Hello Facebook live. How are you today, Melanie Annlayer, coming to you here live on my personal profile.

I must say that it is a windy ice storm out there, and I have already lost power right before coming on. So I've lit the fire and the candles and all the things. Don't know what will happen if we totally lose power. We'll find out. I've hooked us up to my phone internet. So hopefully, if that happens, we're in good standing. We're about to find out.

So if you are live, I'd love for you to let me know you're live. Where are you in this world? Where are you listening to me live from? I hope you had the most incredible holidays. For all of you celebrating the holidays, whichever holidays you're celebrating, I hope you're having the most incredible time with your family, with your loved ones, or even just introspective moments with yourself.

This is such a pivotal time. We are inching towards 2026. There's only a few days left. And so I have a huge announcement. I have a huge announcement. I will say while I am speaking about all of this, if it feels like someone needs to hear this and if you do share, please make sure that you let me know in the comment section that you have shared because there is going to be a very important draw for people who share this live stream. And it's not possible for me to know who shared unless you you share and you let me know in the comment section that you share, so my team can cross-reference and track it so that you're entered into the draw.

Okay, let me just pull up my phone 'cause I'm live streaming through Zoom so you guys get the best possible quality. I see Aaron is on. Erin is saying shared. Oh my gosh, Ell from Yorkshire, England. That is so awesome. Thank you for being here. You were already listening to me, Molina. That's awesome. Hello Rachel. Hello Kim, lad from the south of France. Jenny in Switzerland. This is awesome. Grand Ben, Ontario. Yes. So good. Hello. Hi, April. Virginia from the UK. This is so amazing. And thank you all for sharing. This is wonderful.

Okay, so this is an interesting thing that has been happening. So, first of all, if you're new to my world, if you've never actually watched me, who here is new, by the way? Never have watched a live stream of mine before. Um, I have had a very extraordinary year, but most of the extraordinary magic that has happened has been mostly behind the scenes in my programs, in my masterminds, and with my clients in closed groups. So, there's not been quite as much on my personal page in 2025. That's going to change in 2026. There's going to be a lot more uh in front of the scenes in 2026, but 2025 is kind of a behind the scenes year. And we've done a lot of work. There's been a lot of huge things. I am a mentor. I'm a business coach, a lifestyle coach. I I help people create the life that they desire. Business art, life art, magic on legs, manifestation, feminine energetics. I really have a unique perspective. Well, it's not actually quite as unique now because so many incredible people understanding how this work works and going out there and and supporting people in their own way using a lot of the modalities that I that I stand for. However, it is still relatively new, special, different the way that we do things. Even though it's catching on, the biggest difference being it's not just what we do, it's who we are when we do it.

I believe that the energetics matter more than any other thing. I believe the energetics were are more important than the strategy. The energetics are more important than the words. The energetics are more important than the systems. The energetics are more important than everything. Not on their own. So it's not only energetics, but if you had to prioritize energetics first. And when I basically did this for myself and my life, every single thing turned around and how I support my clients. I help them live an energetics first life that supports all that they are. But to really make it energetically squeaky clean so that mother nature, God, the universe is supporting every action that's being taken. and it can be amplified in what I call the Godzoom.

So this year as we were approaching the finish line at the end of the year, I always run this program called the finish line and for some reason I just could not launch it. Something was just blocking me and my team has been literally asking me for weeks, finish line, finish line, finish line, finish line. I have all the graphics for it. I have the animation for it. I have everything for it. Finish line. Finish line and just cannot get that. Yes, I can't get it. I'm like, hold, hold, hold, hold, hold, hold, hold. And I realized today why I wasn't able to to go for it. The reason is that this was not supposed to be done behind the scenes. This was supposed to be done publicly. This finish line master class or program is usually $555 every year. And this year it just felt like this is something that is supposed to be a public conversation, something that's extremely important for the world. And so I realized today that's what was holding me back. And so I said, we're not actually doing it as a paid program. I'm offering it on my Facebook page. It's going to be available until the 3rd of January and then it's just going to be moved into my movement, which is my membership. And so those of you who are in the movement, you can watch live here with me and then after that it'll be hosted for you directly in the movement. And there will be a finale which will be the last and final call of 2025 that's going to happen in the movement. So the membership where all of my clients are from my masterminds to my alpha experience, my like all all the clients are in the movement. And so you will get that finale and if at any point during this master class you decide that you would like to come into the movement, then you'll get to experience the finale with us. But that's how this is going to go. So instead of doing this as a paid experience, this is my gift back to you this year and you have until the 3rd of January to watch it.

So, if you know a person right now that is inching towards the finish line of the year and is maybe a little overwhelmed, maybe feeling like they're trying to really get themselves in the right vibe to cross into 2026, but maybe there were hiccups around the holidays or they're they're just the energy, their energetics. Even though they've got such big goals and even though there's so there's so much they want to do, they're struggling with the vibe. The vibe is off. This would be the most incredible gift if you share this while I'm live. If you share this while I'm offering this master class, people get to watch it absolutely free until the 3rd of January. Then it will disappear. But this is an incredible opportunity for anyone who really wants to elevate into 2026 and have a very different experience. Maybe something like they've never experienced before as a new year transitions. The work I do is very deep, very meaningful, emotional, magical. I've got a lot for you in the next 3 days. And I'm just really happy to be able to transition into a new year with this energy, which is a for me, for you, for us energy. Not behind the scenes so much like we've done most of this year, but also bridging the inner and outer world so that more people can experience this work.

So again, if you decide to share, what I would ask you to do is put in the body of your share, this paid program is a is free and available between now and the 3rd of January. Watch it before it disappears. Just so people know, because once it's gone, poof, it's gone.

So I want to start this off in style. The idea behind a master class like this, the idea behind a course like this is that I really believe in timing as a a feminine frequency, and I really love working with feminine frequencies when it comes to energetics because they're the ones that require the most faith and the most surrender, which you would think should be easier, but I have found as far as like emotional capacity goes, it's actually a lot harder to be in feminine energetics. Because there's fear. There's fear that mother nature, God, the universe won't do what we hope they're going to do. There's fear that what if these laws that apply for everyone won't apply for us. And we start moving into this like doing energy. I don't really trust that this can happen for me. I don't really trust that this can happen for me. So, let me do something about it. Let me go do something about it. And so, we tend to collapse under the pressure of our faith. We don't actually hold the frequency. We don't hold the vibration. We don't hold the energy through the finish line. Whenever we approach the finish line, the panic kind of sets in and it starts to feel like this is maybe not going to happen. And then all of a sudden, poof, we we move into those masculine energies.

