Resolution Revolution 2025 - Day 10

Transcription

Good morning and welcome to flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie and Lay. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position.

This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two Upper Deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull on gratitude and love. Connect to source and breathe in deeply. Once your faith is fully and automatically restored, we then encourage you to assist other passengers in need. Thank you for flying with me and enjoy the ride.

Hello gorgeous people of the Resolution Revolution. Today is our last and final module of this beautiful program. However, we do have a little bonus that Amy Elizabeth is going to be doing in this group. So, one idea that she had that I was like, "Oh my gosh, this is brilliant!" She wants to help you figure out how to reverse engineer your alignment strategy. So, for those of you who understand human design, your alignment strategy is either satisfaction, success, peace, or surprise, depending on what your design is. And so, one of the beautiful things that Amy and I work has brought forward is that a lot of people talk about gratitude in life and how powerfully we build our life being grateful. But there's another thing that's so magnificent about understanding your own human design is that when you are in alignment with yourself, that's when magic really starts to land. And your alignment theme is the energetic that most represents your like, how when you're feeling this, you're most in your alignment and how to reverse engineer that. So, there's going to be a training in here on Tuesday. The information will be sent to you by email. It'll also be posted in the group, and it's a bonus for you that Amy is doing in here. It doesn't cost anything extra for you. She's really just giving it to the space, and I think it's brilliant. And so, I'm excited for you to get to experience that. It's going to be on Tuesday. Once more, we'll plan it in the group, and you'll get an email about it as well, and it'll explain to you how you can move forward with your alignment theme during the course of this year.

So, last module of the program. The biggest piece for me with Resolution Revolution is that it sets an energetic context. It sets the tone for the entire year, and at least really, really powerfully until the middle of the year. And then I like to do a mid-year manifesto to give me that second wind in the middle of the year. But Resolution Revolution has the power to really set in motion the most powerful context. When we look back at everything we've talked about, the brilliance of all of this is that it's not just about the things that you've got to do or the things that you want to do. It's about how you show up to do those things on a daily basis and how you feel when you're doing them. The fact is, today is the only day where you can do something in time. You can't do something yesterday, and no matter how much we want to say it, you can't do something tomorrow. You can only do something today. And so, you can't quit if you don't quit today, and you can't start if you don't start today. Today, the day. It's today. And whether you use every day of 2025 as today to build your life or not, we are going to get to January 2026, and when we do, it'll just feel like today. And we will get to 2027, and it will just feel like today. And there will be a day that the version of yourself that you envisioned in your visualization, that version of you will be today. And you'll look back at pictures of you today and you'll realize, "Oh my gosh, I was so young." "Oh my gosh, I could have." Or you'll say, "Oh my gosh, I did."

One of the things I love to think about is like, the most badass version of me is actually not even necessarily who I am right now. I don't even know if what I'm doing right now produces as much extraordinary magic as the version of me five years ago that was a chicken nugget that was scared, terrified. Like, what I put in motion then, before I even knew whether it would be worth it, that version of me is a freaking rockstar. And I can only hope that I keep this kind of power all throughout my life where I can always look back at the most recent version of me and say, "Wow, like I'm proud of Melanie in 2024, in 2023, in 2022, in 2021, in 2020, in 2019, 2018, 2017." Like, that's the girl that built this. My job now is to build whatever comes next. And it's the same thing for you. You know what? Right now, you're not, you don't need to think, "Oh, now, now I have everything together." You just have to make peace with the fact that you are currently the becoming of who you one day will be. That one day you'll look back at this version of you and you'll say, "That's the woman that changed my life." "It was a 2025 version of me. That's when it all stepped up. That's where, that's when it really started was the version of me in 2025." And I feel like loving ourselves like that and giving ourselves that kind of power is the only way.

When I think of how I found the courage and the power to build what I built, it's because I gave myself the right to matter enough. Now, everyone has good days, everyone has bad days. It's the way it goes. But you can't wait until tomorrow until you think you might have a better day. Don't procrastinate the best you have today, hoping you'll have a better day tomorrow. Like, the way I like to see it is, today may be hard, but what's my best today on this hard day? Instead of, "Today is so hard, hopefully tomorrow isn't. I'll try again then." You know, I have a best on a good day, and I have a best on a hard day. But it's not the same best. So, you've got to do your best on the good days and the best on the hard days. Because on the best you give on the hard days, makes your best on the good days better. You get better at doing your best if you do your best every day, no matter what. On a bad day, your best is not as good as your best on a good day, but it's still your best. And then you get to get better at your best. And you have evolutionary, exponential best. And that's really what we want. People just want to not do anything on a hard day, only do the thing on a good day, and want their good to keep getting better. If you want your good to keep doing better, you've got to do your best, no matter how good or bad the day is.

Everyone has bad days. Now, this is another thing that I've really taken into consideration since building my life this way. Everyone on Earth has bad days, the worst days, the days you don't think you can get back up. We've all had those days. But not everyone gets to find out who they are at their best. Not everyone has a chance to live the best version of themselves, to actually find out how extraordinary they can be. And so, I'm not too bothered by who I am at my worst. I already know that, and I know that everybody pretty much knows that about themselves too. I'm more interested in if I can stay the course to find out who I am at my best. Because not everyone has the courage to find out what that looks like for themselves. So, my vision for the future and what I see for all of us is that we look back at our younger selves and we're so proud of ourselves. The same way you saw that older version of you in your dreams, like there will be a day, maybe because the universe works in crazy ways, where in two years from now, five years from now, 10 years from now, 20 years from now, you might have a dream. Maybe you'll have even forgotten this program. But in your dream, you'll be who you were today, and whatever you saw will be in reverse, and you'll think, "Oh gosh, I remember back then." Like, I have dreams of when I was younger sometimes. I wake up and I'm like, "Gosh, I just had the weirdest dream. I was like 13 in my dream." Like, it happens sometimes. What if one day you have a dream 10 years from now, and you are right back here where you were, and it's a reverse dream? I want you to be able to say, "I'm so proud of that version of me. She was so young. She was so bold. She was so wise."

