Hello everyone, good morning! Good morning, Auntie! Good morning, dear daughter! Hello everyone!
Let's continue to study together today. Do you all still remember the topics we discussed yesterday? Yes, we remember. Yesterday, we talked about... Yes, we remember. Today, we will connect with that lesson and continue.
So, yesterday, we identified our own elements and our gifts, and then we connected with other people's elements and their gifts to find answers. Today, we will continue with that lesson together. Before we begin, let's first connect with everyone's collective energy by breathing. After connecting, we will start today. So, everyone, please find your seats. Let's take a moment to breathe. Please close your eyes for a moment. Place your hands on your laps. After placing them, relax your shoulders. Before the session begins, whatever has happened, all those sensations and thoughts, all those sensations and thoughts will now enter the Light Transmission Photoshop. Remember your mission for arriving at this Light Transmission. Close your eyes and focus for a moment. What is my mission for arriving at this transmission portal? What is my intention? Why have I arrived here? Please reconnect with that.
Let's breathe. Focus on the breath as a source of energy, breathing it in deeply into your abdomen. Breathe out anything unnecessary from your body. Let's focus on our hearts, on the center of our hearts. Just like yesterday, focus on the light rising from the earth, entering through your chakras, passing through your legs, becoming your core, becoming your solar plexus, and gathering in your heart. Focus on the light waves coming from the sky, entering your crown, your third eye, passing through your throat, and gathering in your heart. See that the lights from the sky and the lights from the earth have converged today. The light waves emanating from everyone's hearts have connected and converged. A light vortex has formed. Imagine yourselves in a protective circle. No disturbances can enter. We are now in a safe space. Everyone's energies are connected. Let's take three deep breaths. Let's synchronize our heartbeats. Everyone, please breathe in. Let's breathe out. Breathe out through your nose. Take the second deep breath. Breathe out. Take the third deep breath. Breathe out.
Okay, it's done. You can slowly open your eyes. We are continuing with the second day of today's session. So, just like yesterday, I want to share a point. Can everyone see the point? Yes, we can see it. Yes. Okay. So, before we start today's lesson, just like yesterday, we will begin with a question. Today, the word we will focus on is "alchemist." We will focus on this word today and discuss and learn. So, I would like to ask everyone how you understand the word "alchemist." If you know, please share. Have you heard the word "alchemist"? If you have, how do you understand the meaning of the word? Please share.
"Chemist" is like... it's related to Saw, and it's also related to Sawem. That's how I understand it. Yes, thank you, Manel. Thank you for sharing. Please tell us how you understand the word, whether it's right or wrong. You can share it as you understand it. Okay. Memory is like art, not gold. Okay, when I think about the word, I connect it with myself, making it one with the word. Just like... it's not just like "Lem" is like "Sai," but connecting the meaning of the word with oneself. Okay, transformation. Yes.
So, the word "alchemist" is a very interesting word in spirituality. I didn't understand it at all before. If you look for its translation, the translation doesn't make much sense. You can look for it. But when I got the word, I understood it. I read it, but I didn't connect with the meaning. But in reality, what does an alchemist do? It's called alchemy when you transform something that originally exists into the energy you desire. You have something originally. It might be something you want, or something you don't want. But you use that to transform it into what you want to be, what you want to have. Transforming it into what you want to be, what you want to have, is called alchemy. So, here it says "emotional alchemy," which means transforming emotions. Transforming is the closest translation. How is it? You can't stop emotions from coming. Anger will arise. If there's a reason to be angry, anger will arise. If there's a reason to be sad, sadness will arise. But you need to transform that incoming energy into something beneficial for yourself. That's called alchemy. If you get angry, instead of waiting for the anger to subside, you use that anger as a basis to change your life, to transform it. Just like I transformed it earlier. When it comes out through you, it transforms into a different energy.
