Uh, several things have happened since we last met. Uh, one is I tuned in Friday night as I do to watch Ian Carol. I'm driving to the, I shouldn't admit this publicly, but I'm driving to the grocery store. I've got, uh, Ian Carol in my, uh, I get gas at the grocery store. I got Ian Carol on the, uh, on the dashboard. Um, and I figured out very quickly that the bulk of his show was was dedicated to, uh, some of the analysis we do on this program. Some of the analysis we do on this program. So, that's, uh, that's one thing that happened. That's one thing that happened.

Um, I've got a couple things I want to do today, and I'm not 100% sure what order I want to take them in. Uh, for years I've done, um, well, let me just say this. Let me just say this. I don't know which way to go, but I think what I'm going to do first is, um, well, I want to back up a little bit.

As a general rule, I don't think anybody should be so invested in some single narrative or understanding of something, uh, that your mind can't be changed. If new evidence emerges or facts change, you must be intellectually honest enough to change your mind with this new information. And that doesn't mean you shouldn't firmly believe things, uh, that you've invested your time and talents investigating. That doesn't mean that.

But let's take a simple one. Let's take your religious faith, right? Most people have one. It's becoming, uh, sort of fashionable and invogue not to have one, but most people have one. If, if, uh, uh, you give a diligent pursuit of the truth and you come to the conclusion that Jesus is the son of God, or Muhammad is Allah's prophet, or Buddha sitting under a tree had all the answers, you should stand with conviction. You should stand with the conviction and and defend your belief when necessary. But with that responsibility comes also the correlary: you should change your mind and your beliefs if you study and your diligent studies lead you to a new conclusion.

I, for example, was not always a Christian. I, I used to be a militant atheist, as a matter of fact. Pretty bad. Uh, but I was presented with a credible case: God was real. Jesus had some role in redeeming mankind. So I changed teams.

And I raised this in the context of, uh, of Charlie Kirk's passing because I've defended accused criminals in defendants, uh, uh, in criminal cases. I'm aware of how firmly people can hold to a story that just dissolves in the face of credible evidence.

You've got prosecutors, witnesses, judges, the media. They're all quick to mentally convict someone well in advance of learning what evidence actually exists. And trying to get them to move from that conviction is like trying to get a 70-year-old Harvard professor who's two years away from retirement to admit the thesis he's taught for the last 45 years no longer holds up. He won't hear of it. He'll continue teaching his failed thesis until his retirement.

And that's kind of sad, but it's not nearly as sad as the entire criminal justice system and the public closing themselves off to any facts or ideas that contra, uh, contravene or contradict this this preconceived notion of who done it. It's sad, but it's also tragic.

If you convict an innocent person or you convict a person for, you know, high-end specific crimes well above their role in a conspiracy, that's worse. It's, it's horrific. But just below that, I mean, just below convicting the wrong guy is refusing to investigate leads or consider ideas that come to the surface indicating others might be involved. That's also horrific. I, in, in some cases, it may be worse because refusing to consider the idea that others might be involved puts others at risk. Period.

So, what I have done and what many others that I look up to quite a bit, frankly, have set out to do over the last month and a half is merely raise issues, raise leads that might or might not have some merit.

Some people have gone to talk to witnesses. Some have analyzed the crime scene in person. They've actually gone and taken video. They've measured things. They've looked at the space. Some, like me, have reviewed open source material: images, video, audio, uh, searches that that point to the possibility, maybe even the strong likelihood that that at least others were involved. They might even be primarily responsible.

But this avalanche of opposition to people raising ideas, it's shocking. I've quite literally never before seen this. I've never seen such a voracious appetite for it, for attacking people who just want to look under every blade of grass, listen to every video, talk to every witness, review every possibility just to make sure justice is served.

I mean, this was one of the most high-profile public figures to be taken down in public in decades. And the opposition's fierce. And I would add that fierce opposition to something like this is not organic. It's just not organic.

So with that said, I pledge to continue on, and tonight we'll visit two main items. We'll talk about some new video I've discovered that sheds some light on on on the moments before, during, and immediately after the incident on September 10th.

I found a treasure trove of video somebody's been collecting on a server, and there there were videos I'd never seen. And, and a lot of the videos we have seen are just clips of these larger videos. Like I found a 10-minute video, and we've all seen the same 12 seconds of it, but not a lot of us have seen the whole 10 minutes of it. I certainly didn't even know it existed. And I watched it and I thought, "Wow, I've got a whole new understanding for what happened in the 10 minutes leading up to Charlie Kirk's final moment on Earth."

I watched Mikey McCoy, and I watched it once just looking at him the entire time. I watched it once just looking at Dan Flood the entire time. I watched it once just looking at Charlie the entire time. And I watched it once just looking at tan shirt guy. You know, sound guy that takes the SD card at the end. I watched it once just looking at him. I spent probably an hour watching this 10-minute video back to back to back to back to back, watching one key person each time. And I want to go over that with you because I think there are some key items in light of some Google im, uh, Google archive searches we did or Google trend searches we did last week.