And I really do feel since I have been caring more about wisdom than knowing. You know, it's not just like, "What's the right answer? How do I not mess it up? How do I get it right? How do I make sure that I don't make a mistake?" Like, when I stopped prioritizing that as the way that I saw my life and I saw it more like developing the wisdom, I realized that in fact, you've got to be wise to understand wisdom. So, we need wisdom to understand wisdom. Wisdom is wasted on the young. You can tell a young person the wisest thing you can tell them, "Look, heartbreak doesn't last forever." You think this young girl or young boy is going to matter to you in 30 years? You won't even remember their last name. And they're like, "No, you don't understand. My life is over." Like, the wisdom to understand is wasted on the young. You've got to actually be able to be wise to understand wisdom. And so, I've really prioritized becoming a wise person. It's not about intelligence or metrics. It's like, how quickly can I get the deep concepts of what this life is all about? Because I feel like most people only find that out when they're looking back in hindsight and they wish they would have known when they were younger. And I think the majority of what people tell me after having worked with me in depth is, "I just wish I would have known you sooner." Because if I would have known then what I know now, I can't even imagine what I would have done with that time. But the truth is, is if they hadn't worked with me, they wouldn't know now either. So, you've got to, you've got to grab whatever wisdom you can crack with your hands and be so proud and so happy that you have that wisdom, and really use it. Don't let this just be a program you took and then you just turn the page. Live your entire life within the context of what you learn in this program. Have it that this year brings you one step closer to the big picture life that you desire.

The way I really see it, there's a whole world, and most of the world is walking around dim, a little tired of past years where things didn't work out, a little jaded by failures, a little worried that things won't turn around, a little lost because they're not sure anymore, a little just a little jaded. And the light is dimmed. But when you can turn your light on, it does something. You walk into a space with your light on, and it makes people remind it reminds people they have a switch too. Like, you walk into a space with your light on, and you shine, and people say, "Oh my gosh, I forgot what it was like to be happy. I forgot what it was like to be excited. I forgot what it was like to believe that I could have a better year this year than last year." Just in living your best life, you show up, you light up the room. And this is the vision that I have, is that all of us leave this space for 2025 with our light switched on, ready to embody the wisdom of this program, willing to go one day at a time with today in mind. Today's the only day I can do something about it, and I'm doing something about it. Even if it's a hard day, I'll do my best on a hard day. I won't wait to see if I've got something better in me tomorrow. I'll do my best today, and I'll let that collapse time over time.

So, what's the difference between the feeling of growth that you're going to feel this year and some of the days where it doesn't feel like you're growing? It's just your ability to understand that there's times you won't allow yourself to stretch far beyond where you are, and that is normal. So, I can look back at my life and I can see how sometimes I had big desires. I wanted things to happen in my life, and I wished things would happen sooner. And now, when I look back at who I was and the capacity that I had, I'm like, "Thank goodness that stuff did not happen then." Like, sometimes I'll watch older videos of me and I'm like, "At that point, I would say things like, 'I'm ready. I want the whole world to know who I am.'" Thank God they didn't. I was not cooked yet. That would have been a very raw piece of me. It was not time for the whole world to know me at that point. It was time for me to be building who I am and to figure myself out, and for the people who were an energetic match for me then to find me, and that I would either grow with them and refine with them, or that they were only meant for me to be with me for a small mark of my journey, and then new people come every year. You're stretching your ability to become who you are. Because the biggest thing I don't think we're aware of is what it takes to become the version of us that we want to be. There's an amount of energy that it takes, an amount of focus, an amount of emotional range. Like, everything inside of you needs to stretch.

In the same way, you would imagine a tiny little child. Imagine a five-year-old child, and you would say, "Okay, we're leaving for the weekend. Okay, so you're in charge of the house. Um, it is very cold outside, so you want to make sure to flush all the toilets off so the pipes don't burst. The recycling leaves on Thursday, remember that one. Stove top ring doesn't work properly. It's gas stove, it's finicky, so don't use the back right one, use the first, uh, the first ones. Um, remember the code for the door is this, this, in case you need to leave." At what point do you think the five-year-old has completely disconnected from everything you've just said? Like, it isn't long. It's just like, "Where did, what, what, where are you going? What's happening? How long are you going?" "I don't even know what you mean." You can't even give them a list of things to do around the house, never mind saying, "Also, it would be great if you worked on the business, and it'd be great if you were able to answer these three requests, and we've got to troubleshoot this problem, and also you've got two friends you need to get back to, and I'll be calling. Make sure you make me feel important because I'm your mom, and you know it's your job to make me feel like I matter because, or else what is this life all about if it's not about us caring about the people we love and making sure they know it." Also, that little boyfriend you have at school, he wants a date night, and your best friend's going through something, so make sure you make time to call them back. You would never expect a five-year-old to be able to do that. Why? Because they're five. Or because they don't have the capacity. Because they don't have the capacity. They just happen to be five. Because then you see some children that are like ninjas. They can do a Rubik's Cube in under two minutes, and you feel like you could tell this kid everything, and they'd be like, "Got it." There's children that can play piano with their eyes closed. There's, there's gifted children that have more capacity. But your regular, normal child doesn't have that capacity. You've got to stretch your capacity. How do you do that? You've got to practice.

