What? Health is a critical consideration of the black people all over the world. In some cases, the issue is nourishment and malnutrition. In the case of some Western populations of black people, the issue is gluttony. Uh, quite comical and ironic that it's opposite things.
But in addressing those who are in the hells of North America and a great many African women, let us know that uh, being fat is different than being thick. Being obese is different than having yams. And it is important for me to take out this time to define that and condemn the women who have exceeded it, not for the purpose of putting them down, but rather for the purpose of us being at in good health so that we can live long, happy, healthy lives.
The woman is the number one target that we must address for uh, having a poor diet. And the reason for that is because the mother is the first teacher of the child and she forms the child's habits, their eating habits and diet. Where you have a fat mother, you surely will have a gluttonous mom giving gargantuan portions to a child who will invariably end up being a pig themself.
To stop that, let us first redefine some beauty standards. And I must concede, I like a thick woman myself. I also like a slim woman, you know, I like them all. But know this for you women watching, if your arms can twerk, you're not thick, you're fat. That means if you're walking around and the back of your arm is jiggling like a butt cheek, you're fat, okay? Here's another one. If your stomach sticks out more than your butt, you're fat. You're not thick, you're not You don't have yams, you're overweight. You might have diabetes. You need to stop consuming.
Another rule of thumb for women who are going to be a wife, mother, and this should be the trajectory of all of our girls. We teach our girls, of course, health, but we also must teach must teach them what the purpose of their life is. A boy must learn the purpose of his life, a girl must learn the purpose of her life. For a girl, the purpose of her life is to become a wife, mother, and find her happiness in the activities circled around and within family. For a boy, that was a really good one. Did you get that? Those reflexes. For a boy, the purpose of his life is to become a. And there's a progression that you'll see in another lesson, but let us say in short, to be the leader of a family and to expand a strong, large family that has a positive influence on society.
We can go into the the purpose of the male and the female in other lessons. But for a female to be a a wife, mother, she must know that portioning is critical. For herself, she should never have a portion larger than a man. A man's portion on a dinner plate, the food you put on there should never reach within an inch of the edge of the plate. So, there should be an inch of space around the entire edge of the plate. Do not stack the food, give a proper portion. If he needs to eat a second serving, that's fine, but you both should consult with him, Have you had enough? Not are you full? We should never want to be full. That's too much food. For the female, she knows she can't eat more than the man. Never have a bigger portion than him. Never serve a man a portion that exceeds 1 in of the edge of that plate. And she should eat slowly. Everyone should be taught to eat slowly. It's upon the woman to teach this to the children. Chew your food. That's what my grandmother mother would say, chew your food. She'd also say slow down. It's not going anywhere. Meaning the food's not going anywhere. Take your time. The slower you eat, the more you'll feel full. And it'll feel like the meal is an experience of shared time with your family rather than chowing down like a, you know, a wild animal.
So for the ladies, know that we are not measuring the size of your bust nor the size of your behind. We are looking to see if your stomach is flat. We're looking to see if your behind goes out farther than your stomach proportionally. We're looking to see if you have fat jiggling on the back of your arms. And know this, when you want to reduce body fat, it reduces in equal proportion in your entire body. So you just have to exercise generally. So to be on code, our rule is 30 minutes of sweat every day. Exercise is prayer. And you should pray every day. 30 minutes of sweat every day. Exercise is prayer. Sweat is the holy water. And when we say 30 minutes of sweat, that doesn't mean 30 minutes of exercise. That means 30 minutes of sustained sweating. You might have been exercising for an hour or 2 hours. Depends on how long it took you to break out into a full sweat. 30 minutes of 30 minutes of exercise every day. Exercise is prayer. Sweat is the holy water.
So for women, you should never be looking to define yourself as thick. That's not something to be proud of cuz you can You should dress modestly. You should be looking to be healthy and the greatest compliment to be paid to you is to be a good woman. And a good woman is able to make proper portions for herself, proper diet for her man, and for her kids. That is her area of control and leadership and that allows us to blossom into a healthy society. We know right now the average black woman weighs about 175 lb. The average black woman is morbidly obese. It's truly disgusting and it's an embarrassment and a a real black man, the one you should want, would be embarrassed to be seen with you in public in that state. So clean it up and do your daughters and your sons a favor such that they never become obese cuz it's really sad that they should be overweight and then lose the weight and then their skin is hanging off of their body and covered full body in unnecessary stretch marks. That is the damage you can do as a bad mother. It is child abuse to have your kids overeat. It is self-hatred for you to overeat. It is self-negation and slow suicide.