But we'll also review a video that I thought was fascinating. I found it truly, truly fascinating. I saw Valhalla of VFT and and Ian Carol talk about this Turkey Tom video. So I went, not like any diligent person, went and watched the Turkey video. I had a different take on it. Not to say their take sucks. I don't know them. But I had a different take. It was, it was a truly fascinating video. And if you've not seen it, I'll play clips of it tonight.

But I want to use Google Trends analysis to see if we can determine one major fact. And I want to use common sense. One major fact: Was the person sharing all the images with Turkey Tom, sharing all the archives of the Discord servers with Turkey Tom, given all the background information about Tyler's and Lance's relationship to Turkey Tom, was that person an undercover fed?

In his video, he didn't seem to suggest he thinks he was. We'll discover together. We'll talk about it together. You may come to a different conclusion. I've come to my conclusion. I say I don't come to conclusions. I've come to a conclusion on this one. So, I hope you'll stay with me the entire time. It's going to be a wild night.

Um, and with that, I do want to kind of kind of jump into the, uh, the Turkey Tom video, I think, first. Uh, just because it's, it's sort of, uh, I'm, I'm here for the speculation. Hey, I'm here for the speculation, right? That's what I'm here for. Uh, uh, I agree on that.

Um, let me get through this because I want to, it's going to, we're going to start right out of the gate. We're going to start right out of the gate. If you don't know what the Turkey Tom video is, I'm going to give you the background as we go. So, do not feel like you're going to be lost.

We are going to get right into some trends searches very quickly and we're going to apply buckets, boatloads of common sense to try to figure out why would someone approach Turkey Tom to try to convince a guy with a million and a half followers that this absolutely is consistent with Tyler's and Lance's relationship and that Tyler almost assuredly did this. Why? Why? Why would someone do this? Who would have the motivation to do that? Who would have the motivation to do that? Because that's what this whole video seems to be about to me.

So, let's jump in it. I want to give you the intro. I'm going to give you the intro to the, uh, thing. It's about 50 seconds. So, bear with me for these 50 seconds. This is Turkey Time. I do encourage you after we do this today: go watch the video. Give him some love. Give him a like for the video because I am going to use it. But, uh, under fair use, I am going to, I'm a lawyer, so I think about these things. Under fair use, I'm going to, um, to, uh, to, to make fair use of it here. So, here we go. Just bear with me. You haven't missed a, you haven't missed a single thing. Let me share the actual, um, let me share this actual window and see if

The middle of nowhere with no cell service for days. Guys, people don't do that by themselves at 17 years old. Guys, he was born in 2003. He was born in 2003. He doesn't float a 240-mile river alone with no cell service. That's not what he's doing in 2020. He'd have been 17 years old. He's checking out of the group for some reason and doesn't want people catching up with him. I mean, maybe he's out fishing, spending time alone. Maybe he's talking to people. Maybe he's going to his little fed training. Maybe he's figuring out how to be, uh, a good, uh, maybe he's trying to figure out how to be a good, uh, uh, a good future assassin. Good future assassin there. I thought that was very strange. Probably the third strangest part of this.

Now, here is the number one, end-all, be-all of why people end up being psies. Why people end up being psies. Why do most people end up being psies? I'm going to show you. I'm going to show you. In mid-2020, someone else on the server tags Lance and says, "Nobody said gross when you said you wanted to bang your 2-year-old cousin, Lance." Guys, guys, you think he was kidding when he said he wanted to? I, I could run a poll. I could run a poll through YouTube. How many of you have said you want to bang your two-year-old cousin at any point in your life? I, look, I'm not even being an agist here. I'm not even going to like say that you got to be 35 years old ever. I mean, when you're five, ten, twenty, you don't just say stuff like that, bro. You don't just say stuff like that. When you say stuff like that, that's the old truth peeping out. If you notice, they talk about all the drug drugs he did, all the drugs he does, all the alcohol, alcoholic level consumption of alcohol. Guys, that slipped out. Those things slip out when you think them. I bet this guy's internet search history was an absolute lunacy. I bet it was a wreck. And I bet the feds knew about it. I reminded you, uh, at serving as I have as a lawyer, I got a call one time. Somebody I knew. [snorts] The feds had found what they were looking at online and were not amused. They have ways of finding out. If they don't want to arrest you, they might just flip you. And the flipping you might cause you to go from, as Turkey Tom Anan said in 2020, a fairly normal guy to an absolute lunatic by 2024. The flipping might have that effect on you. Not everybody gets flipped easily. Not everybody's a psychopath. For some people, it weighs on their conscience. I have a feeling Lance was one of them. I have a feeling Lance was one of them. Somebody just called me obligating. Oh, that's not very polite. Okay. [snorts]