So, what's the crappiest thing about practice? The crappiest thing about practice, and I've said this before, practice makes progress. But the problem is, there's also a limit to the progress your body wants to make. So, I could say, "You're going to practice, and it's going to make you better." But eventually, you might get a feeling of like, "I don't want to get better. I don't want to." So, if I give you a list of 100 things to do and I say, "If you practice, you'll be able to do 200 things," you might be like, "Great. I'm not practicing anymore. I don't want to be able to do that. I don't want to be able to hold 200 things." Sometimes we don't want to grow beyond where we are energetically right now. We don't want to. So, you've got to stretch until you get a feeling of, "This isn't making me happy anymore to stretch." But then something really wise has to happen. You can't then say, "Well, I failed." Which is what most of us do. We say, "I'm going to stretch until I hit my goal." And then we start stretching, and we're like, "I don't want to stretch anymore." And they're like, "I failed. Okay, I quit." What we've got to learn to do, which is the most difficult thing to do, is to hold the capacity. And the reason that this is difficult is because holding the capacity does not feel as rewarding as growth.

So, I'll give you an example. This is exactly the example I gave in my Afex Mastermind yesterday. If you imagine growth like you're going to the gym, and you've got to be able to do a bunch of reps and a bunch of sets, right? This is exactly. So, it's crazy that I just saw that comment because this is exactly the example I gave. You go to the gym, and you've got to do a bunch of reps and a bunch of sets. Eventually, it feels like you hit a plateau. You could not add one more rep. You could not raise the weights anymore. This is your maximum. What the trainer will make you do is perfect your form. They'll say, "Okay, then we need to make sure that your form is excellent. It's not about adding more reps. It's not about adding more weight. It's about holding the position properly." And a lot of times, you will get more results holding the position properly than you will adding another rep or another set or more weights. And it's the same thing in life. Our job when our body says, "I don't need more clients right now. I don't need, I don't need to get more money. I don't want more money right now. I don't want to launch another program right now. I don't need another client right now. I don't, I don't want that right now." Your job is not to be like, "What's the matter with you? Push. You said you wanted growth." That's not always the key to more capacity. That's when you say, "Okay, then let me have extraordinary form here. Let me do the absolute greatest job with what I have." Because what happens then is eventually you've got perfect form, you can hold the position, and your intuition says, "All right, up the weight," or "Let's try one more rep," or whatever it is that your intuition says. But that feeling of "stop adding" is not failure. It's an inner knowing that more isn't always more. And I have done this often in my career where I have simply held the form rather than adding more to my plate. This is the magic of feminine energetics. People think feminine energetics is just holding back, it's just leaning back, it's taking a rest, it's going in the bubble bath and just disconnecting entirely. Feminine energy is holding the form. I don't need to add more. I don't need to do more. I need to just be able to hold this. It's one of the most powerful things you can do.

And so, you must. You might be right now in a growth tangent in your life, in your business. You're like, "No, no, I'm hungry. I can handle more clients. I can handle more visibility. I can handle more marketing, advertising. I'm all in for everything you've talked about. I'm on a growth trajectory." Brilliant. You might also be like, "I feel like, like I want to be on a growth trajectory because I want more results, but every time I imagine doing more, my whole body just goes, 'Nope.'" And I just want to give up. "Maybe I'm not cut out for this." At what point do you just give up? You don't do that. You work on your form. You'll be just a little more intentional with what you're already doing. You'll be just a little more aware with what you're already doing. You just give yourself a little more grace. You just be a little more grateful for what you already have. You just be a little more present with the clients you already have. You just be a little more careful of care with the things that you're that you're already doing that are on your agenda. You just be a little more present with your kids. You just be a little more present. You just be a little more present. You don't add more to your plate, and that will stretch your capacity in a very feminine way. You hold the form, you perfect the form. That's how we do it.

So, this year is not just going to be "run, Forest, run." It's not just going to be "add, add, add, add." It's going to be about tapping into your inner knowing and knowing when to breathe in and when to breathe out. It's going to be, "When do I expand and when do I release?" It's going to be, "I've got to trust myself." Because there's absolutely no value in you doing everything you need to do at warp speed, whether it's aligned or not, and getting to the end of 2025 saying, "Well, I got the result, but I'm exhausted. I'm burnt out. I need a break." What we really want to do is create a compound effect where the stronger you get, the more you hold. The wiser you get, the more you hold. The more capable you are, the more you hold. The more capacity you have, the more capable you are. And that's the loop that makes this worth it. We want to grow the capacity. We want to stretch the mind, the heart, the forgiveness, the compassion, the logic, the wisdom, the understanding, the ability to fail, the ability to succeed, self-love, self-concept, identity, peace, love. You want to stretch everything. And that's not always by adding more. Sometimes it's about just not putting it down. And sometimes we just want to put it down. You say, "It's not working. Never mind." Instead of, "Don't add anything more. Just hold the form."

There's a lot we've talked about in this program. A lot we've talked about relationship. We've talked about inner work. We've talked about identity work. We've talked about emotional intelligence and communication. We talked about your branding, your marketing, your advertising, your selling. We've talked about your business, what you sell, how you sell, your deliverables. There's so many plates spinning, and there's going to be a time for all of them to have the spotlight. But what's most, most important is the way you do it, that it doesn't come from a place of lack. Like, you could somehow learn to spin 300 plates in the air, and that would make you worthy. It's not. It really just is like, "How do I build my most extraordinary life?" And how do I build it in a way where I can always hold the form, that I don't add so much that I have to put it all down, that I don't add so much that I need to take a break from it all or quit because I have too many things spinning and I am not happy anymore? Make sure you're always checking in with yourself. "Am I happy? Is this good? Am I proud of myself? Do I love what I'm doing? Is this worth it? Is it worth it today? Is this what I want to be doing? Am I happy that I'm doing this? Is this good?" As often as you can. Because one of the things that stretches capacity the most is the ability to stay happy.