So, connecting with gratitude, we will transform our lives. Emotional alchemy is very important for us. What happens when there is no emotional alchemy? We tend to force things to be good. Only good things should come. Only good things should happen. Only good things should come. Because we are giving gratitude, if we only accept positive things in our lives, we resist. We resist, saying "Don't let bad things come, don't let bad things come," and by resisting, those things come even more. So, by practicing gratitude and sharing it with others, we need to know that we don't need to control things to only bring good things. We just need to be able to transform whatever comes, whatever emotion arises, into a beneficial energy and use it. That is called emotional alchemy.
So, if we connect with yesterday's lesson, yesterday's lesson started with element awareness. Everyone has elements, both primary and secondary. Everyone has an element that is good for them. These elements lead to conscious creation. Once you understand your elements, you can follow them precisely and see how to create. Under conscious creation, there are three words: coherence – what aligns with you? Frequency – what are you feeling, not just thinking? Direction – what are you allowing, not necessarily controlling tightly? Yesterday, we connected with these. So, we have gained awareness. Today, we will move from awareness to embodiment, to transformation. Let's look at each word individually.
Awareness means being able to notice. "Okay, I have this. I am feeling this. I have these negative things in my life." You become aware. Once you are aware, it's not enough to just be aware. Just being aware of anger. You notice you are angry. But the anger doesn't disappear immediately. It remains somewhere inside you. So, what will you do? You will fully embody that emotion. Fully feel it. Where in your body do you feel the emotion of anger? At what point do you feel it? What dissatisfaction are you feeling? Just feel that emotion. Don't look for reasons. "He made me angry." Don't look for that. "Okay, so this is here." "Where in my body am I feeling this?" "It's not because of others. I am feeling this emotion myself." Realize that. Once you embody it, you will transform that energy. You will transform it into something beneficial for yourself. Then, we will see what else can be transformed.
After embodying that anger, you will not try to make it disappear. You will not try to stop being angry. You will transform the energy of anger into something beneficial for yourself. Once you fully understand and know, it will be very beneficial for you, and when you share it with others, you will be able to give a lot. You will have gained it. It's not just reading from a book and telling. Depending on each person's situation, what is happening to them? What do they need to embody? And how can they alchemize it and transform it into something good and beneficial for themselves? So, when we give feedback, don't ask them to understand the emotion. Don't tell them. Teach them to feel. Teach those who come to you, those you want to help, those you love, to feel. Don't teach them to understand emotions. "Why are you so angry? What is the reason?" Don't ask them. Focus on where they are feeling that anger. Then they will really want to alchemize it. You are not asking them. "Why are you like this?" "Have you thought about it?" That is just analyzing them. But if you want them to truly transform, feel that feeling. Where are you feeling it? Where are you feeling the pain? How is that feeling influencing your thoughts? For example, is that feeling influencing your thoughts to be negative? Is it influencing your thoughts to be sad? Observe the feeling in detail. It's like guiding them to understand.
From one perspective, gratitude is a practice that heals the nervous system. It starts there. Gratitude heals your entire nervous system. It is safe. It tells you that you are safe to feel this emotion. When you feel an emotion, insecurity always follows. Whatever emotion it is. If you are happy, and you are too happy, you might think, "Will sadness come later?" It comes along. It's the same with negative emotions. If you are feeling something bad, insecurity always follows, and you think about things that haven't happened yet. You think about things that haven't happened yet. Anger. If you feel anger, and you combine it with insecurity, you jump to conclusions about things that are not true and things that are true. You jump to conclusions. Even if the problem is small, it becomes very big. Your insecurity makes it grow. So, what does it do? It gives you security. Whatever the emotion, feel it with security. Feel the emotion of sadness with security. Do you feel the emotion of being anxious? Yes, I am anxious. Where in your body are you feeling anxious? What thoughts are connecting with that anxious feeling and giving you what thoughts? So, they teach you, they tell you, and you practice it yourself. So, instead of gratitude, you give them a sense of security. Once they feel secure, they can do other things. If they don't feel secure, they can't.