Now, there's nothing wrong with masculine energy. We need both. We need to be in the faith and we also need to be in action. But there is such a difference between action taken in faith and action taken because there's no faith. When I make when I make a move because I have full faith in my move, there is a power behind that. There's a way that I am. There's an there's an energy. There's something that feels when I do that as opposed to when I go and I I make a move because what if faith doesn't kick in? What if I'm wrong to believe? What if this isn't going to work? What if I need to push? What if I need to figure out a way to make it happen? Like what? What if? And then I'm just not the same person. It's not the same power. It's not the same magnetism. It's not the same peace that comes from me. It's not none of it is the same. And so being able to stay in feminine energetics while taking action and not relying on the well, you know what? If mother nature, God, the universe, don't kick in here for me now. Let me let me take over. Let me take charge. If we're able to stay in that faith, incredible things happen. And this is the finish line of 2025. We are right now, right there at the finish line. There's today, there's tomorrow, and then there's the 31st, and then it's 2026. We're right here at the crossing, at the threshold. The door to the next year in front of us awaits. And I I want to help you not just start a new year, which I think a lot of people are already so excited for 2026. Like I want to I want to create a bridge for you because there's still so much of you to walk through this this threshold. And if you bypass it and you just jump into 2026, it'll probably be a very similar year than past years where you didn't quite get exactly what you wanted or not quite as much as you wanted. Like what really makes us powerful beyond our wildest dreams is how we cross a finish line. Because it is so easy to say, "Ah, you know what? It looks like it's not going to work. Let's just let's just fast forward into the next year and start again." But to hold the tension through the finish line, to actually hold it, to be present through the end, there's something about that to not discount the end. because I really believe that how we end a year greatly impacts how we start the next one.

So, I'm going to be starting day one of this master class right now. Day one is going to begin right now. The schedule I'm just going to give you some little important things and then I'm going to put this information in a post on my personal page so you can find it and I will also email it to those of you that are on my email list. I will say if you're not on my email list, the best way to do that, we were in the middle of um behind the scenes master class called Mission to Millions right now. It's been like a three segment master class. So there was part one in November, part two in December, and part three will be in January. If you want to be on my email list, you could just register for Mission to Millions, which will put you in the database for the January information, and at the same time, it will put you on my email list. So, Alpham team, if you don't mind just dropping the link to Mission to Millions, this would just allow you to get the schedule of the rest of of this and all the information I'm going to give you now.

Okay. So, first important thing is that again, this master class is going to disappear from my personal timeline on January 3rd and it will be put in the movement by Alpha Fam, which is my membership. So, past that, if you can't find it anymore, it's because it's hosted in the membership. So, make the time to watch it. When it's gone, it's gone. Then second part, there will be a finale. So for those of you who are watching this and who are in the movement, right after day three, when I close day three on my personal page, we're going to go do the last finale, last piece of the puzzle for 2025 in the movement. So we'll end here on day three and go right into the movement. So the schedule today was meant to be at 3:33, except the power went out. We crashed the internet. By the way, this is probably a good time if you're not following me on social media to make sure you're following me on Facebook so that if this does crash and I start I restart that you can find me. So Melanie Annlayer just add me as a friend. It'll make you follow me and then if ever we crash this or the power goes out again, you'll be able to find the second part. So today was supposed to be at 3:33 but we crashed the internet. Tomorrow, day 2 will be at 5:55 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and day 3 will be at 12:31, so on New Year's Eve, 12:31 p.m. um in the afternoon, and then the finale will be right after.

Now, another extraordinary thing that's going to happen for those of you that are in the movement tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Jacqueline is going to be doing a an activation that's going to deepen what I'm talking about today. It's going to be out of this world. I'll talk about it a little more after just so you know what it's about, but it's going to be incredible. So again, if you want the information of this in an email, just register for Mission to Millions. So you'll be in my my database and then I'll I'll send the email with all the information to everyone.

Okay. So I would love to actually get into the vibe with this with the animation. And I think that the animation for this program is so beautiful and it's going to put you in the official magic of this master class. So Alpham team, if you can please share the animation while I'm doing this live stream. Yeah, there we are. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat up here.

This is the official beginning of the finish line program for 2025. This was a wild feeling to decide to not actually offer this in my paid containers, but to put it out there on the internet for the world to be able to take advantage of. This will be entirely free until January 3rd. Then it will be taken down from the internet and it will be moved into the movement community, which is my membership. If you're watching this and it is free, please share it. And when you share, make sure you let people know in the title that this is a paid offer that's currently free until January 3rd and it will disappear. That they can't just put a pin in it and watch it later because it will disappear. And um if you do share, please make sure to let me know in the comment section that you have so that my team can gather all the shares because there's going to be some incredible draws on the back end of this master class.

I get very emotional this time of the year. I feel that the ending is the time where there is the most feeling. there is the most opportunity to actually clock in what worked, what didn't work, what you'd like to do differently for next year, but the feelings are at their highest at the finish line. And so this is a really wild time of the year because if you had a good year, this feels like you want to you want to bask in it. You just want to think about it. You want to you want to recall all your big bold moves. You want to share about how good of a year it was. You want to just shout it from the rooftops. But if it was a difficult year, this is often where people will just run past the finish line with their eyes closed. Let's not think about this year. Let's just turn the page quick. Let's get into another year. And I've been there. I've done that. I've had years that just felt like, can this please be over? I I just need a new year to start. But it has actually genuinely changed my life to not do that. To not fast forward through the ending, no matter what kind of year it was, whether this was a spectacular year and it's just so exciting to start a new year in this energy and let's just go go let's run into 2026 or whether it was a hard year and it's like let's just not think about this one and move into a next year. the ability to hold the tension, it actually grows your power beyond anything you could possibly imagine.

When we think about what really matters in our lives, when we think about the relationships that really matter in our lives, we think about the milestones, everything that's ever mattered. You can't just fast forward a piece. You can't just decide that you're done and you don't you don't need to think about the end anymore. Any any important conversation, the last conversation you ever had with someone, any important conversation you've ever had if you're raising children, like you can't just bypass the end of the conversation. The end of the conversation is like, "Do you understand?" the end of their school year, the end of I mean the end of a a career, the end of a the end of an era if you're moving houses, the end of an era if you're ch you're changing something huge about your life. Like there's so many endings that occur in our lives and how and who we are at the ending determines such an anchor in who we feel ourselves to be. And so when I wasn't very good at endings, my trust in myself was not very good. Because no matter what I started, even if I started with all the fresh magical energy in the world, in the pit of my stomach, there was a knowing that no matter how strong I was at the start, the finish was not guaranteed. I couldn't know for sure that I was going to go through the the finish line with things. And I couldn't know for sure that I was going to be conscious and aware and powerful through the finish line. It was always kind of a if it goes well, I'll see this through and if it doesn't, we'll just turn the page. We'll just fast forward. We'll just bypass the finish line. And so one of the biggest shifts I would say that changed my life from, you know, hoping I could do big things to creating more in my life than I ever thought I possibly could. One of the biggest things that changed is my identity, who I am at the finish line. From someone who sometimes could hold the power to someone who would non-negotiably hold the power that would no matter what be connected through the finish line because it matters. And when I look at my life, I can see where falling off commitments at the end because it feels scary, not being able to follow through the whole way. All those patterns were creating a very clear pattern in my life and then going through the finish line, being the kind of person who knew I was not going to stop short, that also created a different identity in my life.