When I met Kevin, he was not able to stay happy for prolonged periods of time. He was a content person, but the feeling of actual happiness, like happiness, excitement, bliss, like the "wow" happiness, he could not hold that for very long. And he was like, "I don't know how you do that. How you, how you stay so grateful for something or so happy about something or so..." Like, "How do you do that?" Eventually, I'm just like, "Okay, I'm good. Like, content is more my state." We stretched his happiness. We stretched his capacity. We stretched his abilities. You'd be surprised. Every little part of you where you hold the form, whether it's your happiness, your joy, your gratitude, whether it's your patience, your ability to fail, no matter what it is that you hold, you stretch, you grow. So, this has the power to be an extraordinary year. But it's not about getting to the finish line exactly the way you thought it would. It's getting as close to the finish line as possible, feeling exactly the way you want to feel. Because the finish line always moves. And this is one of the wisdom parts that, you know, I say that you need wisdom to understand the wisdom. This is one of those, like, "put your wisdom cap on" as I tell you this. The finish line moves. Even if this year you were to somehow do everything that you put on your 111 list, if you achieved every dream, the minute you crossed the finish line, a new one would appear far in the distance with all kinds of new things that you want. It's not possible to just do everything you've ever wanted. Halfway through your life, when you've done everything you're here to do, you're done. Your goose is cooked. I don't know about you, but I hope it's a slow roast. There's a lot of things I want to do on this planet. I don't want to just get it all done. So, I would rather do it all with all of my presence of mind to juice life, every single squeeze of juice out of this life. It's about doing it with all of my heart and all of my presence. And it doesn't matter if it takes three years instead of one, if one year happened in a flash and I can barely remember it. But three years, I remember every celebration and every milestone, and I let it build me. I let it build my self-concept. I held on to my power. I built a story that made me realize how great I was. I remember it. I care about it. I stretched my capacity. I held the form. I will be a stronger person after three years than I ever would with one year. Expediting the process. There's things you'll collapse time and you'll do faster, but those are only the things that the only reason they were taking you long is because you're spending half the time just thinking about doing them rather than doing them. We want to collapse time in thought. We want to expend time in experience. That's how you get a fullest possible life. Because most of what you think about, that time just vanishes. You won't be like, "What were you doing last Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.?" You're like, "Oh yes, I was sitting on the couch thinking about doing the laundry." Like, you won't remember thinking those, those minutes. They disappear. You'll be like, "I don't know what I was doing. Where did I do?" Even at the end of the day, you'll wonder, "What did I do today? Where did the time go?" So, if you actually spend your time doing in good form, learning, trying stuff out, falling on your butt, figuring it out, you will learn more. You will stretch your life, and you will build more capacity.

So, the difference between thinking and contemplation is, contemplation is thinking in order to create. So, when I'm contemplating, I'm usually sitting with a journal. I'm either recording myself think. I've usually got a candle lit. I'm in a beautiful environment. I'm sitting with Kevin. We're contemplating together. When I'm thinking, I'm either just staring at nothing. I'm usually thinking about something completely mind-numbing, like, "Okay, if I just get up and do the dishes now, then I won't have to do them later. If I just go up and go, just, if I go in the get in the shower now, wash my hair now, it'll take me this many hours, but then, but then, okay, no, maybe maybe I do this first." That's the difference between thinking and contemplating. Thinking is just spinning of the mind. Contemplating is building in thought. It's very different. You usually have something to show for it when you contemplate. You wouldn't. A lot of times, you'll think, and there's no result at the end. Contemplating is, "Okay, so I've been thinking, and here's the outcome. Here's the post I wrote. Here's the program I'm working on. Here's the topic of discussion I want to have with you. Here's the realization that I had. Here's what I'm doing about it." There's, you contemplate for a result. You contemplate for an outcome. You contemplate for a breakthrough. You contemplate. But thinking, most of the time, we think to procrastinate. We think to kill time. We think in order to not have to do it right now because I just need to think about it. Yes, I do. I want to do the thing, but I just need to think about it. I just need to think about it a little bit, and I'll let you know. I'm on it. I'll do it. I just need to think about it for a little bit, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to do it. Not the same as contemplation. One is creation and thought. The other one's distraction. And you feel it because one feels like time used, and the other one feels like time wasted. Like, if I contemplate a program, by the end of it, I have a program. If I think about doing a program, at the end of it, I don't have a program. I just have the thought that maybe I should have one. That's usually how it goes. Contemplation builds.

