Go ahead and get yourself comfortable. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and hold it, and let it go. Another deep breath in and hold it, and let it go. A third deep breath in and hold it, and let it go. Now just breathing comfortably with your eyes closed, breathing comfortably, and just imagine that with each breath you take in, you breathe in relaxation and positive energy.

Go ahead and imagine a healing light, of whatever color you like, surrounding your body. So that with each breath you take in your lungs comfortably, you draw in that healing light, allowing it to flow through every muscle, nerve fiber, tissue, cell, and atom of your body. Imagine a healing shower flowing down, crystal clear water that's a perfect temperature. As it flows over the top of your head, soothing and relaxing your scalp, washing away fear, doubt, anxiety, washing away anger, sadness, guilt, shame, washing these away to reveal the light that you truly are, and allowing more and more of that light to be revealed as that healing shower flows over your forehead, relaxing the muscles in your face. Flowing down over the back of your head, your neck, your shoulders, washing away tension, leaving your shoulders calm, comfortable, and relaxed.

Healing shower flowing down your arms, all the way down over your fingertips, down over your chest and your stomach, soothing and relaxing, healing and cleansing, and allowing yourself to remain comfortably in whatever position you choose. Allow that healing shower to flow down over your upper and lower back, and as your torso relaxes, your internal organs comfortably do whatever they need to do to achieve and maintain your optimal level of health and well-being in Body, Mind, and Spirit. That healing shower continues down over your body, down over your hips and your thighs, over your knees, down your lower legs, through your ankles, into your feet, and finally that relaxation flows over your toes as you allow yourself to relax twice as much, going at least twice as deep with each number as I count backwards.

Five, drifting down to four, floating down to three, two, one, and zero is deep sleep. Deeper, deeper. Five, four, three, two, one, and zero is again deep sleep. And in this calm, comfortable state of Mind and Body, just imagine yourself in some beautiful place. Could be a place that you know, a place completely of your own imagination. And imagine that you're choosing to move forward, looking ahead, and there's something that you want ahead of you, and you're wishing to move forward towards it, and you find yourself stopping yourself. Maybe imagine some behavior that you engage in, or procrastination that you might do, some way where you stop yourself, some way where you take action that uh seems to sabotage what you say you want, or maybe it's just inaction where you find yourself unable to move forward. And allow yourself to imagine freezing in this moment where you're making this choice to sabotage yourself, remembering that self-sabotage is simply misguided self-love. Freeze frame, and step out of your body, just imagine floating out of your body maybe and looking at yourself, seeing yourself in that moment where you're about to take some action that may not be healthy, some action that moves you in a different direction than where you say you want to go, or you find yourself simply stopping yourself from taking an action that would move you in the direction that you want to go. And imagine walking over and notice on your head there's a a lid, and you open that lid, and you look inside your mind and you see a tiny version of yourself at a control panel, and you see that tiny version of yourself—and this is still in freeze frame—with an operating manual open, and the operating manual says how to keep yourself safe. And this little version of yourself, this little part of yourself, is simply following the operating manual. And so how could you be angry at this this version of yourself, and yet so often we get angry at this part of ourselves? And you're just noticing that this part of you is doing the best it can based on the operating manual. And so go in and take that operating manual and look at the page where it says to do this behavior or that behavior, or to avoid such and such behavior. You might even even imagine a specific behavior that it it believes it's supposed to do, some old perhaps unhealthy behavior, whatever it is. Go ahead and tear that page out, tear it up, light it on fire, just allow it to vanish. And now imagine there's a blank page in there, and go ahead and write in what you now choose to have as the correct procedure here in this moment, some new healthy behavior, some healthy action. So that when this part of you gets to this moment in life, this these situations where you can move forward, writing in what you choose to be in the operating manual. And now put that uh new operating manual back into the hands of this person in the control center, close the lid, step back again, allow yourself to send loving energy to yourself, just immersing yourself in loving energy, step back inside, and and allow yourself to move forward now operating from these new positive healthy instructions that allow you to move forward into an ever more joyful experience of an ever greater abundance of health, wealth, and happiness, which is your birthright, which it is safe for you to have, and you can handle it. And allow yourself to feel more confident in that, feeling more and more confident, making positive healthy choices, taking positive healthy actions that help you live the life you choose to have, and allow yourself to feel really good about that, feeling grateful to yourself for allowing yourself to improve yourself in your life. Let's go even deeper. Five, four, three, two, one, and zero is deep sleep. In a moment I'll count you back out from zero up to five. Five will be wide awake, alert, focused, and energetic, feeling much better than before, much more confident in yourself, with a sense of excitement about taking positive healthy action to move you forward, knowing that you can handle it. Tonight when you choose to go to sleep, don't be surprised when you fall asleep quickly, soundly, deeply, and sleep very well through the night. During the night you'll dream; the more you dream, the stronger you become. I'm going to ask your unconscious mind to allow at least one of your dreams to be a very healing dream, continuing this healing process in Body, Mind, and Spirit, so that in the morning at the time you've chosen to wake up, you wake up easily, feeling refreshed, energetic, and ready to start the day again, powerfully moving forward into that ever more joyful experience of an ever greater abundance of health, wealth, happiness, and love, which are your birthright. And now go back down to zero, which is always deep sleep, allowing your mind, body, and spirit to digest all these positive thoughts and images, taking them in at a very deep level so that these positive changes occur easily, effortlessly, naturally. Coming up to one, feeling physically relaxed; two, feeling emotionally calm and confident; three, health and well-being, enthusiasm, love, joy, and gratitude flowing through every muscle, nerve fiber, tissue, cell, and atom of your body; four, becoming more and more alert and aware of your surroundings; and five, as eyes open, wide awake. One, two, three, four, five. Eyes open, wide awake. One, two, three, four, five. Eyes open, wide wide awake, and welcome back.
