How to stop doubting yourself.

There's this story that I think about sometimes. It's about a guy, your average Joe on paper. He didn't grow up with much, and he didn't go to school, but he showed up to this job interview that everyone told him he was not qualified for.

So, when he shows up for the interview and he sits down with the hiring manager, the hiring manager takes a look at his resume and says, "You are not qualified for this position." And he says back to him, "I might not have all the qualifications that you were looking for in that piece of paper, but I can tell you that I will show up to be the best version of myself for this position, and I will learn everything and anything that you need me to learn."

And not only did he get the job, but the job changed his life. And he didn't get the job because he was qualified or because he was lucky, but because he showed up as the most confident version of himself, and he believed in himself more than anyone else in the room did in that moment. And that was enough.

And the reason this story sticks with me is because how many of us don't even walk into the room? How many of us push our dreams down because we don't believe that we'll be able to achieve them? Self-belief isn't some Instagram caption or some fluffy mindset hack. It is generally the baseline to how you go about achieving everything within your life. Because if you do not believe in yourself, your actions shrink, your voice gets quieter, and you do not go about chasing your dreams in the same way you would if you did believe in yourself.

And in today's video, I'm not here to give you a temporary high or some temporary rah-rah motivation. I generally want to show you why having self-belief will change everything within your life and how you can rebuild it. Even if the people in your life, the circumstances, or the surroundings that you have been around before have made you forget it.

So, with that being said, let's get into this video and let's start at the root. No one wakes up one day and just says, "You know what, I don't believe in myself anymore." That just doesn't happen. This kind of mindset and like this internal belief that you have about yourself is something that slowly starts chipping away by like little key moments.

So, let's just say in first grade you didn't do good, too good on your ABC test or whatever, and your teacher says something mean to you. All right, that's a little moment that happened. Whatever. Let's go to another moment. Let's say that your parent yells at you in anger and says something really hurtful and really mean. All right, another moment. Whatever. Let's just say that you try really, really hard at something and you fail. All right, another moment. And now you're whatever age you are now, and you're scrolling on social media and you're constantly comparing yourself. And before you realize it, your belief is getting chipped away piece by piece by these little moments. And what starts as a moment slowly starts to become a mindset. You slowly start taking these experiences that have happened to you and saying, "You know what, that's just me. You know what? I'm just not capable of doing this."

But this is what you were programmed with. When, from the ages of zero to seven, our brain is in a theta state. So we are genuinely picking up everything that's going on and happening around us. And after the age of seven, pretty much everything that we absorbed within that time period becomes who we are. And a lot of the time we carry a lot of these things into our adulthood. So when you notice your little triggers or you notice your certain behaviors, a lot of it is just repeating patterns and things that you have learned from when you were growing up.

So let's just say you weren't the most fortunate to grow up in a very loving and, you know, amazing and abundant home. You might carry a lot of self-belief that you shouldn't even believe in yourself because, "Look at your parents. Your parents weren't able to accomplish and strive after amazing things." But just because that was your parents' story does not mean that has to be your story. That might be your programming, but that doesn't mean that you can't unlearn these behaviors. Have a foundational understanding of where these beliefs and where these thoughts and where these primary actions come from, and it's from your childhood. So don't blame your childhood. Don't blame your parents or your circumstances. Just observe them and be like, "You know what? All right. I see that happened, and now I'm going to be the one to change that." Okay?

So I kind of want to paint it out to you in this way. Would you get into a car and drive from point A to point B if you do not believe that you can drive that car? No, you wouldn't. If you do not think you could drive a car, you would probably not be trying to drive a car unless you're 15 years old and you're just trying to steal your parents' car to like go see your girlfriend, like whatever. Stupid example, but my point is a lot of the time we would not try or do things if we didn't believe in ourselves.

So if you're still asking yourself, "Well, do I really need to believe in myself? Like what if things just magically work out?" You will not even try to do something if you do not believe that you will be able to accomplish it. If you have this, this dream and this vision to be a successful entrepreneur, but you don't believe that you can do it, you will not even try to do it. You will just try to get a normal job because that's all you believe that you can do.