So, you have a year ahead of you right now, and you've contemplated a lot in this program. And there's so many ways that you can start this year. We're already going into February. We're going to transition very soon from January to February. Already, it'll happen pretty quickly. But there's still some of January left. What are some things that you would love to be able to say about this January by this time next year? Kevin is taking me somewhere first thing tomorrow morning. We're going on a little mini date. Apparently, I will have no cell phone service, so I will just be, guess, Kevin and I in the next three days, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I'll have that memory. I have the day after New Year's Day where my family was still there. Well, I have New Year's Day. I have the second of January where my family was still there. January 3rd where my family was still there. This entire Resolution Revolution program, I had time with my parents. They'd drive me back to either house so I could do Resolution Revolution for you. But I've basically been living at my parents' while Kevin was gone to his parents'. They invited me over, and I've just been having some mom and dad in-plenty time, which was really fun. The end of the God Zone. Like, I've spent time with Frankie. I went to my brother's house. I saw Baa. I saw Jack. I colored with my mom. We spent time coloring in our coloring books and chatting. And like, what have, what has your January been? And would you like there to be other things that aren't there yet? I watched Wicked in our home cinema. It was amazing. Like, what else can you do this January that would matter to you? Simple things, big things, simple things. Doesn't matter. But you have a few days left to decide how this goes, how your memories for January go, because then that chapter's closed. And on top of that, you're going to build February. My way of differentiating is this. Oh, she's helping with contemplation. January has been so beautiful, powerful, and epic in so many ways already. That's fantastic. So, you have this group. You have access to this group until December of next year. So, I would love if during the year, at the end of every month, you come in here and just celebrate what was each month. Make yourself a memory bank of all the beautiful things, not of the next year, but of this year, 2025. Like December of 2025, the group will complete so that we can get ready to do the next year. But imagine if at the end of every month you were like, "This is what happened in my January." If you just lived with a little more intentionality. "This is the program I launched. This is the offer I made. This is the new client that I have. The date night I went on. The love affair that I had. These are the friendship moments that I had. This is, this is what I did. This is how I'm proud of myself. This is self-care that I did. This is, you know, just play, enjoy this month." The rest of it, whatever is left for you to do. But you can do things in January that change the course of your life. You can sell the thing you've been procrastinating selling. You can put yourself on that dating site you haven't wanted to put yourself on. You can say yes to that date of the person's been chasing you that you don't want to chase. You can sit down and have that conversation with your partner that you've been procrastinating. You can hire that person or fire that person. You can, you can make a move in January that changes the rest of your year. And on Monday, we're going to do the shop with me. And on the shop with me, I'm going to talk to you about all of the programs that you can use your credit on, because everybody here has a credit with the amount that they spent on the program. So, I'll tell you about all the programs that you can spend your credits on that'll change your year. It's just if you live with this level of intentionality every year, it is inevitable that your years will stack one on top of the other. And that's how I love to live my life. It's like, January is January, but February is January plus February, and March is January plus February plus March. All of that wisdom, all of that momentum, all of all of the wisdom, all of the love, all of the memories. And then that's how when I get to the end of 2025, my heart will be so big and so full, because by the time I get to December, I'll be holding January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December. And when I put it all down as the founding block for 2026, I'll say, "Gosh, that was a masterpiece." And what would life be if you lived that way instead of feeling bad, "Oh, we didn't do this this month. We didn't do this this month." Then do it now. Do it now. Anything you feel you haven't done enough of this year or last year or this January, just put it in your calendar. Reverse engineer it. Put it down. If you need to move the post-it, move the post-it. But live your life. Live it for today, because today is the only day you can do something about it. You cannot give up if you don't give up today, and you can't start if you don't start today. So, just do it today.

This is the most important piece. Let me just see here. I have a question about branding and identity. How do we bring more of us to the table in our brand? Express our uniqueness more in our brand? I have to have a "wow, pow" brand in 2025. I have trouble picking a vibe, theme, weight of creating my content. I feel I have a hundred different personalities. So, the fact is, I also have a hundred different personalities. So, I'm the perfect person to ask this question to. I have felt like the only way for me to really have a brand that I love is it has to hold all of me. It just has to. And so, when you look at my brand, there will be anything from literally like my beautiful aesthetics of my bedroom to the way we do Christmas, to the fact that I love the snow and the snowy backgrounds, my relationship, my party planning skills, my, my stories of my coffee and how I love to like, my favorite beverages, you would know about those very easily just going through my profile. My sister, my team, our milestones, my, like, my biggest things are photography. If I look up really through my things, you could probably tell like photography, fashion, my relationship, celebration, friendship, travel. You know, I have my songs. My songs are included. Like, I sing in the Fatal program, and Kevin and I have done duets either at Christmas or for our anniversary. Like, everything is, you know, in my products. I have a product division where I've built a planner and notebooks and crystal water bottles and candles. Um, I've got Alpha HD and Alpha Fem and Alpha Productions and Alpha Homes. You can see my properties. You can see everything. Like, you see everything that I care about. And so, a lot of times people wonder, like, "How do I, how do I show all of me? How does it all fit?" And I'm like, "Well, if it fits in a human, it fits in the brand." How can you exist with all those passions? Are people confused about you, or do they somehow feel it all makes sense? Like, for me, I'm all of it. You know, I'm an artist, philosopher. My bio on my Melanie and Lay account is "Maverick Creator, Muse, Modern-Day Philosopher, Poet, Business Artist, Mentor, Investor, CEO." Like, I'm everything. You're just be everything. But there's a way that it's all strung together because it's your life. You know, I wake up in the morning, and I look at the beautiful view, no matter what country I'm in, no matter what place I'm in, no matter what house I'm in. I'm grateful for the kind of weather. I'm grateful for all. On a rainy day, I love the weather. I love a rainy day. I love a snowy day. I love a cold day. I love a hot day. I love a sunset. I love a sunrise. I love the stars. Love the moon. I love everything. I love the clouds. I love no clouds. I love, I love choppy water. I love smooth water. I love all the weather. It always shows up everywhere. I love my morning beverages. I love flowers. I love plants. I love, I love home decor. All of that stuff will show up on a day-to-day. I love fashion. I love my, I love the beautiful things I have. I love jewelry. I love my relationship. I love romance, friendships, humor. Like, if it's part of your day, it's part of your life. It's part of your brand. And if it exists within you, then it exists in a brand. And a lot of the times, it's just seeing like, "How does that come back to a concept?" So, when I look at my life, I care about living a full life. I care about being genuinely happy and fulfilled. It's where top-of-the-line fulfillment, top-of-the-line success. Like, we don't give up one for the other. You don't be broke to be fulfilled, and you don't, you don't be rich and miserable. Neither of those feels like the right thing to me. I want it all. So, wouldn't it make sense that my brand is how I hold it all, how I love every part of it? Like, you can see in my, when you follow my Melanie and Lay account, you'll see Frankie in a pushchair going on a long walk, and then you'll see Don champagne toasts, and then you'll see romance, and then you'll see something. It's so diverse, but that's what makes my life. And it's changed as I've changed. If you would have watched my stories in 2017 or my Facebook posts, you would have seen my mugs that said "Boss Vibes," my, my mugs that would say, "It's a good day to have a good day." Like, I had all these, you know, positive sayings on my notebooks and my mugs. Like, totally different vibe. It was being on the balcony at my parents' house, all green with a blue pool and a pink flower. Like, it was a totally different vibe. But that's what I love to see back then. So, you've got to just let yourself evolve. Let yourself be you. Let today be the brand. You'll notice like, you don't have to think about everything about your brand today, but everything that happened today could be in your brand because it did happen. So, it makes sense for today. I think that's a good way to start.