Uh, last couple things here and then I'll get off of this. Uh, notice where the confession came from. So, Tyler gives the confession. He th, this is the confession that that your all your mainstream right-wing friends and all your left-wing friends that want to act like this guy has confessed and it's obviously the shooter and stop trying to act like it's anyone else and you know the timeline of of Charlie getting sideways with people. The fact that he's texting furiously texting close confidants the night before he gets shot saying, "I might get shot," irrelevant. Don't, don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. The, the fact that he's walking away from pissing off a group of people who have a Wikipedia page that has so many assassinations on it that it has to be segmented by decade. Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. It's not relevant. That's not relevant. Not relevant. What's relevant? What's relevant is that this guy logs into a Discord server no one's used in years and gives some goofball confession to the crime of the century. That's what's relevant. We don't need to worry about any of that other stuff, Baron. That is not the type of stuff you need to concern yourself with. You need to accept the official narrative. 306. Grandpappy's rifle. [snorts] Bones of steel. Bones of steel. Superman. Superman. T-shirt. Just, uh, uh, necklaces flying around like a helicopter. That's fine. That's believable. That's believe. That's what happens when when you're shot from a 306. Your 30-inch necklace flies off for no reason. Like, you're shot here and your necklace is here and and I, I'll show the video tonight. You're shot here, the necklace is here, but it breaks here and it breaks and I can tell you exactly where it broke 'cause I, I went and measured. It breaks all the way down here, the necklace does, and it shoots up over his head. And he was shot like four, ladies. He was shot eight inches above the necklace, ladies. That's eight inches right there. That's where he was shot, man. He was shot four inches from the necklace. [snorts] So, let me play this real quickly. Well, we're almost done with Turkeykey's video. Very high-quality video. I just have a disagreement with the conclusion found. And the following day, Tyler sends his confession message to their old friend group server. It's interesting to me that he sent it in this server and not to Lance's new server because I'm not sure why that is. It could just be that he was less familiar with the people there, but based on the kind of messages sent there, which we're going to go over later, it could be that he wanted to avoid having anyone say something that resembled support for his actions in the. Yeah, we're really confused why he used the old server. I, I, I'm not confused why he used the old server. Guys, you have to assume that everybody has access to the news server and they might not.

Now, one of the things you'll notice is the confession came from a very, very specific screen name, Zealous Monkey 55095 with underscores in between. That is oddly specific. That is oddly specific. So, I do what I do. Who, who, who looks for Zealous Monkey 55095? Oh, the District of Columbia. Well, who, I mean, who else would look for it, right? Obviously, he landed on their radar a couple years ago. That's psy material. That's P. When you land on the radar of the feds and you're living with a guy who says he wants to have his way with two-year-olds, that tends to happen. That tends to happen. So, that was on, what was the date on that? That was on April of 2023. You'll never guess in 2023 who else's radar, uh, Zealous Monkey landed on. Yeah, you probably would if you've been watching this show long enough. He landed on Israel's radar in 2023. Uh, October of 2023. Well, did he land on anyone else's radar? Zealous Monkey 55095. Yeah, he did. And I'm pointing this one out for a reason. Because there's a lot of child sex exploitation cases and image cases that come out of the District of New York. 2021 and 2023. Notice DC, Israel, and New York all looking at Zealous Monkey 55095 in 2023. Could be a coincidence. Again, I'm raising the issue. As I said in my opening, I'm raising the issues and allowing people who want to be curious to be curious. Who want to be curious, I'm allowing them the opportunity to be curious.

Now, there was one more name that was used in there, and I don't want to go back and try to find where it was. It was bed bougge inspector. It looks like bed bug inspector, but with an E. It's supposedly Tyler, the bed booge inspector. Here is bed booge inspector way back in 2020 being looked at in Israel. Way back in 2020 being looked at in is, oh, excuse me, in the District of Columbia. Bad Booge inspector, uh, in the Turkey time video he pulled it up. I could go back to my notes and find the date exactly that he did. Uh, it's at the end. It's at the end of the video, like the very end of the video. Um, so that's 2020 in DC. Now watch what happens here. That's not our only bed b. You probably knew that. Notice the date. Remember that December 2020. December 2020 in the District of Columbia. Look at this one. This one also is December 2020. This one's in Israel. Beds Booge Inspector. Bed Booge Inspector. December 2020. Also in 2023, remember 2023 was when he was getting the other hits for his Discord and, uh, other usernames.

Now, I want to point something out real quickly here. Um, because I'm getting a lot of heat and I'm getting a lot of, frankly, emails from people who are showing me, oh, this name was searched. You have to use the boolean quote marks. I mean, you don't have to, but your error rate just goes exponentially higher because what you end up with now, bed booge inspector is a little different, but say you're doing a name and you're doing, uh, uh, John, you know, Kurthers, right? You're going to get anybody who searched those two names at all. So, if there's a long list of people and they plug it in there and there's a John and a Kurthers, but they're like five names apart, you're going to get that hit. But if you put it in quotes, they have to be next to each other. So, keep that in mind. Keep that in mind as you do your searches from home. That'll help you, uh, reduce the error rate. In fact, uh, the guy from Paramount found my name, searched in Israel, but when I added quotes, I screen-capped it and sent it back to him and said, "That's why you use quotes." Because when you use quotes, you don't get that, that kind of noise. Uh, that's not to say they've never done it. Now, watch. Remember, we had December 2020 in DC. We had December 2020 in Israel. What if I gave you a trifecta of December 2020? Are you telling me Bed Booge Inspector didn't do something in December 2020 to land on all of these radars? Israel, Huntsville, massive FBI location. DC, massive FBI and government operation location. You're telling me Bed Booge just happened to land in the same date in all three of those places? Guys, Tyler has been on people's radars for a long damn time. A long damn time. He has been on radars since his late teens. I don't know what kind of weird stuff he was into in his late teens. I don't know. But I'm telling you, there he is. There he is. All right.