And I want to let you all know that you have so much capability over your life that you can truly do anything that you set your mind to. And I know that I could say all these things to you and I could like try to hype you up and give you all this motivation, but ultimately it comes down to what you believe in yourself because when you start igniting that belief and you really start building that belief within yourself, you start trying more and you start risking more and you start chasing your dreams harder because you're like, "You know what, hold on, I can do this."

And it's funny because I don't—it's like I want to break this down for you guys like super base level, but it's like just freaking believe in yourself. Scratch out the noise. Cancel everyone out and go with what your soul is telling you. We all have intuition, and we all have a soul that is calling us to do something. So when your little soul whispers at you, "Hey, you should really try this," don't immediately swap it out and be like, "No, that's not me. I wouldn't be able to do that." Like, listen to it. Listen to that intuition and that inner guidance because your inner guidance doesn't know what judgment is. Doesn't know what failure is. It knows that you're able to do it.

There's this part in our brain called the reticular activating system, and it's basically the filter over our brain that allows us to see certain things based on what we believe. So if you believe that you are a capable person and that you have this belief that anything that you set out to achieve you will achieve, your brain quite literally starts filtering experiences to match this belief that you have in your mind.

I know it's easy to focus on the negative. It's easy to focus on what you have not been able to yet accomplish. But focus on the things that you will be able to accomplish. Even if you have to be delusional, even if you have to lie to yourself over and over again, keep repeating that because it's not like you're just manifesting. You're genuinely training your brain. You are genuinely training your brain to start noticing patterns and noticing things that will actually be able to help you achieve your life's dreams. Your thoughts and your beliefs and your words absolutely make up the reality that you see. Our perception controls everything. So if you have a certain limited perception on things, you will only see things through that lens and through that limited perception. But if you have a widened perception and a widened belief and a better, more empowering belief, you will notice that life will start to reflect those beliefs back to you.

I used to talk myself out of a lot of things before I even tried. I used to ask everyone for their opinion before I trusted mine. And I used to not even try. Like literally, I would always say, "Oh, I'm going to wait for the perfect time to start. I'm going to wait for the perfect time to do this or that." But the truth is that there is absolutely no perfect time, and the only perfect time is right now. You can start creating and building the life of your dreams. You can start healing. You can start connecting with God again. You can start talking to your family again. You can get that job. Like, you can literally do anything that you put your mind to. You just need to start believing in yourself and believing that it is absolutely possible.

Like if you want to get temporary hype, literally look at all the stories of the most successful entrepreneurs and think about where they started. Because the truth is about all the most successful people in the world, it's not that they're better than you or smarter than you or luckier than you or God loves them more, but they just genuinely train their brains to think differently. They genuinely train their brains to think more in more abundant ways. There's abundance absolutely everywhere around us. If you take a walk outside, you will see an abundance of grass. You will see an abundance of cars. So why would that abundance not be able to be reflected back into your life? We are all made in the image of God. And God is abundance. God is love. God is light. So we all have the capability to have that within our lives. And you have to remind yourself of that.

And back to, you know, like who I used to be before and a lot of the ways that I used to think before, it took time to like become and really believe myself. It took a lot of mindset videos. It took a lot of reading. Like, it took a lot of meditating and really connecting and tuning back into that highest version of myself because you do have the highest version of yourself existing. And if you want to know how you can really connect to that version of yourself, sit in meditation. I'm telling you guys, meditating will absolutely change your life. And this isn't just some like spiritual whoo-rah stuff; like meditation is to become familiar with yourself. It's easy to get lost in the noise and the commotion and everything that's going on. But when you sit in meditation, you turn off your brain for just a little bit, you can finally start to hear the whispers and the things that are coming from within you.