This year I've had so many incredible wins. I've had so many extraordinary things happen in my personal life, in my career, in my health. There's been so many beautiful things that have happened for me. But across the board, they all have one thing in common. None of them collapsed at any point. They were held through the finish line. This is the thing that creates the momentum. This is what creates the compound effect. This is what creates all the energetic magic, seemingly magic that that explains massive growth on the planet. When you think of anything that went supernova, something that went big, something that went huge, something that happened that is like unstoppable, there are forces, there are energetic forces that apply that are undeniable. So exponential forces, how you start to enter a spiral or a a momentum of exponential power is that there's just this constant the finish line and the beginning have the same energy. There's no break. It's the end of the year, but it's not the end of the energy. A lot of times we put the p the power down. We put the pressure down. We put the down like, "Okay, I'm done. I'm out instead of I hold the power. I hold the magic. I hold the vision and I celebrate and I self-care and I reflect and I grow and I spend time with my family and I prioritize what matters to me. But I don't just collapse. I actually hold the momentum and then instead of it being like, well, this is over and this is going to be starting, it feels like the momentum of this year is rolling into the momentum of the next year.

Now, where I understand the mental game that we sometimes get caught in is like, well, if if this year was not great or if I don't like the trajectory that I'm going, wouldn't it be best to just completely cut this and then start over? And the answer is no. And I'm going to I'm going to give you an analogy here that might help you see this, but like imagine you're on the highway and you don't like the lane that you're in. Do you think the best thing to do would be to stop the car in the middle of the highway and then restart the car and go into another lane? Or is the best thing to do to keep the momentum, to keep the speed, but to merge? This is the thing that is the scariest for us, though, because when we realize we're in the the wrong lane, there's sometimes a sense of panic that takes over and instead of just owning the power and merging lanes, we we panic. We freak out and we would do crazy maneuvers that would be very dangerous on a highway and we do those in the middle of our lives. We press the on the brakes. We stop in the middle of nowhere. We second guess everything instead of realizing that everything can be guided. Everything can be moved. And momentum and action movement are so important for us because from nothing from no movement is actually the hardest way to start because there's no inertia. There's nothing actually guiding us. We have to find all this willpower to get started. So if we can if we can gather energy at the end of a year, we can actually utilize the power that we're building at the end of the year to bring us into the beginning. If we stop at the end to try to pivot, there's just no there's nothing holding us. There's nothing pushing us. There's nothing pulling us to the beginning of a fresh year.

So, what I would love to start this program with with you, what I would love to have you kind of tap into as you go are what are some of your best highlights of 2025. When you think of this year, if you could define it by a few certain things, they could be career oriented, they could be family oriented, they could be in your personal life, they could be pe, you know, ways of feeling, ways of being. It could be a new relationship or the way your relationship has been going. There's so many things that that could have happened in this year. But what are some of your greatest anchors for 2025 that when you think about them and you're like this is the year that dot dot dot you could anchor in this good thing. And it could be a very simple thing. It be like this is the year that I washed my face every night and took all my makeup off every night. Could be like this is the year that I cut back on sugar, caffeine, alcohol, whatever it is. This is the year that I made my bed every day. This is the year that I, you know, maintained all my friendships. There were no breaks in friendships. This is the year. You may have any kind of thing that's coming up for you, but I'm going to just look at the comment section from here and see if anything is coming up that I can see. Um, becoming a mom and not having planned it. Maria, that is incredible. Congratulations. I'm so happy for you. That is amazing. And Dana says, "Community, connection, sisterhood, a global family." That's that's incredible. Um, let's see. Oh, this is interesting. Alph team, it says that this post is um not public, saying it's private and people can't see the live stream. So, if you're able to make it public, that would be fantastic. Um, okay. So, I did the five line and it changed my entire life. That makes me very happy. Winning the A Hay House book deal. Oh my gosh, that's wild. I lost 35 pounds and met Shaniah Twain. Shea, that's next level. I love it. Congratulations. Uh, honestly, the fact that I discovered you, Roxanna, that means so much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This is the year I'm finally free. Cheryl, I love this. I got closer to women in the alpha fem world. Jennifer, I love that. I love you guys. I love you all of you. Deeper intimacy with my husband than my community. Melissa, I love that. The year of the experiment, Isabelle, yes. Oh my gosh. Nikki says, "Same for the five line. I shed so many skins this year." So, there's a really awesome things coming up in the comment section. So, there's things that you're anchoring in. And so, when we're doing that, when we're pulling in, what am I remembering? 2025 for all the beautiful things that are easy to remember, they come flooding in. It's really important to do this at the end of a year, by the way. And I know that it's the trend that by December the whole the whole of the internet starts talking about next year. And as a matter of fact, for this year, I've been seeing more people talking about 2027 than they've been talking about 2026 because there's all kinds of energetic, wild, amazing things coming in 2027. Like, we all we have all 2026 here. Let's let's live this. Um, but it's so easy to just want to jump timelines. Anchoring in what this year has done is actually one of the most incredible practices, and I love to do this before the year ends every year. Instead of being excited right away for the next thing, if you want to do something like a list of 25 incredible memories of the year 2025, that could be a really awesome thing. As a matter of fact, I'll put a post up on my personal page and um if you put your list on there, we'll do a draw for you as well. We'll make this an interactive and fun thing. But if you took some time with yourself before this year finishes and you anchored in 25 memories, 25 things, and they can be as simple or as magical, as large or as small as you lived them. You may have a memory of lighting a beautiful candle for the first time, and maybe you kept it on your table for so long without ever lighting it, and then one day you were like, you know what, today's the day and I'm lighting the candle. And that makes it on one of your one of your things. It could be a trip that you took. It could be some sort of health milestone or learning a new recipe or beautiful conversation you had with someone in your life in your family. Like there's so many incredible things that you could anchor in. But if you could have 25 memories of year 2025, that would be extraordinary. Even little even small ones. It could be something with your kids, a special moment with your nieces, nephews, something magical, a client moment, something about your business. Like you really rack your brain to think about all the things you could bring forward to anchor in 2025 with. And so after this, after this session is over, this is something you could totally be doing to anchor in.