I know on on camera you see me do it and I'm just like clicking down the 12 months, 90 days, 30 days, 7. That's just for me to get an idea of what there is. I go deep when I do it on my own. I go deep. I start looking at particular dates and what, what relevance those dates have and then I start going back one year, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months, 36 months. And here's why. I, I'll take, I'll take an opportunity for five bucks. I'll take an opportunity to explain this. The way these Google Trends work, you have to figure out the difference between signal and noise. And, and it's not always as easy as you think. The tool itself helps smooth some of the noise out and that's helpful, but sometimes noise comes through and looks like signal. Here's what I mean by that. Uh, the tool, the Google Trends tool will take dimminimous search results and show you that they didn't come back at all. They'll there'll be either be a zero or, uh, or if there's zeros across the board. Now, that means there might still be some search. Like there might be a search in 2023 and a search in 2025. But if you're looking at a four-year window of the whole world, it's not going to return because what it's saying is it's too small. So, you got to start narrowing down the geography, narrowing down and widening. As you narrow down the geography, narrow and widen the dates and do it with quotes. That will reduce a tremendous amount of noise. Now, does some noise sneak in? Yeah. Yeah, I wish it didn't. I wish it didn't. But that's why I'm honest with you guys and I don't show you everything I see. I search a lot of terms. I searched probably 10 more terms in that video, uh, from Turkey to Tom that I didn't show you because I couldn't determine whether the results I was seeing were signal or noise. And let me tell you, they would have been really damning, really damning if I was able to show them to you. >> [snorts] >> In fact, I've got a theory I'm working on for the Butler, Pennsylvania shooting using Google Trends that if I can prove it out and I am having to go deep. I'm having to go into the list of police officers and addresses and locations and who was operating drones and who was operating sniper rifles. I'm h, I mean, it's taking a long. This is a side project that's been going on for a year when I have when I have time. But I'm going wide and short and and geographic to to snuff out the signal from the noise. If I'm right about this, we're all wrong on who, who took a crack at Donald Trump. If I'm right about my working theory, where I am today, if you put me on the stand and said, you got to say, are you 50? I'm more than 50% sure. I'm pretty confident who took the crack or who was responsible for arranging the crack, [snorts] but I can't prove it. I can't determine if it's signal or noise. It's looking signalish and I might get there. Maybe I'll get there one day. Maybe I won't. And yes, before you kill me, I've shared this with people so you can't take it away from me. The, the FISA court judge Rosemary Collier, you know, try, you, I can do a show on that. That's, that's pretty wild show. Uh, Rosemary Collier, the FISA judge that was overseeing Crossfire Hurricane, she released a hint of how many private contractors were accessing presumably these NSA records. And she told us that this number was in the hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of searches on these high-end government databases. But does that mean you won't like get lazy one day and you're on your phone, you're like, "What was that guy's name?" Tyler James Robinson. I mean, yeah, it happens. I imagine it happens. And it happens. Uh, could all these Israeli searches be them creating characters for the performance they were playing? Great work. Uh, maybe. I mean, it could be a lot of things. Again, I just tried to tell you the difference between signal and noise. It could be noise. Could be. But, but I'm not trying to tell you who's guilty. I'm not trying to tell you Israelis killed Charlie Kirk. What I'm trying to tell you is someone needs to look into these searches and determine who has subpoena power and can force Google to share IP addresses whether they are signal or noise because I can only tell so much using freeware. I can only tell so much. But if I had access to subpoena power, I could really get into it. I could really get into it and I hope the people who do will. Uh, Steve was saying, we track the laser to the guy in the van and have proof of Israeli tech. I don't, um, I watched your bit, honestly. I watched your video, uh, on that. I thought it was pretty fascinating. Um, I couldn't, uh, I don't know your name. Um, I'll call you Steve as well. I couldn't see the desri, the guy you were describing in the mirror. You said he had short cropped hair and and his ears protruded and I couldn't see all that. I did see the cop. Um, I don't know whether someone was in the van. I don't know whether he was shot from behind. I don't know why his shirt did that. I'm just pretty confident Tyler Robinson didn't take the crack. That's all I, that's where I am right now. Uh, Baron, why you spell my name that way? It's in the title of the podcast. Real Baron podcast. It's like nobility. It's not dry and arid and infertile. That's not how we spell baron around here. Uh, you were a CI. Weren't you a CI and a slabsums for the attorney general? And then turned on hoverside. How do we know you're not? I'll explain that. I have no problem. I was approached by the attorney general's office of the state of Alabama because they knew I was an excellent researcher. This was 10 plus years ago. 13 years ago. 14 years ago. 13 or 14 years ago. They knew I was an excellent researcher and I'd done a private research project that they found out about for which I was paid $30,000, by the way. It was a high-end research project. That was that, that was then money. Post-COVID money. That'd be like a $75,000 research project. It involved campaign finance donations and it involved meticulous putting together of that. The basis of that research was used to convict the speaker of the house of the state of Alabama. While I was researching it, I uncovered some