Blaze is a new marketing tool that claims to be able to replace Canva and ChatGPT to create all of your marketing materials very easily, with just a few clicks. Let's see how well they can do it.
Blaze creates all of the marketing material using what they call a brand AI or a brand voice. The brand voice is basically the software that analyzes your brand by looking at a website URL that you provide or by connecting a social media account. They review your brand, see what you're about, catch the keywords, and tailor an AI that sounds like you or whoever is running your brand.
They prompt the AI to sound exactly like you, using the same types of words in the same types of ways. You can also program it to say whatever you want. For example, you can change the tone of the voice to make it more persuasive, more charming, or more straightforward—stuff like that.
It's actually very easy to do. All you have to do is put in a URL or, as I said earlier, connect to a Facebook page, Instagram page, or specifically input data that you would like, such as images or other content. Blaze then analyzes this social media account, landing page, or website and tailors the responses and outputs that the AI will generate to your brand voice based on whatever that page holds.
This makes it very easy to create marketing content because the AI and brand voice already know what you want to convey to the customers. They understand the tone you want to use and the overall message you want to send with each output you create.
This becomes exceptionally powerful when you pair it with the ability to create a month's worth of content based on your brand's image within about five minutes. This is probably Blaze AI's most notable feature that I have found and the one that I'm currently using and testing out.
This is a very unique feature that not a lot of other software have. With this, you just put in your brand image and allow it to select stock photos, or you can upload your own. Blaze AI will write social media captions automatically for each and every post. For example, I have mine scheduled to make one post for every day for 30 days—exactly a month's worth of content. I'm currently testing this with my Facebook account, Icef Flow. If you want to check it out, the last couple of posts as of this date should be all posts made by Blaze.tv media accounts.
Overall, Blaze has a lot of potential. I can see it being top-end software within the next year or so. It has a few quirks at the moment and areas that I think they could improve on, such as translating and transforming the brand colors that you can input and automatically transferring those into the templates they create.
It works similarly to Bannerbear and Canva, but it would be very nice if you could just input your brand's image colors and allow it to automatically fill out and auto-populate into the templates you are creating. This would be an awesome feature because the hard part isn't writing social media captions—everybody already knows how to do that with AI; it's very easy. The actual hard part is generating the pictures and visual assets.
If Blaze could figure out a way to create that or allow your brand's image to automatically be input into the templates that are already there, I think it would be very powerful. It would actually be my go-to source if that ever ends up happening.
Overall, I give Blaze about a seven out of ten. I think it's very useful for people who don't like to make content or just aren't very consistent at doing it at the moment. For people who have already been doing it for a while and have their systems in place and know what they want, it can still be useful, but I think it won't be as powerful as you would want it to be.
