On this channel, we often talk about computer games, computer hardware, gaming computers, and all this stuff related to the gaming theme. But sometimes you need to work too. Therefore, in this video, we will talk about good work laptops that you can buy for work, you can buy for your employees if you are stocking up for the office. Well, and it's simply not shameful to show to colleagues if you bought it for yourself. And at the same time, such a computer can be used at home for some not very complex tasks. In general, in short, a good workstation for those who simply don't need a gaming computer. And I will also add that for this video, I did not choose models that would be large or specifically compact, which are convenient to take to a meeting. Scenarios are different, so our laptops today will also be different. Choose what you like, and which one, how it differs from others, I will tell you now. In the beginning, as always, I will remind you that you can always buy these and other laptops in the xcomshop.ru store. like any other equipment, be it smartphones, tablets, some server equipment, printers, MFPs, scanners, in general, any office equipment. Everything is there. The link is in the description to this video. Go, watch, and get a discount if you haven't bought anything there yet. If your procurement budget is very limited, but you need a new laptop with a modern platform, then the Asus Vivabook G15 can be a reasonable choice. This model is built on the Intel N1 processor, like the EV C4701, which we will discuss below, but in a larger case with a fifteen-inch screen. Keep in mind that an EMC drive is used here instead of a full-fledged SSD, which somewhat reduces the speed of working with files and application loading time. But for basic tasks, such as working with documents, previewing web pages and videos, this is quite enough. The display with a resolution of 1920x1080 and an IPS matrix provides a picture sufficient for office work. But you can also watch movies on the go, and the matte screen coating effectively combats glare. Even if your desk is by the window, there should be no problems. Keyboards with an island layout are a big plus. There will be almost no accidental presses, but typing will be convenient due to the large depth of travel of these keys. But the touchpad is small. But if you use a mouse, then this is even a plus. it will not take up space on the case, at least. The set of ports is minimal, but sufficient. USB TypeA, USB Type-C, HDMI, and a combined audio jack. All this is available. And for work, in fact, you don't need more than this. Moreover, you can always connect a Hub to USB Type-C, and then connect anything you want to it. Autonomy is at an average level. It will last for a workday, but with a stretch. This is about 6-7 hours. The main thing is not to forget to connect it to the charger in the evening. Otherwise, it's a good option for those who need an inexpensive laptop for work or basic home tasks with a large screen and a modern platform. There are laptops like OIO. Many have not heard of them because the brand is a relatively new player in the Russian laptop market. In many ways, it is simply forced to maintain a good price-quality ratio to compete in this market. The Focus Line F140A model attracts attention with its compact fourteen-inch form factor and pleasant characteristics. It is based on a six-core AMD Ryzen 5 5500U processor with a frequency of up to 4 GHz. You can even play something not very demanding on it if you really want to during a break between meetings, although it is not the newest model. And there are as many as 16 GB of RAM. Autonomy is at a very high level. In normal use from outlet to outlet, you will have about 9 hours of work. This is definitely enough for a workday. And all this with a good Full HD IPS screen with a brightness of 300 nits. At maximum brightness, the operating time will naturally decrease. So will turning on the keyboard backlight. The build quality deserves a separate mention. The body is made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy, which provides good rigidity with a weight of less than one and a half kilograms. You can also take such a laptop with you on a trip. There will be no excess weight. And it also looks like a MacBook, which many will definitely like. Now a model for those who want more performance and a larger screen – this is the Digma Pro Pect. The device is based on an eight-core AMD Ryzen 77730U processor and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM. This is enough for simultaneously running multiple applications and even simple photo editing. True, when buying such a laptop for employees, keep in mind that they will receive not only comfort and fast system operation, but also the opportunity to play at medium settings. not the most demanding games, including thanks to the integrated AMD RDO Graphics. For data storage, a fast 512 GB SSD is provided. This speeds