Now, the next thing though is the hard stuff. And we don't love this part. But there are hard parts about years. And I don't know anyone that doesn't have any hard parts in a year. As a matter of fact, a lot of the work that I do with my clients all about duality. And what duality is my favorite way to explain it is like if you were to just play ground zero. If you were to be as neutral as you possibly could in your life where you did not play in any kind of high heightened emotions, you would be protecting yourself from the low emotions and you would be limiting the high emotions. You'd be playing in a very like neutral emotional state. But the more you start going in any which direction, you you have the capacity for the other direction. It's like an elastic band. If it's not being stretched at all, it's not being stretched at all. But as soon as it's stretched, it's stretched in both directions. So what this means is that when there's incredible things happening, you have capacity to experience more disappointment because when you don't care about anything, it's hard to be disappointed. You don't care about anything. But when there's love for something, care for something, then there's also the possibility of that thing being broken or lost. And so we stretch equally our ability to love and our ability to hurt, our ability to laugh and our ability to cry, our ability to hold pleasure and pain, our ability to hold satisfaction and frustration, peace and anger. We we stretch our capacity for both. It's constantly being stretched. And so it's possible that this year came with some duality for you that when you look at your year, you're like, "That sucked." and there are things that were extremely difficult. This is how I like to approach these parts. I don't like to just turn the page on hard times and say, "Let's not think about that." My nervous system used to love doing that because I just could not handle remembering. But what I've really found was extremely helpful for me was realizing what I've overcome. What did I actually survive this year? And not in the superficial kind of way of like look at me and here's what I've survived, but like for yourself like I made it through this really hard thing. This difficult thing that I I hoped would never happen happened and I'm okay. I made it through this thing. I'm still working at it or I'm still grieving it, but it happened and I'm here. These are these are important because they also show you the strength that you've had this year. And I found that for myself in order to know that I can do big extraordinary things. I can't just rely on my power. It it's not enough to just believe that I can do big things. I also have to be able to remember my courage. I also have to be able to remember my humanity and what I'm able to overcome and that if things don't go the way I hope that I will be okay, that it will be okay. And so when I think back at the hard stuff at the end of a year, instead of beating myself up about any of it, my experience of it now is if I could make it through that in 2025, then I I'm stronger for it. My gosh, I forgot about that. That was a really hard thing and I made it through that. I'm really proud of myself for that. and to to really anchor in not just negative memories for the sake of negative memories, but the empowerment that we receive from seeing like I made it through all of that this year and I love doing it in this order. what was amazing about 2025 first. Because once you realize all the beautiful memories you have, when you start pulling the ones that were more difficult, it's actually quite magical to see that on a year where so much good could happen, there was also difficult things. You don't need a perfect year to have an extraordinary year. And so it becomes easier to believe in next year when you realize that this year had duality because like there was good and bad this year. They'll be good and bad next year, but I can handle the bad. I'm okay. I'm not expecting a perfect year. What I find with a lot of people that come to work with me is that they're so in desperate need to not have anything negative happen that they start playing in this zone in their life, the neutral zone, the one where there isn't much to lose and there isn't much to gain. But when we start to stretch our ability, stretch our capacity to handle the good things and the hard things, our belief in what's possible changes because suddenly it's not about needing to believe that miracle years where nothing bad happens is coming. It's just knowing you can be as strong as you were last year and still attract beautiful things like you did last year and maybe stretch your capacity a little bit more to to receive even better things. But it's not about perfection or trying to manifest perfection or trying to get something that seems impossible because when you realize what you've overcome, when you realize what how far you've come already, amplifying that, growing, that's a natural thing that human beings do. What we don't do very well is just imagine that we're good at something and then poof, be good at something. Imagine that we deserve something and then poof, get it. Like that's not how any of our life has worked. That's not how we got here. We we came into this world with very little skills and very slowly but surely we learned those skills. We became better at certain things. And because we became better at those things, then we became better at these things. And because we became better at these things, then we became better at these things. And there was a compound effect where we never had a break. We never stopped like, oh, let's just take a year off walking, talking, learning, growing. Let's take a year off. It was like every year there was just more things to learn and more things to grow into. But in our adult lives, we are in charge of the growth. There isn't a system. There isn't a parenting. There isn't something that's occurring that's showing us here's what we're learning now. And so a lot of times grown-ups just press pause on the learning. They're like, "Okay, don't want any bad stuff, so let's just pause anything that's not good, and if it isn't good, let's not think about it, and then let's see if we can grow." And well, the answer is no. And then it's no year after year after year after year after year. And that's usually the beginning of the end for us. That's when we start feeling old. But as long as you're doing things that you've never done before, as long as you're experiencing things for the first time in your life, you feel young. Because if something unexpected and something new can happen for you this year that you never thought you could do before, it's like your life just started. This has been my experience. When I was 25 years old, my life fell apart. I really just I collapsed. Everything just fell apart. And from my financial situation to my relationship, I ended up sleeping in the front seat of a Honda Civic in the middle of a snowstorm. Like every single thing in my life fell apart. And it felt like I was sold because there was nothing that looked like a beginning in sight. Everything just felt like the end. Everything just felt like a mistake or stagnant or too late. And then fast forward just a few years later, I created Alpha Fem. I really found my passion in this in this world. I started really building beautiful friendships and reconnecting with my family in the most beautiful way. And then all of a sudden, 5 years, 10 years later, I felt younger than I felt 10 years ago because all of a sudden I'm experiencing things for the first time because all of a sudden it's like if I could learn how to do this, this is just the beginning of my life. I'm just getting started. And it's so magical because I work with women now at every stage of life. I work with people who are, you know, in their teens and 20s and 30s and 40s and 50s. I have a client that's 78 years old. And there's such a cool feeling to have like I'm just getting started. That is the feeling that we're really looking for. A lot of people think like age is what you look like, you know? Oh, I look old. It's like we don't care about that. Just stop walking in front of mirrors. It's not about what it looks like. It's about what it is. It's how you feel on the inside. And what makes us feel old is that we should be further ahead and that we we're getting long in the tooth and things are not happening the way they should have and we're behind schedule. But what makes us feel young and vibrant is it feels like it's just the beginning. And the best fastest way to feel that is something new that you never thought could happen is happening now. You've learned something new that you didn't know how to do before. So it's the brand new life. Every time you bring something new into your life, every time you feel like something that wasn't there last year is there this year, this is brand new, so it's the beginning. This is where all of our youth comes from. And so this vibrant energy that's available, it comes from learning new things and learning new things isn't easy. Once you know how to do them, they become easy. But this is duality within itself. As soon as it becomes easy, it no longer gives you the feeling of brand new. So, there really are these two incredible frequencies that you can be playing with, which are ease. I know what I'm doing. I know who I am. I don't need to overthink these things. I'm not worried about failing. I know how to do it. I know exactly what I'm doing. That easy feeling which is like that you know how to tie your shoelaces. You can write your name in cursive and in block letters. You can read and write. You can ride a bike. Like, you learned how to do all those things. Those things are now in your easy street pile. But then there's the other pile, and this is the pile that as adults a lot of us forget. And this is the one of I'm not good at this yet. This is the one of am I ever going to get good at this? Is it supposed to be this hard? This is the one of like, "Oh my gosh, this is so embarrassing." But it's also the one of like, "Yes, oh my gosh, I did it. Oh my gosh, it's working. Oh my gosh, are you kidding me? It worked. Oh my gosh, I'm so proud of myself. I did it." And this this is the youth pile. We get so comfortable here that we don't want to play here. We get so comfortable where it's easy, where we're good at it, where we don't need to think about it, we don't need to get into our head about it, where we don't blah blah blah blah blah that we stop playing here. But here is where the youth, the vibrant energy, the excitement, that's where all this comes from. And so what I've really found is that being a lot kinder to myself in my learnings, when I don't do so well at something, when I fail at something for an extended period of time, when I mess up, when I'm not good at it yet, how I relate to myself dictates whether or not I'm going to be willing to continue having this pile at all in my life. You know, people say you can't teach old dogs new tricks. Well, it's like that's only true if they can't handle the learning curve emotionally because we can learn for the rest of our lives. Ideally, that's what we're going to do. We have 100 years here if we're lucky. Like, shouldn't we learn till the end? But there comes a moment where your ego would prefer to be right than youthful where you would prefer to feel safe than excited. that you would rather feel certain than hopeful. And these are the energetics that I play with a lot because what's happening in my life are things that really don't make sense. And a lot of times if I tell people, you know, what what is happening in my life, they're like, how how did you do that? How did you learn that? How are you doing that? And the fact is, and I always say it this way, you're going to wonder how to do it until you wonder how you did it. Because even even when you want to learn how to do something, it's not a straight line. In life, when you want to do something you don't know how to do, you try stuff and then some of it works and some of it doesn't. And you've got to pivot and course correct and plot twist and it it's kind it's a winding road. And so when someone says, "How did you get there?" It's like, well, it's complicated because I kind of went the wrong way for a while and then I started going in the right direction, but then I took a break and so by the time I wanted to get back on, the street that I was on got closed down for construction. It didn't exist anymore. So, I had to take a roundabout and I ended up somewhere else. But that was good because it ended. But it's like I can't tell you how to get there the way I got there because a lot of it was accidents and plot twists and sometimes I made the road longer than it needed to be and sometimes I manifested shortcuts. Like I don't know what it'll be like for you. There is no like here's how even when you do it you're like how the heck did this happen? That's how you know you grew along the way. You developed the skills as you went. This is what they say. Entrepreneurs jump off the cliff and build the plane on the way down because most of what you need you only realize when you need it. So there's a lot less planning than you would hope. It's not like step one, step two, step three, step four, step five. It's more like action, response, adaptation, triumph, celebration, chaos, plot twist, thriving, celebration. You know, you realize that the plot twist actually made it better than you thought. Confidence, excitement, difficulty, stress, pivot, pressure, tension, growth, satisfaction, celebration, skyrocket, visibility, oh my gosh, pain, you know, and it's like there's this constant thing and there's like, oh, and now how and how did you do this? It's like, well, I did all of that and then I got there. So what I want to encourage people to understand is that your the way you do things in life is it's going to be a mix of the things that you're good at because you were brave enough to become good at them versus a bunch of things you still need to get good at. And so if you only make recipes with ingredients you already have, you're going to have a limited amount of recipes for the rest of your life. But if you're willing to continue to produce new ingredients all the time, then then the sky isn't even the limit because you'll have these ingredients that you work really well with and the willingness to learn how to work with these ingredients and the recipes.