But also, Impact Academy is going to be amazing. I have questions about the money jar. After the first time you do it physically, can you do account jars instead where you separate the money into different accounts? So, the fact is, for me, it wasn't even about the fact that we separated the money. What really made the difference for me was the physical touching of the money, the song, and the gratitude. But if you feel like these jars were introduced to you for a different reason, if there's a different reason you want to do them, trust yourself. Do it the way you feel. But what I realized was, it wasn't about the percentages. It wasn't about the different accounts. It wasn't about the names. It was about that I touched every frequency of money with a real energy and real money in my hands. That's what made it so. Whatever it is for you, follow that lead. That's what this is all about anyway. I did the money jars yesterday, and oh my God, the energy. I've seen some of you post your money jars. I cried. I had chills. I thought it was the most beautiful thing. The music you played, the look on your faces. Like, oh, I loved watching the money jars that I saw posted in the group. It was so good. So, every little piece of this program is created for you to not put yourself in a box. It's meant so that this year, you go open, you open up, and you become more of you than you've ever let yourself become. There's not a good way that you can live a year. There's not like, "Do this, do this, do this, do this." It's more like, "Do it this way." Whatever you do, do it this way. It's the energetics of it. The energetics of how you plan whatever you're going to do this year. The energetics of all the things you wish to do and how you cross those off. The energetics of how you build your brand, your business, your selling, and who you are in that process. The energetics of how you handle all your money. The energetics of how you see yourself and who you're doing this for. The version of you in the future that's so wise and already knows that's who you're becoming. And so, if you keep that in mind as you move forward through this program, the energetics will stay in check. And whatever you feel a calling to, that's the most important thing to focus on this year. Whether it's your business, or your relationship, or whether it's all of it. Where you're like, "No, this is my, this is the year of the Alpha Fem. I want all of it. I want to stay in the God Zone with all the things." Like, whatever it is that you want to do, it's just your decision for 2025. And if you wanted something completely different for 2026, that's perfect. That's not going backwards. That's adding something else on top of what you did this year. My years are different. My focuses are different, but my intentionality is the same. That's why this program does so well for me at the beginning of every year because it resets the power in my focus. What I focus on might be different. The way I want to do it might be different. The angle I

want to do it might be different, but the energetics of it, the determination of it, the connection to it, that's what has remained the same throughout the whole voyage. So, is there any? I just, I feel a pull to ask, is there any other questions or anything else in any of the processes that I did that you're like, "I'm stuck here," or, you know, "I have a question," or is there anything that's not clear, anything that you're left in complete with before we end this program? So, I really want to make sure that you got what you came for. Now, it's about living this year, but is there anything that makes you feel like you might not be able to do that?

Let me just see here. How do you deal with rejection along the way? I deal with rejection along the way knowing that rejection builds my capacity. The number one thing I know is stretch is squishing my capacity is the fear of rejection. So, if I ever get rejected, it's a success. So, this is, I've told the story in a different context, but I think it's going to be really good here. I remember once I, I, I had to do this amount of reps and my, I, I told my trainer, he told me how many I needed to do and my brain immediately said, "There's no way you can do that." I was already exhausted and he wanted me to do the same muscle in a different way and I just said, "There's no way I'll be able to do that." And he said, "That's crap, and it doesn't matter. And actually, I'll be really happy if you fail." And I was like, "You'll be happy if I fail?" And he said, "Yes, because failure of the body is success of the mind." I was like, "To say that again, but slower. I feel like you just changed my mind, my life around everything." "What do you mean?" And he was like, "Most people fail in their mind before they ever fail in their body. They decide they can't way before they fail. So, if you actually go for it long enough to actually fail, you succeeded in your mind." I said, "Mike, you just gave me the Holy Grail of coaching for my business." So, failure of the business is success of the mind. Rejection means you went far enough into the thing that you actually made it to rejection. You succeeded in your mind. You did not pull the plug. You did not play small. You didn't avoid the result. You didn't do the thing. You actually went for it. So, if you get rejection, rejection in business is success of the mind. That's probably one of the best reframes that you could possibly have in this.

Uh, thank you so much for everything. The coaching two days ago has changed my year. I'm so happy. Everything is clear. It's just knowing where to begin. And that's the, that's the thing. Like now, the best thing is like January. Is there anything like the best way to begin is to say, "Is there anything that I feel intuitively is supposed to be lived in January?" And everything that I've got on my 111 list and everything that I've got in my business stack, is there something I feel intuitively is supposed to start in January or be lived in in January? Start there. If there's nothing, you'd be like, "Okay, so let me set myself up for February. What's the context? What are some of the things in my 111 list? How does this relate back to my business? How does this relate back to my relationship?" Start going with the context of Fe, of the January and then February.

The visualization, I felt so distracted and didn't feel it. Should I just do it again? If you feel like you really didn't get into it, you can absolutely do it again. If you feel like you struggle with visualizations, what I suggested is to just ask yourself the question and respond with your conscious mind. So, you would say, "If I were to imagine myself in two years from now, I open a door." You'd write it all out. "I open a door and I see myself in the distance. What do I see? If I could receive a message from myself, what would it be?" You just surrender into a journaling session. That might be helpful.

