When we're looking at Venus, uh, Jupiter transits, we're looking at pleasure and how fast can we get fat. These are not serious transits. Um, the very temporary, the weak is marked by the transit, but, you know, we have a peak day because this is an inner planet. And when we have transits from the inner planets, from Sun out through Mars, is we're going to have a peak day, but it's about a three-day period of time with all the transits out from Sun to Mars where we have the crescendo. Get three really good days, but a really good week if we look at it in a larger scope.
So when we have the conjunction of Venus and Jupiter, we are extremely agreeable. We do not want disputes, we do not want conflicts. We want everybody to just get along, and we are probably going to be making some concessions that later on may not be in our best personal interest. But for some reason, unlike a Venus to Venus transit, for some reason, it doesn't seem to have a lot of negative repercussions. Like we'll look down the line and say, "Wow, it probably shouldn't have been that nice." Well, moving on. So we don't feel like we've lost something or something is owed to us. I think that's the key. We don't feel like because we, uh, you know, maybe gave too much or forgave too much, that we are negative somehow. I think that's when we are upset.
This is an insight I had this morning, just into myself. Um, you know, because I've been in the dating pool since like last July, and I realized that it's when I give something and on some, I have an expectation that that is going to be returned in some way, then it's not that I can really take that personally and react negatively. Yeah. Um, because I think that that is something that's that we're that's what we're doing in the early stages of dating is we're seeing what's the give and take like. And in that experimentation process of giving, sometimes I'm finding I'm not getting back what, what it is that I'm giving. And I had a huge realization this morning that that is a big part of how my ego is invested in things. So really looking at that and taking things less personally and realizing that if somebody doesn't want me or somebody isn't interested in me, uh, how is that different from me? You know, I got like 1900 guys on Bumble. I don't want one of them. You want to talk about a picky ass judgmental? Come on.
And so when I think we have these Venus Jupiter transits, as I'm having the the semisextile from Venus to my Jupiter right now, um, we can come to see that, uh, especially at the conjunction, that our judgments, uh, are very personal, and our wants and our preferences, uh, those tend to be very personal. And so it's very important not to take it personally when somebody doesn't choose you or when somebody doesn't want you or somebody, um, you know, it doesn't have the same agenda as you do. So we have at the conjunction of Venus and Jupiter, this broadness when it comes to how we love and how we forgive and how we can see that, uh, generosity is often needed or often the better way to go rather than, uh, to respond with stinginess or anger or expectation in relationships. And other times, uh, anger, righteous anger, that is going to be the right response. Just really depends on the situation. So we achieve a broadness in, uh, how we manifest our indulgence of others when Venus and Jupiter are conjunct. And we will also indulge ourselves. We will indulge ourselves in shopping, food, friends, social activity. Um, indulgence is the word of the day. And we won't be indulging ourselves in what is, uh, normal or routine. We're eating things that normally we wouldn't be able to justify, but we want it so much. And we feel so okay with our indulgent choices.
Then we have this conjunction and all of the aspects from Venus to Jupiter. And I'm having a rough semi-tile. I've been so good about sugar, and I ate gummy bears yesterday because I wanted to. There's no reason that we do things with Venus Jupiter aspects. There's no reason we do things because we want to. Um, and it's what we do is not justified either. We don't care. These are these are not Venus Saturn transits where we want to make sure that we're justified in our choices. Yeah, whatever with Venus Jupiter, like tomorrow is another day. Um, most Venus Jupiter transits, I'd say, except the square or the opposition, are very good for legal decisions or having judgments returned in our favor. Uh, the conjunction, no exception to that. See the Trine and the sextile, the best. But, uh, we're in a very, very good mood. And that is returned to us at the conjunction. If we have a celebration or a party, it is unusually successful because we are the best host you've ever seen and the life of the party. And, uh, are warm. Our, um, the way we project our happiness and our good mood, everybody absorbs that, and that is reflected right back to us. This is why this is a good one to have in the natal chart because you get to experience this almost every day because you are gregarious and fun-loving and a partyer and you like to make people feel good, and it's easy to forgive, and you can have that every day if you learn to think that way. So that brings us to, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, hold on. New relationship, that is a possibility with Venus conjunct to Jupiter. It's a possibility with most of the aspects from Venus to Jupiter. Um, we are, uh, beginning a new cycle of pleasure within relationships, openness within relationships, learning from each other within relationship. So it's if a relationship does begin, it's going to be marked with unselfishness, um, you enjoyment of each other's company. Not the hottest sexual combination, but, uh, we could have other things going on that show that we are in that kind of mood. But this is a mood for companionship and drawing somebody to us that we can enjoy our time with. And it is the best transit of all of the days of the year for a wedding. The best. So if you want to plan a wedding, plan when Venus is conjunct to your Jupiter. And hopefully, you have Jupiter's in a good mutual aspect or Venus in a good mutual aspect between the two charts or more. You never know these days. So, uh, let's look at the sextile.