that you'll create for the rest of your life are endless, and then it's just the beginning of your, of your master chef career because there's all the ingredients that you know, plus all the ones you're going to be good with.

But if you decide, "Oh, I don't want to do anything here anymore. I'm only going to work with ingredients that I'm good with," then you have a much more limited possibility for your future. And I feel like adults do this. There just comes a time where they're like, "Let me just work with what I have." And it's like, "But why? There's still so much more of you to be created." And it's like, "Yeah, but creation also comes with fear. Creation also comes with disappointment. Creation also comes with mistakes and ego deaths and identity crisis." And it's like, "Yeah, it comes with aliveness. It comes with new versions of you. It comes with a youthful feeling that life is just getting started, that the best is yet to come." Doesn't that count for more? Depends who you ask.

But what I really do in my work is I help people understand how to balance the things that they are good with and the things that they are brave enough to learn, and to constantly be sourcing from these two places so that they feel the most vibrant, youthful, powerful, magical, empowered version of themselves every day because they're constantly either getting better at things or working through difficult things. And they're, they're not just relying on what they're good at. They're not just leaning on their power. They're also cultivating extraordinary courage.

And so, as you're looking at your 2025 year and you're saying, "What was hard about this year?" It's not writing down all the things that sucked. It's about looking at all the things you learned, all the things that you overcame, all the times your courage was stretched, all the times your capacity to handle pressure and tension in your body was met with compassion, where you actually took good care of yourself, where you made good choices, where you've been grieving maybe healthfully. This is where, like, you get to really give yourself an adult tap on the back for the things that you're still learning right now. I don't care just about what was easy for you and what you did in 2025. I care about what you stretched into, what was hard and you did it anyway. What, where did you become more even when it was difficult this year?

And so if you could also take some time to write those down. And again, the goal is not that you take yourself down a sad memory loop. The goal is that you become present to the courage, to this, to this whole bucket: the courage, the power, what it took to be you this year. What you learned, where you met yourself, where you confronted your ego, where you took a deep breath, where you maybe were able to forgive something or you were forgiven or you asked for forgiveness, where you had a moment of humility, where you had a moment of freedom or release. Were you able to put something down that was really hard? You walked away from something? Like, you name it. The difficult things, you know them.

And then the last category, which is very important, are the things that you learned, but you wouldn't necessarily say that you did your best. You would love to be able to say that you went through the finish line on those things, but you didn't quite. Maybe in the way that those things could have been handled, you experienced some shame or some guilt and it's like, "Gosh, I did not handle that well." And so what I love to do with those things is, these are the lessons learned. These are actually the most powerful lessons learned because it is very difficult to learn a lesson without an emotional anchor. If there is nothing that locks you into the, this is why we can make the same mistake again every year for the rest of time. And this is why people who avoid their emotions tend to make the same mistakes over and over and over again because they're always blaming something else for what happened. And so they're never experiencing the actual feeling that comes with the thing that would permanently anchor in the memory and to say, "Whoa, I really learned that." It's always like, "Well, you know, it's that person's fault, so I cut them out and I ne, I would just never go there again. I'm going, never do that again." Instead of actually facing what I really learned here is, this is important and what I must take with me next year is this, and what I will never forget is this.

And so if you can find the courage and the power to sit with your greatest pains of 2025 and actually give yourself the gift of the lesson that comes with them, and not the like fortune cookie lesson, the real hard lesson, the one that could change everything for you. The one that's like, giving what I love to give in excess and feeling not appreciated when the thing that the person I've given everything to, the thing that they want is not the thing I wanted to give easily, and blaming them for wanting too much when in fact they didn't want the things I was overgiving, they wanted the thing that I didn't really want to give. And if I would have just faced the fact that I didn't want to give that thing instead of trying to overcompensate by giving them a hundred million times more of the one thing they didn't need, just because it's what I had in excess, I maybe would have saved this relationship. But instead, I tried to make me look like the savior and then them look like the villain. And, and then I lost the friendship. And now I realize it would have just been easier to say, "I don't want to give that." I would have had more energy for the conversation. I wouldn't have felt so depleted. I wouldn't have felt like I just gave everything away and I wouldn't have felt like they took me for granted and I wouldn't have felt all these things. I would have just told them, "The thing that you want from me is not something I can give. Here's what I have available." And then we could have talked. But I didn't do that. I tried to just give them a, a lot of what I had a lot of and hope that that would make up for the one thing they really wanted of me. And then I made it their fault when it wasn't enough. Ow. Like that's a lesson. Where do you have something that's like, "If anything, 2025 is the year that I learned this"? You don't need a million lessons. You need as many lessons as you have different pains. Sometimes you'll find they're all connected. You avoided the one thing so many times and it tried to catch you like in a mirror maze, and you just kept running away from it, and you could actually find it and go, "That's the same lesson in a mirror maze. Everywhere I went, there it was, but I avoided it, and I missed it every time." So here's what I really needed to see, and give yourself the gift of that lesson.