In a lesson, there was a very good presentation by a great teacher. What was it? Stress. People don't want stress. But we are stressed all the time. We don't know how to relieve that stress. So, what are many people doing wrong? They don't want stress. They don't want stress. They are looking for how to live without stress, how to be stress-free. In reality, stress is a good thing. When stress occurs, hormones are released in the body. When those hormones are released, concentration improves. When facing a problem, stress occurs. The teacher told a story about seeing a tiger. If you see a tiger in front of you, you get stressed. You have to run. When you run, your strength comes out. Because you have to run to escape, you can run faster than you could before. And you have calculations in your mind. How do I escape? Should I climb a tree? Or go into a cave? You make calculations. You can make calculations. Concentration improves. So, because of your stress, you find a way to survive. Your feelings become intense. That's good.
If you escape the tiger, what do you do? You need to enter the relaxation cycle. Once you are calm, you sigh and think, "I escaped." You close the cycle. Then, what happens? The emotions and hormones that arose go to the parts of your body that need them. Your health improves. You gain more mental alertness. Then you can return to a truly present state. But in real life, we never escape the tiger. That stress doesn't end. It hasn't ended from birth until today. It's like the tiger is always chasing us from childhood until today. When stress is always with us, it no longer brings us benefits. It actually brings benefits. If we can stop it at the right time, if we can complete a cycle, then stress is truly good for work. This is what they teach us about holistic well-being. But other emotions are also like that. Anger, resentment, sadness – these are things that support us to try harder. If someone puts you down, the thought "I will try harder" gives you more courage. If these things are not there, you won't be alive. Sadness. Similarly, if you feel sadness, it means you have a heart. If you no longer feel sadness, it means something is lacking internally, or there is a mental deficiency. So, all emotions provide excellent support. The most important thing is to be able to close that cycle once it's over. This is called closing emotional taps. Closing emotional taps. An event that is happening now is over, right? It's no longer in front of your eyes. It's over. Then you must be able to close it. You must be able to pull yourself into a state of relaxation. Just like closing taps on a computer. It's over. That's over. Then you have to close it. If you don't close it, it will drain your computer's battery. Your computer will run out of power. You are the same. You will lose your thinking ability. Your consciousness will not be engaged. People who are tired are just tired because they have many emotional taps open.
So, what I want to present to others is that when you feel emotions, it's very good. Anger can also lead to a desire to try harder, to gain courage. Sadness can lead to more empathy. But feel it with security. But to feel it with security, point out one thing. Feel this emotion with security. How long will you feel it? For example, half an hour? An hour? If it goes beyond that, do you want to feel it for a day? A week? It's not just sitting and feeling it in bed. Find where you feel it. Where in your body is it happening? Is it in your stomach? In your chest? In your waist? If you pay attention, you feel something heavy in your body. Some people have severe headaches, the back of their heads hurt a lot, for no reason, it just hurts. These are also caused by emotional taps that cannot be closed. So, okay, if you want to feel, feel it, and then alchemize it. After alchemizing it, what will you do? You will close that emotional tap. It's over. Just like closing a computer. You have changed this event into something beneficial for yourself, and it's over. So, to alchemize it, you need to know how to change it. To know that, you need to connect with the elements again. Because when you are angry, you cannot turn anger into peace. Because anger is hot, it cannot become peace. Not only will you not be peaceful, but you will also not be peaceful. So, to do what is appropriate for it, you need to connect with the elements and understand them.
I can't hear the sound. The sound is gone. The sound is gone. Hello, can you hear me? Can you hear me? Yes, I can hear you. Yes, I can hear you. It seems to have disconnected. Yes. Okay, so let's continue with the elements. If we separate emotion and element, let's start with fire. The element of fire. Here, we have divided it into shadow and gift. So, this element connects light and darkness for us. What is the shadow of fire? It's excessive anger, rage. Not just ordinary anger, but explosive anger. Throwing things. Shouting. That rage. Also, impatience. Not patient. Wanting everything to be done quickly. All of that. Also, burnout. Working too hard and burning yourself out. You burn yourself out. Working too hard, you are not even connected to yourself. Being very tired and burning out. Also, anger. Not just ordinary anger, but very big anger. Those are the shadows of fire. Just as fire has shadows, fire also has gifts. What is the gift? Power. The ability to do things. To stand up and do something you thought you couldn't do at the moment. That's why when you get angry, you clean the whole house. The whole house becomes spotless. Why? Because it gives you power. When you are angry, you can finish in half an hour what would have taken three hours. It gives you that power. Another is direction. To walk your chosen path with conviction. Direction means "I will choose this path." You walk with conviction. Even if others tell you not to, in your heart, because of the fire's energy, you think, "I will show them. Because they are telling me this, I will definitely walk this path to the end." You gain that strength. Another is courage. You have courage. So, with courage, you can do things that you were very afraid of before. Another is protection. Protection means defending. You can also call it boundaries. Setting boundaries to protect yourself and those you love. When the fire's energy is high, you are not afraid. You have the ability to protect. You can stand up for yourself. You can set good boundaries.