wrongdoing in the attorney general's office. No teams, only players, baller. No teams, only players. I don't want government corruption. I don't want my side doing government corruption either. And I made a comment about it and the guy attacked me. I made a comment about it and he attacked me. The, uh, the attorney general there and, uh, we got sideways and it ended up in court and they tried to silence me and take away my freedom of speech because they knew how good of an articulate, uh, young man I am. They knew how, uh, strong of a communicator I was and they knew who, how potent I am when I have the information I have. That's, that's Charlie being loaded into the SUV. They're following back there. But as I'm getting to the end of this video, I, I see this guy. I was like, "Oh, okay. Well, I won't be able to see anything else." I'm, and I start to turn away and I'm like, "Wait a minute, that's Charles McClint Wilson." And the, the reason I'm so happy to have seen this, I do not see an earpiece. You remember that? I was, I was worried whether there was an earpiece in his ear. I don't see one. That doesn't mean he couldn't have taken it out, but I do see earrings. And I think that's what I was getting lost on. Uh, the guy's a fantastic photographer. It is unknown to me whether or not he is more than that, whether he was doing more than photography work at the scene. Um, here's another one. Uh, I'll get to Mikey in a second. This is another one that caught my eye as I was going through it. This is a post-shot reaction. Who beat this kid up? Who beat this kid? Look at his eyes. Look at that. I was flipping through this and like just kind of going through it and then I went back to the start and I was like, why are his eyes all puffy like that? Like it looks like he got rocked. Then I start thinking really conspiratorially. Like I, like to engage in the conspiracies. I start thinking, you know what can cause black eyes? Get on the site. Bang. Right in the eye. Right. I've had it happen. Almost knocked a tooth out of a shotgun one time. Um, and I've [snorts] had the old, uh, scopi. Happens. Happens to the best of us. Uh, but I saw that and I wondered who beat up this poor kid. Uh, but you can see here in the reaction of everybody. This is very early on in the reaction. I, I scanned, I blew up, I looked for our friend Mikey. I didn't see him there. Um, I thought I might see him out there in the back, but I did not. They're not even, they're not even to the van yet. They're just pulling them out. So, this is very, very early on afterwards. Now, let me get to the Mikey shot. This is, this is what, this is why people bought tickets, right? Oh, shoot. I got one. He's clearly filming up there. I, I'll let it roll a second and show you. See, they're putting him in there. He is filming. And then they're carrying Charlie. I don't want to show too much. Um, but he's asking questions about Mormonism. Mikey's over here and, and I want you to just kind of keep an eye on on Mikey for a minute or so. He's texting vigorously. The shot comes at 10:15 of this 10:16 video. The shot comes at 10:15 of this 10:16 video. Um, but you will see like on the minute you'll see texts go out because Dan looks down at his wrist and you'll see Mikey sending the text over here. So, I want to play a couple of those just so you can kind of get an idea what I'm talking about here. So, he's still texting. Now, this guy here, this is Tan shirt. This is Tan shirt right here. Uh, and I do want to, I want to give everybody the benefit of the doubt. I noticed this and I want to point it out. Watch Dan's right arm. He does something very similar to the baseball signal right here. He, he does this thing with his arms that could just be a nervous tick, giving him the total benefit of the doubt here because I do call him arm signal guy. But just watch again. Watch his right arm. Watch his right arm. Watch. See that? That's that kind of the only thing he didn't do is touch it, but he did stretch it. And I just want to point that out that I'm, I'm not being unfair. But again, tan shirt guy here, this video helped convince me that tan shirt guy probably didn't do it or probably wasn't in on it. And the reason is right before the shot runs out, tan shirt guy runs up there and whispers something to Charlie in his ear. Now, if I was aware somebody was about to get roasted, you know where I'm not going to be? I'm gunshy. If you tell me someone's about to get shot, I'm not even standing on the stage. Now, if I was a professional operator and been, you know, been in war and all that, maybe it's different, but I'm sure not leaning over him and whispering in his ear. All right, let's get back to it. Uh, so, uh, Flood's looking around. Hunter is, uh, excuse me, Mikey rather, is still texting. Now, Mikey walks off in a second and has a discussion with somebody. He has a discussion with somebody. I'd be curious who that person is and what they're talking about. And I would say this, I think Mikey is is no longer just random attendee. I don't think he's any longer just random attendee. I'll show you a video in a minute where the still comes from that we've all seen the still of Mikey, uh, uh, walking off. I've got the video that that was taken from. Now, let's scroll forward here and see if we can get Mikey on, uh, Mikey. Where are you, brother? When there, there he walked off. All right. Now, who's he talking to? See, he walks over here and talking to somebody. Now, pay attention to him back here. This is Mikey McCoy talking to two or three people just back there hanging out, chatting. He's back here with his back to us talking to these two randos back here. Um, seven minutes before Charlie Kirk dies. Now, if he's not involved, then it's irrelevant. But if he is involved, who's he talking to? That's important to me. Again, just raising leads. Just raising leads. Not suggesting at all that anyone's in on it. Just raising leads. Now, the the the important, I'm gonna pause this. The important part is that was right at four minutes on the video. Now I'm going to fast forward a little bit and see if it happens again, right at five minutes on the video. And what would that tell me?

