You guys have been asking nonstop for how we pay our salespeople. What does the commission structure look like and what is life as a salesperson for NextG really feel like here in the in the reality.

So, we pay our guys W2, no 1099 goofy stuff like a lot of the industry and they get 10% of the total job contract broken into two big sections. First section, they get paid for 5% is to meet with the insurance company, settle up the the build contract, pick out colors, and establish expectations with the customer and turn in a full buildable file.

The second 5% is for being available for questions and helping production, making sure everything runs smoothly on their job and aiding in our quality control production team on the back end to make sure that the job was installed appropriately and everything that they promised them was what was actually completed. Uh, and get another 5% for that. So collectively they get 10% of the total job contract.

We pay spiffs and bonuses based on number of contingencies at scale. So our leadership team is expected to do 10 to 12 a month. And so if they do 10 they get $100 per contingency. If they do 13 or above they get paid $125 per contingency agreement. As well as requiring them to manage an 80 plus% turnaround on contingency to final build contract throughout the season. So making sure that people aren't just signing up contracts that are useless, that are never going to turn into actual buildable jobs.

So, we build the vast majority of the the jobs that we actually have turned in as as contracts as our sales team goes.