So, receiving these gifts is actually because of the shadows. If there were no shadows, these gifts would not come. When the shadows become too strong, it's like alchemizing those shadows, as I said before. Here, we have also written things that can be connected with alchemy. When anger arises, look for intentions. When a person is very angry, what are their life intentions? Ask them at that moment. They are very angry and dissatisfied. "Why do you think you are alive? What is your purpose in life?" If you go to someone who is depressed, it's water energy. If you ask them their purpose, they will say, "I don't want to live anymore." That's how they answer. But fire is different. When fire is very intense, if you ask about their purpose, they have the power to do many things. "I want to achieve all of this." So, when we ask for gratitude, for someone who is angry, connecting their intention with gratitude is alchemizing them. Another is rage. When you feel like exploding, you need to set boundaries. Boundaries. The boundaries they set. How they don't want people to treat them. And how they can let go of those who treat them badly. The boundaries they set in their lives. "They can treat me like this. They cannot treat me like this." Setting boundaries. "I will do these things. I will not do these things." Setting boundaries. That anger makes them see boundaries. So, when you are raging, you can connect with clear boundaries and alchemize.
Another is impulsiveness, which means doing things randomly. Doing things randomly. Without any reason, just acting impulsively due to that burning anger. When people do things randomly, you can connect them with inspired actions. Ask them, "What do you think are beneficial actions for you?" "What do you think are beneficial actions for you?" "What do you think you should do to progress in your day?" This is like guiding them. At that time, they don't know for sure what action to take. They just want to do everything. Because of that, you give them guidelines. "What do you want to do that is beneficial for you today?" Connect with those things you want to do and give gratitude, or just reflect. You can alchemize it like this. So, for those who are experiencing fire shadows, you can connect them with direction and courage, and help them learn to protect themselves. Saying "Be calm, be peaceful, forgive" won't work. This is the concept of alchemy. So, let's continue with water.
The shadow of water energy is emotional overwhelm. Too much at once. Their emotions are too much, so they don't know what's happening to them. They feel like getting angry, like being sad, like being depressed. If they are overwhelmed with such emotions, they are experiencing the shadow of water. Another is attachment. Being very attached to something. "I can't live without this. I must have this." Having such attachments. Sadness. Deep sorrow. Grief. When these things happen, how will you alchemize them? What are the gifts? On one hand, there is compassion. Being empathetic towards yourself. Being empathetic towards others. Softness. Gentleness. Connection. Connecting with the good relationships in your life. Surrender. Being able to surrender. Depth. Being able to accept and feel. Belief. Trust. These are the gifts of water. There are many more. Healing is also a gift of water. These are just a few words chosen. So, if they are experiencing shadows, you can connect them. For example, for someone who is emotionally overwhelmed, you can tell them to focus on the connections in their life, on the people who are good to them. This way, they can differentiate their emotions. From their overwhelmed state, they can see that there are still people who are good to them. Their energy will change. For someone who is attached, you can ask them to surrender or to practice self-compassion. "Are you not stopping yourself by being so attached? If you show a little self-compassion, if you thank yourself, you will detach from this attachment." You won't suffer anymore. So, if you see the shadows, you can alchemize them into gifts. Here are some examples of alchemizing. For example, self-compassion. If you are sad, you can ask them to practice self-compassion. Loving yourself. Being gentle with yourself. When you give them these things, they will cry a lot. After crying, they will find their strength again. Their minds will become clear. Many people with water energy tend to go towards water. They cry. After crying, they find themselves again. They find themselves again. Then, water is no longer a shadow for them, but becomes a gift. Another is grief. If you are grieving, you can help them with emotional maturity. As they grieve their losses, what knowledge do they gain from those losses? What makes them mature? Thanking them for the lessons. What have the things they lost, the things they let go of, taught them? When you ask them to be grateful for those lessons and maturity, their energy transforms. Attachment. For attachment, it's best to connect with unconditional love. Giving love without limits. So, tell them to be grateful for everything they love, whether it's things or people. When you tell them to be grateful for everything they love, their focus on "I must have this" will change, and they will realize, "There is so much love in the world. My love is not limited." Their energy will be alchemized. So, if you understand and can connect, you can transform what they are feeling from a shadow into a gift.