Um, because at five minutes now, he put No. Well, now Dan's pulling out his phone. Hold on. I got it all out of sorts here. [snorts] It's buffering. What kind of busted down internet service is this? Oh, there we go.

So, he Mikey's now talking to someone else again. This is this. Okay, if you're if you're playing along at home, this is Hunter Kak right here. Look how nervous that guy looks. He looks like a longtail cat in a room full of rocking chairs. This guy is swaying. Look at him. Does that guy look like he's innocent? I don't know. Maybe he is. Maybe he is. I'm not saying he's guilty. Not saying anyone should contact him, harass him, or otherwise any of these people. But I'm just saying if I knew that I was about to ask a question, somebody was going to lose their head over it, I might be nervous like this guy. And maybe some people just don't like public speaking, but I don't get that impression from him. I don't get that impression from him.

All right, Mikey is now talking to those people again. Turn back around. Look, leaning down, looking in. I'm going to fast forward just a little bit because Mikey has still turned around talking to these people. We can't see a whole lot. We can't see a whole lot.

Um, now Dan has now put his phone up again. Does the arm thing again, so giving him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe got an arm twitch he does. I don't know. But but but Mikey's over here talking to somebody in a button-down shirt. And I I wish the tent was like seven inches taller so I could see that guy's face. I don't know who that is, but I sure would like to know who that is.

Uh, got about four minutes left in in Charlie Kirk's life here. Um, I will go forward. Dan seems to be having some kind of trouble with a microphone. Some girl in a second comes and gathers something from this guy, whoever he is. They're chatting now. Mikey's back leaning away. Now look, they look over at Mikey. He look, he's pointing. He's pointing that way. See that? And then they look over there and Mikey's not looking. I don't know what that means. I'm just pointing things out that are happening. I don't know what it means. He might have said, "Dude, old boy blew a gasser and then he walked off and he crop dusted us." I don't know. I mean, that could be as simple as that. That could that could very well be it. I don't think so. They seem like serious people not making crop dusting jokes.

Now, this is the girl coming to get some. I don't know what she's getting from this guy. You can zoom. You can kind of look. Unfortunately, when he makes the handoff, the camera goes away. But there was there's something. And I don't think. Let me pause it because a lot of people think this guy is suspicious for some reason. I don't. But a lot of people think he's suspicious. And my suspicion kind of goes away on this exchange because if he's two minutes out from an assassination of a a major political figure, you think he's fiddling in here getting a band-aid out or whatever? No. He'd be like, "Get away, girl. Something big about to happen, I would think." So, this video helped kind of dispel the notion for me that he was he was involved in any capacity, but again, I've been wrong about other things.

Uh, I'm fast forwarding again because Hunter is still off screen. Actually, he's now behind somebody. He's back facing this way, but he's now behind somebody.

Um, again, he's texting. Now, watch Dan Flood here. I backed up to the 8 minute mark. He's texting and Dan looks over there. Dan keeps looking left. Now, he's getting his phone out. Less than two minutes in Charlie Kirk's life. Dan's texting. Could be missing. People crawling on roofs. I don't know what he's supposed to be looking at, but he's looking down at his phone like a like a teenager. I I want my security guards scanning that. If Hey, if I hire you to be my security, we're looking out. We're not playing Pac-Man or whatever you're playing over there. I want you looking like this guy. See, he's just staring at the crowd. Unfortunately, he's looking the wrong way. There's somebody actively crawling on the roof right now and none of them are looking that way. But Dan keeps looking that way. Keeps looking that way.

Now we're change here. This is important. We're changing speakers. Henry Dell is done. We're about to get Hunter Kak. We're a minute 15 or so left in Charlie's life. Minute 20 left in Charlie's life. But when he goes to change, notice here Dan comes in to whisper something as I don't know what he whispers. He gives a little hand signal after this. Maybe you guys can speculate cuz I tried and I can't. Tan shirt guy is still sitting here. Uh, don't lose sight of Mikey up here. Don't lose sight of Mikey up here.

So, he steps back. Charlie says, "Oh, okay. I'm deaf enough that I can read that." So, he's whispering something in his ear and Charlie goes, "Oh, okay. I don't know what it was." And it's like, "Yeah, man. I got you." Whatever that is. And he's now pointing and whatever.