Jel, can I just ask one question? You know how you said about the whole legal thing, uh, you're more likely to be successful in legal matters or win judgments? But I'm guessing if we were just to isolate this aspect in the chart, okay, that, um, somebody that has this, would they even be likely to want to pursue something like that? Um, if they have other things in their chart, like say they had a, like a Saturn Pluto square? Yeah, they want to pursue that. Huh? Um, okay. But, but in general, if the chart was more kind of airy-fairy, then this is somebody who might want to, or all fiery? Well, yeah, it, it, we are not going to be one that's out for revenge, right? That kind of chart. Okay. So we may have to look at it like, like I have a chart that's not high out for revenge either. And when I look at things like trespasses or when someone's taken something from me, my first thought is never, I want to get back at them. It's always, um, is it going to be worth the kind of energy that it's going to take out of me in order to collect or to even the score? And if it's not, if it's going to take more out of me than I think I'm going to get back, so I calculate the risk versus the reward. I'll just let things go. Where other people would be like, like my brother, he can't believe it when I do this. He's like, "You're not going to get that refund." "You're not going to get that refund." I'm like, "But I'm gonna have to sit on the phone for 20 minutes." That's not worth it to me. Or other people, absolutely, it's worth it to them. But I have a biquintile between Venus and Jupiter. So, and it's close. It wouldn't even be a question for me. It wouldn't even be a question. I will on that phone, not only would I be on that phone for hours, I'll wait on that phone all day, all day. Oh, not me. I wouldn't even pick it up. Be like, let him keep the money, even if I'm broke. Yeah, even it doesn't even matter how much I have. For me, it's just the justice. I'm the principle. You got a, you got a Mars Pluto thing going on. People are not gonna get away with something. Oh, I'm telling you, even on my deathbed, I'll still be doing you. You're the best personal assistant ever. I would be rich. Just, I mean, I'll have something. I'll order something that won't fit. I won't even return it. It's just like my friend. Just like my friend. And funnily enough, when we were living together, I did all of that stuff for her. All of that stuff. Every refund she was owed, every single person she had to argue with and get her things back, I was doing it all day. Yeah, my brother does it. He can't stand to see that stuff go to waste. That's hilarious. I probably, if I have money sitting in a government account somewhere that I haven't even looked up, I don't know. Oh, never underestimate the laziness of Venus to Jupiter [Laughter] aspects. Um, all right. So that brings us to the sextile, where whatever we do is done with, it's done in the spirit of giving and of wanting everybody to come out even. So fairness. We really are not just about our own personal agenda. We want to make sure that everybody does well. So whatever we sign, this is a great week for contracts and for signing things. Great time to ask for favors. Great transit for good judgments in our favor. If you want to file something and have a good outcome, this would be the day to do it because we, we're so interested in everybody doing well, that that is returned to us. Everybody wants to see us do well too. So we get a big yes from the universe in terms of, um, everybody elevated, being elevated, nobody loses. Um, new relationships, they are common to develop. They could be friendships, they can be associations. It doesn't necessarily mean romantic relationship, but that can be the case because we are particularly attractive when we have these transits. And if you notice that, that is why relationships begin under certain transits because of our attractiveness. This is why relationships begin under Sun Venus transits, Venus Mars transits, uh, Venus transits to Sun, Venus transits to Jupiter. How we are being in our, our, uh, gregariousness, our, our love of self, that is returned. And so at the sextile, everybody thinks that we are in it to win it, and we don't have this suspicion surrounding us that if you have, you know, Mars, any transits really, or any aspects of the natal to Pluto, you may experience some amount of suspicion or having people suspicious about you. Or free of that on