Now, why these three things are so important is because not everyone will do this. Not even everyone who takes the time to listen to this is going to do this because it requires a piece of you, a way of being that you may not have accepted in the last few years. I do a lot of identity work with my clients. And what identity work really is, is I don't do this because I should. I don't do this because I have to. I don't do this because I said I would. I don't do this because my coach or my mentor told me I, I should. I do this because it's who I am. This realization really made things so much more simple for me in life. Everything I really do, especially with not much thought, I do because it's who I am. It's who I believe I am. When I lose my temper, this is just who I believe I am. When I don't call back, it's who I believe I am. When I don't follow through, it's who I believe I am. Because I won't let myself do things that are against who I believe I am and not make them right. They'll, they'll gnaw at me. They'll bug me. They'll be like, "Ooh, you forgot to do this." It's like, "Oh my gosh, that's so not my, my style. I'm going to do it." But when deep inside it is who you are, although you may experience all kinds of feelings about that and guilt and shame and, "Oh, I shouldn't be who I am," and all the things. If it feels like that's who I am, I will live in, in alignment with that identity.

And so you might find that for you, it's like, "Who I am is someone who's really good with beginnings but not very good with endings." "Who I am is someone who wants to do big things but doesn't know how to hold the pressure yet." "Who I am is a person who doesn't do very well with rejection." "Who I am is a person who doesn't like to be blamed for things or to take responsibility for things." "Who I am is a person who needs to succeed, especially in the public eye, or else I feel very embarrassed or ashamed and I stop showing up." "Who I am as a person who gets very stressed and very anxious and makes everyone else responsible so I don't have to feel those things." Any of those things might come up. Then you also might have, "Who I am as a person who genuinely feels able to celebrate other people's successes and genuinely feels curious and excited about what people know so I can learn so that I can also know how to do these things." Like, there isn't a part of me that wants to take or tear down. I really do genuinely feel like I can celebrate other people. It's, it's who I am. You could say, "I, I am the kind of person who gets extremely excited about new challenges and new beginnings and I'm, I'm always willing to start." You might say, "Like, I'm the kind of person who is able to face myself and when I realize I've been doing something, if there's a shadow of mine, if there's difficulty, I can face it head on. It's who I am." All these things help you, and all of those other things are work against you.

And so when we're trying to just stop a behavior where I, it's difficult, a lot of the times it's like, "I'm trying to stop this, but deep down I believe it's still who I am." And so doing the work where it doesn't just feel like you're stopping a behavior or you're trying to change a behavior, but entering a phase in your life where you're like, "I am creating who I am actively." If there's something about me that I'm realizing I am, instead of trying to fight the behavior, I'm actually making a choice that that's not who I am anymore. And not from a place of shaming myself and beating myself up, from a place of recognition that I see how that behavior goes and that I am not in agreement with the impact of the behavior and that I can change. In the same way, a little kid who, you know, is naughty and has bad behavior, it's like that's who they've been. That's who they are right now. But if, if they're, they understand the way they're being, then they don't have to be that way anymore. But a kid that's got a mean streak, you can't just say, "Stop being bad." Something inside of them has to change. There has to be something like, "That's not who you are. You're a good kid." It's like something got disconnected because in order to be bad, you've got to forget you're a good kid. What happened? Got to reconnect the identity.

And so we're actually, even though we're not going deep deep deep into identity work as a, as a practice in this program, we're still touching it because the things that I'm speaking to you about and the way we're talking about them actually are having you question your identity. Because the 25 things, the list of 25 things that you might celebrate for 2025, they're who you are. They will forever be things that you lived, that you saw, that you felt, that you created, that you gave, that you experienced. Those are who you are. The things that you overcame, the hard things, the things that broke your heart, the things you never thought you could survive, the things you're still grieving. Those are also who you are. And the lessons, if you learn them. Not the, not the mistakes. The mistakes aren't who you are. But if you stop it at the mistake and you never actually learned the lesson, then it does stop at the mistake, and that's the biggest shame. It's such a shame when we don't go through the finish line because without the finish line, we don't become the lesson. We become the mistake because we don't go through the whole process. But I am the sum of so many of my lessons learned, instead of the sum of my mistakes. I went beyond the mistake. I learned. I went beyond it. Instead of the shame paralyzing me and making it unable for me to move, I actually moved through those emotions and I let it change who I am. And so instead of being a person who's lost everything, who's bankrupt, who's sleeping in the front seat of a car, who's just brokenhearted and lost. I'm a person who celebrated a hundred million dollar business this year within five years. I'm a person who's so well surrounded with the most incredible friends and family. I'm the kind of person who believes in the future and in miracles and in magic and in love and in possibility. Like that. That's extraordinary. But it's the, I went through the same things. I won. I failed. But then I learned. And the learning is really what expedited me to where I am now. I started learning a lot faster.

Cuz what I realized, and I really, I think if you contemplate this, you'll find a pattern. The older we get, the slower we learn. It's just not, it's not expected the same way that you're going to be learning things all the time. People like, "When's the last time a grown-up asked you, 'What have you been learning lately?'" That's like the first thing you'll ask a kid in school, like, "So, what are you working on in school? What are you learning?" There comes a certain age, you just stop asking that. Why? We ask, we ask each other things like, "What's new in your life?" But it's hard to answer that question because if you aren't learning anything new, there usually isn't anything new. But if you are learning things new, doesn't mean that there's new things necessarily happening yet. You may still be learning. Just try asking people around you, "Have you been learning anything new recently?" You might be surprised. People like, "Actually, yes. I've been learning how to video edit. I've been learning how to use social media. I've been using, I've been learning new parenting skills or how to grow a garden for the spring next year." Or, "I've been learning." Like, they may not be good at it yet. They may not be able to say that it's something new in their life yet, but they would definitely respond that they're learning. You might be surprised. And if someone asked you, "What have you been learning recently?" you might be able to say, "You know, I've been learning a lot about identity work. I've been learning a lot about how you end something and how you begin something. I've been learning about not leaning too much on power, but actually always keeping a lot of energy in, in our, in our courage so that we don't just become, 'I'm good because of everything I've done,' but it's more like, it's this constant, 'I'm learning, I'm evolving, like I'm constantly alive' kind of thing." Like you would have so much to say if someone said, "What did you learn today just because you were here?" But what was new today? Maybe nothing. But what does it matter? Do we need to have something new every day? But what if we learned every day? What would that, what would that create? Who would we maybe become in our lives?

