Just as at some point I said, okay, when it comes to recruitment, we can have a Q&A session, or discuss some problems, solutions, and so on, right? And it can create some questions for you, right? What topics can you talk about, right? So just paste it, but you have to give a specific, clear command that it must be yours, right? That it must be yours, meaning your intention, your vision must be before it. Then you paste the plan. Besides, if you do the plan well, it will do it well anyway, right? If you do it for 30 days, right, you create it, because it's not like you suddenly create a great profile, people will come to you. No, they won't come to you. If you start posting, you have to respond to comments, to likes, check who is commenting on you, who is liking, who is starting to follow you. And we don't post this so that Facebook looks nice, right? Because it's our work tool, meaning you go there, what is my task when I go to social media? I go, I post, I post a story. You post as many posts as you have topics in a week. You can post stories every day. And here you can show the backstage, what your work looks like, what your life looks like. Yes, you do what you feel, because this is an example. You, it's not like today you are on this Zoom and you say: "Damn, you have to do these things in this job." No, no, you don't have to. You do what you feel at the moment, and your social media will develop with you, because today I gave you a lot of examples, but that doesn't mean you have to do all of it, right? And then, if you see that someone is viewing your stories, that someone is liking them, right? You posted it for that reason, to talk to people more specifically. You don't look for people somewhere in groups, you don't know where you approach them, because you have a group of recipients who are interested in your content, people similar to you, and you need to start talking to them. Sometimes they don't comment, sometimes they don't like, but they start following. So every day, pay attention when you get notifications from Facebook, who has started following you. Check if that person is not in the duo. If they are not in the duo, then thank them, saying hi, I see you liked my profile, you started following, what, did you find something interesting for yourself on it, and that's already the beginning of your conversation. Yes, be natural, communicate with people, talk to people, but remember that you create content for someone, right? And now look, if you create some content, just like I talked about diagnostics, if I posted this diagnostics once every six months, no one would associate me with diagnostics, right? That's why I want to post it once a week. And it's like, how many times have you bought something because you saw the advertisement many times, and finally it convinced you, right? Well. Well, and you are like such an advertisement, right? That you have to keep posting it, keep posting it, keep posting it. You want someone to buy products from you, to associate you with health, then talk about health. Yes, educate them, talk about cleansing, until that person finally understands, and you won't even know how many people will follow you. In fact, after 30 days, it starts to bring results, right? There is some consistency, but you will have to reach out to people, once you reach out. Really, many times, when I reach out to people, they say: "Yes, I know you, I follow you because your content inspires me." Yes, I saw that you have a child who had severe eczema. Yes, yes, I need this or that, right? Suddenly, it turns out that the conversation has a completely different level, and that's what social media is for. You can't not create them, and you will also build a business in some way, right? And they can help you a lot if it's truly yours, right? Okay. For this, consistency and regularity are needed. You have to interweave these posts somewhere. You can write in the chat whether what I told you here is helpful for you, whether it makes sense. Write what you are taking away. And Paweł, I'm giving you the floor too. Well, I've changed a bit during this time. Well, Paweł, amazing. And listen, I was visualizing my hairstyle, and as you know, I shaved my head completely bald, I was like Paweł Lenar and my brother Andrzej. So, so, okay, so briefly, because you know, we have to run and regenerate, and now I will summarize what Sylwia said, because she gave you fantastic information about your profile, which is your business card, because your profile is like I have it here in paper version in this big wallet of mine. Everyone laughs that I have a wallet like a handbag, but that's how I have it. And here is my paper business card, but your profile is your business card. Exactly what Sylwia talked about so beautifully today, so factually, so excellently, that it is a business card for both personal and business. Here, people who enter your profile, they just want to read information, and what Sylwia says, they will read it, but until you address that person, sometimes people, you know, for various reasons, don't approach us, but just wait until we, some are shy, because not everyone is as open on social media as we are. And the most important conclusions I drew. I also had a notebook here, where I was taking notes, even though I've been building my social media profile for a long time, but the most important conclusions are, of course, the first impression, right? Also this profile, what Sylwia fantastically told us the steps today. First impression, authenticity above all, because we want people to see authenticity in it, not something artificial, not something made up, but just like from a fantastic weekend that has passed, where it was a weekend full of impressions, that values will come out, that we will show these values, but from authentic videos that we recorded, that are somewhere in our phones. Regularity, which Sylwia talked about, because it's the most important. All of this is created because this profile is alive. When I enter a very interesting profile of another person, because I'm looking for some information, because, listen, even though I'm very much into health, development, business, I'm constantly looking for cool profiles, because maybe I'll see something that will inspire me, so this curiosity of mine too. So regularity and content value, which Sylwia talked about, it must be valuable content. So, great. Today Sylwia showed us how our profiles should look so that we can reach people with this message. Above all, listen, our profiles are an investment. An investment that supports our personal development, supports our businesses, supports the fact that we meet very valuable people too, who are looking for something, because today social media is our business card. So Sylwia, thank you very much for such a broadly discussed topic. I hope everyone was sitting and taking notes like I was, because I also have 1000 different. Wherever I go now, I buy notebooks and create them, just to have all these notes, to also use them. Just briefly, my reflection after the weekend. Listen, I came home mega moved. Many times at this event, tears welled up in my eyes because, in fact, despite the fact that the ninth year of my DuoLife history has begun, I still leave such an event very moved, and I think to myself, Magda, a lot of content resonates with you, it also resonates with your inner self, so that I can further diversify my actions, search even more for wonderful people, especially for me, you know, each of us takes away something different. I am very interested in the topic of visualization, my vision. I see everything that I want to achieve. And this moves me. So, plan your next TFT, which will be in a year. Make such a resolution. However, I wish you today that through these various goals that you set for yourself, through the fact that, in fact, we have everything completely prepared for action, as Sylwia said. Everything, but everything will not move without you. Nothing will move if there is no action from you. Nothing will move. It will move when we move. And I started on the weekend, like, another stage, another new DuoLife. This was said many times at this event, and that's why I was so moved that I went through 8 years with a very good result, and now I intend to go through the next 8 years even better, to double this result, but it won't happen until I go out to people. There is no such possibility. So today I wish you, visualize, look for people you want to stand in your way, and they will stand. So Sylwia, sincere thanks for so many messages. Thank you all, because it's late now. Put all of this into action. What you heard, you don't need anything else anymore, believe me. You need us here. We are here with you. We are with you every step of the way. We are, you could say, your breath, so that you know that we are with you, that we support you. So we will give you more content that will also help you in your further work. And I wish you this, from the bottom of my heart. Have a good, wonderful night. Take care. Bye. Thanks a lot. Bye. Yeah.