And you know, if you are in a part of your life where you're doubting yourself a lot and you're questioning yourself a lot, it's not about you feeling ashamed. It's about you becoming, you know, "All right, I'm doing these things, and I'm going to work on changing them." You can start tracking little micro-wins. Think about everything in your life that you have been able to accomplish up until this point. I promise you, I promise you, there's a long list of things that you have been able to do very, very well. So, when you start stacking and looking at these little wins, you say, "You know what, I was able to achieve that. So, I'm just going to take the next stair. I'm just going to build a staircase based off everything that I've been able to achieve. And I'm just going to start slowly walking up that staircase." And at the top of that staircase is that end goal that I want for my life.

Establish the end goal and establish what you want your life to look like. And I don't mean like you need to have everything figured out right now. You need to know the career you're going to be in. You need to know the job you're going to have. Like you need to know how many kids you're going to have, what your husband's going to look like. But genuinely, what kind of lifestyle do you want to live? Do you want to be financially free? Do you just want to be a good mother or a good father? Like do you want to provide for your family? What is the kind of life that you want? Because when you get very clear on the lifestyle that you want to live, the path will slowly start showing up. When you put your attention on that and you put your focus on that, you will notice that the people, the circumstances, and things that will help lead you to that will start showing up. But you got to believe that it'll show up. If you don't have any faith, you will not see anything show up. If you have this limited perception of "nothing works out for me, I—nothing just—I'm so unlucky. Nothing ever happens good to me," then literally nothing good will ever happen to you. Because even when a blessing is right in front of your face, you will—you will change how that looks within your perception to "that's not a good thing. That's not a blessing. Like, I—I didn't ask for that."

Put yourself within the unknown. This is something that I love to do. I love doing Joe Dispenza meditations where I literally—it's like you become nothing when you're—you're pulling from like the quantum field as he describes it. You have to become nothing. So when I'm in these meditations, I literally am just detaching from everything. I'm detaching from all the noise, from all the expectations, and I'm just tuning in and I'm just being quiet and becoming nothing. I don't even know how I got to that. I—I don't even know like how I got onto that point. Sometimes like I genuinely just start like rambling, and this is something that I work on. I want to work on in my videos more. It's just like being more real and authentic. Like sometimes I cut my videos pretty often, and I probably will cut this video too because I just want to give you guys like a good informational session, but also too like I do want to show my personality more in my videos. My back—I'm just letting it loose. I'm just going to talk. But my back has been hurting so bad. Literally like—um, my boyfriend put this comforter on our bed. It's super soft, and I told him I'm like, "I'm telling you that is the reason why my back hurts," and he's like, "Oh no, it's fine," cuz he thinks it's really comfortable. He's been sleeping really good, so you know, but still my back has been hurting so bad. So like you keep seeing me going like this in videos, like it's just tense. Anyways, let me get back on track.

So first we talked about—Oh no. All right. You know what? We're keeping the hair like that. Something else that I also think would be super helpful is just having like a little section in your journal for self-contemplation. And when you go to do like these journal prompts, literally write down, "If I fully believed in myself and I knew that I was fully capable of achieving my life's dreams, what would I start doing today? What would I do literally today?" And literally just brain dump. Write it all out. Literally write everything out. No matter how many pages it is, let your hand cramp up and read that back to yourself and literally pick one small thing from that page and start doing it literally because your dream life is not going to be built all in a day. It's going to take small little actionable steps built up over time—that staircase—to build up to one day lead to your end goal of what you want to fully achieve within your life.

Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between what is real and what is fake. So every night before you go to bed and when you're in meditations, literally just visualize yourself as the best version of yourself, as any version of yourself that you want to be. Because you do not reprogram your nervous system and you do not train your brain through logic. You do it through emotion. You do it through feeling. Literally and genuinely feel as though you already have everything that you want to achieve. Embody that version of yourself even if you might not fully be this version of yourself yet. And you will notice that this will also help your self-belief so, so much because you just remind yourself that this is already existing. This possibility is already existing out there. I'm just now trying to match it. Literally any single conceivable possibility that you can think of is already existing somewhere out there. You just have to tune into that frequency and you have to like take this. Of course, like it's not just like you're going to snap your fingers and it's going to happen. Darn it, my hair is falling out. It's not like you can just snap your fingers and it's magically going to happen. But over time, like the how will come to you as you keep training your brain more and more, the how will absolutely come to you.