up the system and allows for quick file transfers, but the screen is even more interesting. This is a sixteen-inch IPS matrix with a resolution of 1920x1200 in a 16:10 aspect ratio, which is more convenient for work than 16:9. The matte screen surface helps to get rid of glare, and the brightness level of about 250 nits is optimal for indoor use. But outdoors, it's better to choose something brighter. The keyboard has a backlight, and the fingerprint scanner provides more security. There are all the necessary connectors and even a card reader, and the declared battery life is about 7 hours. In general, however it may sound according to the press release, the Digma Proposs is a successful option for those who value the balance between performance, modern features, and affordable price. Well, the price is high, but it's worth it. Especially if you are buying a computer not for employees, but for yourself, so that you can also use it in everyday life, and not just in the office. Another Digma, and this time the Pro M. This is a medium-sized laptop that is still reasonably priced. Its design will appeal to those who liked laptops 5-6 years ago. No, the design is not old, but rather classic, with beveled bottom edges and a coating that does not collect fingerprints. And it also offers good performance, as it is equipped with a six-core AMD Ryzen 5 7340U processor, which performs noticeably better than many competitors. The set of ports on the Fort M is simply gorgeous for its price. There are two USB Type-C: Ethernet, a microSD card slot, HDMI, and even a slider to block the webcam. Moreover, the ports on all models of the line are the same, and there are several of them in the line. The screen can be called good for work. It has a fifteen-inch IPS matrix with a resolution of 1920x1080. Brightness is slightly over 300 nits, which is well suited for working outdoors. And indoors, even with bright lighting, the picture will be simply excellent. Even at a brightness of about 70-75% of maximum power. Above the screen is a 2-megapixel webcam and microphones. The quality is quite suitable for work calls, so colleagues definitely won't think you're calling them from somewhere in 2007. At medium screen brightness, the laptop lasts about 6 hours in work tasks. It's enough for working on the go, but not for a full day in the office, alas. But charging via USB Type-C is supported, and this greatly frees your hands. This ASUS laptop, or rather, it's more correct to say Asus Vivook G15, might seem familiar to you. Yes, I've already talked about it, but this is a slightly different model. I would call it a student laptop, but it will also be in its element in the office. This is a rare case when an inexpensive laptop doesn't look cheap. A thin body, narrow bezels around the screen, and the proprietary ErgoLift hinge, which lifts the keyboard for more comfortable typing. All this creates the impression of a device from a higher price category. The heart of this model is a quad-core AMD Ryzen 5 7520QU processor with eight threads and a frequency of up to 4.3 GHz. And don't look at the fact that there are fewer cores than others. In single-threaded tasks, the laptop is really strong. Not least of all, this is due to the efficient cooling system. Thanks to it, even under load, the processor maintains high frequencies without significant throttling. At the same time, the computer remains comfortably cool, not completely cold, of course, but it doesn't heat up much, and the fan noise level remains moderate. But the main advantage of this model is its balanced configuration with 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD. Yes, this is available in many places, but here it all comes together well. A browser with a dozen tabs, several Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and even Photoshop with a small project. Yes, easily. The system will still remain responsive. You can even run average games thanks to the integrated ROON graphics. But what is definitely worth praising is the battery life, which will be enough, for example, for a flight from Moscow to Hong Kong. In human terms, this is an impressive 8-9 hours of work without recharging. It will definitely be enough for a full workday away from the outlet. The Dell Wostro 3520 is a classic representative of the business line, offering reliability and functionality without unnecessary frills. The strict design with minimal decorative elements emphasizes the business character of the device. Its body is made of plastic, but the build quality here is really good. There will be no creaks or play. You could probably even drop it, and it would survive, but I don't recommend doing it. The Intel Core i3 1215U processor is quite simple, but for office tasks, it's more than enough. Paired with a 512 GB SSD, it provides fast operation of Windows and all work programs. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, everything just flies. Something heavier, of course, will work with a creak, but basic applications are completely without problems. The screen here is 15.6 inches with Full HD resolution. Nothing supernatural, but there are no clarity issues, and the colors are natural. But there is a 120 Hz mode. For an office laptop, this is certainly not an excess, but working with such a smooth picture is simply a pleasure. And another pleasure is the full-fledged numeric keypad, which will definitely be appreciated by accountants, economists, and any other people who work with numbers. Autonomy is average, about 5-6 hours with moderate load. Of course, this is not great, but at this price, and it is one of the cheapest laptops in the selection, and with not the greatest thickness, it would be strange to expect otherwise. But there is support for Express Charge technology, which allows you to charge the battery up to 80% in just 1 hour. Very convenient if you need to quickly recharge while drinking coffee between meetings. And this model also offers two RAM slots and two M.2 and SATA drive slots. So you can expand the basic memory volume later, which is rare for devices in this price category. And in general, of this type. Dell Vostra 3530. This is not exactly a separate laptop worthy of a separate story, but rather an evolution of the previous model with improved characteristics and some design changes. But there is one significant difference. This is the Intel Core i535U processor, which provides significantly higher performance. Like the younger model, the Dell Wostra 3530 received a display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The matrix resolution is the usual 1920x1080 pixels, and the VA manufacturing technology with all the resulting pros and cons, which means you will not have a lack of detail and viewing quality regardless of the angles. The connector set includes one regular USB 2.0, one USB 3.0, and one USB Type-C. In addition, of course, there is HDMI 1.4, RJ45, Card Reader, and a combined audio jack. This setup covers most usage scenarios without the need for additional adapters, and Bluetooth 5.2 provides stable wireless connection of headphones and external audio systems. Out of the box, there is a version without an operating system, and you need to carefully look at what you are buying. Its absence can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on your preferences. On the one hand, if it's not there, it allows you to save money on a Windows license if you don't need it. On the other hand, if you are used to the Microsoft ecosystem, you will have to spend time installing and configuring your familiar operating system. However, many users note that modern Linux distributions are quite user-friendly even for beginners, and Ubuntu is one of the easiest to master options. Cubuntu versions are also available. And here is another good budget model that is perfect for office purchases or just for home if you don't need monstrous performance. The Digma EV C4801 with an Intel N100 processor is a rather rare case when for a modest amount you get a full-fledged work machine without obvious compromises. It is packed in a minimalist design case. No flashy elements, just strict lines and the manufacturer's logo on the lid. Island-type keyboard with sufficiently deep key travel, and the touchpad, although not the largest, has a good and clear response, making it convenient to use this laptop on the go without a mouse. The fourteen-inch IPS screen with Full HD resolution looks quite decent. Of course, it's not the best, but the color reproduction is generally natural, and the viewing angles are wide. The brightness is not the highest, only 250 nits, but this is enough for comfortable work indoors. And on a sunny day outdoors, it's better to look for shade. But the matte coating effectively combats glare. Another plus for this work laptop. As for performance, as I said earlier, it has a quad-core Intel N1 with a frequency of up to 3.4 GHz in turbo mode. Combined with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 256 GB SSD, its power should generally be enough for office tasks. But if you need to store a lot of files, then we have already reviewed slightly more expensive models with 16512 versions above. Nevertheless, this machine should be enough for Word, Excel, Zoom, and a browser with a dozen tabs. But for video editing or 3D rendering, you will definitely need something more powerful. Autonomy. Another trump card of this model. Due to the not-so-demanding hardware and a relatively dim screen, the 45 Wh battery lasts up to 8 hours of work with documents. A modern USB Type-C connector is used for charging, so you can even use a power bank on the go or a phone charger. This is also an advantage that for many, combined with the low price, can be critical. Infinix is a relatively new player in the laptop market, more known for its smartphones, but it has already managed to earn a reputation as a manufacturer