Let's move on to air. The shadow of the air element is the mental loop. An endless cycle in the mind. It's not happening in reality, but in the mind, this thought, this event, keeps repeating. Another is fear. Fear. Anxiety. Being restless and worried for no reason. Control. Wanting to control everything. Wanting everything to happen according to your will. These are the shadows of air. But you don't need to be afraid of these shadows. They can be transformed into gifts. The gift is awareness. Being able to notice. Intelligence. Wisdom. Connecting and being able to sense yourself. Being able to reflect. "Oh, this is what's happening to me." Creativity. Being able to create a lot. Using your artistic intelligence and ingenuity. Connection. Having good connections in your life. These are the gifts of air. So, if you know the shadows, you can help them realize their gifts by alchemizing them. What can you do? For anxiety, when your mind is restless and scattered, you can tell them to practice mindfulness. In today's world, what do you do with mindfulness? Practice being grateful for what you see in front of you. Then you will understand. So, you are transforming their anxiety by connecting it with gratitude. For example, if you see a cup, a phone, a computer, be grateful for it. This is transforming the shadows of air into gifts by connecting them with gratitude. For overthinking, what have you learned in your life up to this age? Be grateful for what you have learned. This is transforming their overthinking energy. Even in the last session, we did that. We asked them to write down what they have learned in life up to this age. Be grateful for what you have learned. This is transforming the energy of those who are overthinking into gifts. If there is mental chaos, if there are too many thoughts in your mind, if your mind is cluttered, then focus on what you have been able to create. If you truly want to move forward with creativity, you can ask them to draw a picture, listen to a song, or do something that opens up creativity. But if you are not healing, and you want to connect with gratitude, then be grateful for what you have been able to create in your life. Be grateful for your achievements in life. This will clear their mental chaos. Another is fear. How can fear be alchemized? By connecting with the present moment. Be grateful for the present moment. This exercise of being grateful for the present moment is actually an exercise to overcome fear. It overcomes their fears. Then, from their consciousness, they realize, "I am in the present. In the present, I have things I own, things I have, things I feel. By being grateful, their fear energy transforms."