There's a pretty clear distinction between intuition and programming. So, when you first—like let's just say that you have an idea, right? It is so random. You're in the shower, and you just have this random like business idea, job or opportunity, whatever, pop up in your head, and you immediately shut it down. That's not your intuition stepping into your logical thinking. That is your logical thinking and your programming stepping in saying, "You don't know how to do that. Why would you be able to do that?" Like, hold on. Like, let's go back. Let's go back into the—the programming. Like, we're not going to even let you think that because that's not who you are. That's not who you were trained to be. But start letting that intuition guide you. One of my—I guess like my best ways to defer my—my logical mind and my intuition is genuinely the first thought that I have. The first thought that typically pops up in your mind is your intuition trying to tell you something, or it's like when you get this really strong gut feeling—like never ever ignore your intuition. Like you guys can comment this down below, like but has there been times where your intuition tells you not to do something or to do something and then you do the opposite and you're like, "Oh crap, I should have definitely listened to that," cuz that's helped me—like that has happened to me many times, and when I start like listening to that inner voice and like that inner intuition, I noticed that the path like sometimes starts to become a little bit easier because your highest self—like your soul—like you're a spiritual being, it knows how to achieve absolutely everything that you want in your life. Like the reason that we don't know is because we are programmed. Like because we think that we are victims of this third-dimensional realm called reality. But we are not meant to be the victim. We're meant to be the creators. Of course, there is a creator of the universe, and there is God. And like we are not God, but we are made of God. So if God is creation, abundance, love, light, we are also creation, abundance, love, and light.

Also, you guys, sorry for this interruption, but Aloom Projects is officially going to be launched in about two weeks from now. Um, last video I showed you guys the blue hoodie. This is the gray hoodie. This is the back. Thank you, God, for keeping me safe while I get this money. And we also have long sleeves for all of our Miami peeps. It says, "Even though Miami never sleeps, my heart finds rest in God." And we also have t-shirts. Here's one of them. Um, this is just the white one. And on the back it says, "To the person reading, to the person behind me, you are one of one creation. You are God's highest form of creation. You have a purpose. Keep going." Yeah. Very uplifting. You know, the whole like core of like my messages as well as Brandon, my boyfriend. He is the one behind all of the designs. And it would mean the world to me if you could support Aloom Projects on Instagram. I'm so excited for the official release and drop of these clothes. And yeah, let's get back to the video.

This is something that I sometimes deal with is like the timing of things because I'm like, "Oh, I want it now. I want to blow up fully now. Like, I want this and that now." But the truth is that everything will happen at the time that it's meant to happen. Things have played out in your life, and you're like, "You know what? I'm glad I didn't get that when I thought I wanted it."

It. You know what? I'm glad that played out in the way that it did because God truly does have our highest intention, and the universe is genuinely planning things out to unfold beautifully for us. But sometimes our thinking may get in the way of that because, again, if you have the perception that you are not a lucky person, this will literally always be reflected into your life.

So it's just about noticing the little, small, like underlying limiting beliefs that you have about yourself. Like whenever you notice them come up in your journal, just write them down, and every single night before you go to bed, just switch it to a positive belief and switch it to something that you want to believe. Because again, your subconscious mind has no idea the difference between what is real and what is fake. So instead of feeding your mind bull crap, feed your mind beautiful blossoms and oranges and like rainbows, whatever. Feed your mind with the most beautiful foods ever.

If I think back to who I was a year ago, I never would have envisioned and imagined that I would be here today because I did not have a lot of confidence in myself or my capabilities or my skills. And I did not believe that I could do a lot of things that I set my mind to. And often times it caused me to settle in my life. It caused me to reach for things that are down here when I was fully capable of achieving and reaching for things that were all the way up here.