I recognize I've had good memories in the past, but then I learned something new that completely changed my perspective on my previous celebrations. It's like they're tainted by shame, and I don't know how to retrieve those memories or if I'm meant to. And I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Would you mind just writing out what it is that you feel you learned that completely changed your perspective? So, are you willing to share what that is? And, and I can help you. Uh, it's an honor to be in this class today. It's my birthday. Hey Martha, happy birthday! That's so awesome. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday. Happy birthday. Happy birthday to you.

How did you reverse engineer predictable income streams? So, I did not reverse engineer predictable income streams. I reverse engineered the actions that create the income and I allowed the income. So, remember when we're doing things, there's things you can make happen, there's things you have to allow. So, a lot of the times we don't do the predictable action because we're afraid it's not going to work. I have another perfect example for this. So, at the beginning of this year, I realized that my social media was not getting the same kind of power as usual. I was not getting as many comments or likes on any of my posts, but I just kept posting. Like, I didn't let it stop me, but I did notice it. And I got this notification today, "Congrats, we increased your distribution because you made more posts. Keep it up." And I thought, "Oh my gosh, I wonder if they do this. I wonder if they lower everybody's visibility and then it's like, let's see who continues to post." And the people who continue to post, or maybe they do this at the beginning of the year, maybe they, whatever it is, those who are like, "I post no matter what," they eventually get rewarded for it. And the people who are like, "Well, there's something wrong with my social media, I quit," those people never get that message. They get, "I don't know what's wrong, I'm shadow-banned, no matter what I post, it doesn't matter," blah, blah, blah. I've just been posting as if it's, it's business as usual, and then I get that message. So, it's like, in your life, you want to see it in the exact same way. If people were buying this like gangbusters, I'd be doing the live streams, the emails, or I'd be doing the presentation, or I'd be doing this, and I'd be doing it in this energy. Do I still do it like that, even though the result isn't certain? So, you reverse engineer what you got to do, and then you do it in the allowing energy.

I did the money jars with cash that I already had. Is it not usual to use cash where I, it's not usual to live, use cash? It is not usual to use cash where I live, and it's not as simple to take cash out and put it back in. I wanted to get the most out of the jar. The jar exercise, continuously. Should I still take out new money every time, um, every month, or are the energetics harmed by using cash? You can't harm energetics because they're all you create them. So, if you wanted to take the same money every month and you were able to get, get to this frequency yourself, you do it. It's just if you realize it's not working because it's the same money, then you'll realize, "I can't do it with this money." But it's personal to you. There's no blanket statement that you could wreck the energetics, but you'll be able, you can't fake energetics either. So, you'll go to do it, and you'll know whether it works or not.

I ran a marathon with my mind making my body move. I love that. How can I feel more present when my life is super busy? I tend to feel I have no time for my 111 list. You just do one thing at a time. Just one. And if your list needs simpler things like, "Go for a walk on my street," or "Color in a coloring book, one page of a coloring book throughout the year," or smaller things that you can cross off. But it is inoss like there are artists with multiple children and multiple businesses and multiple things. You can stretch your capacity. Is it possible that right now, in this moment, it doesn't feel like you can make everything on your list happen? Yes, but the goal is that throughout this presence of mind and spirit and holding form, you're going to stretch your capacity. That's the whole point. So, even if now you're like, "I don't know how I'll ever do it," now it's normal. You're not stretched to the capacity to, of the person who can, who can do it. It's like if I give you two oranges and I ask you to juggle them, you'll say, "Okay." But if I give you three, if you don't know how to juggle, you'll say, "I can't juggle three." But anyone who's got the capacity and the mental ability to juggle three things, they'll say, "Yeah, I'll do it." But then if I gave them four oranges, they'd say, "Ah, I can't juggle four. I don't have the mental capacity to have four objects going and catch them all." But people who can, who have the capacity for four, can do it. But if I gave them a fifth orange, I'd say, "Ah, no, I can't do it with five." You stretch your capacity. Practice makes progress and then hold the form.

Reverse engineering a timeline feels so hard, taking into account everyone in my family's schedule as well. So many moving parts, and I still feel priority to be there for them. This is why you reverse engineer one thing at a time. If it feels too overwhelming, and you move the Post-its, because the beautiful thing with the reverse engineering is, as long as you do the thing eventually, and then you start working on the next thing eventually, even if it takes you double the time, you still never give up. And that's how we make things happen. Doesn't matter how long between the tasks. It's just got to be clear that you know what the tasks are. Because if you've got to think about the next task, like let's say I do my first task, and then the next thing on my list is "think about the next task," the chances of the next task getting done have just been eradicated. But if I've already mapped out what the next task is, and I just move the Post-it until I do it, I will eventually do it. That's why this works.

If your context of January was to open up your heart to possibility, how would you go about it? So, you would say, "Is there anything in my 111 list, or is there anything in journaling, or is there any conversations I need to have, or is there anything about my business that I feel really would deserve to be in January?" And if that context feels too vague, then you've learned that, and you would say, "That context doesn't help me figure out what I want and how I want it." So, my February context would be stronger. You'd just learn a stronger context because of the stronger cont, or because of the context you used in January. It's always about learning.

Uh, what do you recommend to do when you work so much on your money mindset and struggle, but your husband does not think like you and always reminds me that rich people are bad, wealth is bad? I really struggle with this and I feel I do five steps forward and then brings me backwards. This is really difficult. And this is the majority of why people say, like, you, you either born rich, sure, you just never make it. Because if we were to just base ourselves on our surroundings, you would either be surrounded by the right people where the money grows, or you'd not be, and that's it. But personal power is where you're able to override your environment. And you're able to override your environment. There just has to be so much compassion for your partner. The fears that he has that makes him believe that, what it's how it serves him in his heart and his spirit to believe that, it just can't impact your beliefs. And that's your job is to have more compassion and stretch your capacity to be able to hold your beliefs, no matter what's coming in. Hold the form.