with a good price-quality ratio. The InBook Air XL42 model attracts attention with its thin body, only 14.8 mm, and light weight of 1.24 kg. The design of the InBook Air XL42 is clearly inspired by the MacBook Air. The same minimalist approach, thin bezels around the screen, and an aluminum body. In general, the laptop looks stylish and expensive, despite its quite affordable price. It will definitely not be shameful to take it out at a serious meeting. The heart of this model is the not-so-powerful Intel Core i3 122500U processor with a frequency of up to 4.4 GHz. And the downside is that the RAM is soldered to the board and cannot be replaced, so choose the volume immediately at the start. The fourteen-inch IPS screen has a resolution of 1920x1200 with a 16:10 aspect ratio, and there is 100% sRGB color space coverage, which is rare for the budget segment. Usually, simpler panels are used in this price category. That is, you can try to use such a laptop for photo editing, but only at a basic level. And another pleasant bonus will be a glass touchpad and a backlit keyboard. Little things that you don't usually find among budget models. Of course, it's not a MacBook, but it will still be pleasant to use. Well, and the last laptop for today will be the cheapest in the selection. Only about 25,000 rubles at the time of preparing the video. And it is released under the brand. This model is built on the Intel Core i312500U processor, which you are already familiar with, which works in conjunction with 8 GB of RAM and has 256 GB of built-in storage. The display here can be called ordinary. A fifteen-inch IPS panel with Full HD resolution, 250 nits brightness, and a matte coating. Above it is a 2-megapixel front camera. It cannot boast of super high quality, but for video calls, it will be more than enough. The port set includes HDMI, Card Reader, and a combined audio jack. This laptop, like many others from the lists presented today, comes without an operating system. But installing it will not be a big problem, especially if you are buying them for the office and you have a normal system administrator. As we can see, in 2025, we have many excellent laptops in various price categories. From affordable models with basic characteristics to more advanced solutions with a good price-quality ratio. You need to choose what suits your needs. And if you are choosing a laptop for government employees, you also need to consider that. However, most likely, you know this without me. In this case, all equipment must be chosen with restrictions, for example, such as Katusha registry equipment. If you need a compact laptop for regular office tasks in a small or medium-sized team, pay attention to the Digma EVC 4801 or Infinix Inbook Air XL 442. They offer good performance in everyday tasks, compact size, and a reasonable price tag. For more demanding tasks, models like the Digma Pro Fort M or Asus Vivook Go5 in the version with i504F are better suited. They provide sufficient performance even for working with simple graphics, simple video editing, which many also need for work, and in some cases even for medium games. If you are looking for a business laptop, consider the significantly more expensive Dell 3520 3530 models. They offer a reliable design, good performance, and the possibility of upgrades. Well, and of course, a premium look. I specifically didn't talk about Apple laptops. They are cool, and I've been using them myself for many years, but they don't suit everyone. And even the most basic MacBook Airs are quite expensive, about 100,000 rubles in the current generation. And cheaper M1 models from three years ago no longer have such potential for years to come. Also, do not forget to consider the presence of a pre-installed operating system. Some models come without an OS, which allows you to save significantly on the purchase, but requires additional time and money to install Windows or another system. And remember, the most expensive laptop is not always the best choice. It is important to find a model that meets your specific needs and does not force you to overpay for features that you will not use anyway. This is especially true if you are buying a device for work or study. Or if you are buying a large number of laptops for the office. And you need to do it in such a way as not to spend a ton of money, but so that it satisfies everyone and everyone can work normally. That's all I have for today. Write in the comments what you think about these laptops. Maybe you are already using some of them and have something to tell about it to supplement my story. Here on the side are the like, bell, and subscribe buttons. Be sure to click on them. This will be the best gratitude for our work and for our videos. After all, we are already sitting and making new videos, and they will be released soon on our channel, so don't miss them. Well, in the meantime, until next time, see you soon and bye everyone.