Now, let's move on to the next element, earth. Earth also has shadows. Stagnation. Being stubborn. Being very difficult to change. Weakness. Thinking of yourself as weak. Feeling that you are lacking something. Not enough. Dissatisfaction. Not being able to be satisfied with life. No matter how much you have, you are not satisfied. These are the shadows. If these things are happening, insecurity. Feeling unsafe. So, if you know their shadows, you can help them see their gifts. What are the gifts? Grounding. Being stable and firm. You can tell them that they are fully stable and grounded at this moment. Structure. Giving structure to their lives. Not for the long term, but for the day. What do they want to achieve? How will they maintain their mindset to reach where they want to go? Showing them that structure. Trust. Trust starts with trusting yourself. Trusting yourself. Resilience. The ability to bounce back every time you fall. Showing them that they have the strength to bounce back. Connecting them with their gifts. So, if they have fear, you can connect it with trust. Do you have anything you trust right now? What do you trust? Be grateful for what you trust. So, ask them to write down what they believe in. Or ask them to connect with their beliefs and be grateful. This way, they can overcome their fears. You can also tell them to be grateful for the present moment. Another is control. Wanting to control too much. This is also part of the forward movement. When the desire to control arises, structure. How will you reach where you want to go? You can tell them to be grateful for their higher self. What do you think your higher self would do to spend the day? That's structure. So, if you ask someone to write down what they think they should do today, they won't be able to. "What should I do?" They start thinking. "What should I do?" So, connect them with their higher self. What do you think your higher self would do to spend the day? Be grateful for your higher self's day. This is connecting with structure. By connecting with structure and being grateful, you can transform the desire to control. Another is insecurity. If they are insecure, safety. Feeling safe in your body. Feeling safe in the home you live in. Connect these with gratitude. Be grateful for the things that make you feel safe. Be grateful for your body that gives you security. Be grateful for the home you live in. This is transforming inner safety. Stagnation. Stubbornness. If they don't want to change something, if they are stuck, ask them to connect with resilience. Why is a stubborn person stubborn? Because they are afraid of losing what they have if they leave this place. They are afraid of losing. So, they don't want to change. They are comfortable in this place. If you tell them to leave this comfortable place, they worry, "What if I'm not comfortable elsewhere?" They are afraid of not changing. So, connecting them with resilience means showing them that no matter what happens, they can bounce back. They can rebuild. They can bounce back because they have resilience. Even if they lose what they have, they can find it again. Because they have resilience, they can rebuild. So, with resilience, they realize, "Yes, if I change, I have the full strength to rebuild." So, for those who are stubborn and don't want to change, ask them to think about the times they have bounced back after losing something in their lives and be grateful for those times. This is showing them resilience.
So, the main point is gratitude. When we start talking about gratitude, we are actually doing emotion and alchemy. Everything is like a good duality. There is always duality. If there is a shadow, there is a gift. So, when we try to eliminate shadows, the gift also disappears. If there are no gifts, and we say, "Don't be angry, don't let anger arise," then the gifts that would come from that will not reach us. So, accept the shadows. Feel them fully and embody them. Then close the emotional tap. After closing it, alchemize it. That is the key point of gratitude that can change lives. So, even then, we think, "Okay, they are feeling this. How can I help them?" That is our choice. We choose. If they are very depressed and emotionally overwhelmed, how should I help them? We need to think about it. We need to think about the topics. What topics of gratitude would be most suitable for them? So, for that, we need to practice emotions. We will practice emotions in the coming days. After emotional alchemy, today we have divided the topics. These topics can be used to practice gratitude in the future. These are topics connected with elements. For example, if you want to transform fire, if someone is experiencing fire shadows and you want to transform them into fire gifts, what can you ask them to be grateful for? Gratitude for my passion. Be grateful for things that excite you. Things you are passionate about. Things that you feel are beneficial for your life. When you wake up in the morning, you are excited to do those things. If you don't have it in the present, you can connect with your higher self. What would your higher self do that would make you excited? Be grateful. Also, gratitude for my power. Being grateful for your abilities. That connects with fire. If you are grateful for your achievements in life, that is gratitude for my power. We give it a title. Be grateful for your achievements. Be grateful for what you have received. Gratitude for my power. Also, gratitude for protection. Things you are protected by. This refers to the ability to stand up for yourself. Be grateful for the situation where you can set boundaries for yourself. This connects with fire. Or be grateful for the times you could protect someone you love. This is also a topic that can alchemize fire. Also, times when you were courageous. Be grateful for your courage to make choices in life. These are topics that can alchemize fire. Also, be grateful for the lessons learned and the insights gained. Be grateful for the lessons learned and how those lessons have changed you. These are exercises that alchemize fire. These are all things that are understandable. We have just changed them into daily topics. Gratitude for lessons. Gratitude for those who hurt you. Gratitude for your achievements. Gratitude for your passions. These are topics that are easy to understand and practice, and easy to write.