Um, so we've got just over a minute left in Charlie's life. Now we get Hunter Kak at the at the uh microphone. Don't lose sight of Dan over here, but also don't lose sight of Mikey. You got to watch three things at once. This is why I had to watch it so many times. [snorts]

Now look, look, that right there tells me Tan Guy's not in on it. I just learned watching this that Tan Guy is not in on it. That's why I'm like more than 50% that this guy's an honest actor. Yeah, he looked a little suspicious getting the SD card, but he probably realized I'm recovering an SD card from a crime scene. You know, they the police may come by and tell me to not do this. I need to be looking around and see if they're coming. I don't know. Maybe. Maybe. I don't know why he was looking around like that. But I'm telling you right now, if you thought someone was about to get nearly decapitated with a long arm, are you standing in that position? Honestly, even if they told you, "Hey, I promise you, dog, they're not going to shoot until he says gang violence." I promise you, we're good until he says, "Not standing there." No, sir. I don't stand where guns are pointed if I can avoid it. If I can avoid it, I don't stand there. So, hey, look. Tan shirt guy. He all right with me. Look at that. They're kissing. They're kissing. They could be dating. He's not in on it. No one in on it is standing that close to a marked man who has less than a minute left in his life. And then he goes over here. He's telling him something about the sound. You're not worried about the sound if the guy's about to get decapitated.

Mikey over here. Now, I want you to we're we're inside of 40 seconds. I want you to really now lose everybody in this scene except Mikey and Dan. And I'm going to show you another angle of this, but I only have about 10 seconds of that angle. Notice Dan keeps looking over there. See that? He's getting on a mark. He's looking down at a particular play. Again, he may not be in on this at all, but he's looking down. He's looking left. He's looking down. He's looking left. He's looking left. Does that look like a guy who I mean is this is a different posture than he's been in up to this point? Right? We can all agree with that. We can all I mean that's not that's not attributing guilt, right? That's not ascribing guilt to anyone. We can all agree with that. This is a different posture than he was in when Henry Dell was talking. He was loose. He was checking his phone. He was flipping his arms. No more. Oh, am I on my mark? Where am I supposed to be standing? It keeps looking left. I don't know which way's left. I don't know if my mirror's my screen's reversed or not.

All right, let me finish this out and then I'll go to the 10-second video and you can see what what I'm talking about. So, we've watched skipped around, but watch mostly 10 minutes of this. Hunter's right there. Dan's right there. 15 seconds left. What is Dan's looking left? Hunter's leaned in looking right. I'll show you that in a minute. He has in his right hand his cell phone. His left hand is up on his face. So he's like this. He's like this. This is not the posture he was in eight minutes ago. He was cool. His arms were at his side. He was texting. I'm going to show you that sequence from another angle, but I wanted to give you 10 minutes of it to give you an idea what their body language was like leading up to that. They went from very, in my opinion, again, maybe they're hot, maybe they're tired, maybe they don't like this question, maybe they have a transgender cousin and Hunter's asking a tough qu, I don't know, but I'm telling you, their posture changed. their their uh uh their demeanor changed. And when I show you this other angle, he he he looks whichever way left is, I don't know, he looks at Hunter and then steps forward and gives the baseball stick. Not Hunter. He looks at uh Mikey and then I think I've been calling him Hunter the whole time. His name's Mikey. He looks at Mikey and then and then and then when Mikey looks back, he gives him the old baseball signal.

What app services were you using? Were you only using instant messenger or uh instant message or whatever that's called, iMessage? Were you using WhatsApp or Signal or any of these other encrypted services? Were you using Facebook Messenger, Instagram? Did you call anyone? Who did you call first? Did you call more than one person? In what order? How long did you talk to each of them? Because they both claim you called them in the first minute. Two people claim you called them in the first minute independently. So, which one did you call first? Like, these are normal questions. This is not This is not me being harsh on Mikey. This is not being cruel to the family. This is not me interfering with the investigation. These are the types of questions normal people who are interviewing him should be asking him. If he was on this podcast, I would be the most respectful person he's ever encountered. And I would ask all of these questions. Every one of them. What did you look? Did you when you look to the right, do you remember what you were looking at? Who were you talking to to stage on on stage left right before the shot? Who were those people? Would you Would you look back 60 plus years later and say, "They shouldn't have asked those questions." How disrespectful to Jackie. And then if you ever have to go on a broadcast, you look like an idiot. People say, "Why are you so uncomfortable behind a microphone?" I'm not, [snorts] but you'll look uncomfortable if you don't stay sharp. So, I used to do these shows just to stay sharp just because I enjoyed broadcasting. And um they had a lot of personal information in them, names of my children and whatever. So, I hid all of them, but I ought to unhide the one because before Dan Bonino was named deputy director of the FBI, I actually that night predicted on a podcast hours in advance that he would be named deputy director of the FBI. No one was talking about it. This isn't something people knew. Uh I had an inside information. I had a a friend of mine call and say, "You'll never guess who's coming to the FBI." And I was like, "Who?" and he told me and I was like, "Oh, that's amazing." And he was like, "Not so fast, my friend." Um, and so we talked about the concerns with him going there. And I shared all this on a podcast cuz no one was watching, but my concerns were that he is a company man. He's a company man. This was in the wake, this was in the shadow of Donald Trump assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania. and he was basically running cover for the Secret Service. I thought he was going hard after a political opponent who happened to head the Secret Service. But on the day-to-day operations of Secret Service, he acted like I think pretty much everything was fine. Just maybe a few mistakes here and there. I thought it was a catastrophe. I thought it couldn't have gone worse. And I'm working again on my theory. Uh, in one day I may, using Google Trends, uh, using news headlines at the time, using concurrent events, I may share with you my theory, but I'm not going to do it because it would be very irresponsible at this point because I've not nailed it down yet. But I was a little nervous about Dan. So, I don't know what to think of him.