this particular day. So it's a good transit for getting together with friends. It's a good transit for selling stuff. Um, it is not one of the worst transits for self-indulgence. We aren't as driven towards excess under the sextile. We definitely will spend and eat more, um, interact more. There will be more of everything. But more is not necessarily too much. Sometimes more is just a treat. So we do not want to be serious at the sextile. We don't want to dwell on things. We don't want, uh, our mood to be dampened. So we are not seeking out conflict. What conflicts do arise, we are going to be more successful in settling. They probably won't arise. And if we happen upon one, the way that we interact will diffuse the situation and bring peace to the situation. So there's a confidence in how we can, uh, change negative situations, negative environments, negative people. We know that, you know what, I'll be able to handle that. I'll be able to change their mood. I'll know what to say. So the positivity, um, how this going into some situations that I think although we're not, uh, looking for conflict and we would rather avoid it if we could, we know that we can handle it if it comes up, and we even come out successful. All right. So if the relation, if a relationship does begin under this particular sextile, it brings out the best in us. And under the Trine too, if a relationship begins, it brings out the best in us. We bring out the best in the other person. So it's not the most, you know, it's, it's not a, a very sexual connection. It's more about, like, you know, like loving and appreciation, loving appreciation, friendship, and companionship.
All right. So that brings us to the square, where we are highly indulgent, and, uh, we want to be with others. We want to be out and about. We have no self-discipline, and we don't want any. We're not sad that we don't have self-discipline. We're fine with that. Um, so eating and drinking more, doing more, getting up later, going to bed later, whatever it is that is indulgent, we're probably going to do that. We tend to spend what we don't have at the square because we see things that we like, we see things that are pretty, and we'll find a way to get that. So I remember when I had the square a while ago, I bought these placemats that I swear at the time were worth it. I haven't used them, ugly once since I bought those because we are not considering what's practical at all. And these placemats look like they belong in like, like a Russian museum, right? I'm never going to use these things. They are so gaudy. So it's gaudy stuff, like, um, over-the-top stuff, or stuff that's too ornate, or that's it's like too much. That's what catches our eye under the square. Glittery things. Um, if we are being careful, a lot of us are not. Especially if you have a natal aspect between Venus and Jupiter, then you have the square, you will not be careful. But for those of you who are careful, it can be a good enough day for investments. Not like the sextile. The sextile is a better day for investing in things that are going to have a payoff, and it's usually a shorter-term payoff. That can involve more risk. We have a pretty good nose for that at the sextile. And the Trine. The square, we might, it's not the case for everybody. That would not be the case for me. You have to look in the natal chart because if you already have an indulgent aspect, any aspect between Venus and Jupiter, you're probably not going to be drawn to what is reasonable on these days. Um, some people can get, it's especially if you have natally the square between Venus and Jupiter, and then you have Venus come to square both at the same time, is what would happen. Um, or in opposition. And then Venus comes to town and squares Jupiter, it can put us in a state of mind where we think that whatever we do will work out, or whatever we decide to, uh, lend ourselves to, it's gonna be successful. So we can think we have the Midas touch, whatever we touch is going to be, is going to turn valuable in some way. This can be an obnoxious few days, and it can have some social results because other people can be looking at us like, "Wow, you really think a lot of yourself over there. Got some big ideas, don't you?" And they actually won't want to interact with us or help us. Can be very different from the sextile because people can smell excess on us at the square. So that's not the case for everybody, but some of us can get, in what