Let's continue with water. Gratitude for emotions. Be grateful for each emotion that arises. Be grateful for what each emotion teaches you. This is related to water. Gratitude for love. Gratitude for healing. Be grateful for your healing journey. Be grateful for the healing energy you have received in life. Gratitude for my capacity. This means being grateful for what you can receive. In other words, be grateful for what you deserve. This is connecting with the element. Gratitude for tears that cleanse me. Be grateful for the tears you have shed that cleanse you. This is the same as being grateful for lessons. Be grateful for those who have hurt you. Be grateful for what those who have hurt you have changed in your life. This connects with water.
Let's move on to air. There are many things in air. Gratitude for my wisdom. Be grateful for the wisdom you have gained. What wisdom have you gained? Gratitude for breath. Be grateful for being able to breathe. Gratitude for solutions. Thoughts. Be grateful for the thoughts you are thinking. Gratitude for awareness. Be grateful for what you have become aware of. Gratitude for clarity. Things you have clearly understood in life that will help you move forward. Gratitude for clarity. Gratitude for vision. This is for the future. Be grateful for what you want to become in the future. Be grateful for the path you want to walk in life. This is because when you manifest, you connect with the air element. Other elements support the air element from behind. When you truly manifest with gratitude, you must use air. Because it works from the mind, it emits magnetic lines. So, if you want to combine gratitude with manifestation, the element you must connect with that day is air. It must be the air element. Then, be grateful for the things you want to happen, as if they have already happened. Or, for those who have practiced, you might have written shopping lists, bank lists, etc. All of these connect with the air element. Manifestation connects with air. Another is gratitude for connections. Be grateful for the good connections you have in your life. Gratitude for compassion. Being able to show compassion towards others. The day we practiced being grateful for the desires of others. Do you remember that day? A day when you are grateful for the fulfillment of the desires of your loved ones, without your own desires. That day is in our practice. We write down the desires of others. That is practicing gratitude for compassion. It is a day to practice compassion. Another is art. When we look at art, it is gratitude for my body. You already know. Be grateful for your body. Be grateful for your home. Be grateful for the security you have received. Gratitude for nature. Be grateful for nature. Gratitude for support. Be grateful for the people and things that support you to live. Gratitude for life. Be grateful for the life you have and for yourself. Gratitude for things. Be grateful for the possessions you own. Gratitude for the present. Be grateful for the present moment.
So, let's think back. If we look at the flow, we can see how we moved. We usually divide it into three parts. The first part is connecting with the root. So, from the beginning, be grateful to yourself. Be grateful to nature. Teachers have also drawn it this way. Teachers have drawn it. Be grateful to those you love. Be grateful for what you own. For what supports your life. Why? Because we first connect with the root. When people make a change, they connect through their roots. That's why when we practice gratitude, we first connect with the earth. Then, in the second part, we go to water. In water, we heal ourselves. Forgive those who have hurt you. Heal your energy that has caused pain. Then, talk about love. We go to those things. Mory knows. It's written here. Yes. Finally, we go to air. We go to air and then be grateful to your higher self for the future. Be grateful for the wisdom you have received. Be grateful for the good connections you have made in your life. Do gratitude sharing. We also go to the part where we are grateful on behalf of others. We don't always include fire. Because some people are already extreme, we feel their energy. Some are very rushed. When they are in that state, we don't touch fire immediately. Sometimes, we connect with fire. At least for two or three days, we add it. So, this is how you draw your own gratitude. Based on these points, draw it. Which element will you go to after which element? And what do you think is your most connected element? My suggestion is always to start with the earth. Because the earth stabilizes. When you come with the collective, you need to stabilize the energy of the group. Like strong trees, connect them first. After connecting strong trees, go to water. If there are people who are strong in fire, connect them with fire and then you can control them. You can lead them. So, are you all okay up to this point? Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. So, I believe you can all draw your own. What will you do on the 28th? This is based on what the teachers have presented before. We have learned a lot from them. This is not knowledge we have gained ourselves. This is what we have received from our teachers. So, observe how the teachers in front of you draw it. Analyze what they use. If I were to look back at the files, they are not the same. If you look at the flow of the 28th, you can see from which part to which part they focused on water. From which part to which part they focused on art. So, I have spoken continuously. Now it's your turn. Today's practical practice is: I have given many topics before. Fire topics, water topics. From those, choose one topic that resonates with your element. Yesterday, you chose your element. You know you are strong in fire, or water. Once you know, look at what you think is good. These can be secret shops. Then, from those topics, not all of them, but choose one topic. For example, if your element is water, will you be grateful for your healing? Or will you connect with the tears you have heard? Choose that topic. After choosing, first give gratitude yourself. Think of points related to it. We always say ten points. We always say ten points. First, write ten points related to it. Then, we will teach them to others in the rooms. Let's say we share. How will the topic you chose change with gratitude? How should it be practiced? From what perspective should it be viewed? How did you connect with it yourself? We will discuss it. So, this is a good part to talk about. So, please choose first. Read the topics and choose.