Today's post was fire. Thank you. Okay, I've been waiting for this one. I spent 10 years competing show horses, and then I learned that I was working with horses in a very dominance-based way. It broke my heart to recognize that I was causing them stress and pain. I completely changed my approach and now I work with them in an amazing, compassionate way, and I help others around the world do the same. I'm sure there are happy moments I can still retrieve from the past with compassion, but I feel blocked around this. I'm writing a book full of my stories at the moment, and I want to include great times too with the horses. I wasn't able to change my approach with. So, the biggest thing in all this is that we learn. And I don't know if you would even be able to give the compassion you give the horses now if you did not have the duality of how horses are treated most of the time, even when people think they're treating them well, like you thought at that point that you were treating them well. Now you know how to treat them even better. You wouldn't even have that contrast if it weren't for what you lived before. So, I think that if you see this in a big picture, it's like there are people who think they love their partner now, but they haven't learned how. Maybe they're ice queening sometimes, maybe they're doing this, this, then they realize, "Oh my gosh, so I wasn't, so was all my relationship before not good because I didn't, I wasn't treating my partner well based on what I learn now?" So, what we want to do is to say, "I'm so grateful for the contrast I've learned because I keep getting better at at how much I love." And so, it's my job to be able to see through the eyes of what I knew before and extract the best and be grateful at the same time for the, the knowing that you have now. So, instead of just saying, "It's all written off because it was all bad, because it was all wrong," it's like, "At that point, I thought I was doing the best I could, and I, I didn't even know yet how much better it was going to get. But here are my favorite memories from that time." Just extract the best because you wouldn't go back there, but there's still stuff you felt love with all your heart. Let yourself have that. That's how we build on top. It's not like you were just wrong before. It was the evolution. The evolution of how great you are now. You needed that to get to here, and you need this to be able to see the rest in hindsight in a powerful way. That's how we allow ourselves to stretch.

Thank you for sharing your story with us. Um, look at that beautiful sky behind you. This program was amazing. Thank you. The sun is setting on our final module. I love that. Uh, I've lived my life that way, moving the Post-its, and it all gets done eventually. Thank you. I'm so happy to read that. I try to reverse engineer for my social media and I've started with how I would like to feel when I have it and how does it look like, but I don't know how to reverse engineer from there. What are the second steps from there? So, absolutely Impact Academy, I would really recommend because social media is such a fun thing when you get it. But I would say, "What's the, the purpose of the social media?" So, let's say, for example, you're like, "My purpose is for my brand to make sense. Like, I want people to know what my brand is. I want to, when I look at my social media, I want to be able to say, 'Oh my gosh, I see all of my offers. I love how my bio is written. I love my pictures. I love my, my style. Like, I can see what the final income or the final result is that I want to see." So, I reverse engineer everything. The day that I write my bio, the day that I've got an incredible grid that, that each post talks about exactly what I would want my dream buyers to know, my best profile picture, all my highlights, I want all that. That's my brain dump. And then I reverse engineer it on the calendar and I move the Post-it. Because sometimes you need to allow the post to come through or allow the right picture to be made. But eventually, you'll look at your social media and it'll be eventually exactly what you wanted.

I need to let this all settle and then do another round of resolution revolution in a few days. What a gift, and I'm so grateful I made the move for this program. I'm so happy. This is fantastic. I haven't been able to keep up with this program and now I feel behind. And I noticed that it's a common feeling. "I'm too late. I should have figured this out already." My mind knows better, but still it feels too much. Then I feel like this probably is the perfect program for you because you'll be able to just move the Post-its. The goal in this life is just that we keep moving. That's it. You know, I'm going to keep moving. There's going to be another program after this, and another, and another. But the, the value of having an online program, and for me to give a year access, is, is that really your time? Is the time? If I were to just do this live and then say, "Okay, it's the end of the program, it's over," I could understand. But your time is the time, and you have the whole year to watch it. So, give your, do something different this year. Give yourself compassion. Give yourself love. Give yourself care. Give yourself celebration. Give yourself respect. Look at yourself the way you'll see yourself in 20 years from now. In 20 years from now, when you look at who you were today, you'll think so differently. You'll see the beauty. You'll see the intelligence. You'll see the strength. You'll see the wisdom. You'll see it all. What you have today, and you'll either look back at it grateful for it, or you'll look back wishing you'd have taken the time to see what you had. So, let 2025 be the year that you really look at yourself the way the version of you 20 years from now will look back at you and say, "You had everything," or "Thank you for doing it all." This is going to be an incredible year.

If we are not connected yet, please stay connected with me on Facebook. I'm right, I always write the most heartfelt post. I'll keep you in the vibe this year. If you're not connected with me on Instagram either, Melanie and ler or Alpha FM on Instagram. The creations are constant. Like, I'm really building a beautiful body of work that continues to to give so much value outside of my programs. And then the shop with me on Monday is going to be a really great space for us to connect and for you to see what you want to do with your credit. But I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this program. Your energy, your devotion to yourself and to your lives, the way that you showed up, all of you on camera, the way you showed up, it was so good. I felt you connected to me. I felt you're listening. It was really an incredible program. I've loved every moment of it, and I'm so excited for what 2025 will bring. I look forward to building this year with you, and I shall see you on the internet. See you on Monday.

Good morning and welcome to Flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie and ler. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position. This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two upper deck exits for every disempowering thought. All self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time.