America we call, too big for our britches. And, uh, yeah, the just the assumption that our greatness is going to work out in all ways can be a bit off-putting. And it, in fact, doesn't work out in all of those ways. We don't have the good things. We're just an arrogant idiot. So watch out for that because it can be embarrassing. I've pulled that one before. Um, all right. So let's look at the Trine between Venus and Jupiter, which is excellent. You're going to want to put this one on your calendar. She'll get this twice a year. Um, with the Trine, we are resting from the ills of the world. It's like we get to pull out a lawn chair and sit in the sun for a while and not have too many worries. We may feel like we don't have any problems for a few days. Um, good aspects between Venus and Jupiter in the natal chart are wonderful for just giving us a more positive mood, and we can experience this positive mood with this transit, the way that somebody with the good aspects in their chart does. They stop to smell the roses, and we will too with this Trine. We are content. I think that's the, yeah, I think that's the word. We're content. We're happy with what we've got. When you feel content, that implies that you're not reaching. If there isn't a thirst there, because you're content, you have enough, you're filled up. There is a greed and a want that is present with all the other Venus to Jupiter transits that really isn't there with the Trine. Just more about being peaceful and content. So we can develop relationships. It's not a, it's, it's uncommon for it to be a romantic relationship that we develop, but they can be new relationships that are very beneficial, that are, that pay off further down the line. And I think that we realize that relationships are valuable when we have this particular Trine, and it is a valuable relationship that could develop. Um, investments, um, growing our wealth, setting ourselves for more comfortable or even indulgent lifestyle. This is a very good window to do that. We're making good decisions when it comes to long-term values, long-term investments, because we have good hindsight and foresight with Trines. Yeah, we have the best sight with Trines. This is where we have, I think, the most realistic appraisal of, uh, past and future, and we take the best from the past and envelop it into the future with Trines. So with this one, we are enjoying what we've already worked for. We are reaping what we've sown. We don't want to try at the Trine, usually because we're too busy receiving. So it's a good financial day. It's a good day to interact with others. Um, it is not as active as with the sextile. We may not organize a big party like we will at the conjunction, but we're happy to receive, and I think we're just happy. One of the best transit two days of the year. Trips, long-term trips, or trips that are farther away. This is a great transit to start under that, to start that under, because we enjoy it, we learn from it, and we find that where we go, that people are more alike than they are different. I think there's an appreciation for culture, for differences, and we're putting that out there. We are appreciating who it is that we happen to be around, and they in turn are reflecting that back to us. This is why it's a great transit to go to a foreign country. Do you ever notice when you go to a different culture, we make all kinds of mistakes because we don't know what's going on, we don't know what the rules are, we might eat with the wrong hand, we might, uh, do things that are considered rude because we're ignorant. We have no idea what we're supposed to be doing until you're there for a while and you figure it out. Well, under the Trine, if we're traveling, people are going to forgive us. You know, if we eat with the wrong hand, they're not going to make us leave the table. Probably just explain nicely. But we do here, uh, so we're, we're, um, given instruction, forgiven, um, interacted with in such a way that we are not offending, and so we don't feel offended. So it's a really, really good transit to invest in people, financial situations, trips, what it is that we find is going to be enjoyable and pay dividends. All righty. Yeah. So we can be relatively lazy under the Trine. To even if we're traveling, we're not going to want to have a full schedule. It'll be one of those days where, uh, we probably want to plan lunch and then have drinks later, and that might be good enough for us.