What should I choose, dear sister? The topics from here. If you connected with an element yesterday, it will be the element you connected with. You feel that element is strong for you. Then choose one topic. If you have chosen air, read it. Today, do I want to give gratitude for my vision? Or do I want to give gratitude for being alive? Or do I feel like giving gratitude for my future visions? Or do I want to give gratitude for being able to show compassion to myself? Choose one topic that resonates with you. A topic for yourself.
Sister, in your heart, it's very strong. Yesterday, it was fire. If it's fire, then the topics here are not necessarily the ones written here. You can create your own topic. It's okay. We just follow the guidance that comes to us. That's all. Yes. Today, sister, I want to... No, I don't want to go first. The discussion is good. Yes. Have you all chosen? Yes, I have chosen. Everyone has chosen. Yes. Everyone has chosen. Okay. Since everyone has chosen one, let's analyze it. Let's start writing for yourself. In your notebook, or somewhere, embody it. Don't just write it. Feel it fully and connect it with your life. Why did you connect with this topic? Why did you choose this element? And how has it changed your life? Let's think about these points. So, let's start writing. I will divide you into groups. Can you show the power point again? Yes, I will show it. Which one should I show? Yes. Yes. What about... Yes. How can I write for my passion? For my passion, it's things that make you feel excited about life. Things you are passionate about. Things you feel are beneficial for your life. Be grateful for those things. Okay. Okay. Let me show it again. Yes. What is the difference between capacity here and power here? Yes. Okay. Khai Khin. Yes. Capacity of water is about what you can receive. It focuses more on what you think you deserve. What do you think you deserve? And it also relates to receiving capacity. It's written that it depends on your capacity to receive. It depends on what you think you deserve. Power is about what you have been able to do with your strength. Be grateful for what you have been able to achieve with your strength. Teacher, so, body, home, things related to your body. Safety. Support from those around you. You have to write and be grateful for all of that. Yes. Actually, all these topics are connected. Gratitude for my body. If you are grateful for each part of your body, and for the home you live in, for its safety. Safety is not just external safety, but also the people who give you emotional security, the work that makes you feel emotionally secure. Be grateful for those feelings. So, for each topic, you can think of about ten points. You can also add points that come to your mind. Yes, teacher. Thank you. Yes. So, regarding things. It's a bit different from water. Water is about problems. If there are things that bother you, it's better to connect with water or air. Because things, objects, like the clothes you wear, phones, computers. When you connect them with problems, they can help you solve problems calmly. But for real problems, do you want to deal with them with water energy and heal them? Or do you want to go with air, with the wisdom gained from here, with the awareness gained from here, with clarity? Then they will do it. So, I think everyone has written a little. So, I will divide you into rooms. Then, please tell us. With confidence, with confidence. We chose this topic today. Why did we choose this topic? And why should we be grateful for it? How will this gratitude change things? If it's something you are very connected to, you have already embodied it. You can say it easily. Not like you just read it in a book, but you have truly been able to change it, so you can tell others with embodiment. So, I will divide you into rooms like this. Everyone, please enter your rooms. If you are there, Auntie, please turn off and on the microphone. You have gone out of the room. Please let me back into the room. Yes, room. Yes. Okay. So, I will stop recording on YouTube for my family. This is a discussion section. For the practice.