I will never come on my videos and like flex to you guys because I live in Bickl Miami. So I see that all the time. Like I always see all the course gurus and like all the money in your face, and I genuinely ask myself it's like, what's the point? Like I don't like there is no point for me to ever say, "Oh, I'm making this much amount of money a month. I'm doing this and that in my life," because that is not helping you at all. What will help you is by telling my story of where I used to be and now the mental peace and the mental clarity of where I am now. Because having money is to have mental and mental mental peace and mental clarity. Like what you are striving for is not the things of the physical. It's the feeling that you have within yourself. No amount of money will ever be able to make you feel fully happy. If you do not first feel that within yourself, you will never be able to make a lot of money or chase after your dreams if you do not first find that peace, that love, and that confidence within yourself.

That is why this self-belief stuff is the absolute root to everything that you do. It's the root to literally how you go about everything. The whole point of all my videos is just to help encourage you and to help teach you. I am 21 years old. You do not need to wait until you are old to realize that you want things to change. You do not need to go throughout your whole life thinking that you need to live by the system and by the way society tells you to be; be the one who decides to stand out because that is what will fulfill you. Like if you just want to live like everyone else and you just want to have like an unfulfilling and unpurposeful driven life, you will feel very empty, and you will feel very disconnected in who you are. And there will always be like this longing for more because we are abundance. We are abundant within ourselves. Like we literally have unlimited capabilities and potentials within our mind. You have to realize that like you do not need to wait till you get to rock bottom to want to change or to want to realize that you want to wake up to what's within you.

Believe in yourself. You can do it. You can do anything that you set your mind to. Every single breakthrough, every single shift, and every single miracle will start the moment you say, "Why would I not be able to have that? Why would I not be able to achieve that?" If you take a look around, there are successful people all around the world. So why do you think that you would not be able to achieve that? Start believing in yourself genuinely. Start going about belief in every single aspect of your life and realize that these little tiny voices in your head telling that telling you that you can't do it is not you. That is your programming. You can detach from this, and you can start telling a new narrative, and you can start telling a new story over your life, and you can achieve absolutely everything that you set your mind to. It's inevitable. Anything that you strive out to do and accomplish, it might not always happen in the way that you want it to, but it will always happen, and you will be able to achieve it. And if it gets blocked, that means you're not reaching for something of a higher caliber. Because if you were all the way down here and you're reaching and you're and you're striving for things that are down here and God wants you up here, God's going to block you and say, "No, I need you to keep trying. I'm going to keep building this resilience up within you. I'm going to keep giving you roadblocks because you need to realize that you need to reach for higher." You have a God-given specific purpose over your life. Every single person watching this video has a very divine and given purpose. And don't ever forget that.

I know it's easy to forget that with the world that's so crazy, and you always see so many successful people and so much money and so much blah blah blah and chaos, and it's like, hold on, you are not existing in this timeline in this moment for no reason, and you do not need to be ready to start believing in yourself. You just need to believe that you are not here by accident because you were not. Everything that you were looking for is within you. All of the answers, all the happiness, success, love, it's already within you. It seriously is. Nothing in the external world will ever bring you more of these qualities than you can bring to yourself.

So, with that being said, thank you guys, and I will hopefully see you next week. Um, I always love when you guys like comment little things of, oh, you should make a video about this or that because I genuinely listen. Like a few past of the few videos I've made have been on your guys' comments. So, it would mean the world to me. Thank you guys for all the support, and oh my gosh, thank you guys for 10K subs. That's crazy. Like 10K subs in 3 months. Like when I first started this channel, I had no idea exactly where it was going. And you know, just to know that I've been able to help like one person genuinely makes me so happy. So to know that there is 10,000 people who are like wanting to watch my videos is like kind of interesting, kind of a crazy concept for me to wrap my head around. But I'm very grateful, and this is just the beginning. And I cannot wait to continue to grow. And thank you guys for being day ones. Day ones. So yeah, love you guys, and I will see you next Friday. Okay. Mwah. Bye.

Do I have self-belief? Self-belief is ch times when Hold on. I need water. Gosh, my back hurts so bad. Like having a self-conflict. Something else that really helps something else that really helps me too is something that something else that also really something else that something else that also mind has absolutely no difference the difference last time. So this time I'm going show show you guys the