All right. So that brings us to the opposition. Sorry, I'm just calculating what I, oh God, yeah, there was the middle Virgo. I think I spent a lot of money. Yeah, I think I spent a lot of money at the secondhand store when Venus was in mid-Virgo, and I didn't even think about that. So when Venus is opposite to Jupiter, this is the worst when it comes to spending what we don't have, or spending more than we probably should. As I recall that I did at the secondhand store, I, I think I still even have like a half shirt that I came across yesterday, and I was like, "Are you serious? Are you, you're 49, you can't wear half shirts. There's got to be a cut-off here." You can look at, doesn't mean you should. She still looks good. So yeah, we indulge ourselves with this opposition because everything looks good, everything, um, everything looks pretty. We're doing Venus Jupiter stuff. Okay, cool. So with the opposition, uh, we enjoy what we're doing, even though at the time we know it's probably over the top. We don't really care that much. Um, this is not the day for diets. The worst day of the year, the square and the opposition. Actually, I'd had three worst days because we're going to have two days of the year with the square, one day with the opposition, a three days total where we are going to pack our guts with whatever we want. So I, you know, be mindful about it. But these are not the kinds of transits where there are a lot of repercussions. These aren't transits that are famous for like drinking so much that we end up in the drunk tank. There's something like that. Um, they are enjoyable. We might make up, wake up with a headache, but there's not a lot of consequences that we associate with the overindulgence. We might, yeah, spend more than what we have, but it's not to the point where like we're taking out a new credit card. It's, it's not, it's not to where we're going to remember it down the line. It's just we're buying things we probably don't need because we have to look at it in terms of deserving. We feel deserving when we have these transits of Venus to Jupiter, and we don't justify what we're doing or buying, or the people that we're meeting. We don't expect them to be justified either. I think that's why we're so forgiving and, and, um, acquiescing sometimes. So, uh, with the opposition, yeah, be careful, but we're not gonna, you know, have scandalous novels written about us if we're not. So, but, you know, definitely if you have an agenda, um, you may not want to go to the store hungry that day. But again, forgive yourself and move on. These transits are there, I think, to give us a vacation. They give us a vacation from the daily grind, from the normality of reality. They give us a little, a little bit of excess. So I don't, I don't think that there's anything wrong with that. Now, perhaps if we are having a Jupiter transit to our Venus at the same time that we may be having a Venus transit to Jupiter, then we're really gonna overdo it. And, and then I might give you a talking to. But yeah, it, it might take a few months, you know, to get the weight off or to get the bills back down to a reasonable size. But it still isn't going to be something that destroys you, even if you have a double transit from Jupiter to Venus and Venus to Jupiter. But the opposition in itself, we can, uh, we can meet somebody, we can develop new relationships, but we do have to use some amount of good judgment. I think that it's less important to worry about that when it comes to material things or spending or eating. We probably do need to make sure, though, that the people that we're inviting into our life or getting involved with are serious enough to be able to tow the line or, uh, to be able to respond to us in a way that makes sense to us because we are so giving and forgiving and, um, happy-go-lucky, you know, the people that, that we bring into our life may not always have the maturity that we're looking for. So something to consider. But usually the people that we attract, even at the opposition, are going to be good for us. At all of the, the, the transits, the people are usually good for us. So if we are looking too much on the surface at the opposition, that's where we can see a potential romantic relationship is something that's more short-lived because we're looking at more superficial things, you know, the beauty, the glamour, the suit rather than the dude in the suit. Um, yeah, then we can come to see that, oh, maybe they didn't have the depth that I was really looking for, because that's what we weren't looking for when we had this transit. We were looking for things that were impressive, things that were pretty. Um, all righty. What else? We are not ambitious. We are more, uh, we are more lazy. We definitely are not looking for conflict. Even though it's an opposition, we are not looking for conflict. And I think that we are probably avoiding it if it comes up. Now, we are more willing to deal with it at the conjunction and the sextile, I think, than any of the other transits. But at the opposition, [Music] um, we may not have the energy, we may not have the wherewithal to go up against things that are hard. So it could be one of those things, those days where we put it off. Like, "Oh, I know you want to talk about this. I know you want to wait into the weeds about this, but let's do it tomorrow. Let's do it on, let's do it on Friday." So we can put things off. And, and I think that, you know, nobody's gonna write a novel about how consequential that was. So all right. Hey, I think that's my lesson. Any questions?