And so, I have this incredible woman that works with me. If, if those like those of you who know her, Jacqueline, she does these incredible activations in my programs and in the membership that we run together, which is called the Movement. And Jacqueline is going to be doing an identity activation tomorrow at 2 p.m. Eastern inside the Movement. So, if you're a part of the Movement, I'm going to be sending an email later on with a link to that so that you can join tomorrow, 2 p.m. with Jac. She's going to be doing an identity activation to really activate and anchor in the identity of everything that you've built and the identity of what you're moving into. As we continue to move through this finish line tomorrow and the day after together, the two next modules that are coming, what I really want you to realize is that I'm not just asking you to change anything about yourself in a way that is action-based. I'm not just asking you to do better or do more. I'm not asking you to just be in the doing and working harder or something like that. I actually am stretching the human and the energy field at the same time. The conversations that we're having, they're not just about you. They're about the very making of humanity. Like, we're having conversations that don't just isolate you and the way you are and that you should do better. They actually open up new ways of believing and new ways of contemplating adulthood in a way that changes not just us but everyone that's collectively involved in the conversation.

And so in a lot of the discussions that we've had today, you don't need to have a list of to-do things where you leave this call and you're like, "Okay, in order to make sure that I got this call and I really got it, these are my action steps." It's like something probably already changed just a little bit. And it wasn't something you needed to be consciously aware of because it didn't, it wasn't about you changing your behavior. It's going to change the way you process things. You're going to hear things differently just because of the way things have shaped in this call. You'll hear things and you'll go like, "Huh, I can see something there that I couldn't see before." Because one thing that I've really found about these kinds of conversations, and I think the world doesn't give this enough credit, is that what, what changes a person's life really is life itself. Like, what really has made me go from a girl that had no hope for the future and lost everything to being a person who is creating the future and believes in anything. What's the difference between these two girls? Life. The way life happened and the way I responded. That's what, that's what changed.

And so we discredit the power of a conversation as adults. But when your child is misbehaving, what's the first thing you do? You have a conversation. When something isn't going well in your marriage, what do you do? You have a conversation. When something isn't going well with a friend, what do you do? You have a conversation. If someone decides to walk away from you and says they can't have you in their life anymore because there's things you've been doing that they don't like or they don't feel good with, first thought in your mind is, "Why didn't you tell me?" We exist in conversation. We exist in language. We exist in connection in this way. You don't just have a conversation and then say, "Okay, let me have, what's the five-step process you want me to do and then I'll, I'll go through the steps." It's like these discussions, they change things on their own. There's a frequency in language and in listening. There's a frequency in just being in the space and letting words land and letting your own understanding of them work their own magic. And yes, there are things you can do to anchor them in even more. Like the 25 things that you want to remember from last year, like the 25 things, or maybe it won't be 25 things. Hopefully, there's a lot less than that, but the things that you went through this year that were hard, but you recognize your courage, your patience, your forgiveness, your humility. Like, where are there things that you recognize the beauty in you because of the hard things you went through? And then the extra hard thing, which is, can you extract a lesson from something that you would have wanted to just blame on someone else? Can you extract the real lesson so that you don't have to go through anything like that again in 2026? Not, not a mirror maze repeat of what you lived in 2025.

And those are the tangible things that you can do. But I wouldn't have needed an hour to tell you that. I could have said, "Hello, and welcome to the finish line. Here's what you're going to do. You're going to write 25 things. You're going to do this. You're going to do this. Have a beautiful day. I'll see you tomorrow." And then I would have given you tangible action steps, but there would have been no discussion. And the discussion is the energetics. The discussion is the thing where if you allow it, it does a lot of the work for you. And you'll realize in your life there's a lot of things like that that changed you. People will say, "What happened?" It's like, "You changed." And you say, "I can't explain it. I just, I just got something and it, things were just never the same after that." You know, or it's like, "What happened to you two? You used to be so close." "What happened?" "He said something or she said something and we just couldn't ever go back to normal after that. It was just everything was different after that. It changed everything." Like words can change everything. And we're constantly on the edge of our seat, "What do I need to do? What do I need to do in 2026 in order to win?" That's such an incomplete piece of the puzzle. And you know this because if you were having issues in your marriage and your partner were just like, "Okay, well, tell me what you need me to do. What do I need to do?" You'd be like, "You don't get it. What do you mean I don't get it? I want to know. Just tell me what to do and I'll do it." That's not it. "Well, what do you want then?" "I want us to have a discussion." "Well, we're having a discussion. I'm just telling you, tell me what you want me to do." It's like, "That's not it." If you really were listening, a lot of the things could change in the discussion. Okay. So, what do you want me to change? No. The energetics are off.

If you were to speak to your teenager and say, "Look, we have got to talk. There's something that, there's a way that you're being, there's something going on." "Okay, well, what is it? What do you want me to change?" And it's like, "Well, calm down. I'm very calm. I just want you to tell me what's the matter. What do you want me to change?" It's like, "Get in. Come into the conversation. Be here. Like, this could be all of it. Be here. Like, there may not even be a list. Be here. Like, we could untangle the knots while we're talking and there'd be nothing left to untangle." We overestimate the plan, the strategy. We underestimate the conversation, the one moment where you just get it and it changes who you are. I bank on that. I really did not, if you were to look at how many times in my life I thought, "That's a good idea. I'll try that," in comparison to the amount of times where I just went like, "That just changed my whole life. Like, that is how I got here." Constantly being in conversations that changed my life and then I just pivot and, and I can never be the same after that. That, I can't ever go there again. I can't ever do things quite that way again. That changes the way I look at this, and that changes the way I look at that, and that changes the way I feel about this, and then piece by piece by piece, all of a sudden I'm readjusting and this, like, "Who I am" thing is changing. Now all of a sudden I would say things like, "I'm really brave. I'm really brave. I'm really bold. I believe in myself. I have, I have confidence that I'll be okay no matter what. I feel like I can do this. I trust myself." Aren't things that I got to with a checklist. They're things that happened in real life. Life happened.

And so, in these next three days, I want to help you see how beautiful and seamless life-changing conversations can be. I will give you actionable steps because I think that these processes done in the right frequency are quite life-changing. And I do believe that there's a window of opportunity at the finish line of a year to anchor things in that just matters exponentially. It's, it's wild because human beings are meaning-making machines. And so the hardest thing for us is to remember something or do something when it doesn't matter to us. That's the hardest thing to do. But the more it matters, the, the more the transformation kind of happens on its own. And so there is a meaning to a new year. There's a meaning to an end of a year. Sometimes when it's a hard year, the meaning is, "The year's over and it was terrible and who cares?" But if, or it was perfect, it was amazing, and what if we can't do the same again next year? But if the meaning is, "This is who I am at the finish line and I'm setting myself up for the beginning of another year and it'll be who I am during that next year." It's who I am. If, if it's a "who I am" conversation, we're in a whole other world. It stops being this superficial, like, "Here's my plan. Here's what I'm going to do different." And it's more this like integrated truth of the person that I am every day until I genuinely can't even recognize some of my past behavior because it would feel so not me to do that, those things. Even though there was a time it was entirely me. I would have done those things without thinking. Now, just the thought I would do something like that, I was like, "That's so odd that I would do that because that's so not me." That's what I'm going for. That's what I want to help you do. Not just get motivated to do things differently, actually, that this time next year you look back and you say, "Melanie and Leer, I sat with you last year and I was a different person back then, and it wasn't a to-do list, it was a daily conversation, and life will never be the same again." That's what I care about. That's what lights me up. That's what matters. And I think this, this is why I wanted this conversation to be out there for the world to find.