You speculate about those people when someone dies. The grieving widow. You got to have something. You got to have something because if you don't, and you speculate, and you're wrong, you are without a doubt one of the worst people on the planet. Period. Period.

Have you done any Google Trend analysis on the Vegas Mandalay Bay mass shooting? I have. In fact, I did, uh, like, nine hours, I think, of radio on it, uh, over time. Um, including a solid three-hour block of radio on the Mandalay Bay Vegas shooting. This was back in 2017. So, I would have done the show that was October, was October 1st of '17. Um, I would have done the show late October, early November. Um, I, I think it's unbelievable, frankly, that the, and it's not even close, the worst mass shooting in American history is almost an afterthought. Like, these are all tragedies. I'm not making light of any of them, but like, uh, the Parkland school shooting. Um, the, uh, Newtown school shooting, I think is what it was called. Newtown. Was there a Newtown? Um, uh, even, I mean, going back in the day, like, uh, Colorado, Paducah, Kentucky. I think I was still in school when that one happened. I mean, we're talking 25, 30 years ago. Like, these are all tragedies, and I remember them. I never think about the Vegas shooting.

If you like the Vegas shooting and you've never looked into it, there is a YouTube channel called John E. Hoover. John E. Hoover. Not Johnny, not J-O-H-N-Y. It's J-O-H-N space E space Hoover. And if you search it in reverse order, I think like the first 200 videos are about the Vegas shooting. And they're detailed. And he makes a very good case that the FBI got it wrong. Surprise. Surprise.

I thought he played the uh No, I saw the video he played, and then at the end, it had the screenshot. I'm allowed to speculate about the 24-year-old chief of staff. I don't speculate about grieving widows. If I give you access to those, then you'll know where the rest of them are. And there's years worth of broadcasts on there. And not all of them do I want people listening to. I didn't anticipate that radio signal would ever leave the state where I was. Um, and so I made wild comments, uh, because I had a very nice owner who just let us go crazy and, uh, and if there were fines, he would, he would take care of those. Um, I'll think about that. They don't have to do anything. No one's asking for discovery. No one's taking depositions. No one's contacting witnesses. No one's preparing examinations. No one's challenging testimony. They also described someone in tactical gear at a, at a mass shooting in Baton Rouge. They also described someone in tactical gear at the L.A. City Center. Yes, class. Thanks. Thanks for speaking along. It's funny how often tactical gear is discussed in these shootings. Now, it could be mass hysteria. Let me tell you a story real quickly. I, I, uh, I'll go back in just a second. Well, hold on. Let me who point them out. Um, when I was in law school, I had this teacher. She was really bright. Um, should I say her name? Aviva Orinstein. Very, very bright. Very funny. Uh, great woman. Very, very smart. She was an evidence professor, and she, um, one day she had someone bust into the classroom, but we didn't know it was someone just like playing a role. We thought someone busted into the classroom, and it was terrifying. They were yelling and screaming at each other, and they were like, I don't know what language they were speaking. I, it was so wild. And right then she's like, "I'm so distraught. Everybody, please capture what you saw. I have to have a record of what just happened. Write down who was in here, how many people there were, what language were they speaking, you know, I, I just have." And so everybody gets back when we carry pen and paper. And you write all that down. There were 150 people in that class. Nobody got it right. I was hearing German. I thought they were yelling about football tickets. I don't know what they were yelling about. I can't remember. It was so long. Or how long he was there. I thought he was there for like 8 minutes, and it turned out it was like 43 seconds. I mean, when you're in a panic like that, weird stuff happens. Weird stuff happens. You might think you saw somebody in tactical gear. Why? Because who runs around shooting guns? People in tactical gear. [snorts] That's who runs around shooting guns most of the time. People in tactical gear. And so if you hear guns and it's out of the ordinary, particularly if you're not, you don't go to the range very often, or you didn't grow up with guns, you might think you saw someone in tactical gear. I thought I heard someone talking German for eight minutes, yelling about football tickets. Turns out they were speaking, I can't remember what language he said they were speaking, some other langu, Polish maybe, or French. I don't remember.