So, this is module one. Tomorrow, we're going to go deeper into the process. If you would like to get the schedule by email, again, if you register for my Mission to Millions free masterclass, it'll put you in my database so then I can send you the information for this. I will also put a post on my Facebook page. So, if you want to add me as a friend, make sure you're following me so that you get any updates I put about this masterclass. Um, and what other way can I do that? I mean, if you don't want to, if you don't want to be in the email list, it would just be tomorrow at 5:55 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. I'm going to be live here again on my personal page. If you want to follow me, then at least you'll get notified when I'm live. So, that's always a good idea. Or you can register for Mission to Millions and then I'll, I'll be able to send you that information. Um, again, tomorrow we're going live at 5:55 Eastern right here on the same Facebook page. This is going to be available until January 3rd. Then it's going to disappear and it's going to be hosted only in the Movement, which is my membership. And tomorrow at 2 p.m. for all those of you that are watching this and that are in the membership, Jacine is going to be doing an identity activation, which is one of her signature experiences. It's very unique to her, her activations. It's not a visualization. It's not a, it's like it's a very unique to her thing that she's created and they're really incredible. She's going to be doing one of those in the Movement. If you've been in the Alpha Fem world for a while and you've been considering the Movement, this is actually a really cool time to join. If you join the Movement, you'll get to access the finale also, which is going to happen on the 31st after day three on here. Our last day, our last one will be at 12:31 on December 31st. And then the finale in the Movement to end the year, the last piece of the puzzle.

Now, there are going to be some draws in this program. I love to make it a "for me, for you, for us" kind of thing. There's different ways that you can share. So, one thing is to just share this live video. And so, I do suggest when you do share it to let people know that it's going to disappear on January 3rd. So, this is a free, this is a program that's usually a paid program. It's available for free to the public until January 3rd and then it's going to disappear. Um, so if you want to watch day one, here it is. Day two and day three are going to be happening on her personal page the next two days. Like, give people a little bit of information and make sure that you write in the comment section that you have shared so that my team can tally up the shares because this is going to be important. We're going to do both physical and Alpha Bucks. So, everybody who wins Alpha Bucks is also going to to win a physical product. This here is my sage green Alpha Fem notebook that I love so much. On the back, it says, "May your life unfold in the most beautiful way on these pages. Love always, Melanie and Leer." I do sell these on my Alpha Fem store, but I had all these made. I love them so much. This one's sage, uh, green. I have white and beige as well, but I, and and black. I think I have black ones left. But these are so beautiful and I, I do all my contemplations in these. And so if you are in the draw tomorrow, you're going to find out how many Alpha Bucks you're going to win. So, Alpha Bucks are like Alpha Fem credits so that you can purchase Alpha Fem programs and also I like to call this one the swingwing notebook because of the gold swing. A beautiful notebook as well. So if you do share, make sure you let me know in the comment section that you have shared. Um, the other way that you can enter, I'm going to be making a post when we hang up from here. It's going to be the animation and it's going to give the full schedule so that people can find it. You can also share that. If you share both, it'll give you two entries. So, you can always do that as well if you like. Um, what else do I want to tell you? I think that completes everything. If you have any questions, you can ask them directly underneath the animation post that I'm going to make. Alpha Fem team will stay connected to that and we'll be there to answer any questions that you have. You can also answer your, your list of 25 things you're celebrating yourself for. I'll be in the comments section of that this evening and celebrate with you your, your list if you take the time to do them. I'd love to see that tonight and during the day tomorrow, 5:55 p.m. we'll be back here and, um, we'll be ready for module two. Let me just share, see if there's anything. Let me see if there's anything here. So, how you share. So, there should be a little arrow, a little share button at the end, like when you look at the live stream, just a little share arrow. You share it to your timeline or to your stories. That's how you would do it. Um, and if you do have any kinds of questions, you can message the Alpha Fem team and they'll help you out. Thank you for sharing, Cheryl and Cindy. I appreciate it so much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Tori. Thank you, Ruca. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Um, let's see. Is there anything else? So, Alpha Fem team, if you'd be willing to put the link for the Movement if you would like to join the Movement, there's two ways that you can join. One way is it's $222 a month and it's just month-to-month. So, you can stay for one month and see how well you like it. Or you can pay 2222 in full and then there's paid-in-full bonuses. Um, you end up saving like $442 or something like that. And, uh, it's usually a really awesome deal with a bonus program. And so if you want to find out and see the difference on this checkout page of what happens if you pay in full versus what happens if you pay month-to-month as you go. But, uh, there's immediately when you join like over $10,000 worth of programs and that you have access to. It's, it's quite an extraordinary space to be in and, um, we're just getting started. So, very excited about all of that. So, if the Alpha Fem team, I see Maril and Alpha team put in the Movement link. So, that's perfect. Amanda says, "The Movement is my gift to myself each month." I love that. Okay, so this was day one. I hope you appreciated it. Oh, another way you can enter the draw. My, my apologies. One other way you can enter the draw is I prefer, no, I'm going to be very vain right now. I prefer no still shot pictures of me because I do have quite an expressive face and I feel like I always end up having like these, I'm in the middle of speaking, I'm saying something, I'm like, um, whenever someone takes a picture of me, I'm always in the middle of saying something and I have the worst face every time. It's very sad. But if you want to take a little video of me speaking, you can do it with sound, without sound, little boomerang. Those end up being a lot more flattering. Um, and you can just give me like your biggest takeaway and share that in your stories either on Facebook or on Instagram and just, you know, say, "Watching the final down the final," or "the finish line," pardon me, "watching the finish line with Melanie and Leer," and tag me. You can either tag me, Melanie and Leer, or Alpha Fem on Instagram or on Facebook, and then I'll get to see your shares and that will also add you into the draw. So, three ways for up to three, um, entries, and then I'm going to pick three winners tomorrow. All of you will get a notebook and some Alpha Bucks. You'll find out how much they are tomorrow. So, first way is you share this live stream. Second way is you share this live stream plus you also share the animation with all the information. Number three, you share the live stream that we just did. You share the animation and you share on your, in your stories, a little video clip of me and, uh, your favorite bit so far of today. I look forward to tomorrow. Thank you so much for your time. I appreciate you so, so, so much and I will see you for day two. See you soon. Thank you. